Hey /tg/, let's make a crazy setting. Here's the deal: setting is present day. After some crazy event, magic begins to manifest itself, but only among the younger generations. Many young people develop magical powers, but these are based on their subculture.

What kind of magic would goths, emos, metalheads, hipsters, guidos or even juggalos have?

I'm thinking about something along the lines of Mage, Changeling the Lost, Unknown Armies, etc, but with much more hilarious shit.

Do you like the idea? Can we get some shit done like in the old times?

    Please respond.
    >> Anonymous 04/14/12(Sat)07:29 No.18708052
    That's actually kind of neat. Let me give it a shot with the only subculture I fit into;

Pop Punk Posi Bros: Mental fortitude in the form of near immunity to mental magic/powers. Emotion-based powers like animal empathy and the ability to influence the emotional states of others.

That group might be too specific though.

Emo kids are clearly just a rip-off of Persona where their powers come from hurting themselves. No but really, blood mages.

Do we want to base the manifestation on music? I mean, do they have to hear or play music to use magic?

Can places have some magical properties if many magic users frequent it? I'm thinking raves, concerts or a library where goths read their poetry to each other.

    A few more:

Nerds/geeks could get technomancy, or something akin to super intelligence, but with some drawbacks. Could be hilarious if they're like that Freakazoid villain who's just a giant brain and has brilliant schemes that can be foiled by making fun of him, due to his cripplingly low self-esteem and social anxiety.

Hipsters get chronomancy, so they can be "into that before the creator was born." this might be broken, but it fits.

Guidos get chamleon-esque abilities (have you ever seen a guidette without makeup?) and moderate super strength. Females get sonic screams that can cause damage.

Straight Edge kids wouldn't develop magic per-se. They'd instead develop a kind of magical immunity. They'd probably be all for people either not using their powers, or strict regulation of who should be able to use such powers.

    Goths are obviously necromancers.

The ones who have been brought up to a heavily religious background: prayers start working.

But rather than drawing the powers from themselves they are drawing it from a collect pool. Possible Great Old One like entity starts forming based on the collective belief of every religion. In effect a pool of formless contradictory faiths. It is Allah and Yahweh and Genesh and Buddha and even the cults of personality like the cult of Mao and the Moonies. It all gets rolled into one. The belief that the powers are a manifestation of a higher being causes that being to form as a nascent all god... Abraxas takes form.

Hmmm... an idea for Steampunkers: They can sometimes be overcome with a flood of ideas, and invent a gadget or mechanism. The mecanism works as intended even though it breaks the laws of physics. The more brass, cogs and gears the device uses, the better the invention works.

So, tl;dr: Steampunks can make deadly ray guns, robotic spiders powered by steam and complex goggles which acts like binoculars, but the effectiveness of said invention is dependent on how steampunky they are made.

    In short, they're mad inventors.

Hipsters - No set school of magic, they simply ride trends, or more accurately - initiate trends. An individual will purposefully select an obviously old, forgotten or apparently weak school and seek to perfect that. They only get so far before they notice too many others have done the same and skip off to a new school, they are therefore jacks of all trades - what they lack in proficiency in any one school they make up for with a vast array of knowledge of the various schools they've dabbled in. They'd be great at identifying (and mocking) what kind of mage someone was.

    any moral alignment, always chaotic.
-1chr +1 int - Manipulation specialists. /b/tards may select a further class to specialise into - Newfag midfag or oldfag to augment the Hive mind rolls.
Before entering play, the DM is advised to create a list of positive and negative effects for the "/b/ of many things" and "Hive mind" failure roll.

    Base abilities:
Psychic Troll: The /b/tard assaults the target with misinformation and logical fallacies causing the target to temporarily lose intellect and become enraged, terrified or confused. A will save will halve the int damage and resist status change. Newfags gain bonuses to Int damage due to such utter facepalm worthy troll attempts while Oldfags gain a bonus chance to cause a status change.

