You are Magnus Faxerus, Sith Acolyte in training. After touching down on the Sith homeworld of Korriban and being presented with your first trial, you received a vision of Ajunta Pall's spectre being destroyed by a woman the ancient forefather called 'Rev.' The nights after had your dreams visited by something taking the image of this 'Rev' much to your displeasure due to their... risque nature. You lost some of your natural affinity with the Dark Side after rejecting the manifestation unfortunately.Yang, another acolyte from Hutta, showed off some of his potential to you and told you of several others in your circle of acolytes bearing some abilities of their own. For some strange reason, you can't help but feel like you can trust him: something even he feels about you and also doesn't know why. It could be the Force's will or some kind of similarity between he two of you.The last important subject you've been dealing with, which is currently in front of you, is Darth Nox, your father's old strike-team ally, Dark Council Head of Ancient Knowledge, seemingly wanton whore for your penis. You, being the hasty idiot you are, took lessons from her in the Force and earned the affection one would have with a productive, attractive slave. Now you must live with the knowledge that a powerful Sith wants you as her concubine to strike back at your father, who she wants as a slave. You'd hope for that to be all the mischief you run into on Korriban, but you're sure more will come and follow you for when you return to Dromund Kaas.>[X] "I don't understand you at all.">[X] "Send for me when you're in the mood for training.">[X] Go back to Yang, maybe-friends before overbearing whores.>(1/2)Really, she is an insane enigma few could ever understand behind her joyful madness. You're not sure why your father hasn't taken care of her for the good of the Empire, but he must have his reasons. At the very least, you learned some things form her and can still do so when she is willing to part with her secrets for no vulgar favors. Best not to draw anymore of her ire until then. "I don't understand you at all.""You're not willing to see things my way, so how would you?" Nox scoffs. "That fear will consume you one day as will the Dark Side, Little Magnus. It's your fate regardless of whether or not you continue pretending to be your father."
>(2/2)A raised eyebrow is all you respond with before shaking your head. "Send for me when you're in the mood for training."The woman purrs again as you rise from the ground. "The question isn't when I will be in the mood."You roll your eyes before making your way out of the dark lord's office. As if you're in any mood to be most likely degraded as you were in your dreams. The only places you've found comfortable since you've come here are the meditation chambers and the medbay. Yang's likely still resting in bed and bored out of his mind. May as well purge yourself of female temptations with some man time.It doesn't take you long to return to the place you came from containing your maybe-friend. "Back already?" Yang is lacking, which makes him the perfect combat dummy to pummel. Maybe he'll learn something form it or maybe he won't; either way, you get some satisfaction out of this. If the Hutta bog rat hates you or quits over this, he isn't cut out to be Sith."Get up, I'm going to teach you how to fight."Yang blinks. "Here?""No." Scoffing, you shoot him a look. "The training grounds, why would I fight you he—" You raise a hand to your chin. "...It would actually help if I end up rupturing a vital organ of yours.""...What?""Get up, we've got training to do."The whiner sighs before hopping out of his hospital bed. Both of you make your way to the second floor past visiting lords, other acolytes, and academy staff to where the ever tumultuous training grounds reside. Mr. Orphan picks up one of the training sabers from the nearest rack and brandishes it towards you. "I'm ready when you are."A laugh thrums in your chest. "No, you're not." You give the glorified stick a look over. "I didn't say we were going to use training sabers either.""Well, are we?" Yang lowers his weapon. Not missing a beat, you stomp forward and punch the lad in the side of his unguarded face. The would-be acolyte turns his metal weapon to beat the air where your arm would be if you hadn't pulled back, forgoing the rookie mistake of letting pain surprise him. "That was a dirty move!"You hop back and hold up your hands as your trainee takes a step forward with his weapon already up in the air. "No, I took advantage of a failure in your guard to punish you for not waiting for my instruction.""So are we starting now, or is this supposed to be some kind of trick?"Flattening your lips into a line, you stare at the boy.It would be a very your father move to punch him in the gut while his saber has space from your fist, but that would be a bit too cruel. You came here to train in martial arts though that doesn't mean you can't practice force abilities either. Yang's lacking in both categories however.>[ ] "Have you ever been shocked by lightning? >[X] "First, try to carry me using the force."Despite the practicality of martial arts, force abilities are far more effective and stronger at times. They're not always effective since those skilled in the Force can absorb them like breathing in air, but it can get you places. Your father never put much value on teaching you them other than some basics to counter any force using enemies you may face so neither did you. The strangest feeling of forgetfulness is dimly in your mind, but you can't figure out why for some reason."First, try to carry me using the force."Yang raises an eyebrow. "Why?""Is pushing all you can do like you did the tombs? That can be useful when disrupting an enemy or rushing to get away, but it's not going to do you any good if you can't bash someone with the sheer force of... the force. ""Ha, punny.""Shut up and show me how much you can lift."The boy closes his eyes, sets his blade to his side, and raises a hand only to raise it and open his eyes again. "This isn't another trick is it?"You roll your eyes and shake your head.Humming, the Hutt rat resumes his action. An instinctual alarm sounds in your mind as the primordial soup holding existence together concentrates around your body."...Huh, it's hard to get a grip on you."Raising an eyebrow, you tilt your head. "How?""The magic around you is flowing into your body, making it harder to really grab it.""Why don't you just concentrate on the Force further around it to grab me?""Oh yeah, good idea, Magnus." Yang smiles. You blink as what you just recommended occurs with you being lifted several inches into the air at a gradual rate until you're three feet above ground.Pulling your arm back, you push it and the Force towards your trainee, blowing him backwards four times the distance he lifted your Sithness. A girlish cry yelps through the air as he skids across the cold durasteel of the academy floor. The next several hours of force ability training go by with much history repeating itself. You Force pretty screamer boy Yang back on to his feet and catch him by the shoulder as he almost falls back thanks to his loss of equilibrium. "Good job, I think you've really improved.""..N-No more, please."Chuckling, you hold him in place until he can stand on his own two feet somewhat properly. He's going to be more fun to be with than you thought.>[ ] "I know that feels bad, but have you ever been shocked by lightning? >[X] Force a training saber to you and duel him, surely he can keep going.People tend to learn more and faster when they're exhausted or when their are in danger, at least in your experience. Maybe training in life or death circumstances isn't usual, but they've given you results. It's not like he's anywhere near that level of shear exhaustion yet, and you are not even a fifth of your father's level of sheer deadliness.Holding out a hand, you will the nearest training saber into your hand. "About that..."The boy steps back, ducks under a half hearted swing of yours, and counters with a stab towards your throat. You swing down at him, blocking the tip of the practice sword from connecting to your vitals while simultaneously bashing the top of his skull. Taking advantage of his very much assured disorientation, you step forward and push Yang back with a hilt strike to his forehead. Yang falls back on to the ground with an unceremonious thump. "...Wow, you are actually better than the instructor I found." He raises a hand to massage his head. "If we were using warblades or actual lethal training sabers, I'd be dead.""A corpse is what you'll be indeed if you don't stand up in the next thirty seconds."Groaning, the living combat dummy picks himself back up to face your half-hearted wrath. Two and a half hours or so pass by until you can tell he's improved his fundamentals as well as his understanding of Shii-Cho.You pick up the bruised sack of cute-looking bandaged meat by the hand and pat him on the shoulder. "Good job, you're still alive and now likelier to die by my hand at the end of the trials.""Hate you... Hate you so much right now.""Good, let it flow through you but don't let it take control."A sigh escapes Yang's lips. "Can't hear you, just hate you."You roll your eyes and settle them on a reddish-pink girl observing from the training ground side-lines. She's been there for a while now, but you're not really concerned at all with girls you can vaguely feel through the force. Your whiny man at least leaves an impression and can read your mind. Might be true that she suits the description he gave of an acolyte with potential. >>4131631eww and possibly somaybe she'll chill out or maybe she won't
>>4131642you know i meant about yourself
>>4131647aaahhh... you mean to say it may cure Magnus' weakness to women, or intensify it to the point that he's hopeless... right?Would be a funny conversation if the latter happened though:Magnus:Dad I'm here to capture you to atone for your crime of not noticing Mistress!Caeles:I'm so sorry I sent you to Korriban son.
>>4131660i meant she'll stop trying to rape youthat would be fucking hilarious, not going to lie, so it will be a possibility
>>4131661Aw, a part of the charm of women like Nox is their propensity to rape... oh well.Hmm... then I'll have to genuinely consider that route carefully...Besides that, how much longer does Magnus has before he's going to kill all the acolytes to complete the course here. A month? And what was he planning on doing afterward?
>>4131682well, you can't rape the willingup to a year and if you really want to
>>4131693>can't rape the willingmy interest rises...>up to a yeardamn, if we made Magnus a real masochist and had him get close to the acolytes only to kill them when his bond is strongest, the amount of self-hatred would be amazing.
>>4131626If we get strong enough (mental force mind resistance, diplomacy), could we convince people to let us keep Yang?
>>4131723>If we get strong enough (mental force mind resistance, diplomacy), could we convince people to let us keep Yang?and you think im making magnus gaysure if you're not comfortable with your tongue as issword is also an option
>>4131738"might makes right" might apply to the sith in the right context. Perhaps might and words?
