With the Supreme Kai of Time Chronoa dethroned, the Demon God Dumplin beaten, and Karn's whole family now able to live in his timeline, things have been looking up for the Saiyan General. But all good things can't last forever. And when conflicts arise between deities, mortals are inevitably caught in the crossfire. Does Karn, the Berserker God possess the strength to protect his family, people, world and reality from their fickle nature? Or are the beings above mortal ken also beyond mortal reproach? This outcome may be up to you.

You the players control Karn, wielder of the mighty Berserker Soul. Granting him the power to fight against gods and other divine beings, to resist their influence and strengths. From his lowly beginnings as a Saiyan Brawler with a sub-3000 powerlevel in Age 733, only a few years into his time as a member of the PTO, he has now become the strongest Saiyan of his time. With the power of the Berserker God, combined with That Which Should Not Be and having devoured a soul born of the Abyss itself, his strength is now unlike anything before seen in his reality. But will this newfound strength be enough to overcome the threats headed his way? Only time will tell, your choices can spell the difference between success and failure.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

With the dawn of a new day on New Salda, Karn spends the time with his family, bringing Towa and the half-demon kids before King Vegeta. Maza challenges the king, Vegeta handling him easily before Freeza returned with news of an imminent attack by the extra-dimensional being Darkseid. After sparring with Freeza in his base form, the signal went up, Karn and Freeza traveling with Meloka, Towa, and most of their family to Planet Muunilinst. Where, after a brief struggle Darkseid was beaten, impaled with the mythical weapon Godsend. Wrapping up the battle, Karn and his family then returned home, the rest of the day passing peacefully. And as we rejoin Karn, Meloka is readying herself to return to the planet of the Destroyer Beerus, to resume her training under his attendant and teacher Whis.

“Now you all make sure you behave, treat your siblings well while I'm gone.” Meloka tells the gathered children, who all agree. Your wife then goes over to Towa, staring up at her. You can tell the two share a telepathic conversation from the twitches of their faces, Towa eventually bowing slightly to Meloka.
“Of course. With my life.” she says softly, so low you barely hear it. Meloka nods back, then turns to you. Flying up into your arms, hers going around your neck.
“Try not to miss me too much now.” Meloka teases you, whispering in your ear as you hold her to you. “Once I've got this new power down, I'll come bring you up to Beerus' world to show you.”

“I'll be looking forward to it. Don't take too long.” you reply, squeezing her a bit tighter before letting her go. Your wife flies backwards up into the air above everyone, right hand going to her forehead. Then, after a few moments vanishes, disappearing without a trace. No doubt using her Instant Transmission to teleport back to their world. “Be safe.”
“On the Destroyer's world, the only thing she has to be careful of is Beerus himself.” Maza says, your eldest half-demon son staring at where she'd disappeared from. “But luckily Whis is there, just in case.”

“Just in case?” you ask, turning to him. To which he explains further.
“Whis possesses the ability to turn back time.” he tells you, much to your shock. “He can undo up to a few minutes at most, far as we know.”
“This isn't common knowledge, and best not spread any further than this group here.” Towa chimes in, you turning to her and nodding in agreement. Best not to let this power become more well-known.

“I've got to head back, got a rather interesting fight today with someone strong.” your daughter says, you turning to Chaya as she talks. Your eldest daughter of your own timeline is wearing her Dreadzone-branded uniform today, clearly ready for a fight. Red and yellow eyes sparkling, she's obviously excited about this one. “It starts in about half an hour, anyone want to come and watch?”
“Wait, we can go watch?” Milha asks, turning from Chaya to Towa with a curious look. “Really? Can we really go watch it live?”
“Well, I don't see why not.” Towa tells her, looking over to you. “What do you think?”

Well? How do you respond?
>Of course, and you think everyone should go at least this one time
>You'll take whoever else wants to go, but whoever doesn't want to is welcome to stay
>Whoever wants to go is free to, you have to get back to training and teaching your own students starting with a double lesson today to make up for bailing the day before

I want to go watch the fight, but we do have an obligation towards our students.
Besides, this would be a good chance to get our half-demon kids on the training as well.
What they and our regular students stand to learn from each other could be invaluable.

“Whoever wants to go watch Chaya's fight today is more than welcome to go. But I've got to get back into training. My students have a double lesson today to make up for yesterday.” you reply, Towa nodding. Chaya doesn't seem bothered by what you say, but is shocked by Future Chaya.
“I'm going. I want to see what you've got.” Future Chaya says immediately, your daughter from your timeline's eyes lighting up as her older self says she'll go. But you think there might be more to it, especially after what you told her yesterday about her fight with Darkseid. Maybe she's going to confirm what you'd said?
“I'll go with you.” Ace declares, then the younger twins, Karn Jr, Milha, and Kori say they'll go. Broly agrees to go as well, everyone else staying for the time being.

“Alright, everyone coming with me hold on!” Chaya says, raising her right to her forehead as those going crowd around her. “I'll be back in a bit.”
“Good luck.” you tell her, your daughter giving you a smile before teleporting herself and her siblings, half siblings and the others away. You stare at that spot a moment before turning to Towa, then looking over everyone left. “Alright, let's move.”

You lift up into the air, your family following as you lead everyone over to the training area. Where, instead of being only your students, find an unexpected scene playing out below as Goar, along with a half dozen of your other students are confronting a group you don't recognize. But each one's surprisingly powerful.

“The hell did you just say?” Goar asks, voice booming yet dripping with malice. “The fuck did you just call me?”
“I told you that one such as yourself isn't important enough to know my business. Now, be a good dog and fetch your master.” the blue-skinned man says, standing confidently despite the power gap between himself and your student. But as you focus, you suddenly see the reason for his confidence. Of the four blue beings standing there, the tiniest one's powerlevel is absolutely massive. “I have important business to attend to, and am on a schedule.”
“I don't think you understand how things work around here.” Goar says, clenching his fists as his power begins to skyrocket. However, before he can even transform, the 'leader' of this group speaks a single word.

“Gas.”

However, you don't move, simply watching what is happening from the skies above. The tiny man dashes forward with surprising speed, thrusting his weapon at Goar's chest. But with a flash Goar transforms, ascending beyond a Super Saiyan and taking on his Ultra form. His body grows so much larger, so much more muscular that, instead of punching through his body, the spear in the tiny alien's hands simply shatters. The twin points snap off, hitting Goar in the chest with the cross beam of the spear.

“Heh. Itchy.” Goar taunts as the small man leaps back, looking up at the weapon. He's clearly surprised by his weapon's failure, dropping the now-useless weapon and taking an arms-spread stance, ready to conjure new weapons. But Goar doesn't advance, simply standing there and staring the four of them down. “I think it is time for the four of you to leave.”
“Tch. What are you doing, Gas? Kill him already.” the man says, his tiny companion not looking back to him. Instead the tiny alien conjures a pair of curved, single-edged blades and launches himself forward. Goar doesn't move, instead he simply draws his aura in around himself, forming his Energy Body as the tiny man closes in, swinging both blades down at the giant man's left collarbone. Instead of slashing him, once again the weapons break. But the tiny man doesn't retreat, dropping his broken blades and driving a heavy right into the giant's jaw. But his punch doesn't even budge Goar, who glares at the tiny man. Then, clearly faster than the tiny man could react to Goar's arms move, whipping up and grabbing the tiny man. Pinning him to his chest. “Gas!”

“That's enough of that.” Goar says calmly, squeezing the tiny man tight enough that he cries out, you seeing the leader of the group making no moves to save his man. So you sigh out and start descending, floating down to land beside Goar. You see the three others suddenly see you as you descend, the woman and the widest, tallest man both back up nervously. The leader of the group sees you, taking a step forward but then stopping short as you land. “Afternoon, Karn.”
“Good work Goar.” you reply, turning from the three others back to Goar. “You can go ahead and let him down now, I think he's done.”
“You got it.” Goar replies, setting the tiny man down. Who immediately leaps back, sliding to a stop just a foot ahead of the taller one. Immediately taking a defensive position, only for the tall man to place a hand on his shoulder.

“That's enough, Gas. You've done enough.” the man says, looking up from the smaller man to you with a smile. One that reminds you surprisingly of Freeza from years ago, the fake, shark-like grin trying to hide malice behind it. “General Karn, it is good to finally meet you. I am Elec.”

“What do you want?” you reply flatly, causing him to start a bit. No doubt not expecting you to react so bluntly. “This better be important.”
“Straight to the point, then. Very well. I am Elec, leader of the Heeter Force. And we need your help.” he says, dropping a lot of the earlier fake sweetness from his voice and resorting to simple speak. “My people's fortress, our home was attacked by Goichi's army of androids, forcing us to flee for our lives. Will you help us? Will you, great General Karn, help us in our quest to reclaim our home?”

Well? How do you answer him?

>Tell him that he's welcome to ask around and see if anyone's willing to help him, but that you're busy today with more important matters

“Attacking my people is a really terrible way of asking for my help.” you say to him, watching the man's eye twitch in response. “But if you want my help, first thing's first is I'm going to need to know everything. Who this Goichi and his army are, why he attacked you, and what you did to provoke him.”
“Whaa-?!” the woman exclaims, looking stunned before getting visibly angry. “Whadda ya mean by that? We didn' do anythin' wrong!”
“Cool it, Macki. Don't forget who the General here is used to dealing with.” he tells her sternly, the woman's anger burning itself out almost immediately. He then turns back to you, giving you a short bow. “Please, forgive her. We have all been on edge since losing our home.”

“I understand. Continue.” you say, crossing your arms as the man bows again before continuing.
“A couple of months ago, scouting out planets for Lord Cooler's forces to conquer, we came under attack. In the Mechus system, Planet M-7 specifically, we first encountered them. They are called the OG Soldiers, pale blue humanoids with dark blue crystals embedded in their heads. We tried to fight them off, but they possess an incredibly dangerous technique. Their Copy ability.”
“Copy? What do you mean copy?” you ask, turning as you hear Towa make a strained noise. She looks.... Worried, which can't be a good sign. “Do you know what he means?”

“The OG Soldiers are dangerous machines that all possess the ability to copy the powers and abilities of other living beings, up to three at a time.” Towa says, you noting the others now turning to Towa as she explains. “Additionally, not only can they deactivate/swap between the stored powersets to conserve their half-hour of use time, but also create a complete backup of their abilities and raw power. And, giving the androids' near-unlimited stamina thanks to their infinite power cells. Technology that Dr. Gero replicated on Earth without having observed the OG Soldiers himself in his quest to destroy Goku.”
“That could be a problem.” you say, thinking how great a threat such soldiers could grow into being.
“Seems you have encountered them as well.” Elec says to Towa, who doesn't respond. Keeping who she is and her real powers a secret for now as he continues. “We retreated to our home, informing Lord Cooler of what we'd found. But they attacked us before reinforcements could arrive, forcing us to flee once more. And that is why we are here. If Lord Cooler won't send us reinforcements, then we will have to recruit our own. Our information cannot be allowed to fall into enemy hands.”

“What kind of information?” Okira asks him, suddenly sounding interested.
“Sweet child. We Heeters are intel brokers for the PTO. It was one of our spies who first spotted Babidi those years ago, as well as noticed the first planet that disappeared. Most of our data, while heavily encrypted and as secure as any data can be, is all back on our home base. If they can get ahold of that information, the consequences for the entire PTO could be catastrophic.”
“If your information is so important, then why hasn't Cooler already taken care of it?” you ask, thinking aloud. “Either Cooler doesn't think the information they could get off of your systems isn't a threat, or.... Or...”

“Or you have data Cooler doesn't know of. Information you don't want him, or perhaps Freeza or King Cold to discover.” Towa finishes for you, the pale blue alien taking a step back, skin growing even paler.
“H-Hold on. We don't have any information that would personally harm Lord Cooler or his family.” Elec says quickly, too quickly. Leaving little doubt in your mind that he has SOMETHING he doesn't want Cooler at least to know he's got. “This is information like the invasion schedules for several dozen star systems, soldier and resource transportation logs and schedules. Information that, should one want to hurt the PTO, the kind of information that could lead to devastation of the lower ranks. Which is why these metal men can't be allowed to get their hands on it. So, what do you say? Will you help us?”

Well? Now that you know all this, what will you do What will you choose?

“If I am going to help you, there will be a few conditions.” you tell him, immediately Elec's hackles raise. He is on the defensive immediately, no doubt worried about what you're going to say. “First, if they're this dangerous, I'm not going in alone. I'm calling Freeza in for this.”
“Haaah-!?” the woman exclaims, shocked by your declaration or by not adding 'Lord' to Freeza's name, either one. But she's quickly shushed by the biggest of them as you continue.
“Second, if this information you have is so damning, I'm telling Lord Cooler what's going on directly. No going through official channels and getting bogged down. If the information you have is that dangerous to the PTO's soldiers, some of who are MY children, the severity of this threat can't be downplayed.”

Then, before anyone can speak you reach out telepathically to Freeza, who is currently at the palace with King Vegeta.

“Freeza, we've got a situation.” you think to him, quickly relaying everything Elec and Towa had told you. As well as what you've assumed about his data from your questions. “What do you think?”
“The Heeters.... Knew those bastards were planning something. But this could be an ideal situation to find out exactly what.” he replies to you, you almost hearing his smug grin as he then continues. “I'll be departing shortly, flying directly there by myself shouldn't take more than perhaps ten, fifteen minutes at most. Are you going to be training your students today?”
“Yes, I'll be teaching them for the next couple hours, to make up for yesterday's lack of lesson.” you reply. “Can't let them start slacking off.”
“Then I shall time my arrival to the Heeter fortress to ten minutes after your teaching concludes.” he replies, ending the link.

“You can really convince Lord Freeza to come as well?” Elec asks you, eyes wide with shock. But not the fear you'd expected, which means this information he has probably is a threat to Cooler specifically. “You have that much pull with the former Emperor?”
“I'll see what he says. For now, though, leave me and my students to our training. I'll have an answer for you all once Freeza's made up his mind.”
“I understand. Thank you, General.” Elec says with a rather grandiose bow, reminding you of the one Freeza does commonly to mock certain people like Darkseid. “I am in your debt.”
“I'll remember that.” you reply as more and more of your students start arriving, giving the newcomers space as they recognize that they clearly aren't here for training. Then, as Elec turns and takes to the sky with his people, flying back towards the city proper, you reach out to Silver and several of your crew telepathically. “Lock the ship down, activate the security measures. If you see blue-skinned aliens wearing white pants with red coats, inform me immediately.”

Your crew all answer in the affirmative, you thanking them before ending the link and addressing your students.

“Alright, yesterday you all got off easy. What with us having to head out and handle that bastard Darkseid. But I hope you're ready, because today we'll be going twice as hard and twice as long as usual. Before that, however, I believe introductions are in order. Some of you met yesterday, but as of today we have several people who will be joining us.”

You introduce Towa, Maza, Koruza and Perfect Cell, letting them know that there will be a few more the day after to meet as well before splitting them off, leading the training. And even without your wife present, between Perfect Cell's mastery of so many different techniques and fighting styles and Towa's experience guiding Future Chaya, the first day back in the swing of training goes really well. The first hour passes by in a blur, the second following it almost unnoticed until Freeza reaches out to you telepathically.

“I'm in their star system, I will be arriving at the Heeters' Base within five minutes.” he thinks to you.
“That quickly? How time flies. Alright, I'm going to start readying myself.” you reply to him, calling an end to the session. You address your students, congratulating them all on their work. Especially Ketan who finally ascended to a Super Saiyan for the first time as she was sparring against Maza. Who looks more than a little smug about it, your half-demon son clearly proud of pushing her to that level in their fight. Ending it off with telling them all that you'll see them all here again tomorrow. Then, gathering up your family you teleport back into your ship, reaching out to everyone and thanking them before quickly showering off, washing the sweat from yourself before drying off and donning your armor. As you're in your room, pulling your bracers on Towa walks in, shutting the door behind her. Leaving the two of you alone.

“I am coming as well.” she says to you, not asking. “I made a promise.”
“When you and Meloka were talking telepathically.” you reply, also not stating a question. Which actually surprises her for a moment, Towa then smirking.
“Not much gets past you, does it?” she asks.
“I've known you both more than long enough.” you answer, standing up and going to your weapons, slinging them both over your back. “Are you ready?”
“I have your back.” she replies, expression turning a bit more serious. Then, with you both standing so close she blushes a bit, then leaps up impulsively, planting her lips on your own while wrapping her arms around your neck. Pressing herself to you, her soft body squishing up against your musculature. Then as she pulls back, giving you a look adds. “And other things.”

“Later. For now we've got a job to do.” you tell her, Towa nodding and letting go, heeled feet landing back on the ground with a soft clack.
“Right. But this shouldn't take long. As long as you don't let them get a hand on your neck. That is how they can copy one's powers.” she tells you, switching from flirty back to business mode near-instantly. “If one of them copies you, they will ALL gain your strength as well. And you're strong, Karn. But not strong enough to beat a score of yourself, all of you with the same powers and abilities.”
“Then I'd better not let them copy me. Or Lord Freeza.” you add, realizing how dangerous a situation this could quickly devolve into. But the stage is set, too late to back out now. All that's left is the battle itself.

But how do you do this?
>Teleport to Elec and the Heeters with Towa, then teleport all of you to Freeza once he lands in their fortress

“Freeza! Whatever you do, don't let any of those things grab your neck. That is how they copy your powers.” you immediately think to Freeza, raising your right hand to your head while focusing your ki sense on the strongest of the Heeters, the one called Gas. “They can copy your abilities, powers, skills, all of it. And if one gets you, they ALL copy that power. One grabs you, then you're suddenly fighting an army all as strong and skilled as you are.”
“I see. Then I won't attempt to take them all myself, and will wait for your arrival.” Freeza replies, you sensing a bit of strain through the link as he ascends into his Golden form. “I'll clear the landing bay myself, then wait for you to join me. I'm beginning my attack now.”

He then ends the link, you speaking to Towa as you lock on to Gas' ki.

“Hang on.” you tell her, waiting until she grabs you before teleporting. One moment you're in your ship, the next on the street of the city, appearing before the Heeters. Who all shout in surprise, except for Gas who gets between Elec and you all before you've even opened your eyes. “Elec. Time to go.”
“Are we departing already? Very well, We shall board our ship and-” he starts, you shaking your head.
“Too slow. I have a faster way.” you say, reaching out with your left. “Grab on.”

“...What?” he asks, looking down at your hand then back up to your face. “What is this?”
“Instant Transmission. Lord Freeza has already arrived at your home now.” you tell him, reaching out with your ki sense. He's beyond your range, forcing you to instead reopen the mental link between you and him to get a lock. “So, we're joining him.”
“Without a ship?” the big one asks, sounding a little slower than the others. “You can do that?”

“Yeah, I've had this skill for years now. It beats space travel any day.” you reply, extending your hand a little closer to them. “As long as I can sense their ki, I can just teleport directly to whoever I want in an instant. No travel time.”
“An impressive technique. Macki, Oil. Both of you return to the ship, pilot it back.” he orders. “Gas and I will go with the Saiyan, and give you a call when it is over.”
“Understood!” the woman replies with a salute.

“You got it boss.” the big one says, both running off as Elec turns back to you, taking your hand while placing his other one on the small one's shoulders. And, focusing on Freeza's tremendous power, you ready yourself to teleport right to him.
“Ready.” Freeza says, you immediately unleashing your Instant Transmission and leaving New Salda behind.

