OPENING CRAWL: http://brorlandi.github.io/StarWarsIntroCreator/#!/AKTjy2VjkQBEpB9AEgU-

You and Prosecutor sit down at a conference table. The holographic form of the Grand Admiral and his secretary ship Chimaera sit across from you. The base is still on high alert even in the midst of reconstruction. 501st Legion Stormtroopers pass on by the room, with Appo and several of his personal best standing in the room.

The big pressing thing though was Lord Vader, standing at the head of the table. He too was projected by hologram, but that made him no less terrifying. You heard rumors of him killing people with only a glance. And not even a physical one, through TV screens. You lean back in your seat, trying to seem a bit more laidback. The Grand Admiral tents his hands, smirking at you. “How did this happen?” asks Lord Vader.

“According to the report the Admiral submitted, combined with my own investigation into the matter,” says the Grand Admiral, “the Yuuzhan Vong Hunters hijacked a supply shuttle sometime earlier, then were able to transmit an older but still workable security code to bypass the defense. A sort of small-scale Scariff if you will. Thankfully, the Yuuzhan Vong was not able to follow up on the confusion. My Fleet did engage with a meager part of the Yuuzhan Vong fleet escorting the Worldship, which may have discouraged any attempt to exploit the moment of weakness.”

“I should like to point out, Lord Vader...” You lean on the table, looking to Lord Vader. He turns his head to you. “That the defense was under the jurisdiction of the Grand Admiral.” The Grand Admiral quirks his brow. He seems to see what you're doing, but does not react in any way. “If his so-called impenetrable defenses were able to be breached by a simple mismatched security code, who knows what else could happen.”

Lord Vader nods slowly, then looks to the Grand Admiral. “Grand Admiral?” Hehe. Blame it all on the Grand Admiral! Get him, Lord Vader!

“The Admiral is right. I may have been slightly too careless with our rear echelon security,” says the Grand Admiral. “Perhaps the Admiral would see fit to take over, since I cannot be in two places at once.” Ha-... what. Wait. No! That's not what you wanted! Damn it! “I will be willing to allow the Admiral to take over security for Mygeeto until the Worldship has been eliminated in full.” No! He can't do this to you! No, damn it! AAAHHHHH

“I would agree with you, but I feel that is a waste.” Oh. What? You look to him again. “Grand Admiral, you are dismissed. Consider this matter closed until further notice.” The Grand Admiral nods, standing up and saluting Lord Vader. Chimaera does the same as well. “Leave us.” Their holograms disappear. “Admiral.”

“Lord Vader.”

“Prosecutor. Please leave us.” Prosecutor blinks, then quickly exits the room. “Appo, you and your men as well.” The Stormtroopers salute, then leave the room silently.

Alone with Lord Vader.

Never a good thing to happen.

You grab the table in a very firm death grip to comfort yourself. “I did what I could considering the cirumcstances, Lord Vader. If you've read the report, I helped escort the girls to their equipment, since they were the ones who could better handle the intruders than I could with just a blaster after all so uh... yes.” You stare Lord Vader in the eye, and his very dull glare pierces you in return. Oh sweet mercy mother please don't let him choke you.

“I am well aware of the report,” says Lord Vader. “And by the report, I can already conclude the raid was not your fault.” Oh. He places his fists along his hips, making himself wider. “Admiral. I only ask to test you. Most would have attempted to deflect blame onto others. And you still did in a reasonable fashion against the Grand Admiral. However...” You shrink a bit, keeping quiet. “Considering the circumstances, I find you are not to blame for your actions.”

“Okay.” You take a deep breath. “Good.” You swear, you're digging holes into this table with your fingers. “So, what now then, Lord Vader?”

“The Worldship is still the Grand Admiral's responsibility. And he will exterminate it without your help.” That-... you blink. That bluefaced, red-eyed, cheeky little nerfherder! He's going to steal your glory! Everyone talks about who kills a Worldship but not the guys who soften it up first! Damn it, damn it! DAMN IT! “However, I need experienced Officers. The Grand Admiral will return to his duties eventually, and Mygeeto will receive a more sizable defensive fleet. But it is a waste to leave an Admiral of even the lowest caliber on planetary defense, even for a planet as valuable as Mygeeto.”

“So.” You blink at him. “What then?”

“You will join me on my flagship Super Star Destroyer Executor. We are pulling into orbit now. You are to be here within five hours. Do not keep me waiting, Admiral.” His hologram cuts out, no more to say.

oh no.

oh yes.