>>4131755maybe yeah, verbal dick swinging is a thing
so anyone know any cool starters things we could potentially do? I would like to know if were adept enough in the art of Sith Alchemy, for the purpose of creating Blasters so we can force wield a wall of guns. who needs accuracy when you got dakka?
>>4132109Making a bunch of blaster is probably too technical for Magnus atm, but what about a mirror array, or refraction array? If we could get a legit laser weapon it would be stupidly deadly, and deployable in any situation. Personally, I'm leaning more towards training up our sith alchemy skills in the direction of modifying ships, since a truly customized sith alchemist warship is close to indestructible, and fast as fuck.
Shooting an idea here. General Grevious must had been a legend a long time ago. People probably hear stories of him, so what if we make a meat puppet drone to possess in his likeness?
>>4132274uh, General Greivous will only exist... 40,000 years from now?
>>4132277Wait we're that far into the past?
>>4132314Sorry, memeory was a bit faulty there since I always get this mixed up.It's actually 23,000~ years from the formation of the Galactic Empire.
>>4132316Well damn. There goes the mechanical meat puppet idea, or Count Dork Nutt.
>[X] "Alright, I will kill you if you betray my trust though.">[X] "Let's all have lunch together, it's about time."Almost everyone in the galaxy has a use, even if that use is fertilizing the soil of a planet with their freshly dead carcass. Killing on a whim is unlike you and beneath you anyway despite the violation of your lips by her plumper, softer, and significantly pinker ones. >>4133016>oh noWe need to kill some people then.
>>4133039Nah. Magnus has solidified himself as a non-asshole sith by this point. In fact he runs in the opposite direction enough that the visions he gets from the force about his deepest desires are primarily him getting raped.
>>4133046I still maintain that was bullshit, fucking bitch, cutting us off from affinity because we didn't want to be a savage worthless beserker....Still salty, but what can you do?glad to see this back btw
>>4133071Um... we turned into a berserker when we turned her down... If we'd accepted we'd have just enjoyed ourselves and accepted we like being dominated.
>>4133077Aye, that we would have. But then, accepting someone above you and enjoying people stepping on you is very counter intuitive to the sith mindset of "might makes right" and "survival of the fittest".
>>4133083Yeah, which Magnus reflected on himself. He's aware of it but disregards it because it's who he is. It's the main reason he'll never be like other sith actually.
>>4133083but whoever said the dark side wants what the sith do?
>>4133087The sith. Kinda the problem here really.>>4133085Eh, you can fake it till you make it in most cases, but as I said before 'what can you do?' Just gonna enjoy the ride and hope we don't break characterisation.
>>4133096The sith don't really care if you're submissive, they care more if you can split them in half with the force, personal disposition is mostly seen as secondary, right?Well, I'm the kinda guy who likes honesty, Magnus being true to himself is something I'd like to see. And yeah, s'long as character integrity is maintained it will be enjoyable.
>>4133127I suppose power is what matters, but when you surrender power to others there are two ways it can be perceived. "Shit, he's so strong that he gives no fucks about letting someone else walk over him for personal enjoyment because his rep will tank the hit"OR"Huh, he likes being walked all over huh? Lets go oblige him"One is a minor hit to the rep and only really matters in high politics. The other is a cry of "I'm a weakling, come bully me" until we kill or maim enough of them.
>>4133134Yeah, I do prefer the former over the latter, although...>until we kill or maim enough of them.sounds like the perfect way to train a sith tbqh
>>4133143Been trained. If we genuinely want to get better, we need bigger fish or more stimulation without being molested.
>>4133160>been trainedwe're in the process of undergoing more training on Korriban as we speak...And it's not like the path of the sith is one that ever ends once you complete any specific training, given they want to acheive ultimate power by going higher and higher. But if we had a reputation for wanting to be walked over, the more people we beat up while resisting, the more we'd end up attracting stronger and stronger people to try to get us under their foot, cause we'd show what useful bait we are. And while I like the being so strong nobody fucks with you even if you enjoy servitude, you still have to get that strong in the first place while having those kinds of feelings.
>[X] "Arezoo, have you noticed any other acolytes with potential?">[X] "Where did you come from? It's a surprise to me that no other acolyte has made an attempt at your life."Yang's opinion has more value than hers, but you're starting to doubt that thanks to the alien being herself. Really, you're going to want to avoid listening to anything he says if this happens again. Another insane woman in your life was the thing you needed the least after all your experiences so far in both your life and on Korriban. Someone more amicable and moldable is just what you need after this disappointment; though, you doubt the pink girl can hand one to you."Arezoo, have you noticed any other acolytes with potential?"The girl takes a bite out of an odd foreign fruit shaped much like a thermal detonator. "One of those adorable kitten people, the poor thing is riddled with fear; a Twi'lek who's pain and anger..." Her emerald eyes sparkle as she gulps down her bite of fruit. "Makes him want to end it all after slaughtering everyone in this place... And a Zabrak, tranquil for her kind, intrigued by the Force's ability to make someone of value."A hum builds in your throat.Mr. Bog Rat told you as much; although, he didn't name the exact species of them on account of being an uneducated hick. You did hear thoughts ascribing to those descriptions of the aliens in the hospital. An odd coincidence to those who don't believe in fate, of which you are of the belief it doesn't truly exist. "Where did you come from? It's a surprise to me that no other acolyte has made an attempt at your life.""I'm from my people's homeworld of Zeltros within the Inner Rim. Drummen Cass?""Dromund Kaas.""Yeah." Arezoo nods and bites another piece out of her thermal detonator fruit. "That. I don't know why anyone's tried to kill me yet." Party barges aren't unique to her cesspool of a planet, but they at least don't normally have minors being in the vicinity of spice, fools' poison, and sex. It wouldn't surprise you to hear if any Republic senators were on that barge: their kind are filthy and degenerate to the core. First things first, her horrible disregard for Yang's and your lack of care for the cutesy act."You can feel our discomfort yet you go through with it anyway..."Arezoo pouts. "There are other people who are enjoying it as they watch us. Most of them get it but you two..." The girl lifts her head out of the crook of your maybe-friend's neck, cheeks still somewhat lined with fruit bits. "Lack the same spark. You more than him, my lord."A groan churns in your throat. "Swallow your food and act your age."The girl swallows her crunched fruit and droops."...Well done on showing respects to your betters."Like the primitive alien images of a self-resurrecting fire bird, Arezoo rises again. You twitch. She is somehow even more fickle and weak willed than other woman normally are at her age. >(2/2)"Why were you on the barge, working as a serving girl?""No, I was invited by my friends. Their tastes are somewhat familiar yet unfamiliar, the tell-tale sign of some genetic tampering of a common green or fruit. The Biotic science division is largely responsible for that side of things. Wars on a galactic scale are hell on logistics and superfoods on the Imperial and Republic side exist to nourish numerous soldiers on the go. If your kind still had a true master Sith Alchemist, that issue would have been resolved centuries before it ever became one. A hum builds in your throat as you munch the edible thermal detonator into bits and juice.Really, the ancient Sith could've conquered the galaxy if they really wanted to, maybe even the universe if they just utilized their gifts properly instead of killing one another. That's still an issue to this day, but your kind have at least learned from Sadow and Kressh's little genocide-ending rivalry. Both had absolute power for their time, and they wasted it killing each other over putting their differences aside to squash the Republic and the Jedi before they could ever become what they are now.Swallowing, you shrug to yourself. The past is already set in stone, the future is up to you now.>[ ] "...If I promise to teach you both how to turn anything into gold or another rich metal, will you try to use it sparingly?">[ ] "Can either of you point out one of the promising acolytes if they're in this mess hall right now?">[ ] "Yang, you've been awfully silent. >[X] "Have you been having dreams, Arezoo?">[X] Continue eating, you're almost done.>[X] Feel the hall for others, you can surely locate these people yourself if they are here. You can't be the only one on this planet haunted by the long dead spirits of the fallen and genocided Sith having dreams of the Dark Side. Force users tend to have prophetic dreams and vision in general; the real trouble is interpreting them or figuring out their purposes. Can't help but doubt that the pink alien would have them on account of being a ditzy little degenerate."Have you been having dreams, Arezoo?""Duh, everyone has dreams."Groaning, you resist the urge to roll your eyes. "Any of them different from the others?""Some of them are weirder and hotter than the others but nothing to worry about."Your eyes meet Yang's equally confused ones before you both shake your heads free of the woman's nonsense. The sandwich of well-bred meat, healthy cheese, and rich greens entrenched by vitamin enriched bread takes your mind off your resident alien's vulgarity. Genetically engineering animals is far easier than greens but often has the unfortunate side-effect of not getting what you want from the modification. Despite what many may think, genes are not blueprints: they are incremental chemical processes that are continuously breaking down or mutating to their advantage and disadvantage. Progenitors having healthy lifestyles, decent nutrients, and developed bodies often leads to better children through epigenetics. Although, it doesn't change the underlying genetics that largely determine one's physical appearance, abilities, and basic health.Swallowing the lump of sandwich in your mouth, you shake your head free of your wandering thoughts courtesy of Drenum's long academic monologues. More important matters need to be attended to right now.Closing your eyes, you focus on the Force you can feel permeating the room. Several presences flair more so than others, likely staff members from their magnitude, but one isolated being distinguishes itself through sheer flickering anger brimming with the dark side. You open your eyes and turn to the beacon of hatred's direction.Hunched over his own table, the Twi'lek who spoke out against beliefs in Tremel's office and bumped into after your dunk in the vat crushes a small berry with his sharp, alien teeth. A sigh escapes your lips. That idiot just seems to keep bumping into you.