Everyone ditched their stations and goes to the Travis building where they complain the abusive nature of the working conditions on the mine. With this, you forward the video to his stakeholders and investors telling them that his company was inefficient, unorganized and on it's way to bankruptcy. 90% of his backers agreed and you introduce them to your mining company. You brought up the dispute of the land that the Travis company claimed even though it could probably a fake one. Travis now former backers are now trying to help you set up your company that involves no human resource abuse and little problems that will be arise. You are honest that this is your first venture on this kind of industry but you are confident that you will give them results so they can invest in your company with guarantee that no shady deals that is happening.

Eventually the Travis company stocks plummet down and was threatened to pull it out of the stock market if it doesn't recover it's shares by 25% by next week. That's what I was thinking. The drones can serve multiple roles: as point defense, form anti-aircraft screens, for potential long range attack like a modern carrier, and some for field repairs.

A having drones takes away from the real world weakness of a mech. dealing with being a giant target for tanks and guided munitions from aircraft.

My idea for the mecha is cross between Metal Gear Rex and one of the giant Mobile Armours from Gundam (maybe like the AMA-X7 Shamblo from Unicorn) We could even sell the design with the same idea Rex had on paper. A giant mobile missile defense battery (Japan, The US, and Israel would be pretty interested in such a thing) or as a potential defense against asteroids.

How big is the Mecha going to be, say 15-20 meters like a gundam? Voting for the balanced build simply because it can be modified easier in the heavy or speed direction than the other two can be pulled back.

Main advantage of the speed build would be the ability to deploy anywhere with ease as returning from battle isn't guaranteed with it. If the railgun concept could be reverse engineered to be a large, rotating runway which can fire cargo safely then that reduces the problem of not being able to get to the threat in time. If that same launch platform could then fire cargo like weapon caches near the fray then the issue of a limited arsenal would also be solved without having to build hundreds of bunkers throughout the city.

You draw all the specific designs on the robot while running some computations on some basic design with your 3D viewer. Your head goes in overdrive as there isn't anything spared, every space not wasted and every thing was put in there for a maximum efficiency. All in all you already have the design that you can make. With that you order your building robot (don't ask why where Quentin got it because he has it since the start of this quest). The robots, downloaded all your schematics and begin fabricating all your materials that you bought from the black market. Hopefully the items you got will be enough for a basic frame to be built at least.

You gone to the coffee shop out of boredome after the intense designing and brainstorming of ideas in your head. You know there is much to do on your mecha but one day it will be realized. But for now, you are going to have some coffee. Opening the door, you've been greeted by the barista who is welcoming as ever. You both talk to each other and you told him that you are getting married. He says his congratulations and you asked him to be his best man. He happily obliges as he was also happy that all of those works out despite with the accident happened. You then both forget what happened that day and happily gives you an extra black coffee.

You sip your coffee and turn who was the one beside you.

You almost spittake your coffee and Hifumi immediately apologize from surprising you. You said it's okay and that you are overracting. After calming down and a cappuccino in her hands, you then talk to each other.

"I guess you heard our conversation in the hospital. I'm sorry about that. It was in the heat of the moment you know. I really don't think that much because it's very pressuring when some people root for you."

"I guess, I can relate on that too."

"Professor, did.....did you get experienced from people having high expectations on you and then left because you failed to hold onto some?"

Morning comes and you bring some scraps from the discarded metals that was too little or small for them to be used. You then give various types of materials, lessons, advises and tips on how to not waste any materials and make use of it with nothing to waste. You gave the biggest to Saki and smallest to Hifumi. You wonder what will they do with it. Also their RC Car is also having progress buying a ready made RC but now heavily customized. You are gonna look forward on what will be their cars in the coming days.

You then called the head engineering to scrap the metal to be reused while you gave the parts to the mechanic to be used in repairing the broken vehicles. All in all was a productive afternoon. When the sun begins to set, you sit with the girls, you, the head engineer and the mechanic with ice cream in your hand with your body caked with black smudges of oil and grease in your overalls. The head engineer then ask....

"So why I am eating ice cream here again with you all?"

"Yeah? I have a vehicle to repair too."

"Shut up and just eat the ice cream and look on the sunset. You are going to ruin the mood." Saki angrily retorts.

You just look at the sunset wondering why are you doing this.

You and the girls come with you that evening and you present the Saki Anti-Punching Robot Mk.III. Was it IV? You probably forgot with how many punches that robot gave to you but it doesn't matter.

"Here Saki. This robot will dispense a candy from Freedomland home of the best chocolate when you hold out punching people and ask them first. You shouldn't use your fist to do the talking."

You give the bot to her which starts authenticating and then immediately hovers around her. Then it changed into a miniature box that is 7 inches long and 3 inches wide. Like a chocolate bar. She shrugs and pockets it. You then thank the girls for helping him this afternoon and remind them that if they work together, they will get over any obstacles that gets in the way.

You immediately run back to your home which is the closest. Thankfully the monster attack was on the other side of the town and not nearer on your home. You opened the various CCTV Footage that was put around town and saw the girls fighting admirably. Saki charges the monster with her fist while Caroline uses her speed to deal with her own damage. You don't see Hifumi around until you saw her getting people out trapped from the monster attack. Then you saw Caroline and Saki talking to each other. A few moments later, they disappeared. You looked around until you saw a blur that was too fast for the camera to be seen. Then you realized that Caroline is carrying Saki. Then she throw Saki into the monster that Saki acts like a human bullet. She goes from the front to the other side piercing the monster perfectly and finishing it with laser that blows the monster to pieces. But now is another problem. Because of the blast. Heavy bones and chunks with a disgusted flow of blood rained down the streets destroying buildings around them. But at least it is progress that they didn't destroyed any buildings that day. You call that a win to yourself.
