Last time, on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After an explosive battle with the powered-up Arctus, Karn went with Ubo and Raven to explore the rusty ruined temple there on Raxus Prime. While exploring the temple you came across an undiscovered room housing a relic of ancient power: a holocron. The ancient pyramid contains the soul of Darth Bane, last of the Sith Lords, and after impressing the ancient spirit you claimed the relic as your own. With this the powers and memories of the forgotten Sith lord are yours to access at will. Or as Bane allows, the ancient being having proven his values and yours don’t line up on several issues. However, upon Freeza’s arrival the next day King Cold revealed his plan: you will train the gathered warriors. King Cold entrusted the training of his son and the Ginyu Force, along with the allies you’d gahered in preparation for battling Babidi and his minions. With King Vegeta’s help you were able to get a plan together, and begin training your allies. We rejoin Karn two months into the training, where Meloka has unlocked another powerful transformation.

“I. I did it.” Meloka says proudly, chest heaving as she pants in exhaustion, the world trembling in the wake of her newly awakened power. “I finally. Did it.”

She turns towards you and takes a single step, before you feel her ki plummet, your wife dropping down to a knee and clutching her chest.

“MELOKA!” you shout, instantly rushing to her side. You feel her power fluctuating wildly, shooting upward and dropping precipitously. You grab your wife in your arms, feeling her entire body spasming. “What’s going on?”
“Meoka tried to access a form her body wasn’t ready for.” King Cold says, stepping forward. “She wasn’t prepared for channeling that much power, and the backlash seems to have completely incapacitated her.”
“GYYAAAAAAAAAAA!!” Meloka cries out, back arching as her spasming continues. You look back down at your wife worriedly, wanting to help but not sure how.
“Use your power, Saiyan.” King Cold says to you commandingly. “Link your power to hers, help her stabilize her strength!”

“Right.” you say, instantly flashing up to your Ascended form. It takes some effort, being as tired as you are now after a full day of intense training, yet you still easily manage it. As you finish transforming you place your right hand on Meloka’s forehead. “C’mon Meloka, you can beat this!”

Focusing on your own ki you begin channeling your power into your wife, your ki funneling into her wildly spasming body. Her wild aura continues to flare rapidly up and down, you feeling her power rising and dropping as well. As you pour more and more of your ki into her, you feel your own energy dropping as your wife’s power begins stabilizing. After a full minute of pouring your ki into her, her aura has stabilized, Meloka’s power no longer rapidly rising and falling as her spasms stop. You sigh out and remove your hand from her head, exhausted, as Meloka slowly opens her eyes.

“Ka-Karn?” Meloka asks, your face the first thing she sees when opening her eyes. You smile at her, Meloka smiling back. You help her up to her feet, Meloka looking down at her hands. She then clenches her fists, and with a shout fires a wave of ki high into the air. The shockwave from her sudden attack blasts everyone else down, you all knocked to the ground as the sky is filled with her overwhelming ki. You look at your wife in awe, the power she put out nearly beyond comprehension. After a moment she’s consumed by a flash of light, Meloka’s power dropping like a stone as she reverts back to her base form and falls. You dash to her, catching her before she could fall to the ground.

“Such power...” Freeza says, awed. You can’t help but agree with him, Meloka’s new form having far surpassed even your own Berserker form. If she manages to gain control of this new form, her strength will far suprass your own. You pick her up as everyone gets back to their feet, King Cold looking at the two of you oddly.
“That’s it for today.” you address everyone, lifting up slightly into the sky. “Training will resume tomorrow.”

With that you fly off to your ship, Meloka passed out in your arms. You put your wife to bed, getting her out of her armor and tucking her in. You yawn as you tuck her in, feeling the day catching up with you.

Before you head off to bed, you decide to check up on Raven and see what sort of training she’s been up to. With another yawn you walk from your room, searching for Raven’s ki. You find her surprisingly inside the non-gravity training room, you peering through the door’s window to see what she’s doing. She’s sitting in the middle of the room, cross-legged, holding over her head a dozen heavy barbell weights. She rises up to her feet, tossing them at herself then releasing the objects from her grip. They all drop towards her alarmingly quick, you beginning to worry for her safety. At her powerlevel you know that Raven can’t catch them, and as they get closer and closer you worry she can’t dodge either, when the witch suddenly opens her eyes.

