Of course! It's perfect! First you just need a dyson sphere. a star and an antimatter bomb! You lure the aliens into the star, but you would have secretly placed the bomb there, disguised as food! When the aliens realize what has happened, the sphere has already encompassed the star, trapping the aliens inside! When the bomb goes off, whatever happens will be contained inside the sphere, and since a star is in there, it'll probably get destroyed and turn into a black hole, thus sucking up everything giving you no hassle!