One moment you're standing in the streets of the city, the next find yourself in a surprisingly spacious hangar, Freeza in his golden form standing atop a pile of machine corpses. They are mangled and broken, many smoking badly and even a fire having started on the outside edge to his left. As you all appear Freeza turns, looking over his shoulder to you all.

“Greetings, Elec. Gas. Long time no see.” he says, addressing the Heeters. Who both immediately kneel, both touching a knee to the ground and lowering their heads. “Rise.”
“Lord Freeza. Thank you so much. I would have never dreamed your personal assistance would be granted in this matter.” Elec says, adopting that same fake-nice tone he'd first tried with you. To which Freeza responds with a grin in kind, using that same voice.
“Oh, of course. After all, you ARE still more loyal to me than my brother, aren't you?” Freeza asks, eyes opening a slit and staring at him with malice. He can sense it, but impressively doesn't back away. Standing his ground as he bows, hand to his chest. “And loyalty is always rewarded. Now, which way shall we progress?”

“I would assume that rat Goichi's after the information I've gathered. Including the location of Zuno.” Elec says, you watching Freeza's expression change at this. His eyes widen, clearly shocked a moment before his eyes narrow. “If he's there, we have three paths to get to him. We can go through the cargo lift, up into the storage area and attempt to fight our way to it. Second, we can fight through the winding path from here to that room, but no doubt it will be heavily defended. To his knowledge, there are only two paths into the throne room, and it's the only entrance to the data center. However, there is also a hidden path leading from here directly to the throne room, a single room away from the data storage area. It is meant for escape, but with your power Lord Freeza you can break through the hidden entrance. It will set off an alarm, but by the time they figure out what the alarm is for we should already be in the throne room. What do you think?”

“Hrmm... General Karn, what do you think?” Freeza asks, turning to face you. “How should we proceed?”

Well?
>Fight your way through the winding halls, crush as many of them as quickly as possible
>Take the service elevator path, that will give you more room to maneuver and prevent any of the androids from grabbing onto you
>Split up, take the elevator yourself while Freeza clears the hall, wipe them all out as quickly as possible
>The hidden path is the best choice, the element of surprise could turn the tide easily
>Try and find this 'Goichi's ki and Instant Transmission you all directly to him. Cut directly to the boss and take him out immediately

Before we continue I just wanna clarify, did they really not know what Instant Transmission was?
Do they just not get the Vox Network out in this region of space? I feel Karn and company have been using the technique constantly over the last 15 years (as well they should)
Sidenote, Towa knows how to do it...right?

“The hidden path goes a single room away from where your data is stored? If the entrance there is really hidden, it will be our best option.” you say, thinking aloud. “The longer we spend fighting, the longer it gives them to steal whatever they're after then destroying everything to hide their tracks. Let's go that way.”
“Very well. The entrance is here.” Elec says, walking up to a section of wall that looks identical to the rest of the room. “Lord Freeza, mind tearing it open? The door won't open from this side.”
“Of course.” Freeza replies, reaching out towards the wall with his hands. Then, suddenly the wall begins glowing a faint red, metal creaking and groaning as he uses his telekinesis to rip open the hidden path. With a tearing motion he pulls the door completely free, ripping it straight out of the wall. The instant he does Gas moves, dashing down the hidden path as an alarm suddenly begins blaring. “Let's get a move on.”

You and Elec go into the hidden path, Freeza bringing up the rear and pulling the door back in, bending it a bit and wedging it into place. He then turns, golden body reflecting the faint red lights along the ceiling.

“Don't worry, I'll cover the cost of the door once this is all over.” Freeza tells Elec. Who shakes his head.
“Money's not the issue. You saved my accounts stored on Muunilist yesterday, we'll call the collateral damage today even.” he replies, you all quickly making your way up the staircase. Taking the steps three and four at a time, you all dash up the zig zagging stairway, quickly rising up floor after floor all the while the alarm blares. He then stops as you and Freeza had attempted to keep going, you both stopping and turning back towards them. “Here. This is the door.”
“Well then, let's do this Karn. Freeza says to you. To which you nod, readying your power but not transforming yet. Something he notices, brows furrowing. “Are you not transforming?”

“Door's too small.” you tell him, pointing past him back to the door. “Once I'm through I'll transform.”
“Oh. Well, fair enough.” he says, you both getting to the doorway before he looks back to Elec. “Ready?”
“On my mark.” he says, hand next to a red button by the door. “Three, two... One. NOW!”

And he slams his fist into the button, it buzzing. Immediately the door swings out to your left, Freeza dashing in like a golden blur. You watch as he starts firing short range Death Slashes, the two blades cutting through more than a dozen of them instantly. You then follow him into the room, clenching your fists and letting your power blaze as you transform.

“GRRRAAAAAA!!” you roar, immediately going into your Ascended Berserker form. Three of the mechanical warriors drop down at you from the ceiling, which you easily take care of. Swinging your arms, you grab the ones on the outside's heads, slamming them both into the middle's skull. Crushing all three of them instantly, spraying their artificial blood everywhere. As they're crushed you see the tiny one, Gas start dashing through, weaving around between the taller machine's legs towards a door off to your right, behind a high-backed throne in the middle of the room. But that's all the attention you can spare on him, as immediately one tries jumping over the door to your left with a hand outstretched, aimed for your neck. You turn, swinging a left backfist that obliterates that machine's outstretched left arm and chest.

“Keep up Karn.” Freeza taunts with a cheeky taunt, firing another pair of slashes that carve through more of the creatures. But instead of using your ki externally, you focus it in towards you, forming your Energy Body. Hoping that this will be enough to prevent their copy ability as more and more of the creatures swarm into the room. You push forward, crushing two or three of the machines with every swing and splattering them all over the room while Freeza fights a bit more elegantly, using his precise ki control to use attacks like his Death Slashes and Death Beams without hitting the walls, floor or ceiling. And in less than sixty seconds, the room has been completely cleared of the mechanical warriors.
“Most impressive you two.” Elec says, finally stepping out of the hidden path. “Gas, have you got him yet?”

*THUD*

There is a weight slammed into the door you'd seen Gas sneak away towards, a moment later there's another impact. The tiny figure of Gas is sent crashing through the door, smashing down the throne and sliding to a stop at Elec's feet. You look back to the door, watching as even more of the soldiers step through. The first of which has what looks like an image of Gas in the being's central crystal on its forehead, that same image rapidly appearing in the rest of them too.

“He he he, You foolish Heeters. This castle is now mine!” comes a voice from the doorway beyond. “OG Soldiers, kill them all.”

“Lord Freeza, take that voice down. I'll hold these things here.” you tell Freeza telepathically. Then, without waiting for him to respond you roar, kicking off the ground at the swarm of machines. They immediately leap into action, moving far faster than the ones you'd been fighting earlier. They move as fast as Gas had, swarming you while conjuring his same sort of curved swords he'd used on you before in their hands as they swarm you. “GRRRAAAAAA!! Bring it on!”

You feel more than two dozen swords slam into your Energy Body from almost all sides, yet your armor shields you. Half of the weapons simply shatter against your energy, while others glance off, you planting your feet and spinning. Firing a spinning double lariat, you smash through four of the robots instantly. The rest leap back, getting clear and avoiding your arms the size of their torsos. Stopping your spin, planting your feet you identify your next target, leaping forward. The one you'd dashed at can't react in time, you grabbing it by the skull and simply crushing it. Gore sprays out from between your left hand's fingers, the android's now-lifeless body dropping limply to the ground. As you kill it, two others leap at your back, no doubt trying to grab onto your neck. But, just as they close in you spin, smashing a right backfist square into the first one. Striking it so hard your arm simply cuts through its body, smashing into the next one and sending it flying backwards.

But they keep coming, rushing at you from all sides. And with all of them being boosted up to the level of the strongest of the Heeters, they're decently fast. It is all you can do to keep them back and off your neck. Grabbing them one or two at a time, crushing each one you grab and sending them into others. But then, as you have two of them held by their right arms with your left, stomping a third while driving your right fist through another's chest, you feel it! Something hits the back of your neck! Shit, one got you!

“Dammit!” you snarl, raising your left boot and kicking the body off your right before you reach over your back with your right. Grabbing the being's wrist and flipping him up over your head. Slamming it to the ground in front of you, you stare at its crystal in horror. But, as everyone stops, the silence hanging over you all....Nothing happens. The image of Gas in the center crystal doesn't change into your own face, meaning only one thing. Your Energy Body did the trick, keeping the machine from copying you. Looks like you were worried for nothing.

“Heh. And here I was worried that you would copy me.” you say, feeling a bit of relief. Then before the monster can recover you drive your right fist through its face, slamming into the ground below. Which acts as a starting gun, causing them all to go on the attack once more. Now, knowing that they can't copy you all rush forward, immediately going on the attack. Some conjure blades, others spears and yet others create large, multi-bladed fans and throwing them at you. But you ignore their weapons, rushing the next-closest one and immediately driving your right fist straight through its face. As you do a barrage of weapons bounce off your back, some audibly shattering. Tearing your fist free you turn, only to see a bizarre sight. You see Towa, standing by the entrance to the hidden passage with two of the machines standing by her. Each fully repaired as if nothing'd happened, and both with her emblem blazing a deep violet on their foreheads.

“Crush them.” Towa says, the two machines rushing forward. Drawing blades of their own, they rush in and cut down the one at the back of the group immediately. Others, hearing the noise turn, you taking advantage of the opening and grabbing two more, smashing a third between them. Causing the rest to immediately refocus on you, Towa's captured machines scoring another two kills while you smash the rest. Emptying the room of all of the combatants in less than half a minute. “Well done Karn. Smart thinking, using your Energy Body to keep from being copied.”
“Thanks. It was a gamble, but it paid off.” you reply, turning your focus back to the doorway Freeza'd gone into as a large, blocky man is thrown from the room, landing on his face outside the doorway. A moment later Freeza lands atop him, foot on the back of his head and pressing his face to the ground in a sign of dominance. “Is this the guy?”
“Hrmm, good question. Elec, is this the one? Is this Goichi?” Freeza asks, Elec emerging from the hidden passageway once again. He takes one look at the wide, red-skinned man under Freeza's foot and sighs out in relief.

“Goichi. Did you really think you could get away with this?” Elec asks, clearly feeling far more confident now that the machines here have been dealt with. Freeza lifts his foot slightly, allowing the man to turn his head towards Elec. “What information could you possibly be after?”

“As if I'd tell you!” the large man snarls, wincing as Freeza places his foot back on his head, pressing him to the ground. “Guh!”
“Oh, I do believe that you will tell us that. And so, so much more.” Freeza says menacingly, causing even you to get chills up your spine. “You will tell me everything I want to know.”

But then you hear footsteps, dozens of them stomping up the stairway to the opposite side of the room Freeza and Goichi are on. Looks like the soldiers you'd skipped are on their way to save their master.

“I'll hold the doorway.” you say, immediately rushing to the door and kicking it down. The heavy metal clangs down the stairway, you hearing it smash into at least one of the metal men. You drop your Energy Body a moment, sighing out and powering down to your base form as you step through. Only to immediately transform back into your Ascended Berserker form, reactivating your Energy Body. And as it is reformed you drop to a knee, using your body to block the doorway as you see conjured weapons slash through the doorway. The weapons reduce the metal door to shreds as the army of the so-called OG Soldiers rush towards you. With your shields active you let them come, waiting until they get into attack range before throwing your arms forward. Grabbing the first two's heads, smashing them together and causing them to explode in a spray of artificial gore.

Immediately two more rush in, one trying to fly over the two you'd smashed together while the other attempt to dive under you. But they don't stand a chance, you dropping your right elbow down, smashing through the head of the one diving below while reaching up with your left, catching that one by its foot. Then you swing it down, smashing the one who'd tried flying over you into the next approaching two. With the narrow size of the hallway, they can only approach you two at a time. And with the bulk of your Ascended Berserker form, they can't get past you.

“Come on, is that all you've got?!” you taunt the machines as they simply keep pushing forward, even as the bodies pile up. After a minute they can't even get through the pile to try and push past you anymore, forcing the machines to start digging through. They start pulling the bodies away, passing them back down the stairs. Then, with the path cleared they resume the attack. But much like the first wave, you easily crush the second and form another wall of bodies. This process repeats over the next few minutes; enemies attack, you stack their bodies, they pull away those bodies and go on the attack again. And after five waves of dozens and dozens of machines all trying to get past you, no more approach. Your wall of corpses now only comes up to your waist, but no more of the machine men approach. Sighing out, you drop your Energy Body and power down, rising back up to your feet and going back into the Heeters' throne room. Only to see an unexpected sight. Towa's two OG Soldiers she'd captured before are now in pieces with the rest in the room, more bodies than you remember having filled the room. “What happened here?”

“Ah, Karn. You missed some of the fun.” she says, sounding a bit out of breath as she's standing at the hidden doorway entrance. Where you see several more OG Soldiers in various states of disassembly scattered around, looking back up to her to see her face a bit flushed. “They found the route we took in.”
“I see.” you reply, Towa walking over to you with a wild look in her eyes. Tossing her spear down she leaps at you, wrapping her arms around your neck and kissing you. Catching you off guard for a moment, you then wrapping your arms around her and reciprocating for a moment. But as the moment stretches on you have to gently pull her off of you, Towa gasping for air as you set her back down. “You okay?”
“Y-Yeah.” she says, panting a bit. “That was.... Wow.”

You place your right hand on her left shoulder, turning your attention back to Freeza. Who is standing with Elec, the two having been talking over what you can now sense is the corpse of Goichi. The tiny Heeter Gas is back up, standing by the taller one's right side. But all three are looking at you and Towa, the demoness blushing even more out of the corner of your eye.

“I take it you two have finished the rest of these machines off?” Freeza asks you.
“Yeah, they quit coming up the stairs.” you reply, then turn to the blue skinned man Elec. ”But there may still be more of them scattered about.”
“I'll handle any of the stragglers.” Gas says, expression dour.
“That's the spirit. I appreciate all your work, Lord Freeza. General Karn. And....Sorry, I don't believe I got your name?”
“Towa. Princess of the Demon Realm.” Towa says, you watching Elec's sudden shock as his jaw drops. She lets out a small, satisfied sound, turning from him back to you as Freeza speaks up.

“Well, I do believe that we are finished here. You know the proper channels to resolve payments.” Freeza says, Elec shaking his head to refocus and turn his attention back to Freeza.
“Of course. Everything will be finalized by the end of the week.” he responds, giving a small bow before stepping forward, offering his hand. Which Freeza takes, the two men shaking as Freeza powers back down. “It was a pleasure.”

Raising your right hand to your forehead, you start trying to focus back on your family's ki signatures. But Elec's fortress is still too far away from your home, you unable to sense them. So, you're going to have to telepathically reach out to teleport to anywhere familiar.

But who do you teleport to?
>King Vegeta, you do want him to know about what happened first with everything in regards to the Heeters. Including attacking one of your students unprovoked
>Silver, you know he'll most likely be back in the ship, and after training your students for a double lesson on top of this fighting, you're feeling rather hungry
>Chilli, see how he and his family are getting along after what happened two days ago in Towa's Lab

“Hold on, before we go. I am curious about something.” Towa says, reaching out with her right hand and pulling Godsend to her. She then points the ancient weapon at one of the downed machines, one with only a thrust mark in the chest where she'd impaled it with her spear. Purplish lightning leaps out from the point of her weapon, engulfing the machine. You watch as her emblem reappears on its forehead, the being rising up to a standing position. Ending her lightning, she then gestures with the spear while instructing her new minion. “Grab both of those.”

Wordlessly the being obeys, Towa turning and creating a portal through spacetime back into her lab. Into the bloodsoaked room nearly all your family perished in.

“Put them in the middle of that room, then deactivate yourself.” she commands again, the controlled android walking through. You watch as it sets the other two bodies, both without heads and one missing the left half of its body down before rising up to its full height. Only for the glow of her power to fade, the dead android collapsing in a heap by the others. Towa then closes the portal, looking back to you. “For later. I was always curious how the OG Soldiers like Seven Three were able to copy abilities from simple contact. Now, let us be off.”
“I won't be returning to New Salda with you both, at least for the time being.” Freeza says, surprising you. “I do have to make a stop by Arctus and the Lucrehulk, to let him know what happened. I don't suppose you would mind allowing my cousin to take a few of these off your hands as well?”
“I-If he'll be here to clean up all this mess, I say he can have them in exchange for that cost.” Elec replies, still looking a bit shaken at Towa casually opening a dimensional rift in front of him. “I will reach out to him as well with the coordinates.”

“Excellent. I believe that this concludes our business for today.” Freeza says, giving him a nod before turning to you. “Karn, Towa, if you would please.”
“Of course.” you reply, turning and following Freeza as he heads back to the hidden entrance. You and Towa follow him back down the formerly hidden pathway, quickly making your way back to the hangar. Where he walks straight to the atmosphere lock, turning back to the both of you.
“Well done Karn. And you as well, Towa. Impressive work with that spear.” he says to you both. “Heading back to New Salda?”

“Well, about that.” you reply, watching the former emperor raising an eyebrow. “We're out of range. So, I was thinking about taking the scenic route back.”
“I see. Well, best of luck to you. If you get trapped in something you can't escape, let me know.”
“Will do.” you reply, the two of you sharing a handshake before he takes off, flying off into the void of space. You watch until he vanishes, turning back to Towa and offering her your left hand. “Shall we?”

“Very well. I accept.” Towa says with a coy smile, taking your outstretched left hand and pressing it to her right side, stepping forward and pressing herself to you. “Let's go.”

Raising your right hand to your forehead once more, you close your eyes and focus on the ki you can feel. Freeza's massive powerlevel is the first you feel, then Towa's then Gas and Elec. But even further out, on the edges of your senses you can feel different small powerlevels. Picking a direction, you find one of the stronger ones, teleporting you both to it. One second you are in Elec's fortress, the next find yourself on some sort of stone temple. A dark storm swirls in the air overhead, lightning crackling through the sky. The two of you are standing next to a rather broad-shouldered bat-like creature as it screeches, thousands of the same sort of creatures screeching from below as well. You then notice the humanoid body at its feet, its heart held over the bat's head with its two claws on its wings.

“Let's get out of here.” Towa tells you telepathically, however it seems to hear this, whirling towards you both. Immediately some sort of energy you can't sense appears around its mouth, but before it can do anything Towa speaks. “Counterspell.”

The light fizzles and disipates, the bat-like being looking to her in confusion. You immediately take advantage of the opening, raising your right and kicking the creature back. It screeches as you send it tumbling back down the stairs, it not having the time to take to the air. Instead it tumbles down the stairs, you focusing your ki sense again. Expanding your senses you find another far-away powerlevel, holding Towa tight and teleporting you both away again. Leaving the dark temple behind, this time appearing in some sort of nest. Standing on a bunch of luminous, gigantic orange eggs. You turn towards the energy signature you'd teleported to and look up, seeing a colossal many-headed reptile. One several times the size of the lizard you've killed several times now, even in your Berserker God form it could easily swallow you whole.

