Whitaker and Weiss had a sit-down and talk, the twins get beaten up, and Grandpappy Schnee is in our hearts. RIP in peace, Jolly Ol' Nick.

TODAY:
Whitaker struggles with acting like a normal human being.
>>
You’ve been rigorously pouring over your notes on your sister, every assertion and quirk of her personality has been accounted for, with multiple events and decisions she’s made as evidence. You’re no psychologist, so it may be amateurish, but you had decided getting Weiss to visit an ACTUAL psychologist would have been extremely difficult.

If Blake, Penny, or any of your siblings had been present for your whirlwind of study, they would have described it as obsessive, unhinged, and almost certainly unhealthy. You can’t help yourself anymore. Winter was right, it’s shameful that neither of you have mastered this yet, and Whitaker Schnee will not be shamed by his own semblance. If raw talent will not help you, manic effort will take its place.

To conquer your own inadequacies, first you have to help Weiss conquer hers. Not only will outside perspective make the process much easier, but it may assuage the slight pit of guilt that writhes in your belly over not helping her with this before. You hope, at least. You can feel your nerves bunching up again, so to calm yourself, you go over what you’ve written one last time.

Weiss, like Winter, has been struggling to both improve and distance herself from the family. The goals were similar, identical even, but the sticking point was in the methodology. Winter had always - as far as you were aware, having been a child at the time - kept herself in check even during father’s most antagonistic. It’s how she had managed to get her foot in the door of the Military life. Father hasn’t been expecting her rebellion, and when it struck he was caught flat footed, unable to steer his oldest from her path.

Weiss was much less subtle. Shouting matches, snuffing any attempts of duplicitous fatherly engagement, nearly bragging aloud about what she planned to do with her dancing lessons… They had all been common facts of life growing up with Weiss, and had made the escalation of the struggle for control between family members much more rapid than it may have been otherwise.

You’d like to compare the two a little more, it had been so helpful between Grandfather and Winter, but the fact of the matter is that Weiss - and you - simply aren’t old enough to have faced the same choices Winter or Nicholas had. Not like it really matters, you suppose. You know Weiss well enough without the handy tool of contrast. So, how should you help her?

>A) Weiss may be more hotheaded than Winter, but she’s just as cold in a fight. Winter’s exact methods aren’t working, but they should be a good starting point.
>B) Weiss progresses in waves. She builds momentum throughout her normal life, studying and training, before exploding whenever she’s confronted with a truly challenging obstacle. If you put her under pressure to succeed, she will.
>C) Weiss needs to expect what’s coming. You love your sister, but she isn’t good at thinking on her feet. If she’s going to practice summoning, it will have to be strictly regulated, with a schedule and set exercises.

“And you want me to… What?” Weiss is looking at you with a concerned expression, taking in your disheveled appearance and scrunching her nose at what she sees. You run a hand through your hair and explain it again, “The same thing Winter always makes us do, but different.” You’re not sure which part of that was confusing.

“Different how?” You throw up your hands and rock backward in the chair. “Different!” you insist, “Less like Winter, more like Weiss!” She holds up a placating hand and fixes you with another searching look. “Well, before we even begin to unpack what that’s supposed to mean, I think we should talk about you.” You? What’s wrong with you? Sure, you didn’t shave this morning, but-

“You’re a mess,” Weiss states, bluntly, though not without sympathy. “You’ve been sitting in your room for days now, you’re starting to grow a beard, and I’m pretty sure those are the same clothes you were wearing when we practiced with Winter.” You open your mouth to object, but before you say anything, you pull the neckline of your shirt up and take a whiff. It isn’t a pleasant experience. The small sneer Weiss had developed softens.

“You’ve been working yourself to death ever since that day at the beach. I mean, I understand why you’d be a bit nervous,” she concedes with a tilt of the head, “but, Whitaker, this is just… Scary. It isn’t like you.” Weiss’s public mask begins to crack a little, and you can spot the nauseating swirl of fear and pity beginning to well up in her eyes. You can’t look at it for long and instead stare at the plate you cleaned off moments ago. She’s probably right. You’ve locked yourself away, researching your own family for almost a week now with very little sleep. You hadn’t felt any worse, but now that your momentum was dying down, you can feel the exhaustion setting in.

