/qst/ - Quests

You are Sarena Rosenberger, a fifteen year old high school graduate and hostess of Pizza Center. Due to a series of unfortunate events, your life was forever changed upon your fated encounter with death. Refusing to let it be the end, your soul resonated with the arcane and divine sorcery trapped within the Sefer Raziel HaMalakh, your family’s heirloom. Binding the primordial forces of the Aether (Tehut/The Light) and the Abyss (Tehom/Great Darkness) within you, you were summoned by the Council of the Quintessence. An ancient group of watchmen who serve to shepherd and guide the universe.

From there you were anointed by the council to become their champion Plethora, Emissary and Ambassador of the Source, Balancer/Arbiter of Order and Chaos. Harnessing the Pleroma and its pneumatics as the Source’s Divine Avatar, you serve as the bridge between the natural world and the otherworldly realms. Holding the properties of both the primordial draconic/ serpentine monstrosity of chaos and the culture hero deity of order via Adam Kadmon. Although you managed to change your fate, you find yourself now inheriting the will of Bezalel as its successor to the throne of Darkworld and the Shadowlands.

Although far from truly inheriting the title, you adjust to the responsibilities entrusted to you as enter this brand-new world. Balancing your normal and metahuman lifestyle side by side. With a can-do spirit and boundless moxie, you strive to fight for Truth, Justice, and a better tomorrow. Henceforth, you and a rag-tag team of superpowered individuals form the ultimate team—the Teen Titans.

>Everyone can roll once per die chain, the three/four best rolls will be taken.
>Roll 2d100 (3d100 when as Plethora unless specifically asked otherwise
>The first die determines whose roll gets picked if there's more than the max number (the highest gets priority). Otherwise, they'll function like a regular roll.

>A bonus will be granted if several players succeed in the dc check. The higher the succession, the grander the bonus.
>Crits are Nat 1 for failure and 100 for succession. (a 99, matching or paired rolls may net you an additional bonus)
>Bonuses are outside factors that commonly appear as happenstance or phenomenon. Usually, they'll change the course of the current situation/predicament, typically to your favor based on the roll's result. They operate out of your succession and/or failure.
>Bonuses only provide opportunities or second chances. They do not flat-out override the results of the roll.
>Each vote generally has one roll, but if multiple actions are made or multiple votes are stacked, additional roll checks will be given on a case-on-case basis on complexity.

General Rules
>Write-in is always encouraged, be it dialogue or action, but it will be left to my judgment to tweak to better fit Sarena's character/story narrative

>>5501949
The mental space or dreamscape is a personalized cognitive space(s) made by the subconscious mind. It is also the sensory representation of an individual's subconscious, if not a window of their true, inner self. Essentially no different than currently simulating the mind. Daydreaming is also yet another form of the simulated reality that is dreams. Even nightmares and hypnagogia or waking dreams are just other facets of the same overarching system, though of the more intense or darker aspects. Either way, the dreamscape is comprised of a succession of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations.

Some would break it down as merely an autobiographical thought based on your recent activities, conversations, or other issues in your life. While others would say it's made up of memories, drama of desires, emotional undercurrents, and fantasies. Perhaps even seeing it as a wish, a motivating personal ambition or goal, a romantic prospect, or a vision of future change. In truth, the personal dreamscape of a person is only the smaller piece of one all-encompassing space that makes up the realm. This space is formed entirely from the collective unconscious of infinite minds.

While these spaces can overlap and be shared between individuals, typically they are cut off from one another as their separate dimensional realms. The sole exception was the space between each realm that served as the core foundation and network. It’s dubbed only as Limbo; an unconstructive dream space made up of just raw, infinite subconscious. Often seen as an endless ocean, this blank space is no different than a white canvas, easily malleable and molded by the passions of those strong enough to influence it. At the drop of a hat, it could be wonderland one moment, a never-ending nightmare the next.

Each person carried their own mental space, often obviously to it at times, especially when undergoing the act of dreaming. Lucid Dreaming or False Awakenings are the only means to being aware of this phenomenon while in the dream. Meditation and astral projection for example are among the most streamlined methods to achieve this state of being. Either way, this plane of existence serves as a bridge for one to dwell inside the consciousness and see the window of unconsciousness. They were carrying the wishes and thoughts from when one was awake and expressed while one was asleep.

Although random at times, it can at points lead to the subconscious mind sending a message to the conscious mind. And that message can be picked up or transmitted by something or someone. This was certainly the case as you currently find yourself falling into the endless, black void. One moment you were talking to Child, the next moment you were enveloped by the velvet tendrils that comprised the single, black infinitude. It made you think back to the Sunless Sea/Shadowlands, and unknowingly the primordial source of magic known as Darkworld.
>>
>>5501952
Before you have time to ponder this familiar feeling further, a hand quickly clamps against your neck. You were firmly grasping at your flesh before reeling yourself up to the surface like some sort of fish. It was so quick and forceful that it nearly gave you some form of whiplash. Luckly, it would fade away as quickly as it appeared. Still, this left you somewhat dazed as your senses try to align themselves to where it was. Currently, you were half submerged in the blackened ink-like waters, with your top half sticking out from the dense viscous ocean. Giving you time to see just who or what pulled you from the sea.

“Ah~ At last, we finally get to meet one another. I’ve been looking forward to this, Woman of the Apocalypse or should I say successor to the throne of Darkworld and the Shadowlands.” A womanly voice spoke, it was as booming as it was melodious. A real canorous treat that was dangerously sweet because of the euphonious nature of its tone and pitch.

Slowly her form would come into fruition the more your eyes adjust to your space. It was a rather tall woman exuding a rather mature yet alluring presence. A true femme fatale that wouldn’t hesitate to swallow you whole like the demonic dragon in human clothing she was. A full-figure body with dangerous amounts of curves and muscles to accentuate her toned physique. Her attire comprises entirely of black full-plated armor, serving as an exoskeleton to her crimson translucent bodysuit. Showing off her densely thick skeleton as the bodysuit was gelatinous and amorphous.

“Who are you-” You cut yourself off, covering your mouth as you think back to the changed history. All the while slowly pulling yourself up from the water, shocked at the fact it acted like solid jelly once you pressed against it for footing. “Gothika?!”

“Well yes and no. Yes, I am Gothika of this reality, but not the one who brazenly tries to take over your body and get the life beaten out of them. By the way, it wasn’t fun having to personally experience keeping the timelines coherent. But you did make a wish from my master, so I have to comply.” The bat-looking woman puffed up her cheeks as well as chest, pouting with an exaggerated sigh. “I believe your associate told you who exactly I am.”
>>
>>5501955
“Barbatos.” As you mutter the name, you would feel yourself being yanked again. This time ended up in between a rather impressive pair of thick yet firm thunder thighs, looking up at the mysterious bat lady.

“Bingo~. You’re quick to the uptake.” With a wide yet sultry smile, Barbatos locks her crimson eyes with you. “You have her to thank for saving you from having to scour through Gotham City looking for my bones and soil. As well as dealing with Gothodaemon in between. Though if I am, to be honest, I was looking forward to the scavenger hunt plus the climatic battle with my precious Gothodaemon. Talk about killing the fun.”

>Ask Barbatos why it hijacked Asteroth, who is her master, what is the connection between her and Gotham, and the fixation towards you while keeping your cool.
>Tell Barbatos to quit beating around the bush and get to the real reason why she summoned you and got so deeply involved with your life.
>Try to break out of her perverse motherly smothering and get into a fighting stance for what you presume will be round 2.
>Choose to cut the middle man out and agree to whatever she is suggesting since she's still your familiar but you're opting for an equal partnership like Child as you make some ground rules.

“Why are you here? And where exactly, are we?” You exclaim, naturally embarrassed by where you are currently placed—yet sensing the clear teasing that the bat-themed woman was trying to do. You instead calmed down and chose not to let her rouse you into an outburst.

“Well, don’t you remember? You made Gothika, otherwise formally known as Asteroth your familiar and banished her from the physical plan by speaking her name, her real name. Hence, we’re in limbo, or rather the mental space version of it and not the intermediate state. It’s the only way I could currently communicate with you while abiding by the evocation. Although, that won’t matter since you’ll be leaving Gotham anyway.” Barbatos explains, reminding you with the cheeky waggling of her finger.

“Like inception?” You say, thinking back on that movie as the principle made the entire realm make all the more sense to you.

“Yes, exactly like inception. Time dilation is far stronger here than in the upper echelons of the dreamscape. One hour in the real world can equal to nearly a year (333 days) here.” Barbatos nods.“So, let’s say that you slept for ten hours in the real world. In the first level, it would only be a week (8.3 days), in the second it becomes six months (5.47 months), and in the third, it’ll be ten years (9.1 years). So, by that, can you solve how long it’ll be in here, the purgatory of dream space?”

Thinking about it for a moment, recalling the imprecise math from the movie before refining the 1:20 ratio entirely based on the information fed to you. Before long you inevitably came to an answer, which by its very concept caused your eyes to widen. “a hundred and eighty years....”

“Wow, you really are astute, perceptive too. Yes, I chose this place precisely since it’ll be the easiest to converse with you without any outside interference. After all, you’re gradually becoming a big name in the otherworldly realms. Ms. Successor.” Barbatos smiles, clapping her hands in delight.

“Right, ignoring the potential condescendence you’re giving me, I’m just going to ask this. You said you had to abide by your master upon swapping places with Asteroth. Who exactly is your master? Why exactly did you feel like it was necessary to hijack Asteroth’s placement in the first place? Not many people would willingly throw themselves into the bus like that.” You curtly ask again, trying not to get swept by the dragon’s antics and take control of the conversation.
>>
>>5502719
“First off, it should be obvious as to whom is my master.” Barbatos coly remarks.

“Doctor Gotham?” You guessed, partially being serious while the other half was being sarcastic.

“Ugh, ew no. He’s a step down from Simon Hunt, but both are not exactly what I would call exquisite catches. "Sticking her tongue out in disgust, Barbatos merely changes the subject after getting her wits about. “My master is the Great Darkness, otherwise known as God’s shadow partner and absence of light. The Great Evil Beast aspect falls under Master Therion though.”

“Bezalel. His name is Bezalel.” You retort, correcting Barbatos as you didn’t want to have him be treated like some mere thing or disrespected.

“Ah yes, Master Bezalel, my mistake.” Barbatos apologizes, showing respect to her master rather than towards you specifically. “As for what my ties to my master are, it's quite simple, I am his avatar. The manifestation and embodiment of the Great Darkness made flesh and bone. In your case, however, I am an incarnate divine teacher.”

“What do you mean by that? "You ask, showing concern for Bezalel as you put up your guard.

“Exactly what I said, a divine teacher to the successor of both Darkworld and the Shadowlands. It is through Jesus of Nazareth that God or the Presence was able to take on humanity and its nature while dwelling within the word made flesh and the world itself. Thus, you spawn the Gentle Darkness from the primordial source and its quintessential soul. Now given meaning through the name Bezalel. Leading to it following the same footsteps as the Light and incorporating your humanity. Which in turn affected me and gave me the form that you see before you.” Barbados explains.

“So, you’re some ancient and powerful force, practically his right-hand man?” You muse, tilting your eyes from her as you disgust her words. “Not sure how I should feel you using my template like this...”

“I prefer left-hand or southpaw since I do exude my master’s might as a symbol. I find it far more effective to use words as the orator rather than brute force as a sword, a silver tongue is far more versatile than an iron fist. Finesse fits me just fine. Though I am still a dragon so I do know how to throw my weight around and exert my might when necessary. I just choose to compartmentalize it.” Barbados retorts, correcting your impression while keeping her sights set fully on you. “As for the actual right-hand man, they will come into materialized existence sooner or later. Like me they’ll be taking elements from you, so don’t be surprised if you run into a doppelganger. “
>>
>>5502794
“Right, I’m going to put a pin in that for later and ask why you were in Gotham. I know it’s a dark and gloomy place but surely there must have been a better spot for your burial grounds.” You say, continuing to ignore the awkward placement you were currently stationed in. Doing your best to keep your cool while looking up at the demonic dragon as she sits on her throne.

“I suppose I should address that. Just don’t be disappointed if it's not grandiose.” Barbatos contemplates, stroking her chin. “I was summoned countless centuries ago by a cult. Mostly they were looking to invoke my power by using bats as a medium and were willing to sacrifice a virgin woman to try and control me. The audacity of you humans will never cease to amaze and entertain me.” Upon saying that the smile on Barbados's face grew three sizes that day, albeit more subtly.

“Anyway, upon summoning me I of course had to punish the humans for their arrogance in trying to control me. Though truthfully, I was immensely grateful for them opening the door for me to enter this plane of existence. Still, I couldn’t let that act go unpunished. Nevertheless, those chicken shits ran away after the actions of one somewhat nobleman disrupt the ritual and summoned me before the sacrifice. This soon led to a fire in the manner followed by sealing both the woman and me inside as it burned. Leaving me as a mere spectator in limbo with the giant bat that served as my anchor reduced to nothing but bones.

