The campaign's stated goal is the complete and utter reclamation of a hive world and subsector capital that has fallen into the throes of an ongoing popular rebellion against the Imperium of Man. This world is known as Olenus Primaris.

Chaos Space Marines have been officially wiped out, as far as anyone can tell. However, for every victory, there is a loss. While Imperial forces have been making process, they've been infiltrated. the heroic Commissar Hass had been possessed and goaded Imperial troops into killing most Astropaths and crashing their orbital support. Likewise, the Imperial Lord-Militant was killed, leaving General Linna in charge.

The blackout caused by Haas' betrayal was substantial. Many units were trapped behind enemy line and took heavy casualties. The impromptu Task Force Tertius lead by General Linna regroups, preparing to assault the next Hive on the planet.

Regimental Status is as follows.
>>
>>21086750
1 - 75th Liongrad Spirejumpers. Drop Trooper Regiment, took part in the heavy fighting at the planetary capital, Primaris Hive. Liongrad contributed the campaign's official martyr, Guardsman Bailey, who bravely called an artillery strike in on his own position to destroy a column of Chaos berserkers. We'll be pouring one out for him at Primaris Hive when this is over. The survivors of this regiment (30% effectives) are highly motivated veterans. Bailey, however, has been spotting, leading his loyalty to be questioned

2 - 957th Stormtrooper Regiment. Stormtrooper regiment, veterans of the fighting at Primaris Hive and recently played a large role in covering the fleeing troops. The regiment is at 45% effectives. Commissars report that the unit's morale has improved in the course of the fighting.

3 - 47th Kilbeck Siege Infantry. Reserve forces for the assault on Primaris Hive, withdrawn to Tertius Hive without being committed to battle. Full strength, fully supplied, elite regiment. The 47th Kilbecks are the cream of their world's military, and have played an important role in the Imperial campaign, having extracted many units and having participated in the push towards Haas.
>>
>>21086848
4 - 19th Marston Penal Legion. Roughriders, almost completely destroyed in the fighting at Primaris Hive. We still have them listed as a regiment, but their CO is a lieutenant and he's commanding a short Company.

5 - 49th Catachan Jungle Fighters. Light Infantry regiment. A skilled and motivated unit that fought its way through the debacle at Primaris Hive. They're currently stuck underground with little chance of escape. Rated at 30% effectives, but the Catachans say that a man is fit to fight so long as he can still walk and hit a target. Sometimes even if he can't walk.

6 - 15th Marfos Light Infantry. Elite Light Infantry regiment. Diverted by Alpha Legion ruses, the 15th Marfos took no part in the initial fighting. They've finally arrived at Tertius Hive, itching for action. However, due to logistical issues, their roll has still been quite small.

7 - 48th Kilbeck Siege Infantry. Siege Regiment. Like their fellows in the 47th, the 48th Kilbeck were part of the reserve for operations at Primaris Hive and redeployed to Tertius Hive without seeing action. However, this regiment is suffering a total moral crisis. Currently at 90% effectives, and discipline is being restored.
>>
>>21086896
8 - 31st Thunderfall Mechanized Infantry. Mechanized Infantry regiment. The 31st Thunderfall held off Chaos berserkers at Hive Tertius, preserving the Imperial bridgehead until reinforcements could arrive. Their sacrifice has given the campaign a fighting chance, but it would be a hard thing to ask more of the 31st. Currently reporting at 20% effectives, and likely exaggerating.

9 - 145th Hellguard. Light Infantry regiment, originated from a volcanic Death World. The Hellguard acquitted themselves well in the fighting at Tertius Hive, despite having to detach part of their command staff to form a new planetary headquarters. Currently at 55% effectives, but strained from the lengthy campaign.

10 - 81st Brigwick Recon. Reconnaissance Regiment. The 81st fought bravely at Primaris Hive. Thanks to their superior communications equipment and experience, the Brigwick regiment's headquarters were able to broker a cease-fire with the populists, then pull our battered forces together for a break through the Chaos lines to Tertius Hive. Currently at 61% effectives. It's nice to have some heroes who are still breathing!
>>
>>21086914
11 - 1st Drusian Crusaders. Line Infantry regiment. Well-trained and motivated, the Drusians not only fought at Tertius Hive but also detached their mobile battalion to spearhead the relief column to Primaris Hive. 45% effectives, including Sergeant Mattheys, the invasion force's top tank ace (83 hostile vehicles and hundreds of infantry). They were stuck behind enemy lines after the blackout.

