Continued from >>21052280.

The campaign's stated goal is the complete and utter reclamation of a hive world and subsector capital that has fallen into the throes of an ongoing popular rebellion against the Imperium of Man. This world is known as Olenus Primaris.

Alpha Legion have been sighted and are causing all kinds of trouble with false flag operations and signals interference. Without the decisive and cool-blooded intervention of Commissar Nathaniel Haas, the invasion force could have disintegrated entirely.

Chaos berserkers launched a serious offensive, but it was contained and (we believe) destroyed. The Imperial Guard have established a bridgehead at Tertius Hive and landed reinforcements. Outside of General Linna's ad-hoc "Task Force Tertius", there is no known organised Imperial presence on Olenus Primaris.

Regimental status reports for Task Force Tertius follow.
>>
1 - 75th Liongrad Spirejumpers. Drop Trooper Regiment, took part in the heavy fighting at the planetary capital, Primaris Hive. Liongrad contributed the campaign's official martyr, Guardsman Bailey, who bravely called an artillery strike in on his own position to destroy a column of Chaos berserkers. We'll be pouring one out for him at Primaris Hive when this is over. The survivors of this regiment (33% effectives) are highly motivated veterans.

2 - 957th Stormtrooper Regiment. Stormtrooper regiment, veterans of the fighting at Primaris Hive and played a key role in the withdrawal of Imperial forces from the debacle there. The regiment is at 55% effectives. Commissars report that the unit's morale has improved in the course of the fighting.

3 - 47th Kilbeck Siege Infantry. Reserve forces for the assault on Primaris Hive, withdrawn to Tertius Hive without being committed to battle. Full strength, fully supplied, elite regiment. The 47th Kilbecks are the cream of their world's military, and will play an important role in the Imperial campaign.
>>
4 - 19th Marston Penal Legion. Roughriders, almost completely destroyed in the fighting at Primaris Hive. We still have them listed as a regiment, but their CO is a lieutenant and he's commanding a short Company.

5 - 49th Catachan Jungle Fighters. Light Infantry regiment. A skilled and motivated unit that fought its way through the debacle at Primaris Hive. Rated at 60% effectives, but the Catachans say that a man is fit to fight so long as he can still walk and hit a target. Sometimes even if he can't walk.

6 - 15th Marfos Light Infantry. Elite Light Infantry regiment. Diverted by Alpha Legion ruses, the 15th Marfos took no part in the initial fighting. They've finally arrived at Tertius Hive, itching for action.

7 - 48th Kilbeck Siege Infantry. Siege Regiment. Like their fellows in the 47th, the 48th Kilbeck were part of the reserve for operations at Primaris Hive and redeployed to Tertius Hive without seeing action. However, this regiment is suffering a total moral crisis. Currently at 90% effectives, and likely to drop before discipline is restored.
>>
8 - 31st Thunderfall Mechanized Infantry. Mechanized Infantry regiment. The 31st Thunderfall held off Chaos berserkers at Hive Tertius, preserving the Imperial bridgehead until reinforcements could arrive. Their sacrifice has given the campaign a fighting chance, but it would be a hard thing to ask more of the 31st. Currently reporting at 20% effectives, and likely exaggerating.

9 - 145th Hellguard. Light Infantry regiment, originated from a volcanic Death World. The Hellguard acquitted themselves well in the fighting at Tertius Hive, despite having to detach part of their command staff to form a new planetary headquarters. Currently at 55% effectives, but strained from the lengthy campaign.

10 - 81st Brigwick Recon. Reconnaissance Regiment. The 81st fought bravely at Primaris Hive. Thanks to their superior communications equipment and experience, the Brigwick regiment's headquarters were able to broker a cease-fire with the populists, then pull our battered forces together for a break through the Chaos lines to Tertius Hive. Currently at 61% effectives. It's nice to have some heroes who are still breathing!
>>
11 - 1st Drusian Crusaders. Line Infantry regiment. Well-trained and motivated, the Drusians not only fought at Tertius Hive but also detached their mobile battalion to spearhead the relief column to Primaris Hive. 45% effectives, including Sergeant Mattheys, the invasion force's top tank ace (83 hostile vehicles and hundreds of infantry).

