Integrity allows the character to resist all forms of supernatural mental control as well as helping the character resist believing sale pitches or breaking under torture. You can have up to three specialty points per ability, each adding a die to rolls using that ability when you meet the requirements of the specialty. For instance, a swordsman with 2 dots in the "Swords" melee specialty would have an extra 2 dice for all melee calculations when using swords.

There isn't actually a list of specialties so to speak, as characters can make up their own. One swordsman might simply have "Swords" as his specialty, while another might have "My father's sword" as his. It all depends on what fits the character, some are quite broad, some are very focused, all however, have to have circumstances under which they aren't applicable, otherwise they aren't a specialty!
Economics works! Bureaucracy deals heavily with economics but also covers delegating authority, auditing officials and other things, so the business aspect is specific enough to count as a specialty!
Command and Seduction are both valid for Presence, taking these would give you an extra dice for each.
Discern Motivation works!

Backgrounds are rated from 1-5 unless otherwise stated, and you can take the same background multiple times if you really want to.

RESOURCES are your income and wealth. 1 is poor, 5 is princely.

INFLUENCE is your political power, 1 is that of a minor official or local noble, 5 is that of a ruler or high-ranking noble.

ALLIES gives you people who're on your side explicitly. Every point in Allies gives you someone as strong as you who'll back you up if you need them to, or several weaker people. You can spend multiple points to gain a single stronger ally.
For instance, 1 might be a gangster or duelist, 5 might be a gang of wandering warriors, or a single Dragon Blooded on your side.

ARTIFACTS are magical weapons, armor and tools that are the exclusive province of Essence wielders, as such you won't be able to use them at chargen, but that's not to say you won't ever be able to, or that they're not valuable bargaining chips. A 1 dot Artifact is something like a magic knife or a vase that refrigerates its contents, a 5 dot artifact can be a magic sword that can burn forests at every swing or a jar that holds lakes.

BACKING is the number or power of the organization/s that have your back. 1 is a department or gang, 5 is the leader of a nation.

CONNECTIONS are the number and placement of contacts you have around the country and beyond.

REPUTATION is your social standing, 1 is minor fame, 5 is national hero.

a MANSE is a magical facility of awesome power, it can be super-cozy lovenest to take the harem on holiday or a weapons platform capable of targeting anything within a hundred miles, they range in power from 1-5 and you can use the points to either make one big manse or several smaller ones.

MENTOR is either the number of your teachers in various rare forms of knowledge or their strength and skill.

I commend your research! However for the quest I'm largely gonna streamline the mechanics of traditional exalted. Everything is still gonna work pretty much the same though, for instance Skin Mount amulets will still give a couple of peripheral motes and Hearthstones will still do what they do as these guys put it: >>3142769

I like the idea of Officers for allies. Use the 4 to get equal people for some thing like. Body Guard/Front-line Fighter, First Mate, Shipwright, and Best girl.

If we go for the skin mount and get the Seacalm. We can use the free point and drop Socialize to 4 to get resources 4. I believe we can buy a good boat to fit all our followers, the BLUE-WATER MERCHANT.

Immortality was more character back story thoughts. We could pick The Phoenix' Egg if we want extra lives at the risk of weakening willpower, a Virtue, and a botch revive reduces Essence.
