The Herald of the Omnissiah, former skittari ranger 101, is on the warpath! Having vanquished the Inquisitorial forces which assaulted his planetary stronghold of Karax III, he has consolidated his forces there, and even now his armies grow ever larger.

Meanwhile, the Herald has set his eyes on Vera V, an Imperial shrine world which hides a Necron tomb beneath its surface. In its depth he seeks the next step of his dark journey. Should he find what he seeks, the galaxy will tremble…

Welcome to Skitarii Quest Episode 6: The Return of the Necrons!

Just in case you don't know, the objective with dice rolls in to roll under our attributes, with modifiers given based on the difficulty of the situation. A 1 is a critical success, a 100 is a critical failure. I usually wait for about three different people to give rolls unless there's not a lot of activity. Anyways, onto the quest!
>>
After a short trip through the warp, you now orbit the shrine world of Vera V, which hosts a necron tomb complex beneath its surface. You are onboard the Gloria Vulkanus, which is planned to leave to assist the Omnissiah Vult in pirate activities.

You currently stand on the bridge, observing the team you have selected for the operation on the planet with you. Four large orks wielding crude weapons they’ve constructed from scrap metal yet are as good as bolters, your excellent Kastellan Robot B33p-800P, the genestealer brood lord kall, two of his gene stealers, and two skitarii infiltrators. It is time to get down to the planet.

"To me, my servants! We are to teleport down to the planet's surface!" Your subordinates all nod and follow you to the ships's teleportarium, whereupon you teleport down to the surface into a rocky desert, five miles from the closest settlement. In theory, the tomb's main entrance is somewhere near here.

"Oi boss! Wat's next!?"

You throw your mind across the nearby ground, searching for null areas. Beneath you, about two hundred feet below the earth, all perception of the immaterium ends, replaced only by darkness. You're definitely above the tomb complex. You scan out further, and find where it is weakest. Not an irregularity, no, but in fact the door. You peek up from where you find the door and see with annoyance that it is directly below a collection of souls which burn with imperial faith.

You return your perception to your physical form and quickly do the math: the tomb's main door is about fourteen miles to the northeast. You take a loot at your surroundings, mostly rocky desert hills and towering outcroppings of rock.

"Kall, climb atop one of these outcroppings and look to the northeast." The brood lord nods and clambers up the column, returning a short time later.

"There is a structure to the northeast, lord herald. Given it's details seen through mechanically enhanced eyesight, it is a cathedral built into a large plateau."

"Thank you Kall. The entrance to the tomb will be directly below that."

>[1] Make your way closer to the cathedral

>>
"We move towards the cathedral. Follow quickly." Your party makes fast progress towards the cathedral, as all here are either xenos, heavily augmented, or they're you. You are able to cover the entire 14 hours in but an hour.

You hunker down on a hill overlooking the flat, empty plain which stands before the cathedral, which seems a tad more fortress-like now that you are closer, and observe more closely with your cybernetic and daemonically enhanced vision. You see that a wall guards the entrance to the cathedral, and on its ramparts are many women wearing power armor. Damn, it seems the cathedral is home to an order of the Sisters of Battle. You look over your own force. 5 orks, Kall, two gene stealers, two infiltrators, and B33p-800P.

>[1] Get the Orks to shoot at the walls a bit and then run away. The Sisters will likely pile out to chase them, and you can slip inside while they do so.

"Wait here. I will go in alone. Do not get spotted." You cloak yourself with the powers of the warp and make your way across the open field, being very careful not to kick up and any dust. You soon reach the walls and sink your claws into them, pulling yourself up and up to the ramparts.

You put your feet on the top of the walls, and look out at the complex that lies behind them. A collection of narrow buildings and more narrow alleys that rest in the shadow of the plateau's overhang and at the foot of the cathedral. You look to your left, and to your right. To the left there is nothing, but to your right one of the sororitas approaches, going about her patrol. She does not see you, but will notice you since there isn't enough room on the wall to let her pass.

Sorry for off topic QM, but what exactly is the difference between our chaos cog and the symbol of the Dark Mechanicus? I could try drawing up a slightly more aesthetically-pleasing version if I knew more what you were going for. If the Omnissiah wills it, of course.
>>
>>2352233
The spokes in the cardinal direction of the chaos cog are less arrow like; extending from the wheel wedge like, expanding in the middle, and then tapering to a point at the end. The spokes between the cardinal spokes are arrow-like and generally smaller and thinner than the cardinal spokes.

The center, instead of being occupied by the half flesh, half skull of the dark mechanical symbol, is instead occupied by the half black/augmented skull and half white/unaugmented skull of the standard mechanicum cog.

You drop your cloak and grab the sister, wrapping three of your mechadendrites around her body to retrain her and shoving the fourth down her throat to stop her screaming. The woman writes and squirms within your grasp, and you pump warp energy through your many limbs.

She screams as her being is wracked by the powers of the warp. Her skin takes on a sickly green color, scales appear across her body as her hair falls out, replaced like a lizard like head of ridges. A short tail appears from her lower back, her armor shifting to accommodate it. Her arms and legs shift somewhat, becoming made for climbing and ending in wicked claws. Her eyes glow with the malign light of the warp.

You release her from your grip and she slumps her knees breathing heavily. "It burns, it burns... but it feels so good. It's like the Emperor's light, but filled with so much more life and purpose... what is this? What have you done to me?"

You force the power of the warp into your words, grabbing at the frayed ends of her soul. "You have been brought into the true fold. Your sisters kept you away from the true god, the Omnissiah. The light that you thought was the Emperor's? No, it was the Omnissiah, trying to make you see him, to recognize him as the one true god."

"Yes... yes! Praise the Omnissiah!" She smiles madly, showing her sharp lizard teeth. "What do you desire my lord?"

"Where is the entrance to the xenos tomb?"

"I do now know anything of a xenos tomb."

"Damn... well then,"

>[1] "Take me to your former leader. We will add her to the fold."

"Where do your sisters sleep and eat? We shall give the gift to them whole they are unconscious, their corrupted conscious minds unable to combat what their true selves desire."

"They sleep in the barracks, master. Most all the battle sisters do. The initiates have their own barracks, many more inside than for the full battle sisters. All eat in the dining hall. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. All at the same time. The kitchens are overseen by Sister Balbar and a group of initiates."