But-...

She hurries out the door again, with you in tow as well. “And get the other girls as well!”

“Yes, Admiral!”

The entire Fleet had been assembled in front of a hastily acquired Lambda shuttle for transport. Everyone had their rucksacks full of the stuff they could carry, leaving behind the personal effects that can be delivered via freight travel later. Commander Fiennes as well stands beside them. “Admiral. We're ready to leave on your command.”

“Good, good,” you say. You count them all off. They stand at attention, betraying no sense of being tired. Even Finalizer who should be aware that we're meeting Lord Vader is being quite stoic. Yes! No more embarrassment today! Good, good. “Right, Commander, we-” You blink. Wait. “Where's Arc Hammer?”

“She's running late,” says Commander Fiennes. “I believe she said she had a surprise for you.”

“I-...” You sigh. “I do not want a surprise on today of all days. Can we just-”

“Admiral!” Arc Hammer calls out to you. You turn around.

And rolling in front of Arc Hammer was F4. In a very scrappy but functioning R2 hull. He rolls up to you. The gash in his head was welded over with a spare plate it seems, giving him the look of a very scarred warrior. Hmph, as if. Arc Hammer smiles at you. “I was able to fix him up last night. There might be some gaps in his memory however.”

You look down at him. He whirls his dome to Arc Hammer, then looks back to you. “F4? You okay?”

F4 is quiet for a few moments.

F4 says, “Arc Hammer. You said the Admiral had been killed. Why must you disappoint me.”

You kick F4 onto his back. Arc Hammer's smile drops completely into the same scowl that you expect of her. Agility and Black Hawk burst out laughing when they see this, and are immediately shushed by the more alert Resolute and Prosecutor. “Nice to see you too, rustbucket. I see you haven't forgotten me.”

“I wish I did,” he says simply. Arc Hammer helps him back onto his feet. “But genuinely, I am glad to be alive. And I am surprised you went out of your way to revive me, Admiral.”

You huff. “Only because Tellstar went out of her way to try and recover you.”

“Now come on, everyone onto the ship!” You all board the Lambda Shuttle and take your seats. This isn't the luxurious type of ship you were expecting. In fact, this is the type of Lambda that Stormtroopers would ride into battle. Only seats on the side, no drink bars, no comforting floors, no room for having a bit of fun with girls either. Cold and utilitarian. Sometimes the Empire just doesn't understand the concept of comfort.

Whatever. “Pilots!” Prosecutor steps into the cockpit, directing the two pilots. “Take us to the Executor.” They nod, running their checks before warming up the engines. “Admiral.” She turns around to you, smiling. “Would you like help being strapped in?”

“I'm fine, thank you.” You find a seat near the door and sit down, then pull your harness down. Once you're past the atmosphere is when you can stand up of course. You lean back and sigh. Prosecutor sits down next to you.

“You seem nervous, Admiral,” says Resolute.

> “Who isn't, it's Lord Vader we're talking about.”

“I can see from here everybody is nervous, this is Lord Vader we're talking about. He always has purpose with what he wants.” Resolute quirks her brow at the response, then nods slowly, understanding.

“Well, compared to...” Resolute points to Finalizer, who is almost vibrating in her seat, her face red with the idea of meeting Lord Vader again. “I would say your reaction is most understandable, Admiral.”

Commander Fiennes smirks, patting your shoulder. “We'll be fine, Admiral.”

You sigh, taking another deep breath. “Everyone, just make sure you all pay close attention. Who knows how long we'll be on the Executor.” Everybody nods, the mood quite solemn. Working under Lord Vader is probably going to kill someone, most likely you. You hope it'll be Fiennes. Maybe you'll get a nice attractive female XO out of that deal. Ugh, but that almost means having to take care of his kids. Forget it, if F4 wants to take care of them, he can.

The Lambda Shuttle docks in one of the Executor's many hangar bays. Looking in from the cockpit, the Executor stretches on for almost twenty kilometers, maybe even more. The hangar bay is alive with activity as a group of TIE Pilots move in formation in full suits to their craft and supply shuttles are unloaded. “Right, girls, get up!” Everyone picks up their packs. They follow you down the ramp, where you're met by a surprisingly small girl yet incredibly busty girl. She brushes her messy silver hair back beneath her cap and dusts down her orange high-visibility vest. “Excuse me, are you...”