>[ ] "...If I promise to teach you both how to turn anything into gold or another rich metal, will you try to use it sparingly?">[ ] "Yang, you've been awfully silent. It could delight your newest, worst maybe-friend, but it would be well worth the pain and suffering you'll fester within the young man. He would also make it easier for you to kill him for when the inevitable time comes, if things really do escalate to that point."Yang, you've been awfully silent." You grin. "Is this the first time you've had a woman near you?"Mr. Orphan's blush deepens. "No, no, no, no, no! I just... I mean... I don't...""What?" Arezoo tilts her head back on the boy's shoulder, happy smile on her face.A throaty chuckle seeps out your lips as the bog rat squirms. The poor fool didn't grow up with any women around him like you did. Between Vette's impudent yet obedient slave madness and your mother's own all too reverent madness, you learned to tolerate their kind's whimsical nature up to a point. He's likely never had to deal with them unless he was stealing from prostitutes. "Well, is it?"Yang turns somewhat ethereal, his presence in the force disappearing almost completely from your notice.Arezoo looks up and blinks at her lover boy's see-throughness while you burst into laughter. This turned out way better than you thought it would. The pink alien touches the ghost-like orphan, making him recoil, before petting him on the head. "There, there. No one, except Magnus, thinks less of you, Yang. I used to be nervous around boys, cute boys like you; I understand." She smiles as he materializes again redder than ever. "There we go. Isn't that much better?"On second thought, this went the opposite direction you wanted it to go.Yang nods as you shoot him a look of disbelief. "Y-yes, thank you." "Is that slave over there the angry Twi'lek you both keep mentioning?" You speak up, making sure to stop the horrible conversation from continuing any further. Both glance to where you're looking and nod in confirmation. A hum builds in your throat. It's still odd that the both of them pointed out the exact same people when you asked them about acolytes with potential. The manliest man that dreams of plump strong women entrapping him in bondage and pleasuring him against his will. Truly, one as skittish around the opposite sex as you would be all a man could be. Only the truest men have complaints when a well-endowed powerful grown woman practically offers them her body to claim, ravage, impregnate, and worship: making you one of them. Nay, the one true pathetic little man in the galaxy.>You blink as you look down a your lunch.>There is the oddest feeling of impotent rage as well as frustration within you right now, and you have no idea why.Do I have this right or wrong? Nox is angry because we were capable or at the very least accidentally perceived her thoughts, or intercepted them?
>>4135600try>Maybe Nox is in a better training mood now that she's hours older and has more perspective to add to her post-fertile-child-bearing years perspective. The woman is a woman, an insane one at that: she would be whimsical enough to flip-flop much like a fish.less so at the woman part and mostly at the statement before it
>>4135597hmm. I feel like Magnus has been around enough deviancy for him to ask this question.>>4135600Nah, shes mad we called her infertile, insane, and that since she's a woman, a few hours of aging would change her disposition.
>>4135605for him not to ask this question.*
>>4135581>[X] "Oh, what did you expect? No one is immune to the ravages of time."
>>4135604Oh damn son. Oh she real mad. World Star mad.>>4135605Not sure what we can do to save face. I'm not sure if groveling or begging will do much. I see it as a 50/50 chance where she accepts it smugly or is unamused. Personally I think we should think of really erotic shit about Nox to throw her off. Maybe uh.... Nox in a bakini on a paradise world, or in a pretty dress, or hand holding. Degenerate shit like that.
>>4135597I feel like this is a great opener. Then let's just go with >Gonna train
>>4135612I may not like this choice, and I dont support it, but I am very interested in knowing what could possibly happen if we actually say that.
>>4135613Lmao, there's no face to save around Nox, we're completely transparent.>>4135616At this point Magnus is doomed, so might as well go down cheeky.
>>4135621Might as well go down as a degenerate. Think theres a chance we might live if we ask Nox yo sit on Magnus'a face? Squish his head between her thighs?Maybe if we spew enough erotica sewage before Magnus gets wick of his own words, there might be a chance to out lewd the cougar. We gotta dig deep. We gotta force mind read all the adults in the academy and utilize ther collective degeneracy.
>>4135627nonono, this is the death of stick-up-the-ass-prude Magnus, and the birth of outwardly-kinky Magnus. Gotta give him his proper death throes.
>>4135627Let's not do that, funny as it would be. Cheeky before getting tortured is fine, going full lewd is not. That being said, saying "going to torture me now? You know I'm going to enjoy it way more than you" sounds like a good way to avoid it or have her ramp up the power
>>4135629Gotta out Nox the Nox
>>4135630>inb4 Magnus develops a force related Masochism power>the more he hurts the more powerful (and erect) he becomes.
>>4135630>telling Nox she's old to her face wouldn't do the same thing.
>>4135633That's just using the dark side. Sith do that automatically when their used passions are topped (heh heh) up. Funny though
>>4135634Telling her she is old doesnt have the slight chance she would stop to avoid giving us satisfaction.
>>4135636She's not stopping no matter what we say at this point, so might as well double down on our future.
>>4135642I am thirsty for Nox thighs. Not gonna lie.>>4135604Are we adept enough with Sith Alchemy to make something irresponsible such as like. I dunno, power armor or mini mechas?
>>4135642Fair. I somehow dont think she will flat out refuse to train us after this, if only because she wants us to keep coming back but we probably wont be getting anything out of this session. "Bitches be crazy" so to say. Probably best we use empowerment to bump our durability up, we are gonna need it.
>>4135647>awakening Magnus' true self>nothing
>>4135646Yes, if you can memorize the blueprints and acquire/alchemize enough materials. Keep in mind, while you can modify materials into other elements or materials, you can't outright create something that defies the laws of physics...yet. When you get enough knowledge and skill level to modify genes, you can start creating non-complex material with force properties.
Also, I am impressed with the level of discussion going on. Might leave the decision open for now because it is getting late and I am going to be tired soon, which is what I will do since I already kind of am. Some of you seem unsure what to do so I will let you talk it out between yourselves for now.Thoughts or questions you've got that I could answer?
>>4135652Why do the bitches be crazy?>>4135649Yes anon, awakening the sub within him Is nothing compared to learning to shoot lightning from your hands or learning to block the woman out of our head better.
>>4135647If our session with Nox doesn't kill Magnus, well you know how the saying goes. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. I only hope that will be the case.>>4135651Considering our status, would we be allowed to examine/request a couple of light sabers, blasters, Republic/Imperial trooper armor (I forgot which one we are) and machines? Are droids and robots a thing yet? Instead of memorizing the blueprints, could we ask for copies of robot and vehicle schematics? Shoot maybe we might need to learn about robots and such.>>4135652I hold firm on saying this >>4135597 in addition to being thirsty.
>>4135652How long would it take Magnus to retrofit a starship with sith alchemist upgrades. Y'know, Quantum-crystalline armor, reinforced cannons, increased transmission range, stealth material, the works.>>4135655The force is non-ritual magic. Your mind-set and outlook are just as important, if not more, than learning how to shoot the lightning better.
>>4135656I really dont want to be thirsty for Nox. We refused the darkside on the same grounds so we should do the same here. Not to say unattracted, but certainly not actively going out of our way for the attention. And I think jokers quote "what doesnt kill you just makes you....crazier" is more apt, but point taken.>>4135657Yes but we also need to know how to do it so our mindset can matter
>>4135658fair point. Nox needs to be less crazy if she wants a piece of the Magnus Opus...… what's what I'm gonna call his dick.
>>4135658Thirst is fine. Magnus needs to find someone to serve, and I'd rather it be Nox than the dark side of the force itself, since that would just into him into a mockery of himself.I mean ok, but this would still be considered training though. It's not like this is the last time we'll ever see Magnus again, and we can stay on Korriban up to a year, if we don't want to kill all the acolytes. Besides, Nox even said this was the next step in our training if we wanted to continue, so not sure where "training your mindset for one or two days out of 365 means you're not training." came from.
>>4135660Afungi did say Nox may chill after she rapes us once.
>>4135655Dark side is some crazy shit.>>4135657As long as it takes for him to learn how to alter them with those materials without fucking up their function, how those materials are structures, how to improve transmission devices, what stealth materials are, and touch each part or the entire connected structure to modify in the first place.
>>4135664Like, if Magnus knew what to do, it would only take a minute or so, and that's for a giant spaceship structure. It would leave him drained but you'd have a giant alchemized super weapon in your hands.
>>4135664>pic related when
>>4135664 >>4135665Wait hol'up. Can he manipulate atomic density yet? If he can't then that's what we should work on when Nox isn't getting in our pants in the future.