“Double Accel!” she shouts, and you watch surprised as she suddenly begins dodging the heavy weights. She’s moving far faster than her powerlevel would suggest she could, seeming to effortlessly dodge the dropping weights. She dodges through the falling weights, avoiding the crashing weights until disaster strikes. One of the weights lands on the edge of her cloak, pinning her in place. She turns and looks at the weight pinning her in place with fear, one of the weights about to crush her from overhead. You waste no time, throwing the door open and dashing in. You surge to Raven, swatting aside the weight that would have crushed her. You hit the weight hard enough to send it crashing and embedding itself in the wall. Her eyes widen in surprise a moment before she clutches the rest of the weights with her power, setting them aside.

“What brings you here?” she asks, lifting the weight off of her cloak and tossing it into the pile with the rest of them.
“Just seeing how you’re doing.” you reply, Raven resuming her seated position. “I’ve been so busy lately helping everyone train, I haven’t been able to see what you’ve been up to. But it clearly looks like you’ve been training hard.”
“Yeah.” she says, then telepathically tells you. “That’s time magic Towa started teaching me. So far I can only alter time on my own body, but it’s very useful.”
“Interesting.” you say out loud, then reply telepathically as well. “So you can accelerate your own time to move faster? That looks like it be really useful.”
“It’s called Time Alter.” she says, then has what sounds like a violent coughing fit. You look concerned to her, Raven waving your concern off and wiping blood off her chin. “But the feedback is still rough, it puts a huge strain on my body.”

“It sounds to me like you need to train your body.” you say, Raven looking at you curiously. “If the feedback from that spell hurts you that badly, maybe you need to strenghen your body.”
“I don’t know...” she says, you clenching your fists and focusing for a second before transforming into a Super Saiyan. She raises an eyebrow at you, you continuing what you were saying.
“When I first discovered the power of a Super Saiyan within me, my body wasn’t strong enough to hold it.” you say, easing your power back down to your base form. “I couldn’t even fully transform into a Super Saiyan, stuck using only half of that real power. And just working on the transformation itself wasn’t enough. I had to get far stronger before my body could withstand the full power of the form, and it took years to get to the point where I can relax and even sleep in this form.”

“Hmm, I’ll think on it.” she says, clearly disinterested. But before you go, another thought comes to mind.
“Hey Raven, I’ve been wondering. you say, her looking at you. “You are magically talented, and have a far better understanding of magic and it’s limits than I’ll ever have. What do you think this Babidi is capable of?”
“That’s the question.” she says, pursing her lips and crossing her arms. “I have no idea what he knows. I know the upper limits of what demonic magic can do pretty well, but I don’t know what kind of magic he wields. Different magics have different limits, and so do different mages. I’ve been told my magical pool is higher than usual, due to my heritage. But until I come face-to-face with Babidi, I’ll have no real idea of his capabilities.”
“Damn, oh well. Worth a try.” you say with a shrug then a yawn. “I’m headed off to bed, if you need anything don’t hesitate to ask, okay?”
“Of course.” she says, you turning to walk away. “Uhh, hey, Karn?”
“Yeah?” you ask, turning back to her. She pulls her hood up, hiding her face.
“...Thank you.” she says. “For everything.”

“Of course.” you reply, leaving her to her training and going to bed. You shower then get into bed, arms wrapping around Meloka. You shut your eyes and drift off to sleep, you feeling like you wake up almost immediately. Looking around, you see you’re still where you were when you got into bed, Meloka still in your arms. She’s still asleep, you focusing on the powerlevels around and finding no one out of their rooms yet. Seems it’s still early, everyone seemingly asleep. Yet you sense another powerlevel in your ship, it barely detectable but there. As you focus on it you feel it’s heading towards the bridge, none of your crew there.

I feel like maybe all the timestreams would be managed better if there was more than one SKoT.

In Universe 7 there used to be 4 for each cardinal direction and a Grand Supreme Kai before Majin Buu ate all of them except Shin. As far as we know no other universe is doing that. I feel like they should be, because just having only ONE Supreme Kai per universe would make it easy for someone to fuck things up.

Take the canon BOI’s timeline after the Cell Saga. Future Shin got killed by Goku Black, so Future Beerus died with him and Future Whis was forced into inactivity until a new GoD could be appointed. Which never happened because Zamasu fucked shit up so much that Goku has to call in Zeno to destroy the entire timeline.

If there were more Supreme Kais per universe, there’s a better chance that at least ONE of them would be actually good at their job and it wouldn’t be as easy to take out a GoD. The same could apply to managing all timelines. Maybe if Chronoa had competent peers they'd be able to tell her to get her shit together and have it stick.

