/qst/ - Quests

Were you to travel the stars, across this vast universe, no doubt tales of a mighty warrior race would reach your ears. Many speak of the Saiyans with awe and wonder, marveling at their power and aspiring to become like them. Others speak in hushed tones, of the fear and despair in facing the warrior race in battle. But one thing all agree on, is that standing against the might of the Saiyan race would spells certain doom. Many have tried, several going as far as to invade the Saiyan’s homeworld of New Salda. Yet every invasion has failed, defeated by the Saiyans and their most powerful warriors: the golden-haired Super Saiyans, and the green-haired legend who leads them. But once more they march, leaving their home behind and advancing into the heart of their enemy’s territory. Which side will triumph, and who will perish?

Welcome to Saiyan Conqueror Quest, the story of an alternate timeline in the greater Dragonball world. Currently it is Age 749 and you the players control Karn: once an ordinary Saiyan warrior with a meager powerlevel of 2,830. Throughout your many adventures, the “Dragon of New Salda” has grown into the radiant symbol of Saiyan might. Now as a PTO general with a powerlevel of 24,819,000 and close friend and confidant of Lord Freeza himself, Karn has become one of the strongest beings in the entire universe.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

The battle for Sanghelios had begun, and was well underway when Karn came face-to-face with the Covenant’s newest Arbiter. Blessed with a Stand that broke down and destroyed anything that touched his left arm, the Sangheili was confident in his abilities. Yet after getting impaled in the side, Karn sliced his sword hand clean off, then drove his ancient blade down through his shoulder and into the splitjaw’s chest. But as he died, the bomb linked to the Arbiter’s heart exploded. On the edge of death Karn was saved, brought back to the ship and placed in a healing pod where he spent two full days recovering from the unprecedented damage. After finding out what happened Karn returned to the sight of his battle, only to discover the Bloodstone was no more. Instead it was blasted into his arm, and out into the surrounding blast zone and becoming a massive green crystal. And as we rejoin Karn, you just finished using that energy to ascend to new heights, and take on the powerful Super Saiyan Three form!

“Super Saiyan Three.” King Vegeta says, the king smirking at you and holding a ball of ki in his hand. “So, you actually did it. I wouldn’t expect anything less from you. Now, let’s say we test out this new power of yours?”

At this he tosses the ball of ki high, your gaze remaining fixed on him as he clenches his fist, knowing what’s coming.

“Now! Burst open and mix!!” he shouts, you watching passively as Vegeta quickly takes on his mighty Golden Oozaru form. As he grows more and more, he’s soon towering over you and all the others nearby. Luckily Meloka was quick enough to shield young Karn Jr’s eyes from the Power Ball, as there’s no telling what would happen to him. When Vegeta speaks again his voice is far louder, booming across the battlefield. “Let us see just how strong you are now. HAAAAAA!!”

His mighty fist swings down right for you, but you don’t move your feet. Holding out your hands, you brace yourself as his massive fist closes in. But despite his newfound power and massive size, his fist isn’t enough to make you move. You catch his fist in your hands, stopping his punch dead in it’s tracks. But that doesn’t simply negate all that force, the impact traveling through your body and into the cracked crystal below your feet, shattering it even further.

“Wh-What?” he says, clearly shocked as he pulls his fist back. “If you can stop that, then I won’t hold back! RRRROOOAAAAAAR!!”

What do you do?

As King Vegeta roars his golden ki surges, power rising. But you’re more than ready, slowly lifting off the ground until you’re level with his head. Lightning flashes around your aura, crackling with every slight movement of your body. After several seconds his display ends, Golden Oozaru Vegeta’s power at his maximum.

“GWROOOOAAAAAR!!” he bellows, again swinging his right fist for you. But this time, instead of simply catching it, you charge forward and slam your own fist into his. The impact is colossal, the resulting shockwave knocking even the two of you back and away from each other. This sends the oversized Vegeta off balance, who nearly falls backwards before catching himself. “What?”
“Not bad.” you say to yourself, looking at your fist clenching and unclenching before returning your gaze to the king. “You ready?”

“RRRROOOOAAAAAAARRR!!” he roars in response, again swinging his right fist for you and then his left. You match him strike for strike, this time braced for the shockwaves neither of you are blown away. Instead you trade blows with the titanic King Vegeta, and despite the preposterous size difference you’re actually matching his power strike for strike. Which clearly begins frustrating the now-bestial king, who with a roar leaps overhead, flips forward once, and brings both fists laced together down in a powerful, planet-shattering blow. But you don’t simply wait there for it.
“HAAAAAA!!” you shout, dashing up and flipping backwards to kick at his fists with both feet. Your kicks not only match his power but exceed his, reflecting his attack and forcing the king to recoil.
“WH-WHAT?!” he shouts in surprise, stunned that you completely overpowered his attack. Before he can recover you’re on the move, closing the distance and preparing your own powerful strike. Fists laced together you swing, striking his muzzle with your full power. “GRYAAA!!”

This powerful strike sends him tumbling, spinning uncontrollably through the air until he crashes down on the whole other side of the now-shattered crystal. The impact makes the entire planet shake, shattering the broken crystal even further. He lays there a moment, completely stunned, until you begin to worry you’d really hurt him. But that’s not enough to keep King Vegeta down long.

“D-Dammit!” he snarls, slowly, shakily forcing himself back to his feet. “I-! I won’t LOSE!!”

Vegeta roars to the heavens, raising his power further and further. But then he begins to change. His entire body begins glowing a bright golden, radiating with power, but then begins shrinking. His entire massive form shrinks down, reverting to his normal size. But as the light fades, you can tell something’s clearly different.
>>
>>4448116
Where once stood a Golden Oozaru now stands King Vegeta, his body transformed. His armor was destroyed by the transformation, revealing his upper body is mostly covered in a reddish fur, his hair grown out down his back similarly to a Super Saiyan 3, but still black. And not as long, but that’s only the superficial changes. His power has exploded upwards, now easily more than twice your own!

“You ready?” he asks, returning to his normal fighting stance. “The real battle begins now!”

Well, this is unexpected. Once more, King Vegeta has attained the powerful form of the Primal Saiyan. And is looking up at you expectantly.

What now?

“Bring it.” you reply, taking your own stance. You and Vegeta stare at each other across the distance, each waiting to see who’ll make the first move. But you’re not going out on the attack yet, curious just how strong this form is. And in less than the blink of an eye, he shows you. One moment you both are dozens of yards apart, the next he’s already closed the distance, swinging with his right fist for your head. With only an instant to react you knock his arm aside with your left forearm, his fist barely grazing your cheek. But Vegeta uses the momentum you gave him to his advantage, twisting and slamming a leg into your exposed left ribs. “GAH!”

“Got you!” he shouts, reversing his spin and punching you square in the chest with his left fist. Stunned from the first blow you’re unable to stop this one, Vegeta’s strike sending you crashing down hard to the ground. Landing back first, you clearly see Vegeta dropping through the air to stomp down on you. Not giving him the chance, ay the last moment you flip backwards, landing on your feet and hands as he smashes down into the ground you’d just been laying on.
“GRRRYAAAAA!!” you roar, exploding forward and going on the attack. You deliver a quick left-right that Vegeta blocks, then before he can retaliate you flip backwards, kicking at him and gaining some distance. Your feet meet no resistance, and as you flip back upright see Vegeta’d flipped backwards as well to avoid it. As he regains his feet Vegeta doesn’t hesitate, launching himself right at you again.

“Is this all you’ve got?!” he taunts, slamming his right fist into your crossed forearms and pushing you backwards. His provocation sparks something inside you, your power surging in response.
“HRRRRRRYAAAAA!!” you roar, letting your energy explode forth from you wildly. This sudden surge of power knocks Vegeta back, you seizing the opening to slam a ki-laced punch square into the left side of his jaw. This catches him by surprise, you seizing the opening and following up with a powerful left uppercut to the jaw which sends him skyward. Planting your feet you gather your ki into your right hand, emerald energy thrumming with barely-restrained power. Which you unleash, throwing your hand towards him with a shout. “HAAAAAAAA!!!”

An overwhelmingly powerful beam of energy explodes forth, green lightning dancing along it’s path. Vegeta doesn’t dodge the attack, your beam striking him with incredible power. Yet, despite how much energy you’re throwing his way, it doesn’t budge Vegeta. He’s resisting your attack!
cont
>>
>>4448324
Despite pouring your incredible power into this attack, Vegeta’s still somehow able to hold it at bay. This isn’t working, you’ll have to try something else. And that’s when it comes to you, the perfect attack! Clenching your left fist, you quit pouring your ki into the beam. But instead of slowly tapering it off you stop abruptly, and launch yourself into the trailing end of the attack. You dash through your energy right at Vegeta, who doesn’t notice what you’re doing until you’re almost right on top of him.

“What-?!” he shouts, his arms crossed and unable to block your next move. Whatever else he was saying is lost as your left fist slams hard into his jaw, sending him crashing into the ground hard. As he hits the ground with a meteoric impact you feel your own energy dip dramatically, vision going dim and losing feeling in your arms. But it only lasts an instant, one moment later you feeing back in control.
“The hell?” you think to yourself, looking curiously at your hands. For a moment you thought you were going to pass out, or worse, but now you feel just fine. “Wierd.”
“Not bad.” Vegeta says, calling up at you from the ground. “Looks like you can keep up after all. Now, how about we kick this up a notch?”

His golden aura explodes out around him, lightning dancing through it as he once more takes his fighting stance, looking no worse for wear. Whatever that was, it can wait until you’ve had your fight, right?

“Ready when you are.” you reply, once more taking your fighting stance then gesturing for him to come at you. Which he obliges, once more rushing headlong at you. Since it’d been awhile, you were caught off-guard by Vegeta’s speed the first time. But not again. This time when he closes in you’re ready, blocking his heavy right hand with your left forearm, then his follow-up turning left kick aimed at your head with your right forearm. Each blow knocks you around a bit, his power still quite impressive, but he’s no longer faster than you can easily react to. In fact, you can follow his movements, allowing you to get your defenses up and block the barrage of incoming blows.

Despite each of his attack hitting harder than the last, and forcing you onto a full defensive, he doesn’t completely outclass you. You can’t get a single attack of your own in, as he’s moving far too fast and aggressively. But you do manage to withstand everything he throws at you for several seconds of sustained attacks. Fists, knees, elbows, you manage to block every single attack he sends your way. Which quickly irritates Vegeta, who after more than a full minute straight of firing off several attacks per second, breaks off his attack and leaps back away from you.

“Not bad. But let’s see how you handle this!” he shouts, pulling both hands back over his left shoulder. His energy surges upwards as it gathers between his hands, the raw power radiating from him astonishing. “GALICK GUN!!”
“BARRIER!!” you counter, creating the sphere of energy around you as his beam rockets your way. His energy strikes your shield, yet despite his power you barely feel it. Your shield takes the attack on, splitting it’s energy up into several streams that slide around your shield and off behind you. As you block his attack, once more that dizzying sensation rocks your body. It catches you so off-guard you nearly drop your Barrier, yet fortunately manage to keep it together until the feeling passes. As it does Vegeta’s own attack ends, you dropping the Barrier a moment later. Clenching your fists you prepare to gather your own energy in retaliation, but as you begin something feels wrong. “HAAAAAAA-huh?”

And as you try gathering your energy, suddenly it all slips away. That overwhelming power disappears, you feeling your own strength plummet back down to normal. Your entire body sags, like a puppet with the strings cut as exhaustion slams into you. Your entire body feels depleted, as if you’d been training nonstop for an entire week.

“The hell?” you manage to get out between heaves for air, unable to lift your own arms or even make a fist. Your body is completely drained, stomach growling audibly and reminding you that you also haven’t eaten in around three days now. No wonder your body feels completely drained, it doesn’t have anything fueling it. You need food, now.
“I think this little spar is over.” Vegeta says, flying over to you still in his Primal form and laying a hand on your shoulder. “Rest up Karn, we’ll need you at full strength tomorrow.”
“I. Will.” you manage to get out, despite struggling to even breathe. You can barely even keep yourself in the air, Meloka noticing and flying over to you. Wordlessly she gets under your left arm, helping hold you airborne as Karn Jr looks at you curiously. “Thanks hun.”

“Shhh, I got you.” she replies, and holding both you and Karn Jr focuses her mind, and once more uses her Instant Transmission. One instant you’re near the place you’d nearly died, the next you all are inside your ship’s common area. The smell of cooking meat hits your nostrils, causing your mouth to start drooling. But before you can mindlessly attack the smell and devour it Meloka pushes you into a seat, setting Karn Jr on your lap. “Here, I’ll be right back.”
“AaaaaaaAAAAAAAAaaa!!” your son says, looking up at you curiously.
“What’d you. Think of your. Old man?” you ask him, Karn Jr giggling at your exhaustion. At least one of you thinks it’s funny. But a few moments later Meloka returns, and for a moment you think you’d died and went to the afterlife. She walks over carrying a large platter covered by giant chunks of steaming meat. Your stomach roars in hunger, Meloka setting it before you and taking Karn Jr back as you attack the plate.

“Gryaa!” you snarl, the smell of food giving your exhausted body a surge of strength to eat and regain power. And eat you do, attacking your food with savage abandon as if you’re a nearly-starving kid hunting Tuffles to eat back on Planet Vegeta. You lose track of your surroundings, focused completely on eating and filling the void that is your guts. Which you do, stuffing your face until your hunger subsides with a contented growl. “Haaaaaa.”
“Feelin’ better hun?” your wife asks, you barely able to nod in response. She chuckles in response, helping you back to your feet. You don’t remember anything after that, falling asleep sometime afterwards. You don’t even realize you’d fallen asleep until you suddenly wake up, the quiet of your room feeling almost oppressive.

Something about the silence sets you on edge, almost as if something’s about to happen. Perhaps it’s because every time it’s been this quiet before, something terrible happened not long afterwards. So you very gingerly grab Meloka with your telekinesis, lifting her ever so slightly and allowing you to pull your right arm out from under her. Now freed you set her back, slipping silently out of bed. Looking around your room, which is the same as always, you slip a pair of pants on then grab your ancient sword, slinging it over your back and stepping quietly over to the door. It slides open with barely a sound, you going through and locking it behind you. Just in case. The doors can he manually unlocked from the inside, but when locked can’t be opened from the outside except by Arctus in the command center.

With Meloka and Karn Jr as secure as you can make them you step quietly down the stairs, your bare feet not making a sound on the cool metal. Reaching the bottom of the stairs you hesitate, closing your eyes and listening. You don’t hear any noises from the common room, nothing audible above the near-silent sound of the ship’s air recirculating. Focusing your ki sense, you can’t feel anyone familiar or unfamiliar from the room beyond. So you turn the corner, feeling ready for anything and everything. But despite you being ready for a fight, there’s nothing here. The room looks as it always has, when not under attack from an enemy Stand, nothing out of place. But instead of calming you down and relaxing you, this only makes you feel even more tense.

“The hell?” you mutter, shaking your head. Whar are you so on-edge for? Nothing’s wrong, no warnings from your instincts are going off, and there’s np ship alarm ringing out, so why? Why are you so nervous for? “Maybe I need a breath of fresh air.”

That decided, you turn and walk out of the room. Going through the main door, you see the pair of destroyer droids are still posted outside the door, ever-vigilantly watching the hallway. So you walk out, down through the halls until you come to the airtight shield, floating through it and emerging into Sanghelios’s early dawn. You fly up to the top of your Lucrehulk’s control center, landing atop the central sphere and looking across the now-desolate wasteland. Taking a deep breath, you then sigh out, not seeing anything in your gaze moving.

But what now?

“Must be gettin’ jumpy.” you say with a sigh, sitting down and crossing your legs. Taking a few moments you take a few deep breaths in and out, forcing your body to relax. Closing your eyes, you realize it’s now been over three days since you last checked up on the kids. Perhaps you should do that now, before things get wild again. So you do, reaching out and thinking out to your oldest daughter. “Hey Chaya, how’s everything goin’?”
“Hey Daddy, you’ve been quiet.” she replies, a bit more of your body’s tension going out of you as you feel her mind touch yours. “Momma told me what happened, you feelin’ better?”
“I’m alright kiddo, what about yourself?” you ask her. “How’s the fight goin’?”

