Each turn will be a generation of this blessed noble House, where through marriage (and not so-marriage) we breed la crème de la crème of humanity, improving our bloodline one dicking at a time. Praise the God-Emperor.

Gameplay will involve you selecting one of our scions (among three, representing the most promising of the generation), and one suitor (among three, representing the top three suitors among all available) to produce the next generation of scions; along any additional actions to manage our noble house. Gameplay may change as we go along, this is all pretty experimental. Blame /qtg/ for motivating me to run this with their talk about quest mechanics.

But, first things first, esteemed ladies and gentlemen.

Name of the noble house, as well as emblem, theme, and other trivia:
>Write-in. If they're plebeian I'll just make up my own.

Select a House perk:
>Matchmakers: Your house's culture fosters diplomacy, dialogue, but most of all: getting the right people together to produce your descendants. You select from 4 scions and 4 suitors instead of 3 and 3.
>Warp-navigators: Your house secretly holds extremely valuable ancient charts and tools that serve to navigate the warp more effectively, allowing you more access to other planets, as well as exceptional maneuverability and logistic capacity in general.
>Rulebenders: Your house, advisors, and lobbyists have quite the way with loopholes and creative interpretation of the rules, an art honed over millennia. You may breed with the mutant, the abhuman, the heretic and others with less of a chance for consequences for it; besides just having much more legal leeway in general.
>Dealcutters: Unless you just go after Hive scum or Feral world savages and the like, marriage involves negotiation, politics, and deals between the two parties. With this perk, you'll get the most formal benefits out of wedlock.

Select your Starting perk:
>Additional planet: Your house begins with a second planet to rule over, increasing your geopolitical power and influence.
>Eugenic measuring equipment: You'd typically measure how well-suited the suitors are with an overall verbal description, however, this tech would give you exact, precise numerical values for a very good amount of their attributes, like their intelligence, inborn talents, and otherwise hidden congenital issues.
>Adonis/Aphrodite initial bloodline: Your initial set of scions are awe-inspiringly good looking, which increases how desirable they are.

Strange idea for a quest OP but I’m interested to see how this pans out

On the more practical side, this neatly circumvents any inbreeding issues by letting us marry healthy but less-fortunate folk.

Method in all things, in speech, in marriage, in ways and in desicion. Watchful and cunning like a Hywingian lizard-eagle. That is the way of the House of Von Griff.

-----------

You rule over the planet of Hywing, a Agri-World in the Gallazar System, with a modest wheat industry. Other planets exist here in your neighbourhood, namely:

- Metallum VI: Forge-World ruled by Tech-Priests.
- Yumanka: Aquatic Agri-world, mass-produces seaweed and other marine goods. Controlled by an alliance of gangs called the 'Trident', efforts are being made to re-instate nobility here.
- Jimena: Hive-World controlled by the noble house of Fortega. Passionate, fierce, hyperreligious.
- Kanff: Hive-World controlled by the noble house of Vensson. Calculating, patient, industrious.

The latest generation of your house's scions are ready and eager to be wed, although only the top three will be considered to populate the next generation and dominate the house's bloodline and politics. Of course, you have your top-of-the-line secret measurement tools too, to assess their worth. The typical Imperial citizen has a value of 100 in all parameters, while an exceptional, still-human savant or freak would have 200, and a cripple would have near 0.

And thus, the bachelours of the house are:

Lars Von Griff: Sassy, cunning, extraordinary sophist.
Quality of:
Mind: 113, Muscle and bone: 89, Blood, phlegm and bile: 55
Traits:
- Liver of Steel: Exceptional, uncanny ability to filter out toxins and pollution. Has a difficult time getting drunk.
- Cunning Bastard: Just like his father, he's a fox, and a poisonous one at that.
Ideology:
- Machiavellian: The results justify the means.
- Hyperloyal: House Griff above all else.

Bjorn Von Griff: Conspirational, dilligent, introverted.
Quality of:
Mind: 127, Muscle and bone: 101, Blood, phlegm and bile: 95
Traits:
- Glass Heart: Expected lifespan of 45 years
Ideology:
- Handshakes behind closed doors: Favors (private) dialogue with other houses. Saves face.
- Hyperloyal: House Griff above all else.

Marcus Von Griff: Idealistic, tolerant, philosophical
Quality of:
Mind: 103, Muscle and bone: 70, Blood, phlegm and bile: 75
Traits:
- Unbreakable Will: Exceptional resolve and mental endurance.
Ideology:
- Xanthite: The Warp and its denizens are things to be enslaved rather than denied.
- Diplomatic: Handshakes, dialogue, collaboration with others.

And the suitors are:

Juana Fortega: Malleable, hedonistic, empathic. Scion of the Fortega house.
Quality of:
Mind: 90, Muscle and bone: 110, Blood, phlegm and bile: 112
Traits:
- Mediterreanean Preference: High tolerance for warm temperatures, low tolerance for cold temperatures.
- Very large buttocks: Sir, I was just told to write this down. Uh, is it really that important to note?
Marriage Arrangements:
- Food monopoly agreements: Your planet and theirs are the only Agri-Worlds around, and you are rivals. An alliance could prove worthwhile.
- Imperial propaganda: Constructions of cathedrals all across your planet, and heavy-handed disemination of the Imperial Creed.

Sammy Rike: Adventurous, funny, outgoing. Hidalga of the Rike Rogue Trader dynasty, holds no special position in it. Socialite.
Quality of:
Mind: 115, Muscle and bone: 90, Blood, phlegm and bile: 105
Traits:
- Thinned Voidborn blood: She has a somewhat notable tolerance for travel through the warp.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Rike Trade: Very modest amount of commerce between you and the Rikes. Some wheat in exchange for spices from the stars beyond.

"Subject 5": We found her off a Feral World, sir. We thought you might fancy her. She has eaten all of our cats sir. Yes, all of them.
Quality of:
Mind: 70, Muscle and bone: 125, Blood, phlegm and bile: 135
Traits:
- Very Large: Built like a fridge, and nearing 2,3 m
Marriage Arrangements:
- None.

Lars ascends as patriach of the family, and along Juana von Griff, their plural spawn enrich your families, in happiness, wealth, and genetics.

You now have strong bonds with planet Jimena, no longer undercutting each other in the food market. Together, you have set high prices, which in turn, are bringing generous returns. The Rikes are currently seeking to establish alternative food import routes to subvert this monopoly you currently hold, but nothing has been established yet.

The Yumanka situation seems to stabilize, with a pseudo-nobility forming based around the previously dominant Hammer gang. They're just waiting now for Holy Terra to approve their noble status, although prospects aren't very hopeful about that succeeding.