“Oh no you don’t.” you think to yourself, slightly lifting Meloka’s body with your telekinesis and sliding your arm out from under her. Free from accidentally waking your wife you float over to the door, the automatic door sliding open. You wince at the sound, freezing for a moment before again focusing on the miniscule powerlevel. Whoever it is doesn’t want caught, but it’s already at the bridge. You need to move, now. You blast off down the hallway, arriving at the bridge just as the automatic door slides to a stop. You touch down just outside the door, it sliding back open. Without hesitation you walk into your bridge, looking around and seeing nothing. Before you can react you feel a wire wrap around your neck, it cinching tight.

“Don’t move.” you hear a male voice from behind you, you freezing in place. You focus on the powerlevel behind you, it no longer trying to conceal itself. You’d estimate this powerlevel at a few thousand, not a big threat, but this wire around your throat is a big concern. You feel it cinch even tighter, making it a little harder to breathe. “Make a move and I’ll-“
“HAAA!!” you shout, eyes widening and firing your Guided Eye Beams. You redirect the beams over your head and back around, severing the wire then turning them towards the powerlevel behind you. You feel it dodge your attack, reorienting on the ki and pursuing it while you grab the wire, pulling it from your neck. Turning, you see a cloaked figure twist around your beams again, drawing a double-bladed knife that begins crackling with electricity. You end your attack before your beams can damage your ship, dropping into your stance and glaring at the cloaked, masked figure.

“What the hell are you doing here?” you ask the figure, it not replying. His white mask faces you, you now understanding why there’s a lightning bolt on it. Suddenly there’s a knocking noise behind you, the assassin’s blade deactivating. You hesitate for a moment before turning, seeing Arctus floating by your bridge’s window and knocking on it. You look back and forth between the two of them a moment, then with a small effort of will pushing the window’s release switch. The massive dome window slides up, Arctus floating inside and looking forth between the two of you.

“Satisfied now?” Arctus asks his assassin, the cloaked figure “hmph”ing and putting his knife away, not saying anything. You turn questioningly to Arctus, him making an apologetic gesture. “I’d told him it was impossible, but he wouldn’t listen.”

“You misunderstand, I’d told him not to try it.” Arctus says to you, you raising an eyebrow at him. “I’d told him there was no way he could sneak onto the bridge of your ship, so of course he went and tried it. For an assassin, you’re way more impulsive than you should be.”

At this, the assassin turns his wordless glare to Arctus, Freeza’s cousin not even reacting. He floats up and pats the assassin’s shoulder, turning back to you.

“No hard feelings, right?” Arctus asks you, you sighing out after a moment of glaring at him.
“Shit like this is why I’m always so damn jumpy.” you say, shaking your head and walking away, leaving the two of them there. You walk back towards your room, focusing on your ki sense a moment. Arctus’s assassin may not have been the only one sneaking onto your ship, after all. Yet after several seconds you sense nothing else out of the ordinary. You make your way back to your room, Meloka still sleeping where you’d left her. But before you can say anything else, suddenly-

“Daddy!” Chaya’s voice suddenly appears in your head.
“Hey kiddo, what’s going on?” you reply.
“We finally made it back!” she tells you. “We made it back to the station! But Mr. Cui says you’re not here, and I can’t find you! Where are you?”
“I’m on a planet called Raxus Prime.” you tell her. “Your mother and I are training with Freeza and Vegeta, as well as some others.”
“Oh cool!” she says, excitedly. “So when am I gonna get to come back? I don’t wanna go on another mission, that was so boring!”
“Boring?” you ask her. “How come?”
“It was soooo boring!” she replies. “I was stuck in that pod so long, I couldn’t train or nothin’! I don’t wanna do this anymore, can I come home yet?”

SKoT lost her shit and summoned Xeno Goku to fight us and train the other TPs. Haven't fought them yet.

Fought and killed the Arbiter while calling out Truth.

Oh. We also learned Dragon Force can Perma Kill Demons.

Cooler was the biggest bitch to ever bitch, and allowed himself to be Majin'd to get his revenge on us, so now Karn, Meloka, Bardock, Vegeta, Freeza, King Cold, and the Ginyu Force are all training up to deal with the Wizard and Cooler.

We've made progress on Mastering Berserk, Meloka reached SS3, Bardock reached SS2, and Freeza might have just gone Golden.

With that you’d left Raven to think over what you told her, you resuming your training. After your morning and afternoon trainings, it was time for your own training with King Cold. And as before, you and the ancient creature spar day after day, yours and surprisingly King Cold’s moves both become sharper and heavier, your strengths growing by the day. As your base power increases, so too does the depths of power you can access while Berserk. And as the third month turns to the forth, something amazing happens.