12 - Narmenian 54th Strike Armour Regiment. Armoured Regiment at 96% effectives. Commanded by General Linna, the Narmenians were one of two reinforcement regiments who arrived in the nick of time. They were able to come down at Tertius Hive before the LZ was over-run, and their tanks repelled the attack.

13 - Cadian 18th Armoured Regiment. Super-heavy Armoured Regiment. 100% effectives. We have Baneblades, the heretics are frakked now.
The following regiments are no longer in contact with our headquarters:
>>
>>21067285

Col. Hecks of the 19th made contact with some Mechanicus wig before he bought it. His successor is one Lt. Grant, recently promoted after the Paraiso Campaign.
>>
1 - 144th Diech Infantry. Line Infantry Regiment. A regular unit at full strength before landing near Secundus Hive. Status unknown.

2 - 958th Cadian Light Infantry. Light infantry Regiment. This unit of fanatically devoted and well-trained troops was committed to Secundus Hive. Status unknown.

3 - 195th Cadian Armoured. Armoured regiment. Reports indicate that this unit was largely destroyed blunting the Chaos onslaught at Primaris Hive. Remnants have been absorbed by 1st Drusian Crusaders.

4 - 586th Cadian Light Armoured. Light Armour Regiment supporting operations at Secundus Hive. Status unknown.

5 - Cadian 758th Mechanized Infantry. Mechanized Infantry regiment, rated at full strength before landing in support of operations at Secundus Hive. Status unknown. These boys were some of Cadia's finest, we could really use them if they're still operational.
>>
6 - Bredock 12th Light Infantry. Light Infantry regiment. Caught up in fighting Chaos berserkers, this inexperienced regiment was largely destroyed. Remnants have been distributed to other units.

7 - 3rd Sadettin Drop Troopers. Drop Trooper regiment. Committed alongside 75th Liongrad in a combat drop on Primaris Hive and effectively destroyed in the fighting there. Remnants absorbed by 75th Liongrad.

8 - 4th Murok Planetary Prison Armoured Regiment (4MPPAR). Armoured Penal Legion. Staff were white collar criminals. Tanks have been divided up among other regiments, personnel distributed into headquarters and logistics. They're happy not to be fighting, and the Imperial Guard are glad to have their administrative expertise.

9 - 19th Balaster Penal Legion. The Skullfuckers. MIA, along with the heroic Commissar Haas. These guys are too tough and vile to be dead, but we need to get them back into the fight. Last contact at Trans Valley.
>>
>>21067295
Lieutenant Grant, nobody is doubting your courage or that of your men, but HQ is of the opinion that you all could do with some light duty.

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.
>>
>>21067324

After the hell fight at Primaris, we could use some down time. But that's not what they told us when we signed with the Plan.

We're still in this fight, Major. A Marston man don't stop fighting 'til he's good and buried.

Supply situation's not a problem. Every man has at least two remounts if needed. We're good for ammo, both for the Galaxies we've been issued and the autopistols, unless if we're on extended ops.

But the men are spooked. We got word that some of the companies bought it facing Traitor Astartes. Any truth to the rumors, Major?

- Lt. Grant, 19 Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company
>>
>>21067288
Lets cycle the 31st out of the line as much as we can. They report 20% effectiveness, but frankly I'd put it in the teens at best. They did damn well, lets not lose a regiment for pushing them too hard
>>
By the way, I got the squirrel but am still waiting on the Commissar. Somebody had better find Haas while I'm filling out these "Pet of a Special Nature" forms...

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.
>>
>>21067374
I do believe Haas died on combat ma'am.

