Wig would be some sort of bright color. Probably blue or red. Dress would be either pink or purple. The character is male, but also an elf, so it's not like you can tell. He should be smiling in a seductive manner, revealing fangs, since he's a vampire. Colors, if any, should be bright and garish, since he worships slaanesh. A creature my players have encountered.

Humanoid, lean slightly elongated body with long limbs, broad shoulders and hips, strong thighs, extremely narrow (almost collapsed) waist. Entire body except the face is covered in a dark, almost organic-looking metallic substance, including the neck, just under the jawline, and the back of the head. Three-fingered hands and three-toed feet, all clawed. Face looks androgyneous, maybe feminine, unsettling/attractive (narrow, predatory features perhaps).

He's old, and bald, but with a long grey beard. It's crazy looking and unkempt, and the individual hairs in it tend to be curly (but not the beard itself).

He wears long, elegant robes, and he can shoot lightning from his hands. When he does so, he tends to make a "gun" with his hand, as it helps him aim.

-No axe
-Instead of the Fire Pike, make it more like a Fire Caber (think like a Tauren Totem from Warcraft or a Caber from the Highland Games), with the bulb thingy that is normally on (the Firepike/Fusion Gun), on the top as well.
-Have his helmet more similar to the current Fire Dragon Exarch's helmet instead of the one on the model of Fuegan

It's a sci-fi setting, but the guy is essentially doing pseudo-Regency cosplay (down-turned boots, spats, pantaloons that are loose above the knee, an overcoat, riding gloves, frilly shirt spilling out at the chest, etc.). He also wears a full face mask of reflective material that conforms slightly to his face, and topped with feathered cap. His overcoat also has a large mantle that reaches past his elbows, perfect for melodramatic poses. He styles himself as a gentleman thief, and is very acrobatic and skilled at stealth, but he's really just a babbling fop who makes himself the center of attention. He hasn't stolen anything since before the campaign started. He has a wide sash around his waist (it's a utility belt, but all the pockets and pouches are inside the sash), as well as a bandoleer of a bunch of hand-held gadgets. He carries a straight sword-cane, which can be attached to his sash, and it's banded in metal at the grip and foot. He tends to dual-wield both the cane and blade in combat. He also has acquired a hover-cycle in a previous adventure that he rides, badly, to and fro.

I'd like someone who's feeling like investing a bit of time in a drawing to draw his interpretation of a Nosfie artwork.

Let me explain:

in the oWoD, Nosferatu Vampires are said to practice weird forms of art, mainly installations and sculptures out of the incongruous materials they gather in the sewers.

So, my request is a drawing of a statue, or maybe a full room with a complex installation in it. Maybe made with corpses, or fungi, or industrial scraps or whatever.

If you've seen Ghosts of Mars, it might inspire you. It can look like a maze, like a tree, like a grotesque scenery, like an organ, like a factory, like a pain cave, like an alchemist's lab, like a forest, like all of these things combined.

I just want something creative, that looks like an insane paranoid hobo vampire built it on the course of several decades alone in the dark for his own personal artistic enjoyment.

Tiefling in a 18th century officer's uniform. Something like in the picture. Leather greaves and bracers (though the sleeves might cover them). Caucasian skin, long black hair, tied. Black eyes with gold irises.

Personally I'd be happy with just like a torso shot or something. Just a slightly slim guy in his 30's with well groomed stature (officer, after all), goat horns that curve to the sides, black eyes with irises, and the uniform.
