Last time, you explored the 10th floor of the Dark Church, got a USB with information on the cult’s activities and members courtesy of Carol, broke Emily (formerly known as Calin) out of her hypnosis and, most importantly, landed a date with a lovely girl! Maybe there’s hope for a loser like you after all!

Oh yeah, and you also got a piece of the crystal too! Which you’re currently celebrating with your improvised little team. Though, you’re not sure if the crystal will end up in your hands when this is all said and done but you’re glad that at least Vivienne and Carol got what they wanted, you know what they say; happy wife, happy life. And they’re going to help you with what you came here for in the first place so it’s a win-win.

The festivities won’t last much longer, however, as you all need to decide what your next move will be.

“Yeah, let’s get to it.” You exclaim as if you have a plan to take all the slaves out.

“We’ll have to go through the whole floor to find them, right?” Carol sighs loudly.

“I believe we had the option to call for them at the reception.” Vivienne remembers one of the options.

“Oh right! You can call for more than one?” Carol gets excited.

“I’m not certain.” Vivienne is still thinking about it.

“It’s an alternative.” You can give it a shot.

“Hey, Phil, you’ll have to come up with something quick, or we’re going to be in trouble real soon.” Carol is just pressuring you.

“I asked you both to come up with a plan, that includes you, Carol. You’re not exempt of responsibility.” Vivienne doesn’t appreciate Carol’s attitude. “We’ll go one step at the time. Let’s gather all women inside this floor. Either, we go room by room and take them with us, or try our luck at the reception.”

What do you do?

>Go to the first room and use the phone to call everyone, if possible.
>Make everyone split up and bring all the girls to the first room.
>Go together and drag every girl with you, one by one.
>Write In.

Votes:

Votes are counted until 25 minutes have passed. This rule doesn't apply to the last reply of the day.
Votes that require a dice roll are counted until 15 minutes have passed, so we can speed up the process. Rolls are counted until 10 minutes have passed, so be prepared!

(NEW) Dice Mechanic:

We always roll 1d100s!
Since most people weren’t happy with the system of averaging top four rolls, we’re using best of 2/3/4 depending on the attribute a prompt requires. If Johnny is a genius and it’s a Knowledge based roll, he gets more rolls (Max. 7)! If he sucks, he gets less dice (Min. 2)!

When asked for rolls, I will specify how many you’re going to get. Rolling begins after it’s asked.

Rolling 100 is a critical and ignores all other rolls! In the same vein, rolling 1 means a critical failure (only for Very Hard rolls and above).

The difficulty of the roll is tied with the effectiveness of the action. In other words, the harder the option the better the result!

Don’t forget that at the end of the day, this is a story-driven quest! What the prompts are describing is more important than the difficulty of the rolls, for results in a fight.

Again, rolls are only counted when they are posted within ten minutes of being asked, so watch out!

“Let’s press our luck, I think the phone is going to work.” You’re feeling lucky today; you got a date, remember?

“Understood.” Vivienne accepts this idea.

“I like being close to the exit...” Carol looks at the bright side.

You don’t waste any time and use the exact same path you did previously! None of the girls you met reacted to your presence once you were back in their rooms. It was creepy because they were looking at you. Sorry, Taresya and Petra! But you don’t have time to continue playing this odd game. You’re back at Bridge girl’s room, she’s standing with the phone in her hands, just like you three left her – unmoving like the others. You grab the phone, and the ex-cultists again get very close to you to hear what’s going on…

“Welcome back to Pleasure Palace, sir. For today’s schedule press 1, to call over one specific girl or girls press 2, to randomize an activity press 3, to enjoy Pleasure Palace at your own leisure press 4.” It’s the same thing as before, even the same operator.

“I’ll press 2.” You remember Vivienne being really annoyed last time when you and Carol didn’t tell her what you’re going to do.

“Acknowledged.” Vivienne liked that, you’re starting to get used to her. You ‘press’ the button.

“You’ve selected to call a girl or girls to the room you’re currently in. To call just 1 girl, press 1. To call 2 girls, press 2. To call 3 girls, press 3. To call 4 girls, press 4. To call 5 girls…” She goes on. “To call every single girl, press 0.”

“Finally…” Carol was sick of waiting.

After checking with Vivienne for less than a second, you press 0. This is going way better than you expected!

“If you want every girl partaking in the main game, press 1. If you want every single girl in all the rooms, press 2. If you want to include even the pieces of furniture like myself, press 3. If you decide to press 3, this service won’t be available until I’m returned to my room.”

You just press 3.

“I… understand, sir. I’m glad I get to see you again, tee-hee.” The operator hangs up.

“It didn’t request the password?” You mutter to yourself.

“You already did that.” Vivienne finds the reason obvious.

“You look disappointed.” Carol nudges you teasingly.

N-No…” You look away.

Bridge girl puts the phone down in a corner, then she invites you to stand in front of the exit – you walk there with Carol and Vivienne by your side. Bridge girl then stands close to the wall.

The doors around you open simultaneously and from each one of them a bunch of girls flock in files like it’s a military parade. They distribute in rows, standing right next to each other. You recognize, Petra, Taresya, Bikini Armor girl and the girls from the King’s Room including Belen between them; the other girls are wearing revealing costumes as you’ve come to expect at this point, including a fitness coach, a maid, a police woman, an astronaut of sorts, an idol and many others. There are a few wearing just their underwear. There are more than a couple dozen… As soon as the last one steps inside, something happens:

“The Pleasure Palace Staff are ready to serve you!” They all pose like it’s a collab picture for an idol group! They all go back to normal after; and by normal – you mean they stand like sculptures.

“……………………No comments.” Vivienne shakes her head after an especially long pause. “It’s fortunate that we were able to assemble them all here.” There is barely any space to breathe.

“Y-Yeah, there are lots of them…” You scratch the back of your head.

That one has my uniform…” YUNG-P sounds completely defeated.

What do you do?

>Ask YUNG-P if the files she gave you have pictures. You need to take some photos for evidence! Or else Scarlet wasted her money on the camera you have, which seems likely…
>“Okay, listen up, girls. You’re going to follow our orders, and yes, that includes these two. I want you all on your best behavior ‘cause we’re going for a trip outside!” Try to activate their minds like when they talked to you, or else dragging them around like zombies could be difficult.
>“I want everyone to raise their right hand.” See how much control you have over them.
>“I want everyone here to identify themselves.” Who are these people? Send the information over too. Maybe the others can get to their cases sooner than later.

“I think we should activate their programming instead of dragging them around like zombies.” You tell them your idea.

“Isn’t it better if they just follow our orders?” Carol doesn’t get it.