12 - Narmenian 54th Strike Armour Regiment. Armoured Regiment at 96% effectives. Commanded by General Linna, the Narmenians were one of two reinforcement regiments who arrived in the nick of time. They were able to come down at Tertius Hive. They helped in the extraction.

13 - Cadian 18th Armoured Regiment. Super-heavy Armoured Regiment. 100% effectives. However, they've been held up due to logistical issues.

14: 1st and Only Snipers. Recently entered battle, this unit has gained high distinction and an even higher killcount (To this date having taken out three Baneblades). Currently at 27% effective, with their leader heavily wounded.

15: 287th Elysians. Recently arrived, helped push up to Haas' position. Have taken 31% casualties, along with many of their Valkyries being taken down. Were stuck behind enemy lines and helped extract the 145th and the 1st and Only.

The following is units which are no longer active or have been folded into other units due to heavy casualties:
1 - 144th Diech Infantry. Line Infantry Regiment. A regular unit at full strength before landing near Secundus Hive. Status unknown.

2 - 958th Cadian Light Infantry. Light infantry Regiment. This unit of fanatically devoted and well-trained troops was committed to Secundus Hive. Status unknown.

3 - 195th Cadian Armoured. Armoured regiment. Reports indicate that this unit was largely destroyed blunting the Chaos onslaught at Primaris Hive. Remnants have been absorbed by 1st Drusian Crusaders.

4 - 586th Cadian Light Armoured. Light Armour Regiment supporting operations at Secundus Hive. Status unknown.

5 - Cadian 758th Mechanized Infantry. Mechanized Infantry regiment, rated at full strength before landing in support of operations at Secundus Hive. Status unknown. These boys were some of Cadia's finest, we could really use them if they're still operational.

6 - Bredock 12th Light Infantry. Light Infantry regiment. Caught up in fighting Chaos berserkers, this inexperienced regiment was largely destroyed. Remnants have been distributed to other units.

7 - 3rd Sadettin Drop Troopers. Drop Trooper regiment. Committed alongside 75th Liongrad in a combat drop on Primaris Hive and effectively destroyed in the fighting there. Remnants absorbed by 75th Liongrad.

8 - 4th Murok Planetary Prison Armoured Regiment (4MPPAR). Armoured Penal Legion. Staff were white collar criminals. Tanks have been divided up among other regiments, personnel distributed into headquarters and logistics. They're happy not to be fighting, and the Imperial Guard are glad to have their administrative expertise.

9 - 19th Balaster Penal Legion. The Skullfuckers. KIA. Daemons disguised themselves as this unit and caused mass chaos. It is unknown if they were originally Daemons.

"Frakking snipers... frakking Commissar... next time I wait for the cavalry.... real clip-clop cavalry... not gonna ride any ponies now heheh...."

- Major Danielle Lightfoot, 145th Hellguard, currently on medical leave

Markus Linna stood on the turret of his newly requisitioned Command Stormlord, "Thor's Prudence", and watched the Imperial forces arrayed before him as they did their best to recover from the disastrous toll the first phase of fighting had taken. Lord Militant Markus Linna, as of this morning. The vote had been basically unanimous, though Linna attributed the result to his position as senior officer on the planet before his leadership skills.

As it stood, his first business had been to push for Voxman Bailey to be declared a living saint. The trooper's survival hadn't just been nearly impossible, it had all the trappings of a bona fide miracle. Linna might be the brain of this undertaking , but Bailey had quickly become it's heart, and a figure to rally the weary Imperial forces around was clearly necessary. Furthermore, the presence of substantial Chaos forces made this not just a campaign, but a crusade. And it was far from over.

"Give me vox with the regimental commanders. I need readiness reports from anyone who thinks their troops can move. And have we heard anymore from that fellow who claimed to be leading the insurgency?"

