Were you to travel the stars, across this vast universe, no doubt tales of a mighty warrior race would reach your ears. Many speak of the Saiyans with awe and wonder, marveling at their power and aspiring to become like them. Others speak in hushed tones, of the fear and despair in facing the warrior race in battle. But one thing all agree on, is that standing against the might of the Saiyan race would spells certain doom. Many have tried, several going as far as to invade the Saiyan’s homeworld of New Salda. Yet every invasion has failed, defeated by the Saiyans and their most powerful warriors: the golden-haired Super Saiyans, and the green-haired legend who leads them. But once more they march, leaving their home behind and advancing into the heart of their enemy’s territory. Which side will triumph, and who will perish?

Welcome to Saiyan Conqueror Quest, the story of an alternate timeline in the greater Dragonball world. Currently it is Age 749 and you the players control Karn: once an ordinary Saiyan warrior with a meager powerlevel of 2,830. Throughout your many adventures, the “Dragon of New Salda” has grown into the radiant symbol of Saiyan might. Now as a PTO general with a powerlevel of 20,166,000 and close friend and confidant of Lord Freeza himself, Karn has become one of the strongest beings in the entire universe.

Current Arc: The Great War
>>
>>4325374
Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After a battle with the Stand Even It Up and it’s Sangheili user, Karn and his disciples destroyed the remaining Covenant forces and conquered Planet Ra’Sal. While mopping up the remaining forces inside the fortress Karn encountered one of the San’Shyuum who’d come to speak with the other Stand user. Despite Karn’s best efforts the worm got away, but not unscathed. After checking in with Freeza and being informed his team was the first to finish his mission, Karn received his next orders. And as we rejoin Karn, you’ve just given your students their orders.

“SIR!!” they all shout, saluting you as one. You return the salute, powering back down to base form as everyone gets in their pods and takes off. You set the coordinates for Navlan, then sit back and make yourself comfortable. It’ll be two days before your pod reaches it’s destination, plenty of time to prepare yourself for the largest-scale battle you’ve had in years. But something’s bothering you about all this. During the last conflict with the Covenant, you didn’t encounter even a single Stand user amongst the enemy. And since leaving New Salda, you’ve already fought against four of them. Something’s going on here, and you need some information. So you focus your mind, and telepathically reach out to the one who would most likely be able to help you.

“Mr. Joestar? Joseph, can you hear me?” you think. And after a few moments, you get a response.
“Karn? Heyhey, long time no talk!” he replies, his usual cheer radiating through the mental link. “How’s everything going, what with your war and all?”
“Well enough, but we’ve encountered unexpected resistance.” you say, informing him of your many Stand battles since you’d last met. “Is it possible to make Stand users?”
“Unfortunately, yes.” he says after a few moments. “My family’s sworn arch nemesis, Dio, was able to gather dozens of users to him in a short amount of time. After defeating Dio, myself, Jotaro, and Polnareff did some detective work, and discovered the existence of certain arrows. These arrows somehow grant anyone who survives being shot by it a Stand. Although, we don’t yet know how it dors this.”
“So it is possible then.” you reply, sighing out in resignation. “Thanks for confirming it for me.”

“Of course.” he answers, you then feeling his mood shifting and becoming more serious. “Be very careful when engaging an enemy Stand. You’re the single strongest being I’ve ever personally seen, but I’ve seen Stands that could beat even you without giving you a chance to fight back. Especially the ones you can’t directly fight.”
cont
>>
>>4325377
“If you can’t beat the Stand, then eliminate the user.” you answer him. “It’s worked so far.”
“But what if the user is in another dimension?” he asks you seriously. “Or attacks you in your dreams, or even pulls your soul right from your body?”

You realize that despite your years of warfare and even genocide, this is still an entirely new realm for you. And he’s been fighting these sorts of battles for years, with a Stand that can’t directly hurt most others to boot. Which makes his cleverness stand out all the more.

“No matter how powerful you are, when it comes to Stands there’s no telling just what your opponent will do.” he continues, instructing you as if he’s a teacher. “And to make matters worse, they’ll only attack when they think they’ve set the stage for your guaranteed defeat. Much like that paint Stand you told me of: a user not only knows his Stand’s abilites, but more importantly it’s weaknesses. If you rely on using your brains more than raw power, you’ll be able to figure out your foes’ abilities and then defeat them. And if we get any more information on those arrows and how they work, I’ll be sure to let you know as well.”
“Thanks a lot.” you say genuinely. “And if you ever need anything I can help you with, just say the word. I’ll be there.”

You exchange a few more pleasantries before ending the psychic call, you sighing out once it’s over. He confirmed your worst fear: that Stand users can be not only made, but possibly mass-produced as well. And to make matters worse, you are, as far as you know anyways, the only Stand user of this entire invasion. If they manage to somehow take you down, the others wouldn’t even be able to see or sense their enemy at all. But you push those negative thoughts aside, as you only have two days until your next fight.

What do you do?
>Rest and relax, let your body rest and recover before the next battle

With this amount of free time on your hands, trapped insode the Attack Pod, you decide it’s a good a time as any to continue your training. But with almost no room to move, much less stretch, what you can do is limited. So you close your eyes, focusing with your mind.

“Wise choice.” Bane says, the Sith Lord’s spectral voice appearing in your mind. “Foresight is a powerful tool of those attuned to the Dark Side. Knowledge is power, and knowing your foes makes them far easier to destroy. But be warned: seeing a future doesn’t mean you are witnessing the future.”
“Huh?” you ask him, feeling quite confused. “What do you mean?”
“Let us say, for argument’s sake, you forsee an enemy’s attack.” he says. “Using this knowledge you dodge it, but then delivers a fatal counter right afterwards you hadn’t seen before. Does that make the first vision wrong?”
“I-“ you start, then close your mouth and let him speak.

“Meddling with time can be a
very dangerous thing.” he continues. “Foreknowledge can help one change the future that was forseen, but once changed that knowledge of what could have been becomes swiftly worthless. Which is why one must devote themselves fully to this discipline, and enable yourself to witness time’s ebb and flow. Now, close your eyes, and focus.”

You spend the majority of your time during these two days training. At first it would take several minutes of intense focus just for a simple glimpse, but as your continual practice goes forward, you begin to see more. The first several dozen times you achieve this state, you almost immediately lose it as the images fill your mind. But as you practice, laser-focused upon mastering this technique, the future begins opening itself up to you. And after almost two straight days of doing nothing else, you get your first glimpses of the battle ahead. You see the Attack Pod you’re in approaching another planet, where several large Covenant warships are waiting. They seemingly detect your pod, blasting it before you get close. Upon seeing this vision your eyes snap open, Bane looking to you questioningly.

“I saw them.” you say, clenching your fists. “They’re waiting for me.”
“If they know you’re coming, use this to your advantage.” Bane advises, his ghostly form swiftly fading from sight. “Use all you know, and crush them.”

