“So, just jump down in there?” Gohan questions Mr. Korin.

“Pretty much. Ah, but before you do...” the cat man begins, then handing Pantea a bag. “Here, got these spare Senzu Beans for you all. Eight in total, don’t eat them all in one place.”

“Thanks, Master Korin.” the purple-haired girl replies. “What about our parents?”

“Yajirobe’s gonna deliver the bulk I’ve saved up to them soon. Now, good luck, kids. You’ll need it.”

“Thanks Mr. Kitty!” you shout, jumping through the magic pot. Gohan, Pantea, and Videl end up heading in after you, all of you landing on, to your surprise, the soft crunch of snow.

“W-woah... dad wasn’t k-kidding... a-about how c-cold it i-is here.” Pantea mumbles out, quickly clothes beaming herself a warmer outfit. “N-not e-even the T-Time Chamber felt this c-cold...”

“Really? Guess you didn’t go through the worst of it.” Videl comments with a slightly smug grin.

“...Videl, your legs are shaking.” your brother mentions to her.

“S-shush, Gohan...” she mumbles to him, taking a deep breath. An aura glows around her slightly before disappearing. “Okay, like she taught me...”

Okay, cycle your Ki... deep breath, remember what dad taught you. Takes a moment, but you power up slightly and exhale, letting the Ki flow through you... and then boost it just a bit with your Wind magic, trying to push away some of the colder air. While it doesn’t exactly bring the surrounding air up to room temperature, Pantea does notice it almost immediately.

“Well hey, smart thinking, Peppa!” she praises, trying to do the same. It takes her a bit longer to get the hang of the idea, but soon enough she’s warmed up quite a bit. “Ahhh, that’s better.” she sighs out, removing the heavier clothes she put on.

“Well, we can’t just stand around doing nothing.” Videl states, starting to march forward. “We gotta find that Darkness guy.”

“Do you even know where he is?” Pantea questions her.

“Just gotta sense around for a stronger Ki, right? I’ll find him in no time!” And she’s marching away. The three of you follow her down a path, coming across a number of cross-shaped ice sculptures. You can’t really sense anything ahead, but...

...Waaaait, there’s something nearby! You spot some lumps of snow moving behind you, merging into... a giant snow monster thing?

Well, let’s see... this guy isn’t very strong. Doesn’t seem very talkative, even if you try telepathy. He’s probably just a little shy. You wave to the ice monster. “Hi new snowman friend! Do you know where Darkness is?”

It stares at you for a moment, then roars. Gohan and Pantea look back, still walking along with Videl. “Think it’s some kind of challenge?” your brother asks.

“Hrmn... dad did mention something like this. Let’s see, what did he tell me?” She rubs her chin, trying to recall what her dad said as it moves closer to you. “Ah! Don’t try to attack it.”

As soon as she says that, it takes a swing at you. The monster is exceptionally slow compared to how fast you can move, you just jump up to avoid it, then run up its arm. You lean against its head and ask, “Why you tryin’ to pick a fight with us? That’s not very smart.”

The monster lets out another roar, trying to swipe at you again.

You dodge away from the monster, the creature’s fist smacking into its face. You giggle at it a little. “Silly! You’re like that snowman guy... what’s his name...”

“Him! Froooosty the snowman! He was a jolly, happy soul!” The monster tries to swipe at you again. He is clearly not a jolly, happy soul. “With a corn cob pipe, and a button nose!” You move in front of its face. This guy lacks both of those things, too. “And two eyes made out of coal!”

“I’m counting more than two. And they seem to be made out of angry.” Pantea comments.

“Guys come on!” Videl shouts out, still marching along. “We don’t got all day! The Tournament will start in a few hours!”

You continue singing to the monster as all of you march along, dodging and pestering it. Well it’s not taking any damage punching itself like that, but wow, it just keeps at it. Wonder how he came to life one day? Don’t see any magic old silk hat, but he is kinda dancing. Haha, look at him go!

You notice that as it keeps trying to swipe at you, it blasts gusts of cold air out. You manage to push it away as you cycle your Ki, but... is it trying to freeze you?

“Sis, come on.” Gohan calls. “Enough teasing the ice monster.”

“Aww... okaaaaay...” you mumble out, hurrying after. “Bye bye, Frosty! If you’re trying to teach something, make it a bit more clear next time!”