The Hywing populace, because of the mass amounts of cathedrals built are now zealots to the Emperor, and will now listen more to Him, than to you. Luckily, you haven't seemed to disagree to a sufficient degree so far, although Lars would be sure to make use of less than legal methods to put them in line, resorting to blatant falsehood if necessary, should any rebellion go against his ambitions.

The affairs of Marcus and Bjorn carry on, but hardly enough to merit any mention. This is Lars' and Juana's show now.

That is, of course, until Lars' falls to the von Griff curse of having terrible quality of blood, phlegm and bile, and became prematurely unable to continue leading the family. The house demands a new, strong leader, and the new generation is ready to replace his weakness.

This new generation brings forth a prosperous collection of maidens of the house, eager to be wed and expand your family's power.

And the suitors are:

Sigma Quillicron: One of the several Magos of Metallum VI. It has been centuries since he has been personally fertile, but he has a stash of his own (cloned) seed for political use.
Quality of:
Mind: 181, Muscle and bone: 50, Blood, phlegm and bile: 52
Traits:
- Hyperanalytical: Passions, emotions, love are weaknesses of flesh. Only the bottom line of productivity matters.

Quality of:
Mind: 90, Muscle and bone: 110, Blood, phlegm and bile: 104
Traits:
- Mediterreanean Preference: High tolerance for warm temperatures, low tolerance for cold temperatures.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Compulsory Catechesis: All noblepersons of the house of von Griff must undergo rigorous, hyperzealous Imperial indoctrination.
- United Monopoly: Negotiate away the issue you've got with the Rikes with united lobbying forces, as well as anyone else, and further extract even more wealth from the neighbouring planets.

Figaro Morelli: Space pirate commander of the Steel Jellyfish fleet, hates the Rikes. Hopes that you hate the Rikes too. Boisterous, loud, charismatic
Quality of:
Mind: 105, Muscle and bone: 131, Blood, phlegm and bile: 90
Traits:
- Excellent Liar: This man has an incredible innate knack for using his words as a tool of manipulation.
- Tillenium Dependency: A native from the acid planet of Tillen, he requires a regular dosage of Tillenium to mantain a healthy body chemistry.
- Acidic Resistence: What would normally cause caustic burns to others, just causes a small temporary rash to him. Impervious to many forms of pollution.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Dirty Dealings: Let's get rid of the Rikes. With bombs. A whole lot of bombs.
- Pirate haven: Pirate ships covertly come and go, enriching your planet with contraband, in exchange for having a place to refuel and restock. It can be our little dirty secret.

Laura, scion of the house of von Griff marries Figaro Morelli, a daring, exciting new pact. While Figaro sure has attempted to take over the family's name and prestige for himself (he went as Figaro von Griff for a while), Laura's cunning has managed to keep this boisterous man at bay, using him as a puppet when appropriate and playing with his intentions ultimately to the family's adavantage.

A few of the ships of the Rike's suffered mysterious explosive 'accidents', which has set back their plans for a couple of decades, if not centuries, as the local agricultural dominance of the van Griff and Protega alliance remains undisturbed, further enriching your coffers.

Hywing now hosts at their northern and southern pole havens for pirates to silently drop in and drop out. Contraband from across the dynasty steadily seeps into your realm. The locals are concerned about the activities going on and the pirate's culture of extreme lentience and illegaly and the hyperreligious locals have ocassional violent clashes. They demand that the nobility do something. Now.

The Yumankian's attempt for nobility has failed, but they persist regardless, as the power structure has not changed yet, but if things remain as they have, it will, soon.

A few of the newborns, like their father, depend on the imports of Tillenium that the pirates bring.

And these are the illustrious Suitors for this generation.

Johanna Vensson: Intellectual, patient, humble. A minor noble of the Vensson.

Mind: 170, Muscle and bone: 85, Blood, phlegm and bile: 82
Traits:
- Parallel thoughts: She is able to mentally multi-task with incredible ease.
- Myopic: She requires glasses by nature.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Vensson Ice-breaking: The Venssons are glacial in how they treat others. This will break the ice to allow further diplomacy with them.

Choomeeka Yumama: Eet issa PRIVILEDGE to be inna MY presence. You are trooly FORTUNATE, van Griiiiths. (She is a highly influential space pirate princess.)
Quality of:
Mind: 134, Muscle and bone: 120, Blood, phlegm and bile: 84
Traits:
- Psyker: She can bend the warp to her will. And people. Sir, she seems kind of dangerous.
- Ugly: Do I need to explain this one, sir?
Marriage Arrangements:
- Pirate expansion: Proper recognition of the pirate settlement at the poles. Legal protection for their activities.
- Route expansion: You will open up more routes for diplomatic contact and trade.

Waitemok Hammer: Cunning, opportunistic, cynical. The Hammer pseudo-nobility is desperate to legitimize their position, and she is their ace in their sleeve.
Quality of:
Mind: 129, Muscle and bone: 110, Blood, phlegm and bile: 273
Traits:
- Artificial Aphrodite: Incredible hourglass proportions, unnaturally beautiful facial features... Very appealing but, this is very blatant heretical genetic modification, sir. This must be their hail Mary to bewitch a target.
- Miscellaneous artificiality: Several minor but illegal genetic markers. She is not entirely human, sir. She is more craft than woman.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Absorption into the von Griff: The Hammers will become, on paper, part of the von Griff nobility. Which means that whatever they do will fall onto your blame.
- Independence: While they will be von Griff nobles, they will retain independence from it.
- Just Yumanka, please: They won't interfere in affairs outside of Yumanka. Those will remain in your authority.

Hi, QM here. I wanted to post this upon posting the last update but I couldn't because I had to go catch a flight.

I'm really glad that this experimental idea seems to be working out really well, it feels like it has a lot of potential. I'm pretty excited.

I really like how, gameplay is fairly complex with a high branching factor (there are always at least 9 pairings, meaning 9 different ways the game could continue) while voting itself is very easy, and so is jumping into the game. The latest update generally has most of everything you need in order to make a proper vote, I believe.

