This story of dragon ball mega takes place around 100 years after the end of the Buu Saga. Z fighters, and Ki users in general, live around double the lifetime of normal people. In this alternate timeline many saiyans (around 50) where part of the frieza force, as opposed to just Nappa and Vegeta. After the defeat of frieza, most of the saiyans slowly migrated to earth. After the Buu saga, Mr.Buu started the majin race, wanting a family he created more majins, who eventually found earth as their home. As more and more powerful alien races seemed to just plop down on earth, and the Z fighters became more public figures than secret heroes, martial arts became more popular, specifically the kind using ki-control. Some members of the Z fighters, such as Yamcha and Tien, went to start their own martial arts schools, while some like Goku and Vegeta, stuck to their own and cared more about making themselves powerful. After some time, Hercule died, and the Majins believed he was killed by the earthling king. The entire race loved Hercule, seeing him as their best friend, and a was was started between the Majins and the Earthlings. Even with the help of the saiyans and the Z fighters, the war was hard fought. After some time, the earthlings used discoveries made by the long dead Dr.Gero. Fitting their own soldiers with cybernetics and even genetically modifying some, turning them into bio-androids with a multitude of different abilities. The war ended when Hercule revealed he had faked his death to make his brand more profitable. Some of the bio-androids mixed with the general population, creating even more varied and odd abilities found within earthlings. While Bio-androids are accepted within most martial arts circles, cybernetic enhancements, like those of android 17, are frowned upon in many circles.

LAST TIME ON DRAGON BALL MEGA!

>In the world martial arts tournament, two fighters in particular shined bright. A bio-android made by the remnants of the red ribbon army, Isen, and a delinquent schoolgirl named Natsuko.

>When Isen made it to the finals, Hercule, the world champion, revealed it would not be him fighting, but his granddaughter, Pan, the super saiyan.

>Thinking quickly, isen decided to have someone fight in his place as well. Secretly fusing with Natsuko to create Isuken!

>It was a loosing battle, but using the sheer force of their will, they tapped into a mysterious, unknown, power, and won the battle, and got 100,000 dollars, and the five star dragon ball

>The two decided to follow the only lead they could think of, and go to the New turlte school, as Pan's father's father trained with the origional turtle school.

>The two decided to stay for a while and train with him, to learn the turtle school's signature technique, the Kamehameha, and learn more about the Z fighters of the past.

the reason is because, like I said, the number on the die isn't everything. Sometimes I'll skew it to make the battle more cinimatic and action-packed.

I got that, I thought it applied to NPC's hidden DCs (fudging), not player on player.
It gets kinda hard to really follow it if numbers are meaningless (which they are if results are arbitrary)
Or if they don't impact the description.
For instance now you could've said something describing a huge beam battle resulting in Isen's blast getting pushed back full force by Natsuko's, since both rolled their maximum possible ki.
Just some feedback.

Losing the beanbattle makes total sense, since I did worse (Natsuko is naturally better than Isen when it comes to ki too), but I thought it'd be entertaining if the dice result was better reflected in the description. The other part was feedback on the pvp as compared checks/pve, since I'm used to a different approach.

Okay, since there's so much confusion this round and I basically had how I wanted it to go in my head anyway.

Tut appears and casts a spell to slow down bra. She sees your kamehameha and tries to fire a click gun. After realizing she's being slowed, she yells. Her hair becomes a brighter blonde. Her power level skyrockets from being 60,000 to 250,000 . She yells lowder, and gets even faster and more powerful, 1,000,000 power level! Eventually she yells even lowder, her hair goes back to being blue, you can't even feel her energy anymore, your scouted just shows "E;", and she's faster than before the spell was cast. Her GALICK gun easily beats your kamehameha. She sends you flying into a building, the top floor crumbling and a family inside yelling.

She goes back to base super saiyan again.