“Karn. Don't. Move.” Towa tells you with a thought, stiffening beside you as ALL of the beast's heads turn to glare at you, the creature radiating with murderous intent. “We appeared on top of an ancient Hydra's nest. Get us out of here, quick.”

cont
>>
>>5935893
“Right.” you reply, keeping your focus on your ki sense. Finding another power you teleport once again, leaving the giant nest behind you this time teleport directly into a blizzard. The icy wind cuts through your gear, Towa immediately shivering as you hold her to you. However, looking around as far as you can in the blizzard raging around you, you don't see the target you'd teleported to. From your ki sense, it should only be a few feet away, but with the storm raging, you can't see what you teleported to. “Brr. Let's get out of here.”

“Leave? But you just arrived, wizard.” a deep, booming voice says. And as it speaks, suddenly the storm around you both just... Stops. The wind stops howling, cutting through your clothes and chilling you to the bone. But, most importantly, the blizzard stops obscuring your view, revealing a rather large man. One who easily stands around the same height as your Berserker God form, perhaps even taller while wielding a battered axe in his pale blue hand. “You're not going anywhere.”

“Why does everyone always want to pick a fight with you?” Towa asks, her tone a bit teasing as she presses herself to you, shivering. “Let's just take care of this idiot and keep going.”
“Keep going? No, you won't be going anywhere. You trespass upon my mountain.” the giant says, his weapon glowing with icy blue energy. “You die on my mountain.”
“Counterspell.” Towa says, again trying to dispel that energy. But, unlike with the bat-like creature, this time her spell simply fizzles out. Dying in the air between them with a puff of smoke. “What?!”

“Your tricks won't work here, witch.” the giant says, you deciding that you've heard enough. Pushing Towa back you step forward, drawing your Wolf Knight Greatsword before transforming. Holding nothing back you ascend into your Berserker God form, suddenly standing eye-to-eye with the warrior. “Oh?”

The glow fades from his axe as he stops preparing whatever magic he was about to use, instead taking a fighting stance. Seeing this you assume your usual Djem So two-handed stance, sword held overhead and ready to crash down upon this mountain of a man. Silence hangs in the air between you as you stare each other down, neither making the first move. You're going to end this quick.

speaking of ultra-instinct is it possible for Ace or meloka (after she is done with his and beerus) to train us in it or does our anti-divine energy of berserk fuck with it.

About as often as someone sets our lawn on fire. We can relate. In this guy's lucky stars, we aren't sent here to kill him or his planet, we came on his lawn first, if he mouths off at Towa though then I can see him getting gutted for it.

He realizes Beerus is a few words away from getting shanked in his sleep by a Yandere, right?
That cat is almost always threatening Karn or bothering his kids; two things that may as well be considered terminal in this universe for multiple reasons. Meloka being a big one.

Ha. But there is one point I have to criticize:
>200 damage
That means you’d have to be REALLY pulling that swing back to only do 200.
>>5936264
Ha. As a character Karn reached epic levels back long ago. Even Ainz would be shocked to his bones to see his stats.
>>
>>5936276
I'm a bit of a DnD neophyte, so I have no idea how Karn actually scales to 5E or any other system.
>>
>>5936282
'Epic Levels' is an older edition term for 'Serious fucking bullshit'. For context, Elminster, mister big dick overpowered wizard man himself who can fight gods as long as he preps right, is about halfway through what one could consider to be Epic level progression.
>>
>>5936282
To put it into a different perspective, Ainz is a max level player of world of warcraft but with even more pay-to-win than your average mobile game. And is the leader of the top pvp guild in the world server. When he met Chilli years before Beerus appeared, Chilli’s stats looked less like a player and more like a world raid boss in comparison. Meanwhile, Karn standing next to his son at the time made Chilli look like an average 12 year old standing next to someone like Kratos.
>>5936303
Serious fucking bullshit is right, at least for explaining what a dm has to throw your way to stop a party of such gods. Which is an accurate portrayal of Karn at this point.

>>
>>5938019
Nice. Our usual artist is down this month, had to scramble to find an equally qualified replacement for the Meloka piece. But it should come out quite nicely.
>>5938720
Your question is phrased wrong. It should be how many of Clark's mental blocks has Ubo been able to lift. And the answer is that he's now stronger than Ubo.
Batman has had ki control, but he has no one to teach him how to project it externally.
That's kept mostly hush-hush, as Cooler's not interested in a pre-spaceflight civilization that is constantly embroiled in conflicts. Best to let the hotbed of strange activity lie.
The general public no, but Bruce and Lex have seen quite a lot of what Karn is capable of. As has Waller and the US Govt. Who are terrified.
>>
>>5938919
>but Bruce and Lex have seen quite a lot of what Karn is capable of. As has Waller and the US Govt. Who are terrified.
I need to know more reactions to this, what is our Bat-Computer entry looking like? What would he say if we offered to teach him for a week after catching up with Ubo?
>>
>>5938941
>Karn's entry
Hoo boy, that's a whole can of worms. He directly addresses NOT going after Karn's children, what with having somewhat figured out Instant Transmission. You somehow lure and capture a kid only for Karn to just APPEAR.
He would be HIGHLY suspicious of your motivations.
>>
>>5938941
>What would he say if we offered to teach him
Honestly, what would there be for Karn to teach him?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but all Saiyans are innately able to project their own ki externally, right?
Then the act of doing so isn't something Karn has ever had to learn. It just came naturally to him.
He may have refined his ability to do so and learned how to manifest it in different forms, but the act of drawing out his ki for a basic energy wave is something he and every other Saiyan can just DO.

GD please interject and tell me if I'm off the mark.
>>
>>5938944
>Yeah man, I got a plan, see we knocked out this kid with gas, got em locked up in the basement with a mask on em keepin em under, then we get the big guy here an-
>WHERE THE FUCK IS MY SON?!
If Karn were truly evil or sadistic he'd be a perfect horror villain.
>>
>>5938944
He...he's talked to Ubo right? Have we not told them that Freeza more or less just lost the throne and is more interested in hanging out in our space ship trailer park, going to the gym/dojo all day? What would he say if he found out our entire war was just to get long term custody rights for our demon kids and mistress?
>>
>>5938945
Its something we learned to do more effeciently from the Guardian/Elder
Pybara so its stuff we can at least intuit to teach him. Its also a skill that while naturally occuring, still needs to be expanded upon and trained into using effectively. See the start of the quest when we could barely do more than fly or shoot energy blasts.
>>5938944
>>5938974
Speaking of, we need to bring our kids over to Ubo's place so he can find out he is now a DOUBLE UNCLE!
>>
>>5938977
>See the start of the quest when we could barely do more than fly or shoot energy blasts.
But that's my point. Karn could already just DO that. Meanwhile Batman has been training his entire life and can't even throw sparks from his hand or levitate.
Until he can break through the floor of where Karn started, trying to teach him anything about Ki might be pointless.
>>
>>5939008
It took all of the Z fighters like, two hours of work to figure out flying when someone brought it to their attention. Same with Ki blasts. I'm sure Bruce "I am a prodigy at literally everything" Wayne would perform similarly.
>>
>>5939009
The Z Fighters who were all practically superhuman compared to the average Earthling and already had years of experience projecting and manipulating their Ki.
Say what you will about the Z Fighters, but they ARE built different.
Bruce, for all his strengths, is just some guy (for now)
>>
>>5938945
Yes, ki projection is an inherent skill to Saiyans. It requires the bare minimum teaching from an elder to achieve it.
>>5938959
If he even let your planet live, were he evil. But yes, he'd make Jason's teleporting look mundane.
>>5938974
DC Earth hasn't met Cooler. He's kept his distance after observing what a warzone of fuckery that planet is. He's simply got the planet quarantined off.

>>5939008
Yes, KARN wouldn't be a good teacher for Bruce.
>>5939009
But he doesn't know that such a thing is possible for a -HUMAN- to do.
>>5939014
While Bruce is good, he hasn't seen a single human project ki outside their body. Not like the Saiyans do, firing massive beams.
>>
>>5939014
>>5939020
Hey man, Bruce EXERCISED a broken spine away. Some fucking Wolverine type bullshit "some guy" can do. I don't want to hear it kek

Anyways, Karn is obviously not the guy to teach Bruce. But who is?
Who on Earth could take Bruce farther along the path of Ki Mastery than anybody else in their recorded history?
>>
>>5939025
Depending on type of break and the resources available, a full recovery from a broken spine is totally possible. Not feasible or likely, but possible.
Now, if you were an absurdly rich man in otherwise peak physical condition and armed with medical knowledge to rival any professional doctor....
>>
>>5939025
The difference is he doesn’t know that Karn’s attacks are internal ki projected outside the body. He doesn’t know that is even something completely possible.

Not to spoiler, but one of the Ginyu Force would be the best that you know IC. The Guardian’s hologram would also be a good choice, along with the elders Guru and Pybara.
>>5939034
Yes. Plus Bruce has excellent internal ki control.

Well now I'm curious. Ginyu? Jeice? Guldo maybe? Please don't tell me it's Recoome.
>The Guardian’s hologram would also be a good choice, along with the elders Guru and Pybara
These also make sense. They're all masterful teachers and likely have a good amount of experience dealing with students who aren't able to innately project Ki.
>>
>>5939040
Of course it's Recoome. He actually runs an exercise program.

Poor Burter.

I'm gonna be real, Burter does not strike me as an expert in Ki Projection. At least not in comparison to his fellow members of the Ginyu Force.

Look, shame on me for leaving the (second...third? Fourth?) fastest thing in the Universe off the list, but Burter's really not shining like the rest of his homies are.
I understand he's on the grind and doing his bit, but he needs to promote himself a little more.
Fucking I dunno...maybe he could run a marathon across the PTO's inner worlds? Win a few Platinum metals in the Galactic Olympics? Take an ad deal for whatever shitty cereal Vox is hucking?
Something, anything!
What he needs to do is race Wally and learn just how much of his potential he's missing out on without the Speed Force.

AGE 757, DREADZONE STATION

“Alright everyone, we're here.” you say, letting go and turning to the formerly undefeated Soba. “Everything ready?”
“Of course. I have everything in place.” he tells you, then looks past you to Future Chaya. He looks between you and her, clearly recognizing her ki. “Don't worry, she's me but from another timeline. Dad won the war with those Time Patrol bastards, so she and my half siblings get to stay in our timeline now.”
“I...See.” he replies, clearly a bit shaken by this information. But Soba's a professional, shaking his head then turning to one of the guards posted inside the doorway. “Take them to the VIP seating for Chaya's match.”

“Hold on. Chaya, mind staying with me for a bit? I need to talk to you. Alone.” you say to your alternate self, who nods, turning a bit to Ace to no doubt communicate telepathically before focusing back on you.
“Sure.” Future Chaya replies, everyone saying their good lucks before leaving along with the guide. Soba, for his part leaves you both, heading over to the 'control center', where he's guided you ever since your return to Dreadzone after defeating him. “So, what's this about?”
“I know you're not here because you want to be. Look, I think I know what happened.” you say, the other you's brow raising as you talk. “Dad said something to you yesterday, probably comparing us in some way, right?”

“How did you-?” future you says, sounding confused. After a moment she shakes her head, asserting herself with a bit of heat to her tone. “So what if he did?”
“Hey, no need to be all aggressive. Dad may not always say things in the, well... Nicest ways. But he's always at least got a good point he's trying to make. Let me guess what happened.” you tell her, Broly having told you about what happened yesterday. About her fight, and how 'out of it' future you'd seemed after returning home. “You, and maybe Ace too fought someone but couldn't win. Then Daddy stepped up, maybe with Momma or Auntie Towa's help and beat them when you couldn't. Does that sound about right?”

“How...?” she mutters, looking stunned. You reach out, placing a hand on her shoulder as you look her in the eyes.
“Because you and I, we're the same. And if I was stronger than someone and lost, but then someone weaker than me won where I couldn't, I'd ask how.” you continue, getting right to the heart of it. “That's when he said it, didn't he? That you weren't fighting to win.”
“I know it hurts, when Daddy talks like that. Hurt me too, when I first heard it. Thanks by the way.” you say, unable to resist throwing that little jab in back at her for what she did back then. “But while it hurts, really think about what he said. Were you actually trying your best, giving it one hundred percent? Or were you just showing off?”

“You think I'm anything like you?!” she suddenly snarls, having clearly struck a nerve. But her statement is so ridiculous that you can't help but laugh. Not a small giggle, but a full-blown belly laugh; clutching your sides as you laugh uncontrollably. Which only angers her further. “The hell is so damn funny?!”
“Of course we're alike. You ARE me. The only difference between us is I was allowed to go live, to go out into the universe and make my own mistakes. While you spent your life trapped in cages.” you tell her, pointing to your scarred face, arms, and stump of a tail as you talk. As you do this, you see her expression change. Turning from anger to a more thoughtful look. “While your Dad and then Towa kept you locked away, you weren't able to go and make your own mistakes. You didn't get the chance to live.”

“I...You, well... May have a point.” she says, raising a hand to her chin as she thinks over what you said.
“How about this? Watch me today. Watch as I fight my opponent, and tell me when you see it.” you tell her, the woman raising a brow at you. “I've learned the difference. In fighting for myself, for the fans or to show off. And fighting to win. Let me show you both.”
“Heh, alright. You've got me curious.” your future counterpart says, holding her left fist out towards you. “Show me what you've got.”

“Heh. This is going to be fun.” you tell her as with a grin you rap her fist with your own. “Feel free to teleport to Ace when they're in the VIP seats, I've got to go get ready.”
“You'd better not lose, not after talking so big.” future you says with a smirk, you smiling back before turning, going into your private chamber. Once the automatic door closes behind you, you sigh out, leaning back against the door. You'd been worried that she would be more confrontational, but with everything going so well, all that's left is to win the fight.
“Are you so sure you can win?” Darth Bane asks, you turning to see he's giving you a small, teasing smirk. “This one's the strongest magic user you've fought since Tanya.”

“She's tough. Much more of a fighter than Tanya was too.” you reply, standing back up and grabbing your armor with telekinesis, pulling it over to you. Looking it over, you see that this one hasn't been scratched or marred yet, taking it and putting it on. “But that will be her downfall. She's not ready for me.”
“Confident, aren't we?” he asks, you pulling your saber to you with telekinesis as well. Looking the weapon over, you press the button to activate it. The crimson blade igniting with a sinister hiss, staring at it a moment before you deactivate the weapon and attach it to the hidden holster under your right pauldron. Then, on a whim pull your heavy greatsword over to you as well, catching it in your right hand. “Taking that unwieldy thing along?”

“Of course. I told the other me that I would be showing her the difference.” you tell him, leaning it on the shoulder pauldron at the dull of the blade. “The difference between fighting for the audience, and fighting to win.”
“I see. Using the weapon to show off, then going in for the kill with your real weapon.” Bane says, you giving him a small nod. Although you don't plan on using your saber in this fight, as you know it is always better to have and not need. “But are you sure about this?”
“Positive. I've studied her fighting style, how she likes to fight and what types of attacks she prefers. And while there's no way that she's shown off everything she's got, Tanya estimated that she has shown about forty three percent of her true strength.” you say to him, grabbing your knife Chilli'd made for you out of the bone of a dragon, tucking it into your left boot before rising back up to your feet. It's time.

You exit your private chamber, seeing that the future you has already left. She's gone out of your room, you sensing her energy by Ace's own out in the arena. Time for you to go as well.

“There you are. Got about two minutes until showtime.” Soba says, turning in his control center and pitching you your scouter underhanded. “Ready to go?”
“Ready.” you reply, catching it with your telekinetic grip and securing it to your face, pressing the button to activate the device. “This one's going to be fun.”
“Watch your back out there. Remember, she can make those fire blasts appear at anywhere she wants.”
“Don't worry, she's not going to catch me off guard so easily.” you reply, heading to the door. “I've got you watching my back.”
“Hmph. Get on out of here.” he replies, you heading to the door and going out. Once out of your private Champion's quarters you take off, flying over to the giant dome. As you approach the open top, you hear the cheers coming from the crowd within. You fly past the automated defenses, the system recognizing and not firing upon you. Flying through the dropship entrance you find a perch, landing and looking down on the arenas below. Quickly spotting her down below, you watch as the redheaded woman obliterates a spider-like Landstalker tanks with her flaming fist, vaporizing it in a single strike to the audience's cheers.

Then, soaring down past you come five Dreadzone dropships, but before any can either fire upon her or drop their cargo of soldiers down to the arena the woman's fiery power blazes, roaring to the heavens as she attacks.

“Callidus Brachium Barrage!” she bellows, swinging her flaming fists rapid-fire. Unleashing a barrage of dozens of fiery shots, each exploding from her and melting foot-wide holes straight through each of the ships. Causing all five to explode simultaneously.

“And in a display of raw power and aggression, the Untamed, Undefeated Lioness has easily cleared all the challenges of the gauntlet!” Dallas the announcer calls, the crowd cheering louder. “With this final victory, she has earned the right to fight the strongest!”
“That's your cue.” comes the voice of Soba in your ear through your Scouter, causing you to smirk. Drawing your right arm back you take aim, then pitching it down. Close enough that she can't miss it, but far enough that she won't immediately attack it based off what you've seen from her before. Your sword flies like a missile, slamming point-first into the ground about twenty feet from her.

“Mereoleona Vermillion! The Untamed, Undefeated Lioness! Are you ready?!” Dallas calls as you descend, crossing your arms as you drop down, all the spotlights turning up to you. And as you drift downwards, the audience's cheers rise to fever pitch.
“CHA-YA! CHA-YA! CHA-YA! CHA-YA!!” your fans call as you drop down, landing atop your sword, arms crossed as you look down upon your foe with a grin. Striking the same pose you had back in your youth, showing everyone how far you've come since you were a young, naive girl.
“Iiiiiiiiiiiits! TIIIIIIIIIIME!!” Dallas calls out as loud as he can, yet is barely audible over the crowd cheering you on. “The championship bout! Mereoleona Vermillion versus The People's Champion Chaya!”

“So, finally decided to fight me yourself?” the woman asks, grinning fiercely with her fists blazing. Returning the grin you hop off your weapon, uncrossing your arms and walking up to the woman. The two of you stare each other down, you having to look up slightly to meet the taller woman's gaze. “About time I got you all to myself.”
“Just you and me now. Try and last long enough to make this a good show.” you reply confidently, raising your right fist to her. The woman's grin widens, bringing her own flaming right and rapping her knuckles against your own, the cheers somehow getting even louder than before. Then, upon contact you both leap back, you raising your right overhead as you reach out telekinetically, jerking your sword free of the ground and taking your Djem So stance as you slide to a stop, the woman stopping in a wide stance, hands down by her waist, leaning forward. This is going to be fun.

“BEGIN!” Juanita, Dallas' fellow co-commentator shouts, you and the woman both immediately going on the attack.

I know it's a given that she'd take after her old man, but going with the Dragon Bone Dagger specifically was a good call. Nobody expects a bootknife to eat their tenth level spell.
Can't wait to see her hit this battle mage with the twist in the third act. Anyways, I remember you mentioned Clark managing to surpass Ubo earlier, but now I'm curious.
Has Clark told Ubo about Jax-Ur and Mala? Despite their ill intentions, I feel like they'd both be receptive to Ubo's leadership.
If his goals don't just end at restoring Krypton, but extending its dominion across the stars, they'd probably sign up with him on the spot.
>>
>>5940342
She’s not bringing ot for any spell she’s seen yet. Its for whatever attacks Mereoleona has been saving for a championship fight. And she’s not going for a twist. This is going to be a display. Showing all her fans, and those who’ve foolishly turned to Mereoleona’s side the difference between them. Chaya’s gonna hit her with a phase two, Souls-style. And show EVERYONE the gap in their might.
If he has, Ubo hasn’t yet pursued them. Better question would be if Superman’s told Ubo about the phantom zone at all. Or kept it and its contents secret.

