/tg/ is the hoily bat shit angry LG Paladin of some old forgotten and obscure god who's disenchanted with the world but still fights for it.
The quote "I once heard a man say the world is good, and worth fighting for. I belive the latter." comes to mind...as does Sam Vimes.

All the boards (yes, this includes /b/) are good guys for all of five minutes before /b/'s cancer starts corrupting everything (actually masterminded by Dread King Kimmo). This could lead to many intresting options, such as the risk of having your party members corrupted or even having /b/ in your party for the final boss.

Tired of the life underground, where he was alone, recluded and agry at the outside world, Todark Grimbeard could not stand anymore. He knew the outside world was corrupted and violent, yet he was tired of being just watching all the wars and crimes of the inhabitants of the outside world in the magical orb that his mother gave him when he was young. He was tired of complaining about it, and then his journey to the outside world started. His first checkpoint: the capital of the Fochan kingdom, which was, as he heard, victim of a strange plague as of recently.

Todark was heading south, where the winter stops, the kingdoms hold power, and -as they told him- the bitches are finer.
When the snow started to fade and the flowers started to bloom, Todark remembered he had to pass an elven outopost first before reaching the Fochan lands. He didnt have any problem with it, except that he was out of beer, and he really needed a drink.

So, how about it deforms the physical features, resulting in tumors across the body, in some extreme cases even necrosis of the epidermis and dermis. And while the virus erodes the frontal lobe of the victim, resulting in loss of personality and critical thinking skills, it causes extreme muscle development in the victim, turning them into hulking, retarded monstrosities

Yeah, i was thinking the same, kinda rushed but, think about it:
    - /k/ -/tg/ BFF, they have to meet sooner or later
    - they can develop more later
    - Todark has a initial quest (and so a mini-plot and point of start, with a little more motivation than "out to do some neutral")
    - i didnt have any good idea to make the journey interesting.

A mage guild, devoutly trying to learn about Fochan and its denizens grew more corrupted and cancerous as time passed, they even started writing an encycopaedia about everything related to arcana and trolls but its power fell into wrong hands.

Now they have founded EDF, and when they finish crshing down their internal strife the world shall fell their power!!

An old, powerfol psion, driven mad by whispers from beyond. His thoughts are constantly being invaded by the Elder Gods.

His last effort was a grand spell, meant to remove /d/ from existence, whom he developed a hatred of. However, before he could set his plans into motion, he was cut down by King Moot and his body disappeared.

As their "progress" continued, they started to call themselves as "Legion". This was the mark of corruption from a certain Cancer Mage.

Todark and Kolt rushed to the exit of that underground hall, and all they could see was a halfling running with a bag on his back.
    -Dats deh basterd!
    - I'll take him out
Kolt pulled a S&W .45 from his jacket and shot the halfling, but it was too late, the halfling escaped to the forest nearby
Kolt and Todark begun to run and started to chase after that thief into the forest.

/v/ should be harboring thoughts about joining /b/

/hc/ was corrupted by /b/ and uses its stil shrieking spirit to sow porn and confusion directly into the players minds. Nothing distracts more from battle than suddenly having a boner.

Actually, I like to think /b/ as psychopath switching through dozens of personalities, each with different plans and aspirations. soe of them just want Queen Boxxy as the leader of Fochan. some of them just interested in the endings of their post-lives, some of them just want to bring destruction in their virgin rage.

One of them wants to bring down Fochan with cold calculation. Just because he can. He is a manipulative magnificent genius. Of course, having to manipulate even his own co-personalities to do his bidding is hard even for the most gifted cancer mage.

Well, what about some sort of magical drug?
It doesnt hurt you, in fact, it makes you a little less stupid, but its a expensive drug, and creates a HUGE addiction. Most rich mages are addicts to "Tropes"
    >> Anonymous 05/25/10(Tue)23:05 No.10058672
Maybe some references could be made to other boards? Say, the burned kingdoms of 12chan, and the far-off lands of 2chan, across the sea?
    >> Anonymous 05/25/10(Tue)23:08 No.10058705
    >>10058649

It makes you smarter but also ages you.

Without anti-aging alchemy its ill-advised to consume it in large amounts.

On the other hand, there is the savage race of Tropers, immortals gorged on the power of tropes, wallowing them like a pig in its refuse. Some say they are privy to great secrets. But ask it from yourself, are great secrets worth years from your life wasted?
    >> Geki Bazooka 05/25/10(Tue)23:09 No.10058715
    >>10058672
why not? we are mentioning ED and tvtropes.

In fact, the kingdom of fochan was already been sized by a war, that created Sevechan and Ninetininechan.
    >> Geki Bazooka 05/25/10(Tue)23:13 No.10058766
    >>10058705
    i like that!
In fact, there is a god called "Tropay" in the center of the planet, the "Tropes" material is actually a mineral, but its also a Green Rock type of material, so everything around larger mines of "Trope" tend to have mutated and extremely intelligent creatures.
    >> Anonymous 05/25/10(Tue)23:15 No.10058796
Of course, Fochan was originally founded by pilgrims travelling across the ocean (the Ayar Sea, perhaps?), to escape persecution in the heavily-restricted nation of Zom-Tinofful.

What if the boards were countries and all of the characters so far were it's champions? Like if /b/ is going to be a big bad, every Sauron needs is Mordor. Plus would allow adventurers from each of the boards. Like instead of races effecting your initial stats, your board country does.