“Terrible!” she replies heatedly, shocking you. “Those half-people bugs got through our perimeter somehow, and caused a whole lotta damage before we swatted them all. Broly was hurt real bad, they attacked him while he was asleep. But he didn’t make it easy for them, and thankfully Cauli fixed him right up afterwards. Oh, and you missed it!”
“Missed what?” you ask her, curious.
“Parsla!” she replies, as if you should already know. “When she saw how bad Broly was hurt, she finally did it! She went Super Saiyan! Her power was crazy, smashing bugs and ignoring her injuries like a crazy person until she passed out. It was wild!”
“I bet.” you reply, brow furrowing. Towa’d told you about the Wrath form, and how dangerous combining it with Super Saiyan could be. But it seems the young girl didn’t hurt anyone. Which brings another question to mind. “How’s everyone doin’?”

“We’re all holdin’ up.” she replies, her simple happiness bleeding through the link. “But my sword broke. Their acid blood ate through it. But it’s okay, I’ll get a new one when we come back home. Broly an’ Raditz are gettin’ along much better now, and oh! Cauli can do magic now too!”
“Wait, what?” you ask her, surprised. That’s a lot of information to take in all at once. “Really?”
“Yeah, it’s super cool!” she replies. “Cauli can throw lightning bolts that zap bugs dead, and now can heal a whole lotta people all at once! It’s super cool!”
“I bet.” you answer, pondering that a moment. Is this her Stand, it’s ability evolving? Or perhaps something else? Only one way to find out, and that’s to ask her yourself. “Stay safe out there Chaya, I’m gonna check in on your siblings, okay?”
“Alright Daddy, I gotta go too. Time to start tonight’s workout.” she replies, then ends the link. You then reach out to Broly, who corroborates Chaya’s story. But he has a bit more to add.

“Someone let them in.”

>>
>>4448842
“Wait, what?” you ask him, alarmed. “What do you mean?”
“The perimeter wasn’t damaged, and none of the guards were destroyed either.” he tells you telepathically. “Either they found a way to bypass the security completely, or someone on the inside actually let them through.”
“Does anyone else know?” you ask him, no doubt your concern reaching him through the link. “Have you brought this before Vox?”
“No, I haven’t told anyone.” he replies. “But I bet Chilli suspects the same thing I do. Chaya’s oblivious, as always, she doesn’t suspect a thing.”
“I wouldn’t say anything, until the fight’s over for good and you’re back home.” you advise him. “If Vox actually did it himself, best not embarass him on his own cameras. I wouldn’t want him trying anything to take you down.”

“I’d like to see him try.” Broly replies, you reaching through the link to check his power. And it’s amazing, his power’s more than doubled since they left New Salda. “I could break him in half.”
“Cowards don’t fight fair.” you reply cautiously. “There’s a reason Lord Freeza didn’t take him out. Stay safe, and keep your eyes open.”

“I will.” he replies, you ending the connection with him and reaching out to Chilli. You catch up with him and his younger sister, Caulifla, talking with them. Chilli confirms what Broly’d said, both suspicious of Vox being responsible for the leak. But Caulifla’s tale is more interesting. Apparently on one of her trips through her necklace, she saved a snake-legged god who gave her a bell and a book of prayers. And when she rings the bell, reciting the words from the ancient tome, she can use those ancient gods’ powers. After talking with the kids attacking the Hive, you turn your attention to those back home. Tatsu and Tomi, the twins, have continued their training and are eager to show you how much their twinblade skills have improved. You talk with all your children, except Karn Jr, who’s still sleeping beneath your feet. Once you end the conversation with your last child you open your eyes, feeling much more relaxed. Standing up, you see the sun rising up over the distant horizon. Today’s the day.

Stretching out, you feel something click in your right shoulder as your arms rise over your head and go back. That hasn’t happened before, you glancing to it. Nothing feels wrong exactly, but it does catch your attention for a few moments. Guess you’re getting older. Shrugging it off you focus your mind, reaching out for Lord Freeza’s energy. He’s easy enough to find, as one of the strongest beings on the planet. Raising your hand to your forehead you use your Instant Transmission, and teleport to Freeza’s side. You find yourself in his room on the ship, popping his neck in anticipation.

“Greetings, General Karn.” he replies, not even surprised by your sudden arrival. “You’re up early. Everything alright?”
“Far as I can tell.” you reply, clasping forearms with the emperor. “So, what’s the plan? How are we gonna do this?”
“Plan? We? Ooohohoho, you misunderstand.” he replies, a dangerous glint to his eye. “You won’t be needed for this battle.”
“Wait, what?” you ask him, confused. “What do you mean?”
“These Covenant bastards have been busy trying to kill my favorite person at every opportunity.” he says, anger creeping into his voice. “It’s about time I taught them who the real threat is. So for this battle, you won’t be needed. In fact, I’ll be heading out shortly. And not a single ship of that attacking fleet will ever touch this planet’s atmosphere.”

“You-You’re taking them all on? Alone?” you ask, caught by surprise.
“Of course.” he replies, voice questioning. “Do you doubt me, Karn?”
“Of course I don’t doubt your power.” you reply. “But these bastards don’t fight fair. I’m sure they have at least a dozen traps ready.”
“Of course they do.” he replies, walking out from the room. You follow right behind him, as Freeza keeps talking. “But I’m not going to fall to their schemes. They expect another battle like the Siege, but instead they face a slaughter. And any of those Stand users won’t be able to use their tools effectively, as like yourself they’re bound to an atmosphere. But I am the Emperor of the Universe! And I shall show them true fear!”

At this the two of you exit the Lucrehulk’s energy barrier, you emerging once more into Sanghelios’s morning sunlight. He leads you a small distance away from the ship, landing in one of many craters that now litter the planet’s surface. He clenches his fists, and in a flash of power takes to his Golden form.

“So I’ll ask you once more, Karn.” he says, not addressing you as one of his generals. “Do you trust me? Do you have faith in me, my friend?”

Well?

Fuck, this choice hurts a bit. It feels hypocritical after how we acted when going to the dark planet. Speaking of, I went back to the archive for that and found this from back then:
>“Good. I’m on my way to this ‘Dark Planet’ now.” you tell him, crouching to gather your strength then blasting into the sky. You quickly boost your speed, faster and faster as you soon approach the edge of New Salda’s atmosphere. “This battle will be over once this bastard Hatchiyack lays dead at my feet. So I’m going on ahead.”
“You know that going alone’s a terrible idea, right?” Freeza asks as you leave the planet behind, your Champion form fading completely. “Dammit Karn, you keep yourself safe, got it?”
It feels bad to have the roles reversed, man.

“Of course.” you reply immediately, without hesitating. You’d trust him with your life. “Just be careful out there. Joseph told me some wierd stories about Stands before, including one that was an entire ship. Don’t take any chances that’re too risky, okay?”
“Oohohohoho, now that’s something you don’t hear every day.” he replies, chuckling at you. “Karn, telling me to be careful. Now I’ve heard everything.”
“Give ‘em hell.” you say, giving Freeza a Saiyan salute. He returns the gesture, then without a hint of preparation launches himself high into the sky. By the time you’ve looked up his golden aura’s little more than a tiny dot, and after another moment even that’s gone. “Good luck.”

“Karn?” Meloka thinks to you, her mind worried. “What’s goin’ on?”
“Freeza just took off, he’s headed towards the enemy fleet.” you reply, filling her in on what just happened as you turn back towards the ship. “So it looks like we’ve got the day off now.”
“That’s good.” she replies, relief flooding the link. “I was worried.”
“About what?” you ask, curious.
“You, Karn.” she replies. “You may not realize it, but your body’s really fragile right now. Going Super Saiyan 3 is really hard on your body until it gets used to the stress of it. I can’t imagine just how much more damaging your greener version was.”
“Fragile? What’re you talking about hun?” you ask her, now getting a bit worried yourself.

“Just come back, okay?” she tells you, as you bring your right hand to your forehead and focus. “You need to recover.”

You focus on your wife’s energy, who’s still in her transformed state, and teleport over to her. You appear back in your bedroom, Meloka already up and mostly dressed while Karn Jr’s still sleeping peacefully in your bed. Wordlessly she turns to you, rushing over and hugging you. As her arms grab you and squeeze, you feel your entire body groaning. You flash up into a Super Saiyan, raising your own power up a bit to avoid being crushed.

“Oh, sorry.” she says, easing her grip on you. “C’mon, let’s see if the doctor’s up.”
“Dr. White? Sure, but why?” you reply, Meloka throwing her gi top on before walking over to your still-sleeping son, and gingerly picking him up. Holding Karn Jr to her chest, the two of you exit the room. Walking back down the stairs again, you see several of Silver’s disciples hard at work preparing breakfast and throwing good-natured insults back and forth. Leaving them to their work, you make your way to Dr. White’s door, it opening as you approach.
cont
>>
>>4449090
As the door opens you’re relieved to see that dozens of injured Saiyans aren’t lined up waiting for help anymore, in fact even both of the healing pods are currently empty. Dr. White’s sitting behind his desk, looking up as you both walk in.

“Good morning Karn, Meloka.” he says, walking over to you and addressing you directly. “Meloka talked with me yesterday, wants you scanned.”
“Scanned?” you ask, confused. “Scanned for what?”
“You starved your body, then put it through a stressful, energy-burning transformation.” he explains, gesturing for you to drop the sword off. Which you do, pulling the weapon over your head and leaning it against his desk. “Here, lay down on this table. Good. No doubt, your body’s cells are still running in starvation mode. Which conserves every ounce of energy it possibly can. Combining that with how much stress the Super Saiyan 3 form puts on a body, and frankly I’m surprised you’re still able to walk.”

“Wait, what?” you ask him confused, as he fires up the machine he has you on/in. The screen lowers from the ceiling, humming as it activates. “Why’s that?”
“Your Super Saiyan forms burn through your body’s energy supplies.” he responds, studying you through the screen. “Especially the stronger forms. Sure they grant increased power and speed, but nothing’s free in this universe. That kind of power comes at a cost. Hrrmmmm. This could be trouble.”
“What? What’s trouble?” you ask him, more concerned than before. “What’s wrong?”
“There’s some...things in your left forearm.” he replies, eyes narrowing as he looks at you. “Know anything about this?”

Again something weird shortly after recent events.
>That hasn’t happened before, you glancing to it. Nothing feels wrong exactly, but it does catch your attention for a few moments. Guess you’re getting older.
> Guess you’re getting older.
Saiyans stay in their prime for a very long time compared to for example humans. So this is definitely not about getting older, Karn has a long time before any of that would show up.

So something suspicious again, and now to think of it perhaps that is why Karn feels so on edge. He woke up this morning like he was in danger. Perhaps the threat is not in form of an assassin this time, but it is something wrong that happens to him now.
It is happening a bit slowly, but fast enough for us to see some strange effects just few days after the Arbiter's explosion.
>This was the moment from which all of this started to happen.
It may be connected to the starvation, exhaustion, Bloodstone inside left forearm and Karn's new Legendary Super Saiyan form.
>Perhaps those things together accelerate whatever is already happening.
It seems like something wrong is going on, but it's not clear what.
>In an optimistic scenario it's just tiredness from attaining Super Saiyan 3 for the first time.

Could it be something like that? That would be even bigger problem, as I assumed it is something that is only happening to Karn.

If nobody in this timeline is able to find the answer, then there is still one last possibility, to try to contact Towa somehow. She may know what is happening.

“That’s, well, kind of a long story.” you say, thinking back to when Aku’d first given you the Bloodstone. You explain what the Bloodstone was, what it did, and who you’d gotten it from. Then you explain the Arbiter’s blast that’d gotten you sent here a few days ago, and how when you finally woke up you went back to the blast site. You tell him about the crystallization of the area immediately around the crater, and then your realization that the Bloodstone was missing, Then you tell him how you figured oit it’s actually inside your arm now, and it’s energy resonated with the giant crystal. Before you tapped into that stored energy to transform, anyways, as you haven’t tried it again yet.

“I see.” he replies, tapping away at his keyboard. “These crystals act as a power reservoir. Gemstones on certain planets have been rumored able to store intense amounts of kinetic energy as potential energy, but I hadn’t seen one myself before. But you say the energy in your arm’s rock resonated with the larger crystal? Hrmm, this could be a problem. Let me check something else.”
“Of course.” you reply, glancing over to Meloka. You see her looking at you worriedly, you flashing her a small thumbs-up.
“As I thought. What color was this Bloodstone of yours?” he asks. “And what was the color of the crystal in the crater?”
“Red. And at the blast site was green, like my Berserker form.” you tell him, then remember. “But when I draw on it now, it glows green as well. Like this.”

And so you focus, reaching into the imbedded gem and touch the power held within it. Glancing down at it, you see the faint green glow coming through your skin and outlining the gem between your arm bones. Yet unlike yesterday, you don’t feel the overwhelming pull from the rock trying to sap your own power. And you don’t feel that same unstoppable ocean of energy lurking within it either.

“I see.” he says, the doctor reaching up with his right hand and rubbing between his eyes. “I’m a doctor, not a man of magic or other, stranger powers. That said, your little crystal there saved your life.”
“Huh? What do you mean?” you ask him, having your suspicions what he’ll say. “When that bomb detonated, your crystal tried to absorb all of that energy. And when it couldn’t contain it all, the gemstone’s limits were surpassed, and it shattered. It blasted out through your arm and into the planet, expanding itself to better-absorb the overwhelming energy. Most of that bomb’s energy wasn’t channeled into you, but into the expanding crystal instead. With that rock acting as energy receptor, the worst of that explosion went not into you, but through you and into the planet instead. Which would explain what else I’ve found.”
cont
>>
>>4449225
“What did you find?” you ask him, trying to keep up. The Bloodstone tried to save you? Is it, somehow, alive? Questions for later.
“The gemstone in your arm. Make it glow again like before.” he says, you obliging him and focusing on the gemstone again. Once more you see it glowing, Dr. White gesturing to Meloka and having her walk over to him. You watch her carefully, studying her for her reaction. But such careful observation wasn’t necessary, eyes widening as she gasps.
“What? What’s going on?” you ask them, feeling yourself getting more and more worried. For your wife to look so surprised and worried, it can’t be anything good. “Meloka, what did you see?”

“I-The Bloodstone, it-“ she says, unable to finish. Thankfully Dr. White is here, saying what Meloka’s unable to.
“The crystal, when shattered, didn’t break evenly.” he says, brow furrowed and looking genuinely worried. “Tiny specks of your Bloodstone have actually entered into your bloodstream, and are circulating throughout your body. But that’s not the worst part.”
“Wait, there’s more?” you ask, feeling exasperated. “What the hell else could there be?”
“These micro-sized pieces of your Bloodstone also seem to be pooling up in several places throughout your body.” he says, seemingly more concerned about this than the fact it’s in your blood at all. “Especially inside of your organs and your joints. I fear what this could mean for your body going forward.”

Of course it has. Nothing’s ever easy, is it?

So, are we just picking back up in this thread this coming Saturday?
Whatever the case, I may as well follow tradition and bombard you with questions.
Who does Karn Jr. take after in terms of appearance?
Is Parsla feeling any of the negative psychological effects of her transformations yet?
I assume Karn's body switched to Anaerobic Respiration based on what Doc White said earlier. If I'm mistaken, please clarify.
Is Karn developing any kind of life-long condition with the way he goes about things?
Is Meloka still mad at us for almost dying again?
Is Broly gonna threaten Vox the next time he gets a chance to see him?
Did any of the magical armory on New Salda get moved to the Royal Palace? Seems like it'd be a pretty good boon for the Saiyan Elite.
How's Aku doing? Has he cracked the defenses of the other shards of Manus yet?
Is Turles ever gonna talk to Blackfire about how he feels?
Is Camali being walked regularly?
How much trouble has Tatsu gotten into? (besides almost dying to a kid)
>>
Epilogue this week will once again feature Future Chaya, who’s ready for that one? And again sorry about yesterday, between harvest time and family issues persisting shit’s not back to normal around here. Maybe one day.