He was last seen fighting against the CSM

We can search around but it would be too dangerous at the moment

- Sergeant Matheys of the 1st Drusian Crusaders
>>
>>21067360
I can confirm that we've had a lot of false signals flying around. The enemy have run a damn fine misinformation campaign, and we're still trying to sort out our own forces, let alone theirs.

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.
>>
>>21067383
I would rather not multiply our "missing war heroes" problem, Sergeant. You stay put until your Colonel or General Linna says otherwise.
>>
>>21067393

So for the moment, that's just us and the Drusians. If you both want, me and Osceola can look for Commissar Hass. No one's gonna pay attention to one small mounted company.

- Lt. Grant, 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company
>>
>>21067412

So rather we stay put until someone trips across us? That don't seem much of a plan, Major.

- Lt. Grant, 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company
>>
>>21067416
We have the whole TF in and around Tertius, but that's caused a lot of logistical snarls. If you and your men need to get out of here, Trans Valley is as bad as anywhere. But you scoot at the first sign of trouble, got it?

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.
>>
>>21067432

Yes, ma'am. Just like they told us back at Pliny Creek.

In the meantime, I've split the boys into detachments around Tertius. Good scouts, even got into turkeyshoots with reb elements skitterin' about...

- Lt. Grant, 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company
>>
So what's our current situation with the Rebels?

Are they still considered hostile?

I'm not really sure who we are currently fighting against

- Sergeant Matheys of the 1st Drusian Crusaders
>>
>>21067383
Come to think of it, Matheys, there'll be a memorial for Guardsman Bailey later today. A lot of inspiring stuff about how we cannot desert this place where a hero of the Imperium now lies. But I get the feeling that a lot of the men would like to lay eyes and ears on our living hero, too.

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.
>>
>>21067460

If they wasn't, we wouldn't be gunnin' 'em down on the slops around Tertius, would we?

Far as I can tell, sergeant, fight's still on until Linna or some other brass hobknocker says otherwise, pardon my Agripanaan, Major.

- Lt. Grant, 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company
>>
>>21067460
The way I understand it, we ceased fire with the folks at Primaris because we had to. It'll be up to the brass whether a few executions will suffice to see them back in the bosom of the Empire or whether we need to siege the place. But for now, we have the enemy all around us, including below.

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.
>>
>>21067487

Below? Say again?

- Lt. Grant, 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company
>>
>>21067495
Tertius goes pretty deep, Lieutenant, and we still haven't cleared it all the way to the basement. Nothing sinister reported down there, just a lot of corridors to sweep.

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.

>Mastor/Octavian here, may Rejoin as a bog standard trooper destined to meet a desperate end. I can't believe you Magnificent bastards managed to save this despite my best derailing attempts, but fuck if it wasn't funny
>>
>>21067524

They're tunnels, Major. That's plenty sinister enough right there.

Hell, tunnel sweeps are why the COs of the 19th have been handed this dirty old shotgun since Founding Day.

- Lt. Grant, 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company
>>
>>21067472

Ma'am if you're implying that i'm a hero i'm going to disagree with you

I'm just a soldier

If anyone is a hero here, it would be Colonel Scavolo and his impressive last stand, Commissar Haas and you for the great work at commanding this hellish shitstorm

- Sergeant Matheys of the 1st Drusian Crusader
>>
>>21067623

Nothin' from me, ma'am. The sarge has a point. A coupla fireteams from your Hellguard bailed us out from a tight spot back at Primaris.

I never got their names... Or their tags... I'm sorry, Major...

Also, what're we goin' to do about this:

>>21060749

- Lt. Grant, 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company
>>
>>21067658
Some techpriests would be nice.

I can try forming a rescue crew here.

But i don't want to go without a confirmation that they're still alive

So if any of your techpriests are still alive please respond this transmission

- Sergeant Matheys of the 1st Drusian Crusader
>>
>>21067752

We tried establishing contact, sergeant, but we had to dump our one working wide-band vox on the run here.