Not for new contestants. Cooler's people found the world, and while the initial contact team were destroyed by the Dark Triad, he cut a deal with Vox. As for Chaya's roll, well. That would be a spoiler. But I WILL say that the residents of BC were quite impressed with Tanya's power.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After Meloka returned to the world of the Destroyer Beerus and Chaya departed for her fight, Karn went to his students to train them, only to encounter the Heeters. After a tense first meeting, Karn agreed to aid them in reclaiming their fortress home. Towa and Freeza accompanying Karn, Gas and Elec, the five reclaimed the Heeter's fortress and secured the sensitive date Elec wished to hide, data that he implies to be dangerous to Lord Cooler. After the battle concluded, Karn decided to take a more scenic route back to New Salda, using his Instant Transmission to travel from world to world. And as we rejoin Karn, a local of the frozen world you and Towa find yourselves on is ready to fight.

“HRRAAAA!” the blue-skinned man bellows, raising his axe overhead and lunging towards you. Standing your ground you wait until he's in range, then taking a single step swing. With both hands holding your blade overhead horizontally, in the classic Djem So stance, your practiced swing disarms the creature. Slicing straight through the man's shoulder, the limb flops down into the snow. “GYAAAAAAA!!”

Recoiling in pain the man staggers back several steps, clutching the stump of where his arm used to be. Dropping to a knee, the creature begins gathering icy energy around itself. And as you watch, it freezes the injury shut.

“Oh. That's quite unexpected.” Towa says casually, tone rising a bit with her curiosity. You consider executing the man but decide against it, watching as it looks around for its weapon. You see the man see his axe by you, and on a whim decide to kick his arm and axe over to him. The man looks from his weapon up to you, expression contorting as emotions vie for dominance.
“It's over. Try again, and you'll die.” you tell the creature, who looks again from you to his weapon. He then takes it, prying it from his already-frozen fingers. Seeing this you retake your Djem So stance, but the giant doesn't attack. Instead, it hangs the axe through a loop in its belt, then the blizzard kicks back up again. Blinding you both for a moment, only for the storm to die back down, revealing the monster'd vanished. Leaving no trace he was ever there besides several drops and a small puddle of frozen blood, and his frozen arm. “Smart call.”

As you spread your ki sense, you feel a smaller powerlevel on the edge of your senses. One that, somehow, feels familiar to you.

“Hrmmm.” you mutter, Towa looking up to you.
“What's wrong?” she asks, looking concerned.
“I sense something. Something...Familiar, somehow.” you tell her. “I'm going to check it out.”
“Alright, let's go.” she answers, you focusing on it and teleporting you both. One moment you are both standing on the frozen terrain, the next find yourself out on a rocky, mountainous area. Standing next to a small, blue-skinned man, wearing yellowish and brown colors. The moment you both appear the man turns, taking a surprisingly competent fighting stance.

“Who goe-Oh! General!” he says, recognizing you and relaxing, standing back upright. “Welcome back.”
“Everything work out?” you ask, the man grinning.
“Of course. Thanks to your and Guldo's brave efforts.” Potage says with a smile. “With you managing to defeat the copies, the rest of his Ginyu Force's bodies were restored. And after Guldo destroyed the core, I was able to reseal what was left of Commeson.”
“Reseal?” you ask him, surprised. “I thought the core was destroyed?”

“Yes, Guldo destroyed it with that blade of his. But that didn't necessarily 'kill' Commeson.” Potage tells you. “If what is left of him were able to absorb enough living matter, it could reform, creating a new core and regain sentience. For now, it will remain sealed until the rest dies off. And my people's sins will finally be absolved.”
“What will you do then?” Towa asks him, an... Odd inflection to her voice. “Without your purpose, what will you do?”
“Hrmm, that's a good question. I always thought I'd either die of old age, or someone seeking the 'Superhuman Water' would kill me to get it. But once I'm free, I don't know. Perhaps I'll ask Monaka if his company is hiring, I think I'd be a good pilot.”
“I see.” she replies, you hearing from her tone his answer wasn't quite what she was looking for. “Well, I wish you the best of luck.”

“Thank you, lady. And you as well, General. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a delivery to catch.” he says, bowing to you both before running off. You turn, watching as a landing ship starts descending down a couple hundred yards away. An even weaker powerlevel is the one piloting that ship, you and Towa sharing a glance.
“Let's move on.” she says, you nodding in agreement as you raise your hand to your forehead. Further expanding your ki sense, searching for other powers.

From this world you can sense a few others on the far edges of your ki sense. You can sense Arctus, his energy radiating quite brightly to your senses. Causing you to wonder what he's doing in this part of space. You also sense, far closer now that same strong powerlevel with the weaker one, their strengths far and above everything else in that system in the opposite direction of Arctus. Lobo's powerlevel has vanished, either because he's sensed you and is trying to hide, or was simply on the move, passing through. Which leaves only one question:

Which power do you teleport to now?
>Arctus, see why he's out here and what he's doing

Focusing more on the stronger and somewhat weaker pair of powerlevels, you feel something unexpected. As you sense the stronger one, you feel its strength suddenly plummet. It drops to around a fiftieth of its former level, you immediately zeroing in on it. And, with a thought, teleport again. Leaving Planet Potaufeu behind, appearing next to the two powerlevels. The instant you appear, however, the stronger fighter is unleashing a massive blast of energy directly at you. Aimed at consuming both of you in your entirety.

“BARRIER!” you roar, throwing your arms wide and activating your spherical shield. It forms around both you and Towa, blocking the titanic blast from erasing you both. Then, before the wave is even finished, a golden-maned figure dashes through, passing through your shield with his right fist drawn back.
“HAAAAAAA!!” the familiar voice roars as he swings, you recognizing the man. He recognizes you as well, his eyes widening in surprise. But is unable to pull his punch back fully, slamming his right into the left side of your jaw. The heavy blow, despite the man pulling his punch still staggers you back several steps, nearly knocking you off your feet. “K-General Karn?! What are you doing here?”
“Good to see you've not been slacking on your training, Raditz.” you reply, raising your left and working your jaw, making sure it still works and nothing is broken. “Damn. Nearly dislocated my jaw with that one.”

“What are you doing here?” he asks, tone a little less friendly as he repeats himself. “How did you find me?”
“Nice to see you too.” you reply, straightening back up. “Just passing through. We just finished helping out those Heeters, and are on our way back. But New Salda's out of range, so I've been teleporting from planet to planet on the far edge of my range to get back.”
“I see.” he replies, still keeping a very tense stance. He looks like he'll be ready to attack at any moment, the woman behind him looking worried. You then raise your hands up, palms towards him in a gesture of non-aggression. Raditz, seeing this sighs out, powering back down to his base form.

“Glad to see you both are doing well.” you say to them, the woman giving a small, nervous nod of acknowledgment. “Do you need anything from back home?”
“No, we have everything we could need.” he replies, expression still wary. He then sighs out, raising his gaze to yours. “I think it's best you leave.”
“Very well. If you need anything, don't hesitate to reach out to me directly.” you respond, raising your right back to your forehead as Towa walks over, laying a hand on your bicep. “I'm going to focus on Silver's energy through the telepathic link, to make sure I don't know how to make my way from here to New Salda. Just in case.”

“I appreciate it.” Raditz says, sounding genuinely thankful. You then reach out telepathically to Silver, connecting your mind to his.
“Silver, can you hear me?” you think out to him. To which he replies after a moment, clearly surprised.
“Karn? What's going on?” he asks you, his surprise traveling through the link. “Is everythin' okay?”
“Yeah, I'm just needing to focus on your ki a moment through this mental link.” you reply, sensing his energy clearly. “I'm too far away from home, can't sense anyone this far out the normal way.”

“I see.” he replies, you then leaving Raditz and his girl, Redis behind. Teleporting directly from that mystery planet directly back to New Salda. Appearing inside his kitchen as his staff go about their jobs, preparing a meal. Your nose is assaulted by dozens of different, delicious smells simultaneously, causing your mouth to water a bit. “Welcome back. I take it everythin' went well?”
“Yeah, the mission was easy.” you reply, giving him a quick breakdown of the fight you'd joined Freeza in. But as you describe the OG Soldiers, his eyes narrow. As if he's seen or heard of them before. Which, considering how much of his career as an assassin is still a mystery to you, perhaps he has.

However, to your surprise the rest of your family isn't back yet, everyone who'd gone to watch Chaya's fight still not returned. Leaving you with some unknown amount of time to yourself, or yourselves before they return.

Well? What do you do?

“Well, since they're not back yet, is there anything in particular you were wanting to do?” you ask, turning to Towa. Who, after a moment's thought gets a grin on her face, cheeks blushing a bit.
“I can think of something.” she says, turning to the door and walking away. Confused, you glance back to Silver, then follow, wondering what she has in mind. Towa leads you back out of the mess hall and as she starts walking to your room you have an idea what she's thinking. As you walk to the doorway, it sliding open you swoop down, left forearm hitting the backs of her ankles and sweeping her off her feet.
“Ehehe, what's this?” she asks you in a teasing tone, blush spreading out from her cheeks up to the tips of her ears. “I didn't say anything about doing... This.”

“Would you rather I put you back down?” you ask her, watching as the blush on her face spreads further, glowing even brighter as she looks away, touching her fingertips together in a gesture that almost seems nervous.
“N-No...” she says quietly, you smirking as you sit down on the corner of the bed. Then, catching you a bit by surprise she lunges up at you, locking lips and pushing you back over onto the mattress. Pressing herself to you, hungrily kissing you for several moments before coming back up for air with a gasp.

Some time later, as you both lay in the bed, sweaty and spent, you feel your kids' powerlevels suddenly reappear. Not by you, but over on Raven's island. Focusing on your ki sense, surprisingly Chaya hasn't returned, although everyone else has. So, curious you reach out to Future Chaya telepathically.

“So, how'd everything go?” you ask her with a thought. “How was it?”
“I, well... You were right.” she replies, surprising you. “About me. Heh, having a much smaller, younger version of yourself having to tell you the truth is kind of surreal.”
“Chaya?” you ask, confused. What is she talking about?
“Sorry, in my own head. Chaya fought really well, it wasn't even a contest. I get what you mean now.” she answers you. “About what you said after the fight. About not fighting to win. She showed me the difference. Hell, she showed EVERYONE the difference.”

Which does make you wonder what exactly went down with her fight. But if Chaya was fighting as seriously as Future Chaya implies, they'd have been back by now. So, they had to have been doing something else. But what?

“H-Hey.” Towa says, rolling over to look at you. “Everything okay?”
“The kids are back, they just appeared over on Raven's island.” you tell her, Towa sighing out and just laying her head on your chest. Reaching over you with her right arm and pressing up against you, almost purring with a hum contentedly.

“After the fight, Chaya showed us around. Even did a small performance with her fans afterwards, getting us all on her camera.” Future Chaya says, and despite her hesitance, you can feel that she actually had a good time with it. Well, she IS Chaya, after all. Despite the differences in their upbringings and lives, they have a lot more in common than they'd probably admit to. “It was... Wait, got back? Where did you go?”

You explain what happened with the Heeters once again, how you and Towa fought with Freeza to take the one who took over their fortress down. And as you finish your story, Future Chaya interjects.

“Wait, the OG Soldiers? Like Seven Three?” she asks you, then you feel her mind connecting with Towa's as well. “Hey, Auntie Towa. Seven Three is a OG Soldier, right?”
“Yes he is.” she replies, you wondering which one you all fought could have had a name like that. But, before you can say or think anything to either of them, Towa continues. “Seven Three is still in Galactic Prison in this timeline. As is Moro, for now.”
“Whenever he gets free, I'm gonna take him down.” Future Chaya says, then suddenly has an idea. “Wait. Why don't we just go ahead and get rid of that stupid goat now? While his magic is still cut off and he's defenseless.”

“Who?” you ask, looking over to Towa as you wait for one of them to answer.
“Moro, the world-eater is a being of incredible power. One that would devour the life force of entire planets.” Towa thinks to you both. “He rampaged across the Seventh Universe until the Grand Supreme Kai managed to seal away his magic. Severely weakening himself in the process, which allowed Majin Buu to devour him years later. But Moro was captured, held in the Galactic Prison for the past several million years. The sentence for his crimes is death, but none have had the power to perform the execution.”

“C'mon, let's go take him out.” Future Chaya addresses you, you sensing the excitement in her voice. “Before anything happens to Buu, or rather Ginyu. Let's eliminate that goat bastard for good.”
“I don't know...” Towa replies aloud, sounding unsure. “It may be possible to kill him now, but with Majin Buu's soul undivided in this time, the seal on his power won't have lost any of its potency. But maybe it would be fine to just check...”

Well? What do you do?
>Tell them both that is is better to leave that creature well enough alone, no need stirring up trouble when it hasn't even been half a week
>Agree to go with Towa to check, to make sure that monster can't escape. But not to fight, you have no intentions of accidentally releasing a world-eating monster

I figure there's no reason not to at least familiarize ourselves with a potential walking disaster like Moro. Being able to recognize his Ki would be handy if nothing else.

>Agree to go with Towa to check, to make sure that monster can't escape. But not to fight, you have no intentions of accidentally releasing a world-eating monster

Also wait, is Towa aware of Majin Buu's fate in this timeline?
Because if it's his SOUL specifically that keeps the seal on Moro's power intact...
>>
>>5941601
Quick explanation, Buu contains the entirety of Grand Supreme Kai. When in canon Buu split into fat Buu and evil Buu, it also split Grand Supreme Kai's power. And the greater share died with Kid Buu, vastly weakening the seal on Moro's powers. But in this timeline GSK's soul is undivided within Ginyu, so presumably the seal would remain intact.

“I think that'd be best.” you say aloud to her, then telepathically reach out to Future Chaya. “Towa and I are going to check, to ensure that the seal is still intact. Hopefully we won't have to fight, but if we do I'm calling you over first. Sound good?”
“Alright, but you both better be careful. I'll be waiting.” she replies, you sensing her disappointment through the link before she ends it. You turn, Towa pushing herself up to a sitting position and stretching. Arms overhead, you see a slight tremble run through her body before sighing out, lowering her arms.
“Getting through Galactic Patrol security shouldn't be a problem, once I explain the purpose of our visit.” Towa says, standing up and calling her clothes to her. Which she looks at a moment before dropping it back to the ground, hitting herself with a magical beam. Conjuring a new suit on herself. “Let me do the talking, alright?”

“Why's that?” you reply, getting up to your feet as well, walking over to your dresser and drawing another uniform out of it. “You think I'm going to say something?”
“You're more intimidating when you don't talk, Karn.” she says, you turning to her as she walks over. Your reputation will precede you. Just look serious and angry, ready to kick some ass and we'll get through with minimal resistance.”
“Resistance? Why would-Well. If they're keeping someone that dangerous locked up, I see why they'd want to keep people out.” you reply, pulling your undersuit on, then pulling a fresh armor on over your head as well. You then kneel down, donning your boots then bracers, rising up to your full height and turning to face Towa. “I'm ready.”

“Good. Let's go.” she says, raising Godsend and pointing it towards the middle of the room. You watch as a purple bolt of magical lighting strikes the air. It seemingly tears open a rift, you seeing several smaller beings all recoiling in shock through the hole. They're all dressed the same, wearing either blue or purple undersuit with white armor on their torsos, white devices over their ears that remind you of the scouter bodies. Towa gestures for you to go through first, you giving her a small nod before stepping through. You take two steps into the room beyond, Towa following you before sealing the portal shut behind her. Several of the men simply turn and run, clearly afraid for their lives. To which Towa tells you, telepathically, “See? Told you.”
“Hmph.” you exhale, scanning those who haven't fled. One in particular draws your eye, one whose eyes show no fear. He stands with his right hand down by the weapon on his right hip, clearly deciding if he should attack you first. The silence hangs heavy, neither of you moving.

“Merus, perfect. You're just the Patroller I was looking for.” Towa says, clearly startling the man. “The General is here to perform an inspection.”
“A-An inspection?” the man, Merus presumably asks, looking more confused. “Of what?”
“Of -the- prisoner. You know which one.” Towa tells him, Merus' eyes widening in surprise before narrowing. “I'm accompanying the General to ensure Moro is still safely sealed away.”

“Moro? Did she say Moro?” one of the men whispers.
“No way, they're gonna break him out!” a woman whispers to another.
“Fuck this, I'm getting out of here.” someone else says, you seeing that man running away. But as everyone else mutters quietly, Merus' gaze not leaving you. He instead speaks directly to you, not addressing Towa.

“Is that right?” he asks, voice clear. But, also, there's something... More. As he talks, it reminds you of someone. You can't quite place it, but there's something about this guy. “Is that why you are here, General Karn?”
“Yes. Moro is a threat that cannot be allowed to roam free.” you answer as Towa tries to speak on your behalf. Cutting her off and addressing the man directly. “No matter what.”
“Very well. I'll take you to his cell.” the man replies, sighing out. As he does all the tension in the room quickly evaporates as if it never were, the man walking over to stand before you. “But you cannot touch anything. Even the slightest disruption could give that monster an opening to escape.”

You simply nod in response, Merus nodding back then turning, leading you both. He addresses another of the Time Patrollers, telling them to let the Galactic King know what is happening. You have no idea who this king is, having never heard of him. But perhaps that's simply the title of the leader of these jailers?

“Well said.” Towa thinks to you as you both follow the man, Merus leading you deeper into the facility. You all walk in silence, Merus leading you deeper and deeper for several minutes until coming to a sealed door.
“I don't think I need to remind you, but Moro is responsible for the mass extinction of over three hundred twenty planets. He cannot be allowed to roam free.” Merus says, Towa stopping several feet short of the door. You see a shiver crawl up her spine, even taking a step back. But before you can ask her if she's okay, Merus speaks up. “I see you can sense him.”
“What a monster...” Towa mutters to herself, staring off into space a moment before shaking her head, refocusing. “Right, this will be close enough.”

“We don't need to see him, I only needed to get close enough to ensure the magical seal placed upon him by the late Grand Supreme Kai is still intact.” Towa says, raising her staff and conjuring dozens upon dozens of magical circles around herself. “I won't be long, General Karn.”

You reach out with your ki sense, and sure enough, you can feel him too. His physical strength is not quite on par with Golden Freeza and Cooler's own, but he's far stronger than you'd been expecting. But that isn't even the worst part. You remember how Perfect Cell's energy feels like it is made up of hundreds of thousands of others' ki, as if he's devoured entire cities of people. But Moro's energy feels even more wrong. As if an entire universe is looming overhead, much like Dumplin's own power. Except, whereas the Demon God's power was all his own, this just feels... Wrong. Even worse, you don't think you could beat him. Even at Berserker God, you aren't entirely sure you'd overpower him with your power. What in the world IS Moro?

However, even worse, as you feel your ki sense notice the being, you get the sensation that it sees you back.

What do you do?

Feeling this you immediately shut off your ki sense, turning your head from the door. Merus, noticing this steps forward, hand going back to his weapon cautiously. Seeing this you raise a hand to him, shaking your head before rising back up to your full height. But as he stands there, ready to attack, you could have sworn you've seen him somewhere before. There's something about him, about Merus that just feels familiar.