“If they don’t have self-awareness it could potentially be dangerous, we will need to tell them exactly what they need to do, there would be no margin for error.” You point out.

“Maybe they’ll get a little too self-aware and won’t follow our orders. That farm girl did whatever she wanted, she even ignored you.” Carol doesn’t like Petra one bit.

“We’re going to sort that out now. Give them a minute or two to understand what’s going on.” You think Petra ignored you because her priorities were set up in a way that made her analyze her surroundings first before following your orders.

“We’re going with Mr. Noon’s idea.” Vivienne settles.

“Fine, fine… I’ll hide.” Carol pretends that there is enough space to move around to do so. “Go ahead, continue.” She didn’t even move.

“Okay, listen up, girls.” You clap a couple of times. It always works to gather everyone’s attention. “You’re going to follow our orders, and yes, that includes these two. I want you all on your best behavior ‘cause we’re going for a trip outside!”

All the girls stand still for a couple of seconds.

Yes!” They all simultaneously respond.

The military shape gets loose rather rapidly, and now they are all crowding the place around you. What little space you have now feels oppressive to stand on. Any of the girls you put your eyes on just by looking around either blushes and looks away, waves at you or smiles – you wonder if this is how it feels to be popular. They don’t seem to care one bit about the others ‘slaves’ or Vivienne and Carol. They start to chat with one another...

“I require silence.” Vivienne checks how much control she has.

Like in a classroom, the noise starts dying down after a couple of seconds – so this is how it’s going to be, huh?

“Hmph, good enough.” Vivienne seems content.

“Hey, I don’t want anyone to touch me, alright?” Carol sets a rule. The girls look at each other, visibly confused, they don’t seem to care about her. “That goes for all of us.” Carol points at you and Vivienne.

The girls don’t seem to like that. They start complaining about how good their relationship is with you, and that they should be treated as a special case. Except for a couple of girls like Bridge Girl.

“Just follow the rules, it’s for your own good.” You try to appease them. They look so incredibly disappointed…

“Excuse me, why would we need to follow these rules if those two aren’t? They think they’re better than us?” Taresya objects.

“Y-Yeah, they aren’t wearing cute outfits…” The policewoman agrees. It seems to be the general feeling amongst the girls. “We all should wear cute outfits for our Master…”

“We have no obligation to wear your tasteless drabs, nor are we interested in pleasing this man over here. We’re just fulfilling our part of the deal.” Vivienne seems repulsed by the idea. This response lacked context. “Just follow our orders.”

The slave girls don’t seem happy with that response, in fact, they look offended. You’ll ignore that for now.

“Talk amongst yourselves but don’t be too loud, we need to discuss something…” You turn to Vivienne and Carol. “Okay, we have everyone here and they seem obedient enough. What do we do?”

“Our objective right now is to merge both groups.” Vivienne reminds you.

“I think he’s asking how.” Carol points out the obvious.

Yeah, how…

“We have the stairs and the elevator.” You’re cooking up something. “We need to move everyone so we need to use the stairs.”

“The stairs? That’s our ultimate escape route? We’re going to get found out immediately.” Carol doesn’t like what she’s hearing.

“We’re doing this one step at the time, remember?” You know that you need to come up with something else, you can’t get this enormous group out of here just by walking to the exit. But combining both groups of slaves is a must.

“It’s time for you to start realizing that there isn’t anything we can do.” Carol looks away. “We’ve played your game long enough, but we’re at a dead end, I can tell by your face. We get everyone together and then what? I know, nothing.”

“I think it’s the appropriate time for us to do an experiment.” Vivienne chimes in. “Mr. Noon, does your ability only work on yourself? Could it theoretically work on others?”

“If you’re talking about my invisibility, it does – but I can barely handle two people at the same time.” You shake your hand in front of your face.

“Carol, can you use your ability in conjunction with Phil Noon’s?” Vivienne asks a crucial question to the idol. Carol explained it was like a megaphone, but that could mean anything.

“Vivi, my dear Vivi… Shut up.” That’s the most courageous thing you’ve ever seen from Carol and it was done to run away from responsibility. “You better stop giving him false hopes.”

“No, it’s time for you to put in more than the bare minimum for this operation to work, Carol.” Vivienne challenges the idol to do her best.

“It’s out of the bag already…” You think there is no better time to tell you than now.

“So? Just because you have some revealing pics online, doesn’t mean you wanna do porn.” Carol doesn’t want to do it. Weird analogy, but oddly fitting under these circumstances. You raise an eyebrow anyway.

“He has done enough to earn our trust, hasn’t he?” Vivienne has that scolding glare on her face. “We don’t have time, stop fighting against progress.”

“He earned your trust that easily…? You’re like a baby kitten, I really need to protect you.” Carol is ironically worried about Vivienne. “I mean, I’m on board working with him in the future and all, but don’t take it too far.”

“Was the crystal piece not enough?” Vivienne argues. “Don’t actions speak louder than words?”

“He has one, right?” Carol grins. “He gave us a fake name and is wearing a mask. You said so, Vivi, actions speak louder than words.” Carol turns to you. “It’s nothing personal, Phil, but my ability doesn’t work if I can’t trust you. So let’s move on…”

“If I tell you who I am, will you trust me?” You sound as serious as you can get.

“Depends, if you tell me you’re a pervert, I don’t think it’s going to change much.” Carol averts her gaze.

“Stop beating around the bush and answer his question.” Vivienne knows you don’t have enough time for quarrels like this.

“It was a valid answer, y’know…” Carol looks down.

“My real name is Johnny Ando. In the bigger context of this war, I’m just a random dude.” You scratch the back of your head. You also wanted Vivienne to hear you so it doesn’t create more friction inside the group. “Should I take my mask off or…?”

“What do you say, Vivi, is he telling the truth?” Carol turns to her friend.

“You’ve called me simple-minded for long enough that I don’t think my answer is going to provide you with any benefit.” In short, Vivienne doesn’t want to tell her.

“I didn’t want you to take it to the heart like that…” Carol gets fidgety. “Is it really Johnny and not Jonathan?”

“Just Johnny.” You hate when people call you Jonathan.

“Yeaaah, it didn’t do much.” Carol starts whistling.

“So I need to take off the mask?” You put your hands on it.

“Show it to just me, because Vivi was mean to me.” Carol is interested. “Look away, Vivi…”

Vivienne sighs loudly and turns around. You take your mask off…

“Huh…” Carol whispers, she grabs your mask and puts it back on your face. “Better leave it on, or it could be dangerous…”

“That bad?” Your ego stat is lowering…

“You serious?” Carol chuckles. “I think I’m beginning to trust you, big guy.” She gently taps you on the shoulders. “Okay, Vivi. It’s over!”

