Welcome back, bold cavaliers, to the one hundred and fourth installment of Mecha Space Pirate Quest! I'm Wong, your host, and today you are once again Sir Gaius Wesker, the identity assumed by Heinrich "Caesar" Merrow, formerly of the UJCIDF and pilot of the King Swordfish.

Firstly, my apologies for being a day late, yesterday on my way home from work my father called to let me know his car was stuck in a ditch after skidding on some ice and asked if I could give him a hand, so I did. After that, he insisted on feeding me, drinking alcohol, and talking about family. I didn't have my laptop and couldn't in good conscience drive drunk or skip out on my dad, so I had to spend the night and wasn't able to run. I'm sorry.

Last time we saw Caesar, he'd just had a perhaps uncomfortably intimate moment with the lovely Countess Tabitha Roosevelt, which culminated in a kiss. This is a problem, because you're here to rescue your real girlfriend, Naomi Heim, the clone of the Avalonian "goddess". Before you and Tabitha could talk about that, though, you heard the sound of screams and breaking glass on the train the two of you are on.

And then due to captcha shitting itself unless you try several times to post, my trip was lost. Oh well, here I am.

The sounds of screams and broken glass are joined not a moment later by the sound of gunfire.

Getting down seems like a good idea, even though you don't know what's happening and have only a split second to decide, you grab the Countess and pull her down between the seats of your compartment. It proves to be a wise move, as the ugly chuddering sound of an automatic slugthrower gun echoes through the train, and splinters rain down on you from above. Some big, ugly piece of hardware just opened up on your location, and if you hadn't dove for the ground your heads would be a crimson smear by now.

Tabitha hands you your helmet, and you put it on. "Who?" You ask curtly.

"No idea. We're on Lorien! My planet! A safe, peaceful world! There's no way a Jovian strike team could have made it here!" She has a gun in her hand.

You grunt noncommittally, "Maybe, maybe not."

You look across the narrow aisle down the center of the train. There's a rather pudgy fellow hunkering down across from you, visible through the open door of his compartment, his fine clothes and their distinct lack of the sort of heraldry you've seen on the various Avalonian nobles and their servants so far making you think he's some sort of merchant, and the logo on his bag seems to support that. If nobody does anything, people are going to die, innocent people.

You pull your shortsword off your belt, "Tabitha, could you...?"

"Cover you? Yes. Go forth, Sir Gaius, and punish these trespassers. I'd like one alive for questioning, but go for the kill unless there's absolutely no risk to you in the process."

That statement worries you. It's not like her. "A soldier's life isn't about avoiding risk. You can't just..." You don't want to say 'let your feelings get in the way', but it's true.

She puts her hand on your arm with a sad smile, "I know. Your life matters regardless. There are things you still need to do, remember? Now go!" She gives you a little push.

There's broken glass on the floor from where errant shots blew out the internal windows of some of the compartments, you grab a piece and angle it for a dim reflected view of the end of the hallway. It's not a mirror, the two moving figures at the other end of the...you're not sure what the different segments of a train are called...cars maybe? The two moving figures at the other end of the car, for lack of a better word, are more or less blurs wearing blue and gold.

>[Charge]
>[Do something to distract them. If so, what?]
>>
>>2201080
>>[Do something to distract them. If so, what?]
Shout "Grenade" and throw something vaguely spheroid down the hallway?
>>
>>2201080

Also, before you say, rather sternly, "Wong, NOBODY is going to vote to charge, that's SILLY", keep in mind Caesar is wearing heavy multipolymer plate. It's not quite as good as powered armor, but that's mostly because it doesn't have all the special features, its SP is roughly the same (and it doesn't need a power supply except for the helmet's extra functions, like night vision).

Then change position to somewhere closer to them while they try to avoid it, then pull a suprise attack on them.
>>
>>2201095
Probably a bit of both, I bet that this is a Pinkhaired-plan to use deceive Lori's troops into going rogue by making them think that Lori was betrayed or something.
We may be able to use it against her if we can play this right, as they would gain motive to rebel agaisnt the usual powers if we play our cards right.
But of course, its just a shot in the dark.
>>
>it's a tie

Ten minutes and if nobody else votes I'll flip a coin.
>>
>>2201237
I'll switch to the Grenade plan then.
>>
Damn the machinegun. You spot a spare magazine for Tabitha's gun on a tidy little mag-holder on her belt, and grab it, bounce it off your palm, and do your best impersonation of an action movie, Ridge of Dawn, you saw back at the Academy with Amos.