“From my essence born Gothodaemon, the same demonic beast two centuries ago was lingering as a remnant of the heinous acts this city produced in its inevitable wake of five hundred years. And of course, I have to take credit for the magical hotspot and serving as the foundation for that hack of Doctor Gotham’s powers and witchcraft. Including his influence once he was entombed. Therefore, once those two elements deeply imprinted onto you alongside being given my bones, I was able to finally reconstitute myself whole once again. So, for that, you have my eternal gratitude.”Barbatos smiles again, this time being genuine despite having a dangerous sweetness to it.

“You’re welcome, I guess. If anything, you have to thank Doctor Gotham for pissing me off and triggering the roller coaster that led to this.” You curtly remark, shrugging a bit while showing concern about leaving that chestnut unroasted.

“Doctor Gotham is no more, and if some inkling of his essence survives, leave it to the shadowpack to deal with. The main aspect, the core nexus that gave his overwhelming power is with me again. As for Gothodaemon, it still resides within me, both an extension of my being and its own sentient existence. I can summon it back through my beck and call, and by extension so can you.” Barbatos answers, sensing the concern you had for the warlock-made doctor.
>>
>>5502797
Feeling goosebumps up her saying that, you merely narrow your eyes and continue holding up your defenses. Slowly understanding just what kind of person Barbatos is. “Right, so those answers are informative and clear up a lot. But there’s one thing I want to know. What’s with this fixation on me? What’s your game? While I’m flattered at your monomania towards me, I have to address that your furor is equally unsettling. Like what did I do to earn your ruling passion...you know aside from befriending your boss...or yourself? Man, this is really confusing.”

Slowly arching her back while cupping your face with her hands, Barbatos pulled you closer to lock eyes with. You were keeping her authentic yet demonic smile as the silhouette of a gigantic dragon formed behind her. “I would have to say the moment you died and earned the quintessence favor. But honestly, it goes way back to the moment of your conception. After all, you have quite a special origin about you, a descendent of Samson. The Atavism of Christ awakened within you during that point, giving you the to become a demigoddess. Although a mere coincidence, the fact you become the next Adam Kadmon speaks volumes about your character. The fact that Jacob’s blessing carried onto you, cementing your right to the Strength Force, and you achieving the Lion of Judah to become closer to euhemerized solar deity also greatly helped in your favor. But the most convincing was the acceptance of Asherah’s aeons and being recognized as the Queen of Heavens.”

“That said, I foresaw a vision upon looking into you during my stay in limbo. And to be quite honest, I was fascinated by the fate laid upon you. The multiple incarnations of you that spread out in the multiverse. There are so many different paths you could take, and so many different outcomes both good and bad. It’s truly exhilarating. So, I couldn’t help myself but intergrade with the prime variant of Sarena Rosenberger. Although, you had just as much of a hand in this as only I thanks to that wish you made to my master and other self. So, you only have yourself to blame for drawing me into your life.” As Barbatos spoke, her fingertips pressed against your cheeks, slowly caressing your face while her crimson eyes are radiant with an intense glow.
>>
>>5502852
“As for what my goal is and why I summoned you here. It’s simple, first I want solid footing back into the main universe. If it has to be done through cementing my place as your familiar, then so be it. Secondly, it's to guide and protect the successor of Darkworld and the Shadowlands. I won’t lie and say that I don’t share the same sentiment as Asteroth about refusing to submit to someone who I’ve deemed inferior to myself or my master. Though, I have no problems prostrating to a Sarena Rosenberger once fully groomed and honed her abilities to be a true successor to my master.” Barbatos said, laughing coyly as her passions burned brighter and the shadow intensifies further.

“I could make you the world’s greatest mage, the paradigm avatar of the supreme being, the mightiest champion, and so much more. All while retaining your attachment to your humanity. Whether you like it or not, a god is residing in your body. It’s merely in its chrysalis stage, but gradually through your actions, you have done well to nurture it. Slowly but surely cultivate it. I merely want to put my stock into your growth. As well as see who would reign supreme. Master Therion, the embodiment of the beastly rage of my master and its primal nature. Or would it be you, the symbol of its humanity and growing ego? Again, it's truly compelling to see how this goes. But it would be far too boring if the odds were swayed heavily in one side’s favor. ”

>Break out of Barbatos's hold and begin fighting back. Before anything, you need to conquer this dragon before she becomes a problem.
>Resignedly accept Barbatos as your divine teacher as her avatar. But remind the dragon she's your familiar as well as you being her boss. You won't tolerate any form of betrayal or insubordination.
>Ask to postpone her deal as you need time to think it over and Barbatos needs to prove herself trustworthy like Child did beforehand.
>Try to befriend Barbatos as you did with Bezalel as you set some ground rules for basically being her anchor and medium.

Sorry for the delay. An update is coming today, was supposed to be much sooner actually. But Office or should I say Microsoft 365 ended up being a real pain. So I had to go through some hoops installing a non-ass retarded means of writing without having to do it from my browser like Office wanted me to. Among other things like setting up for my grandma.

I'll make this up with the next update.

“...So, is that it huh? Am I some sort of sport to you?! Some amusement for you to bet on as you act as both my familiar and coach?” You argue, getting more upset upon hearing the news but still doing your best to remain collected. “I may have revulsion towards Therion, especially if it’s the root of all my problems. But I refuse to let myself be played by someone else for sport.”

“Remind me again who recklessly dove into darkworld through the heart of darkness, trying to acquire the power to bend the vanguard of the Lords of Chaos to your will and keep her in check as a wrangler.” Barbatos rebukes, using her sharp tongue to dig a knife right into you and twist it deep into your metaphorical chest cavity. “Come on now, don’t be shy, it's not like the cat got your tongue after all.”

“So, are you implying that you will be that so-called force for me and Bezalel?” You scoff, trying your best to not let the avatar of the great darkness rile you up. Something that you were gradually failing at.

“Correct, my foremost goal is keeping my master and successor safe and properly nurtured. So, think of me as Emmanuel/Immanuel, just like how you picture my master as God’s Shadow. Here to provide shelter by my protective presence and emanation from my mighty wings.” Barbatos attempts to reassure you would only make you feel uneasy. As if this person was far more dangerous than Child, at least for the latter she has Amy Winston’s essence counterbalance her chaotic nature. But Barbatos, she was definitely lawful evil at least.

Pausing if so briefly, you soon decide to ask the million-dollar question. “And what happens if I fail, that I fall to Therion. I recall him trying to reincarnate the Scarlet Woman, Babalon I think that was her name. The exact details about it were pretty vague.”

“Your soul would simultaneously be consumed and corrupted as your physical form gives way to a harrowing transformation. Transforming you into not just any leviathan, but the leviathan known as the primordial abyss, the water dragon of darkness and chaos, Rahab. Fully consummating your place as both it, and Babalon, the Scarlet Woman of Master Therion. And the two of you would live happily ever after in the darkest reaches of the void.” Barbatos bluntly answers, giving you the whole truth rather than lessening the blow.

“And what would happen to my original body if that happens, will it go comatose or...” You muttered, pausing at the end upon implying either death or a worse fate to come if your soul was no more. You feel like you knew the answer but you still wanted to hear it from Barbados’s mouth.
>>
>>5505151
“It will also be morphed by the change. Serving as a vessel and avatar for both Therion and Babalon to do as they please in the mortal realm. Most likely your family will be among the first of many victims that will become causalities in the chaos those two will bring.” Barbatos continues.

“Yeah, I don’t exactly like the idea of the wicked god version of Bonnie and Clyde using my body as a permanent timeshare.” You uttered, almost shivering at the worst-case scenario coming to fruition.

“I would imagine so. That’s why it’s only natural that you should take my hand and- “Before Barbatos would finish, she would feel you abruptly pushing against her. In one fell swoop, you broke yourself from the dragon’s hold and got straight up into her face with a fully defiant look.

“Look here, tall, dark and handsome. While I do agree with Therion being the much bigger threat and I wouldn’t want my entire existence overwritten to become Babalon, the Scarlet Woman. And I most certainly wouldn’t want my family nor my hard-fought life as Sarena Rosenberger to vanish just like that. Hell, I wouldn’t want the apocalypse to happen in general. I have too many people riding on me and I will not disappoint their expectations of me.” You rebuke Barbatos, practically reaching your boiling point as you couldn’t take this sitting back any longer.
“The fact of the matter is that you’re far too devious and dubious to be a dependable mentor or ally. Child might be condensing in her cordial, prissy schoolgirl shtick. But compared to her she’s far more earnest and tamed compared to your priggish attitude. From the moment I set my eyes on you, I knew that you were more than what you appeared. And hearing how sententious you are, I have my answer. You think of me as nothing more than an accessory to your master. A mere tool or puppet to advance your own agenda. It’s one thing to be patronizing, but I’m not going to have some supercilious, dragon look down at me like she’s staring at walking garbage. “Having now gone to berate the dragon, you followed up by slapping her in the face. No longer tolerating her attitude or antics anymore.
>>
>>5505201
Briefly dimming her eyes in shock, the demonic dragon froze for a bit, completely unfazed by the blow. Slowly pulling her eyes to look back at you, a more darken expression gradually appears. Showing genuine disgust towards you. “Can you blame me for thinking that? Have you ever looked at a domesticated animal like a dog or an insect like an ant and thought they’re on the same equal footing as you?” “I’ll admit that you have your usage and your feats so far are impressive. But you shouldn’t get ahead of yourself. Just because my master acknowledges you, it doesn’t mean that I have to. Personally, you’re pushing your luck far to my liking, human. Turning the Great Darkness into this Gentle Darkness is alienating to me, and I’m not the only one who thinks this. I’m sure the right-hand empty entity is coming to the same conclusion. And as much of an untamed ferocious beast Master Therion is, he isn’t a mindless brute. He only sees you as a means to an end, nothing more.”

“As my master must have told you, as successor you’ll have to deal with the various paroxysms that come from his being. “Putting her hand against her chest, Barbatos closes her eyes before dropping the pretense and acting more callous. “So, tell me, why is it that some Jewish girl from some bumfuck planet is the appointed successor. Sure, I’ll admit you got some good genes and potential. But it means nothing if the person in question refuses to use your gifts appropriately. I can see right threw you. You’re afraid of leaving your old life behind. Scared to become more than a mere human. That’s why the first chance of ascension you backpedaled from godhood to regress to where you are at the start. Just a mere mouthpiece or figurehead to the ones in charge. How am I supposed to feel having such a person as my master?”

Slowly opening her eyes, her pupils took a more vertical slit and the sclera became pitch black. Resembling more like a dragon than the human guise she put on previously. “In other words, don’t get complacent and think I’ll turn tricks happily for a spoiled, selfish brat like you. You’re a successor in name only, and I won’t be surprised the first chance you’ll get you’ll abandon my master to secure your comfortable life, you spineless coward.”

>Lash out at Barbatos, admitting you never wanted any of this and were content with living your normal life previously as you vent your real feelings.

>Acknowldge both your divinity and humanity as equal parts of yourself. No longer willing to choose one or the other as a demigoddess.
>Allow yourself to become a demihuman again as you're not ready to be a real deity or half of one yet. But you are comfortable being more than a mere human.
>Use the power of a god but adamantly continue your stance of just being a vessel to it. As far as your concern, your godly self and your human self are two completely different entities.

>Admit to Barbatos that she's right, and it's because of that selfishness you won't abandon anything, including Bezalel. You will fulfill your duty AND maintain your normal life.
>Use the power of a god but adamantly continue your stance of just being a vessel to it. As far as your concern, your godly self and your human self are two completely different entities.

“And what’s so wrong with that?! What’s so bad about wanting to help people while maintaining a normal life? Why should I have to fully commit to one or the other, sacrificing one of them in the process?! After all that I went through to maintain that balance between the two worlds that represent me, like hell I’m going to give either of them up.” You scream, lashing back at the dragon as you had enough. There was no way you were going to be lectured and criticized by someone like her.

“That’s precisely why your half-baked, you coward. Barbatos retort, chastising you once again while missing the point.

“You’re wrong!” You curtly retorted back.

“How exactly am I wrong? I feel like I’ve been quite sound in my evaluation of you.” Barbatos scoffs.

“Wrong in the sense that I’m half-baked. I can admit that I am selfish and spoiled. Especially compared to a lot of people who lost their normal life and have no choice but to enter this brand-new world. And it's true, I am afraid of losing my humanity and becoming either a divine beast or a full-blown goddess. When you find out that the body you’re currently inhabiting is made out of living clay, it certainly puts things in perspective. Also, let’s not forget the two times I transformed into a real demihuman via the Lion of Judah and the Eagle of Christ which make up my current Gryphon form. “You explain, glaring daggers at Barbatos in between keeping true to your real feelings.

