You are Neo'verst Hennessy, Neo or Verst for short, or at least that's what you call yourself. Because you forgot what your name was when you died. You spent what felt like ages waiting for some sort of afterlife and you got it in the form of being a soul eating monster. Fortunately for you this brought back some more of your memories. You remember the passions in your life your friends and racing of course. You even remembered your parents! But now quite a bit of time has passed since then. You found a Female Hollow who you took on as your subordinate, who filled you in on quite a bit about being a Hollow. You killed a Ferryman who was pretty damn arrogant (thank god or you might not have made it). Waited for the heat to pass over in Hueco Mundo, and won some races against other Hollows, and added another member to your gang.

Then you spent some time in the human world causing small natural disasters, and messing stuff up. But all this seems to have attracted the attention of a group of humans who call themselves Praetorians.

You've just eaten the member of the order who attacked you. But what you've been thinking is hunger is still there. You feel like hundreds of people are trying to claw their way out of you almost as if you'll burst, and the void inside just keeps demanding more souls.

Your eyes are now glued on the necklace full of trapped souls Caprice holds. "Um, Boss you feeling okay? I don't like that look you're shooting my way."

>>Tear the necklace from here hands and swallow it.
>>Tell them about the pain you're in.

You gasp as you reach out for the necklace. "Caprice give me that thing I need the souls in it." She tentatively hand it over to you. "What's happening to me?" You force out through pained grunts. "It feels like there are a thousand people trying to claw their way out of me." You swallow the necklace whole and fell the souls trapped in it flood into you. The pain to your great displeasure doesn't cause the pain to recede but causes a black fabric to begin emerging from your hole.

Something seems to click in Caprice's mind as you see her eyes light up. "Boss I know what's happening you're turning into a Gillian!"

You look at her in shock. "I thought you said this shit takes years to happen! IT'S BEEN LIKE TWO MONTHS!"

Well Boss we've been a lot more active then most Hollows. Most grab one stray Plus, and go back to Hueco Mundo to wait till they need to eat again in a couple of weeks. Mostly out of fear of the Ferrymen."

It open your mouth to say something but as you do a black viscous fluid pours out making more of the fabric. You feel things inside you cracking and tearing as you shoot upward. The roof of the parking garage stops your for a moment before you break through it shooting upward.

You black out for about a second and find you've stopped growing. You look down to see Cleo and Caprice yelling. "Boss you okay! Are you still, well you!"

You shout down, your voice booming like thunder. "Yeah I'm me." You look out over the buildings and take it all in, feeling your Pesquisa sweep over the entire city instead of a few blocks now. This is so... amazing! You feel so powerful your previous power feels like a drop in a pond compared to now. Though it's not without its flaws everything feels a little numb, and seems to carry less weight then it should as if the very air relents before our might. But something breaks your joy you can feel very powerful concentrations of Reishi and they're closing in on you. Now that you think about it you're also probably a giant target.

This really wasn't the best time you realize. Your transformation probably turned you into the biggest blip on enemy radars for miles. Already you could feel the flow of Reishi in the city changing as the powerful titans you hadn't noticed before came for you. You may not see them but you're sure they can see you. Quickly you kneel down to Cleo and Caprice. "Both of you quickly hop on we need to leave now." You try to say quietly but it still comes out booming, as you lower your hand to them. They hop on and you jab the other into the air opening a large portal. You don't bother closing it though because it's so high up and no one would be stupid enough to follow... you hope.

You find yourself once more in the underground forest and set off towards a gathering of Gillian you can sense with your enhanced abilities.

*Meanwhile*

A young blonde headed man knelled before before another man in the vestments of a priest in the middle of an empty street. "Forgive me Praetor Julianus. But the Gillian escaped we've also heard one of the recruits followed it in, we've been unable to contact her."

Julianus let a slight frown overtake his features, before a smile with no warmth returned. "It is nothing to worry about child, it is only a Gillian and if this recruit is destined so she will make her way back to us."

You worry about having left the portal open for so long. To confirm if you're being followed you focus in on any nearby Reishi for a moment and confirm what you thought. You can feel a similar amount of Reishi from the guy from before behind a pillar.

You don't make any sign that you notice or slow down.

You make way the same as before, not showing you're aware of the pursuit to your hunter or even your companions. As you start to close in on the Gillian presences you sense you stop, the quaking earth stopping as well. "This is where we'll rest tonight!" You boom down to them.

You all try to bunch up as close as possible together and your companions are taken by the melodious touch of their dreams. You stay awake pretending to be asleep for a hour, but your pursuer hasn't revealed themselves. You stray somewhere between half-awake half-asleep when a soothing voice begins to lull you to sleep. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uen59x1NBRs

You feel yourself begin to slip away. You're faintly aware of the spike in the pursuers Reishi.