- General Markus Linna, Lord Militant of the Olenus Primaris Crusade

>Some liberties taken with this writefaggotry, hope no one minds

I would just like to point out that all members of the Alpha Legion on the planet have been confirmed dead.
>>
>>21087609
Colonel Harklan looked over his men. Half of them were passed out drunk, the other half off in the hanger, repairing the Valkyries. The warp nonsense had messed with his craft, and he needed those in tip-top shape. A few Guardsmen even promised to upgrade some of them to Vendettas. Harklan grinned, taking a drag on his iho-stick. His unit was late, but damn if they wouldn't make up for it now.

He put down the iho-stick, grabbing the amasec. Combat could wait. Right now he was celebrating.
>>
>>21087609
Sir, it appears some one, perhaps heretical elements or CSM still active in the field are jamming our attempts to establish reliable communications. As for regimental reports, the 81st Brigwick has seen no action since Hive Primaris, and I would rate our readiness at 75%. Also, the 47th Kilbeck, and 48th Kilbeck have asked me to pass along their regimental sitreps... the 47th, Sir, is reporting 100% readiness and a desire to fight. The 48th are still undergoing review by Commissars, but other than the disciplinary executions are reported very few casualties.

Recorded message found shortly after the annihilation of the Bredok 12th.

Routa sipped his drink, careful not to let the strong alcohol touch his ruined cheek. It wasn't too bad, he hadn't even lost any teeth. He drew a lungful of smoke from the iho stick and walked into the hangar his teams were lounging in. Restock and resupply was complete, nobody was too injured to continue and with a little rest they'd be better than new. Frakkin' Major, she just had to come see what the soldier boys were doing... Well, too late for that now. At least she got her guts and leg with her on the evac.

Routa sat down with his teams. Eve offered to fill his glass, which he allowed, then leaned back against a cart of heavy AT shells for their rifles and looked at the toiling mechanics and pilots of the 287th. They probably had enough room in those birds for a few pissed off heavy snipers and their guns.

But not yet. Not yet. He downed his drink and focused on smoking and the light banter his teams were throwing back and forth. Yup, the 1st and only Heavy Snipers were still intact.

Thanks for your concern, soldier. The medicae assure me that the bionics will make it stronger than before, but it's unnerving to have part of your skeleton replaced.

The 287th cannot be released to ordinary duties. Our airmobile assets are limited as it is. If the situation in the Ash Wastes is getting out of control, we can deploy the 15th Marfos.

>>21092597

It's ugly, ma'm, but it seems the enemy is not used to heavy rifle support, they seem rather slow to react to our fire. We've managed to pretty much kill everything we shoot at and without heavy armor and leadership the cultists fall apart and then it's a turkey shoot. My personal advice is to focus fire and concentrate on breaking down their chain of command and heavy support.

Just give us the painters and we're back in action, ma'm. We'll deploy on foot as soon as the target painters arrive.

Anyways, do you gents know how ya rank up in the 47th? Well I'll tell ya. Our morale is golden never a single rout or desertion in our history, makes me quite proud. However, executions do happen when a Lieutenant gets too zealous and leads his company straight into the enemy's lines. The only way you rank up in the 47th is being a well-tuned and tempered man who can work his way around the Commissars. Too bad I have to lead a bunch of frothing maniacs. Any longer of this waiting and the whole regiment might break apart. Also, where the hell are those 48th fuckers? I can't exactly be babysitting the rich kids if they won't even show.

The regiments founded upon Kilbeck are universally dressed in standard khaki uniform with a greatcoat over the tunic. The tunic is single-breasted with stand-and-fall collar and seven white metal buttons on the front. The breast and side pockets have a flap and button.

The pointed shoulder straps are plain, and the regiment number or cypher is usually painted in yellow on a cloth slide so it can be replaced with another regiment's number incase of reassignment. On an officers' shoulder straps the regimental number or cypher is embroidered in silver. The cuffs are plain with an opening in the back for other ranks, and one button for officers.

The Major shouts in anger into the vox, "I don't care if your unit hasn't seen combat in two weeks Captain I order you to keep it together! Stick to your guns and stay put or by the Emperor I will go over there and shove my boot so far up your ass!"

With a quick draw to his side-arm a fresh las-bolt is planted into the Cultist's skull, indeed silencing him. He hoists the banner up, planting it down into the chest of a dying Traitor Guard, releasing a satisfying crunch from his chest cavity. "Imperial Guard! Hold fast!" Lenz shouts out while firing from the hip with his lasgun, holding the banner in his other hand.

