No, I think people who have strong quirks should be encouraged to take pride in them, but also acknowledge that it doesn't make them a better person, in terms of character. People should be praised based on who they are as a person and what they strive towards, and not belittled just because they don't have quirks.

You realize people with quirks are going to get their hands on nanomachines aso well, right? The problem isn't that people with quirks are stronger than people without quirks, it's that the culture encourages discrimination against people without quirks. If you improve the underlying cultural pressures, you won't need nanomachines , and if you don't, the nanomachines will make things worse as people with quirks will use them themselves. Either way, they're not going to solve the problem. What we really need to do is to start utilizing cultural engineering to remove the "us-vs-them" mentality between people with Quirks and the Quirkless. Something that we won't be able to do because we're hopelessly entrenched in it ourselves.

People always talk about Nanomachines like they're magic, but they're really not. Do you have any idea how hard it is to get them to be at all useful on a macro scale? Moving through air is basically moving through pudding to them, like 90% of the energy would have to allocated to traction and motivational systems, and that's just with gases.

People forget that Nanomachines are actually a thing people talk about in the real world, I get that you can bullshit science in stories, but its like saying a plane can fly into space, its fucking ridiculous what people try to get away with when implementing them.

They aren't useless, they'd make the best fucking terrain mapping you could think of honestly. Just let a bunch of them lose in the air and boom, you can get a real time three dimensional map of a location, but actually having a visible effect? No. It really gets on my nerves how people treat this tech like magic.

Just a suggestion but we could do what GrandDragon does in his quest. In which crit fails only occur when all other rolls fail the dc, that way we can still have crit fails without fearing these abundant amount of 1s.