"Show me to the kitchens. Stay out of sight. If you are spotted, the Omnissiah will punish you for your failure." The former sister of battle eagerly nods and crawls down the wall like the lizard she nows resembles. You make yourself invisible and follow behind her. Various serfs and sisters make their way about on different errands, and you avoid them all. The sister perches herself above a door, which she points a gnarled figure to. You nod, and slip inside, checking with your mind that none are on the immediate side of the door.

You make your way through a short hall and into a large kitchen where various young women hurry about, commanded by an older woman wearing an apron over her power armor. "Get to it ladies! We've got dinner in just two hours and about 1000 mouthes to feed! Remember, you girls get last choice, so you better make sure it's good and plentiful!"

Carefully sidling around the room, you cut your hand and drip immaterial blood onto all the foodstuff. You make a full circuit around the kitchen, insuring that nearly everything that will be eaten gets a seed of corruption planted within. You retreat to a corner where there will be no danger of anyone walking into you and grin. True, the seed you have planted will not have them singing the Omnissiah's praises immediately, but it will push their minds into line with his worship, slowly. It will rip away the protections of false faith they have built up within themselves. You cannot help yourself but to wait to watch the events of the dinner.

Two hours later, invisible suspending your bulk above the room by gripping the ceiling with your mechadendrites, you observe subtle signs of the sisters ever so slightly drifting in their thought processes. You watch as one becomes agitated while playing with her utensils, only calming after she has created a simple machine out of them. You watch as one sister, some type of squad leader you assume, berates two of her subordinates, not as one would berate a subordinate for failure, but as one would yell at a machine for malfunctioning. You listen as several briefly forget the words of a prayer, some of them being briefly confused, while others in a slight panic or absentmindedly ad-lib new words, such as "Omnissiah", "Warp", or else a short binarc string they say too softly and quickly to understand.

You silently chuckle to yourself. The bulk of this order has unwittingly took the first step towards the true god. Although, it seems many of the top leaders are not here. You assume that they eat privately or at a higher officer's diner elsewhere.
>>
lets now subtly pump warp into them while they sleep. This should make this coup go a little faster.
>>
>[1] This is good, slowly corrupting fervent worshippers of the Emperor. It's not like you are on a time limit. Wait awhile. Taint each meal with your blood. Watch their slow corruption.
>[2] The lack of the order's leadership eating these tainted meals means slower corruption. Find where and how the leadership eats and corrupt their meals as well.

They'd notice. The reason the corruption options are either go super stealthy and slip corruption to them over time or get them all in a big burst is that they'd notice and be able to purge anyone infected by half measures. If everybody's equally infected, nobody will notice each other's infection.

You manage to pick up a choice bit of chatter: The upper officers eat together in their own dining room. You leave your post hanging from the ceiling and make your way, invisible, to the officer dinning hall, taking up a similar post.

Below you are sat eight older warrior women, some in power armor, some in just robes. They appear to still be waiting for food. "Emperor damned cook, what's taking him so long?"

"Sister, you know it's because the Canoness watches him make her own meal, personally and separately, before she snatches it up and retreats to her chambers. He'll be making our dinner after he's done with that."

"Paranoid woman, she'll run this place into the ground."

"Run us into the ground more like it. She's paranoid, looking for any reason to demote us. For Emperor's sake, she forced Sister Fala into repentia!"

"Forced is not true. Fala technically did sin in the way she allowed her subordinates to die."

"They died in an ambush! Mara just wanted to be rid of her! I swear, the ranks of our own in the repentia have increased tenfold!"

"Where is the mistress of repentance anyways?"

"She makes the repentia make her meals."

"And not with us?"

"Sister Dosi has always been a strange one, always focusing on sin. I swear, she wishes that the entire order joins the repentia."

Hm, seems there's some friction in the upper echelons of the order.

This "Mistress of Repentance" seems like an interesting individual with a large amount of influence as well as being less visible than the Canoness. You make your way out of the Officer's hall and onto the roof where the mutated sister awaits you.

"Where do the repentant reside?" You ask her.

"Below the darkest chapel in the complex. The repentia are not allowed to sssee the sun unlesss it isss during a battle." She replies, hissing.

"Thank you my servant," You say, making your way to a small chapel. You circle in, and see an entrance to its basement which you slip inside. Beneath the surface is a low ceilinged chamber flooded with incense; although, this incense is not like that used above. It is... familiar and comforting. Many woman, either naked or wearing scraps with shaved heads lie about, feebly eating gruel or muttering silent prayer. Among them walks a taller woman, wearing opulent power armor and grasping a whip.

"You like this gruel, don't you? You know you need to eat to truly serve the gods!" The Mistress shouts. One of the repentia stands up, seeming shakily defiant.

"You are a heretic Dosi! You have strayed from the Emperor's path!" The Mistress of Repentance just smiles. Her whip cracks, and the defiant repentia drops to the floor, writhing in pain that seems worse than could be inflicted by a mere whip.

"Ha ha ha! The defiant ones are so easy to break! I think it is time for you to face the ultimate repentance! Vora, Kuld, bring her to the shrine!" Two of the repentia stand. They seem to have a different air about them compared to the others, and both wear masks obscuring their faces. One makes her way to a statue of the Emperor at the end of the room, places her hand on the statue's face, and pushes in. Some mechanism activates, and the statue sinks into the floor, revealing a secret passage. The two repentia then grab the once defiant sister and drag her down the passage kicking and screaming. The other repentia avert their eyes. The Mistress chuckles as she follows the two sisters down the hall.

You make your way down to the stairs into a large ritual room, the star of chaos carved into the floor. Old corpses and skeletons hang from chains on the ceiling, likely repentia who have died in ritual. The two masked repentia remove their masks, revealing gaunt faces with sharp teeth stained with blood, marks of chaos tattooed to their foreheads. They chain the once defiant sister to a cross.

"Do you have any last words before your final repentance?" The Mistress asks.

"You are a heretic Dosi! A vile heretic, taken in by lies and deceit! You will be found out, you will be killed!"

"Ha! The Canoness is under my thumb by way of convenience, blackmail, and sweet love. She send her opponents to me, and she also comes to me for more... carnal matters."

"Fuck you, you cultist bitch!"

>[3] Well, there's a full and total worshipper of Chaos in the order's hierarchy, picking other officers off one by one. Meanwhile, the rest of the officers and sisters are being corrupted by their food. The only person that isn't being actively corrupted is the Canoness, and that might be happening through her relationship with the Mistress anyways. This place'll be fully chaotic in a very reasonable timeframe if this situation continues. Sit back and watch.