The monster roars at you and tries to fling a snowball. You’re just too far away by the time it’s thrown, still waving at the monster. Gohan shakes his head. “Sis, this is supposed to be serious.”

“But he wanted to play!”

“He was trying to smash you.” Pantea comments.

“It was basically playing.” you retort, focusing back on Videl. “Sooooo... where’s this Darkness guy? I can’t really sense him.”

She looks around the increasingly mazelike ice caverns. “He’s... hrmn.”

“You can’t sense him either, huh?” Pantea asks.

“I-I can! It’s just... faint.” she mumbles out, trying to focus herself. “I think it might be... in a cave area a little ahead, but trying to help lock down which one.”

You start rolling up some small snowballs as you cheer her on. “You can do it, Videl!” Continuing to hum the little song, you make some snowmen. “Say, Gohan... think Darkness is a little lonely, just out here with only snowmen? Think he makes ones like that one because he’s lonely?”

“No, sis.” he sighs out.

“He’s probably a lot more serious than that, Peppa.” Pantea starts. “Dad told me he’s been around for way, way longer than anyone else we know, even Master Roshi. And I’m sure he talks to Korin sometimes, he’s got a wormhole from his place to here, doesn’t he?”

“So why doesn’t he like coming out and playing with other people?” you question, finishing up a little snowman.

Pantea Clothes Beams a tiny hat and pipe for him, with little buttons for eyes. “Some people like being alone, away from others. Darkness seems to be more of a quiet, knowledgeable type. He might have other reasons, too, like not really being able to leave this area.”

“Aww... that’d be so sad though!” you complain.

“FOUND IT!” Videl shouts out triumphantly. “Guys, this way!”

She starts leading you down a path into a cavern, the light of day slowly disappearing as you head inside. Gohan powers up slightly, letting his aura serve as a light source. As you head in, your senses feel... dulled, somehow. You were able to sense the faint presence of someone before, but now, they seem to... well, be everywhere. Videl keeps walking forward, trying to focus her mind on the Ki she can sense... but she stops when the four of you hit a split in the cave, with two different paths to go down.

“Guess he’s trying to give us a trial to complete.” she comments aloud. “Hrmn... might have to split up.”

“You sure, Peppa?” Pantea asks.

You nod excitedly at her. “Uh-huh! This’ll be fun!”

“Now now, Peppa.” she stops you. “It’s not about being fun. This is serious. I know you’re a bit stronger than I am, but we need to be focused when we head down there. We need to be ready for anything. And most importantly, I need you to be ready. Can you show me your serious face?”

You puff your chest up and squint, scrunching your face a little. “Like this?”

“No, serious is more relaxed. Focused. Think of it like you’re about to go into the Tournament again.” she instructs.

You relax yourself a bit, trying to think. “Serious... serious...”

Videl smiles. “More like that. I guess this will work out... Pantea, Gohan, if either of you are in trouble, don’t hesitate to holler our way, got it.”

“We’ll be fine. You two stay safe, no telling what’s down there.” she responds.

After a deep breath, you nod at Videl and head off with her, waving to Gohan. “Have fun!”

“Stay focused, sis.” he asks of you, walking down the path with Pantea.

Videl leads you deeper down the cave, carefully watching her steps, lighting the way with a small sphere of Ki. She seems intensely focused... but there’s something about her expression that feels off. Like she’s worried about something.

You focus with Videl, trying to spot where this Darkness guy might be. With the two of you working together, the feeling that there’s something in every direction begins to narrow. There’s a path up ahead, and you can sense someone down there. Well... someTHING, not sure it’s a someONE. It’s odd... they don’t feel like a normal person. It’s something way deeper, darker, more chilling...

“Peppa, watch out!” Videl exclaims, grabbing you by the arm as... was that wall always there? You take a step back with her, then feel the wall in front of you. It’s solid, definitely real.

“While it looks like we’re headed in the right direction, this place is going to try to pull some tricks on you. Stick close to me.” she tells you, gulping slightly.

The two of you look around, trying to find the path again. There’s another split, one path going up, the other going down. Videl rubs her chin. “The path down makes more sense, but it could be an illusion again...”

You focus your Ki, remembering how mom and Miss Chuu Lee taught you the Wind Magic. You draw your hand back, then thrust it forward, letting out a gust of air that flows through the split path. The gust in the upper path seems to keep going, and while the lower path takes it in too, you suddenly feel a breeze come from the side.