Immunity/resistance/vulnerability to emotional attacks. Due to their exposure to /b/ and trolling Midfags can identify emotional manipulation easily, requiring great levels of subtlety in the attack to overcome. Oldfags can shrug off these attacks entirely. Conversely newfags are highly vulnerable to such attacks, due to falling for troll after troll and not learning anything.

    /b/ of many things.
Any player in the setting may ask /b/ for a gift of their world. That player must consult the prewritten table to determine the gift of 4chan, this can be any effect within the characters level.

Hive mind - In times of need, the /b/tard may beseech Anon for aid. If successful, the /b/tard gains vast augments to their powers for the purpose of a single task.
The hive mind does not deal with trifles however meaning it can only be called upon a number of times per month and leading to % chance changes depending on the situation which will be determined by the DM.
Mild - 20% chance of success with a 20% chance of a random event by an irritated hive mind.
Moderate - 40% chance of success with 10% random event chance
    Serious - 60%/5%
    Dire - 80%/1%
Newfags may request Aid with greater frequency but with 10% less chance of success and unmodified random event chance.
Oldfags have less attempts to request aid due to their deep cynicism that /b/ will actually do anything, but due to their experience with working with /b/ get a 10% bonus to success chance.
Midfags lack the enthusiasm and inexperience of newfags, but also the deep experience and cynicism of oldfags, leading to no penalties to requests and success chance, but no + modifiers either.

Stop posting about 4chan, this thread isn't about 4chan. Although I concede that given the scenario that the OP suggested, 4chan may indeed become a magical entity, I certainly do not believe it would become an important or powerful one. It's too much of a circlejerk to really be relevant, this assumed significance it has been ascribed in this thread is a perfect example of this.

4chan would be a curiosity. Whose power would wax and wane like the moon, nothing more or less.

No idea what it'd be called but if we were to go WOD style with it how about the degree to which they've sold out against their subculture's ideals. It could work a bit like banality in changeling.

An anarcho punk suffers a point of sell-out for every week they hold down a job but can recover by destroying government property.
Emo kids take points in sell-out more easily, all they have to do is crack a smile, but they can recover with less risk, all they need to do is self harm taking physical damage equal to the number of points of sell-out they want to remove.

emos aren't really about self harm remember.

Like, you've got various incarnations of it so it'd be useful to separate.

You've got the prehistoric emo - which is basically hipster before it was called hipster - IKNOWRIGHT?! You can check them out on YSS, nothing further to add here.

I'd say for them it'd be powers related to their favorite bands or song lyrics - as for this subculture more than any other, they want to really really connect to the lyrics. Think about how many emo bands are fucking dross musically, but are able to turn a phrase well, so kids connect and want more.

So a My Chemical Romance listener might be able to call on the assistance of The Black Parade for example.

Power of empathy might be a good one - others are forced to feel what they feel, or lose their ability to deal with emotions rationally/with a sense or proportion.

Yeah, for this to work properly then magic use and/or magic ability either has to be addictive or have a really, really disruptive (negatively) on the world around it. Or at least have some reason why Edge is against it.

I like the idea of the Null sXe guys beating the shit out of magically snobby hipsters whilst the hipsters laugh through the pain and tell them that what they're doing is too poser for words.

I dunno - I just think that unless magic use has some negative consequence in itself, rather than just When Bad People Get It (TM) then sXe has no reason to get the powers suggested here.

    Fans of/want to expand on:

    >Hipsters: High tech weapons, because now magic is too mainstream.

I think that their ability to make/use these weapons should be magical in nature, although no one's really sure. Like they became tech-savants because the Weird Stuff knew they wouldn't want mainstream magic.

    >Preps: Domination-like powers with some kind of ability to attract flunkies. Maybe a way to farm out wounds they take to their flunkies.

Think like Lahmian vampires in Warhammer fantasy, they would get impossible beauty and the ability to manipulate/seduce weaker minds into a thrall in their service. Vagina dentata mayhaps? Succubus like powers?

