    You are the tribal leader of the Orkeei people in the glorious nation of Tiigiiland, a small landlocked and entirely fictional country in Africa located east of Morroco and north of Swaziland.
    For many years General Wazda has ruled the nation with an iron fist, crushing all resitance and 'appropriating' what meager food you have for himself and his soldiers.
    With chinese backing and the placid approval of the white former colonial population and the corporations exploiting you he has been unstopable.
    But no more, you are tired of his tyrannical dictatorship, its time to rise up and take back your country!!!

    Your tribe is now living along the shores of the Tiigii river with an apporximate population of 200 people. You support yourselvs mainly through agriculture and cattle ranching.
    To the north along the river is a white colonialist settlement and a large copper mine run by corportations, to the east across the river lives the Danub tribe(Friendly) along with a military base and several small settlements,
    to the south near the jungles lives the Jajub tribe(Unfriendly) along with a booming logging industry. Finally to the west is the capital of Wazda(named after himself) and the main concentration of the generals military forces.
    Last time after completing a successful internet scam you paid for tickets to Mecca so that your Imam could go on a pilgrimmage to Mecca. After he returned you were attacked by the shamanistic Jajub tribe in an unprovoked assualt.

    The rules are simple. You can buy things from soldiers to hydroponics to help you win the revolution.
    Everything you buy has a quality level. Primitive(Bows, Arrows, and Spears), Poor(Hunting Rifles, Civilian Equipment), Average(AKs, Low grade military equipment)
    Good(Modern western military standard), and Superb(Give the US Marine Corp a run for their money). Quality effects the price of the item.
    You have 3 resources to use:
    Money: Use it to buy equipment
    Supplies: Whenever you send units into combat they consume supplies based on their quality level + a base cost for the unit.
    Primitive: 0SU, Poor: 1SU, Average: 2SU, Good: 4SU, Superb: 6SU.
    Eg: A primitive infantry squad costs 0SU, a good infantry squad costs 4SU, and a superb helicopter costs 10SU (6 for Superb + 4 for Helicopter)
    Happiness: The level of satisfaction for tribesmen and allies have with your regime. When happiness goes into the negative it means the people fear/hate you. Both come with their own risks and rewards.

    Money: $1150

    The copper mine is an enorghmous open sore on the face of the world. A toxic strip mined crater filled with heavy machinery with a single road traveling in or out. As you approach the mine you leave your technical and average + squad behind to set up the ambush. As you move within sight of the office building that Malka has chosen for his headquarters his soldiers snap to attention and surround you. Captain Malka strolls outs of the office smoking a cigar. "I trust you have brought my cut?" You hand over the money and he takes a long puff of the cigar. "It would be easy to take the money and kill you, but I would be a fool to close off such lucrative opportunities in the future. My men will be back in one month, if your men are still here they will show no mercy." His men march off and as they reach the mouth of the mine the ambush is sprung. After fierce fighting the majortiy of his forces have been defeated but at the cost of 2 of your squads. You have managed to take Malka alive. You have manage to recover 1 technical (poor). You have gained loot which can be sold for $2000, converted into 10SU or be saved for a discount on your next 4 units. The Corporation is grateful and PMCs from Greenmountain Solutions have reoccupied the mine and work has continued. +$10000. Good weapons and training are now available.

    You have sent your scouts to investigate the new tribes. In the northeast is the Kadjek tribe who have been forced out by the government forces in the neighboring country. They are mostly Muslim, and have approx 400 members. They are looking for new land to settle on and are starving but heavily armed. They have a hungry eye on the land of the Danub.
    The other tribe in the southeast is the Tekili tribe. A bunch of savages even by your standards, they are looking to raid the settlements and the Danub for food and supplies to continue their war in the east. They have stayed away from the military base. They also are skull takers and make great use of child soldiers, a low that even Wazda has not sunk too(although not out of any moral objections).     Yes and no. The ones that are funded by the Wahabists/Saudi government are good at teaching Arabic and Urdu, but are terrible at teaching math and the sciences. There are some older madrassas that give a well rounded education, but have next to no funding now and are on the wane.
    The problem with bringing Wahabis is is that they will Talibanize the area. You'll lose your ability to profit off of (local) vice - the brothel and the stills. You could get away with growing narcotics, though. Also, with Talibanization comes the loss of female labor - they'll be stuck in their homes and you'll never be able to extract proper economic value from them.

    If they won't attack with us, then we hold off on attacking until we can get attack with more forces.

    Are the PMC's going to evacuate the workers? Or just leave them?
    I would prefer to try to help the worker evacuate and either hide or leave the country.
    When we take the mine for ourselves, we'll need experienced workers to mine for us.

    The combined forces of the Orkeei, Jajub, Danub, and Kadjek tribes meet at the small settlement of Wajad to plan the offensive against the Tekili. A few eyebrows were raised when they saw the small size of your force but were placated when you told them that they were a cadre of your best fighters. By dawn the army was on the march to intercept a Tekili raiding party before it entered Danub territory. The Tekili piled out of their transports, men and children alike each carrying a kalashnikov and festooned with a bandolier of human skulls. Some of the children carried so many skulls that they could barely walk rather than waddle. It would have been funny if it wasn't so sad. They proved to be hardened fighters and even though you out numbered them they did not give ground. Out of nowhere a fleet of technicals came screaming on to your left flank led by a T-55 tank. The tide quickly turned and only a fanatical insane defence by the Jajub prevented it from becoming a total rout.
    You have lost both the technical and the squad you sent.
    The Jajub forces have been annihilated.
    Danub and Kadrek forces have taken heavy casualties.

    I feel I need to explain something. While you where on average better equipped they outnumbered you and had more vehicles. When I decide how these events unfold I create a modifier based on how you have prepared for this and the circumstances. Then I roll a dice to see how things went. In this case they outnumbered you, you didn't send very many troops, and you didn't have a solid plan so your modifier was a negative 4 and you rolled a 7 on a D20. Comparativly you rolled an 18 +2 on the Jajub attack and a 15 + 3 on the mine assualt.

    Our response to defeat is to fortify our position and get better intel concerning the movements, forces, and equipment of the Tekili.

    The Tekili are a threat that MUST be wiped out. If we let them fester here, they will whittle us down with their superior firepower and numbers.

    We should also consider trying to get the Wazda military to get into a fight with the Tekili.
    After all, if the Tekili loot everything, then there's nothing for Wazda to tax. He might not care about the people, but he cares deeply about his money.
