To say that lord Frieza had a temper shorter than himself would have been a major understatement. [And treason] it had been that very reason that you a nameless peon had been elevated from your position and started on the path of one Lord's frieza's few men in the science department.

Of course you would never voice this out loud. In silent diligence you begin your assessment of the department, which is actually relatively small compared to the size of his lordships's well ship

The first thing of not would be the various scientist swiftly moving from place to place,. The group under Research and Development for saibamen, seemed to be having a minor accident and keeping a relatively untidy mess of things. Rather unfortunate seeing as that was the department lord frieza had placed you under. Nevertheless hopefully you'd be able to whip these men into shape. After all, there power levels consisted of a 300-350 at most, nothing compared to your 500.

Walking forward back straight you rasied your voice only to be abruptly cut off. A tall orange creature with a male like body had approached and smiled widely, his canine glistening.

"There you are new recruit, finally decided to check out the department eh? Sorry about the mess, just got a bit caught up is all. But honestly after Oran died, I thought Lord Frieza would have all our heads. Glad to see a new intern was given instead, especially after what happened to the last one. So tell me about yourself, what field did you major in before being put into our little club. Do you know anything about the sabiatic mating process and the later harvesting of the offspring?"

You had barely understood he had asked a question, but not to be out done you brushed off the imaginary dirt from the standard pto armor ( That you noticed everyone in the room seemed to be lacking) looked him right in the eye and said.

"Im glad to be running this group sir, and im glad you had so openly welcomed me. Now that im here I'll have to start coming down hard on the rules. Firstly i want you all in the standard pto armor as soon as possible. Just because Lord Frieza doesn't check here routinely doesn't mean we can slack off."

He blinked. Then he blinked again. Pretty soon he started laughing a deep laugh the vibrated from the base of his throat. At this point you were highly confused before catching onto his words.

"Wait did you say intern? But i thought the last leader of the Saibamen R&D had died?"

"Well of course he did, but don't telll me that made you think that you were suddenly gonna be in charge. Did you really think Lord Frieza would put the new guy in charge??!!"

His statement had echoed across the room, causing many to turn at the spectacle. Before swiftly turning back as they were operating highly dangerous equipment.

By the time the orange fellow (who's name you still didn't know) had his sides return to orbit you had already felt your embarassment on full blast.

Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. Of course you wouldn't be running the division. You could barely run continent's for goodness sakes.

The orange man patted your shoulder in earnest and said, "It's fine, not the first time a hot shot came in to out abode. Though with all that confidence im sure you'll make a great lab ra- i mean partner.... Nope i meant lab rat. Now come on let me introduce you."

The first one he guides you to is a soft skinned humanoid. Her skin is a clear earthen brown with a few lines of red orange glowing faintly to give off a volcanic look.

"This right here is Bana. She's the evil one of the group who snatches up little bright eyed new ones li-"
He's swiftly cut off as the living lava lamp sends a an elbow into his rib cage.

She turns to face you seemingly measuring you up before giving a smile.

"Welcome aboard newbie. I'll try to keep you from dying due to this big lug."
She pats him on his bacl and they both share an appreciative stare.

An awkward cough allows you to regain his attention.

"Oh right. Well then there's Acot over there. Little guy's a bit off the rocker, but suppose that's too be expected with what it took for him to get here."

You take the time to note the rather strange insectoid. It appeared to be a attached to a robotic mecha suit with 4 arms and a spider like lower half.

"He's our tech guy. Well tech thing. Anyways you can rely on him for mostly anything robotic. Mechs, androids, flying hoverchair etc. Of course we aren't secifically the machine focused, it's good to diversify and Acot puts the whole team of those metal heads to shame."

The insect does the motion of a nod, before turning back to his workshop.

Finally he turns to the last member of the group a smug smirk decorated on his face as he turns to the male arcosian, who looks up breifly to raise a hand in greeting with a smile, before returning his attention to his notes in hand.
The orange man holds his hand out, in waiting for a reaction from you. Does... does he think you think all arcosians are frieza.

When your lack of shock greets him after a few more moments of his silent jazz hand towards the frost demon he turns it into a cough into his hand and speaks.