>>4135661Because it isnt really training your mindset, we have a perfectly adequate grasp of how to think to use our powers. I may just be hasty to constantly be training new skills though I feel that it isnt a bad thing. As for serving Nox, again I am iffy on the concept since....well its box and she is both hillarious and make smy skin crawl. Few stronger masters though.
>>4135668At best, he vaguely alters it into the form of an element he's already seen with the force. If you can get him to advance to the level of genetics, where you are effectively reverse-engineering DNA until it's in a sequence that can function, you'll be on that level. I don't mean minor modification, I mean Darth Plagueis-tier creation of life.
>>4135673who we gotta kill to get a robot teacher?
>>4135656>Considering our status, would we be allowed to examine/request a couple of light sabers, blasters, Republic/Imperial trooper armor (I forgot which one we are) and machines? Are droids and robots a thing yet?Yup. Ask someone for some of the Academy Sentinel guard armor or get some from your household guard back at your family Cathedral in Dromund Kaas for when you're wrapped up on Korriban (if that's even the planet you decide to go to after)
>>4135675No one. Just pick apart a droid yourself or ask one to help you learn its structure.
>>4135673welp RIP invulnerable starship for an indeterminate amout of in-universe years. looks like Magnus' gonna have to train to see atoms and molecules, and learn material compositions.>>4135669Mindset isn't just about knowing how to use the force, it's about how you view the world and how you interact with it. A shift in mindset could break a mental lock on something you once considered taboo but now you don't, or seal something you once considered to be essential to your existence. It's too powerful a facet of existence, especially in this universe to completely hand-wave it away because you want to flash-fry some chicken faster.
>>4135679we should grab some random household guard, but them in the best armor we can make, and bask in their suffering while we make a lawn chain and watch them flounder against our opponents.
>>4135680I know what a mindset is. I simply dont see any benefit to this change in terms of power since we are already powerful to do as we will. And again, this isnt "training a mindset" it is "removing an inhibition." An inhibition that at this point is serving us perfectly well so that we dont just roll over and do as the bug scary bitch tells us too.
>>4135691And excuse my premature posting. The rest of it was what level are we at with said lightning? If it is not he equivalent of "adept" aka competent in said force power then I want that fixed, much the same with others.
>>4135691Some changes in mindset are gradual, some are immediate. You can only remove so many inhibitions before your mindset becomes unstable. And I wouldn't call denial serving us perfectly well, considering you're supposed to do what you please.>>4135693I don't even oppose more training in that area. Just that it's less immediately important, especially for this current situation. And here's our basic force abilities:Basic Force AbsorptionBasic Force DrainingBasic Force LightningWe also have:Basic NimanBasic AssassinationIf you were wondering, and reaching Expert takes searching for teachers specifically for that skill, if you're not pioneering it.
>>4135698Telekinesis seems like an easy straight forward kind of thing to train.
>>4135707Which is why we're an expert at it.
>>4135698Denial has allowed us to refuse what we dont want. And this conversation started when I said that we wouldnt get anything useful out of this session like lightning training, so there is nothing to stop this change of personality from happening or not as the situation unfolds.
>>4135709I personally think we should train this more, followed up by the salvaging/tech knowledge skill and studying robots and various sets of armor. What do you think we should do next?
>>4135711>denial>stopping you from doing things you don't wanthuh?true enough. I still hold training the mind in general is more important than any specific ability, but they should be trained.>>4135712Once we've settled with Nox, we should definitely study many blueprints and structures. I guess since we don't have access to many blueprints that we'd be relegated to simply observing already-existing structures, so I'd agree with the salvaging. Armor sounds good, but we gotta get good enough to make our own designs, bulky armor in star wars is kinda tacky. If we got good enough to make an armored skin-suit though... that I'd be all for. I'm not sure what skill would do it, but training up a microscope-like skill to observe things tinier than can normally be seen would be a good direction to go in. Not sure about telekinesis, but it's simple enough, and if it gets strong enough we could probably move individual atoms with it, so I can see the benefits.

>>4136268anon thanks for answering and i such a politly way
>>4136271Tis a pleasure sir, allow me to expand upon my thoughts, if you care for them. This shit with nox is probably gonna be a one off, primarily because she is a unique person of power, position and knowledge of us. Sleeping our way to power here is the best option, generally. In other situations, sex is not our first or even our liked method from characterisation. Nor do they know our shameful little secrets.
>>4136261From last thread
>>4136298Yeah, it's definitely a unique arrangement here, Magnus dislikes wanton sluts. And that's why I think Magnus will only give in to Nox, now that it's reached this point; he's too strong willed to give in to any random woman we may meet in the future, and his integrity and faithfulness would keep him down to one.
>>4136330>"Faithful" to his rapist....I mean, I can see one way this can be taken good, as in he doesn't plan on having sex again but the other way of looking at this is...well, not good.
>>4136336It's something they both want.Magnus is just being super tsundere.
>>4136342He really doesn't from Nox. Because it is understandably creepyto be able to hear the maddening ticks of someone's biological clock.
>>4136346>all those options from this and last thread about giving Nox permission to hav her way with him.>Magnus isn't in denial about his feelings towards her.He got over her age pretty quickly once she started molesting him, and she learned how slow her aging anyway.
>>4136360I like to see "options" as alternative timelines. Just because they were potentially true, the fact they were not chosen means they are not true. I genuinely do not think he has feelings for Nox. Lusts and impulses like any repressed teenager? Maybe. Genuine feeling? Nope.
>>4136367When I see options, I see them as actions the character would naturally take on their own, and that just because one option was picked over the other, doesn't make the impetus that would push them to choose the other options, go away.>genuinely don't think Magnus has feelings for nox besides lustalright, I can see how one could come to that conclusion, given he's not the most open with those kinds of feelings; but even if he doesn't have any now, it's not like they can't develop, he's got up to a year to get to know her better. Also given just how repressed and in denial Magnus is, once he does tip over, it would probably be like free-fall.
>>4136407>Even if he doesn't have any nowYou need to have feelings first to be in denial about them. And the woman who you just met and who hates your dad and you by proxy is not the first person you immediately get emotions for. In a year, due to propinquity and soem form of stockholm syndrome and natural masochism.....yeah, I can see it. But that is not now.
>>4136417>feelings can't be denied if they don't exist.Oh, I was referring to his sexual fantasies, not his maybe-feelings for Nox. I acknowledge they may not exist beyond lust. He even curates his personal narration to keep himself from thoughts like that.Do keep in mind that women are his only weakness though, and Nox has shown enough interest in him for him to develop some interest in her as well, imo.
>>4136439ahh, we are back on the same page then. I understand good sir.
>>4136449What a civil conversation.very comfy.
>>4136417It could also go completely the other way and as he gets to know her better he realises she's a creepy, evil lunatic who would be best off in Arkham Asylum, only thinks of him as a tool/toy and the only sensible course of action is to stay as far away as possible from - once she has her barbs in, she's not going to let go until she either croaks or gets what she wants out of him. He's got his head screwed too far on the right way to think anything but bad things can come out of that. Of course he could also meet someone else much nicer than that in the meantime, and watch the fireworks happen if Nox sees.
>>4136466Don't mind the namefag, my bad
>>4136466Given that he already sees Nox like that... my feelings about this possibility are summed up very well as:>Heavy Doubt.
>>4136470Reinforcement of existing views and suspicious, that is
>>4136456Quite. >>4136466Possibly but then, people are not always rational creatures.
>>4136487I like to think our guy is smarter than that and capable of thinking with his brain instead of his dick. At least most of the time.
>>4136476He straight up sees her as a lunatic, and she's already compared him to his mom, who's helplessly devoted to her husband, even if she's not the only one he sleeps around with. And Magnus didn't completely disagree with her either.Given that his opinion of her can't really get lower without lying to himself about how strong she is, I think once he learns more about her that he'd see more than just the insanity.Nox isn't even a complete bitch either, she offered to help Magnus get back at people who wronged him.>>4136493I mean, all that can effect Magnus are women. He's literally perfect in every other area. A side effect of how he was raised.
>>4136493He probably is. But again, the brain doesn't give a shit how smart you are, certain things are going to effect you. Being isolated in a sensory deprivation tank for a decade or more is going to fuck you up, no matter how smart you are because that is how the body functions. Anomolies like psychopaths exist of course, but rules and exceptions.