You try to resist the relaxing melody but your already half-asleep mind isn't able to fight it off. You try wearily one last time to keep your eyes open before they slowly close.

Your eyes flutter open in a dream. You're working on an old muscle car you just bought. She's old rusted and beaten but she'll be damn beautiful when you're finished with her, just like the others. You hear the door from the kitchen open and roll out from under the car. The most beautiful women ever is coming through the door, she looks down at you and says. "Baby, you look filthy. Dinners ready so time to wash up. You can play with your toys later." You chuckle as you get up and throw your arms around her. "Get off me your filthy!" But despite her words she didn't fight you off and instead shared a good laugh as you both fell into a gentle swaying motion. "So you keeping or selling this one?"

"Well I was thinking of selling her she'd go for a pretty penny... but" The smile she was wearing before slides right off.

"No, don't you "but" me. We've had this talk before. You know we need the money!" You know she's right but you can't help yourself. You know you could win with this one.

"Honey I know but just one more race, then we'll never have to worry about anything again." You know the argument that's brewing, you always have it but keep talking. "There's a guy that's showed up and he's got hundreds of thousands put into his car if we race for pink slips I can sell it for a ton."

"You told me you'd stopped racing!" She throws your arms off of you, but hesitation crosses her face and you know you've won. "But... if you think you can win. You can use this car. But that's it no more you hear me!"

You laugh and kiss her cheek, throwing your arms around her from the back. Just happy to have avoided another fight. "Thank you sweety you'll see this'll all pay off." You feel a small kick from the growing bulge of her stomach. They'd both see you could take care of them. You'd make sure of it.

Anything else that might have come from is interrupted or lost as you feel a boot slam into your face bringing you back to reality. You feel cracks in your mask from the strike which quickly wakes you.

You quickly sit up shouting. "Cleo, Caprice wake up!" Your thundering voice waking them like a storm. You kick your foot out blindly and luckily hit the pursuer. You hear a crack as they slam into a pillar of stone. You look down to see a young tan woman in jeans with goggles and an aviators jacket. Right now two large angelic wings are sprouting from her back. The myriad of souls clinging to her tells you she's also a Praetorian. She regains her footing and takes to the air on her wings. She heads straight for your face and delivers a powerful blow that even in this giant form causes you to stumble. You rear back and instinctively point your horns at her. A teal light begins to gather and spin. You see her eyes widen as she tries to move out of the way.

>[Cero] - The practitioner fires a powerful blast of concentrated spiritual energy at the target. While in most cases it is fired from the mouth, some can fire Cero from their hands, fingers, and other parts of their bodies. This often requires the user to take on a specific pose. Verst own Cero is a light teal in color. It can be fired rapidly for a weaker version or charged for more power.

But it's to late for her to escape fully. One of her wings it vaporized in the teal beam. She falls to the ground almost in slow motion before hitting the sandy cavern floor with a dull thump. You use Sonído to close the distance crushing her legs with your own giant skeletal foot, shes lets out a piercing scream. You bend over as far as you can to see her coughing up blood with a pained expression. "So you're who's been following us. Tell me what's your name, and why did you follow us?"

She seems hesitate to speak, but you fix that by putting on some more pressure. "My name is Zoe, and I didn't plan to follow you! I got caught on the other side of that portal."

"So it seems... Tell me about this order you belong to the Praetorians, and don't lie I know you're one."

"We're a order of people devoted to destroying monsters like you! Mark my words the Praetors will make you pay for this."

"How many are you?"

"Hundreds across all of america, and we won't stop till you are all gone."

You ponder it for a second if left untended they could grow into a real threat. Thoughts for another time though, right now you're in no state to do such a thing. You turn your attention back to the girl trapped under you. You recall stories of souls being taken to Hueco Mundo and turned into Hollows. "I thank you for the information, but I have one last question. When I was asleep I dreamed of something familiar what did you do?"

"That was my siren song, I use my energy to lure monsters like you into dreams. B-but I have no control over them!"

"Thank you for your help. But I believe I've found another way for you to be of use." You say as bring up your massive foot, bringing it back down and crushing her.

You wait several moments and a chained Plus floats up from the stain. She screams upon seeing you but you quickly scoop her up with one hand. You carefully lower your jaws and rip off a tiny chunk of her shoulder causing her to scream. You bring your other hand up and push one of the bony fingers into the wound and channel your Reishi into the wound. You place her back on the ground as she starts screaming. Her chain has broken and white fluid is pooling around her face. She looks up to you pleading. "No please I'm begging you! Anything but this!"

