I thought being a fellow with a creative mind such as yourself should understand my reasons for wanting to be realistic in my worldbuilding and with portraying my characters. Do you have a better alternative to propose?!" Rohan ripped another page off Kakyoin's face, this time staining the following pages with drops of blood.

"I guess not... Fufufufu..."

"If there's one thing I despise more than cocky, egotistical wastes of air like you, are plagiarists!" Kakyoin stumbles to his feet, biting his lower lip to take focus away from the wound in his forehead. "You are but a stain in your industry, I won't hesitate to get rid of scum like you! HIEROPHANT GREEN!"
"Oh no, what are you going to do with your Stand now? Let me guess, shoot me with your emerald splash!" The artist mocked the Hierophant's shallow attempt of a threatening aura.
"How did you know that--"
"Page 17: 'Despite being with my Hierophant since birth, I have to admit I dont have a lot of strategies for him when it comes to fighting by myself. Either I try to snipe the enemy down with my signature Emerald Splash, overwhelm them with my uncoiled Stand, or possess them by entering their bodies. I honestly have no idea how I got this far given my track record, it either came down to my friends helping me or straight up luck to survive Egypt."

"What are you talking about?" Kakyoin put his fists up his chin, raising his eyebrow at the cocky illustrator's allegation.

"I have written in your forehead while I ripped the pages off your body." To Kakyoin's horror, Rohan lifted the page above Kakyoin's eyes, where he read the message that should determine the outcome of the fight.
'I CANNOT HARM ROHAN KISHIBE.'
"Not only can Heaven's Door read your memories and habits, writing on top of your pages will implant orders you cannot disobey! You will never be able to defeat me now!"
"That won't stop me from trying! Kakyoin attempted to tackle Rohan down the floor, firing an array of Emerald Splashes throughout the entire house, but not a single one of them managed to even scrape the writer.
"Didn't you hear what I was saying? You cant hurt me in this form! And you're made of paper! Using your body to overpower me is just being desperate." Kakyoin's arms folded back into his body like a rolled journal neatly packaged into a paperboy's bicycle.
"Quit your struggling and join my cause, Kakyoin. I'm already filthy rich, but I don't do any of my work for fame or money, but before having my Stand I went out all day looking for personal experiences to adapt into my manuscripts. I write my manga simply for the joy of finishing my art, however that feeling soon fades back as the dread of losing readers and writer's block crawls back into my mind. It has been that way since I was 16. But now! Now that I was struck my a magic arrow and was granted Heaven's Door, I can negate all of that with my backup plans!"

Rohan stared up into the ceiling to see several wooden planks and brick blocks falling down on him.
"And who told you I was aiming at you?" Kakyoin slithered out of the rubble with his paper body, flinging himself down the stairs with Hierophant Green. "I technically did not harm you by shooting the house, the roof just happened to fall on you because of my Emerald Splash! That's something you could have avoided by yourself."
"But I was too busy laughing at you for not being able to damage my physically--" Rohan ceased his speech, noticing how he failed to miss how Kakyoin's assault wasn't an offensive maneuver, but rather a means of distraction.
"I need... To... Get out of Heaven's Door's range!" Kakyoin fell to the ground as even Hierophant Green was struck by Rohan's Stand, only being inches away from the front door.
With Josuke and Jolyne being on Rohan's law, counting them in before Rohan could get up would save the programmer from his clutches.
"Kak, what happened? I heard a noise upstairs!" Josuke and Jolyne wre promptly ready to assist Kakyoin, but Heaven's Door ceased him from telling the truth.
"Uh... Nothing, nothing at all! Why don't we go back to Jotaro's house?" Kakyoin said the exact opposite of what he intended, instantly realized Rohan also likely wrote something to prevent him from calling back up.
"Are you sure? I don't see any wounds on you, but what about Rohan?" Jolyne informed you the bleeding from Rohan tearing at your body has been healed, along with any traces of a fight.

He adverted his gaze to the inside of his eyes.
"Oh, so you're not opening them back? An immature move, but it might just work..." Rohan took great joy in experimenting different methods of opening Josuke's eyes.
"Come on, can't you release your eyelids just a tad bit? You know you want to read it!" Rohan stretched out Josuke's eyelids with his fingers, but Josuke still wouldn't budge.
"You know no one's leaving this place until you open your eyes, right? Come on!" Rohan even tried to get a reaction from Josuke by giving him a wet willy, but aside from cringing andgrunting, The resiliant Josuke stood in place.