“..................Good.” Vivienne turns around, ready for the next step. “Can I—?”

“Johnny, it’s strictly prohibited for you to show your face to Vivi until we’re out of here or I’m not trusting you anymore, understood?” Carol interrupts her dear friend. Vivienne looks disappointed.

“Huh… sure.” You’re resolved to do this.

“Carol, get to work.” An irked Vivienne wants to move on.

“Right, right, right… Pay attention ‘cause this is difficult to explain.” Carol is looking up. “I told you that my power worked like a megaphone, right? What I meant by that was two things, I can expand the reach and propagate your ability. How? With music. To boost the range I need to sing a melody you like, to propagate it I need to be touching you at the same time as I’m performing. Sometimes none of these effects are applicable to someone’s ability.”

“Could you be more specific?” You don’t quite get it.
>>

“I use the word ‘reach’ because if your ability has an area of influence, I expand it; I don’t boost it, I don’t make it stronger or whatever, just lets you do more of the same. For example, with Vivi, I make her shield bigger, not stronger or more resilient. Also, before I forget, if I’m touching you, this part of the ability helps you only.” Carol is moving her hands erratically. “As for propagation, it means my melody will carry the effects of your ability, at least that’s what I think…? I can only do this with Bernie for some reason.”

“So you’re like a bard.” You put it in simpler terms.

“I don’t follow.” Carol doesn’t quite get it.

“You know, like in games… Not the actual historical ones” You play the air guitar or whatever a bard plays, the banjo? You don’t think it’s the banjo… You said a guitar, why didn’t you stick to that? Nina would be so disappointed in you for not knowing a little trivia piece from centuries ago. “Whatever, so recording you somehow carried the effect as well?”

“Yeah, isn’t it great? It created this place…” Carol sarcastically quips. So Brainwashing is Ammirati’s ability. “I only know Bernie’s ability works the longer you’re exposed to it. Doesn’t affect flame users though, he never explained to me in detail, so that’s it.”

“Now, the issue at hand is how to properly make these two abilities work together.” Vivienne wants everyone to continue.

“No, the bigger pain in the neck is that I need to be singing and we’re going to sneak around.” Carol brings up another valid point.

“Do you actually need to be loud?” You wonder.

“No?” Carol never tried before. “This whole ability is really exhausting, so I wouldn’t mind not having to perform that great, but you know, you actually have to like the song or it doesn’t do anything.”

“And why did you need to trust me?” You raise an eyebrow.

“I-It’s personal…” Carol plays dumb

“Personal or not, we should test our abilities together.” You believe that it’s the appropriate time to do so.

“Since Emily already spilled the beans, tell me what your favorite song of mine is.” YUNG-P thinks you know her well enough for that.

“Sorry, I don’t know any of your songs…” You apologize profusely.

“That’s… okay. They’re awful anyway…” Carol has a somber look. “I sometimes wonder how I even got famous…”

“It puzzles me as well.” Vivienne chimes in. Ouch. “Your music is decent enough to be liked by the uncultured masses. Give it a try.”

“…That was vicious.” You say. Vivienne not only called YUNG-P’s music awful, but called you stupid as well. “I’m sure your music is better than that, just sing whatever you want.” You try to cheer up YUNG-P.

“I don’t need your pity.” Carol doesn’t care.

“I’m sure you don’t.” Tough crowd.

“Just sing.” Vivienne gives the final order.

Carol starts signing one of her hits and puts her hand on your back. It’s… fine? Her voice has a nice tone, but you don’t like how the song goes; maybe this is completely subjective, but you think Nina sings better. Oh shit, you need to turn invisible! Sadly, aside from yourself, only part of YUNG-P’s hand disappears. For a second, you try to concentrate more to get better results, but that defeats the purpose of this experiment.

“It didn’t work. I knew it wouldn’t work…” Carol takes her hand off you and walks away to the corner of the room.

“Sing better.” Vivienne is being ruthless.

“T-That’s not how it works! If I could I would!” Carol complains.

“Then sing a better song.” Vivienne doesn’t get the problem. “Propose a song that you like.” Vivienne demands an answer from you.

“You know the song that goes like ‘do-do-do-doo-doo-doo-doooo too-too-too doo-do-doo’?” You try to hum your mom’s favorite song. Technically, that’s the song that she always whisted since you were little – legends say it came from a video game. But you never bothered to check and now that knowledge is lost…

“Oh yes, the do-do-do song.” Vivienne nods. “…Stop making a mockery of this situation.” She gets angry. Vivienne notices you were serious about what you were saying. “E-Excuse me, I’m noise sensitive.”

“T-That’s fine, just relax.” You’re not going to hold that against her. “Carol, I’m sure your best song will do the trick.” You try to encourage the idol to give it another shot.

HUr-Dur-Dur-DUR!” Carol mocks the song you were humming just now. “That’s what you wanted to hear, right?” She smiles.

“Please take it seriously.” You lower your head.

“Fiiiiine…” Carol sighs loudly then gives it another shot…

This time it worked better and Carol’s whole arm disappeared! But it’s still not good enough.

“See, my power is crap…” Carol is now in a fetal position. Aren’t Idols supposed to be beacons of positivity or something?

“I-I’m sorry…” You apologize. She’s not a bad singer or anything!

“I couldn’t tell how bad it was this time.” Vivienne covered her ears. “We’ll take as long as we need to. This is the primordial piece for our escape route.” Vivienne realizes something. “Carol, if you believe phoning your act will radically change our plans, you’re sadly mistaken.”

“Vivi, I don’t want to be friends anymore…” Carol is still on the floor.

“Carol, c’mon, I think we’re getting real close.” You try to cheer her up.

“I hate singing.” YUNG-P stands up.

“You have imposter syndrome or something?” You want to know what the problem is.

“Who cares? Just shut up, Johnny.” YUNG-P dismisses you. “You have a phone, look up a song you like and let’s get this done with.”

“R-Right…” You randomly search a song on Youtube you actually like. “Here…” You shove the phone in YUNG-P’s face.

“You have to be kidding me…” Carol pierces you with her eyes. “That’s one of my early covers...”

Oh.” You check back, instead of picking the right song, you mistakenly picked the cover song down below. Search results suck on this website. “I do like that song though…”

Carol gives it another shot, and this time it’s a complete success! You were able to make Carol completely disappear!

“Good job, Carol.” You’re happy with the results.

“Indeed, a job well done.” Vivienne seems fairly content.

“I don’t care. Shut up. Just leave me alone…” Carol lost her spirit, she shakes her head. “Nah, let’s just get this done.”

“Are you okay?” You don’t know why she’s acting up. You’re getting a little worried.

