You stride up to Tram station in search of a cadre of gambling adolescents. Their clandestine casino though relatively harmless is a blatant infringement upon the rights to such establishments held by the Black Spades, the gang that you have given your allegiance to. Thus it is required of your employ to take care of any threats to the gangs economic handle, including children.

Though currently you are but a villainous cog working within of a vastly larger network or criminality you take pride in the knowledge that it will all be yours within a matter of time. With careful planning and precise action you will be the catalyst for the destruction of the current status quo and the founder of new regime where you will be seated at the head.
You have already made such great progress! It was only three days ago that first ventured out into the derelict streets and began your raise to the top from the very bottom.
You seduced and enlisted a thief girl, murdered two shopkeepers who wished to help you, lost your only party member to the LAW, had your home destroyed by the LAW, and received multiple bullet wounds to your ankle trying to escape the LAW.
Despite your great losses you must take them in stride, one must be willing to lose everything if you desire everything. This is the price of ambition.

You and your Gang stand in the tram station looking for a ditch where the children run their operation from.

You walk up to the ticket booth and inquire with the man. Your silver tongue allows you to extrapolate quite a bit of info on this operation.

The ticket man is a simple working man, he does as he's told and his superior tells him to allow the children to operate a minature casino under the tram tracks so long as they pay a 80% of their earnings.
With your high INTELLIGENCE, deducing the situation is quite easy; what you have here is a proxy gang with quite a few middle men to make sure it remains safe. It starts with children and could very well lead directly to one of the 3 other great gangs...
Your Leather clad accomplice stands behind a support beam listening in.

Hey that's OUR job! Ask the guy where his boss is, this bears looking into a little deeper...

Yeah your black white grey art uses a lot of depth and shading. Kinda reminds me of a more anime Sin City.
I also love how our main motivation right now is survival and gradual influence, but on a deeper level its us getting our bunny girl thief back. Because she's stolen our heart like we've stolen hers, and damn it if we're going to let THE LAW stop us!

If we're going to ask about their boss, lets do it in some roundabout way where it doesn't seem like we're really asking about their boss, or something.

Just asking so directly and openly will make them suspicious of us and end up with them either not telling us anything, or giving us false information. They are running a secret operation here, they wouldn't just give out important information like that to some random dude they've never seen before.

You ask about about the management of this tram station and of company in general. Hopefully you can lead him to talking about his boss.
The man speaks in a rather agitated tone through his booths speaker
"Look I may be poor but I'm not stupid. I know why you're here, if you're going to try to hide your intentions maybe hide your gang brand.
I know that this whole thing is infringing upon your racket, and that we're playing with fire but I already told you everything I know, please just don't hurt the kids, I feel guilty enough about this whole thing as it is. If you want you try looking up my boss' address, his serial number is 71828"

You, Rita, and Daryll take the tram to the East section of the city.
You walk several blocks in through the typical grey and disheveled streets of this urban swamp. However the low rent apartment building seems to look progressively larger and cleaner the further from the tram station you get. Eventually Rita throws her arm up and says, "Well we're here."
The building towers over you three, it's clean perfectly rectangular shape looms over you. The clean empty streets surrounding the building create an ominous feeling. The building must house thousands yet the streets look like they were never used.

Rather than going directly into the building you go instead make a b-line for the nearest shop in to purchase a shirt in order to cover up your brand.
On the way you notice that Rita's brand is also easily spotted due to her revealing outfit.

You enter the shop and are greeted by the clerk, who was mid drag when you entered.
"Oh shit costumers... Hey you guys look cool, ya mind not telling my boss about me smoking."
You ask her about the stores shirts.
"We got shirts yeah. But to be completely honest you boys look good without 'em."

Rita grabs your shoulder, "This whole place is creepy, I've never been in a ritzy place like this so maybe they're all creepy but... I'm responsible for this gang, if anything happens run."
Daryll stands behind Rita looking alert. He is donned in a get up he purchased on his own at the story, a latex shirt which he cut the bottom half and sleeves off of, leather pants that he cut the legs off of and striped stocking. All together it must have cost him 30000 shekels.

