Now it is obvious that we are going to Moonworld, since we have planned for that. However, we must choose on a plan of action to deal with this Lust. We must remember, and this in-character thinking, that Lust kills regular people of the city and, as we postpone the date of its purging, we expose more people to danger.
We also have to take into account that the snowy weather makes ALL loot, including Makka, convert into Frozen Red Seeds. As such, fighting in the Moonworld, while a good way to grind, it is not a good way to advance in our plan to defeat Lust. All the Makka we get will be useless until we unlock the recycler at the velvet workshop, whcih costs 500 Makka.

-Option 1.b: Use a Hell wrom to enlarge Makka drop rate. Use the Sanctuary pons to unlock the recycler. Same pros as above, a bit riskier if we don´t get as much Makka as we hope. Unlocks the recycler, but doesn´t allows us to get a day ahead Lust purging. HOWEVER, if we play our cards right we might get the Jack Frost persona.

-Option 2: Fuck fighting in the snow, go to Darr-Damel and try to use our enormous bounty of healing items to search for buried Makka there. QM confirmed Darr-Damel is not affected by SNOWY.

Pros: We don´t use Maq´s hard earned pons. We might be able to uncover cool loot.
Cons: Riskier and we have only Study 1, so we will have to depend on the anons good minds for puzzles. Doesn´t allow us any chance to get the Jack Frost persona.

I would suggest to ask Gwynr, if we don´t have enough Makka to discover the killer, to meet with us on Break tomorrow, so we can meet in the library and put the places the killer has attacked on a map, along the ones the Sub Dark Nomad did. Serial killers tend to not kill near places they frequent (gyms, schools, houses..etc.). Maybe there is book in a library that explains how to extrapolate from such maps.

That assumes we can reasonably take out mobs in the Labyrinth, which I have a feeling we won't. It's the "boss dungeon" of the "first part of the game" so I expect harder encounters which we might not be able to handle well. Also, items don't disappear, you just need to get them recycled, which isn't that bad. Again, this is all moot if the terrain effect isn't in place, so we should wait.

Gyags are one of the most disgusting creatures you have ever seen. This six-legged blubbery often-pus-riddled livestock is considered by many to be the poor's people choice of meat as its only diet is literal shit. Yep, they have one of the most rudimentary digestive system despite being a fully fledged mammal. Their slimy yellow slabs of meat full of diseases and parasites, must be very popular in Sanada. It can be used as a form of a slur too.

Still, Any Gyag is heavily susceptible to mutation. Their relatively short life span and strange similarity to elfoid flesh made them the perfect test subject for big pharma assholes. Certain breeds of Gyags can serve as a disgusting guard animal or even a pet. The sky is the limit when it comes to their shapes and sizes. As such, They can fill almost any role thrown at them.

Moving on, this one had a furless tail with several dead leech-like creatures latching on it. They can act as a pesudo rope for you and Maq.

"What are you doing? We should start slaying weaklings." She was rightfully disgusted of this pig-like monster.

"I got a hunch, Maq. That hunch is telling me this epic battle is kind of n enigma waiting to be solved...though I don't really know what this whole area symbolize."

The back of this thing had several car-sized yellow pustules ready to pop. Four of them had distinctive blue halos around them:

First one was wriggling with worm-like parasites with...orc heads? Each 'orc' had a collar around its neck.

Second one had several chunks of rocks? Is this soil? Hard to tell with all of them swimming in yellow pus. You did notice however a floating hand in the mix, it had a sharp pen which was occasionally poking the pustule from the inside. That pen appear to be the one which divided all these rocks/soil into several shapes.

The third one had a never ending list of something important, While the words were a slurry mess, you could figure out several dates. This list goes several hundred years back. Wonder what is thatx for?

The last one had a sleeping beauty, a feathery Elfoid with large wings for hands chained together. You recognize some of the symbols on the chains...Satha. This is definitely related to something religious.

You got this urge to pop one or more of this pustules...question is : which one? This has to be related to the ongoing conflict between the two creatures.

Without giving it much thought, you popped the orc parasite pustule sending the Gyag in a world of hurt as hundreds of parasites began their feast on its fetid back. This didn't make any sense to you; why couldn't they just do it from the inside?

Regardless, the parasites had finally managed to break this endless stalemate by crippling the Gygag. The Silver Beast sank its twisted maw deeper into the rancid flesh of its rival finishing it off for good.

As for you and Maq, you two fell from the yellow creature. The fall should have splattered you or at least break your legs but none of that happened. Still, You felt a searing pain inside you.

Analysis post puzzle.

My guess is this represents the fight of the city against the contradictions that threatened to tear it apart in the past. Orc slavery, religious repression, secrets long kept (list) and I guess landowing or class based issues. It took the form of a mutated animal because while the forces of the city present an united front, its contradictions are separated between them (as pustules on the gyad back). Those separate problems weren´t enough to defeat the city in the past, and by popping one (orc slavery) we metaphorically repeated history, an isolated problem devouring the beast incarnating Cairth´s contradictions.

If we identify our objective as winning over Cairth, we would need to unify the different contradictions into one. My guess a good write-in for that woudl be:

Then, pop all of them in order for the pus to travel the gutters "into" the beast head, where they would mix in a metaphorical space (head) that would order them into a coherent whole that can "defeat" the city (forcing it to change or die).

You delved deeper into this swamp area, no effigies yet buuutt you found this witch's abode which was a giant repurposed skull.

The "neutralizing" one has to be the special gland at the base of the neck of elves that counters the effects of moondust. Nothing else makes sense.

Quaint means something that has some charm to it, something that's well liked. This is probably something based on the dryads, since the dryads are universally loved by everyone. Maybe something like a flower growing in a dryad's hair? I dunno

Limpid means something that's clear and transparent. That or something calm, but I don't think it's this definition. I think pixie wings in this universe are transparent, but I can't remember if they've been donut steeled into something else.

Lustrous means something shiny, which I'm guessing is chrome orc skin. Orcs have metallic skin, and they're the "odd one out" so there's that.

I'm interested in what you guys have to think though.

Ingredient list:

Used to drain prey of blood. Maybe it is referring to the bloodsac (stomach?), but I think this fits better within the sanguinary cathegory. The fang causes bloodhsed, the bloodsac stores blood.
>Quaint (Old Dryad skin/bark).
Will need Maq or QM clarification. Dryad skin turns to bark when the dryad is significantly older, but it seems horns grow too with age. For the skin example, check for example our biology teacher in thread one. For the horns, Ms Stag photograph on thread 4. I´m betting on skin though. Seems like you have to be WAY WAY old in order to get that beautiful bark coverage. And quaint is all about looking good in an old-fashioned way.

If they are transparent, they should do the job.