“I'm fine, I'm fine. Just... When I used my ki sense, I could feel him. He saw me as well.” you say, the patroller's eyes widening. He turns, glaring at the door then turns his head aside, you seeing his eyes are shut a moment longer before opening them. Rising back up to his full height as he turns fully back.
“I see.” he replies simply, but you can't shake the feeling that you know him. And, as you stare at the shorter man, Towa muttering to herself as she works her magic, he clearly doesn't like the intensity of your gaze. “Is something the matter?”
“Who are you?” you ask him, the man starting a bit in surprise. “Have we met before?”

“Have we...?” he mutters, raising a hand to his chin. It isn't like how most people do so, the point of his chin barely touching his index finger's first knuckle and the tip of his thumb. “No, I do not believe we have.”
“Because you're familiar. Somehow.” you say, watching his reaction. However, seeing you looking so intently at him, he covers his reaction well, not moving and going still. Perfectly, impossibly still. It lasts only for a moment, but he almost appears statuesque for that instant. It reminds you of something, on the tip of your tongue but you can't quite figure out why. “I don't know who you are, Merus. If that's even your real name. But there's something about you that isn't right.”
“Says the man who can bring even Freeza to task.” he replies, clearly attempting a joke to dispel the serious air between you. And as he makes the joke, the similarity to whoever he makes you think of fades as well. You don't know who you were thinking of, but there's more to this Merus than meets the eye.

“Good, all finished.” Towa says, you both turning to her as she dispels her magic. “Not only is the seal intact, but I managed to add a few more of my own as well.”
“You what?!” Merus exclaims, serious expression returning as he glares at her. “Do you have any idea what you've done, Outsider?”
“Oh please. Chronoa isn't around any more, little angel.” Towa says smugly, that one word causing it to click. Angel. You only know of one angel, who stands beside Beerus the Destroyer. The angel, Whis. That's who Merus reminds you of, he reminds you of Whis. “She can't stop me anymore. And neither can you.”

You see Merus' expression darken, eyes burning with barely-suppressed rage. Towa, seeing this transforms, taking on her Demon God form. You rapidly feel like this situation is approaching something critical. So, before either can do anything you step forward, arms spread wide as you stand between them. Pointing a palm at each of them.

“Hold on. Everyone, calm down.” you say, giving Towa a glare before turning back to Merus. “We're not here for a fight.”
“Then explain yourselves. Interfering in the time stream can have catastrophic effects.” Merus says seriously. “Answer me.”
“it is as I said. I added extra security to the seal, ensuring no one can break it easily. Any attempts to free Moro will instead kill him.” Towa tells him seriously. “As for why, that is simple: I live here now. And I don't want that monster free in this world to endanger our children.”

“Hold on, our?” he asks, looking from her to you and back, confused. “You...? And him...?”
“Three times.” Towa says, the man's expression contorting as several emotions vie for dominance. But then her face turns a bit red, adding, “Well, it was more than three times, but we have three children together.”

Merus says nothing, simply staring at you both wordlessly. You can feel his disdain as he stares at you both, but his feelings don't really affect you. Instead you turn to Towa, reaching out across her and putting your left hand on her right shoulder.

“Come on. We're done here.” you tell her, Towa breaking eye contact with Merus and looking to you. To which she smiles, nodding.
“You're right. We finished what we came here to do, Moro will never escape this place alive.” she replies, powering back down to her normal form. “Let's go.”
“Wait. You didn't really... Chronoa is okay, isn't she?” Merus asks, sounding worried. You both look back to him, Towa smirking.
“I'm sure Mechikabura will let your father know, in time.” she replies, you seeing Merus' expression pale in shock. Towa then turns, using her magic to open a rift back to your ship. Wordlessly you both go through, Towa sealing it behind you as if it never were. Leaving you both alone back in your bedroom.

“Well?” Future Chaya asks telepathically, reaching out to you both the moment you step through.
“He's not getting free. Not now, or ever.” Towa tells her, you feeling your daughter's disappointment through the link.
“Awww. Oh well, there's still Baby when he's ready.” Future Chaya replies, you wondering why that name sounds familiar as well. You know you've heard that before, but where?

After that adventure, however, things started getting back to normal. Or, rather, as 'normal' as your life ever is. You'd train with your children, students, and get in some time training by yourself as well, also talking with your wife telepathically every day. Hearing about some of the things she's done for her training, and the progress she's making. And, after a month of adjusting to your new normal, of settling into the rhythm of having more of your family around than ever before, the status quo is broken by-

A month after your visit with Towa to the Galactic Prison, Towa using her powers to ensure the World Eater Moro would never get free, you are training out by yourself in the forest when you hear someone crying. Turning, you drop your weapon as you see Milha sprinting towards you, tears streaming down her face.

“F-Father!” she cries out, your heart wrenching in pain as you see the hurt in her face. You brace yourself as she sprints over, catching your half-demon daughter as she slams into your chest at full force. She was running faster than you'd thought, pushing you back a foot or two through the soft forest ground. Your heel striking your blade sticking up out of the ground and tearing it loose, knocking it to the ground. Holding her, she just breaks down completely, sobbing in your arms as her body goes limp. You make soft, soothing noises as you ease the both of you to the ground, sitting beside your sword as you hold your daughter in both arms.
“It's okay, I'm here kiddo. I'm here.” you repeat to her, adding in “shhhh”ing coos to try and soothe her. She cries heavy for a solid few minutes, eventually crying herself out in your arms. “There there. It's okay, I'm here now. I'm here Milha.”

Finally calmed down, your daughter raises her tear-streaked face up to look you. Seeing her this sad, more upset than you've ever seen before stokes the fires of your wrath, forcing you to force it down. Taking a deep breath, ensuring there's no anger in your voice you speak.

“Are you okay?” you ask her, watching Milha's lip start quivering again. “What happened?”
“I-It...! I was just...” she starts, unable to finish a sentence as she buries her face back into your chest. Speaking into you, muffling her voice. “Th-They hate me!”
“What? Who said they hate you?” you ask her, concern and anger both rising at this. You'd seen her interacting a few times with a few of the others, some younger Saiyans around her age and they seemed to get along. You hope it wasn't them. “Milha, what happened? Talk to me kiddo, tell me what's bothering you.”

“You love me, don't you?” she asks, looking up at you with watery eyes.
“Absolutely.” you reply immediately, without hesitation. “Why would you ask?”
“Because Arti said she wanted to be friends, to get to know me better when we first arrived.” your daughter says, sniffling. “And I thought we were. She said she wanted to be even closer than just friends, but when I tried to show her how I felt, to use my powers so we could get closer, she... She called me a monster. She said I was. F-Fucked up, that I was horrible for doing that to her. She told me she... That she hated me. And never wanted to see me ever again!”

And, saying that last sentence, your daughter bursts back into tears once more.

Left speechless for a moment, all you can do is hold your daughter to you as she cries all over again, clinging to your suit as she bawls. Holding her wrapped in your arms, you gently rock her, trying to think over what to tell her. To use her powers? To not use her powers? What had she done specifically, did she warn this 'Arti' what she was going to do or just hit her with some of her magic? Having spent years building your pain tolerance up with your daughter's help, Milha having a surprisingly wide variety of creative ways to inflict pain, you know that no one else on this planet could take even half of what you can. Her powers are dangerous, especially when she loses herself in the moment and doesn't carefully control herself. But why did she use her magic on her friend?

“Hey, can I ask you something?” you ask Milha once she's calmed down, your daughter looking back up to you with her big ol' eyes.
“Of course.” she answers, face even more red than usual from all the crying.
“Why did you use your magic on Arti?” you ask, Milha's confusion immediately apparent. “How did you get to that point?”

“She said she wanted to get to know me better. To be closer than friends.” Milha answers, voice still a little shaky. “She said she wished she could feel magic, so I let her. And now she's angry at me.”
“Wait, what did you use?” you ask, having a feeling you know where this is going.
“Just Curse Magic: Agonizing Touch.” your daughter replies, her tone and expression showing real confusion. She doesn't understand. “When Arti fell down I kissed her on the forehead, and her scream... It sent a shiver up my spine, my fingers got all tingly! But when I ended my magic, holding her head in my lap and stroking her cheek, she jerked herself up out of my arms. She was mad at me! I don't know why she was mad either, I just did what she said she wanted! And now she hates me! She said she never wanted to see me again! Why? Why would she say that?”

And as you look into your daughter's worried, upset eyes, at how much this rejection hurt her, you realize far too late that you're not sure what to do. How do you even BEGIN to unravel this?

“Milha. When she said she wanted to feel magic, did you tell her what your magic did first?” you ask, your daughter nodding.
“Uh huh. We talked about it before, how I use my magic to help you and Chaya train.” she says, you vaguely remembering her telling you that Future Chaya was training with her to increase her own pain tolerance. “I even asked her if she was sure, if she really wanted to feel my magic. But then when I do exactly what she wants, now she hates me! Why?”
“Your magic isn't something most people can handle, kiddo.” you tell her, reaching up with your left hand and stroking her long, white hair. “Not everyone can take pain like I can.”

“But she asked for it!” Milha says, a bit of heat to her voice now. The tears burned away by her rising anger. “She asked me to do it, then got mad at me when I did! The audacity! How DARE she get mad at ME?!”
“If she feels ashamed that she couldn't handle your magic, she might have lashed out at you in embarrassment.” you say, trying to calm her down. “It probably hurt her pride that she crumpled under a single spell. And she took that out on you.”
“But why? Does that mean she doesn't want to be friends anymore?” Milha asks you. “Does she really hate me?”

“I don't know, but I don't think so.” you tell your daughter. “She's probably embarrassed now, after everything that happened. Maybe you should give her some space for a few days, see if she'll come to you and want to talk things out. If she does, try and be understanding of her and where she's coming from. Magic can be frightening, especially to people who have no way to fight back against it. It still scares me, sometimes.”
“Really?” Milha asks you, sounding equally worried and surprised. “Even you get scared?”
“Everyone is afraid of something, kiddo. Being powerless is one that most of us fear. Especially the stronger you are.” you tell her. “Being helpless, despite all our power... It doesn't feel good.”

“I see...” she says, looking down. So, you decide to lighten the mood, ruffling her hair with your left hand. Getting a playful 'H-Hey!' out of her, causing you to laugh. Which gets a laugh out of her as well, you stand back up and setting her down. “Thanks, Father. I really needed that.”
“Of course, anytime kiddo.” you tell her, using your telekinesis to pull your dropped blade back to your hand. “I'm working on my Djem So right now, want to join me?”
“Thanks, but I need to go.” she replies, flying over and hugging you once more before blasting off. She may be a little... Different than the others, but you still love her all the same. You just hope that her uniqueness doesn't ostracize her from all of her new peers.

But your hopes were seemingly in vain. You decided to keep a closer eye on her over the next week, as the day of Broly and Koriand'r big day draws nearer. At first she seems to be in a much better mood, but as the days go by you can clearly see something bothering her. Unlike Koruza and even Maza, she doesn't really integrate herself with the other Saiyans. You see Maza easily befriending Goar and several of your students, even Leyas and Sarada bond with him over their shared transformation. But Milha, instead of making friends she's either sticking close to you or off by herself or with Okira, the two enjoying reading together. But after a week, she comes up to you, seemingly nervous after the day's training with your students.

“Father, I....I have a question.” she asks you, sounding uncertain. “Can I-Can I go to Chilli's planet?”
“Oh? Well, I don't see why not. Have you talked with him about this?” you ask her, Milha shaking her head.
“I wanted to, but...” she trails off, wringing her hands a bit nervously. “Can you do it for me? I want to ask, but I don't want to be a bother to him.”

“Sure, I'll ask him for you.” you tell her, knowing she's probably skiddish of rejection from what happened before. So, you telepathically reach out to your firstborn son, reaching across the void between worlds. “Chilli, you have a minute?”
“Of course, what's going on?” he replies almost instantly. “Something wrong?”
“You could say that.” you reply, quickly explaining what Milha'd told you about her friend Arti a few days ago, and what she's asking now. “Mind taking her in for a bit? A change of scenery might help her out.”

“That won't be a problem, you with her now?” he replies, a moment later you sensing his ki beside you. Then, before you can even end the mental link he's right there, lowering his right hand from his forehead. “Hey sis, what's going on?”
“Y-You actually came?” she asks, sounding and looking quite surprised. Which causes his brows to furrow.
“Of course. Why wouldn't I?” he asks her, seeming genuinely confused. “Dad told me everything, you want to come visit my world for a bit, right?”

“I-I mean, if it isn't too much trouble...” Milha says, touching the tips of her index fingers together and not meeting his gaze. Your son glances to you, seemingly wanting to say something but instead turning his focus back to her.
“It's no trouble at all. Do you want to grab anything before we go?” he asks, Milha looking up to him. Then, she turns, running a few steps over to you, throwing herself at you. She wraps her arms around your neck, hugging you close.
“Thank you.” she whispers in your ear, you hugging her back. After a few seconds she lets you go, you releasing her as well as Milha turns back to Chilli. “I'm ready.”

“Alright, let's go.” he says, but instead of raising his right hand to his forehead, draws a crystal out of his robes, throwing it down to the ground. Where it suddenly begins expanding, rapidly growing into a crystal archway. One that you can sense leads directly to his world, you seeing the Crimson Demon Village through it. “After you.”
“Wow!” Milha exclaims, walking up to the gate and looking it over. As she does, Chilli turns back to you, looking a bit worried.
“Everything okay?” you ask him telepathically, your son not replying immediately. You both watch as she passes back and forth through the gate, marveling at it.

“She's going to be okay, Dad. I'll make sure of it.” your son tells you. You turn to him, nodding in acknowledgment. He returns the gesture, ending the mental link as he walks over, telling her about the gate. Then, once both of them are through, you watch for a moment as the gate begins collapsing. Disappearing from New Salda without a trace, not even leaving a sliver of crystal behind.

You're left staring at the space where she disappeared from, hoping that she'll have an easier time there than here. That the Crimson Demons, a race of magical beings, will be a better group for her to connect with than the Saiyans. The rest of the day you wonder how she's doing, how well she will be getting along with fellow magic wielders. You know the Crimson Demons are... Different, with their own eccentricities, but hope they'll be an easier fit for your daughter. The next day, however, after training your students, Sabi and Lattu approach you directly.

“Good work today, both of you.” you tell them as they approach, most of your students dispersing. “What's going on?”
“Where's Milha?” Sabi asks bluntly, the older woman around your age not one to mince words. “I didn't see her today.”
“Yeah, we were looking for her, but never saw her.” Lattu adds. “Is she alright?”
“She's gone to spend some time with her brother Chilli, with the Crimson Demon Clan.” you tell them, unsure of just how much to say. “Hopefully she'll be better-able to relate to fellow spellcasters.”

“Dammit.” Sabi says, a bit of anger in her voice. Which catches you by surprise. “I knew it.”
“Knew what?” you ask her, the smaller woman looking up with a fire in her eyes.
“You haven't heard, have.... No. Why would you?” she replies, turning from addressing you to talking to herself a moment. After a second or two of awkward silence she continues speaking to you. “That bitch Arti, she's been spreading rumors around. And this morning, I overheard her and her little gang in one of the diners this morning celebrating. Saying they 'finally got rid of' your daughter. That she was a 'filthy half-breed' and other such bullshit, and was good that she left. One even hoped the reason she was gone is because she took her own life.”

You feel your anger rising at this, clenching your fists to make sure your hands don't run off and attack that bitch on their own accord. Taking a deep breath, you sigh out, reigning in your anger over this news. But one thing is certain: this cannot be allowed to stand.

But what do you do?

As angry as you are, as much as you want nothing more than your students to lead you to this, you force yourself to take a deep breath. And then another, then a third. After the fourth deep, calming breath your anger is under control, meeting the two womens' gazes.

“Thank you for telling me. If you wouldn't mind waiting a moment.” you tell them, reaching out to Towa telepathically to head over. She does, leaping up atop the building with the three of you with easy grace. She looks from you to the two students, clearly confused. “Would you mind telling her what you told me?”

Lattu and Sabi exchange a nervous look, both clearly understanding where this is going. But neither wants to openly recant what they'd already told you, so they tell Towa as well. You had told her that night what happened with Milha and everything she'd told you, as well as things they didn't tell you too. Such as how the girls had been spreading rumors, warning others to stay away from your daughter before she attacked them as well. But as your students tell her more and more, you see her expression begin to shift. She gets angry, angrier than you've ever seen. The haft of her spear groans in protest as she squeezes it with both hands, the metal handle beginning to give under her grip as her anger turns from blazing to icy, deadly rage.

“I'll leave how this is handled to you.” you tell her once they're through, Towa whipping her head around back towards you. “I'm too angry to fully control myself, I'm liable to kill someone by accident like this.”
“I see.” she replies coldly, snapping the fingers of her left hand. Conjuring her scrying orb, where you see an image of a Saiyan woman around the same age as Milha. Surrounded by several others, all sitting around a table laughing.
“That's her.” Sabi tells you both, Towa immediately rising up into the air.

“Find her.” Towa tells the orb, it taking off in the direction of the city. She follows it, you turning to your students and thanking them for bringing this to your attention before taking off as well, flying after Towa. It takes only seconds for the ball to stop, then dropping straight down towards the ceiling of a building. Towa catches the orb, whispering something and causing it to vanish. Then you both descend, landing outside the door. Where there is actually a line of people outside, the ones closest to the door talking to a rather wide-built man. He reminds you of Nappa, although nowhere near as strong. But he's stronger than most of the line, stronger than most two of them. Missing an ear and with several scars over his face, he's not letting anyone in the line through. Towa, however, drops directly in front of the door, the man turning to her with a scowl.

“Look, lady. Just like I tell everybody, back of the-” he starts, freezing when he sees you land behind her. You aren't quite sure what kind of face you're making, but the man instantly goes pale. As do several of the people in the line, many backing away. “G-General Karn?!”
“Out of our way.” Towa snarls, marching directly to the door behind him. The man considers his options but a moment, quickly turning and pulling the door open for her. The former demon princess doesn't even acknowledge him, marching directly into the blaring music.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Yj1j3_4OiA

You find yourself at what seems to be some sort of party, flashing lights and loud, pumping music assailing your senses. All sorts of smells, from piss to food to even sex hang in the air, you wondering what sort of place you've wandered into? The majority of the room is the large mass of people in the lowered center of the room, all moving with the sounds.

“Found her.” Towa tells you, and begins marching. Moving around the lowered center of the room, she leads you up to one of the platforms overlooking everything below, where you find a dozen people seated around a low table. Drinks, both empty and half-drank are scattered across it, some people in each others' arms, one clearly unconscious and snoring as Towa flies up to their level.
“Hey, get us another round of drinks, bitch!” a man's voice calls out, which was clearly the wrong move. As Towa levels Godsend at the man, firing a beam of magic from the weapon. It strikes the man in the chest, and with a flash he's no longer a man but a tiny frog. Women scream, one man shouting “What the fuck?!” as he tries flying away. But, with a gesture and whisper Towa creates a magical sphere around the floating platform, trapping everyone on it within. “Ribbit.”