“You heard me, didn’t you?” YUNG-P looks away.

“I’ll deal with her later. Let’s move on.” Vivienne stops you from investigating further.

Now it’s time for the big test. You order everyone to hold hands together, because you’re going out! You also tell them not to worry about becoming invisible. But there is a problem…

“We aren’t allowed to touch any of you three. Did you forget?” Taresya seems to be the voice of the group.

“Yeah, forget that order I guess.” YUNG-P shakes her head, she’s already grabbing you by the arm.

“Theeeeen…. I want to hold hands with master!” Petra is the first one to run at you.

“Wait, no! I’m the one who deserves it!” Idol girl wants it too.

“He doesn’t need any of you to bother him!” Taresya wants to stop all the girls from getting close to you.

Enough.” Vivienne stops all the girls from coming closer. “You’ll all behave and be quiet, or expect grave consequences. I’ll be the one holding his arm for this part of the chain.” Vivienne grabs your arm like a snake biting its prey. It hurts… “Are you completely sure we don’t need everyone to be touching you?”

“As long as we don’t break the chain, we’ll be fine…” You think so anyway. Or else this is going to be impossible. “Ready, Carol?”

“Right… I’ll try not to be loud.” Carol gets real close to your ear. You can feel her breathing. “How loud do I sound?”

“I-It’s good.” It’s tickling you though.

And so, just like when you were trying to cross the street back in pre-school, you all leave the room together with you leading the pack! Everyone turns invisible as soon as Carol begins to sing! You wonder if the tickling sensation is somehow helping. The Sex slaves were taken aback for a moment, almost breaking the chain, but continued forward once they got acclimated to it. As for yourself, this doesn’t feel any more taxing than you just being invisible, which is starting to take a toll on you – but nothing even close to severe.

Now the only big problem you were expecting is the fact everyone moving together is a little noisy, you tried to counter this by asking everyone to be more careful and move slower, which helped a ton. You reach Floor 9 without any big problems, you three safely conduct everyone inside the office. Then make everyone reappear.

“You’re back!” Emily was waiting for you all. “Y-You did it! You brought everyone with you.”

Hooray.” YUNG-P is still pestered by what happened. “Give me 10 minutes, I need a break and a glass of water.” Carol walks away and talks to the office girls.

“It wasn’t easy…” You won’t lie to Emily.

“How are you feeling, Johnny?” Vivienne wants a status report.

“I’m fine…” You give her a thumbs up.

“Johnny? I thought Phil was your name.” Emily is confused.

“That’s my codename.” You try to pass it off as something normal.

“Emily, please. We need to talk about our next move. I need you to check on the people we just brought here.” Vivienne gives your date an order. Emily acknowledges the request and walks away. You wanted to ask her about Genesis but you’ll save that for after. “Carol is stressed, but she will survive. Walking down the stairs with all them invisible at the same time isn’t going to do the whole trick – we’re far too noisy. I have a couple of ideas to discuss with you.”

You’re going to hear her out… Vivienne came up with some good plans!

What plan do you go for?

>The secret entrance is underground and you need the elevator to get here. There must be leftover trucks from other kidnappings inside. Bring smaller groups of girls multiple times to escape from here.
>Create a noisy distraction to give you some room to escape. Perhaps pulling the fire alarm? It’s going to be hectic, and it’s going to need to be done fast. You’re going down the stairs all together in one sweep!
>If your away team is ready, maybe they could create a distraction outside to gather some attention from what’s happening inside here. The security is very lax as it is but this will be the final blow to make it a breeze for you to escape through one of the walls you’ll bring down.
>Vivienne could call every member of the cult to a special meeting at the auditorium/conference room. She will leave in the meantime to make it look legit. You’ll have a window of opportunity to escape from the main entrance.
>Write In.

When in doubt, trust the team

For the sake of discussion

>The secret entrance is underground and you need the elevator to get here. There must be leftover trucks from other kidnappings inside. Bring smaller groups of girls multiple times to escape from here.
A few hitches to discuss here:
1. Do any of us know how to drive a truck? Is there a way to get Xavi in here? 2. Is there security in the garage? 3. We tripped the weight limit in the elevator earlier, will that be a problem with a group of people?

>Create a noisy distraction to give you some room to escape. Perhaps pulling the fire alarm? It’s going to be hectic, and it’s going to need to be done fast. You’re going down the stairs all together in one sweep!
Not ideal but not out of the question. It doesn't split the party, but the group size might be a problem.

>If your away team is ready, maybe they could create a distraction outside to gather some attention from what’s happening inside here. The security is very lax as it is but this will be the final blow to make it a breeze for you to escape through one of the walls you’ll bring down.
Not a bad idea if they can manage something safely.

>Vivienne could call every member of the cult to a special meeting at the auditorium/conference room. She will leave in the meantime to make it look legit. You’ll have a window of opportunity to escape from the main entrance.
I don't like the idea of splitting the party like this, but I'd be lying if I said that I didn't think of this being a possibility in the last thread. If she has a convincing way to make this happen and get out I'm all for it, but it could draw some heat to herself too.

Side note, didn't we plan on calling the cops for something? Also (and I'm not saying this is necessarily the route we should take), could Richard arrange/coordinate a distraction using the police?

Either way, I don't think our van is going to be big enough to transport all these women, so we need more than just the van. Maybe a combo of the special meeting and coordinating with our away team to get a driver inside? I think blowing a hole in the wall is going to draw out the local security, and that guy's a monster that I don't know if any of us are equipped to deal with.

What do you guys think?