"FRAG OUT!" You bellow, and throw the magazine in a high overhead arc. It's dark, metallic, roughly the right shape if you squint...hopefully enough for the assailants to look up. You whip around the corner regardless, and charge.

Their heads do tilt up. You can't see their eyes behind the metallic visors covering their faces and extending back over their ears like a mask, but it looks like it worked.

For a moment, and then their guns open up on you.

You run forward, ducking low. Your arms momentarily go out behind you in the rather ridiculous method you've seen the Storm Dragons do when they run, keeping your shortsword down. Contrary to what most people think, controlling a weapon on full autofire is actually quite difficult. Their large, automatic rifles aren't tripod-mounted like a true machine gun, and their ability to keep a bead on you is limited and those few seconds they're distracted for make all the difference.

What Tabitha sees is you ducking under a stream of bullets that whiz over your head and tear up the door on the other end of the carriage, extend your spear with a flick of your wrist, and spin it in a circle almost too fast for her to follow as you draw close. The spearhead, a molecule thick at its edge, dips smoothly beneath the chins of their masks and clips their heads effortlessly from their shoulders, spilling them to the floor. Tabitha tries in vain to use the comms button in the compartment to reach the conductor, but receives no response. "Caesar, this is a remarkably well-planned ambush." She bites her thumbnail, looking around, "They could come at us from anywhere, any ideas?"

Depends on the story of the mech and current themes. I had machines called Tin Soldiers, and the mechs in general called toys, because they were shipped to orphanages during the war to prepare the counter attack.

"That was easier than I thought, maybe I should have asked you to keep one alive after all?" The Countess asks, walking up behind you and scanning for danger to either side.

"Impractical. The only way to guarantee the elimination of the threat to you was to injure them severely. This spear has a blade one molecule thick at the edge, even a light tap from it could sever limbs. If I aimed for center mass, odds are very good I'd have hit a vital organ or wounded them severely enough for them to bleed out after having enough time to spray even more bullets around. Removing a limb would have guaranteed they bled out, and shock might have prevented them from answering in the mean time. Besides, this isn't a simflick, dying men aren't going to betray their plan just because we asked. This way was clean and efficient." You frown, "What are these visors? None of Countess Kennedy's people on Auditorium had them."

"Were you friends with many of my cousin's people?" She asks, fingering the sleeve of one of the assassins. The proud blue and gold heraldry of Tabitha's cousin is unmistakable.

"I wasn't on Auditorium very long, all things considered. I got to know Starwind and Captain Oda, at least. I did get to know this one, Victor something, he was dating one of Captain Oda's officers. Still, it's hard to imagine them doing this."

"No. Loriette was...never particularly adept in the subtleties of court. She never tried to assassinate me even once." Tabitha sounds oddly bitter. "Her way was always to do things herself, she would walk up, slap you, and challenge you to a duel if she was offended. At least, that's how it happened to me."

You're not just going to sit around talking. You open the rear of the carriage, heft your spear to begin what you imagine is a fairly arduous task of chopping apart the coupling to the next car via a polearm, "You and your cousin had a duel?"

"Mhmm. We settled on using our bare hands, it was the only area where our talents overlapped and there was something...dramatically satisfying about clawing that whiny little sneak's eyes out. We were both completely set on killing each other." She kneels down, examining the bodies further, the visors in particular.

"But you both survived." You spot a small terminal outside the carriage proper, on a little fenced platform overlooking the couplings. You're both speaking, you realize, in hushed voices, and that your senses are strained to the maximum for the sounds of further violence.

"Our mentor rendered us unconscious in three blows each and dragged us back to her castle by the hair. I know, I know, it sounds like sour grapes and excuses, but the only reason she was captured in the first place is absurd luck." She tugs on one of the visors, and frowns, "This is surgically implanted, I'd need to damage the skull to remove it, it's hard to get leverage to just rip it off."

"Don't! It may be rigged to explode or something!" You leave the back of the carriage onto a tiny fenced platform exposed to the open air overlooking the coupling you mean to break. There's a little stool out here, a dead railway worker...and a small terminal inset into the wall. Abruptly, you realize that you and Tabitha have been speaking practically in whispers, and how tense you are as you strain for further sound of assassins. At least the sun is still up, although not for long. "Can you get a distress signal out?"

