I would like to reccomend you play the mystery dungeon games if you haven't. They are pretty good fa/tg/uy material. Explorers of sky is probably the best one, but darkness/time are also good. Blue and red are meh compared to the newer ones.

I'll have to read through this thread, but from what I can gather the BBEG is some cybernetically-enhanced Pokemon. I thought we were suspecting Porygon-Z at this point, though our characters haven't actually "seen" it at this point - only heard it inside our heads.

As for its motives, it seems to be incredibly hostile towards Humans. It probably has some sort of God complex at this time thinking all Humans as insects.

The Porygons? Well, they're probably being influenced/drawn to the BBEG - since we suspect he's a suped-up version of themselves.