"This is Icykl. The frost demon. He's basically the medic and our moral compass. Now that the side cast are done here's the main event. I'm -" his name is swiftly cut-off from the explosion coming along with panickd shrieks in the pod division.Smiling at him you pretend to completely have heard his name and stand ready infront of all of them.

"Alright newbie now show us what you got."

Wait what? Uh-oh the only thing they covered in pto academy was to aim for the face and dodge. Shit hurry gotta make a good impression before they find out your a idiot and turn you into some saibaman abomination.

While fumbling about with your hands and trying to articulate something from your mouth better than, "Uh" and "I umm" the orange cretin had begun smiling. With little fanfare Bana hit him over the head, telling him to cut it out.

"Okay okay, sheesh. Listen up newbie, it's fine we got your profile as soon as we learned your were the replacement. We'll get you up to snuff in a jiffy. First things first who do you want to be apprenticed to?

Of course it wasn't exactly easy to learn all of genetical and biological processes to keep up with the fully trained and adept scientist in your new squad. You didn't start producing saibamen during the first few weeks. Or month. Or months. Luckily Bana was very keen on you learning the basics and cathing you up, in the most responsible way possible. Datalogs. shiver* If you never had to read again it would be too soon.

Nevertheless it was worth it for the expirements and the very first creation of your very own saibaman. You still have the thing's skull, displayed proudly on top of your worktable. It truly was extraordinary, and feeling you felt as it sprayed acid on orange whatshisname desk was what you'd imagine would equate to the joy of taking your child on their very first hoverride.

That wasn't all you had done after all, for it had only taken a majority of 6 months to study grow and spawn a saibaman. You needed a step up after a discussion with Icykl about the 'initation.'

"Oh yes, i forgot that L- the sounds of a dsicharged energy weapon distracts you as a stray laser beams bounces aroung the room before out the hallway to whatever poor unsuspecting victim's rear waited.

Probably Cui's.

Refocusing on icykl you try to catch teh tail-end of his explaination.

"-nd basically to fully confirm our respective roles, we try coming up with a new before idea."

Easy peasy. "-
"That's acutally physically possible." he interrupts your perfectly fine inspiration with his dastardly logic.

This unfortunately proved to be fairly hard for someone of your brilliance to bound yourself with reality.

~A few months prior~
"For the last time Intern, no you cannot cause saibamen to make more saibamen by exploding, now stop speaking non-sense and give me that jar of vulpimancer sensory organs." Bana had respondedto another one of your ideas.
You had sulked back to a corner of her desk (forcing her to try and reach the alein jar while working keeping the specimen alive) trying to think of th-

"Dammit intern don't just ignore me, I'm so clo-

The problem is that to properly join the gang you wanted something grandoise, and exemplary to confirm that you were making something note-worthy. You had made various attempts and gone through a series of ideas, focused on the gentical manipulation of bean people. You had used most of your time going through those damnable datalogs on the very concept of genetics and attempting to gain mastery of the allels and genes of the creatures. You had gone through the rational and totally unwasteful process of trial by error leading to the creation of test subjects like the saibawomen( redundant), the sagamen( a technical success as it was a clever and more durable, albino saibaman, but it expired rapidly) and the sabiatic abomination (that would forever be locked away in your closet.)
You were unwilling to let sagaman be you're final project, but there was so much to try to attempt and so littl-

"Dammit man, I am not your mother, come over here and help me with my breakthrough. This could lead to the development of an entire subspecies of vulpimancer like creatures. If all goes well we might make them compatible and reverse the great starv-"

That's it, why didn't you think of it, it was so simple and cliche but it was effective. And what if- oh but if that was- maybe you coul- ARGGGGG!!!! So many ideas were flowing through you, and leaking out that if you didn't run to grab your notes and start making entries in your journal, you might lose the greatest creation of your whole 8 month career.

You dash out to your personal quarters, covering your ears and yelling the whole way by, getting adoring (read: concerned) looks from other pto workers.

"DAMMIT NEWBIE!!!" Bana's muffled words of encouragements reach your ears, spurring you forward even more.

~five sleepless days later~

The group is gathered in front of you, as you bring in the giant note covered board of sabiaman ,and tiny space lizards and a giant fucking tree.