In that moment, the Sister's counter-attack hammers into the enemy. With a cheering battlecry, Lenz leads his men forward. "Brothers in arms! Take one step forward!" A bolt shell impacts into Lenz's belly, causing him to falter, but it did not detonate. Merely, it passed through him. "C-can't...not here..." He holds onto the banner with an even tighter grip, using it to support him. "A-advance my brothers!" Three stubber rounds graze his left thigh, but the pain is nothing compared to the fire throughout his lower body.
>>
>>21093741
(The banner indeed says "Be just and fear not".)
>>
>>21093741

The 15th roar in answer to Lenz's defiance as their lines begin to stubbornly shove back the invader, like a man pulling a barbed arrow in his thigh.

Marfos heavy weapon teams lob high explosives over the trenches to blow apart incoming waves of enemies, while stubber and heavy bolter teams set up and begin to drizzle death into the incoming heretics.
>>
>>21093741
>Encased in their power armour, the Seraphim are nigh-immune to enemy fire. Sister Alodia has fared the worst, with a mild burn to her right calf, but the former Hospitaler is more pained by the sight of the heroic Major Lenz. She cannot help him. The 47th must hold up their own banner, or lose their most precious weapon: faith.
>>
>>21093801

Help arrives in the form of a Marfos fire team, racing forward to set up firing positions where they can, firing from the hip as they go. Their plasma gunner blasts away at incoming hard targets with expert bursts from her weapon as their sergeant runs to help lays stay on his feet.
>>
>>21093843
Lenz doesn't let up, keeping the banner standing admist the sea of death all around Hive Tertius. The sight of the Seraphim, rising high like golden eagles made up of pure hatred gives much to the hearts of the Guardsmen as they make their bloody advance forward. Deep down inside, the greviously wounded Major knows he won't live through this, but he keeps persisting forward. If he gives up here, then what is the point? Everything he has done up to this point will be invalid.

One of the more feral cultist brandishs a broad-axe. He embeds it into Lenz's shoulder. There is a single fleeting moment then, as Lenz looks to his wound, then his attacker. With one swift motion, he backhands the man. After that, Lenz takes out the axe from his own body, the pain not even being registered at this point. A charging cultist is cut down from Lenz's new albiet primitive weapon.

"Look around you en-" He spits up some of his own blood, but continues. "Look around you enemies of mankind! We Guard are the most sorry lot! We don't have the armour of Sisters or Astartes, or the guns of the Navy! Nor do we have the wealth of Rogue Traders! But what we do have, is raw, fury!" He stumbles, but in his tumbling he brings his axe down on another foe. With some of his last strength he voxes back to command, where both Colonels of the 47th and the 15th can hear him.

"Forgive me," He says struggling to form the words. The broken form of the Major slumps on the banner, just as Sergeant from the Marfos fireteam joins him. His slumping form strikes a leaning pose, giving the men the false hope that he will still live after this.

The banner stands...But at what cost?
>>
>>21093892
>The sacrifice of the Marfos and Kilbeck troopers has brought the Imperials time to bring reinforcements to the site of the fiercest fighting. The powerful roar of the Ecclesiarchy's Rhinos, and the angry chatter of their storm bolters, announces the arrival of Sister Superior Isidore's force of thirty Adepta Sororitas.
>Unlike the Palatine and her Seraphim, who dart from one crisis to the next, Isidore deploys her women as a dense firing line. The Sisters of Battle rake the Lost and the Damned with bolter fire.
>>
>>21093892
>>21094018

Thanks to Lenz's final words, the Marfos fireteam (and those coming up behind them) rally harder than before. As though the hand of the Emperor was upon shoulders of the Guard in the trenches, their lasbolts and hard rounds find targets upon vulnerable cultist flesh as their blades and boots break cultist bones.

In the intersection Lenz has been struggling to hold, Marfos and Kilbeck begin to reform the lines. The sergeant who had tried to assist the Kilbeck major merely planted the standard deeper into the earth, granting a measure of respect to the man's departed spirit. He smiles briefly at the Sororitas reinforcements before turning to rejoin his fireteam, visiting the wrath of his pistol into more heretics' faces.

>In little time the remaining Lost and Damned forces beat a hasty retreat, most likely to report of their failure to their Alpha Legionnarie Masters.