She grimaces, "I tried that before leaving the compartment. There has to be a jammer the size of a groundcar nearby, all I got was static.
It would take them at least an hour for anything more than local gendarmes to get here, anyway."

You examine the terminal, scrolling through its options. Emergency front and wheel decouple are both on there, but naturally you don't have any kind of passcode or anything, "Tabitha, is there any way to override this?"

She frowns, "Tap 111 on the keypad."

You do. The terminal politely, in a warm, artificial voice, speaks, "Welcome, noble of Avalon. Please, enter your verbal override code or temporary identification chord."

She moves over to the door. She clears her throat, "Mosin Simonov Kalashnikov."

You roll your eyes. You don't get this way about spears, it must be a girl thing. You won't make fun of her password to her face, though.

"Override accepted. Thank you for riding Planx Railway Company, we hope you have a pleasant day. Long live the Queen." The machine chirps in a self-satisfied way.

"Long live the Queen." Tabitha responds plainly. "We can't just hole up here, Caesar. We don't know how many of them there are, and there are innocent people who could become hostages at a moment's notice. Some of whom we are already too late to save." She sounds grimly determined, looking at the corpse at your feet.

"So we get to the front of the train, to the controls, and we keep moving. Get out of the range of that jammer, leave as many as we can behind. It's not optimal, but..."

She nods, "I see, we're both thinking that just fleeing across the fields is too dangerous, this feels like being flushed out. If this is their battlefield, who knows what traps they've set?"

"Uh, yes." You nod as if that was your intention. You hadn't even considered that, you're just thinking that in one direction was a problem that needed to be solved. An objective. Experience points and quest hooks.

Guys plz
We all know the only Romance that matters is between the pilot and his mecha
All other relationships are secondary
Relationships between Aces
An Ace and his mechanic
An Ace and that reporter he sleeps with for good press
All secondary to an Ace and his Mecha

The coldness isn't fake though, it's how they interact with people who they aren't close to. It's usually awkwardness or feeling a need to be distanced from others.

Like shyness for danderes.

Tsunderes are full of shit though.

"Very clever." She pats you on the back, "Besides, these are my people, I have to help save them. Some of them are important merchants and minor nobility, who have expectations of their local Paladin. We are heroes, champions of our civilization, we must demonstrate the capacity to perform martial miracles." She hefts an autogun taken from one of the assailants, "I would have packed one of my own guns into my case, but...after...certain events I wasn't thinking right and that particular case got put into the storage, probably right beneath our feet." She wrinkles her nose, "One of my best hunting rifles, too."

You grunt noncommittally, completely focused. "What's our route?" The cars decouple, and the last of the train's momentum pulls them apart, slowly.

"More or less a straight line, there might be more cover in the kitchen two cars up, but the one in between and the one on the other side of the kitchen just before

You pause, then look at her curiously, "We're that many cars back? Is this not first class?"

She looks at you and wrinkles her nose again, "These are economy seats."

"But you're..." This is a bit of a shock, actually.

She shrugs, "They cost less. What? Do you think I'm going to pay more for a nicer carpet or that the staff will provide me, Countess Roosevelt, Rider of the Engeler, with discourteous service? The point of a train isn't the pretty room, it's the view. Are we going?" She motions forward.

You nod, "Although, we have two paths. We go along the roof, or we go straight through the cars. I recommend..."

Rolled 1, 6, 8 = 15 (3d10)

"We go straight through the cars." You tell her, determination filling your voice, "Straight down the beast's throat. The closer quarters will make my spear more useful, and forcing them into a line will help mitigate their numbers."

She nods, messing with the terminal, repeating her password, and then announcing over the PA systems, "I bid you, all good people of Avalon, get down on the floor and put your hands over your heads. All others are liable to be struck down."

Moments later, you kick open the door into the compartment one ahead. You nearly run straight into another of the warriors in blue and gold. They're wearing flak armor, you notice, and they all have those same visors on. The closest one has a monoknife already drawn and a submachine gun in his other fist.

The one you bump into has his back to you. Unlucky him. His compatriots see you before you can stab him, and open up with their autoguns, perforating their own friend. Their armor is fairly resistant, but enough lead hits his torso to drop him. The Countess has to aim quickly, and while many of her shots miss or do minimal effect against the armor of one of the gunmen, one burst tears off his left cheek, left ear, and part of his scalp. He seems undeterred. You, on the other hand, clear the distance with a sprint and put your spear through the other gunman's throat. The speed and brutal precision of your attack would have made your mentor smile.