"I won, Josuk--." Crazy Diamond tore a hole in the sheet of paper and smashed Rohan's face flat into his palm, as if Josuke didn't even see what he'd just done.

"DORARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARA" Stuck behind the staircase, Rohan could only take the blows as the berserk Josuke lashed out in rage, sending him to the ceiling with a single uppercut from his own hands, where he dangled from the first floor like a chandelier.
"WHERE THE FUCK DID YOU RUN OFF TO, COWARD!? SHOW YOURSELF!" Despite supposedly seeing where Rohan flew off to, Josuke just kept punching the walls and breaking the furniture around, failing to go anywhere near the mangaka's direction.

"I found you, Rohan! You're in for the beating of your life! DORARARARARARARARARARARARA!"
"WAIT, JOSUKE! I'M NOT--" Whatever Kakyoin was about to escape from Josuke's fury was muffled by his DORA's, with Crazy Diamond slowing down his punches as Josuke's anger started to meddle out.
"K...Kakyoin-san! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Josuke kneeled down at his senior and restored him to treat the wounds, as if he never got pummeled a new hole in the first place.
"Grr... Why do you get so angry when people talk bad about your hair, anyway?" Kakyoin stands up with Crazy Diamond's help, still dizzy from the beating.
"Do you promise not telling anyone about it...?" Josuke recomposed himself, sounding uneasy about sharing such a personal story with Kakyoin.
"Sure, you can trust me."
Josuke breathed deeply and leaned down at the partially destroyed Kishibe household.
"The date is September, 1988. A young boy in Morioh suddenly turns ill from a fever during Fall season. His fever was almost over 40°C and for the rest of the month, they weren't even able to tell if the 4 year old kid would survive the unknown disease. His mother, desperate to save him, decided to take him to S. City, as the local hospitals were not able to treat him, panicking as the boy fainted on her car, she went offroads to get a quick shortcut. A terrible idea, as it was a rainy day and the car got stuck in the mud not long after the fact. It was the strongest rainstorm in Morioh since 18 years, no cars used to pass there and no payphones were nearby. The mother could only sob in despair as the young Josuke's life faded away."
"Young Josuke?"
"But that's when a miracle happened! Out of nowhere. A stranger wearing a student's uniform and a black pompadour rushed to the car, his clothes appeared to be torn off, and mud was covering a large part of his face. Still, he paid no mind as he uttered the following words to kid's mother."
'Your son is sick, right? I'll help you get the car going.'
'There, I managed to push it out of the mud, now hit the gas. Don't stop or else your tires will get stuck again.'
"Josuke..." Kakyoin contemplated on telling Josuke who caused him that sudden sickness in the fall of 1988, but kept hearing the story after realizing it wasn't over.

As promised, Josuke and Kakyoin were enjoying a peaceful meetup at the local arcade store, playing a healthy session of air hockey.
"9-4 Josuke, give up! You're not winning this."
"And lose 1,000 yen because I chickened out? Nuh-uh! Not happening!" Josuke blocked the goal with his striker, predicting Kakyoin's offensive maneuver with the hockey puck.
The disk, instead of being deflected back at Kak, went out of the table and into the arcade machine behind him, severing the power outlet that turned the game on.
"Oops, my bad! I'll go fetch the puck and fix the thing while I'm at it." The student crouches down to check the power outlet, noticing the amount of sparks flowing out the outlet.
"I wouldn't touch me if I was you, Josuke Higashikata!" Despite missing it's power source, a voice came out of the Time Crisis 2 machine, where a yellow, alien-like Stand jumped out of the screen to chastise Josuke.
"What the hell...?"
"It's that Stand Hitomi told us about, Red Hot Chili Pepper!" Kakyoin recognized the menacing figure stand against him.
"Correct, Kakyoin! Likewise, it seems like you and Jotaro's buddies haven't listened to my advice! You were all supposed to leave Morioh! Yet here you are, playing ice hockey with a kid half your age!"
"And why are you here?" Josuke clenched his fist.
"Why wouldn't I be? I've visited all of you quite a few times now. Of course you wouldn't notice you were being spied on, since I can easily morph into pure electricity and all." Chili Pepper bragged about having mastered his Stand in a couple weeks.
"I meant why you decided to show up now? When you could have stayed hidden in the shadows like the coward you are?"
"You don't think you can take us on, do you?" Kakyoin brings out his Stand, with Josuke following his moves.
"Take you on? I would never be so crude. I am here to kill you both. Quick and painlessly."