You knell down and bend so you can speak to her face to face, your fangs scraping the sand. "Don't worry I'll see to it that you are safe. Why you should be happy your new life is about to start." You rise back up again sand sliding off your cloak as you watch her form finally begin to break and reshape itself.

After several moments the process is finished. Left in her place is a dragonfly like Hollow around a story tall and as long as bus, you see several blue markings across it. Her four wings are as wide as her body is long. The mask you see contrary to her body her mask is relatively plain and featureless with a human like shape with two sad looking eyes with blue dashes beneath them. She looks up at you with a confused and scared expression. "W-who are you? Where am I? I think we know each other."

You look down with a plastered on sad look. "Why Zoe don't you remember we're your friends. But don't worry it's alright now we'll keep you safe."

She looks up with what you assume is a smile. "Um, thank you."

"Cleo, Caprice make camp here we'll finish our rest before reaching the Gillian. Me and Zoe will go and look for stray Hollows to keep us well fed." Cleo glanced up at you then to Zoe. "I know what you're thinking it'll be fine. Besides it'll do her some good. Remember to shape Hueco Mundo you just need to exert your will." With that you were off with Zoe buzzing besides you. You walk for a while in silence with her by your side. You eventually stop behind a large quartz pillar as you sense the Reishi of a weaker newly formed Hollow on the other side. You look down and gesture to the other side of the pillar. Zoe nervously looked around.

"Um... Boss I'm not to sure I can do this." You let out a sigh as you thought about what to do. She was still newly formed so her inhibition might fall away after giving her a taste or it might be better to make her do it without guidance.

So far all she has is a vague sense of familiarity.
She might gain more memories when she evolves but hopefully we will have established something of a personal connection by then.

She didn't seem mad that we killed her comrade so she might not care for the order in that sense, it could just have been a job to her. Or she didn't sense his life snuff out.

Depends upon how much of her old self is in control when that happens. We could just focus on hollows for a bit and if her memories come back she's see it as us preferring to go after hollows but those big meanie shinigami and praetorians kept on getting in our way until we HAD to go eat pluses. Well it can't be that hard. You remember when you first transformed you were nearly consumed by an uncontrollable hunger. Her own instinctual fear might be balancing it out, but perhaps if you could give her a little piece from each before taking it away you could bring out that hunger. "Zoe, I'll catch the first few but you must catch at least one by the end."

"Okay."

With a content nod you use Sonído and appear on the other side of the pillar knowing it already heard you. Crushing the small frog-like Hollow is as easy as stepping on a bug. You continue this method for a while, each time breaking off a little piece for Zoe. She seems hesitant to eat the pieces of raw flesh, but gradually you see her hunger grow. By the time of the last one she's practically foaming at the mouth and actually snaps at you when you try to take back a piece.

You use Pesquisa to find a young weak Hollow that she could easily overpower in her weakened state. You tell her it's time and she quickly takes off. Hovering above the unaware Hollow you see her hidden mouth in the mask split open to reveal rows of needle-like teeth. The Hollow never knew what hit it as she fell on its back and ripped into to him devouring him in just a minute.

>Zoe gained: [Enloquecido] - This Hollow grows more powerful as a battle continues, but more mindless from sustained damage.

For thee, my brother.
Along with one of the characters as an example.
I don't know if this ruleset has everything I came up with or not, though. I might have changed some things or added some shit and forgotten to add it to the rulesheet. It was mostly just a thang for me and my cru, so I was too relaxed about keeping the rulesheet up to date.

Guys now I was looking for more Hollow pieces to use as images, when I stumbled upon this. Which other then the mask piece is how Cleo would look so I hit the jackpot.

Side note: Finding Hollow pieces is surprisingly hard. Mostly "Hollow" turns up Ichigo fortunately Grims can make good replacements.
>>
>>3022174
I'd probably think up a ruleset for shinigami and then just apply the parts that make sense to arrancars. You don't even have to worry too much if they're a bit OP because that'd actually fit in setting, and you can just make bankai for generayed captain level shinigami bullshit too to fit. Then it'd be just like the setting the game is based in.

"Good job Zoe. Though you might want to be little careful about getting caught up in everything." You watch with morbid curiosity as the hidden mouth cracks the surrounding mouth into some sort of morbid grin... creepy. You keep hunting a bit longer to observe the sort of murderous thrill growing in her. Around the time you're done you are left carrying about a dozen Hollows. Zoe buzzing around your head trying to calm herself down from the hunt. As you return to the little camp you find Cleo and Caprice have made a slight imprint in one of the quartz pillars, large enough for the three of them to rest in and cover three direction from attack.