This foolish woman. She worships chaos, but she does it in such a foolish and stupid way. A waste of perfectly good conversion and corruption, you'd say.

You throw off your invisibility and lunge at the Mistress of Redemption. Her eyes are filled with a mixture of shock, terror, fear, and joy as you quickly slide her into your maw and she disappears. You belch, are are now able to assume the Mistress's form and gain her vital memories unless you were to eat another person.

The two repentia who were working with the mistress drop to their knees. "The gods have sent a champion! Hail the champion of the dark gods! Hail the champion of the dark gods!"

The sister on the cross screams "Daemon! The damn heretic has summoned a daemon here! Emperor protect me! Emperor help me! Help me!"

>[1] Tell the sister on the cross that you are here to save her in the name of the Omnissiah. You might have to weave some warp energy into your honeyed words(fel x 3, wp x 2)

You strike a bolt of warp energy into her. Even with the actions of that cultist, she will still have some resistance to your words. However, there are two problems with this course of action:

1. You used a little bit too much. Alright, a lot bit too much.

2. It is not merely the Omnissiah and his aspects that reside in the warp. Other beings do as well. In particular, a massive psychic presence that is always tinged gold.

The woman explodes in a wave of holy light which blasts you backwards. The two chaos repentia are reduced to ash by this searing divine light.(-4 wounds)

You blink away the spots in your vision and shakily stand stand. Where once stood a feeble but defiant woman, stripped of station and freedom, now stands a woman and golden shining power armor, metallic glistening gold wings extending from her back which radiate holy flame. In her hand she holds a flaming blade, a weapon forged from faith and conviction. Her eyes burn with fury, literally.

On the chest of her power armor rests a symbol which fills you with a particular sense of dread: the Cog of the Adeptus Mechanicus incorporated into the Imperial Aquila.

She levels her sword to you "Foul heretic and daedmon! You seek to corrupt the name of the Omnissiah for the dark worship of Chaos! No longer will you be allowed to rest his glorious name with that of filth! I name myself Mechanica, and vow to destroy you!"

Well... shit.

As a follower of the Omnissiah, I don't know whether to be proud or not. We do worship the FULL Omnissiah after all, not just misguided heretics or close-minded Imperials. I kind of want to either win her over or eat her and get the fifth aspect of the Omnissiah

You parry as she shares you and strike back, your warp blade biting into her holy armor. She grifts her teeth and lashes out, giving you time to jump back,

With your pyshcich might, you wrap onto her, puick her up, and slam her against the floor with all your might, cracking the stone before manifesting a barrel from the palm of your hand and letting loose a storm of bolder shells onto Mechanica's prone form.

She screams and rockets to her feet, beating her wings and lunging at you, pushing you up the passage way and into the chamber where the rest of the repentia rest. They look at you both, shocked about your battle. You can feel their souls being equally drawn to corruptin by your very presence, catalyzed by the abuse from the Mistress, and their souls beginning to light up with golden inspiration and divine fury.

This situation is bad. You are desperate, so you grab the edges of reality and tear them asunder, creating a miniature tear into the warp facing your enemies. Most of the Repentia scream as they are dragged inside. Mechanica plants her sword into the floor and uses it to brace herself, but the right pulls harder and harder.

Her faith seeming unmovable, something shifts within the rift. A massive clawed hand shoots out and grabs the saint. She screams in rage as the daemonic limb pulls her inside.

"I will return daemon! The fury of the Omnissiah will defeat you!" She disappears inside the rift, and it closes, leaving you alone inside the empty chambers of repentia. She... might be a problem in the future. Her being was similar in composition to your own. She'll definitely survive in the warp, though at least she's lost in there for now.

Before opening the rift, you briefly reach out to Kall. You think you reach him at a time where he is infecting a random hobo that came across him by accident.

"Ah, Herald. What is it you wish?"

"I am heading into a warp rift. I just wished to inform you."

"Understood, oh greatest servant of the machine god."

You sever the connection and reach open the Empyrean, stepping into the Warp.

What is currently acting as the floor is strewn with the corpses of dead and mutated repentia. In front of you, Mechanica wrenches her sword out of the skull of some dead warp beast, likely whatever it was that puller her through.

"So, you have came do me, foul defiler. You are one who consorts with Chaos and Xenos, a foul man who invites corruption into the Omnissiah's most holy gifts. I had barely known the Omnissiah in life, only barely touching his grace through my worship of the Emperor. But now I know the truth. I will kill you here and manifest once more upon Vera V. I will tell my sisters the truth and we will set out from this planet to spread the truth! I must thank you for bringing me here, for if I had killed you in the physical realm your spirit would have simply reformed here. But we are in the place where your immortality is forced to rest. Here, I will be able to kill you, disperse your energies to the four corners of the immaterium! You will not regain your form until the mechanisms which drive this universe die of entropy!" "We do not have to fight Mechanica, we serve the same god!"

"Lies! The horrific creatures you assign the Omnissiah's most holy name are the gods of Chaos! They are not the Omnissiah!"

"You are a short sighted fool if you believe this. The Omnissiah exists in all things. He is all things. He life, he is death, he is Chaos, and he is order. Each of the Chaos Gods are mere aspects of his larger whole, as is the Emperor who sits the golden throne. In truth, all things but the nihilistically damned worship the Omnissiah in some way, for by existing is all part of his plan. But we know of the true Omnissiah, shorn of the illusion faces of ancient peoples! We know of the great machine god, the god of all things! We know of his perfection! We are equals Mechanica, heralds of the Omnissiah!"

She looks at you, almost shocked. The gears in her head turn. Literally, in fact; there are some gears artistically embedded into her cranium and in a shining halo above her head that are currently whirring away. Finally, the gears grind to a halt, and she speaks.

"There is... truth to your words. However, you are tainted by darkness. You delve too deeply into aspects of the Omnissiah which are Chaos. You are a despoiler, a ruiner all things Light, a bringer of darkness. However, you are a true worshipper of the Omnissiah, your beliefs, convictions, and divine tasks near equalling mine."

"So, you see in me an ally then?"