“General Karn? What is the meaning of this?” one of King Vegeta's Royal Guard asks, standing up indignantly as he recognizes you. You don't recognize the man, other than his uniform which he's still wearing. But from his tone, he's clearly afraid.
“Shut up.” you tell him through clenched teeth. The man's face going pale, as far as you can tell in the flashing lights of this place as he sits back down. Towa, looking around the table finds who she is looking for, leveling her spear at the woman you'd seen in her scrying orb.
“You.” Towa says, the woman looking absolutely terrified. “Your name is Arti, right?”

“Y-N-No?” the woman replies, clearly lying. Which Towa also recognizes, stabbing her spear into the seat just beside Arti's skull.
“Lie to me again, and I will dedicate my life to making yours a living hell.” Towa says, voice barely above a whisper. “Do. You. Understand?”

“Y-Y-Y-Yes ma'am!” she squeaks in response, eyes as wide as dinner plates. Everyone else is completely silent, no one wanting to draw her fury. Towa steps over, planting the point of her heel between the woman's legs, leaning in and grabbing her by the front of her casual clothes and pulling her partially up off the seat, bringing her closer to eye level.

“Now. You're coming with me.” Towa tells her, their faces inches apart. You can see the disdain in Towa's face as she stares deep into the woman's eyes, the girl crying while trying to hold still. No one tries to interfere, you watching as Towa lifts the crying woman up by her shirt, grabbing her spear with her left as she turns. Walking back over you to, she then looks back over her shoulder at everyone else. “From this moment on, none of you are safe.”

Towa then makes a portal to somewhere you don't recognize, stepping through it as the spherical shield around this platform vanishes.

But what do you do?
>Follow her through, you're going to watch how this all plays out

Time to scare these hooligans straight. Will this have social consequences for all of our children? Probably. But it'll also be necessary.

Yeah, we might unintentionally be putting some of our kids on a pedestal here, but I figure that was already kind of the case given our status as General.

You watch as she then looks to you a moment, but seeing the look on your face closes the portal. The last thing you all on this side see as it shuts is the woman's terrified, crying face, the portal then disappearing as if it never were. Leaving you alone with everyone else. Turning, you stare down everyone present, who are all silently looking up at you. Fear and worry written all over their faces, none dare speak for fear of drawing your anger. Clenching your fists you transform, ascending into your Berserker form, causing beings from several nearby tables to also shout in surprise.

“So, you all were the ones who helped her. Who talked shit about my daughter, spreading it about. Making our, making MY home feel unwelcoming to my Milha.” you snarl, emerald aura blazing as you make sure to memorize each of their faces, each of their unique ki. Lightning crackles around you as you subconsciously ascend even further, taking on your Ascended Berserker form. Your powerlevel dwarfs the entire room substantially, only now realizing that even the music's stopped. No doubt EVERYONE listening to what you're saying. “Maza. Milha. Koruza. MY children! If I hear that ANY of you, or anyone else treat my children that way EVER again; you will answer to me. Understood?”

Silence. No one dares so much as move, much less speak up. Which only infuriates you further.

UNDERSTOOD?!” you roar, your voice deafening in the silence as you stomp, cracking and denting the floating metal platform beneath your boot.

“Understood, understood!!” they all cry out, several of the girls and boys, even the Royal Guard crying in sheer terror. But one, either too scared to speak or just feeling defiant doesn't, not even looking at you. So, of course, you focus exclusively on them. Without hesitation you reach down, grabbing the table and throwing it straight up, shattering it against the ceiling as more people cry out in fear and shock. The one who didn't reply meets your gaze now, eyes wide with terror as you walk over, planting your boot beside her head and leaning down. Fangs bared as you snarl, voice barely above a whisper.

“I said, understood?” you ask her, the woman, too scared to speak nodding furiously a moment before her eyes roll up into the back of her head, body going limp. Passing out from sheer terror. Satisfied that at least she won't treat your children poorly again you step back, looking over the rest of them. No one meets your gaze, everyone looking down to avoid the risk of making eye contact and drawing you to them. “I really hope, for all of your sake, that I never have to address this again.”

And without another word turn to the door, leaping down and flying over to it as you leave silence in your wake. Everyone clears a path, eager to not be anywhere close to in your way. Uninterrupted you make your way to the door, the man there opening the door to let you through while also avoiding eye contact, clearly not wanting anything to do with you while you're angry. Stepping through, you see that even the line of people waiting to go inside has vanished, while the man who'd kept them out still maintains his post. You then take off into the sky, unsure of what to do next. Because all your anger hasn't just gone away, you need some sort of outlet for all this rage.

But what will you do?
>Call upon Freeza for another full-power sparring session, as he can take you still
>Ask Future Chaya if she'd want to fight you in a match at your full power, she's more than strong enough to withstand your full might at her strongest

With your rage building you leap into the air, roaring into the sky before transforming once more. Going even further, taking on your Berserker God form. With your power blazing, lightning crackling around you, you decide to not let your rage rampage. Instead, you turn, flying over to Raven's Island. In this form, your power so much greater than usual, you dash miles and miles past it before you manage to stop. Turning back around, you fly back to her island, far slower this time and stopping over it. You descend, dropping out of the air to land a dozen or so yards from her. She opens her eyes, looking over at you with a brow raised.

“Needed to borrow some of your quiet.” you tell her through clenched teeth, taking a deep breath and sighing out. She nods, you turning and walking to the opposite side of the island before sitting with your legs crossed. Resting your hands on your knees, palms-up, you take another deep breath before closing your eyes, sighing out slowly. You let your anger rampage, focusing only on controlling your breathing and getting it under control. Your body starts trembling with rage as you focus your breathing, getting it quickly in line. Your muscles then relax as you control each breath, your entire body no longer feeling your anger burning throughout it. But your rage doesn't die down, in fact it starts swelling even further. While your breathing is perfectly in control, muscles completely relaxed, your anger is reaching greater and greater heights. Your power is swelling along with it, your rage and power rising in sync.

As you meditate, focusing on your power now with your body under your control, it continues to rise higher and higher without an outlet. Yet, despite your power swelling higher than ever in this form, you don't feel that usual tension in your body. Your entire being, despite the firestorm of rage burning inside from what happened to your daughter, is completely calm. Your breathing, heartbeat, all of it is perfectly calm. You open your eyes, seeing the world tinted green. Then, as you sit there in your meditative position, suddenly a dark void opens up before you. And, stepping through, emerges a familiar figure.

“Mechikabura.” you say, then feel your eyes widen as another being steps through behind him. A woman roughly the same size as Chronoa, but her skin is a pale blue instead of pink. “And who are you?”

If she has a firm handshake and knows when to look the other way, she's fine with me.
>and perhaps Broly and Kori's wedding as well?
I am looking forward to a wedding that WONT be a total disaster from the get-go. You'd think that with Karn's public K/D ratio, it'd be more effective of a repellant.
>Excited to see how this arc unfolds, what surprises wait in the shadows and what new powers your friends and family will unlock?
Hmm, I don't know whats going to happen. Most threats have been neutralized or made obsolete, and every saiyan's transformation tree (save for Chaya and Karn Jr.) seems pretty predictable. What I DO look forward to is seeing Zamasu achieve immortal seethe when he finds out how we personally royally fucked the natural divine order. He was malding to the point of Total Ningen Death because Goku beat him in a fight, I think he might actually explode when he learns of Karn's existence.
> Ready for the consequences of your actions to come knocking?
I'm ready. I'm not ready.

Hm I missed this thread, as usual thanks works, but besides that Nat 1 its good stuff.

That Nat 100 so Mihla knows we love her is great, that Nat 1 on advice just....I really hope our home planet is forever poisoned to her now.

Also Towa was a very smart call. Shed have been furious to be out the loop. Also I think Maza would have just murdered the entire group on the spot, while Koruza would have gone full Scarecrow on their asses.

Moro is also a Concern because I doubt we'll be so luck he actually dies but I'll take what I can get.

Finally, word of what happened is gunna spread, as it damn well should, I just hope the proper lessoned is learned and our other demon kids don't get treated like their live bombs by the rest of the population now.

That Meditation is REAAAAAAAAAAAAL interesting too. That might be how Last Karn went....Cyan? Finally, hey Mechi, lets hope Aoes is more reasonable from her time in the slammer.
>>
>>5942687
>and knows when to look the other way
But what if she didn't have to? Mechikabura isn't showing up just to introduce her to you after all.
>I am looking forward to a wedding that WONT be a total disaster from the get-go
Hopefully. With the Time Patrol down, who else could? Who else would DARE?
>seems pretty predictable
What about Maza/Leyas Sarada? Or Karn Jr?
>Zamasu
Hoo boy, whenever we reach that part there will be... A LOT going on.
>spoiler
That is the correct answer.
>>5942713
Glad you enjoyed, this one was a real ride. Not a bad start to an arc if I do say so myself. I think you meant to say isn't poisoned?
Yes, Towa is very momma-bear when it comes to her children, moreso than she thought she would be. Maza wouldn't have killed them, he's a professional. They would have to beg first. And Koruza, yeah. Imagine Scarecrow combined with Dr. Destiny, that's the level of timing Koruza and Dark Rider would have been on. No matter how far they ran, they wouldn't be safe from the nightmares.
Moro will hopefully remain caged as long as Ginyu remains alive. Should he die, the seal will be broken. Freeing Moro, and allowing him to regain power.
Yes, word will certainly spread. Karn shows up out of nowhere and goes off on someone for hurting his child, then leaves. Only for AFTER that, when people ask what happened they get told about Towa simply stealing the woman who started it. And no one, of those who can sense ki, can find her. Talk about horrifying.
It may be a baby half-step, but it is progress.
Aeos has had a LOT of time to think. But Mechikabura may have a solution to your time problems.

>immortal zamasu gets SO ASSMAD over karn that he tries, repeatedly, to kill himself out of frustration
>>
February's patron epilogue is now live, this episode is now archived, and I am exhausted. Epilogue this week will be of Chaya's fight with Mereoleona, to see who is strongest. And for Chaya to show herself the difference between fighting and going for the win.

>>5942735
Ha, but no. If anything, he'd repeatedly try and kill you. But he can't take YOUR body, not anymore...
>>
>>5942749
Hm....I'm pretty sure I recall you saying that he'd want our body after we got Berserker God, and if my memory is correct, that means it has to do with us consuming the soul of Manus. In which case hes likely to after Meloka, since Broly also draws from our same Berserker Soul, and him and Maza are both too weak for the kind of danger he has to face.
>>
>>5942752
What he wants and can have are two distinct things. Remember, you’re resistant to divine powers now.
>>
>>5942761
Even those of Super Shenron? That's hard to believe.
>>
>>5942776
I think what he's implying is that Zamasu's innately Divine soul can't exist inside of Karn's body after so much exposure to the Berserker soul.
>>
>>5942776
>"Hey look man, I know you want that guy's body and all, but his little dragon is glaring at me and it's pretty fucking pissed off so I'm just gonna give you a refund, alright?"
>>
>>5942776
While not wholly immune, between Berserker God’s unique makeup and DDF, your soul is rather difficult to affect without your express permission. Remember, Super Shenron is a higher-level divine. Which means you’re more resistant to its influence.
>>5942784
No, should your soul(s) somehow vacate your body, his would have no problem inhabiting it. However, without the Berserker Soul itself he’d be no threat for your family.
>>5942786
Ha.
>>
I just hope for Gowasu's sake that he deliberately kept Karn a secret to Zamasu. He had too much faith in his protogé, but even he should see from a mile away that exposing Zamasu to that would be a very bad idea. I know they're gossipping on GodTube.
>>
>>5943087
>I just hope for Gowasu's sake that he deliberately kept Karn a secret to Zamasu.
Karn's not the potential match for that powder keg right now, Meloka is.
That may change after the Tournament of Destroyers, but right now Meloka is the most likely candidate to give Zamasu some bad idea.
>>
>>5943095
True, but also consider the following: Kars.
A mortie training under a god and accessing divine power is one thing, but COPYING the gods by stealing their power and training to become a Supreme Kai, the same title Zamasu has been training for? That would make Kars, a ningen, his equal in authority. He wouldn't like Meloka at all, but he'd be FURIOUS with Kars.
>>
>>5943176
If that can of worms gets dunked on that overly ambitious idiot, then more power to him.
>>
>>5943176
Technically speaking, Kars has transcended his mortality multiple times over AND has the genetic code of a Kai. That and he has Old Kai's express approval.
Somehow I don't think Zamasu would have much of a problem with him.
>>
>>5943087
Gowasu won't be aware of your universe's best until the Destroyers Tournament. Speaking of, anyone find those missing planets yet?
>>5943095
She is -a- candidate. One whose existence will vex him.
>>5943176
Yes, if(when) Zamasu learns of Kars, he will be personally offended. A mere mortal mimicking the gods? Down to their biology? Disgraceful, distasteful ningen behavior.
>>5943441
>Somehow I don't think Zamasu would have much of a problem with him.
I have a feeling you're wrong. It's like saying an ultra, murderous hardcore white supremacist was okay with MJ after his skin paled. Not how that works, that sort of hatred is more than skin(tone) deep.
>>
>>5943484
>zamasu tries to bodysnatch karn with a super shenron wish.

based.
>>
>>5944412
Better? Not necessarily. But far less anti-ningen.
>>5944450
I mean, not entirely wrong. Gowasu would travel to the 7th Universe to find out what happened, but after learning the truth from Zuno, may decide that this is for the best. He would warn Shin of what happened, but wouldn't go further.
>>5944452
The wish dragons are far more likely to act like a monkey's paw when you act like an ass.
>>
>>5944052
Honestly a bigger threat than people think.
Zamasu's knowledge of how to abuse Saiyan abilities combined with his natural god ki and, presumably, several years to mold that baby saiyan's body into the perfect warrior? One that's been imbibing god ki every moment for twenty something years? Shit man, he'd have to be a complete fuckup to not be absolutely overpowered by that point.
"But why wouldn't they just kill him as a baby" I can hear you already asking. Well, it's simple.
Immortal Zamasu comes to Baby Zamasu's timeline, picks him up, and raises him in a place of relative safety and secrecy. After all, Immortal Zamasu can afford to wait before executing his plan, and why NOT create the perfect plan for his baby self's development? If Towa can craft the monster that is Future Chaya in her dimension, then Zamasu would surely think he could do even better. And he'd be able to start from an 'earlier age', and with 'better stock'. At least if you ask him.
>>
>>5944482
That’s only if Zamasu could get away with it. It worked in canon because he killed goten and chichi with Goku’s body then immediately dipped, not sticking around for that timeline’s Vegeta/Gohan to kick his shit in. Remember, Zamasu only swapped bodies with Goku at some point AFTER the ToP in that timeline. Someone tries to steal a Saiyan infant then from yours? His identity would be discovered with a quick call to Whis/Towa. And using their magics to see what happened, all that’d be left is to find and identify the culprit. Then it’s a game of hide and seek to the death for the Kai.
>>
>>5944512
Speaking of body snatchers, has Bane found a potential host body for his soul yet?
>>
>>5944538
Several. But he has realized something else: he's in no rush. He can take the time to cultivate the Saiyans, letting them grow more and more powerful until a "perfect" vessel is born/crafted. Then he can use the Saiyans under him as the strongest to conquer the rest of the universe.
>>
>>5944922
I'll give him this much, he's certainly going about it the right way. No reason to act desperate when you can engineer the circumstances until they're perfect for your goals. Now whether or not he'll fuck it up like Palpatine did, that's another thing entirely.
Pro tip, kill The Chosen One and get a disciple that actually likes you. Drastically cuts down on getting betrayed at the worst possible time.
>>
>>5944922
the nice thing for bane is while yes the saiyans are not the sith race, they are clearly very similar in force sensitivity and frankly can get a lot stronger physically, if he has to rebuild theres a shitload worse he could actually do.
>>
>>5945029
Or better yet, don't have an easily-manipulated traitor as your apprentice/disciple?
>>5945126
No, while Saiyans are less sensitive, less attuned naturally to the Force, they are quite adaptable and quickly attune themselves to it. They can 'train' themselves to access it better and better, far faster than many more naturally-proficient species. Plus, their natural stubbornness does help resisting the more corruptive, addictive and self-destructive aspects of the Dark Side that ruined many so-called Sith from his time. In short, they make an excellent army.
>>

>>5945214
Honestly curious as to what it could be. Also on that note, has Future Chaya seen the light on Lightsabers and Djem-So?
>>
>>5945240
Don't you worry, she's going to go through her forms. She has to put on a show and 'big' her opponent at first. Then she can show Future Chaya, and everyone the difference between fighting and winning.
>>
>>5945246
You say that like he won't eventually establish a cult where the highest honor is his spirit occupying yout body, becoming the new vessel. Why just have -A- body when you can swap them out like batteries in a car?
Much like her Champion form(SSRage, still hate that stupid name), it will also be an incomplete transformation. But as Chaya's learned, showing off her progress leads to increased growth due to their Faith.
Yes, but thinks they're little more than relic toys. She didn't see Karn vs King Cold.
>>
>>5945251
>Yes, but thinks they're little more than relic toys. She didn't see Karn vs King Cold.
Well if she wants to work on her mindset when fighting, she'll understand that her choice of equipment (or lack thereof) isn't exactly the most optimal.
Maybe a public spar with The People's Champ would demonstrate how effective those relics can be.

>Ha, but no. He has not risen to prominence, due to King Piccolo's arrival.
Not risen to prominence YET you mean. There's the slightest chance he's one of the few people left on Earth that could learn the Mafuba within a century, and an admittedly even smaller chance that Roshi or Shen would recognize that potential in him (assuming he didn't bend the knee to King Piccolo that is)

Isn't Hercule's level of strength actually almost on par with OG DB characters, he just can't utilize Ki? Just learning how to use it would probably make him able to stand against King Low Pickle.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 213 Epilogue -

AGE 757, DREADZONE STATION

“BEGIN!” comes the call from the lady robot commentator, Chaya and her opponent immediately rocketing off the ground at one another. Magical steel strikes flaming fist with a resounding clang, echoing over the cheers of the crowd. Her overhead blocked, Chaya draws back, letting the blade swing a near-full circle into a rising upwards slash. One that Mereoleona dodges with a right backstep, twisting into a left hook to Chaya's jaw. Knocking your younger self off her feet, causing her to stagger a step to her left before twisting, spinning into a horizontal slash. But in her base form, Chaya's just too slow, the fiery woman swinging a heavy, flaming right into the same spot of the sword every one of her hits has struck. And as Chaya keeps trying to attack, you notice her sword is starting to glow.

“That's not good.” Broly mutters, you all watching as her sword's middle keeps heating up further and further. Then, in another overhead swing, it finally happens. Weakened by the fires of Mereoleona's attacks, her blade finally snaps. The top two thirds of the weapon spinning away through the air for a couple seconds, striking the arena floor and stabbing into it.
“Aww, not again.” Chaya complains, taking her focus off of her opponent and looking at what's left of her weapon. Giving her foe a clear opening, driving her fire-shrouded right up into Chaya's jaw in a devastating uppercut. Connecting clean and sending her flying up into the air.
“Calidus Brachium Barrage!” Mereoleona roars, unleashing scores of fiery projectile punches, battering your younger self back even further from the woman. The crowd cheers as their champion takes the hits for a few seconds, then with a roar golden light explodes from her. Transforming from her base form into a Super Saiyan, her golden aura blazing and repelling further attacks. “Heh, finally decided to take me seriously, huh?”