"Pft! As if you could even find one in time before I fried you two to death. Jotaro's Star Platinum is the only Stand user who could pose a threat to me, and that's just because he can stop time. So what better way to test my strength than to put up a fight with it's younger counterpart?"
"Be careful what you wish for. You just might get it..." Josuke cracked his knuckles.
"I'm not pulling your leg here, Josuke. Come on! I'm waiting for you to hit me with that barebones Stand of yours. Do it! Compared to Chili Pepper, your punches will feel more like a kid pinching my nose!"
"In your dreams, asshole!" A swift 'DORA!' from Crazy Diamond twisted the electric monster into the ground, where he was vulnerable for a free beating.
"He's fast... I was too arrogant and underestimated him!"
"Damn right you did! And keep in mind that I'm not even the strongest Stand user in Morioh! DORARARARARARARA-- ACK!"
Quickly growing tired of Josuke having the upper hand, Chili Pepper's energy waves increased by absorbing electricity from the nearby cabins, headbutting Josuke to the other end of the establishment.

"On the contrary, Josuke. You only managed to PISS ME OFF!" Standing on top of Crazy Diamond,the enemy electrocuted Josuke with the entire arcade's voltage, attempting to fry him alive.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!" Tried as he might, Josuke's attempts at escaping only turned into mere convulsions, which if it weren't for Kakyoin finding a power switch and shutting the place down, Josuke would soon be dead.
"Wh-What?"
"DORA!"
Chili had no time to react as he got punched into the wall, with his power down and no chance of backup, he used the remainder of his energy to slide into the power outage and disappearing into the electricity poles.
"Damn! He got away!" Kakyoin snapped his fingers.
"Thanks for the save, man..." Josuke combed his hair back, as it was burnt by the attack.
"Anytime,! We better report this to Jotaro, though. Hitomi and him were looking for clues on him for a while now..." Kakyoin invited Josuke for a ride in his car, where the two would meet with the married couple.

"For the last time, Mr. Joestar! We're not inviting you to Morioh! It's not safe here!" Hitomi chastised over the cell phone.
"How unsafe are we talking about?"

"Aw, but I thought Josuke would be happy if he knew who his father was... I feel like I owe him an explanation" Joseph sounded legitimately disappointed in not meeting his son.

"Hitomi, is that the old man again?" Jotaro turned the newspapers as he approached his wife.
"Yeah, can you have a word with him? Maybe you can convince him to lay off on visiting in these dire situations."
"I was actually thinking on bringing him here. Maybe Hermit Purple can help us find Chili Pepper." Jotaro proposed to her disbelief.
"He's pushing 80, Jotaro! You saw him when we went to New York! He might still have the same brash personality, but he can't even walk without a cane anymore! Stand over usage could lead to his death, let alone fighting a Stand user!"
"I'm still on the line you know..."
"Your Hamon isn't what it used to be, so you can't pinpoint a moving target like Chili Pepper in a big city like Morioh, and Avdol's flame detector is even worse in that regard. We're out of alternatives."
"Yeah, you tell her Jotaro!"
"Quiet, Old man. I'm doing this out of pure necessity. I didn't forget about you cheating on Suzi!"

Hitomi can't help but facepalm at the idea, but Jotaro does present a good argument. Even if you can find Chili Pepper's user, it'll take a lot longer than simply asking for Hermit Purple's help, but since Joseph could drop dead at any moment if he finds an enemy...

"You're right, with so many Stand users, overwhelming him should be easy, but that also comes with putting too many people at risk. Plus someone needs to take care of Jolyne." You dial up the phone, thinking of all the possible contacts that would fit the task.

I'd say Avdol or Kakyoin since they have a strong home ground advantage. Hierophant green can set up a lot of networking tendrils which would be great in a remote area without any nearby powerlines of any sort. Avdol's flames seem like they would also be a good defensive choice, though our earlier sparring match showed that a supercharged stand can bull through the flames without significant injury.

As long as they're in a space where RHCP can't supercharge off of nearby electrical sources, both of these people would be nice for a defensive choice.

Hazamada and Rohan might also be okay, but they both seem to require access to the actual Stand User to make good use of their abilities. RHCP is a very long-range stand. If RHCP went for Jolyne instead of Joseph, they might not be able to do much.