“That being said, it’s because I’m selfish and spoiled that I cannot bring myself to abandon anything. Not my normal life, my family, my friends, the obligations to Quintessence, and my partner and bestie Bezalel. All of this is important to me as no one aspect outweighs the other. So again, you’re wrong when you called me half-baked, and you’re wrong about me being a coward who would betray and ditch your master at the drop of a hat. “You continued, placing your hand against your chest as you hold on to the brooch tightly to emphasize your unbreakable bond with Bezalel.

“Well, isn’t that just greedy? You think that being rapacious with a plucky spirit can make up for your unwillingness to ascend to your true, natural state.” With her right arm cocked back, tightly griping the muscles to the point of swelling, Barbatos delivers a hard right across your face. Hitting with enough force to shatter the sound barrier as a miniature sonic boom and intense wind pressure surge from the blow. “Don’t get cocky, you half-boiled reincarnated goddess. We’re not in your heavenly domain, queen of heaven, nor do you have the experience to draw upon my master’s power and use either the Darkworld or Shadowlands in the same way. As far as I’m concerned, you’re just a pampered champion who's gimping herself because of idiotic reasoning. “

Acting solely on instinct, you simultaneously threw a hard punch yourself, achieving a cross-counter strike just seconds before being flung away. Your cheek was throbbing from the pain as the sonic boom reverberated throughout your entire body. Yet you would remain steadfast as you glare back at Barbatos. “As far as I’m concerned, I’ve made the correct decision. God resides within each and every human being. This human body of mine is no different, it’s the living church, temple, mosque, or synagogue of God. The supreme being has fully manifested within me, abiding everywhere from every inch, right down to my very pores. Yet it resides the closest to my heart and soul, the very core of my very being beyond my physical body and mind. So, I know without a shadow of a doubt that the radiant love and compassion God has lived within us, and that love is made complete in us, and vice versa. Thus, he entrusts the holy "breath" and "spirit" (ruach) that comprise the divine spark with me as it indwells within me like everyone else, akin to divinity. The triune god, comprised of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (alternatively a Father, a Mother of Life/the Living Spirit, and the Original Man) is no different as I bare them much as I exist in him.”

“This hypostatic union is proof that I am an incarnation, the union of divinity with humanity. Bearer of the trinity, the embodiment of the Demiurge, crafted in the same manner as Adam Kadmon, and Avatar. Much like the Person of Christ, the dual nature of both divine and human exist simultaneously as a compound physis. But it is because of that duality that I am both an incarnation and avatar. Nothing more, nothing less.” You explain, clinching your fist as your passionate emotions began to swell inside. Flaring out like wildfire as you grit your teeth and got into fighting form.
>>
>>5506409
“So, the reason why in your words I refuse to ascend to true godhood is that I am both Sarena Rosenberger and Asherah. A longtime resident of Jump City and Champion of the Quintessence. An agent/arbiter (potential to be a Lord) of the Eternal Balance between Chaos and Order as well as the Successor to Darkworld and the Shadowlands. If the prospects of Shekhinah and Tahamat/Tiamat [also Jehovah (Yahweh) and Têmtum (Tehom/Tehomot)] can exist in harmony while remaining as individuals, then so can I. I will be both full god and fully man, perfectly as well as imperfectly both divine and human. Those two complete and distinct natures are who I am and that will never change. Not by you or anyone else.” Upon making that declaration, your body starts to surge with divine light. The halo-like aureoles around you began to form before suddenly intensifies. Enshrouding you in a brilliant golden hue, reminiscent of that of the celestial star known as the sun.

Unlike before when it sparked a more animalistic anthropomorphic transformation, you found yourself fully retaining your humanity as the power rushes through you. Gushing forward with newfound strength to the point was deluging with great intensity. It was overwhelming just like both the Plethora and Hysterema sources you cultivated as a conduit and capacitor. And yet the immanence and its emanation felt different, it was related to the source and yet was more cosmic than celestial. A powerful source directly tied to the fundamental forces that govern the universe.

Perhaps it was because you weren’t transformed as Plethora that you didn’t trigger the griffin or even the lesser forms of the Lion of Judah and/or the Eagle of Christ. Despite somehow tapping into the Pleroma, albeit far less expeditiously and exponentially. Then again, you were in the dreamscape, a realm where the conscious and subconscious intertwine. So, not being burdened by the physical constraints of the mortal coil could explain why you could draw upon it so easily. That, or perhaps there was another source that gave you means to bypass the barrier without transforming into Plethora.

In any case, the power was causing a radical change in your ethereal body created by thoughtform. Without warning, you feel your body suddenly bulk up as it was increasing its mass. From head to toe, it was packing more beef than it knew what to do with as it continues to pile up. Those bulging muscles started pushing out, clearly growing larger and stronger underneath your skin. Likewise, your skin became tougher and thicker to compensate for the rapid growth. It was feeling like every fiber of your body is being pulled and thickened like some sort of taffy machine going into top gear. All the while your regulation hair quickly cascaded down your back.
>>
>>5506632
The surging energy continues to explosively accumulate, thus triggering inflation of the musculoskeletal system as your body swelled in every direction. Both it and your mass ballooned out explosively in response to flaring up from all the excess energy, forcing your body to contain every inch of the exponential growth. As a result of this, you would feel as if you were theoretically becoming infinitely heavier, tougher, denser, and/or muscularly more robust. The sharp increment in mass was naturally accompanied by both an increase in size as well as density.

Therefore, further accentuating your growing physique as you become bigger, stronger, and next to invulnerable. Before you knew it, you soon saw yourself now as a hulking brute, boasting a heavily muscular feminine physique with an hourglass figure and pronounced abs. In addition, you now sport glowing golden hair that was just as voluminous and silky as Rapunzel upon reaching a similar length. Luckily your clothing managed to fit your current frame, looking far less voluminous as it was now form-fitting if not skintight. Power was oozing through you as it continues to explosively gush out.

More and more you began to resemble a feminine version of your ancestor Samson. Now morphed into an oversized, musclebound titan version of yourself, you took no time in making the next move. With a clenched fist you abruptly throw a strong right hook at Barbatos. Hitting her clean right in the cheekbone as you send her flying. Quickly firmly planting your foot to the ground, causing a remarkable crater underneath, you tense up your powerful leg muscles as they swell once more. Contracting up to the designated point, you soon sprung forward with tremendous speed.

Before Barbatos would know what hit her, much less realign herself in time, you quickly close the distance between the two of you. Having enough time to see your blurred silhouette, Barbatos was soon bombarded with another onslaught of attack rushes. Primarily of punches with a few kicks thrown in for good measure, causing the demonic dragon to get a taste of déjà vu. Only this time she wasn’t merely substituting for the original Gothika, instead, Barbatos was taking the full brunt of those attacks at greater velocity and intensity. Explosively accelerating in escalation with each blow added to the combo.

Just like with Asteroth, you felt a strong, burning desire to conquer Barbatos. Call it woman’s intuition but you strongly believed that the avatar of the great darkness would surely become a problem if you didn’t deal with her now. So, you didn’t hold anything back with those volleys of blows, knowing that the dragon could weather through those blows. Each one smoothly connects to the next in a series of sequential strikes. All the while doing their best to stagger if not also stun Barbatos in a manner akin to what Asteroth dealt with. You weren’t giving her a chance to counterattack.
>>
>>5506633
Unlike Asteroth however, Barbatos was far sturdier if not stout as well as responsive. Thanks to that extra cushion she carries as a dragon, it allowed her to mostly absorb the shock and diffuse the impact associated. Effectively reducing the overall damage and effectiveness of those powerfully heavy blows of yours. Although she still felt great pain from those relentless blows, she was able to weather through them. Just long enough for a body, that was bearing the brunt of those attacks, to finally find an opening to break through. Thus, you find your rhythm finally coming to an end as Barbatos swiftly kicks you against your jaw before following up with a spinning kick to your abdomen.
“Christ almighty, you surely know how to punch above your weight class. Feels like I’m getting pelted by dense meteorites.” Barbatos exclaimed, rubbing the side of her now bruised cheek after succeeding in pushing you back considerably. In standard horror fashion, the dragon entity merely twists and contorts her body back into place. It was very unsettling to see such brutal ragdoll physics being applied here.
As her body realign itself, Barbatos gave a soul-piercing glare, almost paralyzing you completely as you were left to watch her recover. “You truly are a descendant of Samson. Dare I say the essence of Jacob has also fully bloomed within you as well? I should’ve acted sooner than ultimately give you time to tap into the boom that brat Child gave you. I didn’t think she would forcibly awaken the Atavism inside you and give you the means to tap into your birthright while remaining in your human form.”

“As such, not only can you fully tap into the Strength Force, an ancient cosmic power deeply tied to the principles of land, gravity, density, and mass shifting; all of which are centered around the Force of Motion. But convert the very energies associated with emotions into pure, raw power and mass. Be they come from you or those around you. Coupled with the homo Magnus properties provided thanks to the heart of darkness. It seems that even if Plethora was rendered out of the equation, you’re still a troublesome brat.” Barbatos uttered, letting out a grunt as she finally pulls herself together.

“If you know what’s good for you, you’ll stay down.” You roar, charging at Barbatos with blinding speed. Only for her to soon adjust her body in a way that made your incoming strike slide right off her body. It was clear that she was getting used to handling your monstrously herculean prowess.
>>
>>5506634
“You have the raw power and absolute strength, but you lack experience as well as expertise. Only utilizing your instincts and prodigious talents to make up for that flaw. Coupled with that extremely resilient body of yours, it's safe to say on average that would be enough to more or less defeat most opponents. You walking juggernaut of a powerhouse. “Barbatos scoffs, weaving and bobbing to dodge your next onslaught of attacks. Upon the last punch thrown, however, Barbatos would catch it with her palm, her arm fully encased in dragon scales. “Such lumbering moves will never beat me; they encumber you too much. Also...”

Delivering a powerful punch to the gut, you find yourself suddenly left wheezing as you were soon sent flying back from Barbados’s dragonized arm. “Your so-called imperviousness loses strength the more you focus the Strength Force on specific bodily attributes. “

Stomping your feet against the ground you forcibly stop yourself from skittling further from Barbatos. Clicking your teeth in frustration, you feel your body naturally swelling further as you bulk up. Rage was the sole cause of triggering this exponential growth, but it wasn’t the only stimulation you came to realize. Any form of excitation anger or fear was enough to trigger this surge of growth. You couldn’t let your rational thought be taken from you. If you were going to be this hulking, she-woman, then you were going to do it under your terms. You won’t settle for anything less.

Slamming your hands against your chest in an aggressive, gorilla-like fashion you let out a mighty roar. Emptying all the frustration and anxiety bottled up within, you begin to control the divine inspiration and frenzy brought upon your enthusiastic rampage. In response to cooling down, your body began to compact itself rather than simply shrink down. Calmly releasing these emotions while remaining composed was the best means of utilizing this power. Thus, you began to compartmentalize these rampant feelings, fueling you while avoiding letting them consume you like before.

To Barbados’s surprise, she would see your body rapidly condense itself, gradually losing the oversized musclebound stature it previously carried. Giving way to a more compact and slenderer yet still impressively muscular titan. If your previous form could be compared to a super-heavy tank as a hulkish brute, then this current athletic yet shapely appearance would be that of a light tank. Tremendous power and brute strength still exude rampantly from you, but it was far more controlled and focused. No longer the massive ball of boundless yet aimless destructive force.

>>5506637
Glancing at your hand, you take notice of this change as you feel more like yourself. Shifting your eyes back to Barbatos, you ready yourself to go another round with the dragon. Having done a really good number on her, you were confident that you could truly conquer her right now. At the same time, you were unaware that around the Star of David symbol on your brooch, there was a Hamsa as well as the Eye of Providence forming around the pentagram. It was immediately resonating with another force as it projects a defensive field around you, enhancing the aureole and its aura in the process.

>Continue the fight with Barbatos as you will finish what you started and completely conquer her. No matter how long it’ll take.
>Let Barbatos off for now as you made your point and earned her acknowledgment. Focus instead on dealing with whatever threat is Bezalel trying to warn you about back in the real world.
>Punch Barbatos and make it clear that you and she aren’t enemies. Offer your hand towards friendship but remind Barbatos that rather if she wants to acknowledge it or not, you are Bezalel’s successor. Thus, you won’t tolerate any backstabbing or antagonism from her as you drag her back to the real world with you.

“Seems like you got a direct call from Master Bezalel, judging from that Hamsa currently reverberating through its harmonious vibration. Or it’s actually the Eye of Providence, knowing you it’s probably both given your ties. Either way, I would take that if I was you.” Barbatos remarks, still holding on to your left hand with a vice-iron grip from her draconic claws.

Looking at the symbol forming around your neck, now in the shape of a bowtie-like brooch or bow brooch in comparison to the heart-shaped Pendant/Locket Brooch. You merely narrow your eyes at Barbatos upon shifting your sights back from the jewelry. A feeling of anxiety was washing over you upon reflecting on the flashing light. It was something important if your bestie was trying to communicate with you in this separate space. And yet you couldn’t bring yourself to ignore Barbatos and pick up on the message. Right now, she was the greater threat and thus needed to be neutralized.