I have a few questions about how gameplay is going:
- Would you prefer if the winning marriage was determined by the winning [Male x Female], or determined the winning [Male] x winning [Female]?
- How would you feel about omakes and them being rewarded? For example, writing up a scene of the latest pairing and political events (or whatever else you want that's relevant to the quest) rewards you with being able to design planet/noble family which I may implement in the future. It also relieves me of a bit of work since thinking up of these things take quite a bit for me too.
- How do you feel making specific actions should be handled? For example, asking to build a militia or performing some kind of deliberate strategic action. I had in mind to change Ideologies to much more commonly be specific actions like "build ships", "attack this guy", etc; which allows you to more or less steer things in the direction you want with a simple voting scheme. Or perhaps, people would prefer having more accuracy in what they'll actually get to do, and we can take the civ-like approach of taking a statement and making a roll for it, like "let's blow up this planet" and a roll of 69; and then I judge from that how well things go.
- How do you feel about the numerical stats? I feel like most of the attention right now is on the Traits because what the stats mean feels pretty obscure. I had in mind that "Mind" is exactly what you think it is, mental ability, smarts, etc; "Muscle and Bone" is physical strength and general corpulence and presence, the higher the better; and "Blood, phlegm and bile" is health, which helps with longevity, dealing with poisons and pollution etc. I feel like stats sort of just don't matter right now (they actually do, I just don't make it as obvious as I feel I should), but once actions become more defined, they can have a more clear role by being modifiers to rolls and such.

(Also, this is now up on the archives just in case: https://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/qstarchive.html?tags=Noble%20Bloodline)

That aside, how do you feel about the Quest in general? What do you like? What you think isn't great? What would you like to see? I'd love to hear your thoughts and ideas.
>>
>>5751376
Next update will be in a few hours by the way, if not a day or two. I've got to go sleep.
>>
>>5751376
Either is fine with me

Dunno if that'd work, it'd be fun thou

Rolls are always fun, I think the suggestion for how specific actions are handled is good

Love the stats, very inventive, though the BPB's meaning did elude me until now

This is probably a terrible idea genetically, but look at the potential. We could eventually absorb another planet into our family, and a hive world at that. Let's just try to keep the Inquisition away for a few generations.
>>
>>5751222
>Franco
>Waitemok

Some good suitors this time around. Waitemok is tempting, and given our starting choices we are better suited to weaseling our way around the heretical gene mods than most. The same could be said of Choomeeka in all regards. Bringing in Choomeeka also settles the local issue whereas Waitemok opens new potential problems. Johanna is a nice vanilla option, the parallel thoughts is super nice and the poor eyesight is barely a downside at all, maybe even a plus aesthetically.

Regarding alarm bells, honestly Choomeeka bending people to her will stands out as more of an alarm bell to me than Waitemok's beauty bewitching our scion or the worries about an independent Hammer gang using our name for ill. If it is possible for our house to be subverted in this quest at all, I'd expect Choomeeka to have a way better shot at it than Waitemok.

>Yumanka
>Kanff

Getting another shot at breaking bread with Vensson next turn sounds good. And it'd be good to keep abreast of the situation on Yumanka, see what the Hammer's do with our name.
>>
>>5751376
>Marriages
You mean the winning pair rather than combining the individual scion and suitor with the most votes? The former, please.

>omakes
Sure, just don't let them get out of hand or get too silly. Not sure how many volunteers you'll get though, omakes aren't as common on /qst/ as SB or SV from what I remember, outside of different things like RPs, but that is different.

>specific actions
I prefer ideologies to just be sort of like personality. Sort of like...they tint the character's approach. Or have good or bad matchups in terms of results. So a cunning extroverted manipulator might walk over a shy introvert with low stats making it so one side of the marriage gets more out of the formal marriage arrangements than the other house, or subverts the loser house's agenda to benefit the other. Or certain personalities/ideologies deal with specific issues better or just differently. Could be just flavour, tangibly better or worse, better in some ways, worse in others.

As for specific actions, I'd prefer for us to just write-in what we want to do each turn and have that be its own thing, but I don't mind at all if the ideologies/personalities result in a specific goal or action taken by the character either. Either works.

>stats
They seem clear enough, though I feel that as a leader of a noble family that mind and blood/plegm/bile are simply more important than muscle and bone, even with the continued relevance of melee in 40K. Though I guess the presence aspect of muscle and bone is still important.

>qst in general
Good so far, it is as you said. Easy to get into, still have some complexity to it, we have enough info to make proper decisions.
>>
>>5751376
>marriages
winning [Male x Female]
>omakes
sure, just don't burn yourself out.
>actions
I don't know, maybe if there's a war or something important we'll make some decisions, but I don't think we should micromanage everything.
>stats
They're fine.

Yeah, I've had quests which had omakes be too powerful and voters got discouraged because the massive omakers kept dominating everything by dumping content. Which was great, but it sort of stops being a quest at that moment, and more of a collaborative writing project.

Rolls also involve another bureaucratic step which I'm now not too sure about implementing but, bah. I'll see if I can try it sometime perhaps and see how it does. I like rolls.

Going to experimentally try this out, let's see how it goes. I have some experience in implementing these in Quests elsewhere, so I know what shitstorms to avoid (eg. never make omakes give you more voting power) and I believe the way they're rewarded here could help increase the entropy and variability of the Quest, beyond what the raisin in my skull I affectionately call a "brain" can muster. I like surprise and randos.

Omake Rules:

Omakes should consist of at least aprox 400 words of content of reasonable quality - I'll let you know if it passes or not. The typical quality you'd expect in a Quest that takes itself fairly seriously is plenty good enough. It can be holovid interviews, a scene involving the characters, pretty much anything relevant to the quest. Picrels are appreciated but totally optional. I may ascend your omake to canon if I find them adequate to be such.

Omakes marked as passed by me are eligible to be rewarded (you can include the reward you'd like in the same omake post/s if you prefer too, or just submit it later). The reward consists in you being able to submit a custom Suitor, using the same format as I do in the Quest. Suitors which consist of characters that have a reason to travel a lot (eg. Rogue Traders, space pirates, explorers, missionaries, etc) are preferred because I'll have an easier time slotting them in. I have no obligation to slot in your omake reward character into the Quest immediately, but I will try to do so in at least a few generations. I won't contrive the Quest to include your character. If you don't have a appropriate image for your character (eg. one that wouldn't break the aesthetic so far of the quest), I'm happy to generate one for you once they appear in-quest.

Currently, I'll only be taking 2 omakes max to test the waters, if there even is interest in the first place. If it goes well, I'll open up more.
>>
i fucking despise omakes and qm's rewarding retards with rerolls and bonuses

Its rumored that it was was deliberate choice by the Von Griffs to choose their most physically vigorous scion to take Waitemok's hand in marriage and head the dynasty as patriarch. Such a stallion didn't (some would say, couldn't) ever keep his hands off his impossibly gorgeous bride, and pregnancy after pregnancy flooded the Hywing's - and Yumanka's - halls with more and more jarringly comely offspring.

It's also less rumored that this was the Hammer's intent all along. Less rumored because it was stated instead, as blatant truth.