Well, either this or they use magic ironically. Like, really stereotypical D&D magic.

As for the preps, naw on the vagina dentata or glorious appearance... but the vampire thing gives me an idea. They all have a weakness; some dark secret that, if discovered, will break their magic forevermore.

I'm liking this more and more. Metalheads do need some work tho. Maybe they have some kind of power controlling people, like anon said before? They start to sing, and every "mortal" in the area starts moshing to protect them. Or they can stagedive anywhere and get carried away by ghostly hands, while the cheer of an unseen crowd can be heard.

I'm thinking un rune magic or demon binding for the metalheads, depending on the genre that they hear the most. Imagine some guys making a ritualistic circle, enacting some myth; then transforming into einherjar. Other variants of metal could transform to demons or rain fiery blood. To get something like brutal legend you'd need many different tribes working toghether under a warlord, but it couls work for short periods of time.

I have many metalhead friends (anything from cheesy manowar to slayer is fine for me) but also roleplaying friends. How would that work? Like mid level powers of both disciplines, or more limitations for mixed results?

    How about this:
Power Metal lifts people up and inspires them. The Power Metalhead doesn't make them do his bidding, but if the crowd is aware of an injustice, he can empower them.

Death Metal corrodes and degrades. Slowly, everything around the metalhead turns to ash and tarnished lead.

Folk Metal brings to mind a simpler time. While Death Metal brings to ruin, Folk Metal simplifies things, and even concepts.

Like, i was thinking lightning because headbanging generates static electricity for every metalhead, but doesn't reach fatal levels until there's a group gathered at a, say, concert and they do it in unison, where they could potentially wipe out a city with their powerful bursts.

I think an interesting aspect of this game could be that the characters know almost nothing of their powers, how they really work and why they got them. In most WoD games, you will have some older mentor, like your vampire Sire, an older Changeling or whatever to teach you the basics. Here, you are scared teenagers who got incredible powers and can only depend on each other (that is, their subculture) to find out what all this is about. You are afraid, but also thrilled by what you can do. No one must know. Not the authorities, not your girlfriend, and definitely not your parents.

Victor stepped into the swirling smoke and murmurs of The Piston. His eyes adjusted quickly with the help of his brass duoculars, revealing the small group of regulars whom he had come to regard as friends. Sitting at the bar were two Engineers, Malkior and Stannerbilt, that Victor had known Before – when they were called Melvin and Stanley. Next to them, Lady Annachronism leaned against the gramophone jukebox as it spilled the dulcet breath of Abney Park’s guttural frontman over the bar. A handful of old cable spools acted as tables, supporting half-drained philters of Absinthe (or Jones Green Apple soda for the younger punks) and a dozen patched tweed elbows. Victor skirted the edge of the room, passing his gloved hand over the tangle of exposed pipes that had grown almost organically over every inch of the wall – although they didn’t carry anything but the occasional draped jacket or scarf. Reaching the back of the establishment, he ducked inside one of two private booths – the impromptu command center for his compatriots in the area.

The booth was implausibly smokier than the bar, drill-shaped plumes of tobacco exhaust spilling from ironically bearded mouths. Victor took his seat – next to their leader, Nikolai, and across from two of the most ridiculous looking young men Victor had ever seen.

“You understand our concern, of course. The Mills have been our turf since Before, and we are reluctant to concede even a fraction of our territory – regardless of what a ‘prime undiscovered hangout’ you might consider them to be.”
Nikolai spoke with authority unbecoming of his appearance – another of Victor’s friends from the days before they had taken new names, Nick was diminutive in appearance and personality. When things changed and he began to manifest his powers, Nick had poured all of his time into learning, understanding, and pushing the limits of his new abilities. For weeks at a time, he missed school entirely. When, as the Juggalos said, the “shit all straight up and fuckin’ hit the fan”, and schools across the country shut down entirely, Nick’s truancy seemed negligible. The product of his efforts, however, was anything but – his advanced comprehension of the intricacies of their new powers made him the natural leader no one imagined he could be, and he quickly coined his own title: Ark-Engineer.