You paw at the dull ache that’s beginning to build behind your eyes and tell your sister why you’ve pushed yourself so hard these past few days. “I think I finally figured it out,” you say, and Weiss takes it as an invitation to lean in closer. You can’t see her do so, with your eyes still closed, but the sound of her voice - lower, yet still closer than it was before - tipped you off. “And you think this new training method is the answer?” she asks.

You drop your hand and look her in the eyes before nodding. Weiss pushes off of the table and stands up. “Well, as soon as you’ve had a shower, we’ll get started.”

You and Weiss have returned to the small public pavilion that Winter took you to almost a week ago. She’s standing stock straight, eyes shut and Myrtenaster extended. It’s a pose you’re familiar with, but at least this time, it seems like she’s not getting frustrated. Whereas both of you would have begun to sway slightly from the intense concentration required for Winter’s regiment at this point, Weiss currently seems serene, at total peace with herself, as if she had fallen asleep standing up.

With the thought in your mind, you’re about to push her over to make sure she hadn’t fallen asleep on you, but you’re stopped by a sudden huff and her opening eyes. “I’m not getting anywhere with this, Whitaker. Any other ideas?”

>A) The theory is sound. You’ve got Weiss’s personality right, you’re sure of it. Maybe there’s something else in the way? “Is there anything bothering you, Weiss?”
>B) Maybe you’re just not as clever as you thought you were. Still, there must be some way to get this to work. “Well, I did have a few more ideas…”
>C) You’ve already been reduced to lounging around in a single room reading books for days on end, like some sort of horrible nerd monster. You’ve hit your limit. “Let’s just forget about it, Weiss. If it isn’t time, it isn’t time...”

It may be a big assumption, but you’re almost positive you’ve understood Weiss’s issues in moving forward with summoning. The only reason you can think of for it to fail now is that there’s a new issue or one you were unaware of. “Is everything alright, Weiss?” you ask, much to her confusion.

“Well, no, I was hoping to make some progress with this, but other than that…” She trails off, arms limply hanging at her side. You push off of the pillar you had been resting against and take a few lazy steps forward. “Weiss, we’re teammates, right? Partners? Twins on top of all that. You can tell me when something’s wrong.” There’s a small twitch in her expression, but it doesn’t seem as if she’s willing to say anything.

You hum a little. As much as you hate making Weiss glare at you, as she’s dangerously close to doing now, you have to admit that this is your comfort zone. Pouring over books is stressful and boring, but taking care of your siblings never gets old. “You want to summon something, right?” you probe. “You’re not going to get anywhere if there’s a problem you aren’t willing to tell me about.”

She grits her teeth and looks past you, blatantly refusing to rise to your challenge, and for Weiss, that’s worrying. Worse so that, whatever it is, it seems to be making her angry that you’re prodding it. How do you want to handle this?

>A) Keep prodding. You’re close, you can FEEL it, and even if you weren’t, you can’t just let go when something is so clearly upsetting your sister.
>B) Let sleeping dogs lie. Weiss has a right to her secrets, and a fancy new trick in combat isn’t worth upsetting her.

“Weiss, if you need to talk to me, you can talk to me.” You’re stepping into dangerous territory now and you know it. Whatever Weiss’s problem is, she clearly doesn’t want you to know, and her usual warning signs have already been delivered. Weiss gives you one last implicit warning, “I don’t need to talk to anyone, Whitaker, what I need is for you to-”

She bites her tongue and swallows whatever she’s about to say, and if Weiss is trying to hold back a caustic word or two, it’s because she knows that whatever is coming next is really going to hurt. Somehow, knowing that something’s bothering her this much stings as much as knowing she was about to say something you’d both regret hearing. Against all you’re better judgment, you try one more time.