But how?
>Stay in the pod, and shield it all the way to Navlan’s surface with your Barrier
>Use your Instant Transmittion to teleport onto the Covenant ships, destroying them each in turn before flying down to the planet
>Leave your pod behind, and fly past the ships yourself. You’ll have to move quick, but should be able to get planetside without much issue

“They won’t even know what hit them.” you mutter, reaching out with your ki sense. And sure enough, on the very edge of your senses you feel thousands upon thousands of living beings. Reaching up and placing the first two fingers of your right hand to your forehead, you lock onto the strongest ki signature you can feel, and teleport. One moment you’re inside your Attack Pod, and the next you find yourself standing next to a Sangheili wearing red armor.

“-nd shoot that ship down.” he orders his men, turning as he sees something in the corner of his eye. But as he notices you he freezes, caught completely by surprise.
“Too late.” you taunt, drawing your sword from your back and swinging. The ancient blade slices clean through the Sangheili’s armor, taking his head and left arm from his body wifh a single strike. Your attack draws the piloting crew’s attention, who panic at your sudden appearance. Some draw weapons to try and fight back while others simply try to run away, but it’s too late for them. Clenching your left fist you transform in a flash, your green Super Saiyan aura blazing bright as you unleash your power. “HAAAAAAAA!!”

The world around you vanishes, consumed by your explosive power. Your Super Explosive Wave tears through the Covenant ship as if it wasn’t even there, destroying it entirely. As the flash clears from your eyes, you find yourself floating in space, a good distance away from the next two ships. So you sheathe the sword, and once more focus your mind to teleport. You jump from ship to ship, destroying each one in turn with a burst of power then moving onto the next. Within a minute the small Covenant fleet is completely destroyed, you turning your focus towards the planet below. You could always just fly down yourself, and try to dodge whatever anti-air measures they have in place. Or you could search for your Attack Pod, get back inside it and shield it’s planetary entry with your Barrier. Of course you could always jist keep using your Instant Transmission by getting a little closer, and going right to the strongest fighter down there.

But what will you do?
>Fly down yourself, you’re still getting warmed up
>Search out your Attack Pod, get back in and use your Barrier to shield it’s entry
>Find the strongest being down there, and Instant Transmission right to it

Your course of action decided, you begin searching for your Attack Pod. Having not taken a full breath before destroying the last ship, you need to find it quick. You have only a minute or so’s worth of air, and passing out just drifting through space would surely be lethal. So you flare your emerald aura brighter, searching for the remaining debris from the Covenant ships. And after a few seconds you find it, dashing over to the pod and hitting the concealed opening switch on the bottom of the door. The pod opens, you getting inside as you return to normal and swiftly swing it shut.

“Haaaaa.” you sigh out, taking a deep breath of the recycled air. You take a few breaths, then focus on your next task. Despite destroying the warships, you know they’ll have more defenses in store for you. So you gather your energy once more, but instead of letting it violently erupt out you control your output, ki forming into a shimmering shield around the Attack Pod. Pressing a hand to either side of the pod’s interior, you keeping your shield to just around the outside of the pod’s surface as your small ship begins to break atmosphere. You feel your Barrier hit first, sending a small jolt through your shield, but you hold onto it easily. As you pass through, however, you feel several dozen seperate energy attacks crash against your shield. Despite the barrage of fire your Barrier holds, their attacks not reaching your main way back off-world. After a minute or so of direct hits the attacks stop, a moment later your shield smashes into something solid, and shatters. Your Barrier, while great for defending against energy attacks, isn’t very useful for physical impacts. But just as you think this the door begins opening, you rising out of the pod to see what awaits you. Climbing out you find yourself in a newly-made crater, in what seems to have just been a street intersection.

“F-Freeze!” a nervous-seeming Kig-Yar says, the soldier leveling a long rifle at you. His squad of a dozen soldiers do the same with their own weapons, each one clearly terrified of you despite having you surrounded.

How do you do this?
>Rush and attack, break them
>Draw your sword and cut them down

“You have one chance to run.” you say, crossing your arms and glaring at their leader. To his credit, the man refuses to back down and stands his ground. A useless gesture, as wether he ran or not he would die, but you feel a deep sense of respect for this lowly grunt. There’s no way he thinks he can actually kill you, so to honor his bravery you decide to end him swiftly. You reach up with your left hand, grabbing onto the Gravity Hammer’s handle, but he’s seen enough.

“Fire, FIRE!!” he shouts, firing a burst of panicked shots towards you. His team do the same, you dashing around behind their leader faster than they can process. Before he even knows what’s happening you draw your weapon, slamming it right down onto his head and crushing his entire body. The weapon then goes off, the shockwave knocking the four nearest Kig-Yar over. Before they can recover you swing the weapon around, holding it in both hands.
“Call for backup, no-!” another starts to say, you closing the distance and deliver a spinning uppercut with your weapon that sends the lizardman flying. You then spin, going back over to the downed Kig-Yar and killing them all before they can recover.

“Saiyan contact!” one calls into some sort of device, you spinning towards him and driving the back blade into and through it’s neck, severing it’s head. With another few strikes you’ve finished them all off, but this battle’s just getting started.
“Everyone clear the streets!” a voice calls out from behind you, you turning to see enemy reinforcements. Three single person hovercraft turn a corner at breakneck speed, opening fire with a barrage of energy blasts. But despite all three firing full-speed, you simply raise your left hand and speak a single word.

“Barrier.” you say, shield springing once more to life around you. The small crafts’ blasts can’t pierce your Barrier, you rushing and closing the distance in a second. The lead driver’s eyes widen in surprise, you dropping the shield to grab your weapon with both hands. Wordlessly you swing, smashing your hammer into the left side of the craft. As it hits the Gravity Hammer unleashes a powerful shockwave, your attack sends it crashing into another one on it’s left. Something explodes inside one, the blast destroying both vehicles and killing the pilots. The third pilot wisely tries to get some distance between you both, but it’s no use, you slamming the hammer down on his head, killing him. But as you do, your instincts suddenly warn you that you’re in danger. So without hesitation you flip over the last craft, twisting midair to check behind you. As you do, a mass of energy crashes down into the third craft, releasing a massive explosion that you just narrowly avoided.

“That was close.” you mutter, flaring your aura up to blast the dust cloud away and reveal your attacker. Or, more accurately, attackers. You see a pair of hulking blue armors, each wielding a shield and energy cannon. You know from previous experience that those beings are made up of hundreds of wormlike creatures, who possess the ability to combine their powers into a single large, conglomerate being. And to your surprise, you’re actually stronger than them! You remember the first time you and Meloka’d battled the creatures, who’d forced you to give everything you had to defeat them. But now, even without transforming, you can stand against them, a testament to your growing strength.

But what do you do now?
>Keep attacking with your hammer, they can’t keep up with you now

As tempting as it is to test your might against these monsters, to truly see just how much stronger you’ve gotten over the years, you keep cool and play it smart. Swinging your hammer back onto your back, you then quickly gather your ki in both hands and create a pair of Energy Javelins. Both beings bellow in their odd way, again taking aim and firing at you. But you don’t sit still and take it, instead leaping straight up and tossing your attacks into the creatures. Both scream in agony as your javelins pierce them, and a moment later they both explode. Your attacks destroy both targets, but you don’t simply stop there.

