"Welp, Mr.Blue - the short story here is that you had a concussion. And, well, things ain't looking so good. Next time, please, go straight to the hospital after getting exploded, instead of drinking a bucnh of beer and going to sleep. For now, we'll continue your treatment but I'm afraid your head won't be quite alright for a long time. Maybe for the rest of your life"

"SO! I gathered the most urgent cases that need to be dealth with - it's your right to choose which one do you want to tackle first! Here's some tips from your favorite commissioner to help you decide:

Some of the cases are probably nothing and just a waste of time, but some could be a world ending crisis in the making! So make sure to choose wisely, because whichever problems you don't solve now WILL get worse with time!

You don't have to bring your whole motley crew for each case - in fact it's better to only bring people who you know will be helpfull

If you have some spare people - why not send them to deal with another case by themself? Best case scenario - they might solve it! Or at least make it easier to deal with later. Worst case? Ehm. Don't think about it.