>1. Do any of us know how to drive a truck?
Vivienne might. I'm not sure about Carol. Johnny doesn't know how to drive.
>Is there a way to get Xavi in here?
He's not in cult robes so he'd stand out both for that and as a mega manlet. If the whole building of cultists is distracted though, maybe he can make his way in. Outside of that, still too high risk for any ballsy attempt.
>2. Is there security in the garage?
If things get bad, people WILL go for the vehicles first thing.
>3. We tripped the weight limit in the elevator earlier, will that be a problem with a group of people?
Yes.
>It doesn't split the party, but the group size might be a problem.
Doesn't Johnny's power have backlash or drawbacks? Wouldn't rushing the invisibility fuck it up?
>Not a bad idea if they can manage something safely.
Can Philonune use his spear to basically cut a random wall down enough for people to go through single-file? Is this old university building structurally too tough to do so, or is it shitty construction like most of the rest of the buildings in Pokyo Lokyo?
>it could draw some heat to herself too
The moment she's not there, she'll be put under extreme suspicion by everybody that knows, and Bernie will beeline for his Crystal Piece in his safe. He gets up there and sees there is no phone table lady, he's going to be a high-risk mobile threat to the operation.
>didn't we plan on calling the cops for something?
Sex slaves rescued first, evidence collected second, clean escape third.
>could Richard arrange/coordinate a distraction using the police?
He could pull some strings and call some favors in, but there's only so many strings you can pull before people get mad, and there's only so many favors you can call before you're out of them. Also, isn't he on probation? He'd just get laughed at and hung up on.
>I don't think our van is going to be big enough to transport all these women, so we need more than just the van.
Good point. Maybe a combination of the van plus moving the brainwashed sex slaves to a safe point several streets away, but in bunches? Like, 5-7 girls at a time? Though there's a lot of girls in floor 9 compared to floor 10, floor 10 girls are more scantily clothed and stand out. If we move all the brainwashed office-lady ones out in a herd, that's both harder to maintain and more liable to stand out to people - what few people are left in the city, anyhow.
>blowing a hole in the wall is going to draw out the local security, and that guy's a monster that I don't know if any of us are equipped to deal with.
A hole in the building, again, depends on the structure itself. A hole in the big wall Johnny leaped over to get in here is going to be pretty much impossible for Philonune to carve out with his spear due to how thick it is, not to mention possible reinforcements inside the concrete, like rebar poles or wires or whatever. Even once we get an egress route or extraction point, things still won't be all clean and easy.

>We tripped the weight limit in the elevator earlier, will that be a problem with a group of people?
The prompt says "multiple times". The plan involves several trips

>Side note, didn't we plan on calling the cops for something?
We're going to give them the evidence so that they can arrest the cult

>I think blowing a hole in the wall is going to draw out the local security
That's where the team distraction comes into play

>>4342276
>If things get bad, people WILL go for the vehicles first thing.
Very few people know about the sex slaves so they probably don't know about the vehicles either and since it requires a password to use the elevators I'm not sure if anybody could get there even if they did

>Doesn't Johnny's power have backlash or drawbacks? Wouldn't rushing the invisibility fuck it up?
He has ran and even fought with it on so a little rushing is still a viable option

>The moment she's not there, she'll be put under extreme suspicion
The prompt mentions that Vivienne will leave to make it look legit

>Sex slaves rescued first, evidence collected second, clean escape third.
Carol already gave us a USB with all the evidence and we secured the crystal piece. All that's left to do is get the slaves out safely

You and Vivienne discussed the possible escape plans together, she proposed a couple of options, and you did as well. After a couple of minutes of brainstorming, you came with a plan, it’s still rough around the edges but it goes like this:

Your away team will create a distraction outside of the perimeter, once the security team gets busy you’re going to take everyone with you and escape through a wall that you’re going to tear down – the one closest to the cult’s garage, where there are a couple of buses you can use to escape. Pretty simple on paper.

“Why do you have buses in there?” You thought that they used Donny Pop’s trucks to move around.

“For our monthly beach retreats. They are quite fun.” Vivienne says. You didn’t think the word ‘fun’ was even in her vocabulary.

“You know where everything is in there, right?” You want to make sure that she knows the location of the keys.

“I was in charge of the security here and even checked the place this very morning.” Vivienne has no doubts. “What we should put our attention on is who is going to drive them, and where we take them.”

“Don’t tell me you can’t drive…” You need to learn how to as well.

“I can. But I don’t believe all the women here can fit in one bus.” Vivienne raises an eyebrow. She didn’t think that’s where the conversation was going. “My estimates tell me we’re going to need three from the fleet, maybe two if we test our luck.”

“So we need to find two more people to drive.” Maybe you’ll need to call up Xavi to join.

Two?” Vivienne believed you could drive.

“I-I don’t know how to drive...” You bow your head apologetically.

“……………….That’s disappointing.” Vivienne didn’t like that answer.

“As for the place, I need to discuss that with my peeps. I imagine it’s going to be a public place.” You don’t know if they can all fit in the clinic this time…

“Mr. Ando, once we drop them in the place you requested, our part of the deal will be done. I hope that’s understood.” Vivienne is serious about this. “Inform your people about the plan, so they can start the preparations and inform me where to take them.”

“R-Right…” Time for you to call Bubbles again. “It could take a while.” Vivienne indicates you to take your time. You pull out your phone…

It feels nice to hear Bubbles’ voice again! The redhead sounds relieved to hear your voice again too. You get each other up to speed about the events that transpired during the last call! Bubbles tells you that they were successful in their attempt to take out Mini-Truck thanks to mainly Richard, since he was the only one who actually went out and did something – they just recently got back to their original position. You, in exchange, tell her about all the developments of the mission and what your plans are in detail. Leaving her and the others with the task to figure out what to do to cause the distraction.

“I passed on the information, Double Dick says it’s better if we take them to Mr. Calamity’s Clinic.” Bubbles doesn’t elaborate further. “We’ll try to cook something up here, but you need to give us some time. As for who could drive… Maybe one of the girls you’re helping can drive, right?”

“You’re totally right.” You didn’t think about that. “I’ll leave everything in your hands then.”

“I’ll call you when we’re ready to do our part. Be careful out there.” Scarlet sounds worried.

“I will be, Bubbles.” You know she can’t see it, but you winked. And even if you can’t see it, you know that she’s pouting right now. “Take care and wish everyone luck on my part.” You hang up. You hope nothing bad happens to the others…

Vivienne gets closer, expecting an update.

“We’ll have to wait a little bit so they come up with something. They’ll call me when ready.” You explain using a few words. “And we’re going to take them to a Clinic nearby.” It’s not really that close, but whatever.

“The front bus will be the one leading. So as long as you tell me where to go, we will be fine.” Vivienne explains.

“Can I just give you the address...? There are apps for this.” You scratch the back of your head.

“………..I imagine you got us a couple of drivers?” Vivienne stonewalls you.

“Yeah, they are in this very room.” You point at the girls.

“I see.” Vivienne isn’t impressed. “Use this extra time wisely. I’ll select the people for the job.” Vivienne walks away.

Uuh… You didn’t expect to have free time.

Last time you saw Emily, Vivienne sent her to check on the new arrivals, so she should be around. You want to see her to ask her about Genesis! You left her with that task before leaving for Floor 10, remember? It happened like one hour or so ago… You’ll start looking for her.

You find Emily sitting on a chair, not doing much but looking at the new girls from her spot.

“Hey.” You jump in as soon as you see the opportunity.

“Uhm, uh, hi…” Emily gets startled for a second, then looks away, her cheeks tinted red.

“Something’s wrong?” You ask.