“Let's see how you can handle me at this level.” Chaya replies, your younger self looking down upon her foe. But as the overhead screen shows her face, you notice something different. With Chaya in her Super Saiyan form, you notice her eyes are still blazing in the red and yellow of her dark power. Which surprises you, as you'd not noticed this before.
“That is...Different.” Ace murmurs, your man noticing it as well. You are Chaya, daughter of the Karn who sacrificed himself, destroying the Covenant's dog Arbiter who'd annihilated your race in your timeline. After your father of another time aided Mechikabura in conquering the Time Patrol and Chronoa, you are now free to live here, in his timeline. In the reality where the Time Patrol didn't kill your mother, leading to the fall of the Covenant and the birth of your mother as the Super Saiyan God.

“Let's see how you compare to me now!” this timeline's Chaya roars, dashing down at him. You watch as she dives down, telegraphing a big right. But as Mereoleona goes to swing, you see that younger you smirk, firing a lightning-quick left jab into her face first. Snapping the redhead's head back and causing her fist to swing into a hook, missing Chaya by inches. Opening her up for Chaya to fire a heavy right uppercut into her guts, knocking the woman up into the air this time. “Too slow! HAAA!”

With a shout, Chaya fires a ki blast from her clenched fist straight up after her foe, but Mereoleona recovers, firing her own fiery blast. The two energies clash, exploding to the crowd's cheers.

“Calidus Brachium Barrage!” the redheaded woman shouts, unleashing another flurry of fiery blasts down at your younger self. Who responds with a flurry of ki shots from her own clenched fists, both of their attacks striking the space between them and exploding. Dozens upon dozens then hundreds of explosions ring out between them as the two women keep attacking, the crowd cheering louder and louder. The announcer man tries to say something, but even with the speakers his voice is drowned out by the explosions. After ten seconds or so both women stop, Chaya suddenly blitzing up through the smoke cloud. Dashing around behind the woman, slipping her arms up under the redhead woman's and locking her fingers behind her head. “Haaah?”

“Got you now. Let's see how you handle THIS!” Chaya shouts, flipping backwards and blitzing straight back down to the arena. The cheers reach a fever pitch as they two close in to the ground, but the woman isn't going down so easily.
“Mana Zone: Full Release!” she roars as her own fiery aura blazes up around them both, breaking Chaya's grip. But she isn't done yet. “Fire Magic: Calidus Brachium! RENGOKU!!”

Her flames burn hotter and hotter, shifting from red to a blazing blue, the heat causing even the audience to shout as they feel it wash over them. Chaya's power doubles, rising to meet this new power.

“Woah! Her power's so hot!” Kayle shouts, leaping a half-step back in her seat as the fire blazes so bright you can no longer see the fighters.
“So cool!” Maz calls, the younger twins both watching in awe as everything in the arena is consumed by the blazing inferno. Then, from within the inferno is a fiery explosion, somehow. And as the inferno fades away, you all see that Chaya has caught the woman's right fist in her left hand, lightning crackling around your younger self while her golden aura blazes. Clearly having Ascended to match her foe's attack, holding the woman up overhead. “WOOOOOOW!!!”

“Heh, not bad. You've been hiding this level of power the entire time?” Chaya asks, the woman giving a wolfish grin in return as the crowd cheers. Chaya shoves her back, Mereoleona flipping twice and landing on her feet. “Well then, let me see what you've got.”
“Mana Zone: Calidus Brachium Barrage!” Mereoleona shouts out as she dashes in, the two women punching at each other. Chaya's left and Mereoleona's rights slam into each other's faces. But as they stand there, both trying to overpower the other and knock them off their feet, Mereoleona begins conjuring dozens upon dozens of balls of fire around Chaya on all sides. Then, as the two women throw down, punching each other at full speed, her attacks fire off as well. Striking Chaya from all sides as the two exchange blows.

“Damn, she's getting cooked in there.” Ace mutters, watching the battle intensely. Showing far more attention to her than you'd thought. Causing you to elbow him in the side, drawing his gaze from that younger you to yourself. “What's up?”
“You're watching their fight rather closely, don'tcha think?” you ask him in a teasing tone. To which he looks back to the fight before speaking.
“She's around that age.” he mutters, you turning to him curiously.
“Excuse me?” you ask, wondering if you heard him right. “What did you just say?”
“Look at her.” he replies, not taking his gaze from the fight. “She's around the same age you were. The first time we met.”

Understanding dawning you turn back, watching as this timeline's Chaya does her best to not only keep up with her opponent's ferocious assault, but also deflecting at least SOME of the fiery attacks raining down on her from all sides. You see this version of you fighting her best, but it isn't enough. Dozens of shots still are getting through every second, frustration clearly building as she gets attacked repeatedly. And as you watch, you know how she's going to react. The same way you would.

“GRRRR! HRRAAAAAAAAAA!!” Chaya roars, golden and azure aura blazing up like a firestorm. Shredding Mereoleona's attack and throwing her back, the woman barely managing to right herself and avoid falling off the stage into the lava below as this timeline's Chaya ascends. Her energy shrinks to you ki sense, but thanks to all your time with Ace can also feel her divine energy begin blazing. Her strength skyrockets, growing more and more powerful as the crowd's cheers reach a fever pitch higher and louder than anything before. You can feel the power the crowd is feeding into your other self's form, their cheers emboldening her. No, not just their cheers. Their belief, their faith in their champion to win is what strengthens her divine form. And as her aura begins receding, fading back to its more normal size around her, she raises a single fist up to the audience's cheers.

“Here we go.” you say, feeling her divine strength. It is far greater than you've ever seen, nearly rivaling your mother's own Super Saiyan God level of power. You've never felt the full power of her divine form before, having been cut off from the source of her power while in Towa's realm. But here, in the heart of her power, her strength is surprisingly staggering. She might even be closer to Blue than God here.
“Heh, there it is. THIS is the fight I've been looking for!” Mereoleona calls, her own fiery magical aura blazing up around her in response. “Now that you're going all-out, it's time that I do the same!”

“What's this? It would seem that the challenger has been keeping her power in check, waiting for our champion Chaya to unleash her true power before breaking this out!” Dallas shouts to the crowd's cheers. “What sort of secret weapon has she been concealing?”
“Fire Magic: Hellfire Incarnate!” the woman roars, you all watching as she becomes fire. Her power shrinks, her available ki is cut down by a fifth. But her fiery aura blazes, and what you can feel of her powerlevel is spiking dramatically. It feels almost like...
“Kaio-Ken.” Ace mutters, watching the fiery woman's powerup as well. He turns, the two of you sharing a look. “That feels quite a bit like it, don't you think?”

“Yeah...” you mutter in response, turning back to the fight. Chaya doesn't seem bothered, grinning in response to her opponent's surprise transformation. And as her power burns brighter, the crowd suddenly begins to chant.
“CHA-YA! CHA-YA! CHA-YA!” they roar as their champion; their hero charges the fiery woman. Once more they cross counter each other, Chaya's right and Mereoleona's left slamming into the others' jaw simultaneously. Once again Mereoleona activates her technique again, firing dozens upon dozens of shots from all sides. The two women start firing their punches even faster than before, but this time you can see a massive difference. Not only is this timeline's Chaya meeting each of Mereoleona's punches with one of her own, but she's also managing to block the majority of the incoming shots of her fire magic as well. At this level she's simply too fast.

“What a display! Both contestants refuse to back down, giving it their all in the center of the arena!” Dallas calls over the crowd's chanting of your name. Which does feel a little odd. “Neither one refuses to give an inch! In this battle of determination, which woman's will will be the first to falter?!”

“She's getting stronger as she fights.” Broly says, you turning to him in confusion. But he isn't looking your way, but down at the fight. “Chaya has to do something, and quick. The longer this goes on, the higher Mereoleona's power is going to rise.”

And as you turn back to the fight, reaching out with your senses, you are surprised to see he's right. As the two exchange blows, the woman who now looks more like living flames than a person keeps increasing her pace. Forcing Chaya to devote more and more time to addressing her direct attacks, taking more and more shots from the spell around them both. As the two trade blows Mereoleona's power, despite her total ki continuing to shrink, keeps getting stronger and stronger. Which is when you realize what this form of hers is doing. It isn't like the Kaio-Ken in one major way: she's burning herself up to keep increasing her power!

“I won't back down! I won't quit!” Mereoleona roars, attacking faster and faster until, after about a minute since both women transformed and went onto the attack, she actually forces Chaya on the defensive! She switches from trying to fight back with counter hits into taking a more defensive posture, trying to weather the storm of blows. Which only seems to embolden Mereoleona more, the woman roaring as her attack's ferocity increases even further! “HRRRRAAAAAAAA!!”
“I've never seen someone push big sis so far here.” Kayle says, sounding shocked.
“Mere's strong.” Maz adds, not trying to say the woman's full name as he then turns to you. “Do you think she's gonna lose?”

You don't answer immediately, turning your attention back to the fight. Where, despite being on the receiving end of the attack, she doesn't seem to be taking too much damage. In fact, as she is getting combo'd, you feel this Chaya's energy coalescing. Or, rather, condensing. So, with a smirk you answer your alternate timeline sibling.

“No, she's doing just fine. This woman's going to burn herself out before she does enough to put Chaya down.” you tell him, having realized what she's doing. And, sure enough, after another thirty seconds or so the attack ends, the woman leaping back to the far side of the arena from Chaya. Landing on her legs, which are clearly shaky she nearly falls over, stumbling a half-step before catching her balance.
“Damn, you're one tough nut to crack.” Mereoleona says, chest heaving as she tries to catch her breath. Meanwhile, this timeline's Chaya is still standing as she was, arms crossed with her Energy Body active around her. Still on fire in some spots, which you find rather odd, but after a moment Chaya ends the technique, raising both arms overhead to more cheering. “That was a pretty good defense. But good defense won't win a fight against me!”

Chaya, however, doesn't address her. Instead she turns, half facing away from her and calls out to the audience. Somehow her voice projects, everyone hearing her voice over the cheers.

“Has this been a good fight so far?” she asks, the crowd's cheers growing deafening once more. “Ready for me to end it?”
“What?” you say, confused as the cheering somehow goes to the loudest you've heard yet. You can barely hear your own thoughts, much less any words, but still somehow her voice makes it to your ears unimpeded.
“Now it's my turn to show something I've been saving for a special occasion. My superfans have seen it once, but for everyone else this is going to be a surprise.” she says, you wondering what the hell she's talking about. “Now that you all have got your money's worth out of this fight, time for me to show you all the difference. Between fighting for the love of fighting, and fighting to win!”

“Whaaaat?! In a stunning move, despite just being on the receiving end of the most ferocious attack Mereoleona's thrown so far, Chaya has just declared not only victory, but something she's been holding back? What could this be?!” Dallas shouts, the crowd's cheering so loud you barely hear him. And your other you turns back to her foe, giving her a smile.
“You've fought well. But I'm going to end this.” she says, clenching her fists. Then, you feel her power spiking as she unleashes a powerful roar. “HRRRYAAAAAAAAAA!!”
“What is this?” Ace exclaims as Chaya's divine power shoots up, her mortal power shrinking by the second. And, not only that, but as Chaya continues powering up, her power begins feeling like a form you're all too familiar with. You and Ace both, looking to each other and saying it aloud. “Blue?”

“Could it be?” you wonder, looking to your younger self as her aura starts to change as well. Her power skyrockets, the entire arena shaking as her strength rises. Her hair begins glowing blue as well as golden, matching the two-tone of her aura as her power becomes more akin to Super Saiyan Blue. Even her eyes, which up until now have had that distinct red and yellow shift to blue as she continues screaming. And, with a final, defiant, roar, you feel her power plateau.
“HAAAAAAAAAAAA!!” she shouts, the entire air tinted with azure light from the ferocity of her power. Even Mereoleona's flames seem muted now, dwarfed by your alternate self's power. She then turns, looking directly at her opponent. “I'm ending this. Now.”

Then, raising her right hand you watch as a small, metallic object shoots out from under her pauldron into her hand, Chaya activating the energy saber's crimson blade with a sinister hiss. You wonder why she's using such a toy now, now that she's said she would start fighting seriously. But, just as you have the thought, she addresses you directly.

“Watch. This is how I fight to win.” she thinks to you, raising the weapon overhead in the same stance she practiced with Karn all those hours in Towa's realm, mind deadly calm and certain. There is no doubt in her mind that Chaya is about to end her. Not the fight, but the competitor standing before her. “I'll end her in a single blow.”
“Heh, pretty light show. But I'm not impressed!” Mereoleona roars, blazing her own fires as hot as they get. Chaya doesn't react, holding her ready stance as her opponent blazes, then with a roar rushes in. “HAAAAAAAAAAA!”

Chaya then blurs forward, swinging her weapon down with both hands at the woman's left collarbone. Mereoleona slides to a stop, raising her left arm and actually blocking the weapon. But as she does, you see a knife suddenly leap out of Chaya's left boot as she lowers her same hand. Catching the weapon as Mereoleona swings her right fist, trying to punch through her chest. But you notice that, as she raises the dagger defensively, it begins glowing with azure power. Mereoleona's blazing fist slams into the dagger, causing a massive flash of blinding light. But as the light fades, you see that Mereoleona's spell has ended.

“What?” the woman explains, seemingly shocked by the fact that her form has ended. Only for Chaya to finish her swing with her sword one-handed, cutting through Mereoleona's left shoulder and out her side. Cutting her torso in half, separating her from left shoulder out through her right leg. Both halves of the woman drop, the crowd struck silent. Shocked that the fight is over so soon. But then one fan cheers, calling out to her.
“Chaaaaaayaaaaa!” a woman's voice calls, unleashing the floodgates. The entire arena explodes with roars, Chaya raising her blood-red weapon overhead a moment before deactivating it and powering back down. Kneeling, the champion then draws her dagger from the woman's hand, wiping the blood before sheathing it as a dropship descends. It looks different, instead of the usual transport capsule it has a healing pod, Chaya carefully picking her bested foe up and putting her inside. It seals up, taking the wounded mage away as she then turns, looking over the audience. Until she locks eyes with you.

“THAT's the difference between fighting for yourself, or for an audience. And fighting to win.” she thinks to you as the announcers descend, ending the mental link as they begin a post-fight interview. But you don't hear it, focused on what she'd told you. Not only did she effortlessly beat her foe, but from what you saw she could have done so at any time. Making the fight look far closer than it was for the sake of the audience, even you were fooled by her display. Seems that she is a far, far more competent warrior than you'd given her credit for.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 213 Epilogue End-
>>
>>5946027
Chaya has come so far from her early days of youthful showboating and arrogance. Extremely impressive effort on her end. is she trying to bruteforce her way into super saiyan blue? If so, its certainly an interesting way to achieve it
>>
>>5946017
Yeah but it goes to show you that through sheer grit and without a decent teacher, if any, he reached superhuman levels within his lifetime. It's basically the "what if you taught a gorilla to deadlift" meme.

>>5946027
Damn Chaya, for a battlefield so hot that sure was cold.
>>
>>5946052
I suppose so, but my main point is that Hercule is a scrawny teenager during the rise of king piccolo; he hasn't gotten that grit yet that he shows off in his prime. Sure, someone like Roshi or Shen could speed up the process, but would Hercule seek them out, knowing that he would be obligated to fight crazy strong people? Most of his opponents tend to be weaker than him
>>
>>5946063
I think Roshi and Shen would seek out students actively if KP came back. They wouldn't take it lying down. It'd be Yamcha, Tien, Krillin and Hercule, probably. Maybe Chichi as well.
>>
>>5945892
The 'new generation' of Tien, Krillin and Yamcha lacked the power to defeat King Piccolo. And after their masters' defeats (Tao, Roshi, Gohan, Shen) they were forced into hiding along with the remnants of the Red Ribbon Army. Where they team up with Gero to become augmented into super warriors to combat the city-destroying monster.
>>5946003
No. He's slightly above fighters like Pamput, Ranfan and maybe King Chappa, but nowhere as strong as Turtle/Crane school fighters. Roshi literally made his boys superhumans.
>>5946017
Also a fair assessment, but after checking the timeline he and Krillin were both born the same year, Age 736.
>>5946040
She's gone from arrogance on the point of hubris to being far more calculating and methodical. She had devised how to kill her from the first fight of hers she watched.
>spoiler
Yes. And it is working.
Ha, nice one. And yes, Chaya can turn it on when needed now. All the scars she's earned has taught her very important lessons.
>>5946063
The real question is if he was killed alongside his master when King Piccolo starts his rampage of killing off the martial artists or not. Remember, there are no Dragon Balls now, as he got his wish then killed Shenron.
>>5946067
The masters tried to stop King Piccolo, but he took them both down. Roshi failed the Mafuba just like in canon, their one best shot of winning failed. Shen tried after, but KP killed him before he could try as well.
>>
>>5946084
Damn. Roshi and Shen are jobbers. If only they'd work together they'd have clapped them green cheeks.

“Th-The pleasure's all mine.” the elderly Kai responds, trembling in fear at this absolute monster as he bows. But as he raises his head, he suddenly sees the smaller woman floating beside him. “H-Hang on. Lady Aeos? What are you doing here? And why are you with a being like HIM? I thought you were retired from the job, enjoying your retirement?”
“Retirement? Is that what she told everyone?” the woman Kai, presumably Aeos responds with a scoff. “Ha! Retirement, he says! No. That bitch, that... Creature. It appeared one day, wearing Chronoa's face. It killed her, then imprisoned myself and Mechikabura here beneath this mountain. Where I've been trapped ever since.”
Does this mean that the Chronoa we've been facing and dealing with the entire time is a fake like some sort of skinwalker or Ozotto-like mother fucker pretending to be her? Or is this a Zamasu case where the Chronoa we know came and killed this universe version of her and took her place?

Regardless of either option, is it possible to bring the dead Chronoa back or is it too far long for it to be possible?
>>
>>5946901
>Does this mean that the Chronoa we've been facing and dealing with the entire time is a fake like some sort of skinwalker or Ozotto-like mother fucker pretending to be her?
That is not entirely impossible. However, no one suspected that it wasn’t Chronoa.
>Or is this a Zamasu case where the Chronoa we know came and killed this universe version of her and took her place?
A more likely answer, as she could set reality back in motion and watch from ‘outside’ existence until she is born, then replace herself at the right time. In a more Future Diary sort of way, except she’s far better at hiding bodies.
No, Chronoa basically absorbed her essence, her soul into herself.
>>
>>5947031
So what you're saying is that the Chronoa we've been dealing with is still Chronoa but evil and not some skinwalker or face stealer who took her identity after killing her. If that's correct, then what precisely made her this way if it was previously mentioned? Will we ever learn the ramifications of all of this? Like the fact that our Chronoa was essentially replaced and consumed by the current Chronoa. Doesn't this essentially change the entire paradigm and worldview of the quest?
>>
>>5947241
Oh I forgot, is the time soul related to Tokitoki? Is Tokitoki still around or has been absorbed into either the time soul or chronoa like our universe's Chronoa?

As disappointed as I was that I couldn't run this weekend, it was for the best. Don't think I'd be able to run this weekend anyway due to what happened. Hopefully I'll have a second epilogue out this coming Thursday, then we can start 214 next Saturday. We may have lost a living legend, but he'd want us to keep smiling and laughing, to work hard, study well, and to eat and sleep plenty. His words will be with us, always.