>>4451033
Not either actually. Something that may become important down the line...
She still can’t get to you, having not been inside the Lucrehulk.
>>4451290
Yes
>follow tradition and bombard you with questions
Here we go:
Unclear yet. Looks like a golden-haired baby.
Spoiler
I feel this situation needs explained a bit more, just to clarify for everyone as several pieces came together at once. First, and the easiest to explain, is Super Saiyan 3. Each Saiyan transformation consumes a whole bunch of your body’s energy, your cells and organs working overtime to produce the energy necessary to fuel this form. Which is why the False Super Saiyan state would drop Karn initially, as his body didn’t fully transform. Then there’s the Berserker power which, despite being a mutation(or perhaps because of), is even tougher on the body after coming down than the normal forms. Then there’s the whole starvation issue. Saiyans are an extremely high-metabolic race. No further example needed there than Goku’s WMAT contests when he was a kid. Combine those two, and you have a real problem with the Bloodstone fragments circulating through the blood and building up in the organs. Especially prevalent in the lungs, and kidneys. So put all that together, and you have a recipe for disaster. If Karn’d ignored Meloka, or worse tried training instead of visiting Freeza, you’d probably have passed out. As it is, recovery from this is gonna be a bitch.
Not yet. At least, not physically.
She’s more worried, right now. Also, as Dr. White explains all this to her, she’ll know it wasn’t your fault.
Possibly
A lot of it, but there may be complications going on down there right now.
Good question, maybe you’ll see him again once this is over.
Possibly
He’s not gone with you, he’s back on New Salda with Tatsu. How do you think Tatsu got so good to fight a Super Saiyan stronger and much much younger than him?
Again, spoilers. New Salda may be a bit different than when you left it.

>deciding something down the line
Hm maybe the bloodstones can increase our energy capacity? Or maybe it is how integrated they are to our energy and the splitjaw planet's energy we took
>Kinda like Moro too
>QA
I have some other questions
Did you have a plan on what would happen if karn used the stone mask? If you think about it the mask was supposed to awake the potential of living beings through evolution
>so it even as it would make us similar to a pillar man being a saiyan would change how it expressed
>Maybe it would act as potential unlock plus the ability to bring the dead as servants is very useful
>but what worries me is how saiyan metabolism would react
>Karn might have needed to drink tons of blood if not do a kars and absorbing people entirely
>It would also likely make it much easier to survive forms with heavy tolls in the body like beserk, kaioken or SuperVillain
>Plus I sometimes wonder if you would be up to make an epilogue on the roads not taken like say:
>Karn who gave up on Befriending freeza and went space gardening with bardock and family
Huge gains and more exploration with a side of Boros
>Demon Karn who became Aku's second in command
Beserk with Demon saiyan might have been super broly levels of crazy also able to use life drain for MAXIMUM brokenness
>Sith Karn, a karn who was a dreadzone combatant and found the Bane holocron on that junk planet
Much more tricky combat style possibly similar to chaya's telekinetic nudges might have more knowledge on how to tap into the wrath and beserker forms without being blinded by rage also UNLIMITED POWER™ everywhere
>>
>>4451488
I think the bloodstone in the blood will just keep sapping and expelling power and mucking stuff up. I think that's what happened with the fight with Vegeta. Bloodstone in the body was draining and supplying power so it was getting fucky.
>>
>>4451444
I could swear there was a thread in which you said she could get to the lucrehulk but not to the whatever shithole planet we were on at the time
>>
>>4451505
Who knew eating rocks was this bad for us. We need to talk to Leyas about this at some point.
>>
>>4451719
Yeah I remember too it exactly why I asked for raven from what I remember GD response came like this:
>Anon gives idea to call Ubo to the fight on the ground or something about us going to new salda
>GD says raven could open a portal in the Lucrehulk but not in planets that she wasn't in
Maybe GD forgot or MAYBE GD doesn't want Raven to help because it would hinder the intended direction of the plot and he did not properly prepare to Anons searching that one quote of that one episode in the entire arc
>>
>>4451488
The former Bloodstone’s pieces aren’t filled with the planet’s energy, but the bomb’s.
I had differing plans for the other routes, had they been chosen instead.
>>4451505
>and mucking stuff up
Understatement right there.
>>4451719
Did I? I thought I specified she couldn’t.
>>4452238
If I did I’ll stand corrected, but which one was it?
>>
>>4452633
I will try to comb archives for it.
>>
>>4452633
Found it. thread 137

Anon asks
>Join the battle on the ground for now, wipe out the enemy in front of you first
>Telepathically reach out to Raven, when you're done you'll need her portals to get everyone back to Lucrehulk safely

>She can do that, right GD?

GD says

>No. She hasn’t been to that planet, so cannot make a portal there. She could make one to the Lucrehulk from New Salda, but that wouldn’t accomplish much.
>>
>>4452742
>>4452746
Well so I did. Alrighty then, writing that down in my notes. Thank you anon
>>
>>4452757
Lurkers gotta be good for something I guess
>>
>>4452773
I can’t remember everything. Especially if I forget to write it down in my notes
>>
Rereading through the thread, while I'm glad Golden Freeza will handle the Covey Fleet since we have the Bloodstone in us, that fight would have been epic.

During the Siege Karns PL was 820,000 base and only had Ascended SS to use.

Now we're just abit over 30 times stronger Base PL Wise and could rock around in Normal Berserk for atleast a entire Day. It would have been nuts.

Oh oh, I recall this. Cause I was that anon. Yeah I had wanted raven to portal us away from a military base to the lucrehulk [or to new sadala and than lucrehulk? Its admittedly been awhile.] due to being trapped on the planet since the Spiltjaws were somewhere in space stopping or injured from safely returning and we couldn't go out ourselves for fear of how far out they were. -Saiyan Conqueror Quest 140 Epilogue-

AGE 780, WORLD OF VOID: AMAYA’S TIMELINE

“KAIO-KEN!!” Goku roars, combining his Super Saiyan Blue power with King Kai’s body-destroying Kaio-Ken to unleash a surge of divine ki many times what he’s normally capable of. You feel your brother’s energy surging higher and higher as he faces down Universe 11’s Jiren, but despite using that dangerous technique he seems rather unimpressed. In fact as you watch, letting him have the one-on-one he wanted, Goku doesn’t seem able to land a single solid hit. In fact Jiren seems on a whole other level, dominating your brother like you haven’t seen since the old days. Within a minute or two Goku’s down on his hands and knees, Jiren casually walking over and stomping on his back. Once, twice, then reaches down and grabs Goku by his blue hair, lifting him to eye level and slamming a fist into his guts.

“It’s over.” Jiren says, firing a ki blast that smashes Goku through several arena floor outcroppings and launched right to the edge.
“GOKU!!” you shout, worried he’s just been eliminated. But as the smoke clears, you see he’d been barely hanging on with one hand, lifting himself back to his feet and staring Jiren down. You are Amiya: Super Saiyan, slayer of Freeza, battler of the God of Destruction Beerus, student of Whis, and currently are in the middle of the largest battle for survival ever. Eight of the twelve universes are battling; not only for a chance at the Super Dragon Balls, which grant any wish. But for the survival of themselves and their universe. Any universe who has all ten of their fighters rung out are eliminated, erased from existence by the Zenos. And here you are now, watching your brother struggle against the single strongest non-divine being you’ve ever encountered.

“Where are you goin’?” Goku asks, staring the grey alien down before clenching his fists, and unleashing everything he’s got. His already enormous power grows, Goku unleashing his Kaio-Ken x10! “DYAAAAAAAAAAH!!”

The entire arena goes silent as they stare each other down, contestants and gods alike waiting to see what happens next. But as he usually is, your brother doesn’t leave them waiting long.

“HAAAAAAAAA!!!” he roars, blitzing Jiren at full speed and closing the distance almost instantly. But despite that, Jiren’s not only ready, but counters him. Somehow Jiren unleashes a barrage of attacks faster than you can see, sending Goku flying away and crashing through more displaced arena before sliding to a stop. And for a few seconds, he doesn’t move.

“GOKU!” you shout, leaping over by Goku’s side to inspect the damage. You haven’t seen him not spring right back up in awhile, he may be seriously injured, or worse. “Goku, you okay?”
>>
>>4453957
“D-Dammit. He’s so strong.” your brother gets out between exhausted heaves as you look him over. He doesn’t seem to have anything broken, but only slowly pushes himself up to a knee before stopping due to the pain. “I dunno how much more I can take.”
“Go to Buu, I’ll hold him off.” you say, trying to sound more confident than you feel. “But you better hurry back. Be a shame if I’m the one who beats him, after what he did to you.”
“Good luck.” he says, placing his right hand to his forehead and, using Instant Transmission, teleports away. You turn, staring down the absolute monsterous powerlevel before you.

“You think you can stop me?” Jiren asks, standing there menacingly before unleashing another of those powerful shockwaves that show off his power. But you don’t even flinch, and take the Turtle school fighting stance you learned so long ago under Master Roshi.
“HRRYYAAAAAA!!!” you roar, not cycling through your forms as Goku did but going straight into Super Saiyan Blue. If you don’t go all-out, you could wind up really hurt by this guy. You both stare each other down, when suddenly you feel something wrong. An energy radiating with evil like you’ve rarely felt has suddenly appeared, and you’re not the only one who feels it. Jiren, too, turns, you both looking towards the Zenos and that sickening power that suddenly appeared.

“Well well, it’s been a long time, hasn’t it.” the figure says, you seeing a blue skinned creature in a seemingly-simple red robe floating before the Grand Priest, the Zenos, and their guards. “But I’m not here for idle chat. The Super Dragon Balls. Hand them over.”
“Well, this is certainly a surprise.” the Grand Priest says, floating purposefully directly between him and the Zenos. “But you are interrupting the sires’ game, so I must kindly ask you to depart.”
“Do you dare oppose me?” the being asks, as a sickening energy begins radiating from him as his aura becomes visible. It even looks evil, yet somehow familiar. But before you can question it, or the Grand Priest can answer, more newcomers arrive.

“You won’t get your way, Mechikabura!” a younger man shouts, appearing in a flash of light between the Grand Priest and this so-called Mechikabura. He’s clearly a Siper Saiyan God, judging from his divine aura and crimson hair, yet for some reason also has a sword strapped across his back? But he isn’t alone, as two others appear with him. One’s another divine Saiyan, this one also a Super Saiyan Blue. But his hair and aura are different, a deeper, more profound and powerful Blue. So there is a level beyond Super Saiyan Blue. But he’s not the one who catches your eye.
>>
>>4453960
>Thanks @Robo_sama for the art
“You won’t escape me again, you bastard!” a woman shouts, her hair red like the Super Saiyan God’s. But she has her tail, and unlike the other two, her ki is completely mortal. And there is a LOT of it, maybe even moreso than Jiren! The three stare down the one, taking different fighting stances as the one still hasn’t moved. “I’m taking you down!”
“Justice Flash!!” Universe 11’s Toppo shouts, unleashing a barrage of ki shots at the stranger’s back. Seems all that justice talk wasn’t just words, he clearly recognizes pure evil as well as the rest of you. But his bold attack does nothing, striking harmlessly off an invisible spherical barrier around the man. “What? Impossible!”

“Oh my. Seems you three are ready for a fight.” this Mechikabura says, tapping his staff against nothing once. “Let’s see how well you fair against this one?”
“No matter what tricks you pull, we’ll...No way...!”
“Broly?!” you say, astonished. But immediately you realize this isn’t the same Broly you’ve seen before. This one’s different. Instead of his usual, strange green hair and aura, his aura’s a more normal gold. But that’s where the normal ends. His body’s covered in a reddish fur, hair black and much longer than you remember. And there’s a strange orb lodged in his chest, Broly roaring and powering up. His strength is absurd, the entire World of Void trembling at this dark Broly’s raw power. And to your surprise Jiren turns away from you, gaze focused on Broly.

“Everyone, please ignore this interruption, and focus on the tournament at hand.” the Grand Priest calls out over the murmuring as all fighting in the arena dies down. “This matter shall be dealt with swiftly.”
“Hey, Amaya!” Goku says, reappearing beside you via Instant Transmission. “Is it just me, or does that girl’s energy feel familiar to you?”
“Now that you mention it...” you mutter, focusing on the redhead. Her power feels, despite being wild and humongous, strangely familiar. Almost like.... “No, it couldn’t be. Could it?”
“Mom! Uncle Goku! Do you guys feel that?” your eldest daughter, Marron shouts. She launches from behind part of the broken arena, landing beside you both. Unfortunately for your oldest daughter she takes more after her father than you, her head only coming up to around Goku’s belly button despite being twenty three years old. “That lady’s energy feels just like yours!”

“It’s just like last time.” you say, remembering the warzone Earth turned into during Hatchiyack’s attack. Dozens of powerful fighters just appeared out of thin air, even Golden Freeza long before he was resurrected in your own time. But that wasn’t all, you’d even met your long-dead father!
>>
>>4453961
He had appeared to you like Broly, body swelling massively and glowing green like the Saiyan berserker, or even Universe 6’s own berserker Kale. Yet he called you Chaya, and said he’d traveled through time to save you from Hatchiyack. And although other time travelers stopped him, Golden Freeza of all people helped, saying he was his top general. You’d thought a lot about that over the years, curious why he’d only appeared once and never returned. But before you can ponder that further, a sight catches your eye. Jiren turns away from you and the time travelers, and begins walking away.

“H-Hey! Where do you think you’re going?!” Goku shouts, once more taking his Super Saiyan Blue form. “We’re not done yet!”
“Hmph. Fine.” Jiren says, turning to face the both of you and uncrossing his arms.
“Hrrrryaaaaaa! Kaio-KEN!!” Goku roars, the familiar red aura flaring up around his Super Saiyan Blue’s. But he’s not the only one.
“This time we’ll defeat you!” you roar, focusing your energy as well. It’s now or never, if you both can’t stop him at your full power, then Universe 7 is doomed.Time to give it everything you’ve got! “KAIO-KEN!!”

https://youtube.com/watch?v=ROJiXtiAQtU

“Bring it.” Jiren says simply, which is all you and Goku need.
“HAAAAAAAAA!!”
“HYAAAAAAAA!!”

You both roar, blasting down towards Universe 11’s strongest. He simply stands there as you both close the distance, you and Goku mirroring each other with your attack. You swing with your left fist as he swings with his right, Jiren blocking each of your swings with a forearm. However, your combined power is too much for him, launching the stronger fighter backwards to crash back-first into and through a displaced chunk of arena floor. Without hesitation you both blast off after him, leaving red-and-blue trails behind. Within a second you’ve closed the distance again, Jiren still on his feet. But as you get within his range he unleashes an absolute barrage of lightning-fast punches. Neither you nor Goku can avoid it, curling up defensively and getting blown back by the powerful attack. But this isn’t over, not by a long shot.

“Kamehame-!” Goku shouts, pulling his arms back for the Turtle School’s signature technique. Seeing this you place the first two fingers of your right hand to your forehead, ready to catch Jiren in between your attacks. “HAAAAAAA!!”

His energy wave is fierce, but Jiren still isn’t phased. Without moving, and simply glaring at it, he stops Goku’s attack cold! But let’s see how he handles this! Teleporting behind him you gather your own ki, and aftera few seconds’ charge unleash!

“KAMEHAMEHA!!” you roar, firing a full-power blast. He can’t escape this one.
>>
>>4453964
“Hrrrm!” Jiren exhales, just before your attack seemingly slams into him. Your blast and Goku’s both explode, shrouding where Jiren’d been standing in smoke.
“Amaya, above you!” your husband Krillin shouts, you looking up just in time to see Jiren dropping down feet-first towards you. With only an instant to act you leap backwards, but unfortunately he’s too fast. Before you can more farther than a foot or two away he reacches out, grabbing you by the left leg, then turning and swinging you like a flail into Goku, who’d tried to help.

“GYAAAAAH!!” you shout, slamming into your Saiyan from Earth brother hard enough to embed him in the arena floor. But unfortunately for you, Jiren doesn’t simply let you go.
“Weak.” he says dismissively, turning and chucking you. His strength is amazing, a simple throw packing enough power to send you through several ’mountains’ of displaced arena floor before crashing into another fighter.
“Now you’ll see why they call me Doctor Rot-AAAAAAAA!!” the unseen fighter shouts, you slamming into him hard enough to knock the fighter off the tournament stage. But luckily for you he was there, slowing you just enough to slide to a stop at the arena’s edge. And see who this “Dr. Rota” was fighting.