“It’ll have to wait. Right now, your public enemy number one, and I’m going to bring you down.” You declare, forcibly backing away as you broke out of Barbados’s grip through mass-shifting. Soon taking a fighting position as you bulk back up into fighting form.

“Ho? I’m so flattered to earn your attention. But do you really think you can do such a thing and make me submit it? Can you commit your entire heart and soul to the challenge, regardless of how long it’ll take, or if it is even possible?” Barbatos teases, cracking her hand while realigning herself as she explosively recovers from her beating by exerting more energy.

“Whatever it takes.” You bellow, lunging forward to her in sprinting fashion towards the demonic dragon with all of your might. Causing Barbatos to meet you head-on as she follows suit with a running charge herself. Soon ended up with a dramatic clash as a sudden mass of wind pressure and kinetic force jolted from the upcoming strike from both of you.
>>
>>5509545
A punch there, a kick there, some volleys coming from both sides, there was a lot to take from your onslaught against Barbatos. Of course, based entirely on experience, she was aware of any and all attacks made against her here. There was a big difference between discerning something and having the presence of mind, the physical capability, or even the territorial advantage required to block or deflect said attack. Skill, speed, and space were just as important as having the keenness to act upon the warning one was able to foresee. And yet, Barbatos had that with spades despite your best efforts of hitting her regardless.

Barbatos merely danced around your blows, switching up the weaving and bobbing with some parries and absorbing the blow. Specifically, her version was more about having the attack slide off her body through a well-timed turn and other position-adjusting movements. Though, she was just as capable of tanking those attacks as you had to whenever she retaliated with a few blows of her own. It happened more often than you liked to admit, but no one was perfect. And thus, you planned to take advantage of that, provided you could power through her impressive precision and graceful motions.

You let your prodigious insight and innate talent guide your movements in between strikes. Trying your best to be adept at anticipating her blow and reading her flow to get better-visualized imagery or simulacra of her upcoming attack. Easier said than done as while you were far from fighting sloppily, you were mainly street brawling rather than showing the level of performance of a proper martial artist. Despite having some martial training, you still opted to fight like a brawler, using your own weight and force to buffer your blows as it gave them a sharp, deliberating heaviness to them.

And yet Barbatos was countering them, adapting to them with dangerous efficiency with each exchange between her and yourself. Despite being a dragon in human skin, Barbatos was quite a masterful fighter. Despite having the more dominating presence, it was a far cry from having access to the full range of maneuverability required to gain and maintain momentum. Unlike Barbatos who was able to achieve that AND still have the dominating, overwhelming strength to crush her enemies. It was truly night and day between the two of you, but thankfully not on the same gap level as the heavens and earth.
>>
>>5509547
Still, you could sense that this fight would take virtually forever before you could have an iota of making due to your declaration. She was a much better combatant than the original Gothika. Even if you had the heavens on your side and effectively nerfed Asteroth by invoking her true name. Though with Child’s boon and Bezalel powers, you more or less took Astaroth’s name as your own alongside congregating the various representation of the Queen of Heavens, especially that of Asherah and Ashtoreth/Astarte. Further elevating the Hysterema power within you along with the Pleroma on top of bestowing the strength force.

Of course, neither was entirely useful in this situation, you couldn’t tap into the archon's emanation that governs the Hysterema and Astaroth’s quintessence. And given the nature of the realm, you also doubt that you could turn into Plethora at the moment. Nor did you feel the need to do so mind you. While not intended with her speech, Barbatos has dealt a heavy blow to your pride. So to transform into your empowered demihuman state would only prove her right. Thus, be it instinct or sheer will, you force yourself to remain human while drawing on the godly power within.

That being said, in comparison to your form as Plethora or using your living clay body to partially transform, you were limited in your usage. Due to your choice, your human form didn’t carry with it the divine blood that makes up the rainbow elixir. Thus, you couldn’t apply any of the thirty-four colors onto your skin nor activate the rainbow mode. Only Plethora could do such a thing. As well as you couldn’t manifest the lion of Judah, the eagle of Christ, or the griffin/gryphon of the Demiurge without going Plethora. Despite this, you weren’t completely out of options, all thanks to your blessings and boons.

Magic? Magic was most certainly an option for you now due to both the heart of darkness beating vigorously within and the oval-shaped amulet within your brooch. The negative gemstone of the darkworld, or more especially it was an immaculate replica of the original, like the Mystic Gem of Ahri'ahn. It is through these two symbols that you were marketed as the successor to the throne. Thus, both Darkworld and the Shadowlands empowered you with their single, black infinitude. Essentially turning you akin to a native-born resident of the realms, thus capable of ancient Homo Magi spellcasting.
>>
>>5509549
Unfortunately, despite having true magicks you strongly doubt that you could actually cast any spells. Not only did you not have your grimoire, but never actually tried the Theomatics system that Bezalel said your form of magic stems from. Numerology/Arithmancy, Gematria, Isopsephy, and English Qaballa, any form of using numbers or symbols would do you no good. Heck, not even Temurah nor Notarikon would help you since again this was new territory for you. Even if you were great at coding and programming, you never applied it on this front. So, you didn’t want to gamble on untamed wild magic.

By the order of emulation, that only left you was the other boon that Child has given you, the embodiment of your heritage as Samson’s descendent and Jacob’s capacitor. The Strength Force. Being a conduit and capacitor of the mystical, cosmic force, you were bequeathed powers centered around gravity and the force of motion. Not only that but you were also deeply rooted in the land, empowering you further through the ley lines or dragon’s veins. Branching into Geokinesis and not just manipulating physical force, gravity, and/or mass and density.

However, even with potentially embodying strength in all of its forms and having the potential for Infinitum, absolute strength. There was of course a catch to it. Whenever you convert the Strength Force into utilizing those other facets, you would feel the tactile emanations that fueled your powers and its aura weakening depending on the output. Shrinking you completely when exuding a specific amount of energy and/or force, that or through repetitive usage with no intervals of rest. Thus, you were made aware that the force needs an outlet, for better or worse.

Realizing this, started to explain a lot of things, hence why you bulked up so thoroughly with your previously hulkish brute body. When strictly keeping it to manipulating your physiological semblance, by either strengthening or weakening certain aspects of it. It not only retains the mass and density associated with the force, but it surges more intensely depending on the output. These gravitonic inceptions were the source that allow you to change and alter aspects of yourself. Knowing this only highlights the core issue with the strength force, it was a tricky, technical tool with a hefty learning curve.
>>
>>5509552
There was no doubt about it, this strength force is quite a difficult source of power to adapt, much less master. You couldn’t let yourself lose control of your senses, not even for a moment. Doing so would cause you to regress into your oversized, heavily muscular form. This was made painstakingly obvious to you during your fight with Barbatos. At many different interval points in the bout, your body abruptly bulked up and swelled like an iron balloon. Only for it to rapidly deflate upon tempering yourself as the added physiological muscle mass and bone density regressed once again into a tightly compact package.

Holding it all in was comparable to that of morning sickness (bloating and nausea), right down to being just as turgid but throughout the entire body. This sensation was only inflamed by the umbrage you felt towards Barbatos and this general situation. Honestly, there wasn’t a thing you didn’t feel any anger or frustration towards. Barbatos was the go-to target but if you were being honest, the person you felt the biggest rage toward was oddly yourself.

Thus a paradox was born as you wrestle with these feelings. You couldn’t let your rage flow freely and let it consume you. On the other hand, simply bottling it up over yielding it wasn’t a good option either. You had to let it explode or intensify unabated, while simultaneously containing it within and compartmentalizing the intense fury and its rage. This was precisely like the time when you were tackling the wrath within you over your death. As well as the strong craving to avenge yourself and/or lash out over the loss of your normal life. No, perhaps it was even worse than what you felt back then.

Truly it was a perplexing conundrum the more you thought about it. Even with the changes done by Bezalel, the wraith-like traits didn’t fully leave you, just like when you were first brought back. It was embossed straight into your quintessence and gradually exacerbated. Only inflamed further through your current state of being as you continue to thrash and run wild against Barbatos. Every single cell in your body was currently screaming in constant outrage. Not even your heart nor soul was safe from the hell-like fury that surges forth with extreme hellacious vigor inside you.
>>
>>5509555
It was just like Robin said unless you got closure and made the effort to overcome these intense feelings. Then, you will never stop being plagued by them as they continue to fester perpetually. Not helping your case was how headstrong and impetuous you are. Like you knew this to be a fact given your stubbornness and selfish refusal to back down, but your journey made it painstakingly clear. What was new to you was the fact you were surprisingly one who embodies a hotheaded personality. Ironically making you perfect as a conduit for the strength force and earning Therion’s attention.

Even so, you had to reign in your domineering and by extension officious trait or else it’ll turn you into a real dominatrix rather than just a conqueror. For now, you would use that as fuel to make yourself stronger. Strong enough to firmly put Barbatos into submission and thoroughly conquer her. Because of that, you saw a steep rise in your performance as the battle continues. That sole goal was motivating you through all of this, keeping you strong and not needing any sustenance to keep you going. Allowing you to routinely focus everything on this single act without rest.

Slowly but steadily you adjusted to utilizing the Strength Force as you continue your fight with Barbatos. Your moves became sharper, faster, and harder as you slowly learn how to really through your weight around. In addition, you were picking up how to build up and maintain momentum, slowly becoming akin to the juggernaut dragon you were currently fighting. As we speak, you find yourself growing accustomed as the extraneous load on your body starts to alleviate itself.

Without even realizing it, you were starting to learn how to exude the Strength Force as a form of virtual mass. Specifically, learning to utilize the principles of virtual mass effect and the Basset force side by side. Morphing the cosmic force into a tangible source to essentially invoke fluid mechanics was nothing short of a miracle. Especially with the amount of time it took you in this dreamscape. You couldn’t help but think Child was involved in this. Bending the principle of Strength Force to branch into material strength, surface tension, and ultimate buoyance manipulation sound exactly like her.

Of course, you still needed a strong, robust body to handle the power. Just like with Plethora, the Strength Force operated better through a well-trained and sturdy body. Not only governing how much output it can muster but also the threshold requires to withstand such power. You couldn’t help but mentally be glad that you got into gym exercises and conditioning, including High-intensity interval training. It gave you the required minimum to handle such power. But you know for fact you were only scraping the surface, both with the strong force and Plethora’s power.
>>
>>5509564
In any case, you continue you deliver blow after blow against Barbatos, simultaneously blocking and tanking her counters. Just as Barbatos adapted to your movements, you began to adapt to hers. Starting to take into account her attack and defense patterns as well as the line of intervals. It was becoming easier to strike back without losing momentum or being disrupted. You put this to the test upon receiving a swift kick to your calves, only to bounce back by shifting your weight to catch yourself and deliver a donkey kick at Barbatos. Knocking her back considerably as you push yourself from your palms to lunge at her.

Following up with a sharp punch to the face, you would deliver a serious blow to Barbatos. How precisely has it been since you last properly hit Barbatos? How long has it been since the two of you have been fighting? Hours turned into days, days turned into months, and months into years. Like Barbatos mentioned, the concept of time was hard to keep track of thanks to its immensely compressed awareness, thus causing this absurd time dilation from the other realms in the dreamscape. Oddly enough, it was because of this you could get some serious training time without it negatively impacting your regular life.

As if you would actually thank Barbatos for bringing you here and imposing all of this onto you. But you had to admit that it was only thanks to her that you were getting a solid grip on your newfound powers and abilities. The last thing you wanted to go back home and essentially cause a mess with poorly understood skills and abilities. From the previous timeline, you realized that the hard way is by sharing your divine liquids as products or signs of affection via kissing. Thankfully, such events didn’t come to that level due to your choices in terms of divinity. Yet something else took its place unbeknown to you.

Before long you found yourself soon getting into a slugfest with Barbatos. Neither of you at this point was trying to parry or dodge each other’s blow. It now turned into an endurance contest between two titans. With how much virtual mass you accumulated alongside the momentum, you chose to no longer restrict your form. By letting it all out you could maximize the damage and deliver staggering if not crippling blows. While simultaneously cushioning yourself against Barbados’s relentless attacks, as even now she refrained from fully transforming. Only using her encase dragon limbs to match you had to head.
>>
>>5509569
Thanks to this you find yourself taking the lead against Barbatos. Hitting her with far more strength and force than she could muster in response. All of those blows were having quite an effect on the dragon. Even with her recovery ability, she couldn’t prioritize strength and regeneration simultaneously with you. Either be a punching bag like the original Gothika until you were out of steam, or try to take you down before she goes out. Those were her only options, and due to her pride, Barbatos chose to match your head-on. Putting her all into strength and toughness.