“Peppa, what are you...?”

“I figured it out! The illusion doesn’t match our magic, Videl! Keep in contact with me, and we’ll be done with this place in no time!” you tell her excitedly.

She crosses her arms and smiles. “Heh, good thinking, Peppa. Okay, upper path?”

“Upper path!” you declare. “We should keep in telepathic communication just in case we have trouble ahead.”

“Good idea.” The two of you move quicker up the path, the cavern seeming to get smaller as you go through it. Videl keeps up the same trick you’ve been trying, and with the two of you working together, the false paths ahead are easily avoided. You both sense someone up ahead... wait a second...

“Congrats on making it this far.” Chuu Lee tells you both with a smile. “Gohan and Pantea are almost here. You’ve reached the end, and Darkness is right down there.” She points towards a path further along the way. You... you can sense someone down there, but you’re getting that familiar feeling of something trying to crowd around you. That presence is everywhere. But you CAN definitely sense that Chuu Lee’s here... lowered her Ki quite a bit, but your mind does recognize her. “Way quicker than your mom and dad, Peppa. In fact I think the two of you were even quicker than me.”

Videl blushes a little and smiles bashfully. “A-aw, just doing what you taught me.”

“Oooh, ooh, oh yeah, Mr. Bozotto had something to say to Mr. Darkness, I think! What was it...” You hop backwards on your tail, scratching your head. “Was something like... he wanted to pay Mr. Darkness a visit, I think.”

“Well, guess he won’t get the chance.” Chuu Lee comments. “We’re gonna stop him, right?”

“Yeah!” you cheer.

“How much stronger did the water make you, Chuu Lee?” Videl asks.

“Gave me quite a boost, but I was nowhere near as strong as you are now when I drank the Ultra Divine Water. I bet it’ll work even better with you.” the redheaded woman tells your friend, playfully ruffling her hair.

Videl bashfully smiles, continuing to walk with you. Strange... didn’t seem like the pathway was all this long when you headed down it. You look ahead curiously, and there’s that same feeling all around you still. The strongest feeling is still ahead, but it somehow... seems to grow fainter. You telepathically ask Videl if she’s noticed anything strange... and she doesn’t respond. You can still sense her mind behind you, but she seems a little caught up talking with Chuu Lee. You look back...

...

Videl’s gone. You can still sense her nearby, but you don’t know how far away she is. You try communicating with her again, but she’s still caught up in conversation. And... you can’t sense Chuu Lee anymore.

“V-Videl? Videl! Viiiideeeeell!” you shout out. She can’t hear you. Agh, where is she? You can sense her, but...

“Tch. You, again?” a familiar, irritating voice comments. “Don’t you have something better to do than bother me? You’re as bad as your mother, brat.” You sense... HIM in front of you.

Last time, on Dragon Ball Tuffle Quest Z! You and Gohan met a girl named Lime and her grandfather, Mr. Lao, helping stop the scheme of their town’s mayor tricking people into giving him money for an “Ozotto-proof” shelter, meeting Basilea again while your mom helped Tarble and Kuriza come to a truce. Now, with just a few short hours before Ozotto’s Tournament, you, Gohan, Videl, and Pantea have decided to go on a mission together to get the Ultra Divine Water...


You lower your Ki. No. Not now. Can’t let him get to you. “Mr. Prince Vegeta, I’m not gonna do this right now. I know you’re maybe a bit stronger than me, but I’m not gonna fight you if my friend’s in trouble. And you’ve gotta be focused too, don’t you? On finding that Darkness guy? We gotta be ready, we gotta be prepared. Serious face!” You pull your best calm, serious face, just like Videl asked earlier. “Can you help me find her, please?”

He glares you down, aura still flaring around him. “Why should I help you?”

You refuse to play his game. “Because you want to get out of here too. I know... I know I don’t really like you, Mr. Vegeta, but we’re stuck in here. Videl’s stuck in here too. If she’s with us, we can get out of here and find Mr. Darkness quicker. I can help you, you can help me, and we can be done with this. So, can you help me find her, please?”

He grunts, aura disappearing. “I think you can find her on your own.”

You’re about to pout at him, but he then nods in a direction behind you. You turn back... ah, Videl! ...She’s fighting someone? She’s... fighting no one?