Yumanka, the former jungle-turned-Hiveworld, now has its nobility filled with blue-blodded Von Griff hybrids, known as "Hammergriffs" colloquially. Their awe-inspiring beauty and alien facial ratios are understood to just be a sign of their high birth, or extreme plastic surgery, by the ignorant or tech-savvy urban populace of Yumanka. Holy Terra and the rest of the nobility commend you on 'solving' the gang problem that it used to have. The Hammergriffs themselves, wanting to cement their newfound nobility, have been very rigid with themselves and have behaved exceptionally well, although they sure talk about being more daring soon, behind closed doors. They are ambitious.

The religious zealots of Hywing aren't happy at all about their situation. They disapprove of the new heir's Tech-Priest religion. They disapprove of his unhuman-looking bride. And what is it with the rise of prostitution and drugs around the poles? This is not what the God-Emperor would've wanted, they say. This is heresy, say many. While the Von Griffs can keep official power and authorities at bay with their rule-bending, they have lost control of the rabid passions of their peasants.

Productivity on Hywing is down dramatically because of civil unrest. A revolution is being born.

Because of your history of agricultural monopoly, your coffers and savings can handle this for another generation or two before the situation starts to significantly affect your economy. But money is bleeding out of your nation, quick.

Hywing Summary
> The populace is highly religious (Imperial Creed) because of the Fortega-sponsored cathedrals built generations ago.
> There are pirates coming and going from the poles. They are discreet enough to avoid detection from the general populace, but their cultural influence (prostitution, drugs, etc) is notable.
> Along with the Omnissiah-praising Franco and the inhumanly super-beautiful Waitemok, and all of their uncanny children, the peasants have had enough. A revolution is being born.
>Yumanka is formally a Von Griff-ruled planet now, as the Hammers now have their own splinter of the Von Griff family (colloquially "Hammergriff"), although in practice, you wield no direct power through them. The traditional head of the noble house will still be held accountable for their actions in regards to the larger Imperium, because he/she is the Yumanka ruler on paper.

<Sir, you might be interested in the following recording from our intelligence office>

"Scribe, explain" Inquistor Smythe demanded, slamming his palm onto the ancient desk stacked tall with papers.

"It took me quite a bit to understand what was going on, but... it seems like a fillibuster to me, sir, if I'm understanding everything right. You were approved to investigate the Von Griff's alleged acts of heresy, but... There have been some manuvuers going on, and there are now twenty-seven individual authorizations that need to be bureaucratically processed and approved by their individual tribunals before you can actually go and act upon the approved investigation request, and the Griffs have their mitts in each of them. Things aren't looking like they're going to be done anytime soon - at least not for a few decades. And that's if they don't appeal. Or worse, overturn this. It's a pretty tricky situation. There's red tape everywhere. Our hands are tied."

"I don't have time for this nonsense. Get me on the first ship to the Von Griff's solar system, cut the cost out of my pay."

"...I'm afraid I can't do that, sir. It's illegal by the 478th Anti-Vigilantism Act. You have to wait for the paperwork to be done before you're allowed to go there."

Smythe gave the scribe a terribly long stare.

"Scribe, I suddenly feel terribly, cripplingly ill and I will be unfortunately forced to take a pause in my duties until I recover." the Inquisitor stated, deadpan. "I announce and file my immediate medical leave."

"...Are you sure si-?"

"File it. Now."

"As you wish, sir."

>Inquisitor Smythe and their entourage is (illegally) prowing your area.

<According to our experts, we're clearly authorized here to use lethal force and any measure necessary to defend ourselves from this rogue Inquisitor. Awaiting your orders on how to proceed, sir.>

(Huh, formatting tags don't seem to be working, so I'll skip adding them)

The top most promising (and coveted) scions for this generation are the following:

Glorinda Von Griff: Smug, condescending, strategic
Quality of:
Mind: 130, Muscle and bone: 115, Blood, phlegm and bile: 177
Traits:
- Cunning Bastard: Just like her father, she's a fox, and a poisonous one at that.
- Excellent Liar: She has an incredible innate knack for using his words as a tool of manipulation.
- Dilluted Artificial Aphrodite: While less extreme than her sisters, she has amazing but believable, realistic body proportions. But her face still retains its cartoonish, hypermagnetic charm.
- Dilluted miscellaneous artificiality: Several minor but illegal genetic markers.
- Unbreakable Will: Exceptional resolve and mental endurance.
Ideology:
- Disdain for peasants: Kill all of those who rebel. Keep killing until there are no more rebels to kill. They'll reproduce right back up like rats in no time.
- Might makes right: Force is the ultimate philosophy. Soldiers, assassins, guards - we need more of them.
- Absorb the Hammergriffs: They're Von Griffs, right? We should absorb them into our ranks. Assume control of Yumanka. It belongs to us.

Mayata Von Griff: Caring, dilligent, meek
Quality of:
Mind: 120, Muscle and bone: 112, Blood, phlegm and bile: 217
Traits:
- Excellent Liar: She has an incredible innate knack for using his words as a tool of manipulation.
- Artificial Aphrodite: Impossible hourglass proportions and a face beyond natural perfection that drives men wild.
- Dilluted Miscellaneous Artificiality: Several minor but illegal genetic markers.
- Photographic Memory: She can register details instantly, permanently in her mind.
Ideology:
- Unity with the Hammergriffs: She seeks to unite the two the factions diplomatically and create a shared council.
- Remove the Pirates: They're more trouble than they're worth, and we can use the support of the populace to achieve it.

Floria Von Griff: Concieted, arrogant, boastful
Quality of:
Mind: 145, Muscle and bone: 132, Blood, phlegm and bile: 215
Traits:
- Artificial Aphrodite: Impossible hourglass proportions and a face beyond natural perfection that drives men wild.
- Miscellaneous Artificiality: Several minor but illegal genetic markers.
- Cunning Bastard: Just like her father, she's a fox, and a poisonous one at that.
Ideology:
- Heretek: Science has made us better than human, and I am the best of them all. We are a new breed, and science can improve us even further, even better.
- Pro-Pirate: They are liberated, free of the restraints of the Imperium, and together, we can become so much more powerful.

And the top suitors are:

Akamu Makani: Determined, intelligent, idealistic. He came all the way from the Iakopo system just to visit and court our gorgeous scions.
Quality of:
Mind: 120, Muscle and bone: 110, Blood, phlegm and bile: 90
Traits:
- Slave to Beauty: He cannot stop himself from being motivated by the allure of gorgeous women against his better judgement.
- Air Reader: He can percieve nuances in enviroments and behaviour that others don't pick up on. He has an incredible ability to cold read others. It's not telepathy, but almost.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Connection to the Iakopo system: A trade highway through the Warp to connect the two distant systems for mutual trade and mutual benefit.
- Protection of the Von Griff women at all costs: They are a miracle of the universe, and are far too beautiful for any harm to come their way. They must be sheltered from the world, and the poisons of politics.
- Vast riches: A voidship full of the finest treasures for their hand in marriage.