Unless we can get a fix on 'em, the Major's orders stand. And my boys have a better chance runnin' for 'em when we do. I reiterate the point of "less of us to attract attention".

- Lt. Grant, 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company
>>
>>21067790
*incomprehensible static* (A Look of severe urgency is present in the eyes of the Techpriest and his Servitors)

Well an' good, Pater, but I told you, we lost ours on the... Run...

Weedie!? Where'd you get that thing!? Was that the wide-band we chuckeded?

Wait, some of the boys found it with the rebs? Thronedammit, get it here!

Will this do, pater? Ah, sod it... Can't speak cog to save my life...

- Lt. Grant, 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company

This is Colonel Ingred Khlarren of the 15th Marfos. Thanks to intel gathered by Lt. Grant of the 19th Marston, that scruffiest of ruffians, our vanguard platoons, along with support from the Cadian 18th and Narmenian 18th are five minutes away from your position.

Worry not, Magos. We bring the fire from His breast to the heads of his foes...

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"
>>
>>21068106

Stand your ground servents of the Omnissiah. This is Inquisitor Atellus Vern . Reinforcement is on the way.
To all of you loyal servents of the Imperium out there. Keep on fighting. Give not an inch more to the enemy. Let them pay with their blood for your fallen comrades. Make the enemy regret the day they turned their face from the Emperor. Death to the enemys of the Emperor!

- Inquisitor Atellus Vern. Commanding a Inquisitorial Stormtrooper regiment.
>>
>>21068156
You can taste death in the air as you approach the last known Location of the Magos as you suspect the worst. There has clearly been an intense firefight due to the Bolter shells and Scorched earth around the Makeshift emplacement. One thing catches your eye, the tattered red and white robes of the Magos Secutor flutter helplessly in the calm breeze as a slow puddle of crimson flows from his stomach. The Magos is dead, face down in the dirt. You can tell he is clutching a blood splattered scroll of some kind in his right hand (Perhaps containing the "Important Information" and meant for you?) and a Bolt pistol in the other, yet you can see no sign of ANY living assailants.
What is you plan of action?
>>
>>21068156

Oh, and that major from the 145th and that sergeant from Drusians, I suppose.

>>21068231

Good to see you, Inquistor Vern. Our guns will be within range right about... Ah, now!

Don't sit there like a gape-jawed yokel, Mutters! Let them have it, by the Throne on Terra!

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"
>>
>>21068258

Take a defensive position. Sergeant retrive that scroll.

- Inquisitor Atellus Vern
>>
>>21068258

Radio the force. I want a wide salient to the west, Mutters. It's the most likely method of retreat from those abominable heathens.

Khlarren to all mounted units, boots to ground and secure the perimeter! Search for any survivors and begin standard reclamation procedures...

I am sorry, Magos. We were too late... May your sacrifice be not in vain...

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"
>>
>>21068296
Your sergeant Moves tentatively (Kicked in the behind until he moves) towards the dead Magos, As he approaches a faint groan can he heard from him, he Rushes towards the Magos and flips him
"Run.... you fool....."
2 Krak grenades are strapped to his chest, which explode Killing your sergeant and forcing you all to take cover, The scroll flies away south due to the shockwave.

Moments later a Moderately sized Barrage of Las and Bolter Fire from over the crest of a Near-by Hill signify that this was a trap, however that scroll is going in the opposite direction and could be very important?

What do you do?
>>
>>21068332

Under fire, are we? I could use the challenge...

Mutters, radio our support. I want steady suppressive fire on that crest while our infantry wheels to meet it.

Inquisitor, we will cover your regiment. Retrieve that scroll! Khlarren, out.

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"
>>
>>21068352
After a quick firefight you manage to kill off the last of the Rebels with your Superior firepower and Troops. As far as you are aware they were merely a Scouting party from one of the hives and not Chaos forces.

