You place a hand on Mineta's shoulder and enlarge him to normal. Well, his normal anyway.

He is right, this is terribly dangerous,specially with the glistening ice covering the steps! But having seen it and being prepared, you just slide down the makeshift slide, using your axe to scrape the wall and keep your speed in check.
