Your battle prowess has been tested quite a bit recently, first off against Thera who for some reason was a big bird thing. really who's idea was that? also the second time was with you and quite a few of the crew burning, killing, and flat out annihilating any cultists on your ship, The Raving Truth.

Also on the subject of current crew we have Inquisitor Darvek making an appearance, ya he likes fire and making Valirsa mad.

You are still currently stuck as a girl but thankfully (or unfortunately depending on who you are) this is not permanent.

Now then you are currently trying to convince your inquisitor, who seems reasonable, to investigate a abandoned eldar craftworld even though your Ordo's job is to track down corrupted inquisitors and more often than not murder the fuck out of Daemons. eh if its abandoned you probably could make the argument a daemon is there.

Also Mr.Clown seems to have decided to leave a reward on that place and you want to know what it is.

Deciding it is actually time to go to that fucking craftworld that the clown keeps pushing you to go to, hell ignoring it would have been the better option in your mind but if he is going to keep pulling you into that library because of it then fuck it lets just get it over with.

You begin to head towards Markal's room, you remember to use the quick way to avoid getting caught by Valirsa, you may be able to act like a girl on surface inspection but past maybe and hour and she will probably find out.

Eventually you reach the old man's room and you knock, several minutes pass before you hear some feet shuffling across the floor and a moan "what is it." Markal asks with an annoyed voice.

"its me, Sasha." you respond

"oh... right, come in the door is unlocked."

you quietly open the door and walk inside, the room was better looking than the last time you had entered it everything was in its place, the chair and blood were gone, and Markal was sitting half dressed on his bed rubbing his eyes.

"alright what do you want, I just got through a long and rather annoying call with inquisition HQ, the fact you impersonated someone related to me and then decided to go after a Greater Daemon just made so much paperwork," he sighs "but on the subject of that Daemon good job."

"casualties were about 90% sir I don't think that is a 'good job'."

"usually its one hundred percent. anyways onto the subject at hand, what do you want from me."

"I have information on an abandoned craftworld name Parthosa, I request that we set course to there."

Markal waves his had dismissively "not our job, if you want someone to take care of the Eldar or what is left of the Eldar call the Ordo Xenos."

"sir I have reason to believe this craftworld may carry some item that will be useful in our ability to combat the forces of Chaos."

"Who told you that?"

shit time to make shit up. "A psyker on the planet that we were just on. he said that if we went there we would be able to find a weapon of great power that would spell doom for the forces of chaos."

Markal raises his eye skeptically, "I cannot fully approve of this.... but say I get holed up with paperwork and say we just stopped near the craftworld and you and two others decided to investigate without my permission... actually fuck it, if you get caught its on you but I'll let you take two people with you onto this."

You enter the room to hear Drauge yell annoyed "I DON'T CARE IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE WARP EVATRIS DO YOUR JOB AND I WILL DO MINE!"

"b-b-but t-the w-w-w-warp it s-s-sings t-to me, I-It sings the s-song of death!" a squeaky voice responds scared shitless by the sound of it.

"Drauge? is everything alright?"

"yes it is just the navigator is being a dumbass." Drague turns towards you, away from the strange capsule that you take holds the navigator "what do you want, aside from getting us to something that we are not even trained to do."

"well I was going to ask you to upgrade my sniper, but if your going to be that rude..."

Drauge sighs "look its not you its a lot of things, not the least of which is the machine spirit, it keeps trying to make moves on me. anyways just leave your weapon here, It will take a day or two but I'll see what I can do."

"you know I dont like leaving my rifle with just anyone."

Drauge waves his metal hand "then do what you need to do and the get back to me with the rifle."

you quickly leave the room and grab the slates on the way out, you head to Mirasi's room, she has books and probably knows where you can get more.

You reach her room and though no one is inside you decided to enter the room, well this room was dirty. boots, clothing, trash, yup dirty as hell. It actually reminds you of your old room on your homeworld, ah good times. anyways after about five minutes of searching you find some books but all of them are essentially either gibberish or have nothing to do with eldar.

That solved you head back to the bridge, picking up your rifle on the way. you arrive on the bridge and hand Drauge your rifle, both of you head to the armory where Drague disassembles the entire thing then looks at you.

"so how do you want to upgrade this Sniper?"

For next upgrade I suggest a recoil compressor and then a semi automatic firing set up.

Thinking a bit you finally decide on increasing the penetrating ability of your sniper, all honesty you wont want your one shot to just bounce off someones armor and then them coming after you. "Can you make it so that the shots penetrate armor better?"

"hmmmmm....." Drauge responds before grabbing the barrel and some other components and throwing them behind him into a bin, perfect three pointer by the way.

he quickly moves over to a shelf and pulls off a barrel from there and looks down it, he nods satisfied with what he found and then grabs the identical pieces that he threw away from the shelf and rushes over to the disassembled rifle.

with Machine precision he begins reassembling the rifle with the new pieces while singing a prayer to the machine spirit within the rifle to accept these changes. he hands the rifle to you.