Lifting higher into the air you gather your ki in your right hand, and unleash a powerful Scattershot. Your dozens of scattered energy blasts carve a wide swathe of destruction, destroying several buildings and leveling a wide area. You gather your energy again, pulling your left arm back, when suddenly you hear something. Looking over your shoulder, you see several dozen of the manned fighters flying towards you in a tight formation.

“Hmph.” you mutter, spinning and tossing your Scattershot at them instead. They try and scatter, desperate to avoid the death you just threw their way, but it’s no use. Your attack consumes the attackers in a flash of power, leaving nothing but a cloud of smoke and an acidic smell behind. Poor bastards never stood a-

Suddenly your instincts scream at you, a clarion call of mortal danger. You don’t even think as you just react, twisting counterclockwise as you move. And as you do, you see a faint shimmer in the air. Knowing what that is you act, throwing your momentum behind your right leg and unleash a powerful turning kick. Your shin strikes someone invisible, the attack breaking the Sangheili’s cloaking as your hit sends it crashing down through a skyscraper.

“Is this all of you?” you taunt, crossing your arms as you expand your ki sense. There are twelve before you, and two behind you. Adorable. One by one the dozen Sangheili before you all seemingly appear out of thin air, forming a half-circle around you. “When will you bastards learn that this-“

You interrupt what you’re saying by firing a Guided Eye Beam, the rays bending around your head and piercing the pair of Sangheili foolishly trying to sneak up behind you.

“That this doesn’t work?” you finish, flashing up into your Super Saiyan form. Your aura once more shifts to the familiar bright glowing emerald, the sheer weight of your power pushing the remaining dozen splitjaws back. “Don’t you bastards have any other way of fighting?”

“Don’t patronize me, ape.” the strongest of the group snarls, drawing a pair of Energy Blades. “We’ll show you that we proud Sangheili are the strongest!”
“Oh really?” you say, uncrossing your arms and taking your fighting stance. “You’re gonna need a lot more firepower to take me down.”
“You die today!” he bellows, charging right for you with swords crossed in an ‘X’.

“Bring it!” you reply, once more drawing your Gravity Hammer as it charges. He tries to cut for your neck, you interposing your weapon between both of his. The two blades strike the haft of your weapon, which fortunately withstands the slicing edges. But you can’t take a moment to plan your attack, as three more also rush in blades drawn. You’re forced onto the defensive, making sure you block or dodge each of the slashing blades. You could handle any two of them, but four force you entirely on defense to ensure a lucky hit doesn’t take you down. So you keep playing it cautiously, waiting for your chance to counterattack. And sure enough, it comes to you.

“Haaaa!!” the one to your right shouts, lunging sword-first towards your exposed armpit. With your weapon holding back three others, you can’t bring it around to bear. With only a moment to act you’re forced to give ground, leaning back and letting go of the weapon with your right arm. You twist, instead taking the slash across your armored chest. “Huh?”
“Tch!” you seethe, then with no warning unleash a powerful Mouth Blast. Your attack catches the Sangheili completely by surprise, obliterating him then twisting and catching the now-rightmost splitjaw with a spinning hook kick that knocks him into the other three. With that one moment of breathing room gained you spin, bringing your hammer around and slamming it into the three of them. The weapon’s shockwave sends them all flying, crashing down into seperate buildings down below.

“FIRE!” another Sangheili calls out, the remaining eight warriors all opening fire. You’d almost forgotten about them, but now that their allies are out of the way they unleash a storm of fire. Or more accurately crystal needles, the eight Sangheili all armed with long rifle versions of their needle throwing weapons. Your eyes widen a bit in surprise, soaring higher into the air to dodge the razor-sharp projectiles. “Don’t let him escape!”
“This is getting annoying.” you think to yourself while weaving between the crystalline projectiles. You need to change the momentum.

But how?
>Rush in at full power, ignoring defense and smash them all
>Keep at range, use your lethal energy attacks to take them all down

But with their unrelenting assault keeping you retreating, you have to again bide your time and look for an opening. Fortunately you know their weapons all have limited ammunition, and they’ll have to reload sooner or later. And sure enough, after maybe fifteen seconds the barrage stops. But just because the enemies you see stop firing, doesn’t mean they’re taking a break. From the buildings below a sudden barrage of fire breaks out, all of it aimed up your way. Caught by surprise, you narrowly weave in an out between the different projectiles and energy beams.

“Dammit!” you snarl, unable to avoid everything. Crystals pierce into your reinforced armor while beams and shots scorch your uniform, pushing you even further from the ground to get more room to avoid the attacks. And sure enough, as you get more distance from the buildings the attacks become less accurate and far more spaced out. But you can’t stop, not until everything is destroyed. So you gather up your overwhelming power, letting it build until you cut loose with a roar. Your ki explodes forth, the world around you vanishing as your attack becomes all-consuming. You let it out freely for a dozen seconds or so, then reign in your power so you don’t accidentally destroy the planet. Freeza still wants it, after all. So you end your attack, then take stock of the damage. The city is leveled, nothing above ground level still standing. But your work is only just getting started, you reaching out with your ki sense to find your nearest opponents. And sure enough you do, right behind you! You turn, seeing a surprisingly familiar face.

“I’ve finally found you.” Meloka says, looking much worse for wear. In fact she looks like she just left a much more hellish warzone than this, her long golden mane dirty with the blood and grime of battle. But for all that, the wild-eyed woman in front of you is smiling. “My Karn. I’ve missed you so much.”
“Meloka?” you ask, when suddenly your right hand begins burning. Your eyes widen in surprise, realizing what’s going on. This isn’t YOUR Meloka.
“And now that I’ve found you, I’ll never let you go again!”

“Towa, we’ve got a problem here.” you think to her through the magical seal, but don’t wait to hear her reply. This wild-looking Meloka is far stronger than your own, possibly even stronger than Golden Freeza! She’s dangerous, you’ll have to play this really carefully. “Meloka? Is that really you?”
“It’s me.” she says, dashing right to you faster than you can react and wrapping her arms around you. “I’m sorry. I’m so sorry Karn. I’ll never let it happen again, I promise!”
“Easy Meloka, slow down.” you say, placing your hands on her shoulders and pushing her back a bit. You have to stall for time, give Towa and Chaya time to get here to help. “What’s going on? What happened?”

“There he is!” you hear someone shout, turning and seeing the Sangheili you’d sent crashing down rushing back up at you. Glancing to Meloka you see her glaring with madness and rage towards the approaching Covenant warriors, you feeling something dark stirring within her. “Kill him!”
“I won’t let you.” she says, leveling her hand at them. And before you can say anything she unleashes a torrent of raw, unfocused power. Her blast explodes with the fury of a thousand Oozaru, easily obliterating the attackers. As the smoke clears you see she got them, and part of the planet too!

“What the hell?” you say, shocked.
“Shhh, shhh, it’s okay now.” she says, easily overpowering you and pulling you back closer to her. “Now that I have you back, I won’t let anyone hurt you ever again.”
“What the hell?” you think to yourself, growing more and more worried. It’s one thing for the Time Patrol to not show up, you never really expect much from them anyways. But for Towa and your Future Chaya to not show up, something’s wrong. Something’s really, really wrong here.