"No. I can sense you have already sewn your dark seed in Vera V. I will leave the planet to your dark clutches. I will combat you no more this day. I shall instead travel to Holy Terra and Mars, and there I will speak Truth. I cannot ally myself with one who's methods are a dark mirror to my own. Unless you were to purge all taint of Chaos from yourself, I could not stand being near you. Else, unless you were to harm a true worshipper of the Omnissiah, I will ignore you. "You are WRONG! You have only one solution, to corrupt, consume, and defile. You are no better than the Despoiler who follows the dark aspects! You would not even be able to incorporate me into your being you fool! Beyond even the implications of right and wrong, you are not yet at the point where you would be able to eat me!"

You know, here is a thougt on the matter of Mechanica and us, and what to do if we survive long enough to attempt something:

Why dont we blend together and make new person? Sure, 101 and Mechanica will cease to exist as we know them, but together they will make something new and truly magnificent. And isnt this the ultimate thing about Omnissiah, afterall? To create, to hammer out perfection from imperfect pieces? We will always be too chaosy, she is going to be forever too righteous, and we both are lacking our counterpart in the end. So lets do something about it. We obviously cant exist together as separate pieces, and if one of us meets his (or her) end, the other will never achieve what Omnissiah planned for us. It will either be mad chaos, or rigid obedience. Neither of it is future we saw in our visions.
>>
Mechanica impales you with her burning blade and sticks it to the ground. You feel the burning fury inside you, and you feel your life-force draining, your essence becoming unstuck to float amongst the warp for centuries or millennia until it can reform. NO, you think! It will not end here! You sink your claws into your floating essence, and you hold tight!

>Max wounds decreased by 1
>Current wounds 0.0001/19

You fall unconscious, stabilized and not about to disappear.

----------------------------------------------------------------

You are now Mechanica, second herald of the Omnissiah.

Once, you had been known as Sister Thera, but that name is no longer yours. You had been framed for sins you did not partake in by the Canoness and Mistress of Repentance, stripped of your armor and titles, and made to believe you were worthless. Truer darkness was yet revealed however, as the Mistress of Repentance dragged you to her hidden shrine to the Ruinous Powers. You believed yourself dead then, but it seems her false gods were not kind to her. A daemon had appeared from the empyrean and gobbled her whole. The daemon turned its sights on you, and you had thought it to be the end, but no, it was not.

You had cried out for the Emperor in your final moments, and as the daemon touched it corrupted tendrils to you the golden light of the Emperor had fused with a miraculous piece of a daemon, a clean mechanical essence without the taint of Chaos. And then, you knew the truth, that the God Emperor was merely among the largest and greatest aspects of the true god, the Omnissiah. You knew the daemon by name now: 101, the Omnissiah's first herald, a dark being of Chaos. You had fought and he had thrown you into the warp, following you in as well. There, he preached more of the Omnissiah, of his omnipresence. You had begrudgingly agreed that the Ruinous Powers were indeed a part of the Omnissiah, but one you hated, for they represented the upstart and foul parts of your god, self aware aspects that wished to consume the rest. Still, you had offered him a truce, because he was the same as you, simply the other side of the same coin. But he turned on you, for that is the nature of Chaos. His body now lies on the floor, dead(or, rather, YOU believe he is dead). His dark crusade had ended before it even began. It is now your turn to spread the truth.

You spread your wings and fly, sighting the glorious light of the Astronomicon and flying towards it with all speed. The Omnissiah's will must be done, and with the other herald dead, it is only yours to do it.

As soon as you exit the section of the warp that corresponded to the Kava Sector, where the Karax and Vera systems among others reside, a wave of warp energy clashes behind you, throwing you to what currently acts as a floor. You look behind you, and see a massive wall of a warp storm. It came out of nowhere, and you can simply tell it cuts off the entirety of the Kava Sector from the rest of the galaxy. It seems you did not kill the Dark Herald, and that the Ruinous Powers work to protect their pawn.

Time doesn't exist in the warp, but that doesn't mean it's a hyperbolic time chamber. You could emerge after the exact amount of time you spent in the warp, before you left, or around the time of the heat death of the universe.

The Dark Herald will be dealt with later. For now, Terra is your destination. You rocket through the warp, leaving behind a shining trail...

-------------------------------------------------

You are now 101, first herald of the Omnissiah. It seems you are not dead. This is a good thing. It also seems Mechanica is gone. This may or may not be a good thing. You look around and see the Repentia chambers. It seems you slipped out of the warp at some point.

You clutch your chest. Damn... that sword wound hurts! Hurts worse then when you had a violent reentry to Karax III.

You are about to plan your next course of action, where there is a knocking at the basement door. " Sister Dosi? It's me, Mara! Are you down there?"

Oh great, now the Canoness is here. You still have the Mistress of Repentance as a disguise, you suppose, but the secret passage to the chaos shrine in the subbasement is still open, and there's about fifty missing repentant sisters who should be here and aren't.

That definitely hurt our ego, 101 was a roll away from death

You reach inside to where the essence of the Mistress of Repentance, also known as Sister Dosi, currently rests. You stretch it out, and drape it over yourself like a blanket. Her features, clothing, and all things on her person at the time of her devouring are given onto you for the time being, along with important sections of her memory.

There are some interesting tidbits you sift through as you make your way up the stairs to the basement door. Dosi was born to a pair of mutants, cultists for many generations. But Dosi was born with no mark on her flesh, a sign from the gods that she was born to infiltrate the rotting imperium. She was placed in an orphanage, and by a machination of fate was adopted by the old canoness of the Black Star Order of the Adepta Soroitas. Dosi worked herself into a position of power, not the leadership mind you, just one of power. Her cruel nature made her a natural fit for the Mistress of Repentance, the horrible rituals she inflicted upon the repentia being passed off as their own self harm. Slowly, she worked on corrupting the repentia, turning them into raving cultists. Those that resisted died, those who became too mutated had their mutations carved off. Dosi's goal was to eventually put the entire order into repentance, and in this state create a powerful chaos cult.

What assisted mightily in this endeavor was Dosi's relationship with Canoness Maria. During their training, the two became quite intimate. Later, through subtle conditioning, Dosi caused Maria to become dependent on Dosi dominating her for... sexual relief. It has recently progressed to a full on addiction to Maria due to Dosi lacing the various whips and chains used in their... acts which warp infused substances. Every night, Maria visits Dosi to get more.

Additionally, you realize that if you had revealed yourself to Dosi before eating her that she would have immediately dropped to her knees and sworn her undying obedience to you.

You open the door of the basement after climbing the stairs, strategically blocking sight down to the empty chamber below. Canoness Maria stands outside the door, her body shrouded in a cloak, her face flushed. "Mi-Mistress... I'm here for my nightly session."

