Dale is a bard. He (just like Bill and Peggy) is just terrible at his job.

Think about it. His conspiracy theories? Failed bardic knowledge checks. He pretends to play the keyboard. But, ultimately, his bardic abilities come from his skill at telling epic tales (mainly about his exploits as a "soldier of fortune.") He has just enough charisma to pull off being president of the gun club.

Why in the sam hell is Bill a barbarian? He wasn't born the fat aimless slob he is now. Highschool football star turned soldier. He is a trained Fighter to me. He just takes any level in commoner and suffers a permanent Lenore's Curse to all stats.

Any alignment can be selfish. The question is whether or not you intend (or actually do) good things or evil things.

Peggy is lawful. She believes in firm sets of rules, procedures, and structure. The problem is that, in her mind, she is at the top of all of those rules and structures.

She's LG, but she's also a self-absorbed bitch much of the time.