But what will you do? What can you do?

“Freeza, Meloka, we’ve got a problem.” you think to your friend and wife back on the Lucrehulk. “There’s a time traveling Meloka here, and I’m not anywhere close to her level of power.”
“Should I come down and assist you?” Freeza asks, you feeling his concern.
“No, both of you stay back.” you reply. “She’s even stronger than your Golden form, fighting her wouldn’t go well. I’m going along with her for the time being, I’ll keep you both updated.”
“Be careful hun.” Meloka says, then the three of you ending the communication. Thankfully telepathic communication occurs at the speed of thought, so less than a second’s gone by. But you need to keep stalling, hopefully someone will show up.

“Wait, you’re not from this time, are you?” you ask her, tryong to keep her attention as you work. Wordlessly you summon Divine Dragon Force, your Stand appearing wrapped around your right arm. “So aren’t you worried about the Time Patrol coming to stop you?”
“Shhh, it’s okay. They won’t bother us now.” she says, a chill creeping up your spine. Which is made worse by her next sentence. “They’re too busy fighting some demon god or something. Now you’re all mine. C’mon, let’s go.”
“Where are we going?” you ask, noticing an unfamiliar ring on her right hand.
“Going? We’re going home of course.” she says. “Now that we’re finally back together, I’ll never letting you go again.”

She then points her right hand, a strange energy gathering around you both. And with a single word, the world begins spinning around at her command.

“Home.” she says, everything around you spinning around and around rapidly. Your brain can’t really figure out what’s going on, but before you can think on it too long it’s over. Looking around, you find yourself somewhere you’d never thought you would see again.
“Wait, this is...?” you say, jaw dropping in surprise. “Planet Vegeta?”
“We’re finally home.” Meloka says, grabbing your hand and pulling you along. You’re too surprised by the sights to resist her at all, having never expected to see your homeworld again. But as you look around, you notice a few things. First is that no one else is here, you and this Meloka the only living things you can sense. And second is that Planet Vegeta had seen better days, the city little more than a ruin. Meloka seems not to notice, humming happily to herself as she pulls you along. But her good mood evaporates as there’s a flash of blinding light, a familiar figure appearing suddenly before you both.

“Momma, let Daddy go.” Future Chaya says, your time traveling daughter standing before you both in her Primal form. “He has to go back home.”
“This is our home!” she snarls, golden aura surging up around her. “I won’t let you take him from me!”

“Woah now, hold on.” you say, stepping between the two of them. Just because they aren’t your Meloka and Chaya doesn’t mean you want to see them hurt each other. Maybe there’s a way this can get worked out. “Chaya just got here, don’t attack her.”
“Ch-Chaya?” Meloka says, eyes widening in surprise. Despite clearly not recognizing Chaya in her Primal form, she knows that name. Seems she had a daughter named Chaya in this timeline as well, which makrs you wonder just what happened here? “You...You’re really Chaya?”
“It’s me Momma.” she says, lowering her guard. “See? I’m all grown up now.”

“Oh Chaya.” she says, rushing over and grabbing her daughter in a powerful hug. You see Chaya wince at this, hugging her ‘mother’ back. “I’ve missed you. Where have you been all this time, I haven’t seen you since you were a little girl.”
“Oh, it’s a long story.” your daughter says, brushing the question off and trying to steer the conversation. “Where’d you get that Time Ring from?”
“Oh, this?” she asks, holding up her right hand. “I got it off some bitch who showed up and tried impersonating me, but I killed her. I won’t let anyone try and take you two from me.”
“Wait, someone showed up who impersonated you?” Future Chaya asks her, brows furrowed in worry. “Did her hair turn pink?”

“Oh I dunno, she didn’t get to say much.” this Meloka says with a toothy grin. “She didn’t get to live for very long. No one tries to steal my man and gets away with it.”
“Yeah, stealing someone’s family is terrible.” Chaya says, her expression darkening a bit. “Like what you just tried to do.”
“Huh?” Meloka asks, not understanding. “What do you mean? I just found my Karn, and brought him back home. You wouldn’t try and take him away from me, would you?”
“I’m sorry Momma, but he’s gotta go home.” Future Chaya says, taking a small step back from this Meloka. “You can’t steal him.”
“Meloka, she's right.” you say, cutting in. “I can't be with you and you know it. It's not just my Meloka that'd be crushed, but our whole family.”

“I won’t let you go.” she says, limbs shaking as her golden aura surges up around her. “If I can’t have you, no one will! GRRRRYAAAAAAA!!”

Her power spikes, Future Chaya dashing between you and this Meloka and taking her fighting stance. You don’t know who’s stronger, but this can’t end well. You had hoped to end this peacefully, but seems like it won’t go this way today.

>>4329612
So is it safe to assume that the Saiyan scientists have 100% worked out the tech behind the gravity hammers at this point? I know they had some prototype gauntlets, but I was wondering what else they've done with that tech.
Also on the topic of weapons, what's Bane's position on Karn not having a lightsaber despite being his disciple? Would having one strengthen our connection to the force?
Also I know you told us that using our bloodstone in place of a kyber crystal in a lightsaber would be a bad idea, but can you elaborate on that further? I'm still not even sure what the bloodstone actually is.
>>
>>4329625
Mostly. Although the only real successes have been using the tech behind them in enhancing the gravity chamber engines.
Not necessarily. Having one isn’t what strengthens you, but the process of making one.
Let’s just say the Bloodstone has another name, and even the former Guardian and Aku fear their potential power. If you gave it to Chilli, and he figured out what all he could do with it, the Supreme Kai of Time may have to step in to stop him.
>>
>>4329691
>Let’s just say the Bloodstone has another name, and even the former Guardian and Aku fear their potential power
To my knowledge, it was also used for capturing entities, right? That narrows it down some.
>If you gave it to Chilli, and he figured out what all he could do with it, the Supreme Kai of Time may have to step in to stop him.
So it's on par with 「ZA WARUDO: OVER HEAVEN」in the right hands. That's genuinely worrying, and also makes me regret not choosing the magic route.
>Having one isn’t what strengthens you, but the process of making one.
Still worth doing then as far as I'm concerned. I have to wonder where we can get access to a Geological Compressor though...I'm sure Bane knows.
>>
Anons promise me ONE thing if we make a lightsaber: Rather than a standard kyber crystal or something, we ask New Salda for the most resonant and beautiful crystal *she* has, so we can symbolically always carry her with us in battle.