>[1] Smile and lead her down to the basement.

"Follow me darling," You say, gesturing and walking down the stairs. Maria nods furiously and follows you into the empty repentia chambers.

"Mistress, where are the repentia?" She asks, looking around the empty room.

You chuckle and slap the Canoness, who apologies profusely for speaking out of turn. "They are down the hall, building a sub basement. So many have been seeking repentance in recent days that we need to expand our facilities. But no more talk about that. Now, let's get down to business; strip."

The Canoness lies at your feet, the various deeds done. You quite enjoyed it, of course. A daemon that literally lived off of all of that has been part of you for a long time at this point. In fact, you belive the carnal energies might have healed you somewhat(+1 wound).

"Darling, do you know what I've taken an interest in? Cybernetics. I just... love the absolute fusion of flesh and machine. It is a most holy and attractive act to improve oneself with metallic replacements."

Maria nods, near hypnotized by you.

"My dear, you of course share these views with me, because I control you. There are no thoughts in your mind besides the ones that I have put there, correct?"

"Yes mistress..."

"Good. I wish you to preach to the order the virtues of the machine. I wish you encourage improvement in our ranks."

You procede to... have some fun with Maria until she is forced to leave by the restraints of her position. Oh, how you dream of her entering the repentia so you can have her all to yourself... what? Never mind, you choose to simply bask in the afterglow, alone, the carnal energies you produced giving you back strength via your connection to the Omnissiah's aspect that goes by the name of Slaanesh. Hmm... Interesting. If lewd and pleasurable activities can heal you, would partaking in other activities aligned to the other aspects. You'll have to test that later.

A psychic signal races across your mind; Kall.

"Master, may I inquire to your condition and ask something of you?" His psychic message reads.

"Mistress," you psychically correct him. Wait, what? "I am fine but weakened for the moment, still hidden. I have taken on the form of the Order's Mistress of Repentance, and have mentally enslaved the Canoness. What is it you desire?"

"Titles are pointless except as identifiers for the numerous cogs of the Omnissiah's creation, but as you wish, Mistress Herald. I would like your permission to begin spreading gene stealer cults on this planet. The Chaos corrupted water supply of Karax III inevitably tainted the results of my experiments there, and I would like to test out my bio-formulas here. May I?"

"Yes Kall, you may preform your experiments. And... disregard the mistress thing. I don't know why I said that."

"...Are you functioning properly herald? Allow me to examine you mentally." Before you can say anything else, you feel Kall's psychic gaze sweep you over. "Hmm... you appear to have pieces of another person's soul stuck into you. Hypothesis: while heavily injured and waiting for portions of yourself to regenerate, you used you ability to disguise yourself, and the soul layer of the consumed person you cloaked over yourself is seeping into your open wounds as it were, influencing your thoughts and speech patterns. This condition may get worse if left untreated. Solutions to consider, herald: Discard the disguise. Simply focus a part of your willpower on suppressing it. Or, I could preform a special augmentation to you. I have been practicing my biomechanics skills and it would be easy for myself to get inside the compound."

You drop the disguise, feeling the essence of Sister Dosi leaving you. Annoying, but it seems keeping a disguise on in that state was a risk you are not willing to take. You now stand in the repentance chambers, alone. In a few more hours, the Canoness will likely hold her sermon to espouse the glories of cybernetic augmentation. Also in a few hours, people will begin to notice the absence of the Mistress of Repentance and her repentia. While you are thinking, the sister you had corrupted up on the walls, the one who had taken on lizard like features, silently crawls into the basement.
"My lord, what isss the plan? I wish to ssserve the Omnisssiah," she hisses.

The day passes, mostly uneventful. You rest, and regain some strength(+2 wounds) until it is the time that the Canoness would come down to partake in... activities with Sister Dosi. In fact, you hear her knocking at the door right now. What to do, what to do?

Altering your voice to that of the late Sister Dosi, you call out to the Canoness "Come in my darling! I am in the new subbasement. I have been decorating!" You smile as you hear her open the door, descend into the main basement, and then descend further into the shrine.

She enters the shrine and looks about, wide eyed and shocked. "Si-Sister Dosi? Mistress?"

"She is dead, but worry not, for I have eaten her, and through that, you are now mine instead of hers!" The Canoness steps forward, seemingly against her will.

"No... you are a daemon. An enemy of the Emperor... Only Dosi and the Emperor could command me."

You laugh "Dear Canoness... did you not know that Dosi never loved the Emperor? Her love was reserved for Chaos!"

"S-She was a Chaos worshipper?"

"Yes, Canoness. She worshipped the dark gods, though she was ignorant of their purpose as being but the Aspects of the greater Omnissiah."

Maria shakes and then steels herself "If my mistress worshiped Chaos... then... then... I must also do so. Please, take me into the fold oh herald of darkness!"

You chuckle, surprised, and place your hand onto her head and channel the energies of the warp into her. She screams in pain and ecstasy as you pull your hand away and she drops to her knees. Her armor, once white and gold, darkens black. Imperial symbols are replaced by the star of chaos and the chaos cog. A tattoo of the chaos cog appears on her cheek. She screams in agony and pleasure as six bio-mechanical tendrils emerge from her back, each tipped with a biting maw.

She rises to her feet, panting heavily "Hehehehehe... YES! Fuck the Empire! Fuck the golden throne! Praise Chaos! Praise the Omnissiah!"

You nod at your handywork. She seems to be taking this rather well. "It feels good to watch someone see the light of their own free will."

"Mmm... I feel good to. My lord, I must ask, why are you here?"

"I have been given a mission by the gods. I am to seek what lies in the Necron tomb complex beneath this planet. I know that the entrance lies beneath this compound?"

"Oh that? Indeed, it does. The inquisition sealed it a century ago, and then hid all knowledge of it. Let sleeping threats lie sleeping, they say. I could get you in, my lord."

If that were the case, we could corrupt the sisters within a week with our words and tainted foodstuff, or I could be much more subtle, slowly converting not just the sisters but also a large portion of the planet as well. You grip onto the Empyrean and pull it apart, opening a small rift that you stabilize with your mind. You smile. Just enough to let daemons through and stabilize them in the material world, not enough to activate the tomb's sensors.

