We are the chieftan of the tribe (name the tribe please.). We are people of the north who came to south in search for a suitable land that we can settle. We are great warriors and capable blacksmiths. Our ancestors watch our every step as we walk to the glory.. or our own doom.

    İnfo is coming...

    >One of your emissaries whom you sent to east returns. He tells you about a religion. İt seems that the head of that religion is a priestking. He rules over a kingdom himself, a small one but very rich. This priestking also has influence on most other kingdoms of his own religion. He has power to denounce kings and such. He tells you that all mages are declared heretics and daemon-worshippers according to the priests of this religion. İnquisitors under priestkings command are constantly hunting for mages and witches without rest. Most of mages are tortured to death or burned alive when they are caught by inquisitors.

Fuck that shit. Our country is now a safehaven to mages seeking sanctuary. I think we should also look into magic a little, when we meet a mage. Not learn it, but atleast learn what it's about and how it works. If we understand it we'll be able to tell which mages are honest magic users and which ones use black magic and whatnot. Possibly.

In case OP missed it at the end of the last thread.

    2 months later...

You now have the Great Warriors Hall. You name the capital Raven-hold. You organize contests and combat tourneys in the name of your ancestors. Nearly all your warriors join. A young man named Krinn shows great skill and valour. Also a warrior named Bjorn wins the all strength contests. İ amm telling you that man is fuckhuge.

You support your apothecaries and alchemist. This results in some medical advances. A lots of cures are found and our apothecaries are now well supplied. Also we can now train herbalists and apothecaries and open schools for them. Alchemists also found a new potion which... well it makes someone to hallucinate. Also they discover another mix which is a painkiller.

Mines are ready. You can now assign some miners there. Also you rangers return from the great forest and with them they bring a tall, young female with them. She has a mask and wears a robe like cape. She wishes to talk to you.

Your farming technique advances. Getting you more income.

You also send some emissaries to Caliphate. You expect them to return in 1-2 months.

Are Krinn and Bjorn members of the chosen? If not, that has to be fixed. If they are, well I think we just got a pair of ranking officers.

After celeboratory congratulations followed by the ritualistic headaches, we can talk to the strange woman. Better be carefull tho, she might be fey. (after that I suggest officially congratulating the herbalists, and perhaps offering the pain dulling concoction to the berserkers before a battle...they are allready mad, so it wouldnt be unhonourable I think.)

Lastly you think realize that one way or another you need to get a second in command soon so you can leave matters to him when you are away. Your advisor doesnt like dealing with military matters.

Definetly not, I made the argument about that earlier. Krinn is still a young warrior, no reputation and nothing except his victories in the tournament. Promoting him would be a grave insult to the veterans among the chosen, so for now simply offer him a place among them. there we can offer him challanges to build a reputation and skills upon, without insulting anyone.