“H-Hey! That one was mine!” the bestial, blue-haired female fighter from Universe 2 shouts at you accusatorily. “You’ll pay for that!”
“Oh I’m soo sorry!” you say in a mocking tone. “Tell ya what, I’ll stay here, and you can fight Jiren instead! How’s that sound?”
“I-I-I-!” she stammers, completely intimidated by Jiren’s raw power. Which, to be fair so are you, but the entire universe is at stake. You can’t afford to back down.
“That’s what I thought.” you reply, focusing on Jiren’s colossal power and once more use Instant Transmission to teleport to him. You appear over the powerful fighter, just in time to witness Jiren drop an elbow down hard on Goku’s head. “SHYAAAAA!!”

Your sudden kick doesn’t connect with his head, Jiren bringing up his right forearm just in time to block your. But the attack gives Goku the instant he needs to leap back, you kicking off Jiren’s arm and flipping back before he can grab you again. Now you and Goku have him surrounded, for whatever that’s worth.

“Is this your best?” Jiren asks you both, not looking directly at either of you. “If this is the extent of Universe 7’s power, jump off the stage now. You can’t beat me like this.”
“Dammit.” Goku says, letting his Kaio-Ken fade. You do the same, standing up and walking around Jiren to stand by Goku. He does the same, you both stopping beside each other in front of him. “I gotta give it to you, Jiren. You’re the strongest being I’ve ever faced, hands-down. But, we’re not giving up! Everyone’s counting on us!”
>>
>>4453967
“We didn’t spend all that time training with Whis just to fail now!” you shout, joining in as well. “We’ll show you just how strong we can be! Ready?”
“Ready!” Goku replies, you both once more using the dangerous Kaio-Ken technique. But this time you surpass your limits, pushing the ability far beyond anything either of you have even tried before. If a times five Kaio-Ken won’t work, you’ll just have to go even higher!
“Kaio-Ken! Times!! TWENTY!!” you roar, energy surging and radiating throughout the World of Void. As both you and Goku give it two hundred percent, you feel the entire arena begin shaking. It’s now or never! “Let’s end this! HYAAAAAA!!”

“HAAAAAAAAA!!” Goku shouts, the two of you once more charging for Jiren. You close the distance near-instantly, unleashing a barrage of powerful attacks. But you don’t act alone, moving in perfect sync with Goku as you unleash your coordinated assault. For months and even years, you and Goku had sparred daily with the angel. And despite going as far as Super Saiyan Blue against him, the two of you’d never landed a solid hit on him. But, while Jiren may be powerful, he’s no angel. Surely the two of you, going all-out, should be able to take him down.

“HRRYAAAAA!!” you shout, kicking at his head with your full power.
“DRRYAAAA!!” Goku roars simultaneously, punching for his chest. Jiren, despite his overwhelming power is forced fully onto the defensive. You and Goku rain heavy blow after heavy blow down, circling him and attacking the monster from several different angles. “GRRRYAAAAH!!”
“SHHYAAAAA!!” you shout along with him, the two of you both punching for Jiren’s chest together.
“HRRRMMM!!” Jiren grunts, both of your fists slamming into his crossed arms. But he’s had enough, unleashing his fullest power. “HRRRRAAAAA!!!”

https://youtube.com/watch?v=tNW9lmujZxU

“WOAH!!” Goku shouts, Jiren’s overwhelming power blasting the both of you away.
“GAAAAH!!” you cry, launched away from Universe 11’s strongest as he shows his true power. You’d thought he was strong before, but this...This is on an entirely new level. In that moment, you realize that no matter what you and Goku do, you cannot beat him in a straight-up fight. It’s almost as absurd as the powerlevel difference between your husband Krillin, and Freeza’s gold-plated ass when he returned from the dead last year. Both you and Goku get back to your feet, staring down Jiren and his overwhelming power. “This is insane.”
“How did he get so-?” Goku starts, but before he can finish a red beam of power slams into him. Your jaw drops as Goku’s sent flying, crashing through another chuck of displaced arena.
“GOKU-UUUGH!!” you shout, as a similar attack crashes into you and sends you flying, smashing through wall after wall until you finally slide to a stop.
>>
>>4453971
“D-Dammit!” you mutter, coughing up blood. Jiren’s attack broke something, every breath you take agony. Looking over at Goku he seems to be in similar shape, struggling despite this to rise back to his feet.
“This is crazy.” Goku pants out, dropping out of Blue as he drops to a knee. “I never imagined someone was this much stronger than us.”
“You gotta go, get Buu to patch you up.” you say, pushing yourself back upright. “I’m ending this.”
“Amaya, you can’t!” he says, coughing up blood as he tries to rise again. “You’re just as messed up as I am, you can’t fight him alone!”
“I’m not gonna fight him.” you say, clenching your fists. “I’m gonna take him down!”

“You still stand?” Jiren asks, you looking over to see him standing there with his arms crossed, staring at you. “Why? You must know you cannot win.”
“Haaah, haaah, haaaaah. I gotta admit, you’re powerful.” you say, focusing and once more flaring your aura as you gather your remaining strength. “But I’m not gonna lose! My family, my planet, my entire universe is relying on me! Universe 7 will survive, no matter what it costs!!”
“Amaya, no!” your husband, Krillin shouts from the stands. “Don’t do it! There has to be another way!”
“RRRRAAAAAAA!!!” you roar, exploding off the ground and charging Jiren. For his part Universe 11’s strongest seems completely unphased. But just as you close the distance his eyes flash red, and everything becomes replaced by overwhelming pain. “GYAAAAAH!!”

One moment you were rushing at Jiren, and now you find yourself laying flat on your back. Your entire body is burning in searing agony, leaving you unable to move as Jiren walks over and stands above you.

“Futile.” he says, lifting his right foot and stomping down. You cry out in agony, feeling your ribs shatter from the impact. “Hmph. You’re done. Fall with dignity.”

And with that he reaches down, grabbing you by the front of your gi with his left hand. And despite your body being broken and battered, you’re not giving up yet! With the last of your energy you raise your right hand, placing it on your forehead.

“Game over.” you say, and teleport. By using your Instant Transmission, you teleport yoursef and Jiren from the arena stage to the stands, right beside your husband. “Heh heh. You lose.”
“What?!” Jiren says, showing his first hints of emotion as he drops you, looking around confused.
“Amaya, of Universe 7 and Jiren, of Universe 11, have been eliminated.” the Grand Priest calls out, his voice fading along with your vision. And the last thing you see is you husband’s beautiful bald head, having a Senzu Bean out and lowering it towards you. You did it. You beat Jiren.

>Don’t forget, Freeza’s still pissed off right now. So he’s gonna go take it out on the Covenant.
Please don't tell me he's gonna try and go for the "I'll defeat you in 5 minutes!" schtick.
God knows how
>Why aren’t you a qm?
Because I'm too busy trying to make an interesting setting and mechanics. Also keeping track of an entire world as a story progresses is a pain in the ass.
>>
>>4453974
Well, that was easy. Now it'll end with Goku vs Toppo, that might be cool.
Also, can't Zeno just delete Mechikabura right then and there?
>>
>>4453980
>God knows how
Meant to say "God knows how fucked his sense of time is.". Thanks keyboard.

>That ending
Amaya continues being the trickiest little shit of all chaya's
Seriously compare her to the other chayas
>Future is Fem!Goku raised by a NEET
>Chaya is mostly naive to things non fighting the trickiest she fought was against Cero Trasum
>Amaya befriended buu, tricked Jiren and if her tastes in men doesn't tell us what she values in a fight I don't know what will
also she is the only chaya we know who isn't a virgin, krillin must be very happy he never was there when karn realized that
>>

>if her tastes in men doesn't tell us what she values in a fight I don't know what will
She came out like her dad. They like them short.

No, he’s going to go on a rampage. He’s PISSED.

>>4453996
Remember with the Tournament of Power, it’s not about who’s the strongest. But about staying on the arena until time expires.
>>4454019
She learned more from Master Roshi than canon Goku ever did. Especially his trickier techniques and mentality.
>>4454027
HA!
>>
>>4454019
>>4454027
Well, karn knows someone who fell in love with a weakling before. I don't think he thinks any less of him for it, and while he does consider strength an important factor, i think karn cares a lot about personality. He'd want his daughter to be with a good man, if not a strong one.
>>
>>4454029
Yeah, I dont think he would mind and neither do I. Krillin really is the best husbando of the cast, only rivalled by 17.
>>
>>4454042
Honestly, yeah. He's the only one who really made being a father and head of his house a priority.
Granted, his major shortcoming was not keeping up with his training, but I feel like that's not much of an issue with people like Goku and Amaya around.
Gohan is the one who deserves more flack for that sort of thing honestly, and even then he also decided to focus on being a father.

QM QUESTIONS

Haven’t done one of these in awhile, so why not since our epilogue was finished a day early. Who’s curious how the Hive season of Dreadzone will conclude, and what shape everyone will be in when they return? Curious what else the Covenant have to throw at you, and why they didn’t put every resource they had into defending Sanghelios? What fight are you most looking forward to in the future? Who among the cast are you hoping gets more development? And what did you think about @Robo_sama’s latest piece with Future Chaya vs Ace?

Also, if you’re interested in doing art pieces for the quest, I’m always open to it. With my finances secured and my job steady, I’m looking to commission more pieces. If you’re interested DM me @GrandDragonQM with a sample piece of one of this quests’ OCs, so I know it’s your own work

>Who’s curious how the Hive season of Dreadzone will conclude, and what shape everyone will be in when they return?
Of course! I assume everyone will come home pretty much fine, physically, thanks to Caulifla, but they may not be having quite as much fun as they were expecting to, given Vox fucking around for better views, goddamn bastard.
>Curious what else the Covenant have to throw at you, and why they didn’t put every resource they had into defending Sanghelios?
Probably because they were really hoping the Arbiter and/or the Poor Man's Rose would get us, and they do have to fight this from more than just one angle, I assume, at least.
>What fight are you most looking forward to in the future?
Oh jeez, there's really no end of fights to look forward too, honestly, lol.
>Who among the cast are you hoping gets more development?
Either Parsla, Karn Jr., or TOWA, *GIVE US OUR FUCKING WAIFU BACK YOU SHITTY PINK MIDGET!!!*
>And what did you think about @Robo_sama’s latest piece with Future Chaya vs Ace?
Absolutely fantastic, I love it!
>>
>>4455132

>Who’s curious how the Hive season of Dreadzone will conclude, and what shape everyone will be in when they return?
Ah, i just want them gone, really... Karn gave them a chance and they fucked it up. They're more trouble than they're worth.

>Curious what else the Covenant have to throw at you, and why they didn’t put every resource they had into defending Sanghelios?
They might try to activate a ring or something, as a final "fuck you" to Karn and Freeza. If i had to guess.

>What fight are you most looking forward to in the future?
I don't want to fight anymore, i just want to spend time with our family... i want there to finally be peace.

>Who among the cast are you hoping gets more development?
Karn and Meloka. Everyone's off living their own lives now, and while it's nice to see what they're up to, i miss the days when things were quieter and those two had some time to themselves.

>And what did you think about @Robo_sama’s latest piece with Future Chaya vs Ace?

Yeah, we could really use a solid year or two to just wind down and relax with our family while we train, the constant War and attacks on our homeworld are getting crazy, we really need some down time soon.

That’s an understatement. But some may have had too much fun...
But they had to know even if the bomb killed Karn, it would barely slow the assault. And would certainly anger the rest of the Saiyans.
And that’s only the fights you know are coming.

I want to know who the traitor is, and or if Vox did something fucking stupid for ratings. Otherwise I am looking forward to the Sunshine Trio getting famous, Chilli showing off to everyone how cool being a nerd is to the rest of the kids, Caulifla being purest white mage for everyone's smiles, and how many heart eyes our boys induced while being awesome.
>Curious what else the Covenant have to throw at you, and why they didn’t put every resource they had into defending Sanghelios?
They moved a fleet behind the backlines to flank us, or they put a Forerunner bomb in the planet.
>What fight are you most looking forward to in the future?
Freeza's rampage and coming warcrimes.
>Who among the cast are you hoping gets more development?
Kinda hoping more stuff with other kids interacting with ours during the war, or at least some cute stuff with Parsla and Broly and the rest of the kids being nice to her now. Oh, and some more stuff with Turles kid, we haven't seen her since she was introduced. this too>>4455311
Our second wife needs some loving, and a playdate with all our kids having fun in Toki Toki city. Just so people down the street can watch us grab our wives asses, kiss them, and say, "Yep, we made them."
Shilling for my porno tape collectibles idea inserted here by obligation at this point.
>And what did you think about @Robo_sama’s latest piece with Future Chaya vs Ace?
I hope it's just the armor because our wife isn't that flat, and I'd hate for her to get self conscious about her chest when compared to Auntie Towa. Otherwise, fucking awesome like the rest of his works. Looking forward to him drawing Broly with his shield just being the WALL/Captain America.

>And that’s it for tonight’s run, everyone having fun? Ready to see what else will happen going forward, and what complications this new discovery can cause?
I know I'm late with this.
At the end of the thread it seems like for a while all the spotlight and attention went to the crystals and potential serious health problems, and even life threat that seemed to come from this.

But when you said this:
>>4449517
>I will say this, because I can’t run today and didn’t get to it. Dr. White’s a professional, and has seen these sorta things before. He’ll fix you
It was a good news. I guess this means there is no need to be so worried. It seemed at first like Karn is doomed, and it's only a matter of time, before crystals inside will kill him.
Good to know he is going to be fine.

Anons suggested to try to get Raven to have a look at the problem, that seems good idea too.
But since Dr White can help with this, there is no need worry anymore.

But then suddenly this post:
>>4451444
>I feel this situation needs explained a bit more
>So put all that together, and you have a recipe for disaster. If Karn’d ignored Meloka, or worse tried training instead of visiting Freeza, you’d probably have passed out. As it is, recovery from this is gonna be a bitch.
> As it is, recovery from this is gonna be a bitch.
>recovery from this is gonna be a bitch.
This sounds bad, like it's going to be long and hard process of getting back to health. Definitely not something that is wanted.

Maybe it can be skipped with this:
>try Caulifa's Triumph to heal Karn from the crystals
> or have one of her Miracles do it.
>or even combine her Triumph's healing and Miracles
Whatever is necessary, because I am hoping Caulifa will be able to bring Karn back to perfect health almost instantly. We just need to figure out how to get to her fast.

Like I said earlier, if this fails, then Towa may be person to be able to help when others can't, but contacting her is not possible like it used to be before.
I wanted to post this with a picture, but I can't upload the picture to 4chan again. Maybe it will work with next posts, or maybe not.

>And that’s it for tonight’s run, everyone having fun? Ready to see what else will happen going forward, and what complications this new discovery can cause?
I wanted to talk about other positive things that happened, but everything became overshadowed by the crystal threat.

That this fight with Vegeta was really exciting. It was nice that Karn managed to withstand onslaught of Primal Saiyan Vegeta. Very nice. We have to do it again sometime. Without exhaustion, starvation and crystals interrupting..

This whole thing with Freeza deciding to single-handedly to take on the entire (biggest we have seen so far) enemy Covenant fleet was really surprising. I was thinking it's going to be like another siege. I wish him good luck. Freeza from our timeline is best.

Also I really liked when Karn telepathically "called" to the children, being able to know even more about what's going on was really nice. Almost like we received part three of the Epilogues that were focused on kids campaign against the hive.
>>4448842
>You then reach out to Broly, who corroborates Chaya’s story. But he has a bit more to add.
>“Someone let them in.”
It's great that both Broly and Chilli have their eyes open and are thinking. But...
> Chaya’s oblivious, as always, she doesn’t suspect a thing.
This is bad, she can't stay like this. Maybe she's just young and a bit too trusting. Not everyone plays fair.
Also now Karn knows about all of it too, and that is good.