>>4136504The amount of character development she would need to come across as anything but cartoonishly evil is immense. Thoroughly mentally corrupted by space magic, and the conclusion of my own subjective psychoanalysis (though the "subjective" part is redundant since they all are) that she's that all the way through - even if she isn't, she'll still be a nutcase who is very unhealthy to be within a parsec of, much less lying next to.>she offered to help Magnus get back at people who wronged him.Don't remember this at all. "Oh, I shall!"The telekinesis controlled space around you begins to move your body. You try and dig your fingers into the ground using force reinforcement to no avail.By the time you notice your shirt floating up off your body, you realize Nox has specifically let your arms free of her telekinetic abilities for the sole purpose of giving you a vain, soul-crushing attempt to resist. The atmosphere changes as the dark lord drags you from her office into what you can definitely feel is her bedchambers by the ultra-soft carpet alone.Your trousers are ripped from your legs along with your only manly man undergarment before you're tossed on to the first of the softest beds you've ever had the misfortunate fortune of being thrown on to. Nox is fully dressed and giggling one moment and stark naked, purring, the next. For the brief moment you're on your back, you notice how true your earlier words were by the sight of the woman's almost flawless body illuminated by candlelight. The moment you're flipped on to your stomach, you feel two all too familiar soft cheeks of flesh sink into your toned back and a ruthless, soft hand strike you on the backside, drawing out many degrading feelings."Come now, you boys don't often get to live out your adorable little fantasies." Two of her slender fingers snake into your mouth and intertwine themselves with your tongue. "I'll be your mistress, your goddess, after we're done."Your eyes widen to their absolute limit. This was a mistake. You can't go through this again, not with her. Even though you knew this was probably coming, it doesn't make reliving those events but in reality any easier. >>4137294afaik, the revan kreia magnus alignment is the most difficult alignment shift to make in star wars, because it requires a disregard of all dogma in favor of your own. I guess calling it super neutral wouldn't be wrong, but I think it's more like taking whatever you want from any side.Someone correct me if I'm wrong here though, there's literally only 2 examples of this alignment in canon.
>>4137314there is far too much focus on the jedi and the sith to really get a good grip on what the force actually is or if either are actually rightby their own beliefs, both sects should recognize their abilitiy to be wrong but refuse that the thing they've admitted to be beyond anything in the universe cannot be categorized as light or dark so brazenlyDisney, in their limitless wisdom, decided to make a book series set in the TOR era only it's the High Republic and about the Jedi and somehow Sith gods. For fuck's sake, where are the Nightsisters, obscure Jedi sects, and random fuckwad who thinks he's using magic?
>>4137322Yeah I don't think any of us know what disney is doing at this point. Seems like they built the Titanic, then put the iceberg in the way, while also firebombing it.But this specific alignment is the only one with no drawbacks for using both light and dark force powers right? Greys get a penalty because they suck at actually giving up on their original teachings right?
>>4137333There is no real drawback. Greys just don't know what the fuck to do with themselves unless they're not aligned with anything, making them aligned to themselves. It's like how Magnus was a brooding confused asshole after what happened to his dream asshole: man didn't know what he believed in anymore.
>>4137335Ah, gotcha. So it's the natural evolution of greys that many don't reach because they don't meet the right opportunities?
>>4137342Yes, or they fall back into their old beliefs because they can't move on with their lives. It happens with almost every gray Jedi: Bindo is still one despite being a grouchy old man, wolfguy voss man dies like a bitch to some blaster because jedi way despite suffering greatly for it in his final years of life, Kanan meets Ezra and becomes a Jedi again because he teaches him their ways instead of just teaching him how to survive, bug-eyed black lady meets onions boy Cal, Katarn toes the line but always knows where he stands, and Revan was Revaned in SWTOR, which did not happen in this quest canon. It's so goddamn boring and played out. For fuck's sake, at least have one fallen jedi go their own way instead of becoming an edgy Sith or finding themselves back in the ideology that made them leave in the first place.
>>4137352>>4137342I'd add Ahsoka to the list but she more or less says it herself that she's not a Jedi anymore and will never be again.
>>4137219> "...I'll be loyal to you." >Round 2?>Does this mean we can begin traing again?"
>>4137355Just read the pastebin>at the same timeCute. I'm down for whatever happens, so long as we get to keep our training going. On the plus side, Magnus is slightly more likely to be the only survivor -more than he already was- since Nox has a keep interest in him, or not.
>>4137525>>4137291If we must do a round two, I think we can skip over it for this time. And I wonder why Nox is being so 'saccharine'. Manipulative? Probably. Just following whats in her head at any given moment? again probably but if you would bear a thought she is probably not seeing 'magnus' here and instead seeing Caeles in his place.
you all know, that if we become loyal to her, we would need to betray our father and we will become her bitch boy until she gets our father?
>[ ] "...This is way too saccharine for you.">[ ] "Does this mean we can begin training again?"
>>4137873The "loyal" part is not clear on what she means, so really we can use that to our advantage. That and lying, though magnus is an honourable soul
>>4137873>>4137882I mean it's not like we really like our dad anyway. We just follow his orders in the hopes we'll be seen as a good son, or something, so I don't really see a downside there. And it also gives a tangible goal for the quest instead of just wandering around.
>>4137887I wouldn't say that daddy dearest is put below nox, he is family after all and to break bonds with him involves severing ourselves from the rest of said family. That being said, asking what exactly she means by "loyalty" sounds like a good idea if we genuinely want to follow through with our word rather than half hearted promises. Come to think of it, my vote should really say "when it suits me">From this >>4137226 to "Too saccharine for you" and "When it suits my goals" and "Can we begin training again"
>>4137893>I wouldn't say that daddy dearest is put below noxI would, the man is our father but he tries to actually kill us every time we meet. In that respect Nox doesn't go that far, just enough to enjoy it. I guess asking what she's asking for would be good, but it seems pretty self explanatory to me. Also asking for an extrapolation would dampen the moment a bit.Ah, and I kinda dislike that choice, cause Magnus is a bit of a compass with no direction, so it's like saying "if I feel like it." Doesn't really fit with his honor imo.
>>4137898I'm not really sure how to go forward with this situation if I am being honest. It's messy and dealing with frankly the definition of "Chaos element wild card". And attempting to kill us every once in a while is how we were raised, it wouldn't really begrudge him.
>>4137905Hmmmm... I don't really see Nox as that wild a card, given that she has an explicit goal. And since she wants to focus solely on our father, she doesn't care about anyone else in our family, so we could spare all of them if we felt like it. Actually, she felt like she'd be doing them a favor since she knows caeles has been pretty callous to everyone in his life.Sure, it's just the Emperor's Wrath's way of raising his kids, but it's not a rearing method that would instill the most loyalty to your cause. It's not like Magnus has overwhelming love for his father, iirc he was neutral about him, because he didn't really care about almost dying alot since it helped him get stronger. My proposal for moving forward would be to assure our loyalty, to give us an actual direction to head in, then to get back to training, this time with the ultimate goal of subduing our father in mind. Magnus doesn't even need to resent his dad here, he just would care more about Nox than him.
>>4137917Nox is a crazy bitch, like picking a snake up by it's tail you have no idea if it is gonna bite you or just try and wriggle around or like playing "defuse the bomb" with all the colours mixed around. While a goal would be nice, Subduing father seems a touch out of nowhere. I remember the mentioning of "free fall" once Magnus gets over his issues of shit but this is rather silly. Our current stated goal is to pass the test set for us by Father. We don't know what test this is or seen any overt signs of it yet, so we feel directionless. I counter your proposal with my own, which is to say "When it suits my goals" with some other things as anons like, then get back to training. With increased presence it leaves the door open for apprenticeship and thus actual loyalty in a situation that warrants it rather than a post fuck haze. Ultimate goal, still unclear but much less trouble waiting to drop onto our head.
>>4137923Well, according to her character sheet she's not that bad:Insane - Knowledge and understanding of what it is to have a lack of understanding in reality. If I read that right, she knows exactly what she's doing at all times, so as long as we don't cross her too badly we'll be fine.Well, actually, we avoided the kind of free fall I was referring to, this is far more tame.Yeah that's our stated goal, but what after we complete it? We just gonna wander around? Get another mission from Dad?For. What. Purpose. It's not like we hold fast to sith beliefs anymore, and we never had that strong a resonance with them in the first place.>Developing an actual relationship so Magnus would have reason to become loyal.Huh, ok. I'd swap my vote to yours but if I did there would only be 2 voting for that. And given that round 2 and saccharine have 3 votes, we wouldn't even get to say it.As it is, I'll be loyal has 2 but if I left it'd be one, so I was attempting to persuade you.
>>4137923Also, it's like what you said earlier, even though Magnus is honorable he can lie.We could just stop being loyal if she acts too ridiculous for us to want to follow her anymore. It's not like Magnus is a complete retard.
>>4137931Saccharine is really more an observation upon her present temperments, and it isn't an inaccurate one. Round two would be tied with "When it suits my goals" yet it isn't mutually exclusive I believe. So far as I can tell, only "So long as it fits my goals" and "I'll be loyal" are mutually exclusive, the rest just alter or dampen the mood. I may be completely wrong, yet I don't think I am. As for the purpose post Korriband, I presume we would most likely get another mission from dad, maybe. Last thread it is said that if any acolyte can murder us then they will be accepted as the wraths apprentice so this looks like it implies that magnus is his fathers apprentice.Being a quest though and from author comments, we will have a choice of where we wish to go next, possibly father throwing us into the world to see how we grow.
>>4137943Yeah the purpose of this little exercise on Korriban is to select who will be the wrath's apprentice, with the expectation of us being so much stronger than the others that if they kill us they automatically win, and if we do the opposite, once it's complete, we'd officially become his apprentice. I... personally don't really care all that much about becoming his official apprentice, as becoming the next enforcer of the Emperor just seems kinda boring honestly. And since you alerted me to being dumb and counting votes that don't exist:>>4137219Swapping >>4137230 to >>4137893Here's to hopin' Nox can make Magnus develop some loyalty to her.