If the majority of anons want it then I’ll roll with it, but I just don’t really dig the idea of Karn having a lightsaber.
>>
>>4330246
We actually aren't a Sith. We're a Darkside user, yes, but we aren't a Sith, and given Karns issues with the Code, he will likely never be a Sith.
>>
>>4330349
>given Karns issues with the Code, he will likely never be a Sith
>Peace is a lie. There is only Passion.
>Through Passion I gain Strength.
>Through Strength I gain Power.
>Through Power I gain Victory.
>Through Victory my chains are Broken.
>The Force shall free me.
I also remember Karn vibing with the code when Bane recited it to him, but yeah he probably wouldn't be a Sith in the traditional sense.
That said, just because you're a Sith doesn't mean you have to be cartoonishly even or particularly ambitious (Darth Vectivus being a good example). The only other problem I can see with Sith traditions is the Rule of Two. Good thing every Sith Lord besides Bane ignored it and he can't actually do anything about it if we also decide to disregard it.
>>
>>4330231
Wouldn't that let us access a nerfed version of Champion at all times, too? Like, a 1,25x multiplier
>>
>>4330795
Probably not, as Champion relies on the whole planet's worth of energy and this would be the tiniest fraction, but it might help a bit with our force concentration since it's a more familiar energy than a Kyber crystal would be.

Hello
I found it in thread "Saiyan Conqueror Quest 47".

Anon said that "this is of vital importance", so it seemed like it was urgent.
I hope I did not post it too late.
>>
>>4331249
naw you're right on time
>>
>>4330196
Not just capturing, but the sealing of demons. It even works on beings of incredible power, like Aku.
Magic isn’t something Karn could learn, he simply doesn’t have the aptitude
Your best bet, if you want to make one after this is over, would be to ask Arctus.
>>4330231
She’d need to consume several dozens of those crystals in order to make something similar.
>>4330246
Neither is having a family, caring for and raising your kids, and not attacking your friends unprovoked.
>>4330263
Karn’s not one for delicate weapons.
>>4330795
>1.25 times
>half the transformed state’s increase
Hwut?
>>4331065
I can’t weigh in on this, as what I say can influence anons’ choices.
>>4331249
10/10 work anon.
>>
>>4331939
>Your best bet, if you want to make one after this is over, would be to ask Arctus.
Best drunk reigns supreme
>She’d need to consume several dozens of those crystals in order to make something similar.
That seems like a roundabout way of saying "Murder dozens of Jedi/Sith and steal their crystals if that's what you want to do."
And that sounds exactly like the kind of shit I'd be down for personally.
>Neither is having a family, caring for and raising your kids, and not attacking your friends unprovoked.
Has it ever occurred to any Sith as to why infighting is a constant problem with any large group of them? Or more specifically, do they understand that said infighting almost always puts them on the backfoot.
>>
>>4331070
I get where you're coming from, but isn't it better to help her live for herself? Let her be able to move on from Karn until she dies and then rejoins him? I feel like we'd rather have our Meloka move on and recover to live her life without us, rather than be killed and return to us in Hell.
>>
>>4332033
She is a one man type of yandere, less likely to kill you and move on for another target but more likely to kill everyone around you its a miracle she didn't beat the shit out of the kids or at least traumatized them
>>
>>4332033
While that’s a nice sentiment, I think you’re underestimating just how unstable she is, her mentally shattered by losing her Karn and children in this timeline.
>>4332139
She traumatized others’ kids like Raditz, who’d dare hurt her children, but her children with Karn are not fully seen as their own people but also an extension of her and Karn.
>>
>>4332139
>its a miracle she didn't beat the shit out of the kids
But why would she ever hurt something that came from Karn?
>or at least traumatized them
Most of the shit we've done with our kids would completely wreck any normal child. It comes with the territory of being a Saiyan.
>>
>>4332217
I think having a power level over 5 helps justify the stuff we can put them through.
>>
How well would our current cast fare in pic related?
>>
>>4333761
Stronger than a majority of the universes, but just below the top tier universes. Opponents from universes 18, 16, 17, 20, 4 and 7 still outclass us.
>>
QM UPDATE

Epilogue’s coming along nicely, who’s ready to follow up on what happened with Future Chaya?

>>4333761
Depends on if you mean present cast, or if that includes the future allies. Because Apex Chaya and Perfect Kaio-Ken Cell do wildly skew those numbers, the half demon children less so but still noticeably.
>>
>>4333829
>Depends on if you mean present cast, or if that includes the future allies.
What about our prospective ToP era team?
>>
>>4333854
Would depend on many choices between now and then, and more than half of those choices aren’t Karns.
>>
>>4333874
Fair enough, but for the sake of simplifying it, let's say it's the lineup from the most recent epilogues about the ToP.
Moving back to prior topics, are we still technically a Sith despite not adhering to traditional Sith values, or do we qualify as more of a Dark Jedi? Would we be able to become a Sith Lord at any point without being an evil asshole or is it really just a title more than anything?
>>
>>4333780
>>4333829
Eh, I wasn’t counting Future Chaya, Cell or our half demon kids. Solely natives to the main timeline, which I think paints a fairer picture.

None of the DBM cast have anything from Super or GT, but they’re still way stronger than us as we are now. Freeza and Vegeta are the closest due to Golden and SS4 respectively.

Tbh, I feel like our Towa would throw us into DBM as ‘practice’ for the Tournament of Power. If nothing else they’ll be surprised we can control Berserk Super Saiyan unlike DBM Broly.
>>
>>4333921
Not to mention they'll probably have a conniption when they learn there's higher forms to it. Our limited usage of UI might also through them off.
Then there's also Stands which are a big advantage we have over them. Not to mention Force precognition.
>>
>>4333888
Not familiar enough with Multiverse to get be a real in-depth answer, but if your ToP team is Karn’s family + Vegeta, Bardock, Boros and Freeza, most the other universes would be in for a reckoning.
Not really. You know a few tricks, so you’re not truly untrained, but most 10 year olds from the Jedi Temple were more advanced than you are now.
>>4333921
>fairer
Yes. Because Future Chaya too op pls nerf.
As of right now Karn’s at half Buu arc Super Saiyan 3 Goku’s full power, So anything weaker than that bar is toast.
>>
>>4333995
I know DBM Vegito would certainly be happy to know that Broly has the potential to get even stronger.

Hell, he might try to fight Karn and draw Berserk Super Saiyan 3 out of him to see if that'll give him a good fight. We aren't nearly as strong as DBM Broly (yet), but seeing Berserk 3 in action would be interesting to him if nothing else.
>>
>>4326668
Now to be fair. Thia how she would act if she was less subtle. So I give the Stand points for that.
>>
>>4334292
Speaking of BROros did he train to be able to use his full power like freeza? I mean, the guy is the third best regenerator of the quest and I think he might be able to make some use out of kaioken like cell did

Awesome quest GrandDragonQM.

I'm currently reading through the past threads of Saiyan Conqueror Quest to know how Karn got where he is now.

Maybe my question have already been answered, but I haven't got to it yet.
But I'm too curious about it to wait with asking it till I read all 134 threads.
So here goes my question:

In Saiyan Conqueror Quest thread number 103 Karn found himself in the Abyss.
There he met with Primordial Serpent, Darkstalker Kaathe.
He had an opportunity to learn Lifedrain fom him.

That seems like it would be a very powerful technique/attack in Karns hands.