"Guys im serious, likei figured it out, i played god and I WON, i fucking did it, screw the terrestial kais, and their magic mombo jumbo! I played the long game, found the easter egg, Cracked the code, stared into the buttcrack of the universe. Did you know that traditions of thousands of planets are just out their. It takes abit of filtering and a tiny amount of cleaning up to get the truth, in between talks of a beserking blond saiyan and a god that destroys planets every few decades or so, and this one weird one about a blure space pirate but i found it.

Rolled 8, 11 = 19 (2d12)

At this point the group began to look at eachother in concern, with Acot slowly prepping a pulsar canon, but gthat was a minority to the ever living euphoric mental orgasm that was passing through your mind.

"But wait, here's the main reason i was capable of accomplishing this masterpiece, the main star of our delightful little meaning. The one and only BOUNTY HUNTER."

I wheel in a curtained cage, before tossing back the curtain and- oha bit blood started to seep through your nasal cavity again, a quick swipe before they can see and there. I wait for there dazzling looks of astonishment. Wait why are they looking afraid of m- oh duh, they most not understand.

"Rookie do you have a live civilian specimen in a cage? Why? How did you even capture and sustain him for so long?"

"Unimportant. Don't you see, this right here is an individual who was in direct contact with a fruit from the God Tree.It took forever bought i found him after he decided bounty hunting was apparently 'unethical' for his continued survival. After a few days of collecting every bit of dna i could from his body, I finally gained enough to make this."

You hold up a wooden fragment of a seed, barely visible, but nonetheless there.

"The Tree of Might itself, and it was under a baboon's ass. Literally apparently this rogue saiyan's just been going to less populated worlds and using it willy nilly, with little to no effort put in to proper maintenance. They mostly stayed in quadrant 768 of galaxy Aeotis to stay under radar, but it'll only be a few months, if i skip a few more nights and take a few shortcuts, weeks till i've found a planet with a tree with reamining bio signs."

Icykl starts waging his tail slowly, and approaching me with various needles held in his hands. I see as Bana begins shifting her ashen skin, her wrist bloating a s magma starts to cycle closer to her outstretched hand. Aw they think that's the main part.

"But hold on, there's an additional amount, here's the main course to my research." You turn the board to them and they see the board full of notes on saibaman anatomy, and various readings on the seed.

"Hahahaaahahaha, i did it, i came up with my initation project. I present the SAIBAQUEEN!" You say, flipping the borad onto it's other side to present a more vegatative large saibatic creature. You see flashing lights, and pointy thingie magigs.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA, WITNESS ME!! FOR I AM GOOOOOOO-"

You wake up in the hospital much later that week.

When you woke up and recovered, you spent much of that time drugged and isolated for fear of self harm. As if you'd hurt yourself intentionally with it not being saibaman related. Once released from your temporary accomadations, you returned to the group, after aperiod of probatation, they had welcomed you back with smiles. You brought out your board, even larger along with several pieces of equipment and a batch of saibamen. The laughing stopped. You quickly divulged your entire notes and ideas before they had a chance to start pulse blasting you again.

" Oh i get it a Saibaqueen eh? Still stuck on that initiation nonsense hmm? Hahahaha."
The orange felone had responded, taking the documents out of your very capable hands, and skimming through it. Then he started to skim it again. Orange dude who shall not be named looked up at you, back down to the notes, and then finally started to reach over and pull Icykl in.

"Hey Icykl, his notes are a bit chicken scrathy, and messy but aren't these notes, I don't know... kinda, possible?"

The arcosian gave a subsequent faint nod after having a go through of your work, his face displaying a shock not often seen on the arcosian's normally stoic face.

Bana was the next to snatch it out of hand, speed reading through it faster than the other's before looking up, doing quick maths in her head.

"Acot do we got what we need to do this?"

She asked the inesctoid passing your precious to the mechanical mastermind. The insect slowly flipped through pages as well, skipping back and forth to the point that you began to question if he could read. In fact now that you thought about it how exactly did the creature have the intelligence to register so many different perspectives of the same things due to his creepy crawler backgrounds. Surely that should hamper some part of his mental capa- oh he's shutting the book. He turns towards you, and gives you his full attention to tell you his opinion.

You blush under his eloquent response, the sheer entirety of his compliments overwhelming you.