In the end, though, you would end up coming on top as you keep slamming into her. Powering through her staggering, devastating blows through sheer force of will and inflamed passions. With every blow Barbatos delivered, you manage to hit her around three to four times in response. Such overexertion would naturally come at an immense strain on your body. But you didn’t feel any pain or stress you felt to the point that you could keep going. And so, you did, with exploding intensity as things continue to escalate. Towards your eventual victory.

With one last mighty punch, you slam your fist as hard as you can right into Barbatos, pinning her firmly against the wall. Causing a mighty sonic bomb in the process, forcing the demoness to take the full brunt as it spreads throughout her entire body. Even a metahuman with an extremely resilient body wouldn’t be coming back from such a mighty blow. Especially after you grew your arm three sizes at the point of impact. Having delivered the finishing blow you soon regressed from your burgeoningly bulky berserker state and return to a more subdued Amazonian build.

“Marvelous…simply wonderful,” Barbatos exclaims, mildly puking blood from her pronounced lips, staining them with a reddish hue. “I can see now precisely why Master Therion wants you and why my master took a liking to you.”

“I’m flattered. “You snark, folding your arms while still holding Barbatos in place with your foot against her chest. “Now are you going to behave or what.”
>>
>>5509575
“Mmm, for now, ~ You have proven your worth and shown me your potential and growth. So, I have to oblige to serve you as your familiar and guide you as your divine teacher. Thus, I won’t lay harm to your family, friends, or any of your loved ones. Nor will I interfere and disrupt your life as Sarena Rosenberger.” Barbatos remarks, still held in place by you.

“That sounds about right, I have some ground rules to set for you, and believe me you’re going to follow them if you want any chance of leaving this space and interacting in the mortal realm. And I will have you acknowledge me as your boss and treat me the same just like you treat my bestie. If you try and break my trust, and ultimately my hand at friendship, I’ll crush you far worse than what I’ve done to you currently by conquering you. And I’ll make sure you will only exist as a memory afterward. So, you better stay on my good side.” You declared, having thoroughly conquered the dragon at long last. Only after seeing her accept these terms, do you finally take your foot off her chest. Doing so, however, was only met with an abrupt French kiss. Leaving you completely flabbergasted at the act.

“W-What the hell was that?!?!” You screamed, momentarily reverting back and simultaneously punting Barbatos far from you before returning to normal.

“A kiss, I thought you would know something as simple as that,” Barbatos utters, keeping her smile despite even looking more battered and bruised than she was previously.

“I know what a kiss is jackass!! I want to know precisely why you did that.” You screech, blushing profusely as you were fuming with rage. “If you think that I swing that way then you got another- “

“You’re so cute to tease. But no, that was simply me sealing the deal and making a promise. Two in fact. Barbatos continue, pulling herself from the crater. “Have you ever heard of the phrase kiss of death or the Kiss of Judas?”

You kept silent as you glare daggers at her, already grasping at what she was getting at. But still think what she did was uncalled for as she could’ve just kissed you on the cheek. Instead, she chooses to kiss you on the lips, sharing blood in some unholy, practically sacrilegious ritual. It was hard to gauge Barbatos's true objective, but truthfully you didn’t care in the slightest. You were beyond pissed as even though this was a dream, Barbatos stole your first kiss. When you get back to the real world you were going to need to douse your mouth with the hottest holy water around.

“The look on your face says it all, but I’ll explain. In simple terms, it’s a mark of death to those you plan on killing. Like the amazons or Valkyrie claiming their target forbode that they’ll die by their hands. Judas symbolizes his betrayal of Jesus and selling him out to the Romans, ending with the latter’s life being forfeit. Even mob bosses use it to symbolize that their target will die or to punish any acts of betrayal. In other words, if you ever betray my master, ever give me a reason that your death will be the favorable outcome. I will kill you without hesitation. But that won’t be the end.” Barbatos explains.

“What do you mean by that,” You ask, rubbing your lips with frustration as you reflect on the second meaning of the idiom. Something that may seem good and favorable but that brings ruin to hopes, plans, etc. That best describes your current situation with Barbatos.

“I won’t let you go to either heaven or hell; I will personally take hold of your spirit and keep you entombed in the sunless sea forevermore. There will be no reincarnation, no eternal salvation nor damnation, it will be no different than mu/nothingness. You will simply cease to exist. So do keep that in mind. “Barbatos calmly spoke, slowly dissipating into the darkness to recover. “For now, I kept you in here long enough…it’s practically been more than a day in the real world.”

In response to this, you would feel your body enshrouded in a purple light, serving as a cocoon pod as it was readying itself to launch your spirit and consciousness back into the real world. “Hopefully when I come back, you’ll clean up your act and show me proper respect.”

“Say safe, and say hi to the tamaranean and eventually Umbrax for me.” Before you had any chance to ask what she was on about, you were already gone. Disappearing without a trace you broke through the upper levels of the dreamscape, quickly returning to reality.

The moment you open your eyes you would see yourself having indeed return to the real world. You weren’t in your Plethora form nor seemingly back in your living clay body. No, you were back in the world of living in your original flesh and blood body. The sole difference was the fact you were sporting a brand-new outfit. A dark blue blazer jacket, a maroon/blood wine dress shirt underneath, a solid black leotard underneath the shirt, a pair of fishnet or sheer black tights, and a pair of blue or black, high-heeled shoes. Both brooches were still on your body as well as the heart of darkness still inside you.
>>
>>5509596
As you are currently you could sense that your living clay body persists within you. Not only that but “you” were still stationed back at the hospital bed being taken care of. Most likely existing in two places as once yet thoroughly connected as a single being. A paradox if you saw one, absolutely fitting the kind of thing that Child would do for you. More and more she seems to be the MVP in this entire ordeal, cementing your decision to keep her by your side as a friend and wrangler. So, you were okay with letting her hold onto the grimoire for whatever reason you had to be here. She would ultimately need it to yank you back to Jump City.

For now, you focus your attention on locating where exactly you were stationed. Before you would get a good look, you were suddenly bombarded by what appeared to be an Oompa Loompa with bright sunny orange hair and glowing green eyes. Currently chained up around her arms, the feral orange-skinned woman tower over you as she notices your predicament. At first, her language was incomprehensible to you, further cementing that she was an alien or mutant. But somehow you were beginning to understand her as the brooch in your neck started to glow a brilliant blue.

“Who are you?! Where did you come from?! Are you with those blasted Gordanians?! Answer me right now!” The red-haired woman screamed, getting closer as she continues her interrogation.

>Calm the Alien down and try to reassure her that you're a friend, not an enemy.

Taken aback by the alien woman’s brashness, you took a fraction of a second to calm yourself down. Getting rather good at adjusting and retaining your presence of mind thanks to your previous ordeals. With your mind clear and your heart still like a tranquil pond of water, you merely cleared your thoughts and took a breath. “First off, on my homeworld, we introduce ourselves before asking questions. My name is Sarena Rosenberger, nice to meet you.” You smile.

Finding herself now taken aback by your cordial and polite disposition, the red-haired woman slowly backs away. Genuinely surprised at being able to understand you despite you not speaking her language. “My name is Koriand'r, second crowned warrior princess of Tamaran. Well…formally crowned.”

Sensing the sadness in her voice, you aimed to comfort her by first answering her question. “It’s a long story, so I’m going to give the abridged version. I am a human being, well to be more specific I am a human who carries a growing pantheon of divinity within me. Thus, making me fully human and fully divine, but that’s beside the point. As for where I came from, it’s a blue planet called earth. Lovely place, you have to go there sometime whenever you’re around our solar system. As for how I got here, I have no idea. One minute I was at a church talking with my good friend Robin over our victory against the bad guys, the next I was whisked from the shadows and teleported into…wherever this place is.”

Softening a bit upon hearing your answer, Princess Koriand’r merely moves to sit right beside you. Her eyes no longer glow green as you see her pupils through the lighter shade of green sclera. “We’re in a transfer ship heading to Warworld. The Gordanians and the Citadel are the ones who are currently in control of this ship and have strong ties to our destination as business partners. This is the holding cell.”

“Yeah, this place does look like it’d fit the dark and dankly dungeon motif.” You quipped, looking around the scenery as Koriand’r talked. True to her words the room look like the standard dungeon cell. A flatbed, the basic utensils such as a sink and toilet only alienized, and a big metal door that serve as the only exit and entrance point between the cell.

“The Gordanians are our long-time enemies, a reptilian race of intergalactic slavers who originate from the Vega star system. We’ve been at war with them for years, at least until the point where I’ve been abducted from the throne and pawned off as a sacrificial land to ensure peace to my homeworld.” Princess Koriand’r spoke, showing great anger in her voice as it mixed with the disparity brought up by her imprisonment and abandonment.

“That’s horrible!” You almost shouted, momentarily standing up in outrage from what you heard. You didn’t need much to get that Koriand’r was essentially offered as a slave to the Gordanians and probably transferred to what can only be a gladiator’s mecca to fight for the amusement of the Gordanians. “Well, to re-illustrate my previous point, I’m not associated with the Gordanians nor the Citadel in any way. I can’t stand to be with warmongering slave traders. I may have lots of friends, but I’m sure I would recall someone who introduced themselves as these gourds.”

Showing a sense of gladness at the news, Princess Koriand’r softens some more. “That’s good to hear. Anyway, you should get out of here if you are able. They’ll be checking my stall soon and if they catch a whiff of you, no doubt they’ll try to enslave you just like all the others. And believe me when I say that you do not want that.”

“Thanks for the offer, but...” As you pause, you merely grab Koriand’r’s cuffs and begin to bulk up your arms a noticeable amount. Just enough to handle the upcoming virtual mass as you yank them off. Thankfully not trigger any warning device nor cause harm to her hand. “There’s no way I’m leaving such a sunflower like yourself to become a sport for some pompous alien race or a plaything, Kory Anders.”

Blinking in surprise at your sudden act, Princess Koriand’r was left flabbergasted. “W-Why would you do such a thing? Did I not warn you to do anything that would earn you the ire of the Gordanians and the Citadel.” She argued, getting more upset as she went on. Her hands slowly stroked one another as she racks her brain over what was happening.

“Hey, I’ve already ended up making a rogue’s gallery back home with my actions already. What’s one more group at this point.” You quipped.

“That’s not funny, I’m being serious. You have no idea what the Gordanians or the Citadel are capable of. “Princess Koriand’r says, almost shouting from your cheeky or saucy attitude causing an inflaming rouse within. Her disposition had led her to see such blasé people before and know firsthand what such a mindset could lead.

“All the more reason why I won’t back down and turn the other eye. What’s the point of having these powers and authority if I can’t use them to help others, especially when they need it most?” Becoming more serious in your tone, you gave the Tamaranean Warrior Princess a more reassuring look. Your unwavering eyes and their sharpness would soon strike a chord with Princess Koriand’r.

Pausing out of being so thoroughly nonplussed, Princess Koriand’r would avoid eye contact as she becomes more docile. “…I’m Sorry. It’s just. It’s been so long since I met a kind soul like yourself. My knorfka - the Tamaranean word for 'caregiver' - named Galfore, was such a person. Though he wasn’t as soft as you.” She cocks a soft yet melancholy smile as her spirits were slightly rising.

“I’m not as soft as you think but I’ll still take the compliment. Anyway, I do agree that we should get out of here before anyone notices that you’re not chained up like some red-haired slave Leia. But rather than make a lot of noise by breaking down the walls, let’s try to be more discrete about it.” After saying that you start to search through your pockets, scrounging for some sort of tool to write. To your luck, you would find a box of colored chalk in your back pocket. Truthfully you don’t remember how or why it was there but at this point, you weren’t complaining. Grabbing a white chalk, you begin to scribble on the wall.

“Um…Ms. Rosenberger, was it? What pray tell are you doing?” Princess Koriand’r asked, gently tapping your shoulders while making sure to not distract you.
>>

“Writing numeral symbols on the wall. “You answer, continuing to scribble some inscriptions on the walls. “Yes, I know it sounds crazy but hears me out. On my homeworld, specifically my culture the concept of numbers and symbols plays an important role. Be it to help with memory, or serve as an intrinsic significance and/or allusive meaning. It was mentioned to be a way to understand the divine, it’s believed that this marriage between the symbolic and the physical found its pinnacle in the creation of the Tabernacle. The numerical dimensions of the temple are a "microcosm of creation” used to create Olamot-Universes or something like that. To make a long story short, I learned that strong belief and faith among other facets are what fuel the principles of magic. And being the successor to the throne of darkworld, my magic is more primordial and empowered by imagination. So, what I’m hoping is that if I believe hard enough and crunch through the numbers, I could beckon that power and I don’t know phase through the walls or something.”

“If it doesn’t work, I’ll try to see if I can transform into my divine form and extract my blood to make the rainbow elixir grab a more suitable power.” You mumble, still immersed in your equations and their calculations.

“Right, another question if I may? You called me this Kory Anders name. Why’s that?” Princess Koriand’r asks.