The Hipsters opposite them conferred for a moment through their iPhones, the unnatural glow of their screens illuminating swathes of pipe smoke in front of their faces. After some deliberation and a round of DrawSomething, they turned back to Nikolai and Victor. “We get you. You’re into all this pipe stuff, and that’s cool. I was really into Skyrim for a while, I dig the Dwarven motif. But you gotta understand, the Mills are much better off in our hands. There’s Goths around there, down by the river, cooking up some foul-ass Misfits shit. You keep building junk without taking precautions, you’re going to get your heads shrunk. Just let us set up shop, we’ll lock it down.”

Victor watched the other Hipster as Nikolai considered their offer. Decked out in thick glasses, two scarves and a peaked ‘wizard’ hood, he was clearly the most fluent in their magics – although what that entailed Victor didn’t know. Hipsters, as a collective, were inadvertently mysterious. What rumors he had heard concerned their ability to adapt, moving from specialties with as little commitment as their music taste. Some Hipsters, however, were steadfast in their style – devoting themselves to combat, support, or illusory -

Victor perked his ears. Wavering guitar, sad vocals, no deep breaths… Modest Mouse?

    Gammy bastards.

The image that greeted him as he tore away the velvet curtain was at once terrible, exciting, and entirely unoriginal. Overturned tables, smashed mirrors, and a scattering of blood betrayed the scuffle that the Hipster Obscurist had artfully hidden. Nikolai was gone, likely swept away some time after Victor had entered the booth. Stepping over an abandoned raygun, Victor pulled his weapon from its sheath – braided leather forming a cord about four feet long, coming alive with blue pilot flames at the flip of a switch on the mahogany handle. It was an admirable piece of Engineering, custom made by Nikolai himself. Victor often laughed to himself at how ridiculous the concept of their powers was – by all rights, this whip should be cold to the touch and too heavy to lift, but somehow its aesthetic had imbued it with serpentine, coiling life – he was glad it was powered by that rather than the power of believing, because he definitely wasn’t able to suspend his logic as far as would be necessary.
Outside, the Hipster’s raiding party could still be seen moving down the street. Victor tightened his grip on the lash handle and followed at a distance, predicting their path down towards the Mills.

Elspeth giggled as she lit the last candle, casting the blood-soaked changing room in a sinister glow. Looking down at the gorey feathers on her hands, she wondered briefly whether chickens would be enough to sate the rule of sympathy. She'd chipped her black nail polish strangling the last one. A necessary sacrifice - her appearance could be adjusted later. Right now she had a ritual to complete, her coven depended on it. She could hear the raucous shouting outside. Straight-Edgers - seven of them. Their power number. A loud wet meat slap sounded on the other side of the wall. Something new? She couldn't risk it. She began to sing.

I would say that is EXACTLY what we need. I mean, not all nerds would be Apex Predators, and they'd be hunted pretty vigorously by Jocks.

I like the politics that can emerge, especially on a more local level. Globally, Goths and Geeks would most likely be at each others throats, but in a few cities or even just one city they could have a peaceful coexistence based on alternatively summoning and slaughtering hordes of the zombies.

Pete couldn't keep from grinning as he looked around his crew. They psyched themselves up, chugging energy drinks and high-fiving. The battered, sticker-covered boom box blared pop-punk at volumes that would alert anyone in the area to their presence. It didn't matter to Pete. He knew he'd be fine with all his friends there.

He picked up the boom box and pushed his skateboard forward. The rumbling of the wheels over concrete was echoed as his crew followed suit. Graffiti-covered walls sped past as the skaters settled into a rhythm. Pete led the way, weaving in and out of streetlights and bollards. Then, he stopped. They were there.

At the other end of the street, a black-clad gathering milled. As one, they turned their corpse-painted faces towards Pete and his crew. Black metallers, many of them hefted medieval weaponry. The skaters stepped off their boards. They picked them up and adopted fighting stances.

