Those are indeed Pyramid Head's shoes.

Normally that would make such a beast easy to run away from. However, with the inclusion of Sinistar, who outran spaceships for the sole purpose of eating them, it negates out.

So his speed is a combination of the Yeti, the Phanto Mask, and the Angry sun.

However, I suggest picking him over the Cazaclaws and their master; at least you won't feel any pain due to how fast you'll die.

Simple. Lord Death Rape only chases after those who he knows of that are traveling in his Rape Castle or Death Dungeon. His dungeon is filled with the Redeads, and the hounds from Demon's Souls, which makes it frightening enough. However, if the invading group/party somehow enters his mansion, they will be assaulted by Wallmasters and Dead Hands. When an intruder is grabbed by one of the two above monsters, they teleport and place the intruder in the same room that Lord Death Rape is in.

Lord Death Rape's Nightmarefortress

Rape Dunegon: Redeads and Death Hands everywhere, along with some Weeping Angel statues in one room. Tortured screams echo throughout the dungeon halls.

Level 1: Cazaclaws led by a Legendary Cazaclaw. Lava and instant-death spikes everywhere.

Level 2: Hunter from Dead Space can be found here and will chase you throughout the rest of the castle. Eerie music can be heard constantly. Slender Man and Samara Morgan are constantly after you.

Level 3: The Thing and every type of headcrab. Traps which can paralyze you for ten minutes throughout. Also, more weeping angels. Blackouts happen on occasion.

Level 4: The halls of death. Tarrasque guard dog appears as soon as you enter. Uses cazaclaw swarms as breath weapon.

Tarrasque is very easy to kill and while cazaclaws might be mobile, high damage enemies they are still mundane. So I definitely choose the right.