“Y-Yes, I asked those girls if they could change into these office attires, once they go back to normal they will be embarrassed to be wearing those clothes. But they just called them ugly and ignored me.” Emily seems to be speaking from experience. Little note, her boob window is gone. Shame. Err… Y-You mean, it’s good that she found another shirt!

“I’ll do it; give me a second…” You approach the group of scantily clothed girls and ask them to change into the office attire in the back. They don’t seem too keen on it until you tell them that you find those to be the cutest attires of them all, then they all rush away towards the back. You have mixed feelings about ordering people around this way… You return to Emily, who was a passive witness to this whole affair. “There.”

“Thank you, Phil, I’m still not familiarized with how they act.” Emily is thankful. “E-Excuse me, it’s Johnny, right?”

“Yup, that’s my name.” You give her a thumbs up.

“I won’t forget this time.” Emily smiles, it’s really damn cute. “I still can’t shake the feeling that this is all a dream. It’s all so different. Everyone acts so weird. And my body feels funny.”

“Do you want me to pinch your cheek?” You know that helps people wake up. You wonder if that could take you out of a meeting at the Distant Frontier.

“Please don’t, or this is going to happen.” Emily grabs her cheeks and extends them like she’s made out of rubber. It’s almost like a Flame ability!

“H-Huh?” You’ve never seen anything like this. “Does it hurt?”

“No.” Emily releases her cheeks and her face goes back to normal. “A-Am I acting weird?”

“I think it’s amusing.” You scratch the back of your head.

“I’m glad to hear that.” Emily’s nervousness starts dying down, then her eyes open wide. “I almost forgot, I think I found the girl you wanted to see!”

“You mean Genesis?” You were about to ask her about that! How convenient!

“Yes! Please follow me!” Emily gets excited, she leads the way to Genesis’ location.

You arrive at a seemingly random desk inside the office. And there she is! That’s the quirky looking girl! Your megane sister! Genesis Testudinata! She’s looking through some papers in her desk’s drawers.

“Ta-dah!” Emily seems proud of her finding. Genesis is too busy right now to pay any attention.

“Hey there.” You make your presence known.

Genesis looks up at you, then back to the drawer, then back to you. “B-Boss!” She almost falls off her chair, but you catch her arm in time. You release her so she can stabilize herself. “Oh jeez, I wasn’t expecting you here, not now!” This funny looking girl is nervous. Genesis is trying really hard not to look at your face, she even has her hand covering the view.

“You did good, Emily. Thank you.” You give your future date the credit she’s earned!

“There is no need to thank me. It was rather easy, I told everyone to line up, showed them this picture and identified who was in it. The results came shortly after.” Emily is so proud of herself that she needed to tell you all that.

“See? You did great.” You give her a thumbs up.

“Y-You wanted to see me, sir?” Genesis chimes in.

“How are you doing, Genesis?” You ask back.

“Who’s Genesis…?” Genesis is addled.

“You’re Genesis, Genesis.” You wonder if it’s a good moment to jog her memory, but you will insist anyway.

“You’re not lying, so you must be confused. I’m not Genesis, my name is Ema.” Genesis smiles. Ema? Like your mom? You have conflicted feelings about this.

“Right, I’m going to call you Genesis anyway since you look like one.” You’ll ignore what she just said for now.

“That makes no sense, sir. And frankly, just because I’m devoted to this company doesn’t mean you can trample all over me.” Genesis is fired up.

“I think it’s a lovely nickname.” Emily tries to pass Genesis’ name for something it is not.

“I respectfully disagree. Genesis is a terrible name, how do you even shorten it?” Genesis seems very chatty.

“To Gene perhaps?” Emily suggests.

“That’s a man’s name.” Genesis won’t be deterred. Is it a man's name? If it is, it’s not common in this country. “I-I’m sorry, I get fired up by the dumbest things..." Genesis realizes she’s talking back to her bosses.

“Then let’s leave all that behind us, just tell me how you are.” You want to continue this conversation.

“I’m very bothered by being called by a different name than mine, sir.” Genesis doesn’t really want to let that go, huh? “Aside from that, I’m ready to be useful to you and this wonderful company. That reminds me, sir. I found the papers you requested. You said it was optional, but I went out of my way to do it for you.”

How do you respond?

>“What papers?” You don’t know what she’s talking about.

“What papers?” You have no idea what she’s talking about.

“I know you’re quite busy, but how could you have forgotten already?” Genesis is not getting the best image of you. “Boss, you need to pay more attention from now on.” She’s scolding you.

“It’s a pretty hectic time in the company, we would prefer if you get your hands on those papers please.” Emily gets in the middle of this.

“Here they are. Stacked. Immaculate. Perfect.” Genesis takes from the drawer a little stack of papers held by a clip and puts them on the desk. Then she smells them.

“T-Thank you.” You grab the papers and skim over them.

It’s a report on Genesis, the same type as the one you read about Emily. How to make her mad, her traumatic events, her real occupation and everything! She’s a journalist! That could explain how she got here, trying to find a scoop or something. She barely has any work progress made, so she’s fairly new as you expected – no prospects added so that’s good. She’s subpar in attractiveness, that’s kind of harsh… But just looking at her picture you can tell why, it’s a very unflattering angle.

“…” Emily looks uncomfortable looking at these papers. Maybe she remembers her own?

“Are these really the papers I requested?” You raise an eyebrow. It didn’t sound like you asked for her report.

“I don’t think I handed you the wrong report.” Genesis is having doubts though.

“You said you ‘found’ these papers, but these were printed out just now.” You point at the papers to show you mean business.

“E-Excellent deduction, s-sir.” Genesis is acting robotically. “I’m j-just a clumsy little idiot.”

“Don’t be so harsh on yourself…” You don’t like it when she berates herself.

“Here are the true papers…” Genesis takes a couple of papers out of her drawer. You take a glance, it’s all gibberish – letters randomly placed everywhere.

“Did she glitch out?” You don’t get the purpose of them, unless these are some kind of mistake. “Or is this a secret code or something?”

“It’s work well done, that’s what it is, sir!” Genesis is acting normally. Well, brainwashed normal in this case.

“What are these for?” You scratch your cheek.

“I don’t know. You asked me to take them from the attic.” Genesis puts both elbows on the table and rests her head on her hands, she starts thinking about it alongside you. “We should do some re-re-re-re-re-reSEaRchhhh…” Genesis is acting up again. “I don’t know, sir. My diminutive brain can’t come up with an answer.” Genesis is back to normal…

“Is she okay?” Emily looks concerned.

“I-I’m fine! Don’t talk like I’m not here!” Genesis gets offended.

“Thanks for the papers. You did a good job too.” You pretend to be a nice boss.

“Do you want me to keep them safe for you? I won’t forget to hand them back.” Emily offers.