You drop the Hollows down in front of you without a care. "We're back everyone."

Caprice acknowledged your return with a nod. "Hey boss! Sorry we couldn't make you some space... but it's kinda hard with all... you know." She was gesturing her hands up to your giant body.

*Meanwhile in the Human World*

"Praetors we've contacted them. They have accepted your offer and have left already." A grin crossed Julianus's face but he could tell by the look on Cassian's face he wasn't happy. He already knew what his fellow Praetor was thinking.

"I know you're upset they accepted. I know you had made plans on killing them if they refused." Julianus said evenly.

"I do not believe it to be worth working with them! While a part of them may still be human they are still tainted by those monsters!" He roared in anger.

"Don't worry we never promised not to kill them after they got their reward, and if they don't return the outcome is the same only we must deal with it ourselves." Cassian regarded his friend and slowly but surly the angry look left him. After a few moments he finally gave a nod of consent.

IIRC my rules for shinigami was that they had three extra stats (Hakuda, Zanjutsu, and Kido) which were added on to relevant rolls. For instance, hand-to-hand combat would be speed+hakuda to hit someone.
Zanjutsu rating of 10 and up gave you access to shikai. I forget what the threshold for bankai was.
I know that your kido score directly correlated to the highest number you could use. Bakudo #5 would be your best bakudo possible at a kido rating of 5.

Quincy...had two extra stats compared to hollows, Reishi Control and Ginto. I know that some of their techniques in that system were strengthened by the amount of reiatsu every party has spent during the fight. For instance, if a hollow used 10 pressure on a cero, the quincy's technique was stronger by that amount, since thats how their abilities work. I'm not sure but I think I actually made it so it was half of the expended amount as an increase to ambient reishi, to balance it out, later.

I tried to keep it as simple as possible. I couldn't make the fangs work without ruining the iconic Gillian look and I didn't wanna go overboard with the horns so I just reused the nose as the ram skull.

"We don't know what we're going to go up against in the future guys. Which makes it all the more important that we can weather whatever comes our way." Cleo and Caprice share an apprehensive look before giving you a firm nod. You all spread out and work on your own things. You spend some time working on your new Cero. Testing its various ends and outs. At first it was hard to do at will but now you can easily switch between a rapid fire weaker variant, and the normal powerful charged kind which has grown in strength. You've finished up your training and make your way to see how the others are progressing.

The first you check on is the newly transformed Zoe. She isn't really doing much but learning how to fly better now in her new form. She's doing surprisingly well despite it being so early. As you leave her you see her working on her rolling and dive bombing the sand.

You visit Cleo next. You wonder where she is at first but soon she burst forth from the sand, and like that she's gone like that. Almost as if she's swimming through it. You decide it's best to leave her be for now as you see her disappear beneath the sand once more.

>Cleo has gained [Tierra vacía] -This Hollow is capable of moving through the ground as if it was water. This only effects loose types of ground such as soil and sand at first but can easily break stone later with training.

The last one you visit is Caprice, normally she's just training her body but what you see causes your jaw to drop. You see her slamming her fist and legs into a large quartz pillar using some type of martial arts. Her limbs are a blur only able to see they are still there from the slight after images they leave. Each strike causes causes large cracks to splinter out from the impact. After a few moments of watching her you see she doesn't even seem to realize you're there. As she continues more and more cracks start to splinter out causing large chunks to break and fall off. "Caprice you may want to be careful there." You say jokingly, not out of fear for her but for the pillar.

That seems to do it as she stops and looks sheepishly between you and the quartz. "Ah, yeah sorry I might have overdone it boss!" You laugh and leave with her to gather the others.

>Caprice has gained [Gran Talento] - This Hollow either through luck or unlocked by rigorous training stands above its peers. The Hollow possess amazing natural control of their Reishi, and on top of it is far stronger and faster then a Hollow of its tier should be.
>Caprice has gained [Gemelos Sonído] - An enhanced form of Sonído. By introducing an additional step into the normal Sonído movement, they can generate a number of clone-like afterimages of themself.

You and the others decide to catch a few more z's before heading on to the Gillian, Caprice states she's pretty sore after her training. With that settled on the three of them settle into the little nook they carved out while you were out hunting for weaker Hollows. As a plus at least you know they won't cause you any future problems. But it's a problem for later you think as you drift off. Probably would have been a good idea to leave someone on watch you think as you finally drift off.