You remember the Magos Mentioning Archeotech or something similar, although it means nothing to you and your men it could mean something to the Inquisitor...
>>
>>21068332
>>21068352

Squad one and two follow me and my retuine! The rest of you lay down covering fire.
For the Emperor and the Holy Ordos make them fear the Emperors wrath!
>>
>>21068408

We'll let the Inquisition and their bogeyman handle archeotech from Emperor-Knows-When. In the meantime, I and my regiment will get back to the real business of winning Olenius Primus. Though we could use his Stormtroopers after the losses at Primaris...

>>21068419

Inquisitor, have you your missive? The war has been behind schedule long enough.

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"
>>
>>21068408

Tech-Adept, what does the scroll say? Is this the right site?

Good work Col. Kharren.
>>
>>21068471

If this is the site I think it's I have no men to spare.

- Inquisitor Vern.
>>
>>21068280
Woah there, Major Lightfoot is stuck back at HQ. Not that she can't or doesn't want to fight - Lightfoot's tragedy is standing by the vox and telling soldiers to hang on for reinforcements that she knows haven't been sent.
>>
>>21068521

Can't blame an old girl for trying. "Lot of the Guard, outgunned but never out-fought" and all that.

No chance of letting us know what a Magos of the Mechanicus died for?

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"

>I imagine she looks like Lin Bei Fong in field BDU while Emma Thompson uses her "Captain Amelia" voice from "Treasure Planet".
>>
>>21068471
"Colonel, what's your status? If you've finished chasing tech priests around, perhaps you could try tracking down the Lord Militant and his Leviathan?"

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.

>Aware of that; That was Khlarren acknowledging Lightfoot, Grant and Matheys for their keeping Tertius safe and scrounging a radio.
>>
>>21068553

Damned if I know, Major. The Marfos and I have been hunting the Alpha Legion all bloody day. We only tripped across the Magos' wide broadcast by accident.

If the Lord Militant's around, he sure as hell is not bloody standing by the vox. And the cheek on you! Pulled yourself up by the boots, have you?

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.

The Scroll, although scruffily written details an excavation site far to the east which has been captured by the Forces of Chaos, it is suspected to contain a vast cache of Millenia old Archeotech. It is Impossible to assume what is in this cache, be it Knowledge, Weapons or even an STC or Titan, but it would be best if you discovered what it was and stop the Heretics from uncovering it first.

You can either Go back to base, and join the fruitless hunt for the Lord Militant, or Investigate

>>
>>21069033

Right in one, ma'am. A couple of them Bredock boys too. We're also bringing in one of the Balaster officers, a sarge who's barely hanging in there.

And Haas, wrapped up in the Balasters' Thronedamned colors. The sarge wouldn't let us take him out.

Hass was a crazy fucker, but I respected him enough...

- Lt. Grant, 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.
>>
>>21069251

I'm at the tail end of the formation, having seen Inquisitor Vern off. And we're not having as good a time with the machinery, I'm afraid.

Anyway, still no word on Linna. Damn girl can be a ghost when she wants to be. However, Orbitals have found tracks that could only match the our dear Lord Militant's Leviathan. Either that, or the Archenemy's began fielding woe machines again.

Either way, we need to prepare. How secure is the area around Tertius?

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"
>>
>>21069283
"The upper levels of the hive are safe as Holy Terra. Anywhere within range of our guns his light enemy forces at most - and we have two Siege Regiments holed up in here at the moment."

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.

>Note: General Linna is a man with an impressive mustache. I'll assume that Khlarren got that right, unless you'd prefer that there's a case of mistaken identity.
>>
>>21069359

>Copy that.

Two Siege regiments? Hmmm, we've got a chance.

Standing Crusade orders are to begin fortification of our beach head, not to mention a re-assessment of all viable forces. As we can't drop pre-fabs yet, we will begin fortifying the outlying areas of Tertius. We must always be ready to bring the fight to the enemy. A siege is out of the question for us.

Also, the Cadian 18th are apparently not to far behind us. Have you anything that could resemble a vehicle depot big enough to take on their toys?