Josef...

>She enters, with Lt. Grant on her heels, Col. Loschmidt's command tent. He remembers her from bonhomies on the fleet as a spry and vivacious woman with flawless juvenat treatments and light brown hair that is only just streaked with silver. She wears the standard dark green BDU of the Marfos 15th now, splattered and bloodied as it is by the day's fighting.

>Right now, she looks exactly like her sixty-plus years as she quietly relays news which Loschmidt knows to be true, deep in his heart.

He's gone, Josef... My men are bringing him in... I'm sorry...

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry

He's my man, you understand me? If he dies it is my fault. You...you keep him alive, alright? Hear me?

My Marfos 15th are fine. A platoon or two whittled down into a squad, a company at half strength. Nothing serious, considering we fought a trench war.

- Col. I. Khlarren, 15th Marfos Light Infantry

>Grant coughs behind his gloved hand. The hem of his worn out duster and his boots are also similarly stained.

The 19th got off light too, Colonel. I'm sending a squad to tail the retreating hostiles. That way we're forewarned...

Lt. Grant, 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders, Osceola Company

>The NCO, with the name "Murrough" sewn onto his breast pocket, gulps, the intimidation now plainly written on his face.

W-we... We're to bring him to Colonel Loschmidt, ma'am... Under orders from our own CO, but I s'pose he can wait a bit...

But now that you're here, I-I'm to tell you to meet up with our COs. When you can, of course...
>>
>>21094308
Good...good.

>A passing by scribe hands the Colonel a full report.

As it stands, out of the 12,000 men we came down to this world with, we have 9,236 men. 12 built in Earthshaker cannons, 25 mortar batteries. Seven Chimeras. Two Standard Leman Russ Main Battle Tanks. This leaves us at 78% Strength.

>With a long, exaggerated sigh, Josef then says.

Acceptable losses...

It is not our place to question, Colonel. We must focus instead on the here and now. You there, Lieutenant. Go round up some men to gather a few hundred civilians. I want the trenches cleaned of dead and our own properly buried. Burn the enemy's or use their corpses for servitors.

Siegfried Lenz looks up into the sky. The atmosphere is a milky grey, which would be depressing if it was not constrasted by the sight of all these dead murking up the already disgusting trench. His lips are cracked, his throat dry. The pain has mostly passed, for now, while the Sister works in her craft to heal him. How much of his blood has he lost? Too much, Lenz fears. He'll be more machine than man once this is all over. All feeling in his left section of his torso in his body is gone, the axe seeing to that. His belly is a mess of organs and ruptured flesh, but somehow the Hospitaller has sewn up his torn body. Truly a miracle of medicae.

A cold wind swoops down over the trenches, sending a fresh tingling to Lenz's face. He lets out a wry, dry sigh. He finally replies to the Sister, saying, "...Peace at last, then."
>>
>>21094562
"Colonel Loschmidt. I am informed that Major Lenz is in a stable condition. Would you like me to arrange transport for your wounded officer? I am aware that your regiment has the necessary vehicles to move him, but your men are tired and my Sisters are returning to reserve in any case."

>Sister Superior Isidore and a single squad of Sisters remain at the trench line, their presence reassuring the weary veterans of today's fierce fighting. The rest of the Sororitas retire to their vehicles, with Major Lenz in the care of the Seraphim.
(To make that crystal clear: they have 3 Rhinos, 3 squads of infantry and a small squad of jump troopers. They're leaving 10 Sisters behind and putting the Seraphim & Lenz into a Rhino.)

Good to hear good to hear!

Just in case I'm loading up two squads in two Chimeras, and putting the Roughriders regiment on stand by, just in case you need support.

And this question goes out to all commanders. Should we begin conscription of Hive Tertius' residents in order to make up for combat losses? More bodies never hurt.

~ Colonel Josef Loschmidt, 47th Kilbeck Siege Infantry.
>>
>>21094842
>Parting the bodies to make way is one very eager Tech-Priest Enginseer. Hearing of the wounded state of the Major he knew something like this would need his expertise.

>>
>>21094848
I'm not sure conscription is the smartest thing to do

We're having a cease fire with the Rebs right?

Agustina goes to visit Loschmidt in person. The Palatine is a handsome woman, just short of middle age. She has set aside her daunting power armour and dresses in the same humble robes she wore as an initiate.