>>4137956This is the hope. Yay, Diplomancing! Why was I not an inquisitor in a past life?As for "official apprentice" meh. More shit to do, probably politics to deal with.
>>4137961It would literally just be us going around killing a bunch of people to keep the emperor in power.Sounds like a snoozefest to me>Why was I not an inquisitor in a past life? You weren't?
>>4137962Or was I? Sounds like something to inquire about. And nah, the wrath is as much a political power as an executioner. You know warhammer fantasy, where they send the emperors bodyguard to different castles to ensure their loyalty? A reminder of the emperors power? hell, even darth vader was sent to oversee projects.
>>4137972>stand around and be menacing>kill people once in a while so you look scary>when you actually have to use your power the enemy dies close to instantly every time>supporting an empire you don't really care abouteeeehhhhhhhh.........
>>4137974I feel that mis-represents the role somewhat. But eh, it is unlikely to come about.
>>4137978It's not like just because the role is boring that it's not important or crucial. We have way too many jobs like that irl as examples. And why do you think it's unlikely to happen?
>>4137985Because if we ever reach that point, defeating the wrath is gonna be the end point of the quest I feel like. It would make for a satisfying ending so I think. That and with how quickly we learn skills, I feel like hunting down ancient knowledge is much more our speed.Ideally ancient knowledge held in the hands of people who are still breathing.

Another thing to bring up while we wait for an update. With regards to lightsaber training, we need to learn some Makashi ASAP because presently we don't have any ranks in it. We do have expert Juyo, so any combat we get into is usually covered pretty fine but squaring up against any trainer or lord of the sith is gonna result in a pretty hefty ass-kicking against us. Depending on rules interpretation, someone with expert makashi just flat up negates any bonus to hit from our juyo while ranks below are ignored OR every level of Makashi our enemy has reduces our bonus by 1 while theirs increases by the same number. It's pretty powerful
>>4138495Aren't we in the perfect position to learn the seventh style? Or at least develop something like it? It took down palpatine who was the canonicaly strongest Sith ever.
>>4138527That is Vaapad, variation of form 7 developed by windu. Some wonky lore said that it was developed in the old republic then forgotten then 'miraculously' relearned properly. Juyo is form 7 classic style and what we are an expert in. Father dearest is grandmaster level in it. And besides, Vaapad worked on channeling the darkside into fueling it's movements both the practitioner and [this is what fucked sheev] that of the practitioners opponent. So Sheev being the most powerful sith meant that the form was possibly at it's most potent in all of Windu's time of practicing it.But that is neither here nor there.
>>4138536huh.now this is just spitballing, but could we develop a makashi-juyo combo abomination style? Or do you just switch styles mid-combat.also how do you think we should train our sith alchemy? I wanted to get strong enough with the force to see the atoms move while we use it.
>>4138623Master bladesmen usually use whatever moves they like when shit throws down, so much so they have their own personal styles. Can we make hybrid styles? Ask the QM.Can we swap forms mid combat? Probably, but ask the QM. Training alchemy, probably best to try and get a better master for a while or hunt down the texts of old masters. As a minor point of lore, sith crystals in old lore used to be made in one of two ways. The first was using a sith forge to pull a crystal into shape from a liquid state and thusly make them physically perfect [making sith forges intensely desired and the plans very hard to aquire, a status symbol and potent tool of alchemy] while the second is meditating for weeks and using the force to push and pull and arrange all the atoms of the crystals into their shapes properly to form powerful emotional resonant crystals. Darth maul supposedly did it 4 times to make his double bladed saber.

You are being a bit hasty here trying to jump from one thing on to another after riding that thing for some quite some time. Not like you're going to miss out on training in something. Maybe you'll enjoy it much like how you enjoyed her. With a sigh, you move your head closer to Nox's and nuzzle her back.A purr builds in the woman's throat as she wraps her arms around you in a gentle embrace. The two of you lay in this position for about half-an-hour before either of you are comfortable separating and standing. You put on the last of your stripped clothing in the dark lord's office as she returns to her seat behind her desk. "You've trained as a Sith Assassin, haven't you?" Pulling at your garments, they arrange themselves in their proper positions. "I'd like to learn more Force Concealment, maybe even assassination if we have time."Ms. Cuddly fades from existence.Blinking, an instinctual feeling of dread builds within your chest. "...Are you just showing off or is this part of the training?"A cold, hard tip of something slender sends shivers down the back of your neck where it pokes. "I'm guessing this is the part where I fall down and play dead?"The feeling and Nox's faint presence disappears before you feel a fist introduce itself to your right kidney. You snarl as you hold your side. "I'm not sure I understand how this is supposed to help me."An ever familiar feeling of an elbow smashing against your spine sends jolts of pain through your body.Sighing, you brace yourself for another blow.Three hours pass until you can somewhat defend against her sneak attacks. In the meantime, you began cloaking yourself in a vain attempt at hiding yourself away from the master assassin. It doesn't seem to be a complete waste as you suffer less blows the better you fade into the world, nay, existence around you.>Force Ability Improved: Advanced Force Concealment>Skill Improved: Advanced AssassinationGroaning, you collapse on to your mistress' office floor.Nox coos as she materializes back into existence, kneeling at your side. "Did I tire you out? Do you need to go back on the bed?"Raising your upper body, you shake your head. >>4139498Not trying to be pushy or anything. I just thought etiquette wise it wouldnt be a safe thing to say in front of someone so powerful.Anyway I have an idea. Learning how to heal things through the Force would be a valuable skill. If we get the basics down then we can grab a PDA full medical info and of the local fauna. We could practice our medical know how by xhoping things up and seeing how long we can keep them alive before they die.
>>4139522Well I only voted for it because it was an option that would reference sith alchemy without outright asking about it, but I realized it didn't matter and that outright asking was probably better anyway. And force healing is a light side skill right? You might be able to shield them now, though: things are far more orderly in your mind and the way it synergizes with the Force. Still not that much of a concern around her really. "I suppose Tulak Hord wouldn't have taught you any Sith Alchemy, Khem, would he?""There was no need of it, so no. My master may have been gifted in the dark arts, but he found them distasteful. He preferred fighting his enemies on equal ground: no alchemized Sith blades and no force powers."You blink. "...Are we talking against Jedi here?""Yes." The Dashade nods. "He used a lightsaber with no special modifications or channeling crystals. Non-combatants were either pushed away via the Force or simply ignored even when they tried harming my Dark Lord.""That sounds a lot like... something my father would do, more out of boredom than honor but still.""The Je'narianjat's skill reminds me much of my master's; although, my lord had achieved a level of mastery in every form unprecedented by any other Sith in existence. >(2/2)The only lover of yours crosses her arms and huffs in seething, impotent and jealous rage. Clearing your throat, you turn your attention back at the obediant slave. "As you wish, my master's concubine."You twitch, shake your head, walk up to the behemoth of an alien, press a hand on his insanely firm chest, and close your eyes.Learning to look at atomic structures, sequences of DNA, and other things that could only be seen through a microscope using the force was one of the first things Drenum taught you. It was necessary for learning how to rearrange and reform the atomic structure of an object into a different form you had already seen before. Quite the nifty, albeit useless outside of Sith Alchemy, trick. Finding out how DNA worked through lecture and deciphering the processes of it by experiencing it take place using the force left you disoriented for almost an entire hour though. Unlike human but much like Sith DNA, the Force is more prevalent in what you think are his body-defining genes. There is some obvious tampering in the form of some functioning far too perfectly to be anything but modification but nothing one can't find in almost every sentient bipedal species, at least according to Drenum. You open your eyes and step back from the behemoth. >>4139696You can fall back to some other styles. You can make the decision to attack in a different style and defend if you find one's disadvantages too inconvenient. Some styles can't seamlessly switch to one another. Ataru and Juyo can't switch to Soresu or Makashi and vice versa. All forms can fall back to Shii-cho, Niman, or Shien. Schii cho because it's the foundation for the styles, Niman because it's all about moderation, and Shien because it is the compromise/melding between the ruthlessly attacking and efficiently defending/attacking styles

There can only be one Jen'ari, whatever form the title takes. You focus back on your more pleasant company. "Just what can you do with the Force? Did you pick anything up from the temple?""I can feel some people from afar." Naziha gulps down some kidney. "...And I can hear the rakghoul dog's thoughts: can't really understand them though. I barely know a handful of words in Sith and whatever that thing is thinking in sounds like it but ancient."Blinking, a hum murmurs in your throat. "I was wondering why you didn't bring up my pet-talking. Keep up the thought listening around people who are less tight-minded: you'll learn to understand their meaning through inflection than knowledge of the actual meaning." "I'll keep that in mind."You focus back on the 'rakghoul' dog. Getting tired a bit earlier than usual but still.Thoughts or questions while I'm still awake? We going at a good pace?
>>4145655Feels like a nice pace to me, what are your thoughts on your pacing?Oh, and what are the differences between Light Side healing and Dark Side healing.
