The costs look about right to me. Artifacts are supposed to be a little steep for their effects, but make up for it in utility and reusability.

Saproling Burst has 2 problems as rebuttal.
1) Saproling Burst came out before the existance of Mythic rarity
B) Saproling Burst's tokens die when IT dies. Not so with the faerie.

Depends on whose turn you do it on. If it's your turn, you have priority, so you can put the B ability on first. The opponent can respond by tapping it. You can pay B again to take it again, but it will still sacrifice the enchantment. It will get as many minus counters as the # of times you activated the B ability, but it will be tapped from the tap ability. The tap is in the cost, so you won't be able to attack with it unless it HAD summoning sickness.

About a 6. Seems like the ability set could see actual play. The ultimate feels a little on the weak side actually. If put in a block with DECENT counterspells, I could see this. Both as a win condition and being removable.