I mean imagine:
>Karn and his opponent are fighting in melee.
>Distance closes and they start to grapple.
>Opponent thinks that perhaps this brawl will only be decided by who's strength and skill are better.
>But they are already touching.
>So Karn can activate his hidden trump card.
>And he does.
> Lifedrain starts.
>Suddenly opponent notices that his vigour is depleting. Not only that but his life force is literally being taken from him.
>It's even worse.
>What he loses is healing and making Karn stronger.
>Now he is not fighting to win, but just to escape this vampiric grasp.
>But with each passing second he is becoming weaker and closer to death.
>Soon it's too late for him.

So yeah, I think Lifedrain looks good in theory.

I think that back then Karn had a very rare opportunity to learn it.
I mean what are the chances that Karn will return to Abyss and find Darkstalker Kaathe again anytime soon?
Probably not high.

Yet for some reason most Anons were not interested in it.

Why? Is there some drawback or nasty side effect to using this technique?
Like maybe after a while Karn would start to turn into some kind of a monster similar to Four Kings?
>>
>>4335138
>Why? Is there some drawback or nasty side effect to using this technique?
Oh you have no fucking idea
>Like maybe after a while Karn would start to turn into some kind of a monster similar to Four Kings?
Okay you have an inkling of what might happen with abuse of Lifedrain.
Also it's not like we can't just ask Aku about it the next time we see him.
The Sith teachings also hold a variety of similar techniques. Darth Revan, Darth Malak, and Darth Traya in particular are known for their usage of similar vitality draining techniques. Darth Nihilus is also known for a somewhat similar "technique", though referring to it as such isn't appropriate.
It's also worth noting that Bane himself was able to project a localized field of the dark side of the Force that ate away at anybody unlucky enough to be caught in it, though it was also incredibly taxing for him to use.
>>
>>4335138
Sorry I noticed I made a typo.
>attack in Karns hands.
instead of "Karn's".

Wow. Thanks for answer Anon.
Now I see it is not as simple as it initially appeared to be.

Good thing Anons knew about the dangers of this technique and decided not take it.
I can't imagine what would happen if Karn started to experience such effects of continued use of Lifedrain.

It's very interesting what you have to say about the possibilities that can come from the dark side of the Force.
Luckily we have a very knowledgeable teacher.
Perhaps one day Darth Bane can teach Karn more about it.

Or maybe if someday it comes to this, Karn will know enough about the Force to make such technique on his own.

>Why? Is there some drawback or nasty side effect to using this technique?
It's linked to the Abyss.
And the Abyss does THIS to people!
>>
>>4335155
I agree that using the dark side is safer funny enough but considering that as much as karn has a lot of power in the force, GD did say his skill level is comparable to a 10 year old trainee it will take a long while until we learn tutaminis enough to do force drain

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 134 Epilogue-

AGE 954, TOWA’S LAB RUINS

“Well now, this is a surprise.” Mechikabura says, the demon god appearing once more beside you and the enemy goddess Towa, sounding rather irritated. “You survived.”
“And you’re not getting away!” the Supreme Kai of Time shouts, already in her transformed state. And as she yells, there is another flash of blindingly bright light. As it fades, you find yourself back within a place you haven’t seen since you and Ace battled Demigra. The Crack of Time. “Time Patrol! Attack!”
“RRRAAAA!!” you shout, lunging for Mechikabura’s neck with the god-slaying spear Godsend. Unfortunately your attack doesn’t connect, the demon goddess Towa kicking you aside. “Grr, dammit!”
“Thank you dear.” Mechikabura says to the Towa, turning and addressing the Supreme Kai of Time. “Do you really think such a thing can hold me here? I won’t be-“

And as he’s talking, one of the Time Patrollers moves. The muscular grey alien in black and white spandex moves faster than anyone you’r fought before, closing the rather large distance almost instantly.

“Haaaa!” the warrior says, punching for Mechikabura’s head. But a dark aura near-instantly surrounds the demon, halting the Patroller’s strike. You then watch in shock as it begins crawling up his arm, swiftly engulfing his entire body!
“Jiren!” Trunks shouts, sounding worried. But as you watch you see his blazing aura beginning to seep through the darkness.
“Oh?” Mechikabura says, as with a roar this Jiren frees himself. “Quite impressive, for a mortal. I’ve met many gods weaker than you. But now you’re mine.”

And as the demon god says something in an unrecognizable language, this ‘Jiren’ cries out and clutches his head. His blazing aura surges up, actually knocking you and everyone but Mechikabura back from him as his energy changes. It swiftly becomes tainted by demonic energy, and as his scream stops the Time Patroller turns around, eyes glowing red from out of the dark aura.

“Now, destroy that pesky Kai.” the demon god orders, Jiren obeying without question and dashing past you. He hits something behind you, but that doesn’t matter. You have to take this bastard and his Towa down, right now!
“RRRAAAAAAA!!” you roar, swinging Godsend for his chest. But before your blade can strike him another sword intercepts it, Demon God Dabura’s! “Grrr! Get out of my way!!”
“Ptuh!” he spits, forcing you to leap back. You’ve seen what his spit can do, and while you do look statuesque, you don’t actually want to be one. “You aren’t worthy to face the master, mortal.”
>>
>>4335608
“Oh yeah?” you taunt, unleashing the full extent of your Apex Saiyan power with a scream. Your sparkling golden aura blasts the demon away, Mechikabura turning fully to you. “Get out of my way.”
“Interesting.” the demon god says, smirking at you. “I wonder how those fools will handle fighting you as well?”
“Wait wha-?” you start, when suddenly you feel an enormous pressure inside your mind. Your head feels like it’s being crushed, if you don’t do something quick, he’ll overpower you! So you do something you haven’t done for quite some time, and unleash Towa’s seal.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=m4lUrsL5e5g

“HRRRRYAAAAAAAAAAA!!!” you roar, demonic ki infusing your body and reinforcing your soul against Mechikabura’s presence. The overwhelming presence seemingly vanishes, your mind once more fully your own. Then without hesitating you charge, swinging the spear down in a powerful overhead thrust. “DIE!”
“Useless.” he replies, blocking your spear’s blade with his staff. As they touch, however, he says something surprising: “Hakai.”

And as he does, you watch in shock and horror as Godsend begins disintegratng! Much as it does to those struck by it, the weapon turns to motes of purplish light starting from the blade and quickly working towards you. With no other options you let go and back off, the weapon disappearing after another second or two. What the hell, how can he use the ultimate technique of the Destroyer Gods?

“Now that that pesky toy is gone, Gravy! Attack!” he orders, a rather large demon wielding a massive hammer rushing at you. And since you can’t sense his energy either, you assume it’s another demon god as well. Which begs the question of just how many of them did he make?
“I’ll make this quick!” the pink, hammer-wielding demon god shouts as he rushes you. But now you’re so frustrated and pissed off you don’t say anything, glaring daggers as he closes in and swings. The moment before his hammer strikes you move, punching the weapon with an energy-laced punch that shatters his weapon. “Wh-Wha-?”