The Countess grumbles something about wishing she had her custom scope and armor-piercing high-performance bullets.

The wounded enemy reaches into the compartment behind him and pulls out a tall, rather plain, middle aged woman, holding her in front of him as she shrieks and he tries to shoot at you one-handed.

You don't hesitate, you whirl your spear around and jab the butt into the pit of the woman's stomach. She makes an ugly coughing, retching sound, her eyes roll up in her head, and she slumps over from her tense upright posture, exposing the hostile's head.

In the same motion you struck her with, you whirl your spear to get momentum and redirect your strike...and put the tip of the spear right through your opponent's face, sticking out of the back of his head right where it joins the neck.

"W-was that necessary!?" An older man, presumably the woman's husband, asks, "Who are you!?"

"Sir Gaius Wesker, sworn sword of Countess Tabitha Roosevelt." You bow slightly, and step over the bodies, "And you're welcome, by the way."

Mentally, you tick off one box in your head, remembering what Tabitha said. Next is the restaurant car, then the first class car, then the primarily locomotive car with the controls. You're getting closer, at least.

It takes less than a minute to clear the car, make sure there are no remaining hostiles, and move on. “This is ridiculous.” Tabitha gripes, “Trying to assassinate a noble under the Lady's aegis during a time of war, when I find out who's behind this I'll wring their necks for the sheer insult to our traditions.”

“You don't seem that bothered about the fact that our ride to the Capital has been ambushed by armed men wearing the colors of your disenfranchised cousin.” You remark, opening the door to the next car without standing directly in front of it, peeking around the corner. Fortunately, you spot the armed men before they see you, and get your back to a compartment as bullets zip through the open door, “I saw at least ten, Countess.” Considering the presence of civilians huddled in the compartments, being formal seems like a good idea.

“Bothered, Cae-ahem. Bothered, Sir Gaius? Nonsense. I am a Paladin, these are regular soldiers, and not particularly clever ones at that.”

“They've clearly had training, this ambush was well planned.” Despite them being woefully underprepared for your spear, you would at least have assumed they were some kind of special forces from how they moved and fought. You were also confused by why you were only running into a few of them at a time, at least until you saw this bunch crouched behind the bar of the restaurant car. “They must have assumed you would be in first class, at the front of the train.”

“Consider my seating choices validated, then.” She's prone on the floor, partially shielded by her position midway inside an empty compartment, gun angled upwards to shoot anyone who comes around the bar. “If it's any consolation, I still don't believe for even a second that Loriette or her retainers are behind this. They would have done the honorable thing as soldiers of Avalon and sworn allegiance to their new liege, my cousin does love her honor enough to drill it into her people's heads. This is some attempt to kill me and blame her while she's too far away to defend herself or her people.”

“And it might work, too.” You say, grimly, glancing out the window and noticing a column of soldiers a dozen strong jog past along the train, heading for the car behind you, “We're about to be flanked.”

“Damn, brought down by sheer numbers?” She sighs, “What a sad, miserable end to all of this.”

“So escape. Switch clothes with someone, keep your head down, order everyone off the train.” You suggest.

She shakes her head firmly, “You think these people would hesitate to shoot everyone leaving to make sure I didn't do just that? The only way through this is straight ahead, through this.”

You look uneasily at the bar. The men behind it have every reason to take their time, to keep you pinned down. You hear the sound of footsteps on the roof, “Tabitha, let's make a deal.”

“Yes?” One of the soldiers in the restaurant car starts to peek over the bar, apparently, because the Countess' gun abruptly chatters. “Damn this cheap knock-off piece of shit.” She grumbles, although she must have hit something because you hear a thud and the sound of scrambling limbs from behind the bar, “I'm amazed it hasn't jammed yet. Tactical piece of garbage.”

“If we survive this, we take our mecha on our trips from now on. Everything is a lot easier with the Swordfish.” It's a lot easier to overwhelm you on foot than it is in your mech, for one thing. For another, you can't block bullets with a spear, while the wavering A-Particle field created by the tendrils of your beam shield system on the Swordfish can withstand any common UJCIDF cannon.

“Agreed.” She grins, “Forward or back?”

“There's two less ahead, at least that I caw in that car.” You look at her and nod.

She shakes her head, “As good a reason as any. Forward, Sir Gaius, I'll keep their heads down.”

