Not because of where we ended up, but because we don't know how we ended up there or what happened after. It raised so many questions and answered none, which is a horrible thing for an ending to do unless there is to be a sequel.

I took the liberty of making up my own ending because I'm too childish to accept that gray one.

Here it is:

She's an undying machine warrior who wishes for simpler things but keeps looking out for her children and the greater good! She's a rule breaking extreme Inquisitor that solves all her problems with her fists, living on the edge and throwing up praises to the Omnissiah! They fight crime!

I actually wanted to write my own take on the epilogue.

During the tau part, Xeno was actually fully awake, and getting pissed every time one of them called her an 'it'. When they call her feminine and statuesque, she's thinking: "Oh, so you finally notice I'm a woman?"

Immediately after the dialogue she's so tired of their bullshit that she simply decides to go back to the Vessel Formerly Known As The Su't'ji and gets up. The tau are shitting bricks, which she thinks is hilarious (but she doesn't show). She casually walks to another section of the lab where drone excitedly crashes through the wall. Xeno congratulates her daughter, telling her how proud she is.

SECURITY TAU ARRIVE! PEW PEW PEW!

Their shots bounce off and don't even tickle. Xeno and drone go to next section where Weaver's cocoon is being held. Drone loads it on her back, and they go on their merry way. Security tau keep shooting. Security tau finally give up. Young earth caste woman asks about her cute braid.

I think that Xeno's tomb would consist almost entirely of constructs that she crafts herself, lovingly designed with a synthetic intelligence based on her own mind. Every Drone is a symbiotic construct that shares a sort of distributed consciousness with her, forming a complex network of which Xeno is the central hub. As she becomes more comfortable with her immortality, her link to her scarab network grows stronger until she's eventually able to perceive every one of them at the same time, actually becoming the Swarm.

So even if some jerk Ethereal captures her primary body, there's a horde of angry Drones gonna come to get it back!
