Wait, you want us to tell you how we level up?
-Medicine: During our travels, we came across many a sick person. While at first we were less than skilled, our dedication to helping others has provided us with all the medical experienced we need to be considered a doctor in these hard times. We even delivered a few babies! Our knowledge by today's standards is sketchy at best, but the fact that we can actually set bones properly makes us more skilled than most.
-Science: Our knowledge stems from our research into human anatomy, but from that we have begun to understand the basics of chemistry and biology. We know of a variety of herbs and other materials that can be mixed in different ways to create medicine, drugs, and other things. Anesthetic is one of the drugs we carry with us at all times.
-Artifice: From our travels with the Apprentice, we have developed some minor skill with magic. The most we can force forth at the moment is a bit of heat and a small spark, but by channeling magic into objects, we have amassed a small arsenal of weakly mystical items. A little piece of wood and some rope tying a rock to it becomes an everburning torch, and a spearhead on a string is made to flash blinding light at will.
-Swordsmanship: We practice daily, our father always on our mind. We wake up before sunrise, and practice untill the Apprentice wakes. While we're not exactly strong, we're very fast, and could hold our own in a fight if we ever found ourselves in one. We can also draw our sword in an instant, though putting it away is still just as slow. |