“Eravana.” She sounds incredibly tired, and judging by the intense bags under her eyes and her slouching posture she is. “Lord Vader directed me to get your girls unpacked. Let me get your things.” She picks up your suitcase, then Resolute's dufflebag.

“Oh, no, that's quite... alright...” She picks up Prosecutor's bag, then Redemption's, then Acheron's, then Finalizer's, then Agility's, then Tellstar's, then Arc Hammer's, and then Black Hawk's. Even Commander Fiennes' bag is not exempt. You all stare in awe as the tiny girl simply strong arms all the bags at once.

“Do you need help?” you ask. Considering the size of her breasts, there isn't any risk, right? May as well flirt while the flirting is good.

She blinks, but does not drop her tired expression. “I'm fine, Admiral. But thank you for asking.” She motions you all to follow her. Eravana leads you up through one of the massive doorways and into one of the many hallways of the Executor. Here though, it seems trams are used to very quickly get from one end to the other. Understandable given the sheer size of it. You all step aboard.

Finalizer, Black Hawk, Agility, and Tellstar all look in awe outside of the tram to the massive insides of the ship. Hundreds of AT-ATs, thousands of Stormtroopers, all ready to deploy at a moment's notice. It was like a vast city prepared for war being strapped onto a massive Star Dreadnought at this point.

In just a few short minutes, the tram arrives at your destination. “Admiral. I will lead your girls to their bunks. You and your secretary will be needed on the bridge.” You nod, and Prosecutor steps out with you.” The tram speeds away, leaving you two near the lift up. You sigh again.

“Don't worry, Admiral,” says Prosecutor. You nod. Right. Show time.

-

-

The elevator door opens onto the bridge. Several crewmembers look over at you before going quickly back to work. You step forward with Prosecutor, looking around the bridge. “Hm.” You smile, folding your arms. “Looks like early bird caught the worm, Prosecutor. We're here first.” Prosecutor grins, smiling back.

Suddenly, the doors from the main access elevator shaft open up as well.

And stepping out is a Super Tactical Droid, backed up by a Starship Girl of its own. She is almost as tall as he is, wearing a purple minidress with armor over her chest with black pantyhose. Her eyes glow a mechanical red as she brushes her flowing black hair back. The droid and the girl walk in, to the intense awe of all the crewmembers. Some of the crewmembers ask, “Since when did the Empire let droids order us around?” Someone shushes him.

He steps up to you. “You must be one of the Darth Vader's subordinates,” he says in a booming mechanical monotone.

“Hey.” You smirk, pointing to him a bit. “I know you. You're General Kalani.”

“My reputation precedes me,” he says simply.

> GENERAL KALANI <
> And his Secretary Ship, Malevolence <

He scans you over with his mechanical eyes. “You seem quite young for an Admiral.” He looks over at Prosecutor, then back at you. “And only a cruiser for a Secretary. An interesting decision.”

“The best decision.” You fold your arms. “She is a proven reliable hard worker. I am sure that it is something a general of the Separatist Alliance would appreciate.” You look back to see Prosecutor slowly scooting behind you, frightfully looking up at Kalani. Oh come on, Prosecutor, he's just a droid! You got used to F4! You look back to see Kalani and Malevolence staring at the two of you. “She's shy.”

Kalani cocks his head. “Understandable.”

“How did you become acquainted with Lord Vader anyway?” you ask.

“After the destruction of the Rebel Alliance on Yavin IV, I graciously offered my services to the Empire. Originally, they were going to scrap me on sight, but at the time I was desperate. Fortunately, Darth Vader took me in, apparently he is familiar with my exploits at the Battle of Onderon,” he says. Oh yes, the Onderon Rebels, almost crushed if it weren't for internal issues and the Republic sending an arms trafficker to aid the Rebellion there. “He called me here for some special purpose.”

“Hahaha!” You all look to the turbolift as a new Admiral steps out. He smirks, his uniform not kept very well, and his hair musty and dirty. Behind him is a very forlorn looking Starship Girl, of size and bustiness of a capital ship. She wears flowing white robes ending just at her thighs, equipped with sandy yellow armor plates at her shins and her forearms. Her brown hair is done up like little balls of hair forming one big bun, but her empty green eyes seem quite distant. The Admiral steps up to the two of you. “Well, well, well. A droid and a rookie? Interesting.”

“Who might you be?” asks Kalani. The other Admiral glares at him, as if not liking the look of Kalani. He looks to you, then offers his hand, completely ignoring Kalani.