You're back in the house but this time your in the kitchen, it's dark because the lights are off. You take another swig of whiskey straight from the bottle as you feel all the crushing regret welling up in you. But the moment you've been waiting for is here, Julie's finally home, you here the slam of the front door and the creaks before she turns on a living room light. She nearly drops here purse spasming at surprise at your dark form in the kitchen. "Jesus, baby you scared the crap out of me... Baby what's wrong?"

"I... I lost them." You try to say as the words choke you. "I-I thought I could win this time."

"Baby... tell me what you did." You could hear the hesitation in her voice, along with all the fury and disappointment.

"He wouldn't race me. Not for just the car. He said if I wanted to race him I had to put down everything, the rest of the cars, all the money I had." You start to feel anger in you, you should have won dammit! But he boosted himself right before the finish line. You look up at your fiance to see anger, screaming despair, and hopelessness all cross her face.

"GODDAMMIT! That was all our money. Those cars were worth hundreds of thousands, they were our rainy day fund! And you lost them all!" She's screaming and hysterical now.

"Look... I'll-I'll find someway to fix this, don't worry. I just need to figure out how." Her head shook.

"No I've had enough of this. I can't do it anymore, even if you do you'll lose it all again like you always do. I'm sorry but I'm leaving, it's clear you can't care for anyone else I need someone who can care for our... my son." Before you could break yourself out of your shock she was out the door. You break down in tears holding the bottle. After what feels like hours you pic yourself back up. You could still catch her, you could convince her, you always could. You knew where she was heading, she always went to Olivia's house at times like this. Bursting into the garage you threw off the tarp from the one thing you still had. Your bike, the one thing you didn't lose in the deal. Opening the garage door you saw it was pouring down outside you didn't care though you just needed to get her back.

Within half an hour you were almost there. You almost might have made to, but as you crossed the train tracks your only warning was the air horn of a train and its front light.

You sat back up in Hueco Mundo with a start looking over at your companions to see them still sleeping.

You feel it best to let them rest, so they'll be at peak condition for the upcoming fight. Your time meanwhile was spent wondering about your past. Eventually you decide not to dwell on it, it was long ago and from a different life then now. After several minutes your companions began to stir, one by one. Now that they had woken up you wasted no time finally moving on from this spot. You had no idea this camp would be such a hassle.

For once everything is relatively normal. Nothing attacks you on the way, and the only sounds are the buzzing and of course the tremor producing steps of yourself. As you round the final pillar you spot the cluster of Gillians. They all stand in a clearing standing mostly motionless occasionally one stumbles for some reason. All of them stare upward seemingly without reason. The only sound they make is a slow creaking sound as some sort of call. "Wow... this is real creepy Boss. If we're going to do something can we get it over with now. I don't want to spend anymore time around this place." A slight amount of fright can be heard in Caprice's voice.

Experimentally you get close and poke one. The others do nothing but the one you poked starts making its way towards you. But as soon as you take a step back its advance stop, returning its eyes to the ceiling. You have to agree with Caprice, creepy.

Though fortunately it seems they won't attack anyone unless they bother them specifically. You could probably pick them off one by one if you're careful. Though a Cero might do enough damage to give you all a chance to take on the mindless Hollows.

The best thing to do would be to pick them off one by one. You're all well fed so there's no need to hurry anyway. Developing a routine is easy you smash one against the jaw causing it to stumble away from the group and then when it notices you leading it away is a simple task. Once your far away that no ones attack will hit it you brawl with it. While you keep its attention the others pepper it with their own attacks. Caprice's training proves invaluable as she does the most damage by far using her new Sonido to hit it in several areas at once. It's fairly rinse and repeat from their. They prove to be very boring prey actually, they care nothing for their fellows, and don't adapt or even realize something's wrong.

It only takes a few hours to clear out the entire cluster. You all spend about another hour eating the Hollows themselves. As you do so you lurch over you can feel your body breaking and compressing itself again, the variable ocean of Reishi gained from the Gillians flooding your own. You look to your companions as you collapse in pain. Cleo and Caprice seem to be in a similar state, but Cleo's form only lengthens no robe forms.

The robe you're wearing begins to disintegrate as you continue to shrink. By the time it's all burned away your left at about half the height of your original form. You can't see it either but you mask is much fiercer, the horns only curling back once now before piercing straight forward into blades. Running your new tongue over your re-elongated saber teeth you can feel their sharp serrated edges. A glance in a quartz pillar shows the flame marking around your eyes also now wrap around the mask. There isn't much difference with you body except the lack of fur across your chest, and the fact you're completely bipedal now. No doubt you've become a Adjucha.