Aside from that, I'm not really sure who'd be great for taking on a powerful CQC stand that can also conduct electricity. Okyasu maybe due to him being able to cut off electrical connections with the Hand.

Yukako seems to be not well suited here since her Stand is attached to her body. Stand electricity seems like a bad combination here.

Either Avdol and Kakyoin (whoever's not with Jolyne) could provide some nice overwatch, but they might need someone to cover them in case RHCP gets up close.

Rohan and Hazamada could act as wildcards depending on where we deploy them. But as mentioned earlier, they may not be able to do much if RHCP confronts them, unless their powers work on Stands too.

With that said, I think Josuke should be there to assist Jotaro/Hitomi. Star Platinum and KC are already a huge amount of power and versatility, especially if KC copies Star Platinum and also can act in timestop. But Josuke's ability to re-arrange matter is something that KC can't quite replicate.

But then again, RHCP might not try such a brazen full-frontal attack since Hitomi and Jotaro are paired up. Might be better to send Josuke along with Kakyoin and Rohan to try and protect Joseph instead. If Rohan is cooperative, he could write symbols where RHCP is likely to emerge and try to take control of RHCP that way. If Josuke goes with the Joseph group, then Okyasu might be able to provide some support for Hitomi/Jotaro.

Going into a deserted area, Hitomi dialed up each and every person who could help her with either taking care of Jolyne, and the elderly british man.
"Taking care of Jolyne, huh? Well, at least Kakyoin and Josuke won't be around. I can do it." Rohan complied out of respect for Hitomi and her family, and so did Hazamada, Yukako and Avdol.
"I literally live next door to you and Jotaro, what kind of friend would I be if I declined?"
"WHO THE HELL IS PLANNING ON HURTING JOLYNE! I'LL STRANGLE THAT LITTLE SHIT!"
"Oooh! I'll be sure to think of something Surface can do to distract Chili Pepper!"

As for the team focused on aiding Joseph...
"Huh, if Polnareff wasn't so busy with his family we'd be able to have the full team here. Shame about Mr. Joestar's condition, though. Time hasn't been nice to him."
"I'm finally going to see Joseph, huh? I've grown up being used to only having a single parent, now that I'm finally meeting my 'dad' it's going to be very awkward."
"I know how it feels like to not have a dad... Maybe If I'm around Josuke won't be feeling so bad!"

On the following day, the gang arrived at the pier a good two hours before Joseph's arrival. Feeling he would soon come to spy on the Hotel due to yesterday's scuffle with Kakyoin and Josuke, the second team would be there to impede RHCP from attacking, as well as confusing him for not seeing anyone he would be expecting aside Jolyne.
However, Hitomi made a fatal mistake.
"Hey, looks like Hitomi forgot her phone here, and it's uncharged." Hazamada plugged the cell phone on the power outlet, where the past calls were recorded, signaling Joseph's location.
"YOU IDIOT!" Rohan yanked the midget off the charger, but it was already too late, as Chili Pepper was already peeping on them.

"Well well well, what do we have here? I noticed Hitomi and Jotaro were up to something, but I couldn't figure out what since she wasn't using a regular phone, maybe seeing the register on these calls might give me a hint!" The yellow bastard grinned after grabbing the phone.

"HEAVEN'S DOOR!" Instead of forcing everyone to look at his manuscripts, Rohan simply manifested a Stand of his own, resembling the protagonist of his story: Pink Dark Boy.
"I am glad to disappoint you, Chili Pepper! The only way you're getting out of here is without any info!" Rohan knocked everyone into the ground as their insides were transformed into manga, scribbling into the air as the ink from his pens were splashed on his biographies.
"What have you done to us, Rohan-sensei?" Hazamada shrieked, thinking he was setting them up for death due to disabling their bodies.
"Rest assured, Hazamada! I'm not a goody two shoes by any stretch of the imagination. Hell, if this thing was only after Josuke, I'd even lead him the way, but given all that's at stake, I'd even give him a kiss if it meant taking down this simpleton!"
"You got a big mouth, Rohan! But your Stand is utterly useless! I'll rip that dumb look right off your face!" Chili Pepper lunged at Rohan at light speed, but hit the wall behind the artist as the entire group formed a meat shield around him.