“Admiral Figuroa,” he says, introducing himself.

> ADMIRAL OLAN FIGUROA <
> And his Secretary Ship, Liberty <

Liberty simply stands by his side, almost doll-like. Surprising. Figuroa folds his arms, smirking. “So, I'm guessing you must be my new subordinate.”

“Excuse me?” you ask.

“Why else would Lord Vader call in a man of my skill and ingenuity here?” he asks. “Obviously he intends to promote me to head of Death Squadron after my victory on Ryloth.”

“I heard,” says Kalani. “You lost half the Fleet.”

Figuroa snorts, sneering at Kalani. “I still destroyed the Worldship, didn't I? Besides, they were just corvettes. Useless little things.”

The main entrance doors open, revealing Lord Vader and commander of Death Squadron Admiral Firmus Piett. “I see you three are socializing.” The six of you quickly line up at attention. Admiral Piett quickly steps forward to take command on the bridge. “I have called you here for a very important purpose.” He steps into the bridge, to the terrified looks of many of the crewmembers. “Death Squadron is on the prowl for the next Worldship to reveal itself, whereupon we will strike another blow upon the Yuuzhan Vong.” You remain looking ahead. Let him talk. He turns to you six. “You Admirals have been called to form the vanguard of Death Squadron with your Starship Girl fleets. There will be a reward for the first man to find me the next Worldship. Would you like to guess what it is?”

“What is it?” asks Prosecutor, the only one bold enough to ask it seems.

“Command of a Super Star Destroyer,” he says. That-... You quickly glance at Figuroa. He knows it too. Command of your own Super Star Destroyer? “The Super Star Destroyer Ravager's previous commander has suddenly died of a collapsed throat after his last failure in battle. I believe you one of three can replace him quite nicely. Am I understood?”

“Yes, Lord Vader,” you three say.

“Good. Have your Starship Girls rest here on the Executor. You will deploy in two days,” he orders. “There will be no reward for second place. And I'm sure you understand that third place will surely take your breath away.” You swallow hard. He turns around, leaving the bridge.

Figuroa snorts. “Well. It was nice knowing you, Admiral.”

“Just find me a good second line Star Destroyer,” you ask. “Other than that, what do you need? You know, calm yourself down. Try and take deep breaths.”

“The other Worldship got lucky,” you say. “If Prosecutor and Finalizer hadn't broken their assault to try and save me, well... we'd be commanding an SSD right now instead of having to compete for one.” Commander Fiennes nods at that. You still don't see why Prosecutor and Finalizer did that. Sure, it was to save your life, but it was a Worldship too, plus Vader ended up saving you anyway! You sigh. You'll never understand Starship Girls. Well, aside from their bodies of course.

“Well, regardless, Admiral.” Commander Fiennes smiles. “I hope that we end up as the number ones. I sure as hell don't trust it to a droid, as much as a reputation Kalani has for efficiency and strategy, nor do I trust it to Figuroa who's just simply wasteful.”

“Right,” you say. “I was just on the call with requisitions. They'll get us a new ship and we can start the hunt for the Worldship.” Commander Fiennes smiles at that. “The others will get a head start, but we'll get ours for sure. Trust me on that, Fiennes.”

“I will, sir!” He grins. “Truth be told, I am glad you're my Admiral! Wouldn't serve with anyone else. Nor would I entrust the care of my children to anyone else.” Oh, right, the little brats. Uh. “I look forward to tomorrow, Admiral!” He steps past you.

You fold your arms, sighing. Figuroa will surely get his headstart, as will Kalani. However, you're sure that your competence and skill in wrangling the Starship Girls will lead you to victory!

Of course, that all relies on whether or not they need help washing up in the baths. You whistle innocently as you move to open the door.

You and your starship girls all look down into the hangar from the upper catwalks at General Kalani's rather sizable Starship Girl fleet. You ran the records of Admiral Figuroa having at least ten girls in his service (from the twenty or so before his little encounter with a Worldship) which you thought was impressive. Kalani had the very impressive ratio of thirty Starship Girls. They were neatly ordered in parade formation in front of him. And they were all Separatist Alliance ships.