A booming crack brings your attention back to Cleo and Caprice. Caprice has been left as a relatively plain Gillian, with her mask flattened and tribal designs decorating it. Cleo on the other hand you don't know, because she's not a Gillian or at least a normal one. No robe covers her and her body is covered in what looks like mask like armor. She seems to stretch on for miles.

>Cleo has gained [Subdermal Armor] - Hollows skin is stronger then normal.
>Cleo has become a [Gillian Variant]
>Caprice has become a [Gillian]

But you're interrupted as you feel something fall from the ceiling and impale you in the back.

Updated appearances

>[Adjucha] - Neo’s Adjucha form is nearly the same compared to his base form. But his chest now lacks fur, and he has lost the ability to switch between bipedal and quadrupedal due to his more human like proportions. The horns of his mask only curl back one and are pointed straight forward in front of his face after the curl. His teeth have re-elongated from his Gillian form and now bear sharper more serrated edges. 14ft tall.

>[Gillian] - Her Gillian form is nearly indistinguishable from that of a mindless one. The only defining characteristic is her flattened mask which now bears tribal markings.

>[Gillian Variant] - Cleo’s form is now covered in a hard white armor similar to a Hollows mask. The spikes on her mask have moved down her body to form a large fin like sail. Also many centipede like legs sprout from her body. She is 2 miles long.

Swigging back your elbow to throw off your attacker you give yourself room to maneuver and use Sonido as you feel the rip whatever they stabbed you with out. Your surroundings rearrange themselves at blinding speed as you nearly collide into a pillar. A shrill cry of pleasure surges through you. The power increase isn't much in total, but all Gillian power has been compacted into such a smaller form without the clumsiness of the larger size. You crack a smile the more you feel your muscles pulse with unbridled power. You look at your attacker to find two humans with spears. Though they looked quite surprised, you would be too up against a Hollow, two Gillians, and a Adjucha. Though something feels off about them. You sense the normal human Reishi coming off them along with that like a Hollow. One picks up his spear and throws it with blinding speed. But your new form dodges with some effort.

"So what are you. Exactly you ain't us, and you're not Praetorians. So what the hell is left. Frankly it's starting to get old." You say with some slight distaste. First you had to worry about other Hollows in Hueco Mundo and now these assholes.

"I wouldn't expect you to know about us, not many. We're Fullbringers a monument to your failures." The one who stabbed you says with disdain, he has red hair compared to the one you assume is his brother. The spear he holds seems to be giving off a flaming aura from where your blood touched it. They move into attack again, telling you the time for talking is over.

"You guys stay back I'll deal with them." You say rolling your shoulders, you'd be lying if you said you weren't eager to try out your new powers. You use your Sonido disappearing, they counter with something similar but right now it looks like they're still through jello. Black hair tries to dodge and fails receiving an uppercut to the face. Your attack gives the red headed one a chance to impale you with his flaming spear. He hits you across the face cracking your mask. He then flares the flame covering his spear. Taking advantage of his position you channel your Reishi into your horns for a Cornear. He tries to move away but before he can do so you grab his arm locking him in place. You bring your head down in a brutal attempt to impale him, but he slips away at the last moment. Not unharmed however a massive heavily bleeding slash now crosses his face. Out of the corner of your eye you see the brother finally get up, he makes his way over to the red head. "Gabriel are you all right." He says in a high pitched nasally voice, you can't help but snort. His nose seems to have completely collapsed and your blow knocked a few teeth out. At least you know red head's name. "We should cut our loses and run. We where told we'd be fighting a Gillian, not an Adjucha, the money isn't worth it!" Well that's interesting, so someone paid them to do this.

A torn look crosses Gabriel's well... torn face. "You've seen how fast that thing is." He shakes his head. "We'd never make it out. Our only option is to stay and fight."

"Maybe not both of us." He says with some hesitation.

"What the hell are talking about I'm not leaving you!" Gabriel turned to his brother in fury. Something strange was happening you could SEE all of his power flowing into his hand.

"Gabriel, I'm not going to make it. The blow I took was too bad. I can feel the internal bleeding. I'm not going to make it... but you might." Without saying anything else he grabs Gabriel's hand.

What >>3030666 said but it's a Sonido bite attack. Let's see if we can eventually achieve sonido fulltime when we fight.

>Do none of these idiots know anything about diplomacy? You keep on attacking me and then get angry about me hitting you back! I kill some hollows and your stupid ferryman tries to kill me for it,then I attack pluses so that I wont get in trouble and those praetorian hypocrites go after me, and now I try to have a decent meal only for you assholes to try and stab me. You had better tell me what they paid you in and hope it's something worth me leaving you alone for.
>>
>>3030753
>>3030666
I want to clear up all the energy is flowing into Gabriel from the hand so you wouldn't get anything out of it.