>>4145656Eh, I'm normally slow as a turtle but I don't feel the passage as much.Light side healing gives you an after feeling of oneness with things, i.e the Force. Dark Side healing makes you feel more disjointed with everything else but the Dark Side for some time.
>>4145655You mentioned another star wars quest with their spats, what's up with that?>>4145656Lore wise, lightside is a proper heal while the darkside is a patch job that can keep you alive indefinitely but as soon as you drop the power you feel the full fury of your injuries.Mechanics? I dunno
>>4145662Interregnum, the quest that more or less made me make this one. We were some Jedi Shadow nobody who had the skill of a high-level padawan but still a bitch compared to anyone who really mattered. QM made a lot of railroading decisions, which would be forgiven if he more or less hadn't outed them as railroading. The complete lack of options or meaningful ones at that kind of killed whatever interest or defenses I had of that quest.I'll admit that most of my options are flavor, but they do open up paths that can completely change the direction of the quest. Like, my main quest went extremely well as it did just because one of my voters decided to ask the seemingly most unreliable member of their for advice on how to deal with the arc villain. They got the best ending possible for that chapter.
>>4145664So railroading QM, here I thought it would be some shit like waifu wars. That's the most common sort of conflict on this damned website.
>>4145664eeeh, it didn't seem too railroady to me. Where do you feel he railroaded? I thought it was pretty decent, the sporadic updates were painful though.
>>4145668...Well, you see, the QM also made the mistake of giving them an option of fucking their Jedi Academy rival. and also some rando mandoFucking Nox has consequences, you'll see eventually.
>>4145672There it is.We knew dicking crazy was a bad idea but you know what they say."Anon is an idiot, that's the way we play. Anon is an idiot, fun is here to stay!"
>>4145671The hand, as though the choice as to which mattered; leaving and telling our master daddy, and choosing to go after pretty in carbonite first only for her to be pretty in carbonite.I know it doesn't seem like it but his explanation as for why was drenching with "covering-my-ass" excuse.>>4145674Oh come on, you knew what you were quite literally getting into. On the bright side, it saves you from the consequences of having not fucked her and been fucked by her fingers.you made the best decision, not the perfect one
>>4145676I suppose master daddy was more the choice not mattering than railroading, of which he said would've mattered.Anyway, that's more or less said and done by now. Wherever that quest goes, it will go.
>>4145672I anticipate eagerly.>>4145674Seems rife for development. I'm excite.>>4145676hmmm... I dunno, I felt like it might have come out of nowhere but it seemed reasonable enough, and with the later reveal that it was the mother's representative it gave it's power some definition... as for carbonite grill, tbf what happened to her happened immediately with the purge, so there was no preventing that fate, just salvaging it. It's like in rpgs where the mc's village gets burned down, or his parents get killed, there's no reason to act until then. but yeah the quest over for now so...I'm probably going to end up asking how the other option would've effected the outcome when we get to the point where the consequence becomes obvious.
>>4145676That's what I said. We knew dicking crazy was a bad idea, we did it anyway because there are no breaks upon this train. Besides, dad probably won't mind and mum tortures us already. Everyone else doesn't really matter, apart from the 11 other council members who can figure out we are the son of the wrath and concubine of another council member while still being weak enough to overpower or manipulate, making us potentially a target.
>[X] "Who was the Nagasadowun?">[X] "We have been out here long enough. Unless you fancy a challenge against me, lets go back to the academy." It's obvious that there's a lot of degradation of the old Sith language thought by Pierce. You can understand most of it, but that's only thanks to the Force. Nagasadowun can't be Naga Sadow though. Likely, it was a servant of his, possibly of alchemy: there were quite a lot of those back in the Sith Golden Age. Just as easily, it could've been some random alchemical beast they thought was Naga Sadow's. You'll probably never know for sure."Who was the Nagasadowun?"Nagasadowun spawn of Naga Sadow, mightiest abomination of t'akatan eaters. Greatest Father felled Nagasadowun, fed to Mighty Queen's weak mother. Greatest Father rode Mighty Queen's weak mother: spawning the One Brood, Pale Huntress, miraculous sole child of Greatest Father. You hum.Other alchemical beasts are "t'akatan eaters" it seems. Nagasadowun was probably thought to be his or was his before it was killed. How feeding such a beast to a bitch and breeding her would produce a powerful child is beyond you though. The Force, however, would likely have a hand in it.Focusing back on your curious cat, a sigh escapes your lips. "We have been out here long enough. Unless you fancy a challenge against me, lets go back to the academy." "What are you going to do with those?" Naziha points to the tuk'ata corpses of Pierce's fallen pack. "I'm sure some of the cooks we have back in the mess hall would love to learn how to cook one of these scaly beasties."The big kitty turns to your brutish dog. "...And?" "He's my new pet." You stroke the side of Pierce's snout, making him stiffen. "...Can you train me again? I know it's all I ever ask of you, but I'm going to need it if you and I are going to be together."The Dark Council member shrugs. "Why not? I have more than enough time." >>4147128Man, At least we got the alchemy. Lets see......Force healing, Mind manipulation , Force absorbtion. I think that takes our manipulation to master level, which is a good place for it to be.And yes, I did take absorbtion just to make "sucking dry" jokes.
>>4147134I forgot to mention anything past Advanced has to roll, which is why I made you roll for when Nox took your mind out for a ride. You rolled two crits which got you +4 Experience Points/5 and one success which elevated that to 5/5, advancing you to Expert Level Mind Manipulation.
>>4147134what about beginning makashi training?>>4147138In that case, if we select it twice we roll twice the amount right.
>>4147138Huh.....So 2 mind manipulations means we get two rolls to make it master level? Or is it to raise it to master level then grand master?
>>4147141Fair enough, Let's drop Healing then to get some makashi going. Nox is an expert while we have 0 ranks in it. Droping healing from here>>4147134 replace with Makashi lightsaber training
>>4147141You roll twice. Every success gets you +1 XP. Critical Successes get you +2.That was also from training with a Grandmaster, granting you the full amount of XP one can earn from training. I really don't want you to learn in one week what takes people normally their whole lives or several years.
>>4147143+1huh, i figured you'd drop force absorption, but i guess it's more flexible than healing right?>>4147144So if we were pioneering we'd earn like .5 xp points per training or something?
>>4147145Depends on the magnitude of your training. If it's some weak shit .1 or .2. Good shit .5Successfully doing something insane will get you +1. Successful doing something absolutely LEGENDARY will get you +5
>>4147146Would legendary be stuff like splitting stars or erasing planets? Or just something someone's never done before that seems useful enough.
>>4147150Pulling down a star-ship cruiser, killing a Dark Council member in single combat, grievously wounding your father, owning a Jedi Council member, beating a Legend at their own game in general, killing countless force-using enemies single-handedly, and numerous other crazy shit.Like, if you could Tulak Hord an entire army of Jedi, that would significantly improve any or all of your Lightsaber form skills.Critting, of course, gets you +10
And to fully explain this weird XP mechanic I have never done:Basic: TimeAdvanced: TimeExpert: 0/5 XPMaster: 0/10 XPGrandmaster: 0/15 XP
>>4147145Yeah mostly. Healing is a nice thing to have don't get me wrong, but with absorbtion we can just no-sell any force powers below our level and partially negate some above us. And when you remove force powers from the list of shit that can hurt you, sith become a largely physical threat.>>4147152>Tulak hording a jedi armyHmm.....

>>4147156With grand master mind manipulation, Maybe. Will we be able to then escape retribution for such an act? Probably not. I say, from my limited understanding of all the skills and powers, that the 4 "supreme" combat powers/skills are Absorbtion, physical empowerment, juyo. makashi and channel force. With all of these at max level, we could probably wipe the fuck out of a council member/anybody or at least stand the best chance of doing so. Juyo is an instant kill on a number 20 or higher, empowerment can give us up to a +12 modifier with force channeling, you can see where I am going with this. >>4147250I know the constant backstabbing was what killed the sith empire and let the jedi rebuild, but you still need a general amount of competence to be able to defeat those who did the backstabbiing. Is the light side just more serene? Is it better at forging connections with people? Is it better for centering yourself? There must be something that could give Magnus a new perspective to consider or incorporate.Personally I'm curious about force bonds since they're pretty flexible.>>4147261Good enough Idea, till we get cauterized by the lightsaber guru immediately after asking for his lessons.
>>4147261It wasn't that he switched styles, it was that he was so proficient in lightsaber dueling it didn't matter what form or position he was in.He was basically pic related on steroids for all my fellow Kengan readers voting in this thread or lurking.
>>4147214Good point. Dude was a shitter. She needs better apprentice material.>Most likely politics or torturing acolytes, like a kid with ants and a magnifying glassSo pretty much what we're doing right now. Perhaps we should send her a mental ping where ever we put stuff against Yang and the other acolytes.>>4147218>"Right after I improve my Force Absorption."Something something innuendo. I feel like there was potential there for an inuendo.>>4147224This, but if Nox really wants a go uh. I guess throw around the idea of Potential Release for extra kinky sex or if that's literally the only way he can do it?>>4147269Can we combine various skills we have proficiency in on certain tasks? Say for example we have a basic first-aid skill and expert with alchemy. If we have bare minimum medical equipment and supliment what we dont have with Sith Alchemy creativity, would we roll to heal a would using the higher of the two modifiers (3/4), or add them both for the test (4/5)? I forgot if expert is a +3 or a +4.
