So, in retaliation, the human countries made 'Academies', a learning ground to train young children the instinct to kill all Demons. Your host doesn't know what Demons look like, though. But you can identify a Demon from a human with the electronic watch your host carries. If it detects unidentified radiation, or if their radiation level exceeds 15, then they are definitely Demons.

Someone also invented "Magic", but it's just heavily modified ESPers that came to life with the help of magic. The human countries went under the confederate council called the 'Alliance'. Minimalistic, I know.

AIs are uncommon. There are differing types of AIs, and some are cheaper than others, so those who are interested could save up to buy one. AI are usually stored inside people's watch, and so are not commonly noticed by others. However, if you say that you had an AI implanted inside of you, it would garner some stares.

Other topics include the rise of Scientology, discrimination against Orcs due to having similar characteristics with Demons, hyperinflation, rise of anti-academies and pro-demons, communism, rise of real estate, black market, cryptocurrency, and beyond others. The country your host currently lives in is called Bael, a developing country with a politically neutral party.