"I was thinking of making everyone immune to electricity. But since that would leave me vulnerable to attacks, I thought of an even better option to face you!" Rohan presented the writing to his foe.
'If Chilli Pepper tries to attack Rohan, we will use our bodies to move him out of harm's way, no matter how fast he attacks, we will always move faster than Chilli Pepper.'
"What? You can't just do that! How am I going to hit you know?" The Stand pushed itself to the very brink of it's speed, but it failed to hit the group as they automatically dodged the following blows with perfection.
"Oh, and you people can still control your Stands from here." Since Heaven's Door wasn't combat applicable, he relied on the others to beat some sense into Chilli Pepper.
"Love Deluxe!" Yukako's hair flocks pinned him to the wall where Stone Free took the cell phone out of the electric alien, leaving him free for Magician's Red and Surface's clobbering.
"I'll try not to burn your hair, Yukako!"
"This is for trying to kill my favorite mangaka, you freak!"

After kicking, punching and stomping on Chili Pepper into submission, he tumbled down the power outlet, escaping the hotel in a cowardly retreat.
"You know what... Fuck you guys! I don't need you to find Jotaro! I'll look for him myself!" He spouted between his panting, being slurped by the socket.
"What a joke, we didn't een have to look for the power switch!" Rohan chuckles. "You people can take your hands off me now..."

"I think I can see the boat!" Hitomi alerted.
"Man... Did we really have to wake up this early to look for Chili Pepper? Look at what a beautiful day we're having!" Okuyasu yawned. "I mean, the sun, the sea, the UAV drone going in that boat's direction.
"I know how you feel, pal." Josuke sympathized with his classmate. "We need to call everyone to hit the beach one day to enjoy the summer-- Wait, what was that last part?"
"Do you think Chili Pepper might be inside that drone's battery?" Okuyasu used his noggin. He just needs a power source, after all.
"We should check it out, but splitting up might not be a good idea."

"The Hand!" Okuyasu's Stand scraped the space time continuum, making the toy approach the team, however as soon as the drone noticed he was being set back, a few sparks of lighting set it at full speed, blasting after the boat and escaping The Hand's range.
"Bastard! It really is Chili Pepper inside that battery!" Okuyasu shouted.
"How are we supposed to get there before that thing?" Josuke asked, afraid of losing sleep over his father's death.
"...Jotaro, that boat is property of the Speedwagon Foundation, right?" Kakyoin readied his Hierophant.
"Yes, the only passengers there are staff and the old man's caretakers." Jotaro informed.
"The distance is a bit out of range for now, but in around 10 to 6 minutes it should be enough for a stretched out Hierophant Green to reach it."

"We can go with your stand!" Hitomi charged up her Hamon, thinking she would be able to float above it like before, but her slack in training only left the water above her knees. "Ah, damn it! I just bout those pants!"
"I think I can balance myself on The Hand just fine! It's faster than looking for a speedboat! We can push you out of the water if you get tired, Hitomi-san!" Okuyasu jumps on his Stand's arms and tiptoes on Hierophant Green's uncoiled torso as it elongated towards the water.
"Great Idea! Let's get going!" Hitomi fist bumped the young Okuyasu for putting his brain to excellent use and parted ways to the sea, with Kakyoin's Stand sandwitched between The Hand and a Hamon charged Hitomi using him as a zipline.
"Tch! Josuke and Jotaro are left? Crap, you two were the ones I wanted to fight the least..." A panting Stand User popped out of the manhole cover, sporting Red Hot Chilli Pepper, a guitar and a toy plane with him.
"You!" Jotaro and Josuke turned to face the guitarist.
"Kakyoin's still here? Interesting, since he can't roll his stand back or else he'll risk Okuyasu and Hitomi drowning, you two are down 3 Stands... My UAV, Spitfire can reach Joseph's boat in 5 minutes, twice as fast as Hierophant Green. So if I beat you both under 4 minutes and sever Kakyoin in half, I might be able to win if I go all out."
"You have a lot of nerve threatening to kill my wife straight to my face!" Jotaro summoned Star Platinum.
"My name is Akira Otoishi, 19 years old!" Akira Drew out Jotaro's voice with a guitar solo. "I'm tired of playing games with you people, especially after Rohan treated me for going easy on him, now I'll use all the energy in this city to kill you all!" The Guitar's notes escalated into a crescendo as RHCP stole all of Morioh's electricity, sparking into a great bolt of explosions as he finished charging his Stand to full power.
"Oh, yeah!..."

Thanks for the run, Dust!

Akira must be really confident if he thinks that he can move faster than a timestopped Star Platinum. RHCP is probably bonkers with that much power, but a fist to the face in Timestop should be more than enough to knock him out.
