Timos Brokken: A 36-year old Dutchman (a dying breed for now, although hopefully in the next few years the 12th and 11th division's efforts will render the Netherlands sufficiently dry enough that homesteading operations can begin) with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Library Science. According to his personnel records, he was recruited to work in the 7th Division 3 years ago, and climbed through the ranks to a curation position at a maximum-security compound at... well, you can't really say "unprecedented speeds", but impressively fast. No blood relatives; it appears his hometown was flooded when Ultimate Despair bombed the levees during the Tragedy. There's a couple marks on his record; one for drinking on the job, and the other for a violent altercation with... Nagisa Shingetsu.
Nagisa: "I suppose I should elaborate on this... Now, normally, my unfortunate past is completely sealed as part of the Reformation and Amnesty Policy instituted by Chief Director Togami. While I technically was never subjected to the ordinary brainwashing techniques used by Ultimate Despair, my situation was deemed analogous enough that I could be rehabilitated and given a new life in the Future Foundation. Unfortunately... it seemed that Brokken used his privileges as curator to access the sealed documentation. As it turns out, he does not seem to believe in reform."

Emile Delacroix seems to be a real veteran of the Future Foundation, on staff with the Future Foundation's 7th Division since its inception. A native of Nice, France with Masters in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering; it looks like they were employed by the Novoselic Bureau of Wildlife to help in the digitization of their records. They escaped the Kingdom after the Crown Princess assassinated her parents and established the country as a stronghold for Ultimate Despair's military operations in Europe and sought refuge with the Future Foundation; they've worked as a maintenance technician ever since. They have a wife, Sabine Morel, who works as a baker in Paris, and three young children. No marks on their file.
Nagisa: "I've never met Delacroix myself; my duties usually don't have me interacting with people that low on the chain of command."

Polina Novici: a second-generation Polish immigrant born in the Norwegian area of the Scandinavian bloc who joined the Future Foundation five years ago after a respectable career as the HR manager for a nationalized fishery. Two adult children; one works as a geologist elsewhere in the bloc, the other lives in England; their father perished of marrow cancer 8 years ago. Three reprimands for theft of office supplies. In psychiatric counseling for an anxiety disorder.
Nagisa: "From what I understand, she came of age during the Tragedy; I can't imagine what that would be like. My upbringing and your talent meant we were already familiar with the worst aspects of humanity, but someone like her couldn't possibly have been equipped for what happened."

Mikko Hypponen: the former CRO of European cybersecurity giant F-Secure and one-time member of IMPACT, the Future Foundation rescued Mr. Hypponen from the chemical bombing of their offices in Malaysia and immediately recruited him as a member of the 7th Division. Known to be one of the world's experts on malware. He was on the shortlist of replacement directors for the 7th Division.
Nagisa: "Director Hypponen has been talking about stepping down in the next couple of years; he's almost in his 60's now, and the stress of managing this facility is taking a toll, as much as he wishes it wasn't."

Nagisa: "You most likely already know about me, but, as a refresher: I was an attendant of Hope's Peak Elementary, a primary school associated with Hope's Peak Academy dedicated to nurturing the talents of its charges. While there, I was known as 'Lil' Ultimate Social Studies', due to my prodigious studying habits and command of knowledge that should have been well outside of my natural ability. This talent was cultivated by the systemic physical and psychological abuse of myself by my parents; my father, a talent researcher at the academy, was the primary actor in this. He wanted to see if an otherwise ordinary child could be forced into being an Ultimate. This abuse pushed myself and four other students into an attempted mass suicide; in the middle of this attempt, Junko Enoshima found and abducted us. She later indoctrinated us into Ultimate Despair and used us as living terror weapons. Under her influence... we killed our own parents and enacted mass murder in Towa City. Later, with the help of Komaru Naegi, the majority of us broke our conditioning and reformed, and the Future Foundation helped obfuscate our involvement. Director Togami personally reviewed my application and approved it."