Tinkerlock the Maravellous: That's obviously not his real name, but he refuses to give us any other. Magos of the Tech-Priests of Metallum VI. Hilarious, intellectual, charismatic
Quality of:
Mind: 175, Muscle and bone: 67, Blood, phlegm and bile: 70
Traits:
- Gifted Creativity: Problems aint really problems when yer got a brain like mine. "Pop" it goes, and a whole new spankin', REVOLUTIONARY idea is born! I surprise people all the blasted time. Myself, most of all.
- Sense of Humor: I humbly admit that I am indeed the funniest man of all time.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Food quota: Uuuuuh yer still screwing us with them prices with your chums the Fortegas, y'know? And shit's getting pretty bad with that whole farmer situation you got there. Yeeeeah, Metallum VI needs them guarantees, mate.
- Industrial development: Yer stuck in the blasted Neolithic, mate. I'll hook you up with some REAL technology. Have you troglodytes ever heard of 'servitors'? It would solve that farmer sitch' too, y'know.

(cont.)
>>
Coatl Hammer: Serious, discreet, tough. One of the Hammer gang members that now enjoys second-hand nobility after being proclaimed Duke.
Quality of:
Mind: 90, Muscle and bone: 135, Blood, phlegm and bile: 110
Traits:
- Artificial Longevity: Ah, sir. More illegal genetic modifications with the Hammers. This one extends lifespan to about 300 years.
- Artificial Virile Potency: It does exactly what you'd expect it to do, sir. It's also, unsurprisingly, illegal.
- Miscellaneous Artificiality: Several minor but illegal genetic markers.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Aphrodite machine: Waitemok's blood will dillute itself eventually. But with this, you'll get to keep pumping your lady fetuses with the good stuff to keep their looks going. You can even regulate how much or how little of the stuff you want to go for.
- Founding of the Hammergriffs: The Von Griffs have a way with laws, don't they? Figure out a law or two that will let us become our own, separate noble house. I'm sure you'll appreciate the results, hm?
- Assassination of the Fortega lead nobles: Those cooky Emperor-lickers are nothing but trouble. But you guys, you're close to them, right? Close enough to slip a dagger or two into them

It's going to be
>Mayata Von Griff x Akamu Makani
>Jimena
>Metallum VI

And we're doing this:
>Deal with the Inquisitor

It seems like the only solution possible with this individual will be: Violence. This demands for a powerful character with remarkable presence to inspire the charge against the enemy: Inquisitor Smythe and his lackeys.

This will be solved by a classic best of 3 rolls. However, you get to use your characters too!

Select a character to be the key figure as you roll, which adds a modifier to your personal, specific roll. If you roll 10 or less, your selected character dies in the attempt (with the political consequences that implies, although the next generation will always be generated as normal) and cannot be used for the remaining rolls.

Regular Success Difficulty: 170
Extreme Success Difficulty: 195

>Franco Von Griff
+120 Bonus (Muscle and Bone)
- 20 from Old Age
Fox's Opportunity: If any previous roll was a 50 or less, give a +30 bonus to your current roll.

>Mayata Von Griff
+112 Bonus (Muscle and Bone)
-20 from Akamu's "Protection of the Von Griff women"
Peace in Victory: If at least a Regular Success has been achieved and this character is selected for a roll, she cannot die.
Alluring Bait: If she rolls a 50 or more, give a +15 bonus to the next roll.

>Akamu Makani
+110 bonus (Muscle and Bone)
Reckless: Rolling dubs mean an automatic Extreme Success, but a roll of 25 or less means that he dies immediately.
White Knight: If Mayata would die, Akamu dies instead.

----

So for example:
Anon 1: Chooses Franco and rolls a 1d100
Anon 2: Chooses Mayata and rolls a 1d100
Anon 3: Chooses Franco and rolls a 1d100

>>
Caring and meek as she is, Mayata showed surprising resolve in leading a counteroffense against a small skirmish force that managed to infiltrate themselves into the very palace grounds on Hywing. However, as fate would have it, before Mayata could lead the Inquisitor into a trap for his interrogation, Akamu just *had* to intervene and save the day. By sticking a blade right through the Inquisitor's heart.

Now, normally, this would be a massive success, but it ruined Mayata's scheme entirely.

---

Seeking truces across the planets, Mayata *tried*, to unite the Hammergriffs and expel the pirates, but her meek nature was again beaten by Akamu's determination and excessive desire to shelter her. The house's politics were dominated by *his* agenda.

Most of his dowry got lost in keeping afloat to pay for the losses brought by the peasant's discontent which took far too long to solve. The pirates have been kicked off thankfully though, their docks being repurposed to create the ports that would link together the solar system of Iakopo and your own. The pirates aren't too happy about it, but are very lacking in the manpower to really protest it.

You now have access to:
- Owai: Hive world ruled by the Makani family.
- Dillheim: Feral snow planet ruled by savages.

Largely influenced by the local clergy and Akamu's own feelings to protect his wife from the public, along with Mayata's timidness, it's Akamu himself who has become the de facto head of the Von Griffs now. And thankfully so, he wasn't some kind of weird mutant like his wife is and his views and policies were very conventional, although his lack of understanding and experience with Hywing itself has caused a good amount of frictional economic and local-political losses.

Your planet's productivity has gone from terrible to low.

Meanwhile, piracy has migrated to the Hammergriffs, and their dealings have been very fruitful, and very noisy in the grand galactic stage. Holy Terra demands that you bring a stop to these blatant activities, your lawyers and advocates suggest that given enough time and resources, they can shift and weasel definitions and meaning on the matter so that you actually don't have to do anything. Just legalize what's going on with enough loopholes, right?

Aleksander Von Griff: Narcissistic, introverted, two-faced
Quality of:
Mind: 125, Muscle and bone: 125, Blood, phlegm and bile: 170
Traits:
- Slave to Beauty: He cannot stop himself from being motivated by the allure of gorgeous women against his better judgement.
- Artificial Adonis: Face and traits beyond natural perfection.
- Dilluted Miscellaneous Artificiality: Several minor but illegal genetic markers.
- Excellent Liar: She has an incredible innate knack for using his words as a tool of manipulation.
- Photographic Memory: He can register details instantly, permanently in his mind.
- Sophist among Sophists: A rhethorical genius, even among Von Griffs
Ideology:

And the top suitors are:

Gorgina Portega: Analytical, hermit-like, mysterious
Quality of:
Mind: 130, Muscle and bone: 90, Blood, phlegm and bile: 100
Traits:
- Uncanny Intuition: She knows, and she doesn't know how. Maybe it's just luck, maybe it's something else.
- Skin Rashes: Persistent red patches that require daily treatment.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Assassination of the Griffhammer leads: You're close to them. Perhaps you could slide some poison their way. We'll help. We just need the chance.
- Eugenic Cleansing: All offspring must be checked for artificial mutations and removed if they have any. Only pure scions shall be allowed to survive.
- Import of Fertilizer: It would greatly benefit your crops, I'm sure. Our Grox produce way more than what we know what to do with it
- Agricultural Expertise: We're farmers too. Let's trade secrets.