Is all he has time to say, you grabbing his head with your left hand and driving your right knee so hard into his face everyone close can hear bones snapping. This so-called demon god cries out in pain, so distracted clutching his shattered face he doesn’t see your final hit coming. And with no mercy you punch straight through his chest, tossing the defeated demon aside and glaring at Mechikabura. But before you can charge him again, you feel someome lay a hand on your right shoulder.
>>
>>4335609
“You’ve done enough. I’ll handle this wannabe Demon Lord.” Dumplin says, floating past you to stand before Mechikabura. “Go help that Ace guy out while I put this bastard in the fuckbox, Jiren’s kicking his ass.”
“You sure?” you ask, but the obnoxiously-colored creature doesn’t respond to you. You can feel the tension rising between the two rival demons, and you decide to follow his advice for now. Turning from Mechikabura you see the battle raging across this infinite dimension hasn’t spread too far yet, but battling above you all are Ace and this Jiren guy. He’s clearly got the upper hand against your rival, the Time Patroller on the defensive despite being in his godly Super Saiyan Blue form.

“HAAAAA!!” the grey Time Patroller shouts, his punch’s blast knocking Ace dozens of yards back despite blocking the hit. Already breathing heavy, you fly up beside Ace, keeping Jiren in your view.
“C’mon, is that all you’ve got?” you ask him tauntingly. But that is in fact not all he’s got, Ace unleashing everything his full power.
“HRRAAAAAAAAAAA!!” he roars, aura and hair turning bluer as the pressure he’s emitting magnifies significantly. As his shout finishes he takes his fighting stance, you grinning.
“Now that’s more like it!” you shout excitedly, flaring your own demonic energy-infused aura as you float beside him and take your own stance. “Let’s show this bald bastard who’s better!”
“HAAAAAAAAAA!!” the grey man shouts again, power surging even higher as he launches himself towards you both. But you and Ace don’t miss a beat, rushing forward and meeting his charge head-on.

“HYAAAAAAA!!” you roar, right fist slamming into his.
“HRRAAAAAA!!” Ace shouts as well, his left fist meeting Jiren’s. With your hit being blocked you twist clockwise, kicking for his head as Ace follows his own attack with a right hook. Jiren blocks both hits with his forearms, you reversing your spin and jabbing with your left elbow towards his midde as Ace goes high with a left turning kick. Jiren blocks Ace’s blow but misses yours, your elbow catching him in the ribs. The mighty warrior wheezes at the blow, you following it up with a right uppercut. But he catches your fist with his left hand, leaving himself open as Ace’s left fist slams into the grey man’s chin. While Ace doesn’t blow him away with that strike, it’s more than enough to knock Jiren’s head back and free your fist. You both then pull back opposite hands, your left and Ace’s right slamming into Jiren’s forearms and sending the big man flying back.
>>
>>4335611
“You won’t get away that easily!” you shout, blasting after Jiren to keep up the pressure. Ace is right behind you, the two of you again attacking him at full power. And despite the Time Patroller’s strength being just a noticeable bit higher than your own, with Ace fighting by your side you two can easily win this. Or so you thought, but as you closed in Jiren attacked. You didn’t see him move, his eyes flashed red and suddenly you got pummeled. Dozens of hits rock you, launching you backwards to crash into one of the floating crystals. “Gah! The hell?”

But you don’t have time to ponder what happened, as Jiren’s already on the move. You barely have time to pull yourself free as he flies to you, blocking his massive punch with your crossed arms. This direct attack sends you straight through the crystal you’d just smashed into, the impact of his glowing fist making your arms tingle. Flying backwards you hit something, turning and seeing Ace had caught you and kept you out of a beam struggle between Vegito and two more of the enemy Towa.

“Th-Thanks.” you say, the feeling of him holding you so close making your cheeks heat up and your body feel all tingly. Your eyes meet his own, the blue pulling you in. Until his eyes suddenly widen, Ace throwing you aside and catching you completely by surprise. But the next moment Jiren slams into him with a shoulder charge, sending the Saiyan flying and leaving you flustered. “I-H-Hey!! I’ve had enough of you! FINAL FLASH!!!”

As you roar a golden beam of energy explodes from your palms, headed right for the Time Patroller. Jiren sees it coming, gathering his energy and punching your attack. And to your surprise, his punch travels up through your beam and catches you right in the gut! His punch somehow beat your Final Flash, you wonder what the hell is going on? But you can’t do that for long, as Jiren once more rushes at you. Bracing yourself you catch his right fist with your left hand, then throw your own right which he then catches, leaving you both locked in trying to overpower each other. Switching grips you both grab each others hands, you both trying to overpower each other.

“I! Won’t! LOSE!!” you roar, pushing with everything you’ve got, but the wall before you is just too tall. He begins overpowering you, pushing your arms back despite giving it your all. Just what the hell is this man? But just as you have this thought, Ace appears behind Jiren using his Instant Transmission!
>>
>>4335614
“HAAAAA!!” he bellows, slamming a two-handed hammerfist into the back of Jiren’s skull. Ace’s surprise attack seems to do the trick, Jiren’s eyes unfocusing as the demonic aura swiftly fades away. As Jiren slumps towards you you let go, moving aside and glancing from him to Ace.
“I had ‘im.” you reply, the Time Patroller’s grin matching your own. An akward moment of silence passes between you before you finally reply with a simple, “But, thanks.”

Your moment of respite doesn’t last long, however, as the much smaller grey body of Dumplin is blasted back between you both. You and Ace turn, staring down Mechikabura.

“I grow bored of this game.” he says, tapping his staff against nothing. A second later a dark portal appears behind him, the demon god floating backwards through it. “Until we meet again, Chronoa.”
“Mechikabura!” Trunks shouts, the red-haired Super Saiyan God rushing and trying to stop him from escaping. But he’s too slow, the demon god’s portal disappearing just as Trunks swings his sword. His attack passes through nothing, rage and frustration clear in his voice. “DAMMIT!”
“Trunks, enough!” The Supreme Kai of Time snaps, then gives him his orders. “Gather up the injuredand unconscious, take them back to the Time Nest. Chaya, if you would. I’d like a word with you.”

You face the Time Patrol’s master, ready for her to try something, only for her to surprise you by reverting back to her normal form with a sigh. This catches you off guard, the Kai noting it with a weary chuckle.

“Don’t be alarmed, I used most of my power trying to keep Mechikabura here.” she tells you, Trunks vanishing in a flash of light with three or four injured patrollers before returning a single moment later and taking more. “But we do both have a problem, as you can see.”

She gestures around the ruins of your home, you feeling your blood starting to boil. Which is why you’re caught completely by surprise with what she says next.

“You need a place to stay.” she says, addressing you then someone behind you, who you can sense is your Auntie Towa. “All of you.”
“Wait. Are you...?” Auntie Towa asks, unable to even finish the sentence. But she doesn’t have to, the Demon God Dumplin waddling over to you all. “L-Lord Dumplin?”
“She may be an uptight twat, but isn’t unreasonable.” he says to both of you. “And right now, we need all the help we can get against that bastard. So, what do you say? Will you join me in the Time Patrol?”