"Stay posi, guys," Pete said, as much to keep his own nerves in check than to motivate his crew. He set the boom box down, and the rest of the skaters formed up around it.

A sickening howl erupted at the far end of the street. The black metallers raised their weapons and charged.

The abandoned Asylum had sounded such a sick place to set up camp. One of the few places still with running water, and a generator that still had fuel. It sat atop a hill in what seemed like a fairly defensible position and there is something to be said for occupying a goddamn asylum after all. Reality is a dick though, as no one in the misfit band of emo kids, goths and nerds knew a thing about how to work the generator.

"Well I assumed it was just going to be a fucking switch or a button or some shit, no use crying about it asstwat."

"Great, so the geek grows a potty mouth, mocks my calling and proves he's an idiot in the same sentence, now I can see why we haunt the nightmares of Leicestershire right now."

The place was a shithole before The Event and now it's effectively goatse, but at least there I might die in a moderately cool way, rather than dying from freezing to death in a padded cell."

Leroy looked outside the window. Armed with a golden Deagle (it was airsoft, but hey, it works to focus his powers), he saw the black-clad figures near his blinged-out Cadillac.
"Shiiiit. Not the Caddie! Where the fuck is Johnny G wit' dat backup?" He muttered to himself. One of the figures outside lifts his hand, revealing an electric guitar in the shape of an axe, and launched into a frenzy on the Cadillac. Other figures join in on the madness, gluttural howls and roaring competing with the sound of metal being smashed.
Leroy can't take it anymore. "Thassa MY CAR, mofukkas!" He quickly whipped his Deagle sideways, and pulled on the trigger. Bright flashes of light illuminated his gun while he recited DMX's Party Up. The window shattered to pieces, and bullets made of words stormed towards the Dark Metalheads. Some of them didn't notice, and gets caught in the hail of word-bullets, while others quickly whipped their guitar-axes to counter-attack. Leroy quickly ducked out of the way, shreds of metal missing him by inches. Leroy panicked. He knew he would die here. He resolved himself, "Once a street solja, ALWAYS A SOLJA!" As he went up again, he thought he'll get wasted for the last time here.
To his suprise, the Dark Metalheads were being routed by a screaming horde of Juggalos, wielding juggling pins studded with nails, some of them even riding to battle in unicycles. One of them passed by the wide-mouthed Leroy, and smiled.
"It's a miracle, man! It's ALL a miracle!" the clown-faced man proclaimed, before he ran whooping and hollering.

Bethan, the only Indie kid in the group spoke up for the first time in a few hours. Stirring from her shivering corner.

"Guys? Jamie's calling isn't suited to cantrips?"
    Questioning inflection, no question. Pause.

Slamzilla looked around at his fellows in the fire light. The camp fires illuminated their painted faces, grinning with anticipations. He smile widened. Tall and short, fat and thin, strong and weak, boy and girl, his brothers and sisters had come together when the time has come, like they knew it would happen. They had set up in the old school assembly, called by his the beats of his boombox and the phat rhymes that danced with it. Now, he was handed the ceremonial bottle of Faygo and finished it off. He felt the power of the wicked elixir flowing through him, and he felt the words flow with it.

"Brothas! Sistas! Good juggalo motherfuckas! It is good to see our family gather here, to sup the elixir togetha, to dance togetha, to rejoice in juggalohood as a true family! It fills me with enough mothafuckin' joy that I could weep! We have completed the rites, set down by the Posse so long ago, and we are blessed by the favour and we shall walk with miracles, brothas and sistas!"
This brought a cry from the crowd. They felt his passion and as it fed them, they fed it as well, stirring them up. The sound of the blessed rhymes grew louder in Slamzilla's ears and in the smoky clam-bake he could see more shapes than his brethren. He saw laughing, grinning shapes, cart-wheeling through the air around him. He felt stronger, stronger than he ever felt. He turned back to the crowd.