You knock on the door...
After a few minutes you hear a shrill distant call

Right now, Rita has the gun pointing at the girl. The girl isn't pointing her gun our way. The guy we're holding is the girl's dad.

I say we keep the body in our arms, but look to the girl and say "We just want information. We'll take care of your dad if that's what you want - but the longer we're here in this standoff the more your dad is going to bleed out."
Then tell Rita to put her gun down and stop being stupid. We don't know what she wants but it would be a waste if anyone died here for no fucking reason at all.

A sort of Mexican stand off ensues between Rita and the Daughter. The father lies on the floor bleeding profusely.
Rita is holding the gun at the Daughter while the daughter presses the gun to her cheek nonchalantly, seemingly still trying to weigh her options.

.You find a small ironically named pub. Your gang walks in wordlessly following behind Rita who goes directly to the nearest window table. You sit down and have a good look around. There are only a few people in the pub; about four people of aged visage sitting alone throughout the establishment quietly sipping away while reading newspapers or books. There are only two people working this shift. They sit behind the counter talking amongst themselves until in a visably playful tone. One of them finally comes towards your table to ask your order.
You've never had alcohol before, you wouldn't want to risk losing your wits and then find yourself in a dire situation... They serve cofee and milk based drinks here... as well as soda! It's more of a cafe than a pub now that you look at what's advertised on the menu. Maybe you'd prefer a non alcoholic beverage with some sweets? You've always has a sweet tooth.
Rita and Daryl look vacantly out of the window
>What do you do?

Some black tea with two warm asiago bagels with plain cream cheese would be nice right about now.
Can't eat too much or we'll be too slow for when/if action happens.

As for Rita and Darryl, whatever they want I guess. We might as well pay for their food too, after all the shit we put them through.
We can always get more shekels later from our villainy. Right now we need influence and allies, and helping out these two would be helpful in the long run.

You order a cup of black tea with asiago bagels and cream cheese. You state that you would like to watch your figure.
Rita snarls at your order, "Wow!... What are you too good to drink like the rest of us. Wow. I'll have a glass of gin on the rocks. Keep 'em coming. Daryll will take some beer. Keep the bread sticks coming!"
>>
>>1428488
>What are you too good to drink like the rest of us.
No, we need to watch ourselves to keep our smug CHARISMA. Also to keep in shape for when we rescue our bunny thief from the hands of THE LAW eventually

So I guess there isn't much to do right now but to get comfy and enjoy the cafe ambiance.

The waiter returns with your orders rather quickly. It seems that the slow business frees up the help to prepare orders. As your order arrives you declare that you will be paying for lunch. You also hint at the desire to air grievances.
"I'd rather pay for my own drinks than hold my punches. You look like a pussy eating that shit, bitching about being insulted only solidifies the fact that you are. So yeah let the adults for lunch."
She then takes a confident debonair sip of her drink. She seems to have taken the comment badly.
Darryl takes a swig of his beer.

Fine, lets not rile them up further, especially if they're gonna get as drunk as I expect them to. Just kick back, relax, and hope we don't get barged in on by RNG rearing its ugly head.

You leer at Rita's vulnerable breasts. Your hand twitches with excitement at the opportunity to feel another woman.
Why it's been all of one maybe two days since you last saw your bunny girl underling. But it feels like an eternity, such a drought has left you jonesing for some flesh.
However Daryll see's your hand and leers menacingly at you. He seems to be very protective of Rita.
Maybe you should wait a until both of them are good and drunk before making any moves.
Maybe you can talk to the other patrons while you wait, these geezers should be good for something.
>>
>>1428872
Give the guy a pat on the shoulder, that was a stupid idea. order something more substantial like a pizza since we're watching over them for a while.

You call the waiter over so that you may ask for a more substantial meal. Upon closer inspection you realize that the waiter is actually a woman. You originally figured she was gay man. You ask her to a pie of celebratory Pizza for your party to indulge themselves with. She responds in a rather timid voice "Oh I'm sorry but we don't serve Pizza here. Mmm but we have mozzarella sticks with tomato sauce... Is that italian enough sir. We have a lot of other stuff too."
Rita looks up at the waitress and says, "Get me more booze! Also I'm paying for whatever we buy... Cauz iam the leader..."
It seems the alcohol is beginning to take effect.