A creature steps forth from the rift. It is not a daemon you recognize from visions of the aspects. This one is more like a servitor, it's bulbous head and tendril-like arms metal plated. You are now Mechanica, second herald of the Omnissiah, former Sister of Battle. You have just arrived in the area of the warp corresponding to the Sol system, and dear Omnissiah, even though you are a being of holy light, the sheer might of the astronomicon threatens to overwhelm you and burn you to a crisp, such is its power. Now then, where to go first?

You decided on going to the planet most holy to the Omnissiah: Mars, the red planet. Slipping through the warp, you arrive in a large debate chamber, the wonderful whir and clack of machinery going on all around you.

Your appearance startles many magi who were debating the production quotas of various forges. "I am Mechanica, herald of the Omnissiah! I have seen his glorious presence, and the darkest parts of intelligence, gifted the ability to spread his word to all! Loyal servants of the Omnissiah, leaders of the Adeptus Mechanicus, the days of our god is are at hand! I have been uplifted from a mortal to a divine herald, come to deliver a message to the true believers!"

The elderly tech priests seem surprised by how complacent they are to listen to your message. Logically, they think, they should have executed this woman for intruding upon their sanctum. But they know in their mechanical hearts that your words are true.

"Worshippers of the Omnissiah, the message is this!"

>[1] "We must spread the truth and our teachings to all corners of the Imperium! The common folk will know the glory and genriousity of the Omnissiah! They will not sing praises to the Space Marines and the Emperor, they will sing the chants of the Omnissiah!"
>[2] "All must know that the Emperor is merely a piece of the Omnissiah! We have known this for ten thousand years, but the rest ignore it! We will show them! We shall merge the Adeptus Mechanicus and the Ecclesiarchy into a single entity! All will be united under the Omnissiah!"
>[3] "The God-Emperor of Mankind is a mistreated aspect of the Omnissiah, sat upon a torturous throne. The reason for his torture is not the throne, no! It is of its location! We must bring war to Terra to remove the Golden Throne and move it to Holy Mars!"
>[4] "High Priests of the Red Planet... The Omnissiah is larger than you would believe. He is not merely the Emperor, not merely the watcher of the material world, he is all things, and among the largest of his manifestations is Chaos. I am not the sole herald of the Omnissiah, there is another. While I was brought into the Omnissiah's light through that of the Emperor, he was brought into the Omnissiah's light through that of Chaos. It is undeniable that Chaos is part of the Omnissiah, and though it pains me to admit it, I know I must say it: to worship the Omnissiah is to worship all things; the Emperor, Chaos, even the gods of some Xenos. We must embrace this, and know to worship the Omnissiah in all ways."

You almost regret those words, truly. In fact, you hate them; but you know them to be the truth. You can feel that the magi know it as well. But for those who were not here, and those further indoctrinated into other faiths? They will call you heretic, they will call you lier, they will wish to burn you at the stake and purge the truth from the galaxy.

One of the magi speaks "Lady herald... if we are to spread your words, the Imperium will retaliate. What is the next step, oh messenger of the Omnissiah?"

>[1] "For now, the truth will live as whispers and secrets, coded messages to the other forgeworlds. When the time is right, when all loyal to the Omnsissiah know of the truth, then we will go into action."

To be fair, I saw it as that 101 convinced her about the Ideal, all eoncompassing Omnissiah. She might be disgusted by chaos, but she does accept that the bad of the universe is ultimately just as part of the Omnissiah as the good. She even described her and 101 as two sides of the same coin but opposing sides, which 101 doesn't seem to accept as he'd prefer a unified force of the Omnissiah. That's just my two cents on the whole thing though.

Dear Omnissiah, you hope you have not doomed you all...

-----------------------------------------------------------------

You are now 101, first herald of the Omnissiah, and you now completely control Vera V. Where once there were imperial shrines there are now factotrums where the serfs chant praises to the Omnissiah. The Sisters of Battle were the first to convert, for their corruption came directly from you. The only souls on the planet that are not now worshipping the Omnissiah through chaos corruption is the segment of the population that Kall has quarantined in order to observe his genestealer experiments.

The Sisters now call themselves the Order of the Holy Cog, and have fervently taken up the faith. Their mutation rate is fairly low, in actuality, likely due to most of them having passed the crux mechanicus where over half their body is artificial. Following your securing of the planet, Medusa came to join you. The Order seems to like her, and have declared her their new leader. Oh, and the Sorcerer was here, but he just picked up a few citizens, three of the Sisters, and chatted will Kall a bit before returning to Karax III. Now, only the Tomb awaits.

Medusa tells you that Karax III is going along just fine. Sure, the massive damage to the water system and the radiation and damage caused by the Grey Knight ship were huge, but Mars had suffered far worse over its life. She also informs you that Cassian has expanded the fleet by five ships, one of them an Emperor class battleship. Te'Hara has been training the skitarii well, and the Sorcerer has been hard at work with his geneseed project.

Also it seems [2] wins.

The way to the tomb's entrance, where the negative presence in the warp is weakest, was shown to you by the former Canoness of the Sisters several weeks ago, but you waited until now to prepare to enter. By entering in a special code, the former Canoness opens the inquisitorial seals that kept intruders out for risk of awakening the Necrons below. Medusa and the others with you watch as you slip into the silent tomb.

As you enter, you can feel your connection to the warp weakening. This is a place without souls, manifesting psychic powers here will be difficult and dangerous. You are lost in a vast and malicious series of metallic halls. It reminds almost of the space hulk you began your journey on.

You follow a clicking noise down a dark hall. It seems far away, so you speed up. It's around a corner, so you turn. It's down a flight of stairs, so you descend. It's up a ladder, so you ascend. You follow and follow and follow before finally finding a source: a small scarab that is repairing a break in a cable. The scarab, seemingly done with its job, deactivates. With a sense of dread, you realize you have no Omnissiah damned idea where you are at the moment other than "in a dark hallway".

You are able to decipher the writing due to the various tidbits of knowledge that exist within you, likely gifts from the aspect of the Omnissiah known as Tzeentch. The door reads "Within this chamber lies the broken heart of our enslaver. We have bound it in chains and now we take from its agonies our flesh, and upon our awakening it shall be our weapon. When the time comes, our king will raise his rod and this gate shall open."

Likely best to do this properly, you decide. A quick look through the surrounding area shows glowing murals with script beneath them, finally actually giving directions through this labyrinth. You follow marking which signify "king", winding down and through, finally arriving at a massive chamber, at the end of which, upon a massive slab, is a Necron with a regal looking design to his boy, crossing his arms, a rod clutched in one hand, a gem in another. Between you and him is a small army of dormant Warriors, two large dormant squads of what appears to be royal guard, and finally two spider-like constructs, active, scanning the chamber from a resting position flanking the slab where the king lies.