>I can't believe its actually fucking tiberium.
Tiberium, wow. That's some interesting possibiilty.
Some quotes from "https://cnc.fandom.com/wiki/Tiberium"
>"Tiberium leeches metals and other heavy minerals out of the soil, concentrating them in crystals which can be easily collected by specialized vehicles (Harvesters) and processed (in a specially designed Tiberium refinery) into easy to use resources. (...)"
>"It also had a deadly effect on the environment and all carbon-based life. Between 1995 and ca. 2034 it covered much of the planet, transforming and adapting flora and fauna to its alien nature. Spores and gases emitted by Tiberium-mutated plant life had led to the danger of Earth becoming uninhabitable for humans, as the concentration of Tiberium pollutants in the air reached critical levels."
If Tiberium was used in the bomb, and in explosions fragments of it were blasted everywhere in all directions, then some may have touched our Bloodstone. Maybe contact with Tiberium was what changed our Bloodstone.
Also if it is Tiberium it is going to grow (even more than it already did).

Anon said about Tiberium possibility:
>>4449953
>Impossible, there are no giant tumor monsters.
But the potential samples of Tiberium just recently appeared on this planet when bomb went off, so of course there are no mutations yet. But If it is Tiberium then they will show up.
So maybe we are going to have to deal with Sanghelios native life forms mutated by it.

Fu appeared some time ago to warn us that Covenant is not working alone. Sadly he did not have enough time to tell us who did they allied themselves with.
So if the Tiberium option is still not 100% ruled out, then who could they get this material for the bomb from?
>"space" Brotherhood of Nod?
> Scrin?

GD said about Tiberium:

Very interesting post, I have not much to add but it was interesting to read this idea on what could have been.

>Sith Karn, a karn who was a dreadzone combatant and found the Bane holocron on that junk planet
Perhaps Sith Karn would do a lot of spinning. like Sheev.

> what would happen if karn used the stone mask? If you think about it the mask was supposed to awake the potential of living beings through evolution
> Beserk with Demon saiyan might have been super broly levels of crazy also able to use life drain for MAXIMUM brokenness.
What if we due to some unusual time travel events somehow met those other potential Karns? And have a chance to fight them? To see which Karn would win? Is there a chance for this to happen? If it's very improbable, then it does not have to be life or death battle. Maybe just a sparring, or multi-timeline tournament.
Though as interesting as the "Multi-Timeline Tournament ™" may sound, Chronoa would most likely not like it.

>Who’s curious how the Hive season of Dreadzone will conclude, and what shape everyone will be in when they return?
I'm very curious. How will the kids handle the situation. I mean not just Xenos attacking, but also that some individual seemingly purposefully has let the aliens in. Unless somebody just forgot to lock one of the doors, but that would be very unexpected.
>Curious what else the Covenant have to throw at you, and why they didn’t put every resource they had into defending Sanghelios?
Wait so they still haven't really used everything they have to stop us? What are they really preparing for us?
It's probably nothing good, but after this thing with the bomb (that we only survived thanks to Bloodstone absorbing huge part of explosion's energy), we can assume that it will be something even worse.
>What fight are you most looking forward to in the future?
In the nearest future it's another fight with Primal Vegeta and also Kano. Where is he? What does his Stand do? Is he already planning on double crossing his Covenant "employers"?

>What fight are you most looking forward to in the future?
Another fight I look forward to is with Kars.
When in Saiyan Conqueror Quest 124 Kars visited New Salda he said this:
>You’ve faced such a being before, a mortal who took the power of the gods. So I want to know: how does my own power compare?”
>“Wha-?” is all you can say, as suddenly a familiar, blazing aura bursts out around Kars. Like a burning flame, his aura looks eerily familiar to that of a Super Saiyan God. And just as with that damn Time Patroller, you cannot sense Kars’s ki at all. And as soon as you have the thought, unbelievable pressure slams into you. Just like when you’d tried to train at Future Chaya’s level of gravity, the pressure is even more intense than Ace’s, even when he went from red to blue. What the hell? “S-So intense!”
>“So, which is it?” he asks you. “Is my power greater than that wannabe god’s?”
>“Honestly? I can’t tell.” you say to him as honestly as you can. “I can’t feel divine ki at all, so I can’t really measure your strength to his.”
>“Hrmm, I see.” he says, aura rapidly fading as he sighs out. “Such a shame. Perhaps next time, I shall be able to test my power against yours firsthand. Kai Kai.”
>And with that, he’s gone.
I still remember this. Maybe someday we can do this fight.

>Who among the cast are you hoping gets more development?
Hard choice since there are many likable characters.

>And what did you think about @Robo_sama’s latest piece with Future Chaya vs Ace?
Fantastic.

Perfect opportunity for practicing Energy Manipulation and learning about the Dark Side of the Force, as well as our Divine Dragon Force.
I mean Meloka trained Energy Manipulation while she was pregnant, so Karn can spend his recovery time wisely too.

Hah!
>>4456136
I’ve really enjoyed writing this Freeza.
Thr kids have certainly impressed the universe watching their screens.
Future Chaya was kinda food-deprived as a kid, not as bad as Tanya but still. Plus she’s more focused on her gains than petty aesthetics. Her childhood was almost as terrible as Future Trunks’s.
The half-demons have been exploring, getting stronger, and some have even made friends amongst Conton City’s residents.
>>4456211
It’s a problem. But that’ll be something Dr White can hande, although not quickly. Which is okay, as if you remember the Lucrehulk had to stop here to refuel and resupply.
>>4456212
It’ll certainly happen again, unless one of you dies.
Freeza is loyal to his underings, and unwavering in support of his friends. He would step between Karn and Beerus right now.
Chaya’s not as naive as Broly thinks. But she’s been in gladiatorial showbusiness for years, and simply accepts “twists” as natural occurances. She isn’t in control of what or who she fights and knows this, instead simply enjoying the ride.
>>4456217
We’re not going down that rabbit hole. Yet.
>>4456233
Defeating Jiren isn’t necessary to winning the Tournament of Power. You just have to ring him out, and Instant Transmission is a great way to do so if you don’t mind going out too.
It was specifically mentioned security didn’t attack, and wasn’t themselves attacked.
And that’s the real question. The Sangheili are loyal Covenant members, and some of their most powerful combatants. So why would they let the population get destroyed like that?
Where’s Kano is a very important question
>>4456237
>I still remember this. Maybe someday we can do this fight.
Let’s just say Whis isn’t the only divine being with an eye on Karn
>Hard choice since there are many likable characters.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After using the Bloodstone in his arm and the giant glowing crystal formed by the Arbiter’s payback bomb, Karn utilized that power to transform himself into a Super Saiyan Three. With this newfound power he easily outmatched Golden Oozaru King Vegeta, who in turn surpassed his own limits and once more ascended into his Primal Saiyan form. After a fierce but brief fight Karn’s Super Saiyan 3 form failed, lacking the energy to keep it going. So the fight was called, Karn eating then sleeping. The next day he woke early, speaking with his kids about their adventures and seeing Freeza off before visiting with Doctor White, who’d informed you what was wrong. And as we rejoin Karn, the bad news hasn’t stopped yet.

“Best-case scenario, I’ll be able to mostly cleanse your bloodstream and internal organs of these crystals.” he says, brow furrowing as he studies you further. “But the real issue is your joints.”
“Why?” you ask him, confused. “Can’t you just cleanse them the same way as everything else?”
“Yes. And also no.” he says, matter-of-factly. “Filtering the shards out of the bloodstream will be easy enough, as I have all the tools here to do so. But this procedure takes days to do, for much less-severe particle buildups. You’ll be here hooked to the machines for at least a week, and I’ve heard rumors another enemy fleet is en route. Once this treatment is started, we won’t be able to stop it immediately. And, even worse, I fear the internal damage they’ve already caused. Hundreds of tiny crystal shards have been flowing through your bloodstream, slicing away at your body’s soft tissue. I’m especially worried about your heart.”

“Oh hell, not again.” you say with a sigh. “If I ruined Towa’s work, she’s gonna be pissed.”
“I’m sorry, what?” he asks you, confused. “Forgive me if you’d rather not say, but did I hear you correctly? You’ve had work done on your heart before?”

Well? What do you tell him?

“Yeah. It’s kinda a long story.” you say with a sigh. “So awhile back, I was at Towa’s place, and her Mi-“
“Hold on. Who’s Towa?” he asks you. “That’s clearly not a Saiyan name.”
“No, Towa’s a demon.” you reply, his eyes widening in shock. “In fact, she’s the time-traveling princess of the Demon Realm.”
“And you’re...Friends, with this demon?” he asks, you nodding in confirmation. “Alright. I suppose I shouldn’t really be surprised at this point. Continue, please.”
“So I was at her lab, and her Mira punched this hole in my chest.” you say, gesturing to the large scar across your chest. “It nearly killed me, his fist went straight through my heart. If she hadn’t used her magic to save me, I would have died off in her timeline.”

“So she rebuilt your heart for you, with her magic?” he asks, eyes narrowing. “Interesting. Explains why it seems different than the rest of your body.” he says, drawing your attention. He notices your sudden curiosity, turning a monitor screen towards you. “See this? These are your organs. But look here. See this? Your heart isn’t composed of the same materials as the rest of your body. I was afraid the crystals had damaged or begun to mutate your body, but fortunately that fear has been allayed. Although the main problem still persists: the crystals. Your body is entirely filled with those razor-sharp crystal shards. And getting them out will be a process.”
“Alright then, let’s get started already.” you tell him. “The sooner we’re started the sooner it’s over, right? So let’s get to it.”

“Are you sure about this?” he asks you. “Cleaning out your bloodstream will be simple enough, should only take four or five hours. But getting it out of your joints and organs is a whole other story. I’ll have to manually remove the buildup, and for that I’ll have to put you into a medically-induced sleep. You’ll be completely comatose for several days, and will need quite a bit of recovery time after. Are you sure?”

Well?

“You know, on second thought...” you say, thinking it over. “Before we start, I should get Raven to take a look at this. Magic’s more her specialty, and may be able to help.”
“Understood.” he says, nodding once then types something in and the scanner above you rises. “But take it easy. The more strenuous activity you do, the worse this’ll become.”
“Understood.” you say, rising back to your feet. “As long as the enemy doesn’t decide to launch a surprise attack, I’ll be fine.”
“Don’t worry, he won’t be doing any fighting today.” Meloka says to him, you donning your armor and sword then she hands your son to you. “I’ll handle anything that attacks us.”

“Be safe.” he says, you holding Meloka’s hand and she teleports you both away. You look around, findinf yourself at the Lucrehulk’s left arm. You’re facing the shielded hangar door, next to your student Zelor.
“Thanks, Z.” Meloka says, your student nodding to you both.
“Take care of the General for us.” he says, waving and walking back towards the training rooms your students use.
“Hey, Raven. Can you hear me?” you ask, thinking out to her. “I need your help. Can you come to the ship for a minute?”
“Of course. One moment.” she replies, and after a few seconds a portal begins opening before you. Standing in front of you appears Raven, the half-demoness Guardian of New Salda. “Wow. You look rough.”
“Thanks.” you reply. “Check this out.”

And you focus, reaching your senses into the remains of the Bloodstone embedded in your arm. You watch as it lights up, glowing noticeably through your arm. But that’s not all, several points of light glowing through you.

“Sooo, some things have happened.” you tell her. “This was the Bloodstone. It seems like it took a bomb for me.”
“That’s...Not good.” she says, clearly concerned. She closes her eyes for a few seconds, and when she opens them they are entirely black. Her dark aura outlines her body, Raven reaching a single hand forward as she looks you over. “That’s really not good. With the Bloodstone’s pieces inside your body like that, they’re sapping at your strength. If you don’t get them out, and soon, your body could start failing on you.”
“Oh, and the stone’s not red anymore, but green.” you say, quickly explaining the crater, and what all happened yesterday. “Think that’s got anything to do with it?”
“I’ve never heard of a Bloodstone turning green.” she says, hand going to a chin. “But it probably has something to do with your Berserker power. Anyways, I’d recommend you get that removed immediately. I could try, but, well...”
“Don’t worry, Dr. White’s already checked me.” you say. “But I wanted a second opinion, to check for any magical tricks.”

“I see.” she replies, nodding once. “Whatever it takes, get that out of you. The sooner, the better.”
“I will.” you reply, then a thought comes to you. “How’s everything on your end?”
“Nothing much going on.” she says, and for whatever reason you find yourself doubting that. You don’t know if it’s something in her expression or what, but you suddenly doubt everything’s fine on the home front. Which is confirmed by her next sentence to someone you couldn’t quite hear. “Damn, again? Sorry Karn, gotta go.”
“Wai-!” you start, but it’s too late. Raven closes her portal almost instantly, leaving you, Meloka, and Karn Jr alone at the end of the arm. “Shit. That can’t be good.”

Looks like option for a long dream is winning. I was hesitating between this:
>Clear your blood for now, start the rest when Freeza returns from destroying the enemy fleet
>We can at least get a telepathic relay going on with Tatsu while we're getting our blood scrubbed.
and
>Do it all, you want your body cleaned out as soon as possible
But the option
>"Do it all, you want your body cleaned out as soon as possible"
winning is nice too. I wonder if Karn is going to have any dreams while he is in comatose for several days. Maybe he will see something important?
Or maybe it's just going to be black nothingness.
One second he is looking at Meloka and Karn Jr last time before closing his eyes, and next time when he opens them several days have already passed.

What will we witness once Karn wakes up again? I hope no bad news will greet us. I mean Meloka is here, Freeza is taking care of enemy fleet, Vegeta, Bardock and others are here too. I hope everything will be fine.

55 so it's pretty much 50/50 chance, but it's not leaning heavily on bad possibility. Though it's not leaning to the positive outcome either.

Karn wakes up and hears the latest news:

“Wonder what’s goin’ on there?” you mutter, Karn Jr. looking up to you and tilting his head, confused. “Whatever it is, I’m sure they’ll handle it. You ready to go back?”
“Of course. Let’s go.” Meloka says, again using her Instant Transmission. You return instantly back to Dr. White’s lab, reappearing beside his desk.
“So, I take it you’ve spoken with her?” he asks, you nodding and again taking your sword off and leaning it against his desk.
“So, you ready to start?”
“Let’s do it all at once.” you tell him. “Lord Freeza went to handle that incoming fleet, so unless they somehow stop him we shouldn’t be bothered.”

“Very well.” he says, walking over to the table behind his desk. “Take everything off, and come lay down here for us to get started.”
“Will do.” you say, leaning down to kiss Meloka before handing her Karn Jr and stripping down. You take everything off, setting your clothes and armor atop his deck and walk around it. You see a tub-like table you’ve never noticed before, with dozens of mechanical arms lowering from the ceiling. “So, what’s this?”
“This will be where you’ll stay during the operations.” he says, checking over each of the mechanical limbs one at a time. “This is an older model of the healing pods, but one that allows for manual surgery while the patient is in the Tub. The Tub’s fluids aren’t as efficient at healing living tissue, but this’ll give me the time I need to thoroughly cleanse your joints and organs out. Whenever you’re ready, get in.”
“I’ll be right here.” Meloka says to you seriously.
“AaaaaAAAAHH!” Karn Jr. shouts, brow furrowing as your son senses something’s wrong. “AAAH AAAaaaah!”

“You take care of your mother now, okay?” you say, rubbing his head before kissing Meloka one more time, and getting inside the tub as Dr. White directs. As you get settled and put the air mask on you telepathically reach out to King Vegeta and let him know what’s happening. He tries to tell you something, but whatever’s in the air you’re breathing is making you dizzy and making it hard to for you to focus. So instead of trying to respong you simply close your eyes, allowing yourself to sink into the familiar darkness. But just before you pass out fully, you summon Divine Dragon Force around your right arm. If an enemy Stand user appears, hopefully your Stand will be able to react and keep you safe. But those concerns fade as your mind is swallowed by the darkness, leaving your awareness once more drifting inside a familiar dark void.

“Well well, seems I’ve finally gotten you all to myself.” an unfamiliar voice says, you turning towards it. “You’re quite the difficult man to find, saiyan.”

“Huh? Who’re you?” you say, speaking to a red-robed, blue-skinned elderly creature resting both hands atop a short staff. You feel an aura of menace radiating off the being, yet surprisingly it’s not directed at you. Whoever this being is, he’s powerful. But not necessarily a threat.
“Where’s my manners?” he asks himself, chuckling. “Forgive me. My name is Mechikabura. And I already know much of you, Karn. You’re quite the interesting being.”
“How so?” you ask him, the sense of danger making sense. THIS is Mechikabura, and somehow the demon god is floating here right before you! “I’m just like a lot of Saiyans.”