Fuck the revenge shit for a minute and think about what we could actually do with a free day in Conton City. So many people to learn from. Hell, we could even finally have a decent conversation with Xeno Vegeta and tell him how the Saiyan race is doing in our timeline.
>>
>>4337107
God, imagine all the horrible things Karn could do after learning from some of the Teachers there, or if we could get Guru to unlock our potential!
>>
>>4337138
Guru never would. That being said, we might could get a Goku to teach us Kaioken. It instakills with Super Saiyan, sure, but Champion may be able to balance that out like God Ki does, and if nothing else we can use it for training purposes and teaching other Saiyans.
>>
>>4337138
Even if we don't have time to learn anything, we can still get a good workout in if we look for Broly.
If I know him, he's probably tearing apart that mushroom district in the city. Should be easy to corral him to the arena if we show him the higher levels of the Berserk transformation.
>>
>>4337145
I'm debating learning Kaioken from Goku as we're never gonna be in a position where it's actually useful. The Spirit Bomb on the other hand is a good last resort move if you know what you're doing. We can also try and work out Ultra Instinct depending on which timeline he's from.

Hot damn, that's a scary thought, not being able to transform till we mastered Potential Unleashed, we'd need to focus train that like NUTS, and if you're saying that we'd lose our transformations as a drawback I'm guessing it wouldn't be as strong as any of them?
Or if it is it ain't as good as our Berserker forms, at least?

...Wait, I just looked at the Transformation sheet and Berserker 3 is only 2x as strong as Berserker 2 as opposed to the normal 4x Ascended for SS3 forms?

Yes but I still want to make the forbidden video collection. We can still do both because Towa always has a backup camera.

>And the Abyss does THIS to people!
I see now. Playing with powers from the Abyss is just too dangerous.

>>4335458
>as much as karn has a lot of power in the force, GD did say his skill level is comparable to a 10 year old trainee
lol, true.
And with how busy Karn is it probably won't be possible to dedicate much time to learn about the Force.

>>4335696
>Things are getting rather interesting, aren’t they?
Honestly Mechikabura seems so insanely powerful I wonder if they are actually going to make it this time.
And if they do will all of them be alive at the end?

I know Super Dragon Ball may return them to life after all of this, but still the challenge they are facing looks so hard.

> Hope to see everyone there!
I'm going back to reading past threads to see events that led to all of this.
I will be watching what's going on currently in newest thread too.

Though I think I should probably hold on with voting till I catch up with everything.
I don't want accidently vote on something that will get Karn and his family and friends in a bad situation during this war because of my lack of knowledge.

I mean stakes are really high right now.
There is also a reason why Karn just kind of cannot let himself to lose during this war.
It was mentioned earlier that Karn is most likely the only person that can fight against Stands among all of our forces.

Without Karn to fight them things may get very one sided quickly.
Covenant would have all advantages of attacking with the use Stands and our side almost no means to defend against them.

This kind of got me thinking. That perhaps, maybe just maybe Karn could try to ask for some help in that matter?
Though I know there are not many people who could help with this.
But those are people that I thought of:

Joseph Joestar, Jotaro and friends
>All of them are very experienced in battles with Stands.
>They are friendly towards Karn.
>They might agree to help, though I know that asking them to join and fight in our war is A LOT.
>Though perhaps this argument could work:
>"If Coventant wins this war, universe you know will become much worse under their rule".

Caulifa
>Karn's and Meloka's talented daugther.
>She probably would be very willing to help.
>But we probably just can't take her from her campaign against the Hive.
>I mean she is absolutely crucial to keeping those kinds that went with her safe.

Kars
>In last meeting he seemed friendly towards Karn (after Karn found him skulking around in Karn's ship).
>Would that be enough to make him join?
>Perhaps Karn could try to persuade him like this:
>"Join us in war against Covenant. It will be great opportunity for you to practice and master the use of your Stand in a true life and death combat against Stand users from Covenant."
>"If Shin will be against this idea, then tell him that you want to experience war firsthand to understand Mortals better."
>Yes, I'm aware that Shin would probably not buy this argument, but maybe it's worth trying?
> Joseph Joestar and Kars may not like cooperating and being in same team. They have reasons for animosity.

Koruza
>Karn's son from a different time.
>If i remember correctly he was the one who had Stand "Dark Rider".
>Though he do not belong in our present time line.
>If he would be here to help Time Patrol may see this as crime against time, and send Time Patrolers to capture him.
>But right now Chronoa is having gigantic trouble with Mechikabura.
>Maybe because of this she would not notice or care, and just let it slide until problem with Mechikabura is solved.

Zeno Zoldyck
>I'm not sure about this.
>Didn't he have some Stand that looks like dragon?
>Unclear if he would be willing to help.

Those are the people that I thought of.
I did not intended to write so much, but this quest is so exciting it just happened.

Fuck no you God damn idiot. Kars is on the to kill list.
>>
>>4337967
No matter how many times you say that, it isn’t true, anon.
>>
>>4337509
In the transformation pastebin he had it labeled as 400x iirc, making it better than Berserker but worse than Ascended Berserker.
>>
Question for GD: Did Karn's base go *down* recently? In the OP he's listed at 20,166,000... But in the powerlevel pastebin from a few threads ago, he's listed at 21,887,000. And since that's from like 5 threads ago his powerlevel may have changed since then?
>>
Also: I realized if we ever do wanna pick up Kaioken, we can completely ignore the time patrol about it. We can just ask Cell sometime if we find out about it; especially since he has an improved version.
>>
>>4338084
Yeah, but I imagine it's also WAY harder to learn Cell's Kaioken because a x100 boost is insane, the stress would be far too much to handle without regeneration like Cell's

He unlocks your latent potential, as if you’ve been training at your optimal level. With Karn however his body’s already quite trained, unlike kid Gohan.
Potential Unleashed isn’t as powerful as Ascended Berserker, but on the plus side it has virtually no downsides to using it and can be maintained almost indefinitely.
>>4337514
Probably an error on my part
>>4337681
>>4337689
The Joestars will not be able to join, as they’re dealing with their own problems right now. As for Kars, he’d scoff at it. He doesn’t need to fight, he’s immortal.
>>4338078
Forgot to edit that, good catch
>>
Heeey, our students now have a pastebin!

>He unlocks your latent potential, as if you’ve been training at your optimal level. With Karn however his body’s already quite trained, unlike kid Gohan.
Ah, that would make sense in that case.
>Potential Unleashed isn’t as powerful as Ascended Berserker, but on the plus side it has virtually no downsides to using it and can be maintained almost indefinitely.
I mean, we can already hold base Berserker basically forever, so it not being that stressful just makes it easier to train for longer.
>>
>>4338161
More importantly, we wouldn't be able to use other forms 'until it's mastered'. This may very well mean we could use it WITH other forms, like what Gohan hinted at in the Kefla fight in DBS's manga. Of course, all of this is built on a hypothetical chance that somehow Karn gets it.
>>
>>4338179

Yeah, that'll be fucking sweet if we do manage to get it, not having access to our other forms for a while will be a major pain in the ass tho, especially if we wind up facing an opponent we need Ascended Berserker to be a better match PL-wise