“I just want to help, Weiss.” Thankfully, rather than drudging up her anger once again, your words push her in another direction. Her face falls and adopts a guilty expression, and she sheathes Myrtenaster without a word. It takes her a few moments, but eventually, she finds the words. “I appreciate what you’re trying to do, Whitaker. I really want to do this, and I know you want me to, but I just… Can’t...”

“‘Can’t’?” You echo, utterly confused. This is Weiss for God’s sake. How could she ever believe that something she’s work so hard at, for so long, could be beyond her?

“I can’t,” she repeats, quieter this time, but firmer. It’s enough to stall you, to keep you in place as she pulls out her scroll. “I’m gonna go back to the hotel… I want to be alone for a little while.”

>A) Let her go. If she needs the time, let her take it. Maybe you can get to the bottom of this once emotions run a little cooler.
>B) No way, whatever is stopping her has been around for too long, and you aren’t going to leave it alone for a second longer! “Weiss, if you don’t believe in yourself, that’s fine. I believe in you. I believe in you enough for the both of us.”
>C) Maybe it’s best to let this sit for a little while, but it’s a bad idea to let her go alone. “I’ll be right across the hall if you need me.”

So I crunched the numbers, and getting doubles on all three rolls that increase by a steady increment of 22 has, if my math is right, a 0.03% chance of happening. You gently push Weiss’s scroll down and away from her ear, much to her confusion, but she doesn’t try to stop you. “Weiss,” you begin, “if you don’t believe in yourself, that’s fine.” She looks away from you and tucks the scroll back into a pocket, her face burning with shame. Weiss has never given up in front of you before, and she’s painfully aware of that. Hearing the words coming from you, instead of a poisonous little black voice in the back of her mind, must have made it so much more real.

“I believe in you,” you continue and set a hand on her shoulder, “I believe in you enough for both of us.” Weiss begins to turn back towards you, but something halts her movement. She visibly struggles to force her tongue to work again, but when she does, it’s a low, watery voice. It’s quiet, but is so unlike her it forces you to hear every word.

“Not if you can’t,” she whispers.

“What?” The line of reasoning doesn’t make sense to you. Does she not want to leave you behind? But that was the next step of your plan, you’re sure you explained that-

“You-!” She whirls on you suddenly, all the fire from before returned in full force. Weiss stares you down with furrowed and angry eyes, but again reigns in her anger before she pushes too far. The mood whips back into a calmer state. Weiss seems impassive and cold, and you’re reminded of Winter for a moment. “You. Are. Better than me,” she spells out for you.

“You’re the one who proved themselves a hundred times over that you were ready to lead this team. Penny, and,” it takes her a moment to get it out, and even then, it’s through gritting teeth, “Blake, I wouldn’t have been able to handle them. I HAVEN’T been able to.” You try to interrupt, but she barrels over your attempts to cut in.

“You led three teams who weren’t even ready for field missions to capture a dangerous criminal. We got out without a scratch. You were kidnapped, and you escaped from your own kidnappers half-naked and drugged before any of us could FIND you!” You have no rebuttal for that. You’re still amazed you pulled that last one off if you’re honest. Weiss lets out a barking laugh, not of mockery, but of genuine amazement.

“And it’s only your first semester. You’ve got three and a half YEARS to top all of that, to make it a footnote in your biography, and that’s not even considering what you’ll do after you graduate.” Weiss smiles at you, perhaps overcome by a sudden sense of pride for what her sibling has done, before it collapses into something much more bitter.

“I can’t hope to match you, or even keep up with you. If you can’t summon something, then I’ve got no chance...”

>A) Match you? Weiss can SURPASS you! And you know just how to prove it. “We’re going back to Beacon, and we’re going to spar. You’re gonna kick the crap out of me, and I’m going to knock some sense back into you.”
>B) If that’s how Weiss feels, it’s going to take some serious intervention to snap her out of it. More than you can manage in an afternoon, at least. Take Weiss back to the hotel and brainstorm a way to get her mind in the right place.

You place both hands on Weiss’s shoulders and give her a grin. The somber mood vanishes, and your sister leans away from you, wide eyed at your sudden enthusiasm. “We’re going back to Beacon,” you tell her. “We are?” she asks, still clearly flat-footed for this sudden change in the conversation.