“No, I can handle this!” she states, dodging again. “I can... I can...” Something seems to click for her, too. She falls back to where you are, taking her stance. “No... we can.”

You see a figure in the shadows from where Videl was fighting. It... wait, that looks like Basilea! The figure halts her movement, then takes a step back. Your golden aura flares up next to Videl’s sparking, purple aura. You hear a faint voice... but sounds like Videl can hear them much more clearly, given the shocked reaction you see on her face. The figure then vanishes back into the darkness.

Videl lets out a sigh of relief. “Thanks, Peppa.”

“Thank Mr. Vegeta, he helped me find y-” You look back to where he was. He’s gone too. Or... was he ever there to begin with?

“Guess that was a test...” Videl comments, rubbing her cheek.

In the distance, you can sense Gohan and Pantea. With a smile, you tell her, “Then let’s all make sure we pass!”

"H-hey guys..." you turn to them all. They smile, but they can tell from just looking how... yours went. "Y-you all okay?"

"Better than you seem to be doing, Maple Mahogany." Tien tells you.

"Eheh..." ow, laughing hurts a little... "Y-yeah... ah, hey, Darkness, m-mind helping us out a bit more in fighting King Piccolo? And, er, what are you, exactly?"

"I can not. You must do it on your own. My presence exists only within this place. Now... take the liquid."

"Thank you, Darkness." you, Chi-chi, and Goku all say. The five of you approach the Ultra Divine Water. Yajirobe pours a few glasses for you all, but leaves himself out of it.

"...this is it." Tien says, taking one of the glasses.

The four of you drink.

...and it's like your insides are on fire. The pain is excruciating, horrifying, it almost feels like you all are going to die.

But then it passes. You feel... more than stronger. You feel renewed. You feel calm, for once since this series of events started. And most importantly, you feel ready.

You and Videl try to sense for Gohan and Pantea, keeping your eyes watchful for any more illusions. Your mind drifts back to Videl trying to fight the phantom in the shape of Basilea. “...She’s still out there. Saw her again recently.”

“Yeah...” Videl sighs out. “I know.” She looks down at her hands, frowning. “I thought I was over it. But... I guess there’s a part of me still affected by that loss. A part of me that wants to prove myself. To... prove that I’m stronger now.” She then looks to you with a soft, warm smile. “I guess I needed a bit of a push in the right direction. To remind me that I’m not in this alone.”

You grin back at her. “Ah, you coulda’ done it on your own, Videl.”

“Still, you helped me. Thank you, Peppa.”

You come across another forked path. You and Videl both try the same trick with your Wind magic, and both paths are, as far as you can tell, legitimate. You can sense Gohan and Pantea down them... both? But only one seems to lead you closer to the source of Ki that you assume signals the end of all this. Gohan and Pantea feel closer down the other path.

You draw your Practice Power Pole, taking a look down each path. “Extend!” you command of it, thrusting the staff into the upper one first, where you can sense the source of Ki the strongest. Takes a bit before you bump something, but moving the staff around, you feel there’s an opening you can just barely reach. You next try the other path, where you sense Gohan and Pantea are closer. The path is a bit longer, but...

“Ow! What the-?”

That’s your brother’s voice! It’s... really far away, you can barely hear it, but it’s him.

“Gohan! Gohan can you hear us!” Videl calls out. There’s no response. “...Pantea? Can YOU hear us?” she calls out next. Again, no response. Well, you at least know they are down there.

“...Think they’re in a trial, like us?” you ask Videl.

She twirls a finger in one of her pigtails. “Could be... they might be seeing some kind of illusion like I did.”

“Imma keep poking him. That way we won’t get lost, and we can help if they need it.”

Videl tilts her head. “P-Peppa...”

You do just that, slowly retracting your Power Pole as you make gentle jabs, giving juuuust a little bit of Wind Magic to make sure that it’s not an illusion. “What is- agh! Where are- ow!”

“Something tells me your brother’s not gonna be happy with this once we’re there.” Videl comments, trying not to smirk. She clearly doesn’t intend to stop you.

“Ah, he’s had worse!” you tell her cheerfully.

After a jog down to them and several dozen pokes, you and Videl finally reach Gohan and Pantea. Your brother... seems a little dazed, mumbling to himself. Pantea meanwhile is some distance away, shaking her head. “No... no... wait, come on, this doesn’t make sense...” she mumbles lowly.