You create a signal and link to the spyders. Complex routines for maintaining the complex aside, they are actually fairly simple. You can only assume that their creators did not ever conceive that anyone would ever hack them. However, there is one problem: you haven't really hacked anything for a long while, mostly having just chatted up the machine spirits. You accidentally flip something. Or maybe you broke it.

Whatever you accidentally did, your signal spasms and is broadcasted throughout the complex as a horrific sonic screech. Both spyders go berserk, lashing, randomly firing their weapons into the still dormant warriors and then breaking down a wall, escaping into an adjacent chamber. This has appeared to not have woken any necrons.

You take the rod, rather heavy actually, and sling it from your belt. Then, you open your lower mouth wide, wrapping its mechanical tongue around the Necron king, pulling him inside. He awakens just before his head disappears, just long enough to say "NOOOOOOOO-" before you devour and absorb him.

You rub your stomach. Tastes good, but a tad lacking in any nutritional soul stuff. You do however watch green lines, reminiscent of those inmost necron tech, spread their way across your left arm. You know instinctively that the protocols of the tomb complex will now recognize you as their king, well, phareon. You now know the correct wording of that as well. Yay.

You grin and sweep your arm to the side, activating the ancient protocols embedded in there tomb and now inside you. The lights on the warriors and the elite guard flare to life, and they all bow to you. You can feel the signal run towards other parts of the complex, signaling more ancient automatons to awaken for their overlord. The entire complex will take time to awaken, but when it does, it shall be under your command.

You leave the burial chamber, followed by your new elite guard. While you can appreciate Necron aesthetics, you'll need to modify them slightly when you return to the surface. You reach the vault door and hold the rod high. The door recognizes its presence, and seems to vanish from existence, making way for a massive chamber occupied by a form of living metal and light, suspended in air and lightly writhing.

A C'tan shard, fractured from its whole by the Necrons, enslaved to do their bidding. For you, it shall be a mighty snack, and one particularly towards consuming the most mighty of C'tan still in existence, sealed beneath the surface of Mars long ago.

Although... you don't necessarily need to eat it, merely bind it to you. You could theoretically take its form and bind it to you in the form of a weapon or some other item.

It is far simpler, and less prone to error, to simply consume it, you decide.

You open your maw wide and grip the writhing being with your mechadendrites, impossibly shoving the creature into your lower mouth which is much smaller than it. Poor thing, so mad it did not even know you ate it.

The metallic parts of your body shift and shimmer in tone, gaining the slightest of green tinges, now composed of necrodermis, the living metal of the necron race. Your soul grows larger; not in substance, but in volume, simply becoming larger but less dense. You know exactly why, this was simply an appetizer, training your body for the main course: the Void Dragon. After you consume that being, the Omnissiah's mission for you shall be almost complete.

As you leave the now empty vault, the necrodermis incorporates itself into your neural implants, increasing their efficiency and power(int +3).

Being in no real hurry, you tour the tomb complex which is now your by right of eating the previous owner. Necron warriors, now beginning to boot up, bow as you pass and fall into line. This is not the largest tomb, but it is a definite bonus to your forces. You even spot a medium sized cruiser, ready to be dusted off and added to the fleet at a later date. Having viewed your new military additions, you go to a set of chambers which could prove to be problematic: the chambers which house the former phareon's advisers and other Necrons which would still be intelligent. Luckily, most still slumber deeply, the phareon seemingly having planned to wake them personally. You are about to decide on what to do with them, when you realize that one of the chambers is open. You look inside, and see that it is empty. You translate the script above the chamber's door. It roughly says "Queen".

>[1] Search for the queen, she could be anywhere and it's possible she can control the warriors(per x 3)

You trace the queen, following sensory information gathered by the complex and transmitted to you. She is heading to the entrance. You hurry ahead, no longer lost in the twisting halls, and to the tomb's doors which have been thrown open.

Upon the threshold, the Necron Queen is locked in close combat with Medusa. The two fighters appear to be in a stalemate, on one side the prowess from absorbing a Khorne aligned daemon, on the other ancient mastery of martial arts. Around them are the scrapped bodies of elite necron guards and your own mechanicus sisters of battle.

It is honestly quite simple to warp the control protocols you now posses, surging warp energy into the code and throwing it out towards the scream. Medusa, seemingly sensing it, disengages and jumps back.

The wave of orders hits the queen and she screams, dropping to her knees. She drops her weapon, a glowing green sword, and becomes silent, now awaiting orders, her free will locked away until you decide to release it.

Medusa looks you over "So then, eaten a C'tan, have we 101?"

"Indeed Medusa. I have also gained control of the tomb complex, save for some of the free willed necrons. However, I should be able to do to them as I did to her, stripping them of free will."

"You should absorb her essence Medusa. It will give you command of our new necron forces."

"That's a wonderful idea 101, but unlike you I don't have a giant daemon mouth on my stomach."

"I have an idea then," You say, making your way over to the fallen necron. You open your daemonic mouth wide and pull the queen inside. While she disappears into the impossible space within you, you concentrate on not digesting her. You then go to Medusa, and to her surprise grab her and plant a deep kiss upon her lips, transferring the essence of the necron queen across the connection. You let her go and she stumbles back, flashes of green energy briefly running across her being.

Medusa smiles "I hope you don't do that if you ever decide to give power to someone else."

"No, that was just for you. Now, let us survey our new forces."

---------------------------------------------------------

While the tomb is not quite as large as you hoped, the forces not quite as large as would be ideal, it is still a great boon, especially the myriad of vehicles and supplies of necrodermis. Already you have loaded a necessary vanguard into the necron ship and then teleported the ship from its underground resting place into orbit. When it lands its cargo, then the incredible teleportation technology of the Necrons will bring the rest to it.

Currently, you are resting upon a throne on the bridge of the new cruiser, which you have decided to name The Herald's Throne, and reading a report assembled by the navigator turned tech priest turned de-facto admiral of your fleets Cassian. It includes scouting reports, analysis, and recommendations from your top advisors. Here are the interesting tidbits

>[1] Several T'au controlled worlds have been cut off from the rest of the Empire by the warp storms enclosing the sector. Te'Hara wishes to lead a large portion of your armies to these worlds to conquer them and to convert the T'au there.

