02/12/12(Sun)15:54 No.17916042>>17915996 Forgot my trip, and seeing as I have it this time and their is a difference this time around, this will be the official post, ignore the imposter.
"You shall be Ur, the first Lich. You will be immortal to time, and the magics that hold you together will make you very difficult to kill with force, but once the other sapients discover magic know that it shall be as capable of undoing you as it was of making you. Also, you are given to the world to spread knowledge, not the worship of me. I only want those who seek me to worship me, to build a faith around me would be counter-constructive to our goals, do you understand?"
"Yes, my lord." He says.
"Then go, you will rise were you fell, but do not return immediately to your people, continue as you first intended, wandering and learning."
You send his soul on its way.
You return to the moon and resume watching the events on the planet. After a short while, however, Ius appears before you.
"What did you do?" He asks, a tinge of anger in his voice.
"I acted within my bounds as judge of the afterlife. I understand that to only do this in my favor would be unfair, and had already made plans to give you and the others opportunities to do the same, when suitable people die." You respond immediately.
He relaxes, "I don't need to tell you that, regardless of how fair you intend to be about it, this kind of thing should not often occur."
"No you don't, I felt that him being the first soul to come to me was significant enough to mark this even as unique and worthy of such intervention."
"Very well." Ius says before departing. |