The Waitress leaves excitedly back to the kitchen to get the mozzarella sticks.
You look over at Daryll. His drooping drooling face is evidence of that he is falling into a drunken stupor. He hasn't even finished his first mug of beer. Meanwhile Rita seems to be fairing better, despite being surrounded by empty glasses, but only slightly.
He seems like a very secretive man. What mysteries are hidden behind that ugly ugly face.

Your face grimaces with disgust at the incompetent staff and the lying help. You gather what sympathy is left in your being to craft a generally polite response. You feel it comes off as passive agressive.

They're both deeply intoxicated. They both seem very secretive. ow would be the time to parse some personal information.

>>
>>1432728
What'd they do before they joined up with this shit? If they seem to not wanna talk at first, I guess we can tell them about our girl, and how the shit that happened to her got us to join up?
Of course we're not gonna give them all our hand. Our goal is eventual total domination after all. Telling them about our love should make them think we're not all stupid in getting into this.
>inb4 it backfires horribly
>>
>>1432713
Why Rita is particularity on our ass. I mean I think I have an idea on what it is, but hearing it from her would probably be better. Then we at least know she's not gonna berate us as much. Maybe.
>>
>>1432790
Well we did take the mission a lot farther than she was comfortable with when she kept telling us to just go home and be done with it

Not saying I didn't support that choice because I did, but it's understandable why she's upset since she didn't want to go through with it AND almost got her and you killed, along with having to watch a little girl murder her own father

They're not hardcore criminals or anything so it's understandable why she's got problems with it, that's how normal people would react to that kind of situation.
>>
>>1432815
Yeah I think that was us showing our true color a bit too badly too early on. I think we should tone down the mastermind bullshit with our actions for a while.
>>
>>1432815
No I understand. I just think we should see if she's willing to discuss it or not. I obviously think the sooner we resolve this the better. Especially since we will probably get bunny girl in this group in one way or another.
>>
>>1432823
I can agree with that, but I guess it was also kind of expected/understandable. It was our first gang job and people can get overly eager on their first time.

>>1432835
Idunno if she'd be willing to talk about it since the whole reason we're here right now is so they could forget about what happened and NOT talk about it
But that's just what I think, I feel like the best thing for now is to just apologize and wait for them to feel less messed up about it

You ask your drunkards about their pasts, why would they join a gang, how'd they get tangled up in an orginization like this? Rita showing no hesitation in speaking exposing her past drunkenly stammers in,"I basically am always in the spades. My...dad... was pretty high in the spades, and he set this thing
up where if anything happened to him his next of kin would join for him,
He died. I don't member how... so my bro joined... but then he's in jail fer... somethin... so i had to be in...
but like...my bro made me do like... errends for his gang since I was little, so... i knew how it worked.
THAT is why... AM Da boss here."
Daryll follows suite adding "Yeah, you either join a gang or you pay a gang, or you die. I chose the one that made money."
Rita continues,"Yeah but alos it's like... You need a gang to protect your family.
Cuz like... I hate this whole set up. But I have to be a part of it, and that make me like... sick inside."

Rita responds to your apology while obviously trying to hold back tears.
"It's not just what happened. It's that that kind of thing happens at all that makes me...
I-I hate seeing crap like that. Cus like I used to be like her... I did shitty things cause my bro forced me to but I didn't like it. And I see kids... And they look so cute- an innocent- I wish it wasn't like that for them... But they want it... So... It's like all the evil is seeping down to the children... and I just want to protect them. I don't want to hurt children."
>>
>>1433017
(You know, if we're gonna succeed in our domination plans down the line, we might as well leave children alone right? Even evil has standards and whatnot.
Doesn't Songstress deal with children? Guess we know our next target for conquest then.)
Not sure how to continue from here. Might as well have someone else take over.

With no idea how to follow up this transaction you and your gang continue consumption in tense awkward silence.
After a few minutes of silence you hear a man's raspy hushed voice. "Ey... kid, y'look like y'need legal edvice."
Both of your compatriots are inebriated to the point of delirium. You don't even know how they're gonna get home, at least you know you can converse with a suspicious stranger without their knowing.