"done, now then if you want to check my handwork you can go to the firing range, I'm going to set a course to Parthosa." with that he leaves you with your rifle.

It does not feel different or anything, so you cant tell the difference without using it. should you just trust Drauge's work or do you want to test the thing.

alright lets see how this upgrade Drague put our gun though works out. you sling your rifle over your shoulder and proceed out of the room and down the hallway.

several twists and turns later you arrive at the shooting range inside the ship, several targets had already been set up. by targets I mean severed heretic heads from the recent raid.

You quickly take position and aim at one of them. not much armor but considering there is a steel plate behind it you should get a general idea, normally the bullet would damage the plate but not break completely though it.

breath in, breath out just like you were taught to do when learning to use a sniper. still your arms, rhythmic breathing, focus on the target but also where the target could go. calculate drop and windspeed... fuck it we are taking the shot.

with that you discharge the sniper at the head and as expected the head was blown to bits, what was unexpected was the fact the steel plate was not just damaged it had a oddly clean hole in it now, well Drauge out did himself to day. You doubt that even caprice armor can stop these bullets now.

as you enter your room you grab your laspistol and the strange blade and hook that to your arm, minutes later you have donned your carapace armor

you turn to leave and see, with your stomach dropping, Valirsa arms crossed and eyebrow raised "so why are you in Simun's room Sasha?"

she seats you at a table across from her, the table was wooden with a beautiful silk cloth draped over it moments later a rather human looking servitor walks up and deposits some green vegetables with other assorted brightly colored fruit along side a well cooked piece of meat with some dark sauce on the side, another servitor pours some red wine into a glass in front of you and then into Valirsa's glass.

With that you leave the room and head towards the training room.... you can hear the yelling and violence four halls away, well fuck Mark grew some balls.

as you enter the room you get hit in the face by a freshly severed hand, again with the blood on the face seriously? You see Mark in the middle of the room covered in blood as five quivering bodies lay around him a few of them missing limbs, looking at the severed hand you realized it got gnawed off, ok again crazy motherfucker.

He turns and his eyes are completely crazed, he suddenly charges at you roaring somehting along the lines of "EMPEROR'S FURY!"

With that you leave the room, emperor damn Mark went off the deep end. You head to Markal's room quickly, as you arrive you hear some annoyed grumbling though the door.

"Drauge asked me to come to you to get the psyker we have locked away, he said it was the person I should bring with me."

you suddenly hear swearing and boots stomping to the door, it swings open with Markal looking though "Why does Drauge always want me to bring out the more insane weapons!" he sighs "fine fine, I trust his judgment on this one but if things get weird with that psyker give him the Emperor's benediction."

You follow quickly behind, even with him getting used to the mechanical leg he walks at a pace that nearly leaves you behind. You arrive at a door with Inquisition and purity seals plastered all over it.

You walk up to the quivering body, well you have only tried this once and hell time for round two. You pat the thing's head, each time your hand comes in contact with the thing you feel a little static but nothing more.

it takes your hand and pulls itself to its feet. you take that as a yes and begin to lead it out of the room only to not that the sheet that was covering it falls off.... oh its a girl.... also it does not have clothing.... welp.

Thanking fast your grab the sheet and tie it around the girl. her hair white, eyes red, skin pale albino it seems. before we leave we are getting this girl clothing, and no we are not going to raid Valirsa's room too risky you think to yourself.

You stop and turn to look at the girl "what is your name?"

"Terisa," she responds quietly

"alright Terisa well we are going with one other, a man though he is scary he will not hurt us, lets get you something to eat and some clothing, how does that sound?"

she nods without speaking as suddenly your vox perks up "Sasha have you picked up the psyker yet? Mark just arrived on the bridge covered in blood." it was Drauge

"yes and before you ask about the blood part just understand I had nothing to do with that."

"noted, well we have found a jump point and we have one day for arrival, get these two ready before that time." the connection cuts, now then you have 24 hours to get stuff done including sleep

you manage to get to your room without a hitch and you begin rummaging through your things to find some clothing, really it all looks the same but you manage to find some clothing that was too small for your male form and throw them at her. "put these on"

"clothes" she says seemingly at a loss, then her eyes begin welling with tears "Clothes." she drops to her knees and begins sobbing. oh shit what did you do.

You run up to her "what is it? are you ok?" you ask concerned more about the potential fireballs but hay make her think you are concerned about her.

"n-no one has ever given me such a gift, t-thank you so much!" she suddenly hugs you, sheesh what level of dickery has the imperium been pulling these days. wait strike that considering her danger probably no one got close to her to give her clothes.

You pat her head again to calm her and then help her get the clothing on, sure it a ill fit but better than nothing

"are you hungry?" you ask her, considering she was in that room well she probably had not eaten

she nods slowly, probably afraid she was asking for too much.

quickly you pull off your's and the psyker's clothing and pull her into the shower, about an hour later you have washed her from head to toe, also you have learned a bit more about the female anatomy... good to know considering you are a virgin.

anyways with the psyker not smelling like the dead and Mark probably scrubbing all the blood off. also it seems the psyker wont let go of you now, oh this may get annoying. lets see what we do next

two guardsmen walk up and slam their trays on the table "You two are in our seats." one states squinting at you. oh hell assholes again, the psyker begins to move but you stop her.