[Continued
>>
“Countess, there's something I think I should say while we're both still here to say it...” You start, but she shakes her head and puts a finger to her lips to shush you.

“All the more reason. Live through this, tell me afterwards.” She smiles bravely, “Are you ready, my knight?”

You crouch to spring, planning to stay low as far beneath their line of fire as possible, get into the shadow of the bar they're crouched behind, and leap it at one end. If they're willing to shoot through each other, maybe you can take out most of them before you're inevitably caught in a hail of gunfire. There's a chance you'll live, at least...

...You hear the sudden chatter of machine guns, and tense in expectation, but it isn't coming from inside the restaurant car, it's coming from outside the train, and before you can react the windows on either side of the restaurant car explode inward, shattered to pieces by a hail of gunfire. Tiny metal objects shred the furniture, leave innumerable dents in the machinery, chip shards out of the bar and doubtless hit several of the soldiers, then explode like miniaturized grenades, rocking the car on its tracks and sending you reeling away with your arm held up before your eyes against the light, heat, noise, and pressure. Through the spots in your vision, you see outside the shattered windows, a pair of snow-white, fixed-winged UAVs with slender, bodies and heavy underslung miniature grenade launchers beneath their wings, already rotating into position to strafe the next car. Explosions rock the train again, and then pass.

You gaze into a restaurant car now open to the elements, burned out and shredded internally, the bar itself shattered and in flames, and beyond that to the next car, another burned out inferno. However...there is a car beyond that, where the controls you need to escape are.

“We need to keep going. We don't know who that is, but we know we're outgunned. We need to get out of here, as quickly as possible.” You help the Countess up. She hesitates momentarily, then grabs your hand, squeezes it, and nods.

“Come on, Sir Gaius.” She pulls you forward, and the two of you run through the burned-out cars. You hear more machine-gun fire outside, and turning your head you can see out the window at least some of the flanking force is dead, red mixing with the blue and gold of their uniforms. The door to the primary car is locked, but you get a running start and force your spear into the gap between the doors, levering down savagely and shearing through the relatively slender locking mechanism. You throw open the door...and step into an abbatoir. The conductor and workers aren't just dead, or even riddled with bullets, they've been shredded, their bodies tossed around the room, gore smeared over the computer monitors, and yet...the room looks empty. At least, for a moment.

“Bonjour, mademoiselle.” You hear a tinny, recorded sort of voice, and a colossus steps around a bank of equipment, an alcove that kept him clear of any windows. A huge, hulking man in the most ornate suit of blue and gold power armor you've ever seen. He has the same smooth, metallic visor the others were wearing covering his entire face, “Bonjour, mademoiselle.” He repeats, through the small, rounded grille below a narrow band of sensory equipment, hefting a huge buzz-saw at the end of a stout, shielded haft like an axe. The buzz-saw's rearmost surface is covered by a metal shield and studded with spikes, and the rubberized grip clearly sized for his power-armored hand. In his other fist, he has a riot shield whose front surface is studded with a handful of prongs, electricity crackling from them. Your spear's haft doesn't conduct electricity, but if he hit you or shoved you with that thing, it could deliver a nasty shock.

“Gaius, look out!” Tabitha cries out as the giant lurches towards you, axe held high. In these narrow quarters, her gun is somewhat hindered.

“Get back and stay down, that gun won't do anything against his armor.” You're not challenging him to a duel, you grab a heavy locker holding emergency foul-weather gear and heave it over to delay him momentarily as you back up. There's no point in fighting fairly against an assassin. The locker falls across his path, and he swings his buzzsaw axe, the rapidly spinning blade chewing through the metal. You step back away from his wild swings, spear held up in a defensive stance, “Get into one of the compartments, maybe get behind him or something while he's focused on me.”

Tabitha makes an affirmative sound, backing up into the burned-out first class car. You set your stance, this retreat was planned, the confines of the locomotive car were too tight, he could have potentially grabbed your spear and just barreled over you, but here you have room to move while still controlling a corridor. As he lumbers at you, he cocks his arm high overhead and tears through a section of a compartment wall as he swings...but he's just too slow. You drop into a low stance, your spear flickers like the tongue of a dragon, and as his weight comes forward into his blow you rise up to meet it and drive the tip of your spear up under his chin and out through the top of his head.

You allow yourself to smile in grim satisfaction...and then, you hear it again, “Bonjour, mademoiselle.” That same tinny, mocking voice, as the giant swings his shield around towards your face.

