Today you're standing in front of Will and hearing something shocking. "The obvious answer is that there's a traitor in the ranks. The only way they could have known about this chink in our armor is if someone on the inside told them. Then there's the fact that these guys aren't the normal bandits and psychos. They were professionals on a dedicated kill mission."

"But.... who could have told them? Who the hell would betray the Pack?"

"According to these documents and intercepted transmissions? You."

You shift between shock, disbelief and indignant anger so fast you feel dizzy. Without saying a word Will kicks his office's trashcan to you, and you grateful puke into it instead of on the floor. After a moment you're able to let out a coherent response. "No. No I fucking did not."

"I know."

"You what?" you ask as she gives you a gentle kiss on the cheek.

"Oh.. oh god, I thought you were...." She lets go and pushes you away slightly.

"Thought I was what? Are you feeling alright Abby?"

"I... I'm fine... I just need to go...." She then turns and leaves the room at a hurried, awkward shuffle.

Well THAT was weird. But at least you know she's on your side.

After a long moment of contemplation, you decide that Abby was acting a little too odd.

You walk out of engineering, and one of the other techs which way she went.

Eventually you find your way to the Caffeteria. Inside you see Ryan and John. "Hey, have either of you seen Abby?"

"Yeah." Ryan replies. "She came in here a few minutes ago, and hid behind the counter when she saw you opening the door."

"Alright."

You then walk around the counter and sit next to her on the floor. She looks over at you, looking vaguely exasperated. "Did it occur to you this talk might be slightly awkward?"

"More awkward than me leaving after Ryan unflinchingly sold you out?"

"...point."

"Talk to me. What's up?"

"You.... really haven't figured it out on your own?"

"I am terrible at reading people. You will probably have to spell it out for me before I understand."
