In a blind panic, in an empty headed terror, I throw myself at my baby as she howls and shrieks in pain as the cracks grow and crawl from her gem covered tail to her black, oily skin. They branch out and burn with an cold fire that suddenly turns red hot as my finger touches it. Pink mist flows out of her mouth as her lips tear and her jaw rips itself apart. I can barely see her bones cracking and growing as her body begins to freeze up.

What follows is an almighty bang, loud, earth shaking, ear breaking. I manage to keep standing, throwing my wings out right as the wave hits me with its full, powerful force. I nearly get lifted up with the harsh wings, red clouds of ruby dust flowing past me. The world grows dim, and I can barely make out a much larger shadow than Maya used to be sitting in the crater of sand and steam her explosive maturation made. My eyes stings as the clouds of scorching, clinging dust turns pink.


It begins to flow back into the black shadow as Maya stretches her back up with a much more confident and mature sounding moan, the dust falling back on her black tail as her scales boil back to the surface. She stretches her tail with the cracking of bone and groaning of muscles. Her tail whips around as she breaths in the smoke, and runs her hands down her body with a hissing purr. My Maya doesn't seem to know I'm here.

I mean, I don't think its rude. Telling each others our names should make it easy to call us when we're not busy? I'm defiantly good with doing so once we get key magic to kill off the unwanted parts of names.

Coughing and struggling to breath before I remember I don't need to, I fly down to the crater slowly filling with boiling water and specks of ruby dust and shards circling around my no longer so little baby. Creeping closer, I keep my wings spread and my lower arms crossed, trying to banish the smoke away with a few waves of my arms, using just a bit of magic to change the way the wind blows as I get closer and closer to Maya's shadow in the steam as she sits there coiled around herself, sighing in adoration of her new body and moaning in....well relief and satisfaction at being in a new set of bones and skin. I smirk as I lean closer to her and smile, remembering the feeling as the fog finally banishes itself away.

She turns to me, her ruby eyes burning with lust even more than usual, a smile on her lips as she looks up at me, not bothering to cover her bare and some what disappointing chest compared to mine to be honest.

Steam curls around her face, turning pink as she breaths out, a pink smoke flowing between the two of us, dull and thick. She smiles and slithers closer to me. Her hair is now longer, and shines like her gems but....also is as well groomed as iris'. How odd? But her face has changed a bit too, besides maturing she now looks....noble. its a good look for her to be honest, alluring I will admit.

I smile as she leans closer to me, flickling her tongue out. I smile wider as she cackles and leans back, coiling her tail around herself as she moves away from me, too busy relishing her new size to say anything to me as she seemingly forgets I was just here.

So I watch her awhile, then clap my hands together with a sigh, then a loud cheer to draw her attention to me again.

"Ooooh you look just lovely!" I yell as she whips back to face me, her eyes wide with fear before she calms down again "I'm so glad you've made it this far maya, good work. Sure you needed a little help, but isn't that what mother's are for? Oh you are just darling"

Her eyes narrow, as she slithers up to me again and flicks her tongue out towards me again.

"I've gotten bigger" she says softly, confidently leaning closer and rising to me as she smiles wider "Do you want to have some fun my"

"Oh no no no, need to show you to your sisters and Iris" I say as her smile turns upside down as I scoop her up "YOU'RE JUST TOOOOOOOO CYUUUUTE!"

"YOUR MORTAL SOUL IS MESSING WITH YOUR HEAD" She hisses, rapping her knuckles on my head "COME ON, THINK LUST, DON'T YOU WANT TO PARTAKE IN"

"NO! SHOW YOU OFF!" I cackle as I try to lift her up like I used to

"You...have lost your senses mother, or is this that maternal instinct you mortals usually have?" She asks, sounding utterly confused "I don't get why you aren't just"

I can feel my muscle straining as my bones bend from trying to lift up all of the new weight Maya's put on, mostly in her tail. I swear its nearly three times her actual size, I don't know why her cute little tubby, pinchable and cuddleable tail grew so big and long. All I know is with how long and large its gotten, I can't lift her up anymore. Or at least not with her laying like a wet noodle! The fact she's covered and soaked with sweat doesn't make it any easier. But as a mother I won't give up so easily! I need to embarrass her in front of her siblings! it is my duty, besides dragging half mad souls to hell or eating cakes while idly....okay stop trailing off, need to stay focused and not imagine Iris in a cakeified body right now. It simply touches too many of my fancies at once. Huffing and puffing as my upper arms begin to bend down at the elbows and my lower slide down Maya's tail. Weakly I flap and flutter my wings trying to lift us off the ground.

But all I manage to do is slide down on the wet sand and fall face first in the still scalding water. I groan as my skin turns a flash of bright red before it slowly shifts to hues of purple and pink as I curl my wings and lay limp in embarressement.

"Did you forget you have magic mother? or did you fight against our shared urges blank your mind?" Maya asks tapping my head "or are you just being silly again? Because....we aren't very strong are we?"

I pinch my arm and yeah I am pretty flabby I have to admit.