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"
>>
>>21069422
>The Narmenian 54th & Cadian 18th landed at Tertius in the last thread. Strictly speaking, regiments 1 through 13 (>>21067283 >>21067285 >>21067288 >>21067293) were all at Tertius Hive, but the Marfos write-up was ambiguous.
>>
>>21069566

>Awright. Retcon. A 50-50 word, if I do say so myself.

Very good, major.

As you are aware, standing orders are to keep all available forces prepared for an aggressive counter-attack. Reserve forces are ordered on standby and maintain regroup broadcasts for our missing forces.

You heard right, major. Down time.

But how are we for recon forces? Before long, Tertius will be a high priority target and I like to maintain an aggresive campaign pace.

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"
>>
>>21069636
Our recon forces are limited. The 81st Brigwick and what's left of the 19th Marston are our only specialists, although we have a lot of Light Infantry that could handle the job. The Colonel would be happy for the Hellguard to be out patrolling the ash wastes.

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.
>>
>>21069685

Last I heard the Ash Wastes are priority negative on the tactica lists...

Detail two platoons and scrounge up what AFVs you can from the Kilbecks and the Narmenians. You have my seal to requisition any supplies those volunteers will require.

What do those pencil pushers at Tacticae really know, hey? See what you can find, but don't go hot if you can help it. I'll see about some air support for you.

In the meantime, have those scruffy villains from the 19th Marston widen their patrols. Give them my seal to requisition better vox beads as well.

We're the Imperium, ladies and gentlemen. If there's one thing we do properly, it's war.

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"
>>
>>21069764
It's not the ash wastes we want, but the hives in the middle of them, Ma'am.

We'll get right onto the rest of that.

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, XO 145th Hellguard, currently seconded to TFHQ.
>>
>>21069801

Then those will be our new targets. Time for the Cadians to earn their pay, what?

As soon as the Hammer is billeted, I want every XO to what passes for TFHQ. We'll draw lots to see who'll have their turn at glory.

There'll be commendations after this, Major Lightfoot. You might even have your own regiment by the end, if you keep this up.

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"
>>
>>21069858

The reconstituted strike force will move as soon as the Hellguard detachment have solid reconnaissance.

What happened at Primaris will not happen at the Ash Wastes Hive. We will take it hard. We will take it fast. We will take it smart.

For the Emperor on Earth.

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry, Strike Force "Sabbat's Hammer"

Negligible elements of 3rd drop troopers are with us after retreat. I am using them to bolster the Legion.

Reporting, approximately 40 miles behind front line between Tertius and Primary we located enemy structure. I believed it was nothing more than an ammo dump or an R&R shack.

Trooper "Slim Jim" Simile ventured a different opinion, he'd seen similar buildings and setups in his years as a black market Psi dealer. We stormed the building under heavy assault. 30 dead, a dozen more wounded. A cadre of Psi's was in there, it... it... showed us things. The situation is worse than we thought.

We responded in the Emperors name. None survived.

We're continuing down the Vezula trail, we've sighted some friendly RF tags following us so we know at least 1 regiment can hear us through the enemy signals and atmospheric distortions.

On my signal unleash the wrath of the Emperor on my Coordinates. We must stop them at all costs or this madness will never end.

Salvaged a functioning vox. Look pretty bad up here. Be advised, you'll run into cultists but they're mostly armed with pointy stick and harsh language. We took out several heavy weapons and other targets but now we are on the run towards the VIP. No pursuit as it is.

This is Goliath Mekanus, former planetary governor of Olenus Primaris and leader of the revolt against the Imperium of Man. I hereby send forth the word that the people of Olenus Primaris wish to rejoin the Imperium with no further conflict. Imperial justice has been accounted for in full measure, and the revolutionary populist movement is to submit themselves utterly and completely to the Guard's command structure until the crisis regarding the Traitor Astartes has passed. We are now to be considered subordinate, not allied to, the Imperial Guard operating on Olenus Primaris.