“You’re gonna kick the crap out of me,” you say with a new fire in your stomach. Weiss can feel it too, and takes a step back. “I am?”

“And I’m going to knock some sense into you,” you finish, without further flourishing. Weiss narrows her eyes, and despite the war of confidence no doubt still raging inside her, she too much herself to stop a smug, challenging tone from creeping into her words, “Oh, are you?”

----

You spin Langerdorn in the palms of your hands and grin at the familiar weight. It hadn’t been very long since you last used it, but it had been some time since you and Weiss had squared off. The two of you had been fourteen back then, only barely trained with the wooden forms of your chosen weapons, and further practice against one another was halted in favor of Grimm training.

Your sister stands opposite of you, still as stone and as poised as if she were back on stage. Despite your lack of advertisement for the bout, a few of your friends had managed to find you both and gathered a small crowd. You suspect Yang and Nora, for some reason, but had no proof. The entirety of teams RYAL and CNRP are watching, respectfully silent despite the energy that was clearly pulsing through them. Of course, if the others had noticed your arrival back on Beacon soil, it wouldn’t be long before they, blissfully ignorant of the tensions that currently plagued your team, invited the rest of SPWB.

You’re not sure if you could focus on this bout if Blake walked through the door, but Weiss has too much riding on this fight for you to back down over a niggling fear. You might have considered somewhere less likely to run into her, but Beacon students were forbidden from sparring outside of school grounds.

Weiss shifts her weight to her front foot and all of your concerns melt away as you focus on the movement. You mirror it, ready to push off at a moment’s notice and deny your sister the advantage of initiative.

The two of you move together, and Langerdorn clashes with Myrtenaster at the center of the arena.
>>
Once again, I'm done for tonight. Any questions before I turn in?

That's because people like you always make choices to screw it up, plus Anon's being a bunch of fickle retards with a great thing to begin with, but that's besides the point. Whit is a manly male, to teach Penny to be a real woman, but we need Blake to fill the other half of that information. Ergo, threesome fuckpile with Penny trying to nuzzle the both of them with her iron hair when the finish, followed by lots of cuddling, because Penny literally needs her stop button pressed a few times to calm down. Between Blake's Gamble Shroud rope/silk thing and Whit, it wont be to much of an issue...they just have to make it past 3 hours without passing out.

Weiss leans against your guard, a raw test of strength you wouldn’t have expected from your sister. You match her regardless of your own surprise, and for a few seconds, neither of you move. Weiss traces her off-hand along the back of her blade, and you break the cross with a shove and a jump away from her. Just in time, it would seem, as she lets loose a wave of Fire dust that covers the arena. What the slash of heat has in width, it lacks in height, so you hop over it as it approaches you. You land exactly where Weiss wants you, and you only barely manage to get your guard up in time to block a glyph-powered thrust.

You can see her plan. Langerdorn relies on ranges beyond Myrtenaster, so getting close is the obvious move. She knows you’ve been drilled in keeping your enemies away, but she’s exploiting that as well. She steps too far for the spear form of Langerdorn to touch her and will charge as soon as you abandon that form and swap to your rifle. It's a strategy that exploits the most drastic difference between your weapons - you have to shift forms to fight at range, and she doesn't. If you’re going to beat her, you’ve got to force her to stay where you’re most effective.

>A) Wall her off with Ice, giving her no room to retreat once you begin to gain an upper hand.
>B) Use your Gravity glyphs to play keep away and pelt her with your rifle.
>C) You’re only fighting to give her a confidence boost. She NEEDS to beat you, why make it harder for her? Throw the fight.

You’re almost certain you’ve got a leg up on Weiss when it comes to face to face combat, and you’ve got an idea to keep her stuck in. Weiss launches off of your guard, once again placing herself beyond Langerdorn, so you begin the shift into a rifle. With Weiss watching your weapon, you form a glyph at your feet and wait for your moment. Weiss charges, just as you expected she would, and you shift back as soon as you see her move. Rather than meet the charge head on, you lift your weight slightly and allow her to push you back a few feet.