Delta-238: Blunt, impatient, ambitious. While most of her body is steel, she has kept her reproductive organs from her original self for opportunities such as these.
Quality of:
Mind: 190, Muscle and bone: 120, Blood, phlegm and bile: 20
Traits:
- Emotionless: Feelings have no place here.
- Gifted Creativity: A spark for novelty like no other.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Industrial development: They will provide farming machinery and processing units to make the harvest and farming more efficient.
- Sacrifice: They would like to take in one of your scions to perform experiments on them to uncover the secrets of their genetics.
- Food quota: A set, generous amount of food from Hywing will be send to Metallum VI without cost.

Juju Makani: Playful, optimistic, outgoing
Quality of:
Mind: 110, Muscle and bone: 110, Blood, phlegm and bile: 120
Traits:
- Excellent Liar: This woman has an incredible innate knack for using her words as a tool of manipulation.
- Incorruptible: Most of all beings from beyond reality are hopeless against this individual's mind and spirit.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Labor import: We've got more than enough people on our Hives, we could send you a whole bunch to go work on Hywing grounds.
- Religious freedom: I have another god that I believe deserves a place on your planet. Have you heard of Tzeentch?

Heretek marrying the Admech lady seems like an odd choice ngl. Ntm maybe the action should go to dealing with the Hammergriffs, or atleast getting them to be more covert about it. Maybe use the rhetorical genius to gain more influence over those affairs and then get make it more covert. I guess the rhetorical genius might be the best to weasel into the loopholes. MY greatest wish is that we can rediscover the very large buttocks gene and restore rightful hegemony over this system.

I guess it is my turn to whine about anon's decisions last turn. I have no idea why there was such unity in pairing a meek scion with someone who thought women belonged in the kitchen, so to speak. Mayata's ideology was fine, I doubt Glorinda's agenda to somehow pacify a hiveworld when we are a agriworld would've worked out, exceptional leadership or not. But just getting money only keeps us afloat, we needed to either solve the peasant issue and improve our productivity with the servitors from Tinkerlock or double down on ensuring our scion's supersauce continued, really secure that one advantage before shifting focus.

imo, of course.

>>5751884

Fix our planetary issues before attending to anything else. The blood, phlegm and bile will even out, and we can always get another injection of the illegal gene freak's beauty into our bloodline later on for a boost if we need it.

Also lmao at Juju. Assuming that trait isn't a blatant lie, and there is no reason why it couldn't be given she is an excellent liar, I find the possibility of her genuinely being someone who believes in Tzeentch and religious freedom yet not being corrupted in any way to be hilarious. Thank god that inquisitor isn't around anymore.

This is an intellectual pursuit of the Mind.

Roll best of three, 1d100. Along your diceroll, pick one character to add an effect to that roll. Like before, it will be the current Suitor and Scion, and the prior head of the house (the prior chosen Scion), which is Mayat- oh. Unfortunately not. Indeed, it's Akamu Makani instead.

A roll of 10 or less doesn't mean death, but it will mean Severe Consequences to the character involved, and they cannot be used anymore in the rolls.

Restore Productivity to Normal, Difficulty: 250

This is some tough rolling, and its on top of the equipment we would be getting from the marriage. Correct me if I am wrong, but the only character that could actually get the 250 Difficulty without an extreme success ability is Delta? Even with a 100 roll and Aleksander's +20 he would only get up to 245.

Your efforts to restore your agricultural economic system has succeded with the help of Delta's expertise and intellect. Farmers have been reassigned to new plots of land, crop rotations have been calculated and reinstated, and a generous but firm import and export policy has set things in motion again for your main industry. Delta's machinery has further pushed your industrial levels to unprecedented levels.

Cornelius, uh. He's been sacrificed to Delta, and hasn't been seen since. We don't talk about Cornelius.

Production has returned to normal levels, and has then been pushed to high levels. Along with your still-established monopoly agreements with the Fortega, your twindling coffers have started to fill again rapidly with riches, but not as fast as they could, as now a portion is guaranteed in the Tech-Priest's food quota.

The Hammergriff's antics haven't ceased, and the rest of nobles are starting to raise eyebrows, but Terra and the larger galactic stage isn't aware yet because of Aleksander's ability and policy to keep things behind closed doors. Your lawyers and lobbyists are also furiously trying to use creative interpretations of what's going on to prevent any legal action to fall upon you, but they can't bullshit the rules forever to keep you protected, or to stop others from interfering. The criminal situation of Yumanka needs to be dealt with, and your Scions are aware of it, before Terra starts to become too aware of the situation.

You also have a small, secret heretek research team now, if that's of any interest to you. It will evaporate soon, as silently as it appeared, unless interest is focused on it.

Holy Terra has also announced that while they appreciate your tithes so far, they will require a greater sum these next few decades (one generation) to support the war efforts in neighboring systems. Necrons have started to awaken on certain worlds, and they need to be dealt with.

And the top suitors are...

"Subject 6": Stern, determined, honorable. We captured quite the impressive specimen. The people of this world are quite, uhm. *Difficult*, let's say.
Quality of:
Mind: 65, Muscle and bone: 182, Blood, phlegm and bile: 105
Traits:
- Huge: Larger than a Catachan man, but smaller than an Ogryn.
- Regenerative Factor: Wounds heal notably quicker, and better.
Marriage Arrangements:
- None. Lacks the intelligence, sophistication or motivaton to arrange anything of note. Although she seems very happy to see our gorgeous scions and is eager to impress them with his hunting skills, apparently. We've lost seven horses and five grox already to this man.

Omio Makani: Curious, patient, friendly
Quality of:
Mind: 110, Muscle and bone: 105, Blood, phlegm and bile: 115
Traits:
- Air Reader: He can percieve nuances in enviroments and behaviour that others don't pick up on. He has an incredible ability to cold read others. It's not telepathy, but almost.
- Dilluted Voidborn blood: He can travel for a very long time in the Warp without much consequence.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Concubines: Besides his bride, a number of the younger virgin women of von Griff will become part of his personal harem. Unsurprisingly, he has selected those with the highest concentration of Waitemok's legacy.
- Bread Factories: You have so much wheat, why not transform it into a more valuable product? I will give you the infrastructure.
- Shared enterprise: You produce it, I'll sell it, we split the profits. Deal?