“Sure.” You hand them over to Emily. You’re going to play action man soon, so you don’t want them to get ruined.

“Is that all you need, boss?” Genesis wonders if she can be of use still.

How do you respond?

>“I know you said that your diminutive brain can’t come up with an answer. But if you had to find one, how would you do it?” Try to decipher these papers. If these papers can be deciphered that is.
>“No, I want to take a picture of you.” Send B-WORM some proof that Genesis is fine.
>“Yes, thank you. That is all.” Give her a thumbs up and get out of here. You need to prepare mentally for what’s ahead.

I don’t see why both can’t happen, and boosting Xavi’s morale would be handy. I Genesis starts getting fussy then we can drop taking the photo though.

“No, I want to take a picture of you.” You pull out your phone.

“I-I don’t feel comfortable with this, but if it’s for the company…” Genesis puts on her best face.

“Say ‘cheese’.” You take the picture and send it to B-WORM for morale. “Thank you, G...” You almost said her name again but stopped mid-sentence. You realize Genesis looks terrible in this pic as well.

“What is it for?” Emily is curious.

“She’s a friend’s friend. One of the people who’s helping me out today.” You try not to go into much detail.

It appears B-WORM has received your message. He only sends a thumbs up for a response, a bit underwhelming if you’re honest. He has a message for Genesis…

Hey, stop furrowing your eyebrows. It always makes you look bad.” You read outloud.

“Stop saYing that! I-I’m not furrowing my eyebrows, S-Sven!” Genesis starts twitching like a mad girl, then stands still.

“Are you alright?” Emily checks on Genesis.

“I’m better than ever, boss.” Genesis’ smile is empty. It’s the same thing with Emily all over again.

“…Uhm.” Emily steps back, almost scared by what she just saw.

“One more thing, I know you said that your diminutive brain can’t come up with an answer. But if you had to find one to decipher these papers, how would you do it?” You ask your megane sister.

“First, I-I’d try to see if they have anything in c-c-common between t-them…” Genesis is having another robotic meltdown. “Yes, sir, my brain can’t handle such a complicated task. I should be punished by my incompetency in any way you see fit.” Genesis has a complete switch in behavior again.

“Can you go back to your first train of thought, please?” You still wonder why the brainwashing is this way.

“Am I going to be fired?” Genesis is starting to have a nervous breakdown.

“No, you aren’t.” It feels like you won’t get anywhere at this rate.

In the meantime, Emily grabs the papers and puts them directly under the light of the office. She got nothing, so she pretended she never did that. But you saw her, and once she realizes she smiles like nothing happened.

Your phone starts vibrating, you’re getting a call – it’s Bubbles! Which means only one thing! Everything is set up for the next phase of the plan…

In the call, Bubbles lets you know about the new little details regarding the plan, Double Dick joined B-WORM and Honey Bunny for the next phase, the distraction is going to make use of their abilities, though she doesn’t know how exactly – but that group said that they are confident they can distract security for 20 minutes without endanger themselves.

The plan now is for you to get the closest point possible to the escape route without being detected, then once you call Scarlet – the operation starts!

You’re currently on Floor 9. From floors 7 downwards other important cult members are allowed in. Ammirati’s office is on Floor 6. From Floor 2 downwards any cultist is allowed. Obviously it’s everyone here’s call, but you need to make a decision on when you want the operation to begin.

You need to secure a place to start, but the lower down you go, the more obstacles you’re going to find on the way.

Where do you want to start?

>Once you get to Floor 8. It’s the last floor that only Ammirati is allowed. Can’t get any safer than this. But there is no way you can do the whole escape plan in 20 minutes. Your other teammates will be in danger.
>Once you get to Floor 6. Ammirati’s office is there, that’s the real first dangerous place, right? When the ruckus begins, Ammirati will leave and you’ll be safe! It’s going to take a while to move down though.
>Once you get to Floor 3. If you can get past Ammirati’s office without issues, there is no one else you need to be wary of! You will even have some extra time to spare to escape as well, but not too much.
>Once you get to Floor 1. You need to be real lucky to pull this off…

“Emily, it’s time we prepare.” You set the mood as you put your phone back in your pocket.

“Should I get everyone ready?” Emily starts playing with her fingers.

“Yes. And just for you to know…” You give her a light explanation of how she needs to arrange the group. “Now, I need to talk to Vivienne and Carol.”

“T-Take your time.” Emily is sure looking nervous. You pat her on the shoulder to give her some confidence before looking for the rest.

You grab Vivienne and Carol from where they were, and pull them aside – both didn’t appear to be doing anything specific, so you assume they did everything they had to do. You give them a briefing of what you learned and what the plan is now.

“…So I think we need to get to floor 6 before giving them a call.” Your throat feels sore. Carol hands you the cup of water she was playing with. You drink it. “Hey, thanks.”

“Yeah, yeah…” Carol doesn’t seem to care about your manners.

“Sounds appropriate to me.” Vivienne doesn’t have any objections. She doesn’t care about putting your team in danger to help them. “What about you, Carol?”

“If we take a break here and there, I’ll be golden.” Carol sighs. “Wish I knew beforehand that your ability gave headaches.”

“I did tell you.” You raise an eyebrow, so she’s sharing the side effects with you?

“Not that type of headache, my eyes hurt.” Carol clarifies. “It’s whatever…”

“Oh, that. My bad.” You forgot that was even a thing, but you were sure that your invisibility was perfected to the point that it doesn’t induce dizziness anymore. “I was sure it didn’t happen anymore.”

“I didn’t feel anything, and according to Emily’s report, none of the girls suffered any complications of that kind.” Vivienne makes this confusing. “So I don’t understand the issue here.”

“Carol, are you okay?” You want to make sure everything is fine before the start of the mission.

“I’m stressed out of my mind, Johnny. I can’t believe I’m actually doing this… That’s a little dose of honesty for you.” Carol massages her temple.

“You have nothing to fear. If the worst comes, I promise that you’ll leave this place alive.” Vivienne makes a very ominous promise. She’s raising a death flag on this boat before setting sail.

“Don’t say that. It’s a bad omen. We’ll be fine.” You absentmindedly slap her on the back.

“………………We will.” Vivienne nods. She didn’t complain. That’s the real surprise here. “But I would rather not get unnecessarily friendlier.”

“I-It was a little slip-up, I’m sorry.” You put your hands up in the air.

“You’re so awkward.” Carol shakes her head one more time before gaining courage. “Can we go now?”