That’s when you activate your trap. The ice forms a small, jagged mountain behind her and takes up the center of your arena. If she wants to get away from you now, she’ll either have to climb over it or go around, and if she does take the easier approach, it will place her out of bounds. There’s a small lapse in her defenses as she takes in the situation, and you exploit it for all it’s worth. Langerdorn’s blade bites into the aura around Weiss’s sword hand, and she drops Myrtenaster.

She drops into the beginning of a roll to retrieve her weapon, but you’re too close, and you shoulder check her hard enough to toss her back against the ice. Myrtenaster rests at your feet, and Weiss is catching her breath, holding herself up with the wall of your frozen prison.

>A) Kick the sword back to her. This is a duel, not a street brawl, and you won’t attack your sister while she’s unarmed.
>B) Kick the sword away from her. This fight was to prove she could match your feats, and you’ve already proven yourself more than capable without Langerdorn.
>C) Ignore the sword and rush her now. This battle may have a greater purpose than competition, but you can’t take it easy on her. Not if she’s going to prove herself.

You feel a slight pang as you tense for your next attack. It shouldn’t have been this easy. Weiss will be devastated. You shake the thought loose and charge. She’ll be even more upset if she ever knew that you held back, especially out of pity. Langerdorn rockets forward, aimed precisely at Weiss’s torso, and your arms sting when you feel the impact. The blade buries itself and inch deep… Into the ice. Weiss flowed away from the attack like some sort of ghost, and you barely have time to look around and reaffirm her position before you feel a small elbow driven into the back of your head.

Your face mirrors your weapon and plunges into the ice, and you hear Yang let out a whoop at the display. It takes you a moment to pull yourself out of the small furrow your impact dug into the frost, but when you do, you turn and see Weiss. Her pose is sloppy and she’s breathing heavily, but she’s still leveling Myrtenaster at you. She watches you with wide eyes as you rip your weapon out of the ice, not paying you back for the merciless assault.

Both of you are hesitant. The momentum, once yours, has stalled entirely thanks to Weiss’s reluctance to exploit your own helplessness in turn.

>A) Break the tension with another charge. You knew she could do it, but now that she has, it means this fight’s gotten much more even. You’re curious to see who can win.
>B) Wait for her to come to you. This duel has been characterized by countering, and whoever is reacting has been proven to have the upper hand.
>C) You’ve proven what you meant to prove, fighting further is pointless. “I told you that you could do it.”
>D) You’ve made your point, but Weiss isn’t going to accept that. Let her wail on you a little longer and make her victory more pronounced.

You kick off of the arena floor with your dominant spear hand cocked back, ready to drive directly into Weiss. If she’s put off by your endless assault, she doesn’t show it as she leaps to one side and tries to slash into your ribs. You dodge the attack in turn, and the next few moments follow that pattern.

You counter, and Weiss ducks just in time. She replies with a thrust, and she hits nothing but air as you pirouette away. The fight begins to slow as your failed efforts to land attacks on one another drain your energies. The battle is one of attrition, now, and you’re not sure who will win. Until Myrtenaster whips against your aura, that is. The pain forces you to a stop for the first time since Weiss’s recovery, and it’s the only opening she needs. She hops away from you, rather than attack at your most vulnerable.

You only realize her reasoning when the glyph she left at your feet activates. The ice surges upwards, and the tactic she stole from you freezes your limbs in place even as it carries you upwards. The only part of you left unfrozen is from the neck up. It doesn’t form a mountain, as yours did, but it makes up for it by being much more densely packed. Weiss must have made a smaller glyph.

She steps forward and raises Myrtenaster to your chin. “Do you submit?” she asks, steel in both her gaze and her voice. You’re close enough to see it’s a false confidence. The sword is trembling in her grip. You aren’t sure if she’s exhausted or if she simply can’t believe she has you beaten.

>A) Give up. She played you, with your own trick, and no one can question that she deserves the victory after that display. “I submit.”
>B) You’ve still got a sample of Fire dust in one of your pouches. If you flare your aura from within this prison, it should melt the ice, and using your aura as the catalyst, it shouldn’t hurt you.