“Hmm, I don’t know really. It just came to me after hearing your real name. I just saw it and my mind broke it down into something more fitting from the customs of my homeworld.” You remark, tabbing your chin before going back to writing. “If you don’t like it I can try to call you by your original name.”

Shaking her head in response, Princess Koriand’r merely smiles. “No, no I like it. Thank you. Though from what I understood upon imprinting through you, in your language Koriand’r would translate as Starfire.”

“Huh, well good to know.” After speaking those words, your eyes suddenly blink upon Kory’s response. “Huh?”

“Oh, I didn’t tell you. Us Tamaraneans can learn and assimilate any language be it speech or written that the induvial knows through physical contact.” Kori explains. “I must say your planet must be quite interesting with the repertoire of different languages.”
>>
>>5512026
“Good to know. “You smile, tapping at your brooch before focusing on your writing. “If you ever need a place to take refuge and hide out until you make a concrete plan in regards to your homeworld. You can always come with me to Earth. I’ll even show you around and help find you a place to stay.”

“I think I’ll like that very much…friend Sarena.” Warming up to your hospitality, Kory soon found herself becoming at ease and regaining her peace of mind. But as she does so, she would notice a bright light emitting from your inscriptions. “Tell me, is that supposed to happen?”

Before you could go get a word in edgewise you would be bombarded with the flashing light. A wide array of different colors permeated through your senses, giving you the distinct imprison of being under a thick blanket of aurora lights. As quickly as it appeared however it would dissipate, leaving you flabbergasted at what you just saw. Rendered speechless at the previous display, you merely put your hand against the wall. Which in turn caused your hand to suddenly go right through it, almost as if you were using your ghosting powers, although more magical.

“By Moses’s beard, I’ve done it! Magic really is no different than programming, coding, or downright hacking.” You exclaim triumphantly. Thoroughly remember the formula so you could implement it at any time. “Or at least my version of it anyway.”

“I don’t fully understand but it sounds like you were successful in escaping without alerting our presence to the Gordanians.” Kori smiled, clapping her hands at the sight.

"More than just that, I'd believe that I can do more than just assess our surroundings."You remark, forming a wide smile upon your discovery. Perhaps you were some sort of genius after all when it comes to magic.

(Will cover the assessment in my next post but I wasn't expecting such rolls to be in your favor So I'm opening up some options based on that.)

Having succeed in essentially phasing through solid matter, you took careful care in deviating from the previous formula as you make another one. Almost as prodigious insight driven by keen intuition, your right hand began scribbling on the wall. Acting entirely based on the impulses that your instinct driven subconscious was transmitting. Your mind didn’t question it in the slightest, no it wasn’t even aware it was happening since you were too far absorbed in your mathematical discovery. Once again on the cusp of having yet another breakthrough as a new formula came into existence.

To your and Princess Koriand’r’s astonishment, the massive space steel wall would soon become translucent if not downright transparent. Moving your hand against the surface, you would see that the first formula was still in an effect as the second didn’t override it, merely acting as a supplement to the original coding. Creating a form of invisibility while on top of being able to walk through. With these two formulas you were able to replicate the basics that your ghosting powers from the white serum of the rainbow elixir provided. It was simply unbelievable, even for what you have been through and experienced.

“Alright! This is amazing.” You exclaim, patting the wall some more to see your work once again taking affect. You couldn’t help but feel deeply ecstatic over this. “My hypothesis works. Man, I can’t wait to show Robin this when I get back home. He’s going to flip.”

Taking a moment to register what was happening in front of her, the Warrior Princess finally broke her silence. “From the sounds of it, I take it you have more good news?”

Turning back to look at the Tamaranean, you curled your lips into a smile, reassuring her of your findings. “Yes, I have. With this second formula, we won’t have to worry about concealing our presence and silencing ourselves. By using both of these codes side by side, we can essentially leave the ship as if we’re phantoms.”

“That’s wonderful news.” Kori exclaims, showing a similar expression of delight. Though for her it was more passionate, both due to her race’s ideology and genuine happiness at the freedom now in front of her. “I take it that you’re capable of breathing within outer space and survive in its vacuum without any problems, right?”

“….” You paused, slowly realizing that fact as reality soon sets in. “W-Well no, I’m not exactly blessed with such physiology. But I can think of something if given the time.” You mutter, almost fumbling your words as you began making various panicked gestures.

Seeing you at the point of being a jitterbug, Kori merely takes your arm and starts walking. “Then we will find a suitable spacesuit for you to wear or acquire an escape pod to leave in. Simple enough.”
>>
>>5515220
“Hey, you don’t need to pul- “Before you would have the chance to finish your protest, you were soon whisked away by the Tamaranean Princess. Beginning your prison break as you and she soon left the large containment cell, not once looking back as the formula soon dissipates after stepping through.

Following Princess Koriand’r’s lead, you begin to survey your surroundings as you scour through the Gordanian’s spaceship. The entire ship was coated in a maroon hue, reinforced by its metallic structure and coating. There were countless corridors among corridors within the facilities. Each one leads into a special room for a specific purpose. The more you traverse through the halls and corridors, the more you would come to realize that this was exactly what you come to expect. All those science fiction movies you saw were carrying you hard in understanding the spacecraft.

In the back of your head, there was a foreboding sense that you couldn’t shake off. While you were trusting of Princess Koriand’r, you weren’t at the stage you would blindly believe everything she says. She was genuinely sure and hadn’t shown any signs of being deceitful or dubious. If anything, she looks like some alien-theme barbie girl underneath her warrior façade. Yet you couldn’t shake off the possibility that you might be causing an intergalactic incident. For all you know she could be politically engaged and shipped off and this was a woven tale to try and get sympathy points.

Granted arrange marriages were a mixed bad depending on the context, and being locked up in the room like a prisoner certainly didn’t help. And yet you couldn’t fully regard that possibility as being an improbable outcome. Heck, you could be helping a master manipulator and/or criminal break out of her cell for whatever reason she was rightfully put in bars. Now that would be quite the blunder for the emissary champion of Quintessence. As well as put the further intergalactic travels of earth into great jeopardy. All because you fell for a quickly spun heartwarming story painting her as the victim.

Again, you didn’t want to come off as distrusting or unsympathetic to Princess Koriand’r’s plight. She certainly had the merit to be telling the truth. You just felt the need to gather more information, mainly to get both sides of the story to make your assessment. That was one of the first things you picked up from your commissioner father growing up. Then again, it could just be paranoia misguiding you and causing you to be a bit overly cautious. With what you went through you had every right to be defensive, but you knew that you need to be tactful as you get the answers.

“So, mind telling me what the purpose of this vessel was and exactly where you were heading?” You ask, finding yourself walking through a corridor among corridors.

“They are bad people who will do anything to achieve their goal. They have no regard for any traces of life and are willing to genocide a planet to make an example for others. My homeworld of Tamaran was nearly made to be another one on their long list. We don’t know the exact reason they attacked us, but I managed to listen to their conversation.”

“Oh? And what exactly was the reason.” You question, keeping a fair amount of suspicion with genuine concern.

“They want our genes, specifically the part of us that allows us to absorb and harness various forms of stellar radiation, such as solar and ultraviolet. It’s the source of our strength and the backbone of the myriad of abilities we have. I don’t know how they’ll achieve that, nor the reason why but because of their selfishness my people have suffered immensely. We were nearly pushed to the brink of extinction as somehow the Citadel knew of our crucial military secrets. Thus, they were able to counteract us and turn the tide of battle with their cowardly ways.” Kori continued, going through another hall as the two of you made your way into the surveillance tower.

“Okay, I think I understand, but that still doesn’t answer my other question.” You spoke, getting more serious as your concern grew.

“Warworld, or specifically the Warmoon. It’s a space-faring battle station that circles the mobile planetoid. Originally, this mobile weaponized satellite was created by a warlike race called the Warzoons. Bigger and sturdier than a dwarf star and equipped with weapons able to obliterate planets easily, it was meant to be their ultimate weapon to carve a path of destruction through the universe. Fortunately, they were stopped and their plans of conquest never came to fruition. But both Warworld and the Warmoon were acquired by a tyrannical businessman named Mongul.”

“Already not liking this planet one bit…” You sighed.

“Compared to the Citadel, he’s the lesser of two evils, but he’s still a bad man. He runs Warworld and its moon as both a giant training camp for his conquering army and a mecca for gladiatorial spectacles. On Warworld, Mongul is essentially their god-king, ruling his people with an iron fist but not showing any real interest in politics. He much rather continues his trade business and runs various spectacles for the galaxy to watch. That’s why the Citadel is a long-time partner as Mongul provides the weapons and various resources for their conquests. In exchange, the Citadel offers a myriad of benefits, including first dibs on any slaves or poached creatures they acquire. Typically for gladiatorial sport but to keep the illusion that their city is a bustling utopia, they put slaves to work with little regard for their lives maintaining it.” Kori explained further.

Upon making your way inside the surveillance chamber, the answers that you seek was finally made apparent to you. Right in front of your very eyes, you would see multiple screens stacked upon one another. Each one covers a specific area of the ship, including many of the ship’s precious cargo. Matching with Princess Koriand’r’s description, there were countless holding cells containing various living creatures from different worlds. Unsurprisingly, they all fitted the description of an alien race, far more than the warrior princess as they were far more monstrous and alienating by comparison.

One of which was that of a red alien resembling of a fish, specifically that of a koi fish with its big, round yellow eyes, black lips, massive sharp teeth displayed from its large mouth, long slouching arms, and red rough scale-like skin. In many ways, it resembles that symbiote your father talked about during the routine transfer into the special Blackgate-styled prison. You had never seen it personally but the dark magenta slime-like repulsive creature you heard about was still etched in your mind. Giving you quite the foreboding vibe when looking closely. It was a small world after all or a galaxy in this case.
Next was the second one shown on one of the monitors, it was a giant rotund if not bulbously potato-looking alien. The creature has bright purple eyes, with the pupil and iris unlike the sclera being that of a white hue. Its skin was rocky with a dark brownish color and texture, hiding underneath a tanner underbelly as it served as its inner skin layer. The body was blocky and spiky despite its bulbous shape, far more jagged and rugged than the previous red alien. Outside of that, it shared many similar traits such as black lips, a large mouth, sharp teeth, and big strapping arms with claw-like hands.

Last but certainly not least was the third one on the screen. It was more humanoid but far from being anthropomorphic like that of the tamaranean warrior princess. They are creatures of pure white shade with black tribal stripes over their body. On inspection, they were looking far more metallic than the others due to their mechanical properties. Their inner limbs and torso have a purple shade that also displayed the tribal markings. On its face and torso, there were multiple red circular lights, five to be exact with only one at the stomach region. Their limbs carry the same claw-like appendages as the previous alien.

From what you could tell there was probably more but you didn’t need to see any more. The aliens currently being held were giving Princess Koriand’r’s story more credit. Yet at the same time, you couldn’t be fully convinced that she was telling the truth. For all, you knew that each of them was a prisoner captured by a galactic police force or something. Rather than poaching or buying slaves being transferred to the Citadel. You needed to confirm your suspicions before doing anything else. There was too much at stake to play Robin Hood carelessly after all.

Closing your eyes for a moment, you took a deep breath before turning to Princess Koriand’r. “Say, your species is capable of Tactile Linguistic Assimilation, correct? Would it be possible through some outside source or through your ability to extend it to a form of telepathy, clairvoyance, or empathic extrasensory perception?”

Feeling rather uneasy at the mention of outside tempering, Princess Koriand’r eventually broke the silence by speaking. “It’s theoretically possible as what you describe, more than fit the understanding of Psychometry. We soak the specific Linguistics information from our target through physical contact. Though, to be most effective we usually do it through what you call a kiss. Personally, I would prefer to do it with someone of the opposite gender, but I don’t have the luxury to be picky.”

Tapping your chin and cupping your elbow, you begin to formulate a solid answer moving forward. “The feeling is mutual but as you said, we don’t have the luxury to be picky. It would be bothersome having to ask you about everything relating to this alien craft. So, it would work in my favor if I could assimilate the language and understand its principles through mimicking your racial abilities through numerology.”

“Alright, when you give me the signal to proceed, I will do just that.” Princess Koriand’r spoke, still hesitant about the tampering but choosing to stomach it out of having trust towards you.

Once again you would feel information flooding into you as you close your eyes and focus. This would be the third time you were to make a brand-new formula for your magic to follow. And yet it was still intrinsically woven into you just like the first time. The magical front of the Darkworld circulates in a controlled yet stable manner from within as it flows fluidly through the circuits. More and more you would begin to see the formula coming into visualization. No longer did you feel confused whenever you tried to invoke the magic of Darkworld. Even without the grimoire, you held a vivid visualization of its principles and how to cast properly.
>>
>>5519404
Was Princess Koriand’r right that your magic operated on the realms of the fourth or even fifth dimension principles? You honestly had no idea since you were just running off the power of visualization and imagination. Using something that you genuinely believed in to solidate and empower the mystical arcane forces that govern your Darkworld Magic. The only confirmation you would receive was through the heart of justice. Echoing a single phrase to calm your heart and clear your thoughts, opening yourself further to the ancient magical source in the process.