“And that’s where you’re wrong, Karn.” he replies, grinning wickedly. “I’ve been observing you, carefully watching you journey throughout time. And I know more about you than even you yourself do.”
“Oh yeah?” you ask, not quite trusting the demon. “Like what?”
“I know why the Supreme Kai of Time is so worried about you.” he says, your breath catching for a second. “I know why she’s so desperate to stop you, and not battle against you directly. You’re an anomaly.”
“What? An anomaly?” you ask, confused. “What do you mean?”
“Now now, there’s no rush.” he says, sounding rather smug as he slowly sits down before you, using his cane to slowly lower himself downward. “We have plenty of time to talk. After all, you’re not going anywhere for awhile. So let us discuss some things, just you and I. I have big hopes for you.”

I remember when you said something about, but not revealed, what caused our Karn to go with his life in a different direction than the "cannon Karn".
"Cannon Karn" was supposed to be dead long time ago, but at some point in time our Karn made first choice that set him in another path. That lead to next different choice, and another and so on.
And today we are here. Does Mechikabura knows what caused this?

Perhaps I may come up with some more questions later.

>I have to wonder what's the rarer occurrence.

If I remember right it was said that Karn ends up dead quickly in most timelines. Most of the times he is never able to get close to unleashing his potential.
I think in those timelines where he lives he makes an impact.

Nah, and because of that I'm going to repost my suggestions from last thread:

"The unnamed move from pastebin (https://pastebin.com/iPAJeGJn)
>Unnamed move: Final Flash+Piercing Fist- Gather your ki similarly to Final Flash, except spin it before slamming your hands together, causing the two energies to twist together and form a spiraling, piercing lance of unstoppable energy. Pierces through all forms of armor, energy attacks, and barriers; deflecting their energy away from the user.
Very nice move, but what name could fit it. Maybe something with its spinning and piercing nature. Maybe:
>Vortex Lance
>Whirlwind Lance
>Whirlwind Bullet
>Maelstrom Lance"

>>
>>4457773
>>4457864
And this leads to another question.
>How many Karns that did not die fast, but managed to live their lives were personally erased (with their whole timeline) by Supreme Kami of Time?
Another question:
>Did any timeline ever actually collapsed as a result of what some of the Karns did?
>>

>My focus is on making our timeline as safe as possible

Can we do anything in this matter?
If Supreme Kami of Time decides to erase our timeline we will probably not be able to do anything about it now. We also can't enter the timeline Towa and children are to meet, we can't do any time traveling on our own.
>If Karn had Time Ring it could save him, but only him.
>(Then we could try to get Super Dragon Balls and wish our timeline back, maybe even wish it to be immune from erasure).
>Another option is if Karn knew that Time Magic that Towa uses he could have some means to not be defenseless against being outright erased by Supreme Kami of Time.
>(But that magic would probably be enough to save him and a group of people, just like Towa does. To save entire timeline we would probably again need Super Dragon Balls.)
>>

“First, I did not attack your daughter.” he says with a hard edge to his voice. “She tried to erase me, and I defended myself. But I never struck her, I only deleted the offending weapon. As for Towa, I was unaware which timeline my subordinate had decided to attack to test the power I’d granted her on. And for that, I do apologize, sincerely.”

“Wait, huh?” you ask, caught off-guard. “You’re... actually apologizing to me?”
“Of course.” he replies, brow raised as if confused by the question. “My subordinate was out-of-line, and has been...reprimanded. I directly ordered no interference with your timeline, and those connected to your blood. Yet she directly attacked her sister who harbored your daughter from another timeline. So she has been stripped of that power I’d given her, and is currently being subjected to, ahem, corrective discipline. So I ask that you forgive me, and don’t hold her actions against me. I never wanted to cause any ill will between us.”
“I, well, umm...” you say, unsure what to think. Did he really not order the attack that forced Chaya and Towa to leave, and shelter in the Supreme Kai of Time’s domain? Was this really all a simple misunderstanding? Still cautious of him, you simply bow, much like you would to Freeza before you became friends. “Thank you. It seems I may have been wrong about you.”

“Perceptions are the hardest thing to change, especially the more negative ones.” he tells you easily. “Especially to mortals, a “Demon God” is perceived as a terrible threat. And thanks to the actions of some of my kin, like that brute Trigon, the perception of our kind as rampaging monsters has propagated throughout the entirety of the mortal races.”
“Trigon was a right bastard.” you reply, agreeing with him. “What would he want with the mortal realm anyways? Wasn’t he Dabura’s second-in-command?”
“Some beings desire nothing more to rule, and be seen as the unquestioned strongest.” he says, a teasing note to his voice. “But when they don’t want to do the work for it, they’ll instead seek those weaker than themselves, and rule over them to feel strong. It’s a story nearly as old as time itself. But I don’t seek power. I seek what lies beyond power.”
“What’s that?” you ask him, now curious. “What do you mean?”
“You know, deep down, what I mean.” he says, looking you in the eyes. “I want freedom. Freedom for myself, and for those under my protection.”
“Freedom? From what?” you ask him. But then, a sneaking suspicion comes to mind. “Or who?”
“You know who.” he says, not looking away. “Chronoa. The Supreme Kai of Time.”

“Speaking of, I have a question about her.” you say, curious if he knows the answer as you don’t have a clue. “Do you know why the hell she has it out for me, and my people? Why she’s so hell-bent on seeing us dead?”
“That’s simple.” he says with a gleam in his eye. “You changed time. Your actions changed the future of your own timeline, and she can’t figure out how or why.”
“Wait, I did?” you ask, even more confused. “When?”
“Many years ago, for you.” he says, holding up a hand. A moment later a dark orb appears in it, you peering at it and seeing a scene unfolding inside. And as you lean closer you begin hearing a familiar voice. A voice you haven’t heard in years.

“Lastly, there is Planet Wass. It's a jungle world, but we don't have much more than that on this one.” Cui says, speaking to you, Meloka, Tatsu, and Leyas at the old outpost. “Long-range scanners can't get a consistant read, and the last guys we sent in got slaughtered, some kind of 'ghost' was picking them off one by one. So, which'll you be taking?"

You watch your younger self ponder the available missions a moment, and just before you speak the image wavers. There’s a strange distortion, the image actually flickering a moment before returning to normal as you confirm the Dun mission.

“Wait, what?” you say, confused. “The hell? I don’t remember that happening.”
“Of course you don’t.” he replies. “Something happened, in that moment. Whatever happened in that moment, it freed you from your destiny. You were destined to die on the moon of Kvir, you and your team killed by that mad Grey’s machines before your friend Nappa could arrive and save you. But in that moment you broke free, shattering the chains that bind you. And ever since you have forged a new path, creating your own destiny. Which is, of course, why the Supreme Kai of Time hates you. She can’t figure out how you did it.”

“Woah.” you say, a bit overwhelmed by the scale of the news. You managed to somehow defy fate itself that day, and tear yourself free of your destined end. No wonder she wants you put down. “I, I really did that?”
“Indeed.” he says, nodding slowly. “You’ve done what no other mortal has ever done, and freed yourself from the shackles of fate. This, more than anything else, is why she hates you and wants you erased.”

This is quite the revelation, but what now? You have someone outside the Supreme Kai of Time’s iron grip, what else could he know? And can you trust him?

Well?

This is rough. If it weren't for the fact that Fu himself went out of the way to warn us I'd immediately start studying with mecha, but I suppose this in a way makes him all the more dangerous. He's feeding us everything we want to hear, making us sympathize with him and all, but there's without a doubt more to this he isn't letting on.

“I have several questions.” you say, still a bit overwhelmed. “First one though: apparently the other Demon God, Dumplin, knew a version of me. Not me, but from another timeline. Apparently I was strong, strong enough to make that damn kai erase him. Do you know anything about that version of me?”
“Sadly I don’t. Or rather, I know less than you probably want to know.” he starts, you now sitting across from him now that you’ve decided to open up a bit. “But I do know that, much like yourself, that version of yourself was able to break free of the bonds of fate. Which is, undoubtedly, why he was erased.”

“So it’s true? I just damage timelines whenever I’m ‘allowed’ to exist?” you ask him. “But if that’s the case, how am I still here? Unless...She’s afraid of me?”
“Exactly.” he replies, nodding and smiling just a tad. “Unlike nearly every other being who’s destiny she can see, once you defy your fate, your future is unknown to her. And the unknown scares her.”
“If she’s afraid, that means she can be beaten.” you say, feeling a bit of hope. “Do you know of any weaknesses she has, or perhaps anything I can do here in my own timeline to get strong enough to fight against her?”

“Hrmm, there are a few different paths laid out for you to grow stronger.” he says, stroking his short beard. “As a Saiyan, of course, you still have many stronger transformations to unlock and master. Not to mention mastering divine ki, as that other Karn seems to have.”
“Wait, he could use divine ki?” you ask him. “So he was a Super Saiyan God then?”
“Not quite.” Mechikabura says, again holding out the dark orb. You peer into it, seeing another version of yourself facing a ridiculously buff Grey in red and black tights in a strange arena. And while your hair looks like Super Saiyan 3’s, the color isn’t quite right. It isn’t golden like Meloka’s, and not quite green like your own version you’d tapped into against Vegeta. But this version seems more of a blue-green, contrasting sharply against the Grey’s blazing, sun-like aura. “I saw this battle myself, long before this new reality existed. You can become one of the strongest mortals in all universes, Karn. But that’s only one path. You could take it’s opposite, and travel the path your daughter took. Or learn the secrets that old spectre knows, and use the old ways to defeat your foes. And let’s not forget you.”

And as he talks he reaches out, grabbing Divine Dragon Force out of nothing!

“Greetings, Stando.” he says, addressing your Stand directly. “You aren’t quite as subtle as you think.”
“Wait, what?” you ask, confused. “How long were you there?”
“Just because you haven’t summoned me, doesn’t mean I don’t exist.” your Stand addresses you, then turns to Mechikabura. “You are a very dangerous being.”
cont
>>
>>4458406
“Of course I am.” Mechikabura says, grinning smugly. Which is a stark contrast to his grip on your Stand, which tightens a bit. “But you maybe even more so. It would be foolish of me to underestimate you.”
“Yes. It would.” your Stand replies, and suddenly bursts into flames! But wait, that’s not fire. It’s a divine aura, like those Time Patrollers’ when their hair turns red. What the hell? Yet before your Stand can actually do anything like this, Mechikabura’s own aura surges, wreathing Dragon Force in what looks like a reverse, demonic Barrier. “Wh-What?”
“Letting that power of yours go unchecked would be the height of folly.” Mechikabura says, releasing your Stand casually. “So now you cannot use your abilities, at least against me. Now, where were we Karn?”

“We’ll talk about this later.” you say to Divine Dragon Force, then turn your attention back to Mechikabura. “I already know about those options. I meant for something I don’t already know of, or something the Time Kai wouldn’t want me to learn.”
“I see.” he says, pondering a moment before speaking. “The Dragon Balls.”
“The dragon’s what now?” you ask, sure you’d just heard him wrong.
“The Dragon Balls.” he says again, chuckling a bit at your reaction. “There are seven of them in a set, each one based off the Super Dragon Balls. When all are gathered and the dragon’s name is spoken, it summons the dragon forth. Now these dragons vary in power, but they all have the ability to grant wishes. Even resurrecting the dead is easy for such beings. Wouldn’t you say so?”

You look at Divine Dragon Force, who Mechikabura had directed the last question at. Wait, what? So it really can grant wishes?

“...I don’t know how to do that.” your Stand says after a few moments of hesitation. “I do not understand this power, nor how to use it.”
“That’s because this isn’t a power you can use.” he says, turning from your Stand to you. “That’s up to you.”
“Wait, what?” you ask him. “I don’t know how either.”
“Then listen up, because this is important.” he says, and as he does the darkness suddenly begins breaking and light seeping in around you both. Seemingly annoyed Mechikabura grabs his staff, points it at the darkness above you both, and speaks a word. The shattering stops, and the void actually begins rebuilding itself around the two of you. “Now, focus. Be careful with that Stando. By speaking it’s name, and wishing for something, your ‘Dragon Force’ will expend it’s power to try and make your wish come true. With your own power, if it’s own isn’t enough. But beware, if you wish for something well beyond your power, such as raising your untransformed power to that of your other timeline daughter’s full transformed power, your energy will be completely burned out, and you’ll die.”
cont
>>
>>4458410
“I actually have a question about you.” you say, the Demon God’s eyebrows going up in surprise. Clearly, he hadn’t expected this. “You said your goal is freedom, right? So why did the Time Kai seal you away in the first place?”
“It wasn’t actually her.” he says, sighing out. And for the first time he seems like an old man, the lines on his face standing out much more noticeably. “And I wasn’t ‘sealed’. I was betrayed, and killed by one of my own. And once I was, much of my body’s lingering power was stolen. And so, the Demon God Demigra was born. Yet for his treachery what was his reward? Trapped inside the Crack of Time for nearly a hundred million years, only to be killed upon his release and his stolen power taken by his replacement that the Supreme Kai of Time herself had created by one of those dragons.”

“Wait, you mean Dumplin?” you ask him, understanding dawning. “He was made by the Supreme Kai of Time?”
“He was created on her orders.” Mechikabura says, shaking his head. “And despite how much I despise that woman, she did create a decent threat. By basing her design off of Majin Buu, and infusing that thing with both divine ki, she made quite a monster. Then she had time itself destroyed, and recreated with her monster’s assistance. Had I not created the Dark Dragon Balls, my existence would have truly been erased forever. Fortunately, due to myself being tied to the mystical orbs and Dumplin’s greed in keeping them as a deterrent against Chronoa, I wasn’t truly erased. My consciousness still existed within the orbs, and I was able to plant visions of myself inside Towa’s mind and convince her to revive me. And now that I live once more, I shall regain my lost glory. Once my youth and strength are restored, I shall destroy both Chronoa and Dumplin, and establish a more fair rule. Of course, once they’re defeated, you need no longer fear erasure. Your daughter, Towa, and even your half-Saiyan children shall be able to exist alongside you, and your family may all live together.”

“Erasing Chronoa...?” you say, no doubt showing your surprise as you ponder it. Can he really do it? If he defeats them both, you could finally live together with your entire family. But as you ponder this he sighs out, the darkness once more beginning to crack around you both.
“It seems I can no longer keep you to myself.” he says, smiling oddly at you. “Keep yourself safe, Karn.”

And with that, you’re awake. Eyes opening slowly, you find yourself still in the Tub you layed down in. But the room’s lights are all off, and no one’s here with you. Which begs the question:

Wow lots of info here. But let's remember this is just what we've heard from this side. We shouldn't make a decision yet.

Also it frustrated me he managed to get rid of try another of our only ways of dealing with him should we see fit. We need that seal on DDF gone past thing we need is to reach a high enough level that he can use whatever magic left on ddf to force his own wish and have it go through.

Honestly, I'm digging Mechikabura here. Even if he's manipulating Karn, it's clear that he's done his research on how to approach Karn - not with blatant arrogance and threats but by presenting himself as a kindred soul of sorts. And he's doing it well, too, unlike most cheesy as fuck media villains where it's blatantly obvious they're bullshitting you. Makes me wonder if he's 'canon' mechi, or a different version that's less outright evil...

“Alright, we need to talk.” you say, focusing on and conjuring your Stand. It takes a bit more effort than usual, you realizing your body simply feels exhausted. But that can wait, as your crimson Stand appears wrapped around your right arm. It raises it’s head, turning and meeting your gaze. “The hell happened back there?”
“I sensed you were in mortal danger.” Divine Dragon Force replies. “That being is dangerous, more dangerous than anything I’ve ever seen. I wanted to be ready to defend you, should the need arise. But, unfortunately, I failed.”

