    Previous thread: >>10391339

    Year 2153:
Heavy Freighters 4-6 arrive at Earth with Hermesium.
Cryo-Freighters 8-9 are constructed and go on their way.
Relationship development continues with the New People on Ares.
The wreckage mainframe of the Zorg Corporation is arranged in a pattern on the Saharra Desert that spells "FUCK YOU." Experts are boggled at how it could've gotten there.
    Restrictions are put in place.
Every decade, Sleipnir Interstellar must produce at least $200b worth of combat starships for the UN.
Every decade, MNU must produce at least $150b worth of combat starships for the UN.
Any combat-worthy starship entering solar space will be boarded and dismantled by the UN. The controlling corporation will recieve a $250b fine.
Any non-UN combat capable starship constructed in the Solar System must serve in the UN Fleet for 6 years before it can be used by the constructing corporation.
The Zorg Corporation will henceforth be stripped of all of its construction yards, drones and its space program will be taken over by the UN.
Although the Zorg Corporation still remains a dangerous threat, it is no longer a part of the space race and its influence is limited to the Solar System.
You have recruited the cadre of conspiracy nerds who have been called the "Lone Gunmen" by the media.

    Inactive ships:
Heavy Freighter 2 (Alpha Centauri) (Idle, Earth)
Heavy Freighter 4 (Alpha Centauri) (Idle, Earth)
Heavy Freighter 5 (Alpha Centauri) (Idle, Earth)
Heavy Freighter 6 (Alpha Centauri) (Idle, Earth)
Cryo-Freighter 3 (Alpha Centauri) (Idle, Earth)

Invest money into infiltrating whatever construction yards MNU is building their ships in. Invest more money in untraceable plans to cripple those ships whenever they near completion.

Those fuckers are going to default on their shit, the UN will smite them using OUR shit, and we'll sweep up.
    >> In Class 06/09/10(Wed)20:42 No.10394798
Well, I guess its better than it could of been.

Can we negotiate with the UN on using some of the ships they're taking from us to to avenge our colonists in Tau Ceti after we release their poor final cry?
    >> Anonymous 06/09/10(Wed)20:43 No.10394813
Give the nerds 15 billion to beef up our security.

Start using dummy fronts to buy stock in rival corporations. Focus on RDA or whatever the one that is getting Pandorium.

Send as many colonists to Ares as we can. We need to establish our presence there without question. OP, don't forget about the colonists already there having kids.

Build a defensive fortress on Ares as a fallback. Expand from it, build factories for ground based weaponry. Tanks and artillery.

We need to get out from under the yolk of the UN.

Research Portal Shielding a bit more, until we achieve Version 2.0. At that time, announce the discovery of Portal Shielding. I'm not sure about this whole building ships sol side and then shipping them out, the UN will probably catch onto that shit pretty quickly and then they may or may not emplace heavier restrictions.

I think it's a safer bet to move our construction extra solar and then, if we really need to produce more warships, we can make the parts here and assemble them elsewhere. For now though, I think it's best to not provoke them, as to weather or not one can build ships, store weapons on them, and then retrofit them out of system has been left as a grey area, and I think we should keep it that way.

No. Yo are just too trigger happy.
I am all for burning the planet and reaping max profits but, realistically, it will not happen. We would have destroyed ENTIRE sentient species, ENTIRE eco-system with billions upon billions of new species and plants. I think the world will devise a special kind of punishment for us (keeping us in perpetual agony for centuries before finally executing us) for this kind of crime. Texas incident, Neptune hostage situation, sabotages, terrorist funding will be NOTHING to what you are suggesting.

Tell them that RDA (or sky people, whatever) will come back for the pandorium, and this time they won't take any chances what so ever, but we can fight them, as long as the work with us, we'll protect them.

They have won a battle, but not a war. The RDA will return. Jake Sully and any humans should know this. The only thing that can keep them at bay are another human Corporation. Us.
It is undeniable that there is minerals worth billions under the surface of the planet, but what RDA has ignored is the wealth of the Na'vi and their ecosystem. We wish to study and learn from it so that we can make Earth a better place. We do want the Pandorium, but the mining should be done on their terms. Also, suggest they make a solid government so that we can open offical relations.

If we're going to fight them, then we warships there. Now. So production of dedicated warships has to begin immediately. Like, yesterday.

We're got 2 construction yards there already, haven't we? And there's 2 more on the way. One of those is building a battleship, we'll we might want to halt it and get straight to work on on a better warship, maybe even one with portal shields. Same for the other one.

See, now the thing is that the new laws in the Solar System will bite RDA in the ass. Hard. Because they can't build armed ships in the Solar System. We can build them on the spot. They don't have a battle fleet.

And IIRC they have only invested in Alpha Centauri and Pandora. If they have any armed ships it should already be here to guard their wealth. If they have a construction yard outside of Sol it is either here (which it is not) or really fucking far away (wich is unlikely)

This is true. We already have a few heavy freighters in the system right now. So we could keep the supply of Pandorium uninterrupted.
However, we need to negotiate with the Pandora Overmind first. Jake and that scientist chick have already interfaced with it, so it knows that RDA will be back. Or at least, if it doesn't then Jake is more stupid than I thought. We need to negotiate a peaceful trade treaty with the Na'vi/Eyhwa while at the same time acquiring evidence of the incompetence and atrocities committed by RDA Security forces on Pandora to discredit them back on Earth.
    >> Anonymous 06/09/10(Wed)22:38 No.10396720
Also, we DONT have to disrupt the natives. In Avatar they attacked their home tree because, like anon said, Cameron needed retarded amount of derp. We could search of other (smaller maybe) deposits on different side of the planet. Or, how about those flying rocks? They should be full of Pandorium.

What I'm saying, we can mine less but safe from natives while researching the neural network.
When we gain access to neural network we can slowly start to brainwash Navis, like giving them suggestions and such. Maybe we'll even mold them into a nice, convenient consumerist society and have another product market away from Sol.

From the MNU-Zorg pirate operation, it does sound like you prepared that in advance. Perhaps more such events could be readied?