Your vision goes momentarily white, and you hear a sound like sizzling thunder. The giant reels back, its facemask warped and deformed by heat, your spear pulling free before a second shot punches through the visor and cores out the giant's head. The armored figure staggers back, and falls with a crash and an ungodly rattle of armored plating to the floor.

“Nice doubletap, Tabitha, how did you get your gun back?” You turn, grinning at her...only to see her pressed up against the wall, staring down the corridor back into the restraurant car. Where, flanked by two drones, the plump merchant from your own car is standing next to another man, a tall man in a long, tan coat with a red scarf pulled up over his mouth, which he pulls down, taking a hand off the massive heavy plasma rifle he's carrying. He's old, in his sixties, perhaps, with sandy grey hair and enough stubble on his jawline and around his mouth to almost look like a conscious effort at growing a beard.

You settle back into a ready stance, knowing that guns like that tend to have a fairly limited power cell. Three more shots, if the one in Garret Luxol's collection was typical.

“You saw that?” The old man asks the plump man, who's cradling a suitcase-sized bullpup rifle that looks to have been heavily modified, “Cool under pressure, flawless spear technique. It's him.”

“You're absolutely, positively sure, Tumnus?” The plump man has an oddly hoarse voice, a familiar one, as if he's a bit deaf or so used to shouting it's difficult for him to use an indoor tone, “Because you know how serious it could be if he is.” The voice is familiar, and abruptly, you recognize him, he was one of the guests at Tabitha's dinner, he was some kind of businessman, something to do with water filtration.

“Of course.” The older man nods, eyes fixed on you, “Rudolph Merrow's son, as we live and breathe. Truly, these are the promised days. Rest assured, this is a rescue and you are among friends, we've been watching you almost since you made planetfall. If, like your father, you have the will to stand against evil, then we have much to speak about.”

Welp, time to fulton knights.

This is fine.

I am okay with this.

We need a videogame quote to reply to him with.

> “Kept you waiting, huh?”

Solid Snake quote about the length of time between sequels. Appropriate, and nerdy enough that nobody will understand why we said it in a raspy voice.

THIS.

>Tumnus

Is there another faction in Albion that follows C. S. Lewis instead of Tolkien?

Yes, the Narnian Christians.
I was shitposting about them, don't you remember?
Didn't really think that they existed, though.

Anyway, Wong said that they lost the war for the planet against the Tolkians centuries ago or something.

They probably want a second round now.

I know they're bad, I'm not very experienced with narnian lore, so I just focused on the "Christians hating Greenman" part.

Make your own memes, I'm going to bed.
Is there anyone here good with Narnian lore or Christians hating fake gods?

Well, considering how hard it is to remove Green, I assume trying to remove Narnians is just as tough.

Just gotta wait for winter.

Narnia was all uncle Andrew's rape dungeon, that's why it was always kids that went there.

Shoud we play chosen one for them and act like we knew "the prophecy" from the start?

I think it's best to hear him. As is, he knows who we are but we don't know him. He can be an ally, a enemy, or simply a third party of this. Data is needed.
As is though, our enemy is Turpin, the 5 man band, and whoever tried to assassinate us.
>>
>>2221507
Probably not. Especially since they have Tabitha subdued and up against a wall.

Fuck did I miss it?

>“[E]very time you make a choice you are turning the central part of you, the part of you that chooses, into something a little different than it was before. And taking your life as a whole, with all your innumerable choices, all your life long you are slowly turning this central thing into a heavenly creature or a hellish creature: either into a creature that is in harmony with God, and with other creatures, and with itself, or else into one that is in a state of war and hatred with God, and with its fellow creatures, and with itself. To be the one kind of creature is heaven: that is, it is joy and peace and knowledge and power. To be the other means madness, horror, idiocy, rage, impotence, and eternal loneliness. Each of us at each moment is progressing to the one state of the other.”

I wonder what to expect from these guys...

Every time I open this quest's threads from the catalog to catch up all I get are 50 posts of be sperging out or talking to himself for no reason and keep it bumped.

Can't you make like your "narnian memes" and die? Fuck you irritate me so much you idiot, your only saving grace is that you are contained to this game and don't fuck around on the rest of the board

Eh. You're honestly rather terrible, but I've gotten used to it by now.

I'd rather have stupid shitposting and occasional awesome than people not posting at all.

I'm still not convinced you're the original Thunder and not someone who just took up the name and Flanderized the shit out of the character.