“You didn’t fail, he’s simply several leagues of power above us.” you console your Stand, a concept you’d probably find pretty funny in another context. “But what were you trying to do to him?”
“I had hoped to gather my power, and expel it as you do.” your Stand replies. “But that barrier he’d put around me somehow sealed off my energy. I couldn’t project it beyond ourselves.”
“Do you think he was telling the truth?” you ask, curious. “Can you really grant wishes like he said?”
“I am uncertain.” your Stand replies. “But I do know, or at least suspect that doing such a thing will render me dormant. Much like your daughter’s Stand does when it uses up too much power.”
“I see. Better not test it now then.” you say, images of facing powerful Stands without Dragon Force keeping you from even considering it. “We’ll save that as a last resort then. But more importantly, when you’re not ‘here’, are you still here?”

“Yes. And no. It’s complicated.” your Stand replies, not helping at all. “Wherever you are, I am as well. Anywhere within your body’s aura I can move freely. But while I am not summoned by your side, I also don’t exist. At least in any way I can explain well enough. I can still see, and move, but cannot interact with the world. Even other Stands cannot see each other like this, so I cannot explain how he was able to do that.”
“Speaking of him, of Mechikabura. What do you think of him?” you ask your Stand. “Not his power, but the man himself. “Was he telling us the truth?”
“As far as I could tell, yes.” Divine Dragon Force says. “Nothing he said I could directly contradict.”

“I see.” you reply, pondering to yourself. Fu did warn you about him, but it seems Mechikabura doesn’t have any problems with you or yours. Hell, if he wins his Time War, he claimed Towa, Maza, Milha, Koruza, and Future Chaya could all come here and live with you in your own timeline. But as you ponder this you become lost in thought, startled back to the present as someone’s face suddenly appears beside your head and shouts in your ear. So much for possibly going back to sleep until the morning, you’re dealing with this now. “Hey kiddo. How’d you get all the way down here?”

>>4458543
I think there's a few things we gotta do now.
First and foremost, we should talk with Towa about this. She deserves to know what we know.
Second is figuring out if he could even deal with Xeno's wrath since he'd be forced to take notice should Chronoa fall. That's the only fucking reason she even pretends to do her job in the first place.
We should also get Bane's perspective on this as he's probably playing a much more complicated game of chess than we are. Aku is similarly also a good idea to talk to about this if we have the time, he's much more knowledgeable about the affairs of primordial beings than we are.
>>
>>4458546
You should never trust someone who just suddenly appears in your mind.

“AAAAAAAAAAH! Aaaaaa AAAAH!” your son shouts excitedly, clumsily reaching out for one of the devices sticking out of your face.
“At!” you say sternly, grabbing his hand with telekinesis. Your infant son’s eyes widen in surprise, looking at his hand not moving curiously. But after a second or two the novelty wears off for him, your son pulling harder and harder to free his hand. As his frustration grows you feel his energy starting to rise, swiftly growing almost twice as strong as sparks dance along his body. No way, this can’t be. Can it?

“Karn Jr, what did I say?” Meloka whisper-scolds, walking into the room. “I told you to leave your father alo....”
“Hey hun.” you say, smiling up at Meloka as she comes into view. “What’d I miss?”
“Karn, you’re....” she says, your wife tearing up a bit. “You’re finally awake.”
“AAAAAAAA!!” Karn Jr shouts, your son getting furious that he can’t pull away. You and Meloka both turn as his rage explodes, power surging higher still. Your jaw drops as his hair begins growing longer and longer, it reaching all the way down his back as his aura’s sheer pressure begins making the room shake. Shocked you let his hand go, and as your son sees his hand freed stops screaming. In fact he calms right down, and in a brief flash of light returns to normal. After a few moments of staring at him in complete confusion and picking your jaw up off the floor, you turn your confused gaze to Meloka.

“Huh. Well, that’s interesting.” Meloka says, your wife turning to you. “Did you see that?”
“I thought I was seeing things.” you say to your wife, you both looking back to your son. Karn Jr, for his part seems unaware of what he just did, sitting on the floor beside you. For a moment, then he yawns hard enough that he falls backwards onto the ground. And within seconds, your son is sound asleep like nothing happened. “Did he really just...?”

Ask Dr. White how long you’ve been down, and what kinda shape you’re in now wins it. Writing
>>
>>4458866
“Yeah. So how’d everything go?” you ask him, the doctor moving to his monitor and starts typing. “What kinda shape am I in, doc?”
“Good news first, you are crystal-free.” he says, gesturing to a clear container beside the monitor. You look at it, the jar filled to the brim with what looks like a green dust but you realize had to be the shards of the Bloodstone. You realize all of that was just floating around inside your body, and wonder how you were even able to function? “But now the bad news. We couldn’t wake you up.”
“Wait, what?” you say, confused. “What do you mean, you couldn’t wake me up?”

“It is as it sounds.” Dr. White says, the various implements the machine limbs have on and in you pulling slowly free. “Once the procedures were finished, and your body was fully healed, I tried to bring you back from the coma. But for some reason, I was unable to. Your mind refused to return to your body.”
“Mechikabura’s doing.” you think to yourself, remembering how he’d stopped you from leaving his little sit down. So that’s what that was.
“I was beginning to get afraid you would never awaken.” Dr. White continues, as the mechanical arms all swiftly retract into the ceiling. “If I’d destroyed your mind I could never forgive myself, much less how Lord Freeza would react. Had you not awakened soon, no doubt he would have killed me.”

“Shit, I forgot to tell him before I went under!” you say, trying to sit up. But as you try your vision swims, and you drop back down into the mostly-drained fluid panting heavily from the exertion. “Wha-? What? The hell?”
“Don’t try and get up, at least not yet.” Dr. White says, a note of panic in his voice. “You were under for longer than I expected, and your body isn’t ready for sudden movement.”
“How long?” you ask, looking Dr. White dead in the eyes. “How long was I down for?”
“It was only supposed to be a few days.” Dr. White says, sounding a bit nervous now. “But you’ve been out for two weeks.”
“Two weeks...?” you repeat, looking up at the ceiling shellshocked. Two whole weeks? This can’t be good, you can’t afford to be down any longer! So you grit your teeth, reach up and grab the edges of the Tub, and begin hauling yourself upright. The task is far harder than it should be, but you manage to take a sitting upright position. Again the world swims in your vision and senses, your grips on this basin the only thing keeping you upright. But after several disorienting seconds the world settles down, you able to again perceive the world around you.

“-ear me? Karn? Karn, are you alright?” a voice slowly becomes audible, you turning to your right and seeing Meloka holding you up. “Karn?”
“Hey, I’m here.” you say, your head finally back on straight. “Everything was kinda spinning around there for a moment.”
“As should be expected for someone who’s been horizontal for two weeks.” Dr. White says, he and Meloka helping you stand upright as your body still isn’t fully cooperating. “Which is one reason the upright Healing Pods became popular, less recovery time after being fixed up. For those that live, anyways.”
“I can’t thank you enough.” you say, taking a shaky step out of the healing tub you’d apparently spent two weeks in. Your body feels shaky and weak, but that’s nothing a few days of getting into the Gravity Chamber won’t fix. “Really appreciate you takin’ care of me.”

“Is what I do.” he says, letting go of you once you’re clear of the tub to stand on your own. “I am happy to help. But, take it easy over the next few days, okay? Don’t do any crazy training, start at normal gravity until your body readjusts to moving.”
“Will do.” you say, Meloka scooping up the still-sleeping Karn Jr and the three of you make your way out of Dr. White’s office. Where you’re greeted by several people, who all have seemingly been waiting on your recovery.

“KARN?!!” more than two dozen people shout, all rushing over to you. Nappa is there, Leyas and Sarada too, along with many of your students. Your old ship’s crew, and Turles is here as well. Even Komand’r of all people seem excited to see you up and alive again.
“The hell you worrying us for?” Sarada shouts, and sounding more angry than you expect, swings for your head. You don’t quite know what happened, but one second she was swinging for you, and the next your left fist is out, facing to the right of where she’d been, and Sarada’s been sent halfway through the wall and into your crew’s room. Dead silence echoes throughout the room for several oppressive seconds, before Nappa breaks the tension.

“At least yoy can still fight after all that time slacking off! Hahaha!” Nappa shouts, the energy coming back to the room instantly. But what the hell was that? Fortunately this sudden explosive attack doesn’t dampen anyone’s spirits, in fact quite the opposite. Nappa activates his scouter, training it on you and whistling as he reads the new number aloud.

“And nearly dying seems to have paid off for you too. Your powerlevel’s now thirty four million!” Nappa shouts, the room going a bit quieter at just how much stronger you are now. Komand’r seems especially miffed by the news, knowing just how out-of-her-league your power is now.
“What the hell?!” Sarada shouts, Leyas’s sister pulling herself free of the wall and turning to you. You see she’s bleeding from the mouth, but still giving you the same wolfish grin as ever. “You didn’t have to hit me with all thirty four mill of that!”

“Sorry, I dunno what happened there.” you say, still a little wobbly on your own feet. Which isn’t entirely true, as thanks to Fu you have your suspicions as to what went down. But having not seen it yourself, you can’t confirm. After that everyone settles down a bit, you catching up for awhile until you’re swaying so badly you nearly topple over. Meloka then takes charge, thanking everyone who’d been watching over you then helping you up the stairs to your bedroom. Closing and locking the door behind you both Meloka helps you get into the bed, curling up with Karn Jr in her arms beside you and the three of you are asleep within minutes. This time your sleep is restful, no strange dreams or people visiting your mind. Some time later you find yourself awake, Meloka still held close in your arms. Sighing in contentment you focus your ki sense, feeling for your wife and son’s energies when suddenly you feel yourself panic! Karn Jr isn’t here with you!

“Oh no, shi! Nono no!” you think to yourself, extending your ki senses as you try and find your son. Fortunately he’s still on the ship, and even in the room itself. But as you turn to him, you see an awful sight: the Stand Death’s Door is superimposed over your own, the wormy user carrying your sleeping son towards it.

“BASTARD!” you shout, reaching out with your telekinesis to grab ahold of your sleeping son. And before the Covenant worm knows what’s happening you’ve pulled Karn Jr from his grip, catchinf your son.
“Guldo, I need you here right now!” you think out, hoping your friend is awake right now. “Covenant assassins!”
“Already here.” he says, you blinking and seeing him. Guldo’s Energy Blade is piercing through the would-be Covenant kidnapper’s back, and with with a violent pull tears his blade free. The Stand user is nearly torn apart by Guldo’s attack, blood and vicera spraying all over him and the door. Which is slowly returning to a normal door, the Stand fading as it’s user’s lifeforce drains away. “Morning Karn. Good to see you alive.”

“Good to see yo-Behind you!” you shout, seeing a shimmer in the air. But as soon as you get the words out the situation has changed, reminding you just how powerful Guldo’s time-stopping ability is. Where before there was a shimmer in the air behind him, you suddenly see not one, nor two, but THREE Sangheili become visible in different parts of your room. Each one has been decapitated, their own blades embedded in their chests. And without ever making a sound the trio fall, all splatting to the ground simultaneously. “Oh shit. I didn’t even see them.”
“Me neither.” he says, deactivating his own weapon and grabbingnthe worm’s robe to wipe some of the blood on him off. “But fortunately, when time’s stopped at least, I can take a few seconds’ worth to double-check, and make sure everything’s really clear. So, what were they here for? The usual?”

“No, this time was worse.” you say, frowning as Meloka starts sitting up and looking around groggily. “They tried to take my son.”
“WHAT?!” Meloka shouts, suddenly wide awake. Unfortunately this wakes Karn Jr, who begins crying. She takes him from you, holding your son to her chest and whispering sweetly to him. “Shhhh, shhhh, it’s okay. Everything’s fine, Momma’s got you.”
“Bastards.” Guldo says, spitting on the nearest splitjaw’s corpse, then kicking the wormy one. “So, this guy the one who got them in?”
“Yeah, I haven’t been able to put him down.” you say, quickly explaining it’s Stand. “Speaking of, how did you get in here? His Stand was covering the entire doorway.”
“I have my ways.” Guldo says with a smirk. But after a few seconds another four fighters burst through the doorway together. “Wherever our enemies may hide!”
“An’ no mattah what traps they may lay!” Jeice continues.
“The Ginyu Force will save the day!” Recoome shouts, all five flaring their auras upas the Captain speaks. “Ginyu Force! All together!”
“Recoome!
“Burter!”
“Jeice!”
“Guldo!”
“And Ginyu! And together we are!”
“THE GINYU FORCE!”

Jesus christ, Guldo is terrifying. This fight would have taken (obviously) longer for Karn alone, and probably involved a bit of collateral damage and the potential for a bystander to get hurt...Hell, we might have been stabbed by one of the splitjaws if we did it alone.

guldo has a lot of the same issues as hit, where his most useful strat is time stop and shanking people all over the place, which is basically not allowed in the ToP, if anyones gonna do something really nasty its ginyu, cause he will likely end up hijacking jiren and then go to town on the entire ToP.
>>
>>4459104
But Guldo in a TOP scenario could just stop time and throw you down, off the ring. When time resumes suddenly you’re falling off the side and need to get back on, instead of on solid ground near the center.
>>

It's been a minute since they got to pose proper. I hope they brought a stereo. Also Guldo still out here showing exactly why he's on the team.
>Curious just jow powerful Karn Jr is, and what potential is hiding inside your youngest son?
I have been thinking about it actually.
He's young. Far too young for this too be his upper limit.
I'm reminded of another young prodigy who shattered everybody's preconceived notions when push came to shove.
He might have even higher potential than Future-Chaya. I shudder to think of the barriers he'll break when he's ready.
>>
>>4459106
thats true, but i think that mostly only works with fodder and careless people, like jiren gave exactly zero fucks about hits time bullshit and hit is probably gonna be stronger then guldo at ToP, not guaranteed, but hit is actually really damn strong, thats why i thought about Ginyu, who gives exactly zero shits about powerlevel and him highjacking jiren basically wins it singlehandedly.
>>
>>4459108
my worry is if ginyu does that how hard will it trigger time loli and will it make her immediately return on her crusade to remove our timeline for being too awesome to exist.
>>
>>4459116
Ginyu requires body snatch to be bullshit, so long as he doesn't get a GoD or something, she'll probably ignore him. Even if he nabs Jiren. We're able to push into godhood if we get the chance.
>>
>>4459092
Yes it would have. Plus protecting both Karn Jr and Meloka from all three would have been more difficult.

Stand:「DEATH’S DOOR」
User: Hord Kos, San’Shyuum
Ability: Can travel from one doorway into another, as long as the Stand has marked the return door. Also can create a spectral doorway that leads into death’s own dimension. While in this realm, space and time, life and death all have no solid meaning. This allows the user to survive fatal wounds long enough to return somewhere else in the mortal world. But once both doorways have been shut, whoever’s trapped in the dimension will remain there for all eternity, hunted by the reaper’s shade until it finally takes their soul.
>>4459100

>boomer_just_wanna_grill.jpg
Karn Jr’s potential is staggering, that’s for sure.
>>
>>4459108
See, there's only a single problem with that strategy.
How do we get to that point?
I'm not sure even Karn can hold Jiren down long enough to make an opening for Ginyu.
And if he sees it coming, who knows what kind of asspull Jiren will do to deal with it.
What we need to do is lay the groundwork from the very beginning, provided we anticipate an absolute monster in the ToP beforehand.
Hopefully Towa can give us some intel before the event.
I have an idea, convoluted as it may be. The rough outline is as such.
>Ginyu keeps his gimmick under wraps at all costs, the element of surprise must be maintained
>Hopefully Ginyu manages to stay on the stage by the time we throw down with Jiren
Now at this point there's a few routes we could take that I feel would be the most feasible.
>Option A: Ginyu fires the beam in another area at nothing while we grab Jiren and Instant Transmission into the Change Beam
>Option B: Ginyu fires the beam same as Option A, but Guldo uses his time stop to drag Jiren into the path of the attack while Karn has him distracted
>Option C: Ginyu switches bodies with one of Jiren's team members and bluffs his way to point blank firing range
>>
>>4459121
>Tripping enemies near the edge will be a winning strat, as by the time he resumes time he’d be far away
Couldn't somebody with good reflexes fire a ki blast strong enough to propel themselves back upwards?
>If his attack can pierce Jiren’s aura, which not even a Blue Evolution Vegeta/Blue Kaio-Ken Goku Final Flash/Kamehameha could do.
Hence why we'd have to do it before he actually got serious.

