It fits Sebastian's practical nature that he's always seeking new trades/skills. He's already got a future as a Pokémon Groomer and caretaker, but sure why not add hard goods/collecfables speculator too.

If I remember right He's also developed a number of other useful skills since while Gurie helped pay the bills with her work (I'm not sure how much of their mother's paycheck the household actually gets) Sebastian was the one who actually ran and maintained the household.

He's like a youn Jamie Hyneman just without the engineering. By the time he's in his 20's he'll have a truely baffling skill portfolio.