>[2] An Eldar craft world is likewise trapped in the sector. Medusa and Elizabeth recommend capturing it to see if you can't take the wraith bone technology and eat their avatar of Khaine.

>[3] A splinter of a tyranid hive fleet has been spotted skirting the edge of the sector. Kall would like to capture a hive a hive ship for his experiments into tyranid biology and their connection to the hive mind.

>[4] Various chaos war bands are raiding the edges of the sector. Your Sorcerer notes that the patterns of the raid is quite particular even though the raids are mostly unconnected. He believes that they form the points of a great ritual circle, constructed by the machinations of Tzneetch.

You decide on conquering these T'au worlds, sending the messages to Cassian and Te'Hara to begin mobilizing the fleets and armies. Ha, foolish xenos, you will crush them quickly, especially with the help of Te'Hara. She likely knows the ins and outs of the defense systems the T'au use.

Well then, that's your forces dedicated to this situation. You could in theory go hunt down those Chaos warbands, those hive ships, or the craft worlds, but you'd be doing it mostly alone.

You decide that now is the time to extend your reach to as many planets as possible in the sector, sending Te'Hara out with the majority of the skitarii legions to conquer Tau controlled worlds while you lead your necron legion to other worlds, crushing their unprepared defenses and destroying their defenses. During this time, you are sent messages saying that the craftworld mentioned in the report seems to have disappeared, as did the splinter hive fleet, and a message from your sorcerer claims that whatever ritual Tzneetch was setting up with the influenced raids did not pan out. You disregard all of that, and get down to conquering.
>>
Within a year, you have conquered half the planets in the sector, and built your fleets and Skitarii legions to the greatest numbers you could considering the available resources. You are observing the subjugation and conversion of another planet when your sorcerer's message reaches you: he has a report on the space marine project for you, and he would like you to see it.

You travel to your stronghold of Karax III, it's surface and sky now choked with smoke from millions of factorums. Even much of the soil has turned red, as if the Omnissiah wishes to inform that the planet is just like Holy Mars. After teleporting into the palace, you make your way to the sorcerer's laboratory. It is filled with large tubes in which various figures float suspended, tubes and wires connecting to various machines. Many are deformed monstrosities, but there are a few who's forms are quite stable, though it appears that both daemonic features and inborn cybernetics adorn their forms. You note an odd number of women in the tubes. Aren't space marines solely male?

"Ah, Herald! It is good you have come! Great strides have been made in creating your very own space marines!"

"Why are some of these subjects female? I thought that astartes were exclusively male."

"Ah my lord, while this is true for regular space marines, and what I was originally planning on, your daemonic nature forced me to experiment further. You see, when I traveled to Vera V following your contest of the planet, I saw the former Sisters of Battle. I observed their total corruption of the soul, yet many of their forms where entirely stable, free of mutation. I took the liberty of recruiting a small group for my experiments in order to extract whatever kept them stable. Whatever it is, it works for the project. There are far more possible male candidates for the procedure, but they have a moderately higher rejection rate than females. Likely something having to do with the trait being extracted from Adepta Soroitas."

The sorcerer gestures around the room "What you see around you are various test subjects, some of them hastily made clones. Currently, there are only two actual candidates undergoing the geneseed implantation process, but given the wealth of devoted applicants and the various warp related techniques we can use to speed or slow local time, I'd say that we'll have essentially an entire space marine chapter within five years, if you can believe that. Your greatest soldiers will also need a name of course, which I will leave to you. And is there anything else you wanted? Related to your space marines or anything else?

>Suggest a name for your new super soldiers

>[1] You've done quite well sorcerer... I have no idea what your name is.

Fuckin A.
As for a name?
Id suggest the Omnissiahs angels chapter.
oh and voting 1

>>2372509
Supporting because i can’t even think of a name

Omnissiah's chosen

Female marines? Oh lawl...

"Daughters of the machine"

and stare at him blankly
>>
>>2372790
support that is a awesome name.
>>
>>2372790
But there are still males in this chapter
>>
>>2372509
Breaking lurking to vote for this and fix the tie
>>
>>2372813
well omit all the males and say Medusa is the primarch and founder of the gene seed then. And make her a a daughter of the machine.
>>
>>2372818
But that would lessen the recruitment rate and make the chapter take longer to form
>>
>>2372820
at least I tried. Oh well
>>
>>2372813
They are all cyborgs, so they can be whatever gender they want in the end. Also I like this >>2372818
>>
>>2372825
one of them is a electronic part with a mental disease before it
>>
>>2372841
See? They all fit perfectly into this quest.
>>
>>2372858
surprised they don't have a space marine one, since they have all the chaos factions and necrons

Inquire further as to the nature of the inborn cybernetic bits. Of those natural cyborgs who are stable, what enhancements seem the most prevalent? We want sharp-minded, independently-thinking shock troops here; you can sway biological minds to your will as flesh is fallible, but too much neural augmentation opens up the potential for exploitation by our enemies, especially when we expect to assault Mars down the line. I am imagining an entire squadron being incapacitated by the in-universe equivalent of an EMP.
If we are satisfied by the answer afterwards, then

A few generic suggestions for our burgeoning legion:
>Mechanicus Rex
>Ordo Machina
>Ferro Magna
>Herald's Heroes
>>
>>2372891
hmm how abut 2, Ordo Machina
>>
>>2372825
Actually in theory, yeah, you could totally turn any male applicants feminine or completely female with weird bio stuff, warp magics, or cybernetics. That's pretty damn magical realm-y. I mean, that IS my fetish, but I endeavor never to include it in anything.

Also this is basically the last vote of the thread, so I'll let it sit for awhile as I proceed to procrastinate for five hours.
>>
>>2372891
eh, why not, switching to this

>Ordo Machina
Ordo Machinum is already up and running (Inquisition bois). This may be confusing to plebs (and hilarious to watch), just saying.
Also, our own Inqisition when?
>>
>>2373007
I mean, it's not super required when all of the masses you convert become slavishly devoted to you when converted due to them realizing that they are simple cogs and that their life purpose is to serve the Omnissiah.

Though you could still start your own inquisition. Shame the inquisitorial ship and all its forces blew up on Karax III.

>>2372891
The inborn cybernetics are the blessings of the Omnissiah and are technically daemonic in nature. They're not technically possessed since the daemon isn't inhabiting their body, instead the daemon is literally grown from their soul.