"Brothas and sistas, we have done well, but their is still work to do! We must walk an exodus, a holy journey to unite with the other juggalos who have been left alone an confused! We must join with those who have already formed their ranks, and increase the power! We must pour across this land like the wicked elixir, and into the seas and on and on, until the whole earth is united under a painted banner! My brethren, it is our holy duty to untie all peoples under the love of the juggalo! We must bring the miracles to the masses, and purify! Purify! Purify"
Slamzilla's word were lost in the roar of the crowd and the stomping of feet as the juggalos began to dance and cavort, jumping and wheeling as the music of The Posse grew louder still. And all around them the harlequin shapes danced and cavorted with them, their ghostly laugher echoing off the walls.

This isn't what hipsters do though. They may deride a scene as having become shallow but their mere presence doesn't make a scene evaporate. More than anything it just draws the ire of the people who actually like the crowd they're with. If some faggot walked into your bar and told you your music sucks you'd tell them to stuff a cock up their ass so the shit dosen't come out. Hipster powers would probably be about what hipsters are about, looking like they're at the forefront of the cultural collective if not so far ahead that our 'plebian' brains can't understand it. They'd use some kind of glamour magic and possibly precognition.

About the post apocalyptic thing: I think you can play either way. You could play when The Event is all new and only the users know of their powers. There is a kind of Masquerade, the game takes place in abandoned places, clubs, gigs and the like. Or, you play some time after the event when teenage gangs of magic users rule the streets and the authorities can't do anything, and maybe try to contain it. This whole setting can accomodate many playstyles, at least I think so.

    - Emos: can expand their emotions to others.
    - Metalheads: lightning/fire, they can use instruments as weapons, at least in the writefaggotry.
    - Straight edge: immunity to magic
    - Juggalos: some kind of tribal shamanistic shit, maybe they benefit from the "family" thing?
    - Steampunk: can craft crazy steampunk shit that works.
    - Hipsters: precognition probably, but we haven't really decided on that yet
    - Stoners: time slowing, perhaps healing?
    - Geeks: bardic knowledge kind of stuff
    - Gangstas: can use "bling-bling" and rap to fire word projectiles
    - Ravers: not decided yet.
    - Jocks: get boost on physical atributes.
    - Chavs: see jocks, I guess.
    - Guidos: not yet decided.
    - Punks: we barely mentioned them, though they are a large subculture around here.

Straight Edge abstain from all drugs and alcohol, with some groups even abstaining from sex. Instead, it connects strongly with rave and punk culture, trading out the inherent drug ties of both in exchange for more focus on the music and fashion, with a big "NO, I DO NOT HAVE ANY."

It strikes me more as an offshoot of Punks, and Punks should be some form of "repel other abilities via own intensity and response back".

straight edge comes from a counter reaction to the destuctive punk culture of unsafe sex, alcohol and drug abuse. they often use "sXe" and the X on the back of the hand to mark their "belonging". the X was drawn on young peoples hands at clubs and concerts to show they where not of drinking age, and thatw as picked up by the sXe culture/movment.

As with anything there's now plenty of different versions of "sXe".

Ravers should get prismatic bursts, or a way to disconcert/dazzle other people with their flashing light and trancy music. Laser shows straight from your hand and whatnot.

Guidos would probably have something to do with money, as do Gangstas.

Jocks, Chavs, Gopniks, Bogans would probably get intimidation or muscle wizardry school of magic. Jocks would be closer to the muscle wizard, while chavs, gopniks and bogans would lean more on the intimidation aspect.

If there's an 'expansion set' on foreign fads, I'm suggesting Yankees, Gopniks, Ganguros, Bosozokus, Ah Bengs, Sukebans/Banchous, Lolitas and Visual Keis.
Maybe also a 'fads from the past' expansion set. Mods, Zazous, Greasers, Zoot Suiters, Disco Maniacs, and Beatniks could be in there too.