“Imagination is the blood of the multiverse, the energy that flows between realms. The 5th dimension is pure imagination that exists beyond time and conceivable space.”

With that mantra unlocked your eyes begin to emit a purple hue as everything starts to blank. Seeing this as a signal, Princess Koriand’r lid up her eyes to a glowing green hue of a similar style. Slowly she made her way to you, gently putting her hands against your shoulder. Having readied herself for the action beforehand, Princess Koriand’r soon plants her plush, pillowy lips against your own. Locking lips firmly and extending tongues together, the two of you would remain stationary. Like a two-way street information starts to flood into the other’s mind, but it wouldn’t be the only boon to be received.

From your end, you would find yourself learning the alien languages that Princess Koriand’r acquired. Not only that but every aspect of her fountain of knowledge she accumulated throughout the years. From the moment of her birth to her one hundred and fifty-fifth birthday, every article of Princess Koriand’r’s life was known to you. As well as her general thoughts and feelings, which only made you feel guilty as she genuinely trusted you without any shadow of a doubt. Not that you would have any chance to stop as you were subjected to watching Princess Koriand’r’s life play in your mind.

In the beginning, her life was like any other child of Tamaran, brought up to be tough and self-reliant; weakness is frowned upon. Trained at a young age to be a warrior like any other, there were moments of genuine kindness shared with her by her k'norfka (adoptive father, legal guardian, and caretaker) Galfore, as well as her parents the King and Queen of Tamaran. She has a younger brother who deeply looked up to her and a dubious sister who was prone to deception and mischief. All in all, it was a tough but fair life that bloomed with many fond harmonic moments, until the Gordanians attacked.
>>
>>5519407
Despite their efforts, the Tamaraneans were soundly defeated and pushed to the breaking point. To avoid extinction and eternal slavery to the Citadel, Komand'r offered her own sister as a bargaining chip. Thus, sentencing the warrior princess to a life of slavery and exile for the good of the Citadel. Though, Komand’r would still make trips to the Citadel to become stronger through their experimentations. Using Princess Koriand’r as the prime subject, she was subjected to years of experimentation and alterations to study her powers as well as push them beyond their limits. Along with the misfortune of torture and abuse on all fronts, but that was to be expected for a slave.

The once kind and sweet Tamaranean was gradually turned into a cold and disheartened warrior. The only thing that kept her going was the resolve to see her family again. And the inner fury that was festering over time, growing more and more with each treatment she was forced to endure. Despite essentially bringing peace to a war-torn Tamaran, the method was far too cruel for anyone to go through. Although you were seeing through Princess Koriand’r’s eyes, there was crucial information you learned outside of it. Such as Komand’r’s betrayal and deception and the loss of Koriand’r’s parents as she rose to the throne as Grand Ruler/Empress of Tamaran.

Eventually, you would reach the end of the story as time resumed, barely a few minutes have passed since then. Coming to your senses first, you felt a warm stream of liquids starts to pour from your eyes. Perhaps it was genuine empathy or sheer regret, but you found yourself deeply sympathizing with the Tamaranean Warrior Princess. If you had lost your parents and siblings, you may very well have ended up just like Princess Koriand’r. Heck, you experienced something similar to it prior. But for you it was a few months, a mere drop in the ocean compared to the blight that Koriand’r faced for years.

Keeping quiet you merely pull yourself from Koriand’r and begin inscribing another formula. Perhaps the strongest one you have created thus far. You couldn’t let those bastard Gordanians or the Citadel get away with what they’ve done. You couldn’t forgive them no matter what. To a lesser extent, you felt deep shame in yourself. Although you did decide to help her, the reasons for your suspicions were realistically grounded. It didn’t change the fact you felt deep shame for being so distrusting of the Tamaranean Princess. You had to make things right or else you really couldn’t forgive yourself.

>>5519408
Through the wave of the hands magical formulas start to spread across the surface. A magic array tattoo soon formed around your back, spreading through your limbs and torso. It was the same kabbalah array as the sphere diagram known as the tree of life. Through the use of the qlippot nogah, a redeemable and purified (refined and sublimated) Qliphoth is born from the gentle darkness of Tehom. You were able to tap further into the Darkworld magic without needing the balancing act of the Sefirot/sephiroth and Pleroma. Though, the Hysterema was accumulating with great intensity as its cultivation rises.

Upon completing the magic numeric formula, a blinding purple light soon envelops the ship. Enfolding from all sides, there wouldn’t be a single life or inorganic matter that wouldn’t be spared from the purple light. Happening within a fraction of a second, there would be no responses or reactions. By the time a single word could even be uttered, it was already too late. The multitude of magical formulas has already enforced their judgment and fulfilled their directive. By the time the light faded, the ship was now vacant of any life, all except yourself and Princess Koriand’r.

Having taken direct control of the ship thanks to Darkworld magic, you evoke the banishment rite to punish the Gordanians and any allies to the Citadel. Essentially, you sent them away from the ship, putting them in a place where they couldn’t bring harm to anyone again. Where this place was you did not know, for all you were concerned it could be the phantom zone or whatever. You had the solace that your magic and by extension your wish was fulfilled. As for the slaves and everyone else, they were also teleported, this time sent to where they truly belonged, for better or worse.

Performing such a complex spell left you feeling quite drained, it was taking all your will to not abruptly collapse. But as you rest your hand against the console, another problem starts to brew. How were you going to handle the Princess who must now know of your intent upon seeing everything from your end?

>Deeply apologize to Princess Koriand’r while telling her what happened to her family.
>Keep what you know about the fate of Koriand'r's homeworld and her family under wraps for the time being. Instead, undergo the trial by combat as you make amends with Princess Koriand'r through your fist rather than words.
>Apologize to Princess Koriand'r but try and justify yourself as you attempt to temper her fury from being deceived/betrayed.
>Wait and see what Koiand'r does before deciding on how to respond.

================Earlier in the conversation==========================

“Friend Sarena, might I have a word about what’s happening?” Princess Koriand’r spoke softly.

“Sure, go ahead, you don’t need my permission for that.” You answered, still focused on conscripting the magic formula and becoming one step closer to fully attuning to the boundless power of imagination.

“I still don’t quite understand this magic you speak of. But seeing it firsthand, it appears to me that you’re manipulating quantum physics to the point of bending the fabric of reality. Reaching a higher level of dimensions to alter the laws that govern our own.” Kori utters, showing signs of genuine fascination while having a cautious level of concern.

“Imagination and the subconsciousness huh…” You mutter, letting yourself go deep into thought while portions of your mind continue with the task at hand. Slowly you digest what was echoing through your mind as well as what the second crowned warrior princess of Tamaran was saying. “Well,
quantum theory/string theory most certainly would explain this form of supernatural phenomena that defines my form of magic. “

Nodding in response, Princess Koriand’r turns to look at the screen. “That is what my gut feeling is telling me. It goes beyond the space/time continuum that governs the laws that shape our realm. Essentially allowing the prospect of rewriting or downright ignoring the laws as it bends the fabric of reality. If normal magic can warp and influence space-time, tightly bound with time and the three special dimensions below the fourth dimension. Then what you have shown might prove that there’s a fifth dimension out there. And that dimension is the source that governs not only your magic but perhaps is where all forms of magic truly originate from.”

“Huh…that’s actually a really good thesis. I’ve never thought of it like that.” You mused, cracking a smile at Princess Koriand’r. “Then again, this is still new territory for me. So, you’ll have to forgive me for not giving you the precise insight and knowledge to confirm or deny your theory. Still, you have my thanks.”

“Think nothing of it. Truth be told it's something that just came to me upon reflection after seeing your first strings of spells. Breaking it down in such a way has helped me better understand the concept of magic. If it helped you with harnessing and controlling your newfound power then I’m more than glad to be of service.”

“Glad to hear it. And I can confirm that you gave me a good idea of how to view my magic. And thus, with a better understanding and visualization, I’m sure that I can cast magic more fluidly and perhaps even masterfully now. So, you have my thanks.” You smile.

Princess Koriand’r soon smiles back, feeling more rosy and cheerful in response. “Mhm.”
=============== Present Time================================
>>
>>5530076
There was a deep silence permeating the air as you kept your distance from the warrior princess. Your mind was racked with guilt as well as the information that you now knew. How exactly would you tell the Princess that her parents were gone? How would you break the news that her eldest sister could possibly be a traitor and her younger brother is now lost in the stars? There was a lot to process, perhaps more than a sixteen-year-old girl has any right to. Doubly so when because you now knew Princess Koriand’r entire story. For better or worst.

Thankfully, it wouldn’t take you too long to recover from the onslaught of spells. While you weren’t at full strength like before, but you most certainly handle the basics such as standing on your two legs. Still, what you were feeling physically didn’t compare to what you knew the warrior princess went through. Tragic backstories were typical of heroism 101 but this most certainly took the cake. You couldn’t just leave the alien princess all by her lonesome, especially with what you knew now. But did you have the right to do so? Compared to her owners you were a saint, but that didn’t excuse your actions.

“Hey…Kori, are you feeling alright?” You utter, finally breaking the silence. Slowly you move over to put a hand on her shoulders to comfort her. But as you did so, you were soon met with a swift slap on the hand, followed by a slap on the face. It was enough to sting like crazy as it soon left you with a red handprint on your right cheek. “Ow! What was that for?! If it’s about the kiss, let me tell you that I don’t exactly swing that was-”

Cutting you further from speaking, Princess Koriand’r contorted her face into an angry pout before pointing fingers at you. “You are a liar and a deceiver?! How dare you try and take advantage of my goodwill by coaxing me into trusting you with your little act? That spell or whatever you cast wasn’t solely to try and understand alien languages and machinery. It was tried to remind my mind, uncover my memories and find out my intent.”

Judging from what she had said, you quickly deduced that the spell must have given her some sort of tell that you were viewing her mind and looking at her memories. Either way, you were compelled to avert your gaze from the princess, becoming rather guilty. “…So you know, huh?”

“Even if you have good intentions and reasons to be skeptical, it still doesn’t change the fact that what you did is unforgivable. Ugh, I was such a fool to let down my guard and trust you. From the moment you appeared out of thin air, my instincts were telling me that you were a dangerous person. But I put that aside after seeing the kindness you displayed. Thinking that I was being rude and unfair despite the harsh experiences that I’ve gone through. But I see now that I was wrong. The fault is most certainly with you.” Princess Koriand’r retorts.
>>
>>5530124
“On my homeworld honesty is a virtue among the highest order. Trust, as well as respect, have to be earned, not merely given like the act of kindness or love. But it's through those two factors that trust and respect will follow suit, ultimately giving birth to loyalty. So, you can understand why, as a race that is deeply intertwined and connected with feelings have so much appreciation for honesty in all of its forms. “She continues.

“What you did was cowardly and disrespectful, which is all the most insulting coming from you.” Princess Koriand’r lashed out, her voice gradually rising in tandem with her anger.

“Only weaklings rely on such tactics. And from what I can tell you’re neither weak physically nor mentally. So, for you to try and deceive as well as manipulate me despite that is why I’m so mad.” “How can someone like you who went through so much in such a short time do something a thing?! You are a worthy champion for the council and worth my initial thought of being my savior. ”

“Wait, you actually saw my life….” You paused, genuinely shocked that the magic you just performed managed to be a two-way street. This must have been caused by your subconscious or some other outside force. Just what else has happened as a result of the magical kiss?

Nodding in response, Princess Koriand’r folds her arms in indignation before stomping harshly on the ground. Making many cracks from the incredible force coming from her foot, causing the rubble formed to dance wildly in the air. All the while the air around her begins to crackle, almost distorting from the invisible steam exuding in tandem with the impressive pressure surrounding Princess Koriand’r. Even her green eyes started to radiate an intense, emerald-green glow as it envelops her entire eye sockets. Leaving nothing but the white-hot or in this case green-hot fury that she was feeling.

“Dumb question…my bad.” You sheepishly answer, keeping quiet for the time being now.

“If we were on Tamaran, I’d challenge you to the rite of combat to make up for this loss of trust and respect. Or send you back home to your world with the intent of never seeing you again.” Princess Koriand’r remarks, holding her finger up as she pokes your space. Naturally, she was still fuming as her anger festered with righteous fury, growing more like wildfire.

“But we’re not on Tamaran, and I’m currently an exiled princess, most definitely a renegade slave once the citadel finds out.” Having said that, Princess Koriand’r soon recoils as her voice carried a sorrowful melancholy over this fact. “I don’t have anything anymore….”
>>
>>5530125
“You’re absolutely right…What I did was shameful. I make no excuses for my poor behavior. It’s as you said, I’ve betrayed your trust and rightfully lost your respect as a result. On my planet, we have a similar quote based on the golden rule. Respect is earned, honesty is appreciated, trust is gained, and loyalty is returned. To betray any of these results in losing them all.” You said, reflecting on your action.