Samuel Pyrite: Stubborn, passionate, easy to anger. A very minor noble of the Pyrite noble family, notorious hunters of so-called 'artifacts', valuable archeotech. Completely infatuated with the women of your house.
Quality of:
Mind: 120, Muscle and bone: 110, Blood, phlegm and bile: 130
Traits:
- Unbreakable Will: Exceptional resolve and mental endurance.
Marriage Arrangements:
- [Special] Generous Suitor: Grants you a Wonderous Ruby Artifact for free, immediately, without needing to be chosen for marriage. It has the effect of: the next time one of your character dies, a 1d100 must be rolled by a player. At a result of 25 or less, they do not die.
- [Special] I *will* have her: If he isn't chosen, he will provide -10 to all rolls this turn.
- Archeotech Spectacle: Rolls ending in 9s are automatic Extreme Successes for this turn only.

Hmm, Anna seems to retain the broadest spectrum of useful traits except for being an excellent liar. Eva's Aphrodite features are even further degraded compared to prior generations or her sisters. Pairing her with subject 6 may go well with her agenda since leaders seem to be the only thing that matters for rolls. Sigma is the subtle option.

I'm not sure if only the Heretek ideology furthers our heretek research team or if Flesh disgusts me also furthers it, or is that a separate thing? The Heretek ideology boosting our own research into the Hammer's artificial beauty stuff and the Flesh disgusts me being a typical Admech metal fetish?

Anyways, I'll go with the vanilla option.

>Anna
>Omio

The voidborn blood trait could be useful and the marriage arrangements further our economy. I doubt Omio will outwit Anna. An attempt is made to deal with the Hammergriffs which seems about as good as any other, though Sigma's agenda also stands out to me as good, we'd get another injection of the good stuff into our bloodline.

It isn't just beauty, I think. Sure the trait says it is, but I think the good stats from Waitemok may be attached to it. Maybe, maybe not. More important is the fact that the trait likely allows us better suitor picks, sort of like the Adonis/Aphrodite trait at char gen implies.

You have succeeded in your endeavours. At a cost, but it is indeed success nonetheless.

Finally, an endless supply of what your hereteks have dubbed the "Waitemok Factor", by injecting peasant maidens in dungeons with the genetic treatment until one of them survive. It takes the sacrifice of a couple hundred young women until one is lucky enough to stabilize the metamorphisis, and even then, those that are stable are further vetted so that only the one with the safest, most harmonous final biological state is offered to the noble family. Even reproduction with the final offered maiden is tedious, as that too needs to be controlled, analysed and further vetted, but it ensures that the generations onwards have no issues at all with their enhancements, and it guarantees that no harm comes to your Scions overall.

You can from now on select a [Special Maiden? Name Pending] as a fourth female Suitor option for males.

The heretek's craft to perpetuate the Von Griff's legendary good looks is a success, however, tragically, Eva Von Griff didn't survive the repeated experiments to extract what is now referred to as the Venus Strain. In her honor, the serially-produced maidens that contain the Venus Strain are now known as "Eva"s themselves.

This meant that Omio had to take over leadership of the Von Griffs, much to the disappointment of the old, but still very vigrous Aleksander. Because Omio was merely human, unlike *himself*, *he* was better. *He* the best of the best that Hywing has ever had.

Aleksander wouldn't stand for this.

Omio lacked the skills that Aleksander had, but he did have the authority of the house, and in a tense situation such as now with Holy Terra breathing onto your napes over the issues with the Hammergriffs, something had to be done. In a back-handed and desperate manuvuer, the elder Aleksander managed to pass legislation that, while Omio is still technically the head of the house, through linguistic contriveance and loopholes the title has become merely honorary. True power of the house now lies in the Princeps of the State Fellowship of Advocates, which is Aleksander Von Griff himself. Indeed, it was a coup d'etat, but one that Omio didn't have the guts nor the skills to challenge.

> Eva Von Griff died, power fell to Omio, but then Aleksander Von Griff has couped power for himself instead.
> Scion-selection policy has changed, and diversity will be decreased in favor of a specific theme of traits. Rather than being the most capable and promising in general, immense emphasis will be placed on rhethoric and rule-lawyering; as the lead (in practice) of the country is no longer the "Head of the House of Von Griff", but rather, the "Princeps" of the State Fellowship of Advocates.

Far older than any previous leader of the Von Griffs had ever been, Aleksander Von Griff, decrepit and wheelchair-bound, cut his losses. He let go of a number of the fillibusters that kept the outside away from the Von Griff's matters and shared what information the Von Griffs had to collaborate with Holy Terra to get rid of the Hammergriffs. Soldiers, ships and assasins now come and go frequently from Yumanka, subjugating it. A large part of the bill to pay for all of this has fallen upon the Von Griffs, of course. The new bread industry has helped a lot to help bankroll the costs, though.

>Yumanka is not available for further diplomatic visits until further notice, as the central government of the Imperium is now dealing with the mess there themselves.
>Your economic power has fallen to low levels, as you're both having to pay extra tithe and pay for the re-conquest of Yumanka.

Despite his surprisingly enduring health, Aleksander has stretched his strengths and mortality far thinner than he ever should have, and has aged beyond being far too old to continue in his role. A new generation must take over.

This generation's Scions are:

Sven Von Griff: Slacker (?), insightful, lecherous
Quality of:
Mind: 145, Muscle and bone: 113, Blood, phlegm and bile: 115
- Sophist among Sophists: A rhethorical genius, even among Von Griffs
- Excellent Liar: He has an incredible innate knack for using his words as a tool of manipulation.
- Photographic Memory: He can register details instantly, permanently in his mind.
- Unbreakable Will: Exceptional resolve and mental endurance.
Ideology:
- Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: Our House needs to back down, so that we can take action in the shadows.
- Tourism: We got so many foreigners around now with the whole Yumanka situation. How about we get their money?

Ujumai Von Griff: Temperamental, calculated, vindictive
Quality of:
Mind: 135, Muscle and bone: 112, Blood, phlegm and bile: 106
- Sophist among Sophists: A rhethorical genius, even among Von Griffs
- Excellent Liar: He has an incredible innate knack for using his words as a tool of manipulation.
- Air Reader: He can percieve nuances in enviroments and behaviour that others don't pick up on. He has an incredible ability to cold read others. It's not telepathy, but almost.
Ideology:
- Aggressive Taxation: We need the support of the peasants in these dire times.
- Military Development: What if the conflict extends to us? What about the Necrons? We need to prepare.