Rebels are exactly what they sound like-anarchists or rebels against a specific cause.
Straight-laces I'd assume have something to do with the Straightedges.
Preps are the popular kids, usually wealthy, the ones who always got loads of flowers from their friend on holidays and the like.

Here, I make no promises as to its quality, but I'll give you something, based off the culture I'd identify with, that hasn't really been touched on.

"Can we hurry this shit up?" whined the Hipster, Kevon. "If I get spotted leaving a place like this, I'll be a laughingstock."
"Like you aren't already, bro," snarled a Guido, who went as K-Fresh. "look at you. When'd you last tan?"
"Fuck you, ham-neck!" The comeback echoed through the warehouse, in the darkened catwalks above, and the abandoned foreman's office.
Hecate, their Goth companion, sighed. "This is pointless. If he's not here, why are we?"
"He'll be here! He always does what he says he will, and we should listen to those in authority." Jennifer was a True Believer, and was so goody-goody that she actually lit the meeting on her own.
"It's that kind of herd mentality that Nietzche knew would doom us," Kevon interjected. "Man was meant to stand on his own, he doesn't need the help of-"
He was cut off as the lights suddenly came on, blinding the 4 people on the floor. A voice echoed from the catwalks.
    "Stop. Take five, people."
In the harsh glare of the lights, the four associates shifted and changed. K-Fresh's tan melted away, and his hair lengthened to his shoulders. Kevon stretched, and his clothes stretched with him, as he grew three inches and gained thirty pounds. Hecate's black hair bleached blond, and her eyes shifted from blue to green. Jenn's skirt shortened drastically, and her sweater grew a V-neck. She reached into her cleavage, and proffered a pack to her compatriots.
"Anybody want a smoke? James? Charlie?"

James, the ex-Hipster, shook his head. "Love one, but if I go back smelling like tobacco instead of cloves, they'll know something's up."
Charlie and Heather each took a cig from Jenna's pack, and the three of them lit up. Into the expanding smoke stepped Michael, their Director and Stage Manager.
    "How goes it, all?"
James answered, "Great, I'm really about to make a breakthrough with Kevon! I've been steadily attack Giselle's musical tastes, and I think within the next few days, she's either going to sleep with me, or try and showdown for dominance."
Heather glanced at him, looking irritated "So, you're going to sleep with that bitch?"
"Honey, it's a character choice. She's not my type at all."
Michael spoke, cutting the couple off.
"Good. Remember, we've only got a week until the performance. Tech's doing what they can, but we need you guys at the top of your game. Donald!"
A tall man, dressed in black, appeared behind Jenna.
    "Yeah, Mike?"
"Can you do something with Jenna's costume? It's too bland for me."
Donald turned to Jenna. "Change back for me."
Her clothes returned to their previous prim state. Donald looked her over, and then swept his hand. Her skirt shifted from blue tartan to red, and her cross-necklace grew a ruby rose. Her socks lengthened until they reached her knees, and rose decals crawled up them.
    "Better?"
    "Much, thanks."
Donald leaned to Jennifer, and kissed her on the cheek. "You're doing great, babe."
Jennifer shifted back to Jenna. "I hope so, I haven't gotten laid in a month. This show better be worth it."
Michael smiled as Donald returned to invisibility.
"Don't worry, dear, it will be."

    Neat. I like it.

Now all we need to do is create some spacific powers. Im thinking of pulling a Bastard! : destroyer of darkness thing off, and naming all the spells off bands or songs.

    for instance:
Tiger's Eye - Buffs subject and removes a level of fatiuge.
Sandman - Allys gain bonus to damage
Gun's 'n Roses - Basic Fireball spam attack
Cherry pie - Captivates entire room, forceing them to look at subject of the spell. at high levels may also cause small busts of wind or a "slow effect"
Holy Diver - Enchantes current weapon/ bonus to armor.
    Symphony No.6 - Antimagic shield
    Symphony No.9 - Antimagic field,