"Th-thank you. Ahem* Now then about the saibaqueen's ability and feats i really do wish to try adding in

>write in an alien race (limitations will be made by me, so have at it. Taking the top two)

The entire proccess had only taken two months, suprising you with the level of precision and teamwork the group could display when given a clear goal. Though you suppose you could only expect this much when dealing with the teacher's of a brain such as yours. They had worked hard, very hard, and eventually you ended up with three saibaqueen's, two with the DNA and RNA adjusted as much as possible to see the queen's compatibility to adaptation. It came to the point that you had to send out the two implemented saibaqueen's, and see how long it took for them to conquer a planet as it had finally become time.

You had immediately wanted to head out on a planetary excursion of conquest adn war, taking planet after planet under the name of saiba kind. Just like those saiyans used to, before they were destroyed by a 'meterorite.' Then Bana the greatest evil in all of the galaxy had to come in and proceed to drop a stack of paper work on top of you. You swear she seemed to have found some sadistic enjoyment from your suffering.

After the final sheet of paper layed defeated before you, there was only a matter of which planets to introduce your master race to. Well, that and one or two other things here and there... okay a lot between here and there but that was only a minor inconvenience. Getting the boogieman of space's gene's had been a simple albeit terrifying experience. After a little bribing and a few favors, you had gotten Acot to agree to sending a drone to collect samples from Dark Star. To be assured of it's success you had asked Acot to attach a camera to catch every action and event with little lag time, to which he complied. It would be a grueling and traumatising event that would leave scars on any foolish enough to watch the drones' endeavors.

Needless to say you made it movie night for the group, excited to share a bonding experience with the people you grew to enjoy. You don't know who invited Bana. The first drone's attempt to gain a sample ended with a dead camera feed, as did the other five. luckily, number six had been capable of surviving till daybreak a four hour grace period for the palnet and the only time in which the ankoku senjin people grew tired enough to be harvested from. After the sample was collected, drone six did it's best to get back, it really did, but fell prey to the few avian life forms capable of surviving on the planet. Drone seven and eight however were capable of nabbing the dna and leaving quickly, leaving you with only two samples, but sufficent enough to use until the next resource gathering was needed.

You slept badly that night, but luckily the pained howling of the abomination provided a serene enough lullaby for you.

You were a nerd, and he was a high class officer of the great space empire. You would have to have a preplanned method of discussing topics leading to the question, maybe get a fan of his to get it? Suely there was a climable social ladder, or maybe even a way of filing it to get to him. You knew exactly how to twirl the saiyan around your finger and get him to do your dirty work. It would be as easy as pie, for everyone had heard about the saiyan appetite, and it would only take your own cooking to convince him. You gripped his shoulder, stopping him in his track and making him face you. The spiky haired primate's height had forced you to tilt your head up and briefly you considered this being a mistake before diving head first.

"Hello i am Intern formerly known as frieza soldier #2764 and I need your help."The saiyan stopped, shocked that a mere scientist would request his help. Quickly composing himself, Raditz turned to address the smaller humanoid. Already a step ahead, he strated out his response with something you had expeected to hear.

"Why should I? For that matter, what would you even want from me? It better be worth my time." He practically groweled out.

"I have the offer of giving you the single greatest thing you will ever have gotten into your hands. I offer a once and a lifetime chance to eat food from none other than yours truly. All I require in return is a lock of Zarbon's hair for personal reasons."Already i could feel his stomach rumbling at the prospect of food. It was no doubt worming his way into his mind, and causing him to fantasize, after all, it's not everyday one such as amazing as you will offer a decent meal.
"I want three meals, one in the evening, one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. Also i get to call this anytime, anywhere." He said bartering his way around your deal.

"Deal." You had responded, as it wasn't like there was any risk to you, it was only three meals a day, what's the worst that could happen?Feeling smug after that small course of interaction, you moved your way back to your quarters, figuring out how to spend your time waiting for the sample's to eventually come to you. Opening the door, your a bit perturbed to find a flash of blue quickly disappearing, before writing it off.
~One drone trip later~

You don't know whether the saibamen genetics just mixed well with Ankoku-Senjin, or if there was unexpected growth in strength that had yet to manifest in your saibaqueen's but upon the splicing of it's genes with the Boogiemen of space, the scanner, and your carefully layed out calculations estimated it to be at least 10 times the strength of a regular saibaman. A mad manical chuckle left your lips as you anticipated the test results of this creatures abilities.