Plus if you'd cero'ed them their wouldn't be much of the dying brother left to bite.
>>
>>3030773
Then bite his head off and let them choose between "living" as ghosts if they can pay, working for us, or being eaten. Probably dump them somewhere near Alaska so that they can't talk to anyone depending upon how the geography of going in/out of heuco mundo works.
>>
>>3030808
>"Then bite his head off and let them choose between "living" as ghosts if they can pay, working for us, or being eaten."

Can you clarify a bit on that.
>>
>>3030812
After he dies a plus should come out, right? A plus in the middle of heuco mundo doesn't seem like it would last very long and they did attack us. So they need to provide a reason for us not to finish off old dear brother.
The main options seem to be some sort of payment in Reishi or spirit goods, actually becoming our underlings (unlikely but let's keep with the fact that we've been more than willing to work with others. Everyone else is just a dumbass that attacks us). Or we can just eat them for EXP which I'm sure is an outcome they like the least.
>>
>>3030624
>>Watch you might learn something.
>>
>>3030830
A Plus in Hueco Mundo would turn into a Hollow, and without a body or some object to inhabit would become one eventually anyway. He'd have no way to form new Reishi, and without being a Shinigami he'd have no way to access spirit goods.
>>
>>3030882

You quickly use Sonido to grab the brother by the neck and return to the spot you were standing at. But it seems to be to late to stop whatever he was doing. Gabriel is now flowing with both their energies fused together and has gained his brother's spear, a bone like armor now also covers him. Gabriel who's now weaved in a aura of fire takes a step towards you before you hold your hand out. "I wouldn't do that if I were you. At least if you don't won't me to snap your brother's neck like a twig." He stops and tightens the grip on his spear. You have his attention but not for long. True to the black haired brother's own words you can feel him dying. His eyes are already starting to take on a glassy appearance, without his energy he's little more then a husk with internal bleeding.

You two have the stink of losers sent to soften somebody up before the real attack comes. Do you really think a bunch of hypocrites like them can be trusted? I notice you didn't say anything about a rescue mission for little Zoe over there. If she had done the smart thing and not attacked me or they had bothered to send you sooner you would have had some pretty good backup right now or I'd even have ignored her. Now I could just eat the both of you right now OR you could work for me. hunt us down some meal. They can be praetor fools, gilians, or even those stupid ferrymen bastards. Give us information too. I dunno any fancy scmancy doctor stuff but I think you'd like it if we didn't eat him.

So folks we have a decision to make. Now normally I'd say most votes go but we just got a crit. So what's it going to be people.

Try to turn them into enemies of the Praetorians. 16

Epic murder vote.
>>
>>3031453
Would it be too much meta knowledge for our character to assume they'd still have their powers after they die since that's apparently true in the novels? We could just blast with the cero THEN negotiate. If we kill them this easy then they aren't much of a meal compared to whatever we could make them do for us.
>>
>>3031453
both?
>>
>>3031466
Yes. But I won't discourage it. But they'll likely turn into Hollows already having that Hollow energy already inside them and being exposed pretty much defenseless to Hueco Mundo.
>>
>>3031475
So what you're saying is Chad would've been better off dying?
>>
>>3031481
Chad took his body with him. They're in their bodies right now. Take them out and Hueco Mundo will start to slowly turn them into Hollows, which the Hollow energy inside them will accelerate.
>>
>>3031466
>>3031475

Or strongarm em into working since they got one shotted? I mean, the dude did get a new form that's theoretically stronger and could have given us a problem. We pull back the curtain from HM, stuff the little brother in a parrot, and let the other brother work off his "debt."
I'd honestly use him to ambush the praetorians when they inevitably try to kill him if I didn't think that would be metagamey as fuck. Unless Zoe speaks up because her bosses used to be mean to her or something?
>>3031481
Chad may have gotten a stupid ending but it's still left him a multi billionaire sure to have hundreds of bitches coming at him day and night. Chad's gonna father an army of fullbringers strong enough to take down soul society.
>>
So what I'm getting is the census is to threaten him with the Cero, and use his brother's soul as a hostage. In return we use him as our eyes and ears in the human world.

We all okay with this?
>>
>>3031506
Sure, I guess.