Didn't the covenant leaders sort of single out Karn in particular as being a heretic or something like that? What if that wasn't just because of him being blessed with a stand, but because that stand appeared to resemble their own wishgranter that they revered?
>>
>>4459346
Follows the theme of the worms trying to cover up how unworthy they are.
>>
>>4459346
My personal theory on why they call it the "red dragon of heresy" is that one of their stand users, at some point in time, had a stand that gave them prophecies. One of these prophecies may have been that the Covenant's faith would be broken and shattered by a Dragon that wields power stolen from gods.
>>
>>4459247
I think gd confirmed earlier that Hit's time stop was more advance than Guldo's
>>
Okay, still pissed works IP is banned, but man Guldo is the motherfucking MVP. Freeza needs to give this man his own planet of nothing but thirsty bitches.

I'm curious as to how the battle went and whats been going on since we went under, but nobody's dropped any metaphorical bombs on us so I assume Freeza is okay and we're not under any immediate threat....tho I do find it weird Freeza wasn't waiting for us....Or Vegeta.

Also, Karn Junior was aptly named, because holy fucking shit he might actually end up being even more bullshit then Broly.
>>
>>4459438
Damn right, though I think he did that already after he cut Babadi in half.

>.tho I do find it weird Freeza wasn't waiting for us....Or Vegeta.
Well they are the leaders, they can't waste to much time waiting by our bed.

>Also, Karn Junior was aptly named, because holy fucking shit he might actually end up being even more bullshit then Broly.
Did this come to mind before or after he almost went SS2 while throwing a fit?
>>
>>4459449
>Did this come to mind before or after he almost went SS2 while throwing a fit?
He went SS2 easily. He was straining to go SSJ3, but was getting there.
>>
>>4459449
>Did this come to mind before or after he almost went SS2 while throwing a fit?
After, and as the other anon said, he went 2 all the way almost into 3.

>AAAAAAAA!!” Karn Jr shouts, your son getting furious that he can’t pull away. You and Meloka both turn as his rage explodes, power surging higher still. Your jaw drops as his hair begins growing longer and longer, it reaching all the way down his back as his aura’s sheer pressure begins making the room shake.
>>
>>4459457
>>4459459
Must have missed that as I was flipping out...we made a monster. This is going to be fun.
>>
Man, I still have a hard time thinking about Ginyu as a splitjaw. I wonder if he'll ever come across an even stronger body to claim as his own.
Hell, I legitimately wonder if things like Magical Reserves are at least in part determined by biology. If the reserves are held in the body, then could Ginyu become magi-capable by seizing a magi-capable body?
>>
>>4459463
Maybe, his ki changes with his body (at least the physical part the spirit and mind not so much I think) so if the vessel's potential is dependent on the body he could have it but he might have a hard time learning
>>4459422
The way I see it Hit is more like King crimson with a shitty Za warudo
>>4458992
>Komand’r seems especially miffed by the news, knowing just how out-of-her-league your power is now.
This is very interesting, guys I think we can see who is going to be the first tamaranean to break their limits and achieve the power gods
Just hear me out
>Komand'r has turles as a training partner
>Turles has been training with vegeta to attain primal
And finally
>She also is crazy enough to be Meloka's closest(living) thing to a rival
>Meloka and Karn right now are much stronger than her and Turles
I doubt she is just going to take it
After all she has been show to be willing to achieve power any means necessary
>Like that Suspicious Red Gem she has since her appearance on raven's planet
>>
>>4459543
I.... don't care for Black Fire
Last i recall she's an abusive partner and the whole reason Turles needs to get a lot stronger.
And I don't doubt a time will come when she must be put down. Nor will I mourn it when it does
>>
>>4459556
They're daughter on the other hand is a little ball of sunshine.
>>
>>4459564

Apologies for going silent after thread ended, was the old man’s birthday today. So there was a lot of family here.

>>4459247
Guldo stops time, Hit steals and skips through time. But then he can trap an opponent in all that stolen time, effectively trapping them in place for years.
>>4459264
I’ll say here and now, Death’s Door is a confirmed kill.
>>4459438
Guldo is a hero, that’s for sure.
Freeza slaughtered the enemy fleet, inly to find Karn in a coma and his body being operated on. If it wasn’t for Meloka, in his blind rage Freeza would’ve killed the good doctor.
His potential is far greater than any other Saiyan born so far.
>>4459449
Wasn’t Freeza, but King Cold who rewarded him for that.
And they’ve been preparing for the final push.
>>4459460
Yes
>>4459463
Possibly, but unlikely at this point. At least, during this war.
Yes. But just because a body has the potential, doesn’t mean you can use it. See canon Goku v Ginyu.
>>4459543
She doesn’t like feeling helpless and out of her league, that’s for sure.
>>4459556
She is, but it’s not necessarily power Turles needs. But a spine.
>>4459564
>>4459631
As far as you know. She is royalty after all.
>>
>>4459776
hey GD, do you happen to remember which thread karn first fought starfire?
i've tried looking for it before, but i can't find it.

i *really* want to re-read that exchange, though. i'm just not sure when it was.
>>
>>4459801
31/32, planet Azar where you get Raven on the team
>>
>>4459808
starfire, not blackfire
>>
>>4459808
>>4459801
If you meant Blackfire/Komand’r
>>
>>4459776
>Wasn’t Freeza, but King Cold who rewarded him for that.
One of these days were gonna get enough peace so he can go home and get some pieces, dude needs a few weeks off with his harem.
>She is, but it’s not necessarily power Turles needs. But a spine.
Which is easier to keep up if he has the power to prevent it from being snapped in half.
>As far as you know. She is royalty after all.
So is Auntie Starfire. He mother must be really big on keeping up the serious facade to act like a good role model, and with Turles being pretty mellow, she must be learning from him...kinda like a more kinky domestic abuse prone version of Android 18 and Krillin. Or equally kinky?
>>
>>4459813
i found it using a very specific set of keywords
most importantly is "kori"

i remembered that blackfire only called her kori once or twice, so if i got a google hit it'd probably be one of those
it's thread 48 btw, after the wedding
>>
>>4459821
Guldo enjoys his time off as much if not more than the rest of the team.
>18 and Krillin
Hadn’t thought about it that way but ha.
>>4459824
That’s the right one. I knew it was before the Siege, but fell asleep searching
>>
>>4460292
>Guldo enjoys his time off as much if not more than the rest of the team.
I can bet, High Pimp Guldo with a army of bitches to his left and right.
>Hadn’t thought about it that way but ha.
Just kind of clicked in a moment of inspiration.

QM QUESTION

So I’ve started this week’s epilogue, but I’m not sure if it’ll be ready before episode 141 begins. In the meantime, who’s ready for the(possible) final chapter of the ongoing PTO/Covenant conflict? Ready to face down their remaining Stand users, and whatever else they have up their sleeves? I’ll still be around, checking the thread throughout the day when not working. Also, if anyone’s interested in doing art for the quest, follow and dm me on twatter @GrandDragonQM.
>>
>>4462225
I'm ready to talk to Freeza bro and let him know everything is okay, poor guy must be stressed as hell right now.
>>
>>4462225
>who’s ready for the(possible) final chapter of the ongoing PTO/Covenant conflict?
It is never that simple, even when it is.
I'm ready to get back to getting proper fucking swole and mastering ourselves before busting out Berserker 3. (still need to find a better name for SSJ3 now that I think about it).
>>
>>4462225
I want to Emerald Oozaru Final Flash High Charity. I really really do. Or suplex it into a planet and then blow it up.

Also I will continue to Reeee that my job stops me from participating between the work hours and the work IP being banned during breaks.
>>
>>4462261
He’ll be glad to know that.
>>4462275
True. But as far as the Covenant being a universal-scale empire, if High Charity’s destroyed that’s it.
>>4462325
Unfortunately while Emerald Oozaru you don’t have the mind to Final Flash.
And that does truly suck. Got a vpn?
>>
>>4462358
Not for my phone and I got no idea how to get one i would trust if I wanted too.
>>
>>4462358
Question GD, given she basically lives in it at this point, can you tell us how long it took Meloka to Master SS3?
>>
>>4462366
Fair enough
>>4463187
A few years now. But her ki control is absolutely prodigious, and may have come close to setting records across timelines
>>
>>4463367
Well damn. We have more power then she did starting out for sure, so we have that going for us, and our body is used to stressful transformations from Berserker, but thats gunna at best balance the scales between our much poorer Ki Control and Legendary SS3 being twice as bad.

Guess our plan for the future is gunna be Finishing Berserk 1 Mastery, Remastering Legendary 1 and 2, and then starting on 3.
>>
>>4463367
Also GD are we still wearing the Vanquisher Seal from the Covenants of Champions? I don't think its been brought up in forever.
>>
>>4463409
Your transformations are stronger, and you have much more ki than her, but her transformations are far more stable and refined, plus her ki control/manipulation are S+ tier.
>>4463448
Yes, you are, on your right hand. The Katchin wedding band is on your left
>>
if we used the dragon balls to revive all loyal members of the Planet Trade Organization who've died in the last 10 years or so would that work?

I mean a dragon ball powered kami could resurrect a planets population on multiple occasions.
>>
>>4464619
Noooooooooo? Unless the Ultimate Dragon Balls are quest canon, Earths Shenron could only do a group resurrections if less then one year had passed, and Namek's Porguna allowed resurrections without any timelimit but has to a single wish per person.
>>
>>4464619
Would only work if the wish was made via Super Dragon Balls.
>>4464626
Both Shenron and Porunga have their limits. But Super Shenron is expressly stated able to grant any wish.
>>
>>4464635
>Both Shenron and Porunga have their limits. But Super Shenron is expressly stated able to grant any wish.
Sure then can, but if we're at the point we can wish on the Super Dragon Balls, there's not much to wish for...that the SKoT wouldn't DELETE us for.
>>
>>4464642
We should wish to become the new supreme kai of time.
>>
>>4464644
The second the word SUPREME started to pass our lips we would be DELETED. Like this is old news, even Chrona fears the SDBs, and if we ever go near them she will be watching VERY CAREFULLY with her hand hovering over the DELETE Button to see if we do anything even vaguely related to fucking her over.
>>
>>4464668
Maybe get the entire council of towas, dumplin and every other motherfucker in the multiverse to hold her off, then.
>>
>>4464642
Very true. I didn’t say you’d be able to USE them.
>>4464668
This. Almost like the alphabet soup’s text monitors, that word happens and she’s instantly(heh) watching.
>>4464670
Well, you now know that even Mechikabura can’t stop a Grand Priest. But unlike kais and gods, the angels are not free to simply act. SKoT can’t just send a GP after enemies she can’t handle. And while a Zeno can act freely, well... His level of problem-solving starts at his smallest scale: universal erasure.
>>
Can’t wait for Mechi to turn Chronoa into his onahole
>>
>>4464777
I mean if he wants the troglodyte more power too him, just hope he doesn't have any plans for her to do kitchen work.
>>
>>4464747
>Very true. I didn’t say you’d be able to USE them.
There has to be a work around...maybe Towa can shield that moment in time from the SKOT's influence? Didn't she do something similar to a room in Vegeta's palace?
>>
>>4464777
>>4464779
>SKoT fully under mind control
>kills Mechikabura with her awful food
>ironic_palpatine.gif
>>4464952
No, she expressly stated the room itself was shielded, by whoever was Planet Vegeta’s guardian before their death.
>>
>>4465047
>No, she expressly stated the room itself was shielded, by whoever was Planet Vegeta’s guardian before their death.
Well damn. I assume she told Karn as much then. Seems like we should try and see if we can't raise their spirit and ask exactly how they did it. That seems like it'd be incredibly useful to us even if it was time and labor expensive to do.
>>
>>4465108
She did make her lab unseeable, even backwards-unseeable. But that was her own magic being used in her own timeline, and never actually changes it’s own timeline unless the magical barrier is damaged. Like it was in your Towa’s timeline.
>>
Soon the next episode shall commence, and we shall see what’s next for Karn.
>>
Does anyone else kinda miss having a sword?

Pic unrelated.
>>
>>4465923
...we still have our sword, Chaya's is the one that lost it.
>>
>>4465690
I'm sad I won't be here for it, as fucking usual, but I'm curious to see whats going to happen on the way to High Charity, espessially since Kano and I'm pretty sure The Metal is still out there.

By the way GD what was the ship count of that Fleet Freeza whipped out?
>>
>>4465936
Yes.
>>
>>4465923
If we somehow managed to lose or break a weapon that was attuned to us, we'd be kinda freaking out about it.
Also, Dante would never part with Rebellion. It is actually physically impossible for him to do so now.
>>
>>4465956
Although if we could theoretically kick his ass, we could get him as a Devil Arm.
>>
>>4465959
>Although if we could theoretically kick his ass
We would absolutely smoke Dante even if he does have us outmatched in terms of stylishness.
I personally would want to talk to Nico if we ever did come across any DMC characters. Imagine if she tricked out our gravity hammer like Nero's sword.
>>
>>4465988
I mean if she's going to talk to us, I want to know about their Mystery Machine she drives, that thing runs on Loony Toon logic.
>>
>>4465988
>We would absolutely smoke Dante even if he does have us outmatched in terms of stylishness.

>laughs in royal guard
I certainly wouldn't want to fight him. His toolkit is gigantic and his skill with using it insane.
>>
>>4466136
He is a fool that knows not of Donguri clearly.
>>
>>4465923
Chaya does
>>4465936
Larger than anything you’ve encountered since the Siege.
>>4465939
Correct.
>>
okay so we can't resurrect groups too large. But, we probably can resurrect our population next time we're invaded maybe?
>>
>>4466159
If it was Donguri-verse Dante I'd just kill myself to skip the shame that'd come with the ass-whoopin. No man should ever posses that kind of power.
>>
>>4466215
His power only grows, and I can't wait to see what he could do with Virgil. God damn blender on legs.

I said I wanted to write about all those very interesting things that happened during Saiyan Conqueror Quest 140. I did not had the time to do it, because this week has been very busy for me.

But I did not forgot about it, and finally I have a moment to catch up with what was going on here during this week.
I'm going to read it, and then write. I'll post it once it's done. It probably won't be on time to still arrive in Saiyan Conqueror Quest 140. It looks like it's going to be in 141.

(I will not post it during the time when GD is actively running the quest. I do not want to disrupt the quest and the adventure with my walls of text. I will wait for some appropriate moment . Probably when 141 will be paused or when it will reach its end. )

Alright, I'm getting back to reading 140 so I know what happened when 141 starts.

The beginning of Saiyan Conqueror Quest 141 is drawing nearer and nearer.

>>4466220
I can confidently say that it's not impossible to beat a Dante of that level. We'd just have to be extremely quick about it.
Once they take the pace, they'll just keep coming with new stuff as soon as we try anything.
We just don't have a big enough toolbox to really deal with somebody that's mastered such a wide variety of tools in the long game.

After looking at some of the DMC4 vids he's posted, I've got an idea for something now that we have decent Ki control.
We could try emulating Dante's Lucifer (or Vergil's Summon swords if you want to be technical).
In my head, it would would be summoning spectral versions of Artorias' Greatsword and having them orbit around us.

This is already similar to stuff Meloka has pretty much perfected, so she would be the perfect person to bounce this idea off of.
If the technique is actually possible, I have a few ideas as to how it'd be used in combat.
We could do stuff like
>weaving the spectral swords into our existing style to do more damage and keep our attack patterns varied
>using them to keep enemies off of us when surrounded or just clearing the general area
>launching them through the air and guiding their trajectories similar to our Guided Eye Beams
>pinning them in place around the battlefield and use them as beacons for Instant Transmission
And that's all just stuff I've come up with off the top of my head.
>>
>>4465932
Wait really? Huh. I guess we haven’t used it in a while.
>>
SOON
>>
>>4466561
We haven't had a fight, but we had our hands going to the hilt when talking to Mechi. Did you not read? Chaya's sword got melted by bug acid.

This is a quest where slitjaws were a threat. Dante is beyond them.
>>
>>4466618
They're only a threat in numbers or as a result of magical fuckery.

>>4466621
The fact they are scaled up to the point they are strong without the handicaps is the point you idiot.