>>5947241
That is what has been explained so far. That this Chronoa, the one you've been fighting all quest has been from another reality. And that she's been doing this a long time, recreating reality and playing it out until we reach Mechikabura's rise, then deleting everything and starting over. What we don't know is the why she's been doing it. Has she been afraid of something that comes after Mechikabura, a threat that rises that cannot be stopped another way? Is it merely to keep herself in power, to rule over everyone constantly? Or is there another reason for her actions?
>>5947242
In previous iterations of reality, the "Souls" concept wasn't a part of the fabric of the world. Chronoa, either intentionally or due to memory issues, somehow recreated reality with that as the origin. Now, Tokitoki is its own individual, different from the Supreme Kai of Time. The Tokitoki are divine birds that CREATE time, whereas the Supreme Kai of Time is in charge of overseeing time. Time is a limited concept, there is only so much of it. And when too many branching realities exist, the amount of time itself begins running out. Which is why one of the jobs of Supreme Kai of Time is to prune timelines like a tree, keeping Time healthy and growing.

Well I knew it was at least the shoes, possibly the drums as well since I had a grinding on brake and my fronts were still fine. Springs were a bitch though, glad I won't have to do that again for hopefully another few years.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 213 Epilogue II-

AGE 757, NEW SALDA

“Hey sis, what's going on?” your half-brother asks as he teleports to you and your father, lowering his hand from his forehead. Seems he's learned Instant Transmission, in addition to his magical teleportation.
“Y-You actually came?” you ask, surprised as his brows furrow.
“Of course, why wouldn't I? Dad told me everything: you want to come visit my world for a bit, right” he asks you.
“I-I mean, if it isn't too much trouble...” you say, voice trailing off. Nervously, you press the tips of your index fingers together, looking down. Afraid to see the same scorn, the same rejection in his eyes that Arti's had. But, it would seem that your fears were unfounded.

“It's no trouble at all. Do you want to grab anything before we go?” he asks, you looking up to meet his gaze. And his eyes are just like your father's, so warm and full of love that it makes you wonder how you could ever doubt him. So, overjoyed you run over to your father and throw yourself up at him first, wrapping your arms around his neck and hugging him. His giant, powerful arms hug you tight as you whisper in his ears.
“Thank you.” you say simply, letting go after a moment and reaching out to your mother. “Mother, I'm going to visit Chilli's world for a bit, to see the other wizards.”
“Of course, I'm surprised you stuck around here as long as you did. Go have fun, and study well from them.” she replies almost instantly as you turn back to your half-brother. “If you need anything, let me know, okay?”
“I will.” you reply to her, your mother then ending the link as you address your kin. “I'm ready.”

“Alright, let's go.” he says, but instead of using Instant Transmission to teleport the both of you back, instead he draws a crystal from within his robe. It radiates with surprising magic power, Chilli throwing it to the ground. Where it rapidly expands, forming a crystal gate. Through with the other world can be seen clearly, you seeing several witches and wizards going about their business. No one even paying the gate any mind, despite how high-level this magic is.
“Wow!” you say, excitedly walking over and looking his spellcraft over. The tiny crystal, no larger than a can had expanded into a gate tall enough for Father's transformed self to walk through, and wide enough for two of him to go through side-by-side.
“What do you think of my Crystal Gate?” he asks you, walking up to your side with a proud look on his face. “It took a lot of time, and plenty of trial and error. But now I can teleport back home from anywhere, even other dimensions.”

“Wait, hold up. You can travel dimensions with your Crystal Gates?” you ask him, confused. “Are you serious?”
“Of course, it even works from the beginning, back in the world of grey before light and time.” he replies, your eyes going wide. How in the hell does he even think to do things like this? You've seen the world of grey once, your mother showing it to you after he'd talked about it before. But only someone like him would think of traveling to a world without time just to test if his portal magic would return him home. As you stare in awe he starts going into some of the spell's specifics, telling you how he had to align the crystal magic to amplify the light magic to bend space and time perfectly, creating the pathway from his gate directly to the same gate on his planet, the crystals aligned the exact same way. He then steps through, eagerly turning back to you. “Come on, want to see how it deactivates?”

“Sure.” you reply, taking his invitation and stepping through as well. As you do he raises a hand to the gate, you watching as the gate is somehow pulled in through the gate, reverting back to its tiny crystal form and hovering there. Where it then is pulled to his open right hand, your half-brother tucking it back into his robe while you look around. And you find yourself on a crystal platform, with not one, not two, but THREE near-identical crystal gates. However, seemingly carved in the crystals before each of them is a different symbol. In front of the leftmost one as you look at them is a skull, in the center one is a wide-brimmed pointy hat, and on the right is what looks like a stylized slime. Which you immediately understand is the symbols of the Crimson Demon Village, the Overlord Ainz Ooal Gown, and the Demon Slime Rimuru Tempest. “Wait, they all have gates?”

“Of course. If there were only a single gate, well... We tested what happened if two different beings tried to use it simultaneously, using some undead Ainz raised for the test. And, well... I'm just glad we didn't test it with real people.” Chilli says, you sensing a whole story behind this. But you don't ask about it, having a pretty good idea what happened. Instead, after a moment he shakes his head, shaking out the thoughts as he then turns back to you. “So, are you ready?”
“Chilli! There you are!” a voice calls, you looking past him as Chilli turns, you both seeing a woman running up to you both. A rather... bouncy one. “Chilli!”
“Tsk!” you seethe through clenched teeth, totally not jealous as this overly-endowed woman jiggles up to him, looking worried. “Have you seen my Kazuma? I can't find him anywhere!”

"Just a sec.” he says, closing his eyes and no doubt focusing his ki sense. Only for his eyes to snap open, head turning to the right. “Why is he there?”
“You found him? Where?” she asks, not bothering to look while you do, seeing the hill where his crystal tower rests, standing watch over this village you're in now.
“He's at the battlefield, with a few other ki signatures.” Chilli says, his tone sounding surprisingly worried. “Aqua and Darkness are with him, but there's another.... Hold on.”

As he gives the order he raises his right hand to his forehead, you and this woman both instinctively reach out and grab onto his arms. Only for everything around the three of you to change, leaving the village behind and appearing on a plain. The same one that your father had fought that Time Patroller Goku in, at Chilli's daughter's birthday months earlier. It is still a crater, but the grass has been growing back since. However, you barely notice that, as you see the trio of humanoids standing before a nearly eight foot tall, pale, gaunt figure. One who radiates with not only magical power, but unbelievable evil. And while your mother often calls evil a 'point of view', this being is different. It radiates with such wrongness that it sets off all your primal instincts, making you want to either run or attack. But for the woman with you both, she drops to her knees, puking. At the sound the three turn, the undead creature however fixing Chilli with its eyeless gaze.

“Yunyun? Chilli? Wha-?” the man in the middle says, only for Chilli to immediately swipe his left hand from right to left, bowling the trio over and knocking them well clear, staring down the taller monster. And immediately transforms, taking on his Ascended Saiyan form in a flash. “HEY!?”
“Bastard. This time you won't get away.” Chilli says as crystals begin forming in his hands, only to shatter and reveal his staff. Blade glowing with an icy, deathly chill, one that even after all the times you've seen it still makes your skin crawl. But the evil being before you only smiles, dried skin splitting and revealing broken, misshapen teeth of various creatures. But you've had enough of this thing, whatever it is needs to go. NOW.
“Curse Magic: Agonizing Touch!” you shout, firing your spell at the very clearly undead being. Who turns its sightless gaze to you, not immediately reacting. Then, after a second of silence the being unleashes an unearthly, piercing shriek as its body contorts unnaturally. Arms dislocate themselves from its shoulders, joints bending in ways they were never intended to as the creature's jaw unhinges. Stretching wide like a snake's, the creature spasms violently as it still hovers in the same spot.

DEATH MAGIC: DUST TO DUST!

As your brother's spell takes hold, you all watch as the creature begins to disintegrate. Its howls never cease, even as its body completely disappears. The unearthly howl doesn't stop until the beast's head is completely gone. The last trace of that beast fades away, then Chilli drops that spell and immediately casts another.

“Death Magic: Death Ward!” he calls, you feeling his magic suddenly fill your chest. Looking around, you see the other four also all look to him in confusion. But, before any of you can say anything, a deathly chill suddenly hits you. From the base of your tail, something that feels like death itself crawls up your spine, latching onto your heart. Only for the magic Chilli'd cast a moment ago to flare up, His magic blazes, burning away the deathly chill that had wrapped around your heart. The sensation is uncomfortable for a moment, then that moment passes. “Phew, it worked. Good.”

“What was that?” you ask him, feeling concerned. “What did he do?”
“That shriek... Cry of the Banshee?” Kazuma asks, speaking up first. To which Chilli turns, brows furrowed angrily. “Yes, it was. Perfect, I got it!”
“WHAT did you just say?” Chilli asks, voice low and menacing. Causing Kazuma to look up from the small paper in his hand, the joy disappearing as he sees your brother's enraged expression. “Spill it.”
“Woah woah woah, why are you getting mad at ME?” Kazuma asks, taking a couple steps back as your brother transforms, golden light erupting as his aura flares angrily around him.

“You brought a servant of Velsharoon. The LICH LORD. To MY home?!” your brother shouts, the ground beneath your feet shaking at his anger. “Just to get your greedy ass some of its magic?”
“It wasn't just to get some of its magic, but to help protect the village from any further undead incursions.” Kazuma says, hastily drawing out a scroll then a quill and inkwell. Unstopping the ink, you both watch as he begins writing. With surprising skill, he draws the symbol of a skull wearing a crown, eyes glowing red. Which is surprising, as his ink is only black. “A while back, I picked up the 'Know Your Enemy' skill. The longer I observe a being, the more of its abilities and capabilities I learn. As well as all weaknesses such beings have.”
“Immunity to poison, bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing, as well as being charmed, exhaustion, frightened, paralyzed, and poisoned. And resistance to cold, lightning, and necrotic powers as well. This monster was no joke.” the armor-wearing woman says, looking rather perturbed as Kazuma's quill continues to move. You think her name was Darkness, but aren't sure. “Resistance to all Turn Undead abilities, as well as all radiant and divine powers too? That makes dealing with such creatures even tougher.”

“Wait, whaaaat?! You mean my Sacred Turn Undead wouldn't just drop that walking corpse?” the self-proclaimed goddess with blue hair asks, sounding shocked. “That can't be right!”
“No, that's right. As a servant of Velsharoon, the God of Liches, they will have some manner of protection against the usual divine weaknesses.” Chilli says, but then turns to you. “Although, I am surprised: I didn't expect your spell to have such an effect.”
“What did you do to that thing?” Kazuma asks, still not looking up from his work as he continues writing, no doubt listing more abilities or perhaps the spells it knew. “I've never seen an undead react like that, even to holy magic from a goddess.”

“That was my Curse Magic.” you say, reaching up and rubbing your right bicep with your left hand a bit nervously. “As long as you were once alive, pain is something even a corpse would remember.”
“Your power is strong enough to make even a lich feel pain?” the blonde woman asks you, her eyes suddenly intense as she meets yours. For some reason she's blushing a bit, breathing quickening as she looks at you. Her intensity is a bit off-putting, you taking a half-step back. “Show me. Right now, hit me with your best shot!”
“Don't mind her, she gets off on getting hurt.” Kazuma says without looking up, the woman's blush increasing as she looks away in....Embarrassment? Then, with a few more strokes he finishes the scroll, muttering some incantation and waving his hand over the paper, drying it instantly before rolling up the scroll and handing it to Chilli. Who has returned back to his base form. “There. This is everything I was able to get, before you showed up.”

“You're just giving me this?” Chilli asks him, the man nodding.
“Don't worry, I can always write another. As long as I do so before using that skill again.” he replies, then adds in as he seals the inkwell back up, stuffing it into a pocket. “Besides, I have NO intentions of ever facing something that powerful directly. If I knew Aqua's Sacred Turn Undead wouldn't work, I wouldn't have even come out here and just stalled until you returned. It's a good thing you showed up, I didn't realize how much danger we were in.”
“I'm just glad you all are safe.” the jiggly woman says, rushing over and throwing her arms around Kazuma's neck. Who seems very pleased with her holding onto him. “Don't leave me behind like that again! And don't even think about giving me that 'for your own safety' nonsense. I am still a stronger mage than you.”

As the group go to talking amongst themselves Chilli turns to you, giving you a small smile and nod of appreciation.

“Thanks for the help earlier. Didn't expect things to be so.... Lively this evening.” he says as the sun starts dipping below the mountains, casting their long shadows down. “How about we call it a night, head on home for now and do the tour tomorrow? You're welcome to stay with us, or if you'd rather have a place more private I can get you a room at the local inn.”
“I...Think I'd like to stay with you. If it isn't any trouble.” you say, to which your brother just smiles before reaching over, putting his hand on your head.

“Alright, let's head on back home.” he says, his smile reminding you of your father's own. You both take to the air, Chilli leading you as he flies back up the mountainside towards his crystal tower. Where, as you get close, suddenly hear a voice shouting out.
“DAAAAADDY!” a young girl cries out, you watching as a tiny figure leaps from the roof. Only for golden light to explode from her, your niece Meloka Wolbach transforming into a Super Saiyan as she flies at her father. You watch as he catches her to his chest, the force of the tiny girl's charge actually knocking him a few feet back in the air. “DADDY!”
“Hey there kiddo. How was school today?” he asks her, holding his daughter up overhead. “Did you learn anything?”

“Yeah! I learned how to do this! Create Water!” she says, pointing her finger at his face. And from her finger pours a gentle stream of water, splashing against his face as he chuckles.
“Wow, very well done.” he tells her, half-gurgling on the water as he lets go with one hand, ruffling her hair. She stops the spell, beaming at her father's approval a moment before noticing you out of the corner of her eye. She turns, then her eyes widen as she sees you.
“Auntie Milha!” she shouts, leaping out of her father's hands to you, catching you by surprise. Before you can really react she crashes into you as well, trying her best to wrap her arms around your middle. Slamming her head into your gut, she knocks you back a few feet before you recover. Patting her on the head with one hand, wrapping your right around her back. “What're you doing here? I thought you were staying with grandpa?”

“Well, I was. But things happened, so I decided to come stay here for a while.” you say, watching her eyes widen in surprise. And instead of looking sad or angry, she looks excited. Eyes sparkling as she meets your eyes, clearly excited.
“REALLY? You're really gonna stay?!” she asks, eyes wide before reaching down, grabbing your hand. “YAAAAAY! Come on, I'm gonna show you my room! You can stay with me!”

And as you let your excited niece lead you to her home, you can't help but get the feeling that you're going to enjoy living here a lot more.

>tfw they're both himbos
Megumin and Meloka aren’t complaining.
>>5951918
Percents is where things get muddy. Its more they have certain attributes in greater quantity/intensity than their other siblings, no one child is ‘more’ Karn than the others. Except technically Broly, who isn’t blood related. Chaya and Maza are his confidence, Broly and Caulifla his desire and drive to protect family and race, Chilli and Milha are his heart and love for his family. The elder twins have his desire for constant self-improvement, and the younger four are not old enough nor have enough life experience to have chosen their paths. As for Koruza, well. We’ll have to wait and see
>>
>>5951936
Koruza is obviously the I am going to kill everyone in this room and then myself part of him. And that is a natural thing for him to be afraid of. Primarily because "this room" usually means "everything". No wonder he has such a low opinion of himself. Poor kid. He needs a hug.
>>
>>5951936
Could you do the same same question, but with what aspects the kids pull from meloka?
>>
>>5951941
No, that's going to be jr. He is going to hear about what Arti did to his sister. And she'll wish Karn'd just killed her instead of throwing a table and getting in her face to shout a bit.
>>5952191
Oooh, a fun one. We all know what Chaya got most from her, and Chilli obviously got her height. The elder twins got her co-dependency, Caulifla her vindictiveness. Broly unsurprisingly took on her want to protect as well, becoming the embodiment of his 'parents' desire to shield others. Especially after she took him in and treated him as one of her own.
While we're on this let's go into Towa as well. Maza got her arrogance, Milha her intelligence and social awkwardness. As for Koruza, well. He got her vindictiveness.
>>
>>5952210
Jr is gonna live up to his name. Dumb bitch gonna regret life right now. And what possessed Kazuma to do something so stupid as to summon a super Lich?
>Koruza
Ohhh boy, that bitch is not prepared for what he and Jr are gonna do to her.
>>
>>5952210
>spoiler #1
I appreciate his inclination to go for the throat, but he really ought to know that that kind of retaliatory killing isn't good for much in the long run. That's a lesson he'll have to learn the hard way I guess, tempering that passion with reason.
>spoiler #2
Well he's definitely in the top 5 scariest members of our immediate family knowing that. Sidenote, that distinction is disturbingly fitting for him.
>>
>>5952210
Broly is wholesome. Did the twins talk to Meloka about their broken connection like they did with Karn? I wonder what she would have said to that.

Always interesting to see how her style of parenting suffers from ours. Especially when she helped us to better understand chaya.
>>
24 hours to go! Hope you're ready.

>>5952211
Yes he will.
>Kazuma summoned
Not quite. Kazuma actually found it skulking about, suppressing its magic while taking surveillance of the village. But Aqua sniffed it out, the two with Darkness taking it out of the village on a deal. He was buying time.
Jr is going to be very direct. But Koruza? No, he's going to ruin her. Permanently.
>>5952213
Jr isn't going to kill her, Karn is very against Saiyans killing other Saiyans. But that doesn't mean he isn't going to kick her ass. And, while true, remember thar Jr's not even 10 yet.
Yes, Koruza is VERY scary. Scarier when you realize that if he does anything, he leaves no trace. He was doing to Time Patrollers what Chaya did to Kaper(the one she mindbroke), all without leaving any traces. Were he to go down a dark path, he could probably wipe all of New Salda out besides Karn himself.
>>5952220
Yes.
They have. She may have given them different advice than you, but they both know their parents want what's best for them.
Yes, parents don't usually parent in the same way, and kids need that growing up. Seeing over time how sometimes very different parents are from each other, but that they both love the children in their own way is essential.
>>
>>5952238
>Jr isn't going to kill her, Karn is very against Saiyans killing other Saiyans.
But will there even be pieces left to pick up after Junior breaks her down? That's the question. Trauma can break the spirit just as much as it does the body, Trunks being a prime example of that for most of his adult life.
>Karn is very against Saiyans killing other Saiyans
Yeah, but I'm worried by the fact that Karn even has to lead by example in this regard. You'd think "APES TOGETHER, STRONG" wouldn't be such a foreign concept to an endangered species.
>And, while true, remember thar Jr's not even 10 yet.
He could be 110 and he'd still be in a position to learn some hard life lessons. But I get you, he's just a kid. He's not at that kind crossroads YET.
>he could probably wipe all of New Salda out besides Karn himself.
I'm sure there's at least one or two Saiyans who could face their fears head-on in a similar manner, right?
>>
>>5952245
Trauma's not a problem in that way, most Saiyans have lost -A- fight to someone stronger before even reaching 10 years. Koruza's the one dealing out insanity.
But that's the thing. Would the youngest generation even realize? They never saw the Saiyan population's size pre-war. This level of society's all they've ever known.
Yes, he's still young and lacking life experience.
About two dozen ish Saiyans could overcome 「DARK RIDER」's weakest ability, yes. But not even Karn's faced its strongest moves.