The only way out of this is to burn your way out. If this had been a normal duel, you might not have considered it, but Weiss needs you to give her everything you’ve got. With that thought in mind, you flare your aura, and the surrounding ice focuses the white light enough to be blinding. The dust activates, and only a second after you begin to feel its heat on your thigh, it explodes. The entirety of your prison’s interior bursts into flames, though as you expected, your aura driving the flames doesn’t hurt you. With the ice shaken by the blast and turned to slurry by the heat, you can rip your arms free and the rest of yourself forward. You lost your grip on Langerdorn at some point, it may still be partially frozen, but you’ve got to act quickly while she’s blinded by the flare.

You pull back a fist, ready to deck your sister as hard as you can through the steam and smoke. Instead of her face, you feel a pair of hands wrap around your forearm, and suddenly your momentum is carrying you too far forward. Gravity seems to shift, and suddenly you’re flying through the air. The journey is short lived, and you can’t even suck in the air to scream before you hit the ground. By the time you push yourself up, you’ve regained your senses enough to feel the texture of the floor beneath you. It’s soft, almost spongy. Almost exactly like the designated “ring out” area that lines the concrete floor of the arena. You’ve lost.

You stand with a grin on your face. It had been touch and go for a moment, but in the end, Weiss stands tall. Just like you knew she could. Speaking of Weiss, she breaks through the surprisingly thick smoke with a look of panic.

“Is something wro-” you’re cut off when she wraps the coat you had taken off before the fight around your shoulders. “Button up, now!” she orders, and your hands are rushing to comply even before you feel a surprisingly brisk wind along your undercarriage. You finally look down and take in your appearance, and notice that, save for the coat, you’re naked. Your aura must not have considered your clothes “you.”

Just as you secure the last button and suppress the blush on your cheeks, the smoke finally clears enough for the rest of your friends to see you. You ignore the sounds of Yang and Nora cheering, because you’re certain it’s not for how impressive the fight was, and instead look to your sister for advice. You hadn’t thought to bring a change of clothes, you tell her, and her response drops a stone into your stomach.

“Well… I think you left some in the dorm...” The two of your grimace together. You aren’t sure you’re ready for a reunion, and you are most certainly not ready for one under these circumstances.

>A) There’s no helping it. You’re nearly nude, on school grounds, and this is the fastest way to fix the problem. If Blake is there, you’ll just have to tough it out.
>B) You are not going to expose yourself in front of your team, not when things are already this uncomfortable. If you stick to the rooftops, you should make it back to your hotel with only a few people spotting you.
>C) You aren’t moving from this spot until you’ve got underwear on, at the least. Weiss can grab your clothes for you.

The halls of Beacon seem deserted without classes pumping a healthy stream of students through its halls. It makes you uncomfortable in an entirely different way than you expected to be. It feels as if something is haunting the halls, but you rationalize that away. It probably has more to do with your current… Vulnerability than anything paranormal, though the genuinely creepy atmosphere of seeing Beacon abandoned in the middle of the day certainly doesn’t help.

Eventually, you and Weiss are standing in front of the familiar door. Neither of you move to open it. You can hear the sounds of music playing through some form of speaker, and that’s all the confirmation you need that Blake, and possibly Penny, are inside. You’re still not sure how you’re supposed to act around her, and neither of you are excited about showing you off to a confessed ex-member of the White Fang, regardless of how comfortable you may or may not be.

You take a deep breath and decide that, ready or not, this is something that needs to happen. It probably should have happened some time ago. You twist the door open and step inside your dorm. You can hear someone gasp, but you ignore it and make for the closet. Your determination not to meet anyone’s eyes in this state betrays you, and you run directly into one of your teammates as she exits the bathroom.

The unexpected impact floors both of you, and as you rub your collarbone where her forehead collided, you take in the blushing form of Blake, sitting where she landed and eyes drifting below your own gaze. You don’t even have to look to see why. You can feel the cooler air.