“HRRRRAAAAAAAA!!!” Freeza shouts, a powerful golden aura enveloping his body. “GRRRRRRRGRRRRRRRGRRRGRRR!!”
“Come on Lord Freeza, you can do it!” you shout to your emperor, you, Meloka and King Cold all observing. You’d brought them in to help Freeza reach this level, both at least knowing of the power he’s attempting to reach. Their guidance wasn’t always the most helpful, but today seems like it will finally be the day! “Don’t you dare give in now!!”
“Go, my son!” King Cold shouts excitedly. “Reclaim the true power of our race!”
“RRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!” he roars out in an ear-piercing scream, Freeza disappearing in the golden glow. You feel his power suddenly explode, you barely able to comprehend his strength. After a few more moments of the entire planet trembling in the wake of Freeza’s true power, the glow dims enough for you to see it.

“A-Amazing...!” Meloka says, you simply nodding your head in agreement. This power coming from Freeza is overwhelming, far beyond King Cold’s power. Freeza’s body changed with his transformation, his skin now a shiny golden as if made from the metal. You all look on awestruck as Freeza floats before you all, his aura overwhelming. But then you feel it, his aura begins to falter! After a few moments that golden glow disappears entirely, Freeza reverting back to his previous form and collapsing to the ground.

“Freeza!!” you shout, leaping immediately over to your fallen friend. You pick him up off the ground, Freeza tiredly chuckling.
“Ohohoho... I... I did it.” he says, before losing consciousness. King Cold proudly takes his son from your arms, an expression of such pride on his face.
“You will one day surpass me, my son.” King Cold says with a smile. “And at this rate, I’ll live long enough to see it. Thank you, Karn. Despite my doubts, you’ve pushed my son to the level I was never able to reach. Thank you.”

And before you could reply King Cold flew off with his son, leaving just you and Meloka to train. As for her training, Meloka spent the time not training with you to gain some measure of control in her newfound Super Saiyan 3 power in the Gravity Chamber. She was determined to make this power her own. But despite her training, her body simply isn’t ready for that level of power. After five months of training, she still can’t hold onto that form on her own for more than a minute before reverting back. It also drains her power far faster than Ascended, but that is a secondary problem compared to her body being unable to regulate that much power. With your Berserk form your body greatly changes to better wield your strength, but with Super Saiyan 3 generating even more power it’s hard for her body to withstand. But that doesn’t stop her from trying.

However, despite Meloka and Freeza’s impressive efforts, their training doesn’t bear the best results.

“You said you had a special attack you wanted to show me?” you’d asked Guldo, the weakest, yet in your eyes the most dangerous member of the Ginyu Force two months after King Vegeta and Emilia Zoldyck departed.
”That’s right! I’ve developed something special!” Guldo says excitedly. “I was wondering if you wanted to check it out?”
“Of course!” you’d replied. “Show it to me!”
“Right! For this, I’ll need you to hold still.” Guldo says. “I’m still working on being able to use telekinesis to hold them in place while I fire, but for now I just want to show it off.”
“Alright, hit me!” you’d said, transforming into a Super Saiyan and dropping into your stance. “Show me your new attack!”

“TIME PRISON!!” Guldo shouts, firing an odd-looking ball of purple energy. It strikes you square in the chest, but nothing happens. Blinking, you see Guldo’s gone, focusing your senses you feel Guldo is behind you, along with Captain Ginyu.
“I already knew you could stop time.” you say, turning around. “Hey Captain, when’d you get here?”
“I’ve been here for almost half a minute.” Ginyu says, you feeling impressed. You couldn’t sense his ki just a moment ago, he’s gotten good at hiding it. “Alright Guldo, hit me!”
“TIME PRISON!!” Guldo shouts, this time hitting the captain with his attack. You look on confused as nothing happens.
“Guldo, what’s this?” you ask him.
“I knew you wouldn’t realize how great this technique was from the inside, so while you were frozen I asked the Captain along.” Guldo says, his voice clearly strained. “But right now the Captain can’t hear you. He’s frozen in time, back when I hit him with that blast. While he’s under it’s effect he won’t realize any time at all has passed, allowing the other members of the Ginyu Force to attack without being frozen in time as well.”
“A targeted time freeze?” you ask, stunned. This new technique of Guldo’s is amazing! “Incredible, Guldo! That’s such an insane attack, I’d never even considered such a thing was possible!”
“I’m rather proud of it myself.” Guldo says, sighing out and releasing Captain Ginyu,

“Everyone, to my ship, immediately.” King Cold’s voice booms out over his ship’s pa, “This is urgent, I’ve just discovered where Babidi plans to strike!”