"Well, I wanted to still hold you in my arms like I used to" I say sadly as she looks back to her tail and giggles

"Oh, so that was your desire, motherly" She says giggling "Always was wondering about that taste in the air. So is thou pride wounded or are we heading home in a more....well simple way instead of struggling as you hold vast arcane powers and assets"

"Stop pocking me I'm wallowing in defeat" I grumble as she sighs

"Are you becoming slothful? I want to indulge a little, and there's nothing on this beach that will with me" She says with a huff "And you can cheer up in the proper way there instead of stewing in a bowl of boiled water and rot, come on! lets go back and celebrate, mother!"

I don't move for a few moments as maya keeps pocking and prodding me, trying to get me to move while I just keep laying in the stinging, burning water I've fallen into. I lift my head slightly, burbling and groaning before I cry with a sound similar to boiling sugar and wailing winds, howling sadly and meekly, just letting all the feelings of failure, grief and the smallest sliver of joy I feel at not being able to hold my baby anymore.

"A...are you alright mother?" Maya asks, sounding unusually worried for herself "Did, I'll find a way to be carried if that'll help I"

"WAIT! OH I KNOW!" I shout, grinning impishly as I leap up to my feet, scratching my face and chest as I feel my skin coming back to life after being flash fried just now

Maya tilts her head and tries to say something as I grasp my head, wincing in pain as I feel my skull splitting in half and my thoughts spreading out. I roar, dry heaving as scales cut through my now milky white skin and begin to shimmer with the colors of a morning rainbow. Gasping I stretch my arms out, fins falling from all four of my arms and my legs as they burst outward, growing with the rest of me as they grow claws along with my feet.

Sighing, gurgling and giggling at once as my body loses its humanoid shape and grows much larger than before as my face splits down the middle into three new heads. My horns and wings begin to change as I fall down on all sixes, as the clouds cover my scales and stop them from shining my mad colors for a second. I stretch my red claws out, my long lashing tongues falling out as all my thoughts scream out now that they're freed.

"You're a lot more confident than usual, you know maya" My middle head says sweetly, leaning closer to the coiled up and still Maya

"Oh yes...I...I've gotten bigger"She squeaks

"Oh I didn't mean to scare you" I gasp

"I'm not scared, its just....surprising to see you as such a beast, mo...mo...mama" She says hiding herself with her tail before she stands up tall "just a little shocking is all"

"Are you sure?" I ask as my left head lays itself to the ground, crying sorry and chanting please for forgivness as my right licks its lips and giggles

"Oh you wanted to play didn't you? Suddenly you're acting a virgin! I know you are maya, but you know mother wouldn't eat you up" It purrs as my little baby tries to keep smiling "at least in the way that scares little old you"

"Oh we've crushed her! we've scared our baby! oh we're a horrible mother! She should bite us and leave us to cry" My left head...cries "how could I do this, stupid, stupid mali, stupid"

"Are you really sure you aren't scared?" I ask

"We can taste emotion, why not give her a" my right head says before I push its snout close with my "hand"

"Now, as I was saying sweetie, are you okay?" I ask as she giggles trying to sound fearless as she slowly unravels herself

"Oh she's angry with us! be gentle with her, she's still a fragile girl, don't hurt her!" My left head sighs

"Oh calm down, you know I'm just playing around, I'll make it up to you" I say softly as she coils around my arm and keeps her eyes on me rather than the sea below "I swear! anything you can imagine"

"but you aren't swearing on your true name" She says with a hiss on the end of her words "And this isn't the kind of play I like! you know that mother!"

I grin three times as much as usual as I hear them yelling as I get ready to land at the last second, in the courtyard of the castle as apparently they're having a party with some of the snobbish sort up here now.

"I know that but....but hey you know we can die right?" Maya asks clinging to my neck as a familiar scent fills my lungs and mind, clouding it over "And crashing at lighting speeds into a stone street will....mother?"

I twist myself back around, my tail nearly slamming into the statue of Iris' father, as I curl around it to avoid running into it myself. Maya whimpers and my heart nearly breaks as I land in the pull next to the garden, vines reaching up my back to grab the still shivering snake tailed girl.

"Sorry sweetie" I say looking back to her as Lifa looks her up and down with...."interest" in her single eye "Got a little carried away"

"Why can't you lust for normal things" She says, smiling as she shivers and nearly crushes her little big sister in her coils as Alith trots up "H...can I hold you for awhile? need to test my strength on something that will scream"

Just played the song, need to keep the theme in my opinion.

But it'd be mean to do anything more to her than just have her sing with me, so I just have her do that, working the words through her with no resistance as she just decides to sing with me, following the path I set before her. And I nearly stop singing in shock, with how wonderful her voice is, echoing and ringing, bouncing here and there. A bit broken here and there, but still lovely. Sure it isn't the normal kind of lovely, but it is her kind of lovely. the kind of lovely I love, the one I pine for.

Oh I love it, I love it! its wonderful! like ringing bells, a summer wind! Iris' wonderful ass! a freshly baked pie.