You use this opportunity to begin channeling as much energy into your Cero as you can. You feel like you're about to be knocked off your feet though as much more energy then you even knew you had pours into it. You can see Gabriel past the blinding teal light taking a tentative step back frightened by the display. "Listen very carefully." You say in a low and level voice that seems to silence everything else. "Your brother and you aren't going to die." Hope and doubt flash across Gabriel's face. "But not for free, you are going to do as I say when I say so. I'm I clear." You swear you can hear him grinding his teeth. "AM I CLEAR!" A tense few moments pass but he finally gives a nod of assent. "Good now run home with your tail between your legs, like the good little dog you are." With force he pushes off the ground and disappears with incredible speed.

A pained groan draws you back to the black haired brother, who you'll just call black. Now that things are dying down you remember the predicament, namely that he's still dying. He could have anywhere from minutes to hours for the internal bleeding to kill him. It would be a slow and painful death, something you couldn't help but feel a pang of sympathy for. You'd heard of Hollows planting souls in objects but you had no knowledge of how to do such a thing. You turned to Caprice's new massive towering form and called up to her if she knew how to do so. She only glumly shook her head. "You could try the Arrancar, they only live a few hours from here, and they might even be able to save his body." It had its perks, and the brother might be more willing if his brother still lived. But the decision had to be made quickly.

No debts, can't truly go fast if you owe debts.
>>
>>3032622
To be fair you'll also lose the Fullbringer you just gained if you destroy the soul. So its a more of a trade off.

Do something for the Arrancar and guaranteed keep your hostage, or risk destroying the soul and bringing back the juiced Fullbringer.
>>
>>3032588
>>>Seek the Arrancar, but they'll likely demand something in return
Personally I think we should have killed them both while we had the chance, but since we're doing this anyway we might as well not go about it with half measures or it will just end up a waste of time.
>>
>>3032647
>He could have anywhere from minutes to hours for the internal bleeding to kill him.

I assumed it was a gamble either way. I'll change my vote then to
>>Seek the Arrancar, but they'll likely demand something in return.
>>
>>3032657
Don't get me wrong there's still some chance, but its much smaller. I'd say chances go like this.

>Seek the Arrancar, but they'll likely demand something in return.
90% chance he lives but you'll owe a small debt
10% chance he dies on the way.

>Attempt to put his soul in a object, and risk destroying or damaging the soul.
10% chance its successful
60% chance of damaging the soul permanently
30% chance you destroy the soul
>>
>>3032588
>>>Attempt to put his soul in a object, and risk destroying or damaging the soul.

fuck owing people shit
>>
>>3032730

>>
>>3032588
>>Attempt to put his soul in a object, and risk destroying or damaging the soul.
>>
>>3032588
Seek the arrancar. Explain that humans are apparently now hiring for assassination missions on hollows and you need his soul intact and in some sort of safe container for interrogation. Heuco Mundo belongs to Hollows and isn't the playground for some stupid humans or shinigami acting like they own the place. If there's a lower rank along the way we could ask them about it
>>
>Seek the Arrancar it is. I'm busy right now so I'll get to writing that up in a bit.

>>3032652

There's too much risk in trying to do something so advanced without any experience. You'll have to take him to the Arrancar, as much as the idea of being indebted to another disgust you. You cradle him in your arms as carefully as you can and inform the others of your decision. With no time to spare you set off at surprising speed, Cleo and Caprice's new giant forms take little effort to keep pace, and Zoe's wings are able to keep pace at your slow run. You nearly lose black a couple of times but manage to pull him back to a semiconscious state of mind. After about three hours of travel the massive home of the Arrancar comes into view. "Las Noches" Caprice booming voice seems to say in slight awe. You can't help to agree the massive palace really stands out from the rest of endless white desert. You'd heard it'd been partially destroyed nearly a decade ago but they seem to have repaired it. Though you see several craters adorning a wall, and they look fresh.

You knock on a large section of wall that has a door shaped out line on it. The door quickly flies up and on the other side is two Arrancar, hands on the hilts of their blades. "Who are you and what do you want!" The lanky man with glasses demands. You explain to the situation to them. The man still seems apprehensive and you can see the beads of sweat roll down his head as he doesn't know what to do. However the woman beside him who almost looks like a child whispers something to him.

Whatever it is she says is enough to convince him. With some effort he finally takes his hand off sword. With a deep sigh he says. "Very well follow me then, but be warned you'll find no handouts here." As they turn to lead you and your companions follow, the entrance seeming to widen greatly to allow Cleo and Caprice's massive forms in. The hallway seems to bend as almost alive to allow them their room.

You just hope they can really help you, because remembering all the Hollow corpses outside and the craters it seems that you aren't the only one who needs help.

(We're going to wrap up thread 2 with that hope you guys enjoyed and I'll see you in a while cause I'm going to run another of my quest before the next one starts)