>>4147267The lightside is that of serenity. I am going off old lore, because fuck disney lore, The lightside is the force. It is being at one with the universe and knowing that everything is as one. Peace and calm, a clear mind. The dark is inbalance, our of sync, wrath and pain and agony and sadism and chaos. To scream and rend the galaxy while the power you abuse eats you up from inside out like a fire, needing more and more fuel to keep going until you go out with a bang or wither to nothing. The sides are not actually stronger than one another, inherently. It's just that one takes a lot more work to maintain [the light] and a person's cool can be pretty easily disrupted with fear and pain and anger which just so happens to be what sith and combat specialize in bringing about. So in answer to your question, The sith rewards selfish and self serving betrayers while the light doesn't. Magically, the jedi with their uniform and trusted ranks of knights overpower the sith who often can have 1000 men on the same field yet they all stand alone.
>>4147269Just wondering, because if he can't do it, then there is no way we can. >>4147278If she really want's to go, I hope she at least heals the relevant parts to not make this actual torture.
>>4147278Expert is a +3.They add.>>4147283old lore was extremely inconsistent about that
>>4147291Absolutely inconsistant. Yoda was a guru and then he was the leader of a monastic order of warrior-philosophers. Shit is weird man.
>>4147288It's not like she was targeting his groin the entire sparring match... right? Magnus is just immobilized right now from exhaustion.>>4147283Hmmm, well if we serve neither side, then we can just act selfish sometimes, and not backstab people. And I'm sure Magnus could use a clear mind every now and then. Not like his existence is being held together by rage or something like that.
>>4147304Lightning hits everywhere mate. And we are "honorably ruthless" ala Vader. We serve the sith because that's how we have been brought up but we don't go stabbing people because that's just bad for buissness.
>>4147336I thought vader acted that way out of apathy, not honor. The only thing he had left at that point was his dream of making the galaxy work properly.
>>4147341Vader was a fantastic battle leader and a potent general. The people he executed were executed for dis-obeying his orders and later for grievous failure [which outside of the films he never really did all that often]. That's also how our father acts, as a leader first and foremost with executions generally reserved for those who deserve it. Suprise that we took after him.
>>4147341>>4147347Because I sidestepped the point, Vader didn't do it because of honour but how he was seen due to his actions was "honourable"
>>4147347>>4147352Then that would bring up the question of whether or not Magnus sees himself the way the stat sheet says he is. We also took up helping others even if there's no benefit to ourself from our mom right?
>>4147357Eeeh....I mean, we are training other people to be better at killing us so that killing them isn't a cakewalk. That really sound like "no benefit" to you?
>>4147525Well maybe I should rephrase it as "no reasonable benefit"? Since even if we trained all of them I'm not sure how much they would internalize in 1 year, not to mention how many would die, or the people we deem disappointments (I laugh every time I read that twi'lek's rant) that at the end they might be somewhat stronger; but we'd be way stronger than them even comparing to when we got here. I feel like most reasonable Sith would've given up on finding a promising acolyte and just fucked off into the desert to go be a badass for a few months.
>>4147542You're wrong in that most reasonable sith would fuck off. Most would use their power to impose dominance on their weaker peers and just skate through school being waited on hand and foot by their inferiors. Those with a work ethic would ignore the acolytes and go after the teachers to teach them further. As for no reasonable benefit, you are correct. there is none unless we train them personally, because that is learning how to teach people shit, a valuble skill later in life.
>>4147553Kinda slipped my mind for a bit that sith had a social culture build around dominance, but wouldn't heading out into the wilds and coming back in one piece be dominant enough to secure your position? So long as anybody actually paid attention to your Exit and Entrance.>tfw the test is to see how many acolytes you pick that are actually moldable instead of trash.
>>4147557Not really. Korriband is a dead world with inhospitable climates and a few surviving uber predators. Surviving out there isn't really a "worthy challenge" it's just difficult.
>>4147593aw, lame.yeah if that's the case I would understand just getting all your inferiors to worship you while getting stronger yourself.
>>4148553How's your day going?Getting panicked by corona-chan yet?
>>4148557been sleeping mostlyi'm up for most of the night and morning
>[X] "Why does this excite you so much? I am in agony.">[X] "...Can we just cuddle?">(1/2)While you can be quite the sadist yourself sometimes, like you were with your acolytes, it's not like you to so brazenly enjoy torturing someone until they can no longer stand. It's really quite unseemly of the woman, but she is your mistress, and you will have to endure it now. Hopefully, she learns to express her affection through more loving than abusive actions."Why does this excite you so much?" You whine. "I am in agony.""Oh, Magnus, that is exactly why it's so exciting! There is almost nothing more pleasing than the sight of someone's face contorted in agony or ecstasy, they're really both two sides to the same coin. I can't wait until you start enjoying it: you'll become a much happier person as the masochist you are.""...Can we just cuddle?""Of course." Nox coos. "You are far too tired to rut like a buck again anyway."A pleased hum whimpers in your throat as your lover picks you up and carries you to her chambers. While you are stripped of your clothes, nothing more happens than a little groping before you are cuddled to sleep.......You open you eyes to what is Nox's candle-light flickering chamber ceiling but obviously not.
>(2/2)A familiar yet unfamiliar dark presence nuzzles against you from your left.Turning, you see Dark Side energy in the form of a woman embracing your side. "...Are you?""Yes and no, it doesn't matter." It kisses your cheek. "You are like her now."That doesn't explain much, but you've come to expect as such from everyone in your life.A completely foreign, tranquil presence taps your side.Blinking, you turn to see a boyish blue yet still feminine figure of tranquil Force Energy to your right on the bed but not embracing your form."Don't be the prude as You always are, embrace him.""You know I don't take what I want like You! N-Not that I want him or anything or anyone! I have to be embraced. People have to seek me out for themselves. I can't make them do whatever they don't want to.""Neither can I yet many will still blame me." The entity sighs. "It's all so tiresome.""That's hardly unique to You either.""Oh please, that only happened in a meaningful way one time and she blamed both of us. Nevermind, we're getting off topic." The Dark Side figure runs a hand down your chest. "She's being a prude as always,, which means you'll have to take what you want by force. Don't worry, She may complain but She actually loves being taken and violated. It's why so many of Her worshipers become mine. Go on ahead."You blink. There is no idea you have in your mind that can explain any of what the fuck is going on right now.>[ ] "...What the fuck is going on right now?">[ ] "Rev made more sense than either of you.">[ ] "I'm not that kind of guy.">[ ] Nox, are you doing this?>[ ] Pull both closer to you, their differences are meaningless.>[ ] Violate the figure of purity, she'll love it. >>4148756>>4148772This, with a measure of "what the fuck"
>>4148795Yeah, going from getting finger fucked to this should be somewhat jarring.
>>4148772>>4148795>>4148796just as confused as magnus, eh?
>>4148803I think it wold be somewhat in character, but maybe more a comment in his mind about how his dreams just become more and more odd the longer he's on this planet.I don't think I'm confused, it seems to me to be the dark side trying to tempt him back over fully, and the light side bashfully waiting for acceptance, or something along those lines.
Anyone else feel like sharing their thoughts on what this dream means? It might seem obvious to me but I miss stuff all the time so I'm curious about what others think.
>[X] "I'm not that kind of guy.">[X] Pull both closer to you, their differences are meaningless.>[X] "...Seriously, what the fuck is happening?"Power is power in whatever form it takes, its origin is inconsequential unless there are conditions caused by the gaining. The Dark Side only corrupts when one lets it rule them rather than aid them. Obeying 'the will of the Force' will make one a slave to what they think an omnipresent non-sentient power wills, which is to say absolutely nothing but their own flawed intuition. Even though you don't understand what the hell is going on, you'll take all you can get."I'm not that kind of guy." You grab the Dark Side entity and the Light Side entity by their rumps, drawing cries of surprise and glee from them."But you have become your own man." She purrs."I know you will use me however you see fit, but please, at least use me responsibly: I don't want to become like Her." She pleads, kissing your cheek facing Her."Please, You are already me and mine."A sigh escapes your lips. "...Seriously, what the fuck is happening?""We are yours." She nuzzles against your face with her vague one. "Use us however you like... in a responsible manner.""Dominate us with your will." She cuddles up to your side, placing a hand on your stomach."Own us and become one with us.""Violate us and corrupt us.""Purify us and define us.They kiss one another, red and blue tongues lapping at one another in rapturous shame and pleasure for your sake. "Please, give us your eternal use we serve no other purpose than to be used at your leisure." Breaking away, they kiss you from their opposite sides.Unlimited power surges through you and breaks apart reality as both seep into your body and become one with cries of ecstasy.......You open your eyes to Nox's real candle-light illuminated ceiling and take a deep breathe to sigh with. The mistress you're sleeping with is still unconscious while you have something she would have been delighted to have last night.>[ ] Pierce, please don't tell me you got killed by any of the sentinels here.