You give Gohan one more poke. “Agh! STOP THAT!” he finally shouts out. “Where... where are you?”

You put the Practice Power Pole away and rush to them, shouting out, “GOHAN! PANTEA! GUUUUYS!” You grab Gohan’s hand, then rush over with him and grab Pantea’s hand, bringing them together. “Guys! Guys!”

Pantea blinks twice. “P-Peppa?”

“Guys, are you okay?”

It takes a moment for her to really come back down to reality. “...Heh, yeah. I’m okay.”

“What... what happened?”

You pull them both close in for a hug. “Yay! Was worried!”

Gohan rubs the side of his head. “...Wait, was that you, sis?” he asks grumpily. “Poking my head?”

“...Maaaaybe?”

He snorts and frowns, breaking away from your hug. “I figured.”

Pantea ruffles your hair slightly. “Heh, clever! How’d you get us out of that?”

“Well, just... you both seemed like you were lost, somehow. Didn’t want you two to think you were alone. We’re in this together, right?”

Both your brother and the purple-haired girl nods. “Right.”

“So, let’s find Mr. Darkness and head back home!” you exclaim.

As Videl heads over to you, you all start to notice the walls of the little cavern you’re in shift slightly. The four of you stand together, ready to face this next challenge. There’s... then a stillness, and you hear water ahead of you. A form starts to emerge from the liquid, obscured by the darkness in the cave. A breathy, strange voice speaks to you, almost like someone’s whispering, but it’s way louder than a whisper.

“You have done well to come this far. You have shown concern for the safety of others over need for self-improvement. While young, none of you gave in to lingering doubts, fears, and anger. I ask you one thing before we proceed: are you willing to risk your life for more power?”

Gohan glances at you with a slight bit of annoyance, but recalls what you’re about to say. “Ah, right...”

“He said that... uh... he was surprised you were still around, and he might pay a visit some time. Something like that, I think.” Nailed it. Now he knows.

“Ozotto... yes, I am aware of him. I would prefer we not meet again. Now, I await your answers.”

You put on a serious face. “Mom and dad did, so I’ll do the same. And... we’re not doing this just for power, like Mr. Vegeta. We’ll risk our lives for our friends, our families... for everyone. Including you, Mr. Darkness. And your snowmen! ...Sure they aren’t lonely?”

While you can’t really see it on the being’s face, you think there’s something like a smile appearing on it. Gohan stands tall. “My sister’s right. I wouldn’t be here if I were seeking just power for its own sake. I’m here because I want to help the people I care about. My friend, my family, everyone I know.”

“I do want to get stronger.” Videl starts. “But because I know that I need to, to help others. I’ll gladly risk my life for the people who’ve helped me become who I am today, to make sure I’m dependable and able to stand with them when push comes to shove. Dad, mom, Ms. Chuu Lee, Maple, Goku, everyone.”

Pantea approaches Darkness. “Dad would be terrified hearing me say this, but yes, of course! And... it’s for his sake, for mom’s sake, and not just for everyone here on Earth. I do this for my friends on Namek, Dende and Cargo, and their families, and everyone else out there. Because I need to start taking the steps now if I want to help them in any way later on. I’ll risk my life for that.”

“Then you may partake of the Ultra Divine Water.”

A light flashes in the corner, revealing a table with four cups and a tea kettle on it, the Kettle having a symbol on it that reads “God.”

Gohan pours out the liquid inside it for you all. Well... here goes. You down it quickly...

The water tastes strange, sour, almost. You barely have time to process the taste fully, though, before jolts of pain surge through your body. Every nerve feels like it’s on fire, and as you struggle to stand, almost convulsing on the floor. You spot Pantea cough slightly, hands on her neck, Videl trying her best to stand, but still letting out a scream of pain. Gohan’s on the floor, same as you, crying out.

You...

You feel scared.

You’re hurting, you’re hurting badly, but your friends, your brother... they’re hurting too. No... no you can’t stop here... you have people counting on you. You need to help them... you need... you need...

You need to save them!

You clench your fists and try to force yourself to stand... and you feel it. Something deeper, something different, takes hold of you. Videl also forces herself to stand... you see her sparking, purple aura blazing out, she tries to take hold of herself. You can feel her power skyrocket. And... so is yours. Gohan’s strength increases as well, but not nearly as fast as you feel your own jolt up.