You cover yourself as quickly as you can and scramble to stand. Blake follows you, much slower with eyes still locked on you, and Penny, who had been sitting on her bed, entertaining herself with her scroll, is staring at you with her mouth forming a small ‘o’. The burning you feel beneath your cheeks worsens as you notice that, despite having adequately covered yourself, neither of them are staring at your face.

“My eyes are up here,” you snap before you snatch a pair of underwear and pants from your closet and storm into the bathroom with a small (very small) flourish of your coat.

You pull on your clothes with confused and vague notions of anger and shame, lessened somewhat by the tongue lashing you can hear your sister delivering to the others.

>A) You should probably put a stop to that. If anyone is at fault for your exposure, and you’re not sure anyone is, it’s you.
>B) Wait for the storm to pass before stepping back out. You aren’t sure you can pull the “diplomatic team leader” act immediately after everyone caught an eyeful of you in your entirety.
>C) Leave. You’ve got your clothes, you’ve got no reason to be here anymore.

You open the door just in time to catch the tail end of Weiss’s lecture.

“- he just had to walk through the whole school like that, and you two just sit there and ogle him like a-!”

“Thank you, Weiss,” you interrupt, closing the bathroom door behind you, “but it was just an accident.” You give her an assuring smile, and she straightens to a more neutral, though still visibly bothered, position. The rest of the team is still blushing, but they have so many reasons to that you don’t bother to wonder at why. Blake’s eyes are flicking back and forth between yourself and Weiss, while Penny avoids your gaze entirely, instead occupying herself by watching the patterns in the carpet.

“I’m sure all of us are mature enough to put this behind us. If you’ll forgive me for snapping,” you say with a nod at Blake, “I can forgive you both for...” You and the girls light up at the reminder, and Weiss narrows her eyes at the others.

“Well, I can let it go.” There’s a quiet murmuring of agreement, and the four of you find places to rest. Penny and Blake settle onto their respective beds, while you and Weiss pull out desk chairs. There’s a lingering and uncomfortable air before Blake speaks up.

“So… We’re all… Aware. Of each other’s secrets. Now.” Penny nods at her stumbling assertion, scratching her arm in the exact spot where she pulled the skin away to show you the machinery beneath. You’re sure she had to repeat that performance to convince Blake. Weiss huffs next to you as she points out, “Whitaker and I don’t HAVE any secrets.” Blake rolls her eyes at the protest.

“As much as I don’t believe that, whatever you write in your diary isn’t what I was talking about.” She continues to speak, making it a point to focus on each of you as she talks, “Everything’s out in the open. It has been for weeks now, and, amazingly, no one’s called the police or tried to kill each other. I feel like that’s a pretty good sign.” She shrugs as her small speech comes to an end. Penny picks up the conversation next.

“Does this mean we are a team again?” She looks to you with a wide, pleading expression, but you gesture at Weiss while shrugging. Your sister flicks her eyes back and forth between the other girls, and it feels like a long pause before she finally offers, “If Whitaker thinks we can trust you.”

>A) Well, you can certainly trust them not to kill you in your sleep. “We’ll be back later tonight. Weiss and I have to check out of our hotel.”
>B) You’re not ready. You wish you were, but you can’t do this yet. “We’ll be back together by the time school starts again, like every other team.”

Weiss is somewhere between ambivalent and protective. She isn't really bothered by it, since it was an accident, she's more concerned with the fact that other people saw you.

Blake and Penny both have crushes on you, as we've confirmed several times now, so try to imagine how you'd feel if your high school crush walked into your room ass naked.

Weiss?

Basically this. I just wished she felt the need to make videos of him for money. Oh well

The session is still tomorrow, but in the meantime: I've been writing up some AU stuff to practice with characters that aren't getting much screentime in Gemini. And, because I had a lot of ideas for them, they're from the POV of player characters who are the twins of someone other than Weiss. So, here's that for your perusal.

Why, are we talking about his dick or something? Because the image of her using our genitals reminds me of dressing my old Saints Row character in a bunny girl costume and breaking peoples balls with a dildo. Good times.