Karl Von Griff: Analytical, stalwart, conspirational
Quality of:
Mind: 137, Muscle and bone: 123, Blood, phlegm and bile: 104
- Sophist among Sophists: A rhethorical genius, even among Von Griffs
- Excellent Liar: He has an incredible innate knack for using his words as a tool of manipulation.
- Emotionless: Feelings have no place here.
Ideology:
- Praise the God-Emperor: Logic begins and ends with the ultimate concept that is the God-Emperor.
- Machiavellian: The results justify the means.

And the Suitors are:

"Subject 7": Silent, aggressive, erratic
Quality of:
Mind: 50, Muscle and bone: 171, Blood, phlegm and bile: 135
Traits:
- Huge: Larger than a Catachan man, but smaller than an Ogryn.
- Regenerative Factor: Wounds heal notably quicker, and better.
Marriage Arrangements:
- None

Clara Gloriand: One of the Imperial commanders deployed at the conflict at Yumanka, has noble blood from an obscure family. On the edge of her fertile years. Sensible, disciplined, determined
Quality of:
Mind: 110, Muscle and bone: 141, Blood, phlegm and bile: 105
Traits:
- Unbreakable Will: Exceptional resolve and mental endurance.
- Resistance to Disease: Exceptional resilience to illness.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Military Development: We need this to deal with the Von Griffs of Yumanka, and the looming threat of the Necrons. I'll provide them, I just need Hywing to host them.
- Makani Investigation: Give us the information we need to inspect them. They're suspect of heresy with entities that I cannot talk about.

Tenokku Von (Hammer)Griff: One of the Hammergriffs that have escaped the Yumanka war, looking for refuge. Has no interest in politics, cunning, sensual
Quality of:
Mind: 87, Muscle and bone: 86, Blood, phlegm and bile: 165
Traits:
- Cunning Bastard: She's a fox, and a poisonous one at that.
- Extremely Buxom: Entirely natural, surprisingly. But they're so ridiculous that while some many may find them extremely appealing, many will feel the opposite.
- Stunner: Excellent beauty. Again, natural.
- (Inactive) Very Concentrated Artificial Virile Potency: What we found on Coatl Hammer, but at a much, much higher dosage. Someone must've had a lot of fun. Illegal.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Trophy Wife: She won't have to do anything of importance, just keep her safe and comfortable.
- Hammergriff Dirt: She'll give you all of the information on the Hammers that you may need.

Eva: The best of the first generation of Evas. Brainwashed, broken, pliable
Quality of:
Mind: 100, Muscle and bone: 100, Blood, phlegm and bile: 203
Traits:
- Venus Factor: Impossible hourglass proportions and a face beyond natural perfection. Artificial, heretek-engineered gene.
Marriage Arrangements:
- Secrecy: She will have no relevance. She does not exist.

You may send diplomats and explorers to other neighboring planets in hopes to find other suitors for the next generation of our noble house. Where do you send them? (You can send 2)

Would you like to attempt anything in particular? You can try 1 significant action. (A diceroll is generally required)

Oh, and as for a major action

>Work on establishing a permenant outpost/ strong hold on Dillheim and ramp up our "Collection" of the native savages

I wish to breed to natives into elite enforcers/ soldiers for our house, you see, the van griffs already have experience with Eugenics after all.

Well, at least that issue was dealt with AND we got the secret sauce from them too before they bought the farm.

>>5753223
>Sven
>Clara

Get our financial situation fixed without creating new problems for ourself. Sven has a strong mind and unbreakable will, so will unlikely to be overruled. Plus he's well suited to the investigation Clara wants, as his traits make him less likely to get corrupted or discovered. Clara gets us that preparation for the Necrons. We already have the secret sauce, the Hammers are useless to us now unless we want to make a play for taking over Yumanka, which sounds like more trouble than it is worth given it is more gang-infested than usual.

>Metallum VI
>Owai

More tech-priest shit, since they always seem to have good marriage arrangements and make good mind leaders for rolls. Owai for the investigation. Makani is the family of that rich guy who wanted our scions to be in the kitchen, and of that Tzeentch cultist, among other things. We already have our foot in the door with that family.

Is the Eva a concubine?
>>
>>5753647
I don't think so
>>
>>5753647
Considering the setting, I'm a bit worried about our focus on being beautiful. The Hammergriffs have been a headache to deal with.
>>
Question is the number of mind the IQ points? or is that just a reference for general intelligence say fifty is an average of one hundred while one hundred on the point scale is double the IQ? so say the average is 100IQ then double that should be something like 140IQ?

If not then is it just bigger the number the more intelligent that person is?
>>
>>5754211
It's similar, yes. 100 is the level of a typical human being, 200 in Mind is intended to be Einstein levels of smarts.

It's already established here >>5751006
>The typical Imperial citizen has a value of 100 in all parameters, while an exceptional, still-human savant or freak would have 200, and a cripple would have near 0.

My headcanon is that your initial scions had good Mind stats but really bad stats in everything else because of serial inbreeding, until they decided to suddenly change strategy at the start of the Quest.

Sad we had a noble pirate and we turned her down. And we really need to correct how the next leadership is chosen, back to quest original.

It's the sum of a couple of things.

- Running on 4chan is difficult because of its software limitations. Captcha, the inability to format my text, no edits, etc.
- It takes a lot of time to make each update, about 2-3 hours.
- I burn through my Midjourney allowance terribly quickly because I'm autistic about getting the exact specific look that I want for each character.
>>
>>5783805
Couldn't you try doing fewer updates then ? or at least tell us you were gonna drop it ? jeez OP.
Now if the main issue was really the first one, do you wanna try moving to akun then ?
>>
>>5783805

Why run on Akun when /qst/ is about to enter a new golden age? Weekly volumes are steadily increasing
>>
>>5783805
On the second point you could just update once a day or two.
>>
>>5783895
>Why run on Akun when /qst/ is about to enter a new golden age? Weekly volumes are steadily increasing
'coz one of the points that op brings is the limited formating options of /qst/
>>
>>5784375
I actually don't know why this quest would need this much formating. Or omakes for that matter.
I'd say the only thing holding this quest down from perfection is a lack of some sort of global galaxy timeline, where we stretch the dynasty from the age of apostacy to the Bobby G's resurrection, but the mechanics/narrative bits/formating/images are already fine by me.
>>
>>5783895
>Weekly volumes are steadily increasing
Pretty sure it's just the tranny quest spammer lol