"Colonel Loschmidt? Major Lenz is resting at the Task Force's field hospital. If you would like to see him, I would be happy to escort you."
>>
>>21095063
Rubbing a wrinkling hand over his diminished features, the Colonel gives her a nod. "Very well. Take me to him."

Around the Colonel is the humming buzz of several machines. Auspex relays and vox-broadcasters. A scribe and Officer scurry here and there, taking information from one side of the command tent to the other. This place was in total upheaval during the battle, but now it has calmed allowing for a steady flow of reliable information to trickle into High Command's ears.

After the cease-fire with the former rebels, Task Force Tertius established its field hospital near the surface of the Hive, in a heavily reinforced warehouse. Lenz has been cleaned up and dressed in sterile clothes. The sedatives lend him a peaceful expression.

A Sister Hospitaller, identifying herself as Teresa, greets the Imperial officers and starts to explain Lenz's condition. "Obviously, the work done by Sister Alodia in the field was very crude. It is still rather early, but I believe that the Major could make a more or less full recovery - the nerve damage is my main concern - given enough time..."

Teresa stops short and looks uncomfortable, wondering if she's said too much. She often says too much, it's just that she wants other people to understand why she does what she does and - oh, better not space out while the officers are talking.
>>

The Colonel takes a seat next to Siegfried, his bones aching already from all the excitement of today. The weathered, tired Josef pats Lenz on the chest, saying, "Good job. You've done good." I think I missed that write-fag thread, is there a link?
>>
>>21096136
The whole idea was the people vote on which characters they'd like to see made in Only War and handling it one at a time.
>>
>>21096164
Thread is 404'ed and is long gone. But here is the archive.

Thx guys, gonna check it out after I'm done with this...now reading the second thread, may need some time before I can join.
>>
Right. Let's get this on the way before Linna gets back.

Who out of this list would you like to be made in Only War?

Sergeant Matheys
Lance Corporal Routa
Lieutenant Grant
Major Lightfoot
Major Lenz.
Sister Superior Agustina
>>
>>21096303
Agustina is Palatine. And I don't want her made yet.

Voting for Grant, because his player did some pretty cool things based on the description of the Marston men.
>>
>>21096335
Roger that, Palatine Agustina.

1 Vote for Grant.
>>
>>21096297
Re-reading Part 2. So disappointed that "feeling an Inquisitorial Mandate coming on" didn't become slang for the onset of period pain.
>>
>>21096303
Lightfoot or Haas
>>
>>21096378
>>21096405
Since there was a tie I'm going with Grant as he was voted for first.

Matheys(and Barry) player here

ultimately Haas & Lightfoot feel like the "main" characters of the campaign.
And Haas was so well played.

If anyone deserves something it is that glorious heretic asshole
>>
>>21096699
Well ya see I disagree with that statement right there.

There are no main characters of this. No one can really claim that title. Nobody. The main character if anything is the campaign itself. This is mostly a story about several different people struggling to keep a military campaign going.
>>
>>21096731
Personally I think Routa is the closest to a "primary protagonist", but yeah, this is definitely an ensemble cast. Good work all.
>>
This is Col. Harklan. My men are mobilizing, can someone give me a sitrep, over?
-Col Harklan, 287th Elysians
>>
Is there any chance we can get some time to salvage and take stock of assessts currently acquired from the enmy? I know the ex-adminstratum group is probably itching to do some accounting
>>
Huh what? sorry sir must have passed out in the saddle...
-Trooper Sketch Renroc, Cruik 13th(Attached to the 19 Marston)
>>
> I would be more than happy to do the unit sitreps, and a brief overview of the campaign so far, I just can't do it right now. work calls. If you guys want to do a brief one, I'll cobble together something more detailed and post it later in the day.
>>
(Would it be okay if I had the Cadian 958th stuck-in somewhere in Secundus Hive? Just checking to make sure that wouldn't step on anyone's toes.)
>>
>>21097132
>I just got back from work, so I have no idea what's going on
>>
>>21097200
>Pretty sure that's OK. I'm confident their CO hasn't turned up, so providing that you put them at reduced strength it should work out.
>>
(Alright so, anyone need any Lho sticks? If I remember right Sketch has about twenty packs left over from a Munitorum Mishap.)
>>
>Linna here. I'm back but I have to leave again in a bit, so I'd be happy waiting for a new thread. I'll be back around 10pm EST, but before that I won't be available. Sorry if that fucks everybody over, but I had something come up