“I can’t change the past, but I can make up for my actions by what I do in the present. My offer still stands, you can live with me on earth until you decide on what to do. And I’ll even help you with it when that time comes. “Closing your eyes, you slowly drop your arm and let down your guard. “You can even lash out at me if it makes you feel better.”

Clinching her hand into a fist, Princess Koriand’r soon aimed. With a strong thrust, you would feel the fist coming close to your face. However, it would stop just millimeters from actually touching your face. The force is enough to ruffle your hair and impact you without hurting you. Princess Koriand’r’s hand was shaking as it held back from lashing out. Even with all of her rage and being valid in hitting you, the warrior princess chose not to strike. Leaving you completely baffled as you slowly open your eyes. Resulting in you see a sight that you didn’t expect coming.

“Why…did you stop?” You asked, still averting your gaze but still looking at the pained expression on the princess.

“I can’t hurt a defenseless person. No matter how much they have hurt me and thus asked for it. I’m deeply upset with you, but I deeply empathize with you. If I was in your position, I would’ve done nearly the same thing you did that ultimately brought you here. The sole difference is that I would’ve truthfully stated my intent with that spell. I don’t like to tell lies as being deceived and betray hurts far worse than any harsh truth that is given.” Princess Koriand’r answers, tears now running down her face as her eyes no longer had that intense glow or righteous fury.
>>
>>5530145
“The reason why I’m so pissed above all the other reasons is that you didn’t need to lie at all. If you came at me honestly, sure I would be upset if not a little hurt but I would’ve still agreed completely with your request. Trust has to be earned, not given. So, I would do whatever is necessary to forge a bond of loyalty and friendship between us.” Upon finishing those words, Princess Koriand’r finally pulls her fist from your face. “If you wish to be a punching bag, then accept the rite of challenge. But don’t insult me thinking that’ll make me feel better or make us even. You have the heart of a warrior; your family lineage has shown me just that. So, fight back in an honorable duel, come at me as either as Plethora, Divine Champion of the Quintessence...”

“…Or Sarena Rosenberger. The chosen successor of Darkworld, and scion atavism of both the lineage of Samson and the Amazons of the Amazon from Amazonia. Granddaughter of the First Amazon Queen, Otrera.” Princess Koriand’r paused, giving you one final look before starting to walk off to get some air.

>Give her some space as you fly the ship back home. You'll have to deal with your mission another time.

Scion of the Amazons of Amazonia? Now that was a plot bomb you weren’t expecting. The only thing that come close for an indication was when you were traveling through the parallel gap. All those alternate versions of yourself still resonated deep in your heart and soul. It was comforting knowing that other versions of yourself got involved in this cooky world of capes and cowls. From what you could recall, the one who resonated strongly was the version of you wearing Amazon garbs. Was she the case for this predicament or was this something that was just inherent to you?

Okay sure you knew that your blood was special thanks to your mother’s side coming from Samson, the Hebrew version of Hercules. Quite possibly even having some connection to Jacob and even Jesus of Nazareth. Then again, when it comes to the latter you also had the blood and flesh of Adam Kadmon on your side. So, the connection to Christ most certainly was inherited as a sign of humanity in general rather than something specifically tied to your family’s ancestry. That or it was tied to the boom Child gave you. Truthfully, it was hard to tell which was the cause, but at this point, it doesn’t really matter.

That being said, you most certainly didn’t take into account being from literal Amazon. You took the prospect of Amazonian Jews (Yehudei Amazonas) being just regular Jews who merely migrated to Brazil. In retrospect, you probably should have done more research into the subject. On the other hand, unless you had Batman’s network or managed to tap into Darkworld to invoke some form of divination. The chances of actually coming to uncover this nugget of information were slim. And there was still the elephant in the room you were currently avoiding. More on that later.

“Princess Koriand’r wait.” As you called out to her, the warrior princess would soon stop in her tracks. She wouldn’t respond but she was now listening. This gave you more incentive on choosing your words carefully. You didn’t want to hurt the war-torn former slave any more than you already have.

“Look, I’m sorry for what I did. And I’m sorry for disrespecting you by having myself be your punching bag to vent as well as make amends. I’ll not dishonor you further by refusing your challenge a second time. All that I ask you is to if we can postpone that for the moment.”

“…” Princess Koriand’r paused, silently allowing you to speak while refraining from looking at you directly.

“Preferably I would like to be able to have our bout till after I finish my mission. To find this avatar of the Decreator known as Umbra (also connected to Umbrax) and stop them before the union is complete and the awaking of the Decreator comes to fruition. But if you won’t wait until I’m done with this particular mission. Then, I will fight you regardless. Even so, I do not wish for us to weaken one another for a third party who has truly ill intentions towards us to take advantage of it." You explain sincerely yet succinctly. "But I'll comply if you still do not wish to wait."

“…No, I won’t rush you to participate in the rite of combat. The fact you’ve chosen to do so shows me that you have honor if nothing else. Befitting of a person coming from a warrior’s lineage. So, I will respect your wish and wait for now.” Princess Koriand’r answers, finally breaking her silence as she slightly turns to look at you. “But that doesn’t mean I have forgiven you or that you have regained my trust. I won’t interfere with your mission, but I have no inkling of desire to help you either. For now, I’ll remain confined on this ship until you are ready to do battle.”

“That’s fine, I’m already asking a lot out of you.” You nod, smiling softly as you put a hand against your chest. “Truthfully, I would like to know precisely what you uncovered when you looked upon my life’s story. Especially, the nugget of information revolving around the Amazons of Amazonia and the Amazonian Queen Otrera. If I didn’t experience what I ended up seeing, I would be hard-pressed to believe it was the truth. But doubting you is precisely how I ended up in the predicament, and I’m not going to do that.”

“If you beat me in combat, I’ll be willing to share everything I’ve learned from seeing your life’s story. Including the parts that you weren’t there for. But I will say this, the one called Queen Otrera is currently on the move with a woman named Nimue Inwudu, also known as Madame Xanadu.” Princess Koriand’r says, shocking you as the name clicked with you from your conversation with Robin.

“Alright, then let me say this. It’s about your family, I know what has happened to the King and Queen as well as the true cause of the War on your homeworld. It’s all connected to your sis- “Before you could finish, Princess Koriand’r merely slams her hand against the wall. Exerting enough force to crack the metal interior as it spreads rapidly.

“Please do not finish what you were about to say. I can already guess that like me, you’ve seen something significant with this divination that permeated between us. Like you, I also wish to learn the full extent of what you know. However, I won’t allow myself to waver and become weaker upon hearing the news. So, I’ll save that for when I defeat you.” Princess Koriand’r says, keeping her face from you while gripping the wall. Despite putting on a brave face, the warrior princess was trembling. Almost as if she was afraid to hear the truth of what happened to her home, what happened to her family, and the reason for her years of suffering and experimentation.

Honestly, you couldn’t blame her since you were feeling a similar level of anxiety. More and more it seems like you were deeply connected with the first Amazonian Queen. Could she be the reason why you were chosen as both a divine vessel and avatar? What was all this knowledge of the Amazons that now coursing through your mind? Was this the cause of one of your parallel selves or was it an inherited memory buried within your genes? Hard to say, but considering the Amazons were also a race of biologically immortal super-women sculpted from clay by the gods. It was all aligning together.

From what tidbit of the wellspring of knowledge you could grasp, you know that the amazons were a race of warrior women who originated from the founded city-state of Themyscira/ Amazonia in ancient Greece – Modern day Turkey. After the battle with Hercules, the Amazonians led by Queen Otrera’s successor Hippolyta went on to leave the mortal world and relocate to the new island nation. Yet there would be three branches to form in response to being beguiled and bested by the demi-god. The Bana-Mighdall of Egypt led by Antiope, the Amazonian Jews following after their Queen Otrera to the amazon rainforest of Brazil to make the city of Akahim & Akakor that serve as the new Amazonia, and the Amazons who followed their current queen Hippolyta to their new home.

You were sure there was more to it than that, but the information was currently eluding you. Perhaps listening to the warrior princess would trigger more of those genetic memories placed upon you. Either way, you can tell that despite being fully human, your body was still morphed from what it originally was. Imprints of both heritages were now fully awakened as evidenced by your ties to the strength force and lady Gaea. Even without the Heart of Darkness or the Gemstone of Darkworld, you felt a mystical flow of energy permeating you. It wasn’t divine like the Pleroma, but rather primordial...in tune with nature.

Not sure how you can tell, you begin to grasp that the strength force was also tied with the land itself. This is why when making contact with a surface, especially one of solid ground you felt empowered. Not just physically but spiritually and magically as well. Being on the solid, natural ground further amplified your magical prowess and mystical, otherworldly abilities. Working best when you are barefooted, the same goes for channeling and harnessing the strength force as well. You believe that if you tapped into the ley lines, you could draw upon the Earth’s magical and life-giving energies.

From that, you deduced that you could draw upon the myriad of abilities that Plethora possesses through nature. Heck, you believe you could partially or even fully transform into your superheroine alter-ego from it. No longer needing the divine spark of the Pleroma or Aeons to trigger the change. Again, you weren’t sure how you know this stuff as the information just kept flooding into your brain. Perhaps it was intuition or some supernatural form of instincts, once again brought upon your change from Child’s boon. It was certainly carrying its weight and then some.

As you realign yourself back to reality, you would see Princess Koriand’riss leaving. Giving you time to reflect as she was keeping true to her word. Thus, you merely close your eyes and clench your hands. Breathe in, breathe out. Hopefully, I can do this transformation without the need of being put back into my living clay body. Thinking clearly as you grasp a firm vision of your divine form, you start focusing deep within. Trying your knack at becoming Plethora as you are now. You weren’t sure why, but you felt confident that you could do it all on your own. You wouldn’t lose control, ever again.

“By the powers of Lady Gaea and the forces of nature, I beseech thee. Lend me your strength, Plethora!” As you chant those words, you swiftly took off your heel boots, exposing your feet as the magic arrays start to manifest. Spreading throughout your entire body in a manner akin to the ley lines. Once again, the ensembled kabbalah spheres that made up the tree of life manifest. This time does not resemble either the Sefirot or Qlippot but the four classical elements of creation.

With a blinding surge of divine light, your body once again transformed into your alter ego. In mere seconds you went from a sixteen-year-old girl to a mature twenty-year-old woman. Your hair turns into its iconic snow-white hue, complete with its voluminous silkiness. Skin shares the same succulent and suppleness with its silky smoothness. Your physique becomes more robust and vigorous as it displays sinuous contours on its shapely frame. The stocky muscles followed suit, but they were more compact and wirier than in either iteration of Plethora or your She-Woman transformations.

Now donning your iconic uniform, you prompted your feet against the floor with a mighty stomp. There was a natural if not wild presence circulating you. Despite being in the inner reaches of outer space, you were radiating with the primordial sources associated with your homeworld. Fire, Water, Air, and Earth, the four elements of creation were emanating with a calming yet intense ferocity. Again, you were in your human state rather than a demi-human like with your Lion of Judah and Eagle of Christ. Yet it was a different kind of vibe from the Adam Kadmon build you typically took as Plethora.

“Now that I’ve transformed, how about you finally show yourself?!” Reaching over from the right, your hand grasps firmly at the blank space. Fingernails sharpen and elongated into claws while the rainbow elixir glows brightly against your belt buckle. Without saying a single word, it was already mixing a concoction for your next trinity. So, with that, you didn’t hesitate to rip off the veil between you and the supposed other presence. While you could pick it up as Sarena, as Plethora your acute senses easily pinpointed the precise source.

Upon ripping off the invisible veil, a silhouette begins to take form as it gains definition. In your very eyes, you saw what appeared to be a pinkish-brunette woman wearing a large maroon trench coat. Accompanying it was a white dress shirt, black dress skirt, matching black heels, and a golden brooch tied with a red ribbon. Her alabaster skin and golden eyes gave a rather otherworldly vibe to the woman. Similar to yourself you could perceive something magical or supernatural about the woman just from her beauty alone. Yet you could also feel the terrifying strength ushing out from her every pore.

“Well, damn. I wasn’t expecting you to pick up on me so soon. I was hoping to at least see the two of you duke it out before eventually making my presence known.” The brunette pouted, genuinely impressed with your move but also mildly annoyed about it. “Just what I’d expect from the lady who managed to tap into fifth-dimension casting. Though, it’s far more archaic and rougher around the edges.”

“Who are you?! Are you here to try and impede me from my mission?” You shout, cracking your knuckles.

“Mission? I am not interested in what sort of duty you’re assigned. The name is Nyxlygsptlnz, something that can only be pronounced that way due to the nature of your realm.” She smiles, getting up from her chair and stepping out of the portal to interact with your world entirely. “I just came to say hello and was hoping you’d entertain me, Successor of Darkworld.”