“Grhh... ghh... aagghh... RRRAAAAAHHHHH!” You scream out a primal roar, your aura blazing around you, sparks flying from your body.

Videl finally reaches the height of her power... and takes a moment to look down at herself, breathing heavily. She finally glances at you... and with a smile, faints. You jolt over to catch her. Seems the strain on her body was a bit more than she could really handle. But... she’s fine, just completely worn out.

Pantea also finally manages to stand. Her strength’s increased, though not as much as you, Videl, and Gohan have. In fact... not nearly as much as you have. You bring Videl’s arm over your shoulder. Heh, guess you’ll have to carry her out.

You finally notice Gohan staring at you as you try to normalize your strength. You feel your hair drop a bit as your aura stops blazing. “...S-sis, what was that?”

“What was what?” you ask him with a tilt of your head.

“Your power, your hair, it just... it was different. I don’t know how to describe it, but... there was something more.” he tells you, scratching his head.

You notice the sparks in your aura have disappeared. You... you’re still stronger, but you feel more relaxed now. “Well, I dunno really but- ...OH, RIGHT! Pantea, Senzu Bean!”

She quickly grabs one out of the bag and tosses it to you. You press the bean on Videl’s lips, trying to get her to take it. You kinda have to shake her a bit to wake her up, the girl groggily mumbling she needs five more minutes. You shake her some more, Videl finally awake enough to realize what you’re doing, taking the Senzu Bean and gulping it down. Her eyes then jolt open. “Ah! ...Ah, Peppa, thanks again. Guess that’s the second time today.”

You giggle at her. “Just helpin’ a bit.” Turning your attention to Darkness, you wave to him as Videl stands up. “Thanks Mr. Darkness! That was kinda scary and I dunno if I would wanna do it again, but I think it helped a lot!”

“You all have survived this trial, unlocking great power within yourselves. I wish you well, as this world’s fate may depend on you sooner than you think.”

“...That’s kinda ominous. How can you tell?” Pantea questions.

“Majin Ozotto will not be the last threat to visit this world. I am sure some of your parents know all too well the dangers lurking ahead.”

“Ah, Mr. Darkness, sir, is there anything you could teach us, then? Maybe something to help prepare for it? Or... I dunno, maybe how to make those snowman guys?” Well, if he wants to build a snowman...

“I have nothing that you need to learn. My form is tied to this realm, and any illusions I have managed can be learned elsewhere. I only ask that you all work to master the power you have gained... especially you, Son Peppa.”

“Me?”

Darkness sinks back beneath the waters, breathing out deeply as he vanishes. Videl puts her hand on your shoulder. “Looks like he’s done taking questions. Let’s get back home.”

You grin, thrusting your fist into the air. “Yeah! Let’s tell our moms and dads we all made it through this!”

I had a ton of fun, especially for my first live thread! I ran the first episode of my own Dragon Ball thread, with a lot of inspiration from you.

I'm excited to see how strong Peppa gets. Are Tuffle/Saiyan hybrids naturally stronger like Human/Saiyans? If so, are they stronger than Human/Saiyans, or about the same level?

Peppa and Gohan greater potential than canon Gohan does, and naturally Saiyan/Tuffle hybrids do have the potential to be stronger than comparative Saiyan/Human hybrids. That said, Peppa and Gohan's potential is still a bit lower than what someone like Goten or Pan could have if they reached their full strength. It's all relative, really, as one with higher potential could still end up weaker due to lack of motivation, but one definite advantage the twins have over normal Saiyan/Human hybrids is increased intelligence, as you might have seen a while back.

As far as boost to strength, at base...

Peppa clocks in at 17,000,000
Gohan's at 15,800,000
Videl's at 10,000,000
Pantea's at 7,000,000

So did anyone else notice Peppa seemed to mirror Goku's behavior from the last time we did the UDW thing, rather than Maple's? Gets done first, helps others break out of illusions, etc.

Videl seemed to be this group's Maple more than anything.

I did notice that this felt a lot easier then Maple's challenge. Peppa didn't try to fight or show her mental superiority by recognizing that this was all an illusion. Her just rolling with the illusions probably impressed Darkness.

I wonder how Peppa would handle Konpei's challenge.....