>For whoever writes the sitrep, the 54th Strike Armored is standing at 85%, we've lost 4 tanks beyond repair and 3 more are disabled. The Cadian 18th Heavy is at full strength now.
>>
>>21097524
>For whoever writes up the Elysians, we have 31% Casualties, so we still have 69% ready
>sorry I wasn't able to do anything, I had work
>>
>>21097132
>OK. The Sisters of Battle should probably be recorded as "Mission Agustina", as they're not the whole of their (rather minor) Order. Currently at 100% strength, their chief weapon is surprise. Surprise and fear...
>>
>>21097200
> the 188th guy said secundus hive was sacrificed, so, you should keep that in mind when writing up the unit
>>
>>21097577
>This sounds terrible. Damn cultists.
>>
>>21097858
>When he said it, it seemed more like the Guard had blown it to kingdom come in order to fuck over Chaos.
>>
>>21097962
Oh, if thats the case, good on 'em.
>>
Dude making Only War conversions of Characters.

I actually haven't read thread 2, and I only glanced at the first few posts of 1. How are Danielle Lightfoot and Commissar Haas?
>>
>>21098026
Haas was reported KIA then some time later miraculously reappeared.
Then he reported that the Old Lord Millitant was going to be sacrificed to open eternal doom or something like that. So he gathers a lot of guys to stop that.
It turns out that Haas is a follower of Tzeentch, sacrificed the Lord Millitant with Orbital Strikes, Ascended into Daemon Prince and drove a good part of the troops insane and trapped a good number of regiments behind enemy lines
>>
>>21098121
Along the way an epic working relationship was forged with Major Lightfoot who steam to Haas rescue only to find an explosion in the face and one last parting lie given to her in the form of a comradely hip flask sort of thing.

It was beautiful man.
>>
>>21098256
>was

Lightfoot's still alive, and still has the flask.

And she has no idea what to do.
>>
>>21097858
>>21097962
> 144th Diech guy here... lets just say it was a sickeningly terrible combination of both.
>>
>>21098930
So long as there was artillery involved, I'm OK with this.

The 47th Kilbeck Siege Infantry is a zealous regiment that barely can reign in it's righteous hatred of the enemy. Right now the regiment is still in high spirits, ready to fight already. They are at 78% strength.

The 48th Kilbeck Siege Infantry is made up of the higher nobility class, and their morale is finally bolstered thanks to the actions of their Commissars. Infact, they are itching for some action. To prove themselves. They are at 90% effectiveness.

I'm the only one of the Cruik 13th that is here right now.
>>

The remaining forces of the 19th Marston Penal Legion Roughriders have been attached to the 47th Kilbeck, but not formally amalgamated into the regiment. They are at 15% strength, give or take.

I'm sending out scouts now, sir. If they make it back, we'll know.
>Shhh, I hear someone coming.
>Allright people, ambush formation.

>SURPRISE, FUCKERS!

Allright, looks like we've got a platoon of renedages holding the enterance. Nothin' we can't handle, boss. Just give the order.

- Sgt Murray of the mothefuckin' 49th Catachan Jungle Fighters

Let's do this lads.

But remember to eliminate those fuckers as silently as possible

We just got out of pink shit, i don't want to get back so soon.

I'll put a gag on Davo just to makes sure, boss.
>Davo, get over here.
>Put this on. Don't argue with me, you devil-shit, just do it.
>Good man.

Allright sir, we'll take out the sentries and pave the way for the rest of the boys. Might need another squad to pull it off, though. Any chance of re-enforcement?

- Sgt Murray of the mothefuckin' 49th Catachan Jungle Fighters

Take Jonas and his crew with you

>Why me, boss?
>Oh, Shut the fuck up you wanker, you lost the coin toss with Roy remember?

That should be enough to pull this job clean.

If anything goes to shit just give us a call and we bust that shit down with the loudest handcannons we have

- Cpt Barry of the mothefuckin' 49th Catachan Jungle Fighters
>>
>Guy who plays Josef here. Hitting the hay for now.