“S-Sure…” This is what happens when you try to lift everyone’s spirits…

With all the girls congregated in the office, all standing next to each other like a little army of salary workers on strike, Vivienne instructs them all about what the plan is going to be, and what they need to do and not do. You endorse every word she just said so the little complainers keep quiet. They will keep their mouths shut, they are not going to move unless you pull them and they will try to make as little noise as possible.

“You’ll lead again.” Vivienne stands in front of you one last time. “We’ll trust your judgment. Don’t fail us.”

“Right.” Talk about pressure...

“You wouldn’t have gotten this far if you were an idiot, spooky ghost man.” Carol gives you words encouragement.

“I know we can do it. I know we can do it.” Emily has been telling herself that for the last 5 minutes…

“Everyone’s in position. Proceed.” Vivienne and everyone else is ready, every single person is holding hands with each other – same setup as before with the only difference being that Emily decided to be next to Vivienne.

“Indeed, we are ready, boss.” Your assistant invites you to proceed as well.

“Then let’s do it…” You open the door and step out of the office, turning invisible – Carol begins her song as well, and you see everyone behind you also turning invisible.

It’s time!

What do you do?

>Be very safe about this. You’ll leave everyone in a room once you get to a new floor, then scan the floor below by yourself and proceed if it’s safe. This will be super slow.
>Take everyone with you, if you see an obstacle, you’ll retreat to the previous floor – then you’ll deal with the problem before proceeding further. This will be moderately slow.
>Take everyone with you, if you see any kind of obstacle, you’ll try to go past it without retreating or anything. Patient but not overly convoluted. This is the fastest method.

Guiding this massive line of people is a task in and of itself but it’s not even close to complicated enough to distract you in any way or form from looking ahead. You’re taking it moderately slow like when you had to go to the bathroom during the night when your deadbeat dad still lived with you, not that one, the other one – the one you actually share your last name with.

Thanks to the carpets, you don’t make as much sound as you were fearing earlier, Carol’s voice is still the biggest source of noise coming from the group, she found a nice balance between not being all that loud and her voice being clear enough for your liking. Still, you gauge she’s as loud as someone’s ringtone that is purposefully lower in volume than usual but still sounds incredibly loud when it’s early morning because there aren’t any sounds to combat it, it’s a bad analogy but it’s all you have.

Traversing Floor 9 was a breeze and going down the stairs wasn’t as much of a chore after Vivienne proposed for the leading people to be in a guiding line, and for the rest to be in blocks with their hands on the person in front’s shoulders – each line is 4 people long. Imagine a large rectangle with a little line up front, nothing like the ant formation you were going for earlier. This makes it so it’s harder to break the chain and easier to maneuver, but the wider shape has its drawbacks.

You only had a little glimpse of Floor 8 but you only needed that to see that it’s clearly different from any other floor in the building, it wasn’t the school layout or a large hallway leading to a door – it was closer to a gaudy hotel in both shape and form. This is another of those secret floors, maybe it’s for guests? That woman von Riegel is involved with them after all, but it wouldn’t surprise you if Ammirati had other ideas...

Reaching Floor 7 officially puts you out of the ‘Bernie Zone’ so to say, this time you take a moment to check if there is anyone out there. You spot someone watching a video on their phone at the beginning of the new set of stairs to Floor 6… You find this guy vaguely familiar. He’s so distracted it would be so easy just to knock him out…

Swinging Vivienne’s arms means to go back to the previous floor, swinging Carol’s arm indicates her to stop singing. You’ll have to come back to the previous floor to deal with him or….

What do you do?

You only wiggle Carol’s arm, then you step forward to knock this dude out. You wanted to ask them if this is the Mark guy they were talking about, but you’re on a stealth mission…

You utilize the Secret Spice Knock-out technique that doesn’t cause brain damage on him. Then you drag his limp body out of the way for not knowing the proper stair etiquette. Stairs are not for sitting and lazing around! You’ll inconvenience people! You drop him out of the way without overthinking it, he should be thankful that you didn’t leave him there to be stomped on by everyone.

You come back to where the rest are waiting and resume your duties, everyone turns invisible like nothing happened. Judging by a short glimpse of their faces, both Carol and Vivienne looked a bit happy for some reason, you assume it was the Great Markgician just based on their reaction. As for the rest of the women, the puzzled look on some of them is priceless. They are such good girls for following the rules despite not knowing what the fuck is going on…

As you reach floor 7, a new obstacle presents itself. There is another man waiting outside of Ammirati’s office, which makes you believe that he’s waiting his turn to go in – and that means Ammirati is inside… Or maybe not. This place makes no sense.

What do you do?

>Call the team, wait for the baddies to react to the distraction, then safely leave. It’s going to waste some time, but it’s safer. [No Roll]

Meanwhile outside of the Dark Church, in a nearby alleyway…

“B-WORM, Dick Dick – Bubbles says it’s time!” Aurora struggles to put her phone back in her pocket. The nerves are showing. Neither of the two guys react to what she just said. “A-Are you ready?”

Sigh, I can’t believe I prefer being called Double Duck of all things.” Richard tries to shake the bad feeling from his head. “I am. But you don’t look ready, Honey Bunny. You’re the key component to our escape plan, remember?”

“Why are you saying this now? You know that I’m nervous, but I’m a hell of a lot more ready than anything!” Aurora is ready to tackle the world.

“I-I’m trying to set the mood...” Richard didn’t expect Aurora’s straightforwardness.

“Oh, I get it now! But it’s not really working…” Aurora is putting an unnecessary amount of thought into this. “No, wait, I don’t get what kind of mood you are trying to set. What are you talking about? Like, what? Is it really the time to distract us?”

“I’m lost as well.” B-WORM stares at Richard intensively. “But it doesn’t matter, we’ve been waiting for our time to shine all night, and we’re here to impress.”

“That’s what I like to hear.” Richard smirks, he completely ignores the reason the conversation got to this point.

“Unexpectedly or not, the stakes have risen – and so has my desire to succeed. Let’s do this.” B-WORM smirks. He pulls out the metallic spheres he has been charging this whole time…

“I don’t understand what any of you two are trying to say, and I don’t think it’s because I’m stupid this time around…” Aurora realizes that she’s with a pair of weirdos. “But if you guys are confident, I’m confident too!”

“You’re getting it now.” Richard tries to appear cool. “We’re under your lead, B-WORM.”

It’s showtime.” B-WORM is wishing nobody says anything else, because he wanted to dramatically start this mission twice before but his teammates can’t keep their mouths shut – and he doesn’t have any more cool final phrases to use. He decides that it’s better to start walking so the other two get the memo… It seems to be working. This pleases him, but he’s the one leading the show here, it’s really all up to him to help Genesis and Johnny.

Sadly this is everything we have for this thread! Thanks for playing everyone! See you next time!