The man shocked at the sudden frost was not prepared for you to break out. His arms give way as you drop to the ground you launch yourself at him tackling him to the ground and straddling his chest.

You press the advantage and begin punching the asshole over and over again, his arms locked under your legs all he can do is endure the punishment.

eventually he stops twitching from your hits, his face now resembling a victim of a crash, your fists were bloody but you did not care, this bastard discovered every punch he got.

You realize you and the psyker are now surrounded by guardsmen just staring at the brutal spectral displayed before them. You quickly get up and grab Terisa's hand "Rest of you learn from this, never threaten me or this girl or you will end up like him." remember discipline is best given when you have an example of the punishment for disobeying, commissar logic.

you drag Terisa away from the guardsmen as they converged to get the wounded two to the medbay, anyways with that done you look at the girl "good work, the frost was a perfect distraction."

"I... I did not intend the frost... I wanted to blow his head off."

"oh." you shake your head, and remember Markal remarking about weird shit, well at least the weird shit was in your favor this time.

anyways what now, psyker fed and clothed, Mark taking a shower last you heard, and now you have a few more hours to do something.

you hear quick footsteps before the door opens, mark stands there, shirtless but not pantless, thank the emperor, you do note indeed he has a ][ branded into his forehead "who is this?" he asks

"her name is Terisa, she is a psyker."

Mark's face immediately darkens "Lady Sasha, why are we bringing an abomination with us." his teeth are gritted as he says this and his fists clench obviously trying to control himself

"Because she will be helpful with this investigation, now when we go I want you to protect her as best you can."

"Lady Sasha I cannot accept this," he points at the little psyker "she is an abomination that brings daemons into this world, she should not have been allowed to live."

"MARK!" you shout at him "Do you not remember that you were given a second chance after working for the ruinous powers of chaos?! She has also been given that chance, now I suggest you change your tone."

That shuts him up, yup dragging a skeleton out of the closet tends to have that effect on fanatics, a few more minutes of getting him to swear on the emperor and his golden throne that he will not kill this girl and you are satisfied with the result.

about an hour later you arrive at the armory and you note there are a lot less techpriests scurrying around, well that is probably a good thing. You manage to grab one and pull him towards you "I need armor and weapons, yes Markal knows and he approved."

After this you decide to see what Terisa can do so you take her to one of the training rooms after dropping the items in your room.

Terisa begins firing fireballs at targets, creating short range portals, and all manner of impressive psyker abilities. you vox up Drauge during this "Drauge how powerful is Terisa as a psyker?"

"we have yet to put her though the assignment we picked her up two planets ago, not including the one we were just on, but from what we have see she is quite powerful."

"we go in, find the ordo xenos and then find what some psyker said to be a grand weapon to be used against the forces of chaos and leave. Simple right?"

Mark being slightly less crazy than usual responds "You know there is going to be something that goes wrong. well not that I will complain, it will be simply be a new challenge put by the emperor."

anyways you and your squad finish their meal and then get the armor and weapons you got from the techpriests Mark takes the chainsword and Terisa takes the laspistol..... eh she probably wont have to use it, the place is supposedly abandoned.

Mark simply nods and Terisa does not react you take that as a good sign and get them all to finish up eating and head to the ship bay, Drauge and Markal were waiting, Markal looking less than thrilled about being in the same room as Mark and Terisa.

"alright so Drauge and I are here to make sure you guys are ready, also" he points at you "don't go dieing in there you hear, it would make more paperwork for me."

Drauge steps forward with a helmet like device and proceeds to attach it to the piece of metal on Terisa's neck, he looks at you "this is both a limiter and a control device," he hands you a triggering mechanism "press that and it will detonate, just in case."

"is this really necessary?"

"Yes." Markal responds to that question "this girl is dangerous the only reason I am allowing this is because both you and Drauge asked and Drauge assures me that this device will keep her under control."

With that Markal leaves the bay leaving you, your squad and Drauge. Drauge shifts a bit "Markal has a history with Psykers, I don't know the details but he really does not like them for some reason, aside from the fact they can cause daemons and other problems."

you nod before getting in the ship prepared for you, your squad quickly follows your lead getting themselves comfortable in the ship as you fly towards the abandoned craftworld.

you vox pipes up and you hear Drauge "I -static- ordo -static- unknown." call cuts off, guess we are not getting any help from our friends on the ship.

The ship touches down and you and your group pile off quickly, best get this over with and be done with it before the pilot leaves you tell him "Vox does not work, is there any possibility of you staying incase we need to retreat."

"sorry ma'am staying here risks the ship too much, you will have to find a way to give us a signal or find what is jamming the voxes." with that he takes off, and is prompty shot the fuck down

"oh shit!" you yell as you and your group rush to cover

well now we don't have any way to get off this abandoned craftworld so... shit what now