Naturally, VP and Force of Commerce were quite in awe at them. “They're all remodeled too!” says Force of Commerce. “Look at that! So disciplined!” They all wore the business suits, dresses, and pants that you would expect of executives, bankers, stock brokers, or corporate thugs, but you could tell individually what class they all were. The small ones obviously were the corvettes, the large ones were the Lucrehulks and Providence Carrier/Destroyers, and the middle weights were either Munificents or Recusant-class ships. Admittedly, they did not have much variety, but what they lacked in variety was machine-like efficiency and discipline. VP and Force of Commerce were quite proud of this it seems.

General Kalani addresses them. “Ships. Today you wake to a new mission. We must hunt a Worldship and defeat it in the name of the Galactic Empire.” He walks along the line, looking each and every one of them in the eye as he passes. “I expect 100% efficiency from every one of you. Those who dawdle or otherwise slow down the rest will be left behind. The only reward for failure will be sinking. Am I clear, ships?”

“Yes, General!” they declare.

“Report to the ship now in full gear. You will be briefed there.” They turn to the left, then march out in formation.

VP sighs blissfully, then looks over to you. “Admiral. Why are we not as disciplined as Kalani's girls are?”

“I'm no droid, it's not my style.” You fold your arms, looking to VP and Commerce. “I actually genuinely care about your feelings you know.” Especially if those feelings are what get you a new shiny Super Star Destroyer. “Unless you guys don't want dessert as a reward for doing good anymore?”

VP huffs. “Ridiculous, I would never-”

“I'll be good,” says Commerce. VP gasps as Commerce's lack of spine in regards to dessert as a reward.

“Right, but we shouldn't leave the Executor last girls,” you say. “Come on. Our new ship should be here. I hope everyone's bags are packed!” They all nod. “Follow me!” Right, time to see what kind of second-line Star Destroyer Vix has lined up for you!

-

-

“You're kidding.”

“Nope.” Commander Fiennes shakes his head as all of you stand at the hangar. In view was your new ship, ready to receive you and take your command.

A Victory-II Class Star Destroyer by the name of Lucifuge. A Victory-II honestly is not that bad of a ship. What was so bad about it was the gigantic scar running along the main hull. Commander Fiennes says, “It received that from a close shave with a Star Destroyer Princess near Ryloth. Most of the crew were killed during a raid, but it was reconstituted and repaired and now it's ours, Admiral!”

“Have you seen the interior?” you ask. The girls stand just out of earshot, in awe of their new battlescarred home.

Commander Fiennes steps closer, leaning closely. “It's not good,” he whispers.

“How bad?”

“Let's just say the Rebels live in more luxurious conditions.” Is he serious? “Sir, the Victory-IIs are long obsolete, most escort ships for Star Destroyers are either the Victory-II Frigates or the Vindicators or smaller ones like Tartans. Forgive the crew for not being able to receive much needed uh... cleaning during their repair stays.” You sigh, rubbing your nose a bit. “Shall we then, Admiral?”

F4 rolls up to you two. “If it makes you feel better, Admiral, I believe the ship matches the man.” Heroic and shining on the outside, dirty and messy on the inside? Very funny, F4.

Finalizer steps up to you. “Admiral. You don't seem excited about our new ship.” She frowns a little, looking at the ship.

Then there is it's history and current state; the exterior is fine but the interior is still damaged from when it was almost killed in a prior battle. It seems like the ship has a bad luck streak; it is almost killed and then is immediately set under my command to charge against a world ship.

However, it is better to have a ship than no ship, even if only slightly..."

“Don't worry about it, Finalizer. Just act cute and we'll be ship shape.” Finalizer bites her lip, twiddling her fingers a little at that. “Fiennes. Make sure there's men available to help with things onboard. I want Arc Hammer to get started on renovating the insides as soon as humanly possible.”

“Excuse me?” asks Arc Hammer. “Why me?”

“I dunno, factory ship.” You shrug at her. “You do construction work. Er go, construction inside the ship?” Arc Hammer huffs, obviously miffed at having to head the reconstruction efforts. “Come on, let's just go. It can't be that bad.”

One of the technicians steps leads you, Commander Fiennes, F4, and Prosecutor along in the dark, blood spattered hallways. Multiple blaster marks and slashes from those YV staffs line the hallways. Techies and workers move to repair and wash the blood off. “As you can see, Admiral,” says the technician. “You caught us at a bad moment I'm afraid. Things are quite hectic around here and uh... we just got the new replacements as well right around the same time we got the word to join the Death Squadron fleet to be your flagship, Admiral.”

“How bad is it?” you ask.

“Mostly cosmetics,” he says. “Don't worry, we've washed and cleaned the bedrooms for the girls as we saw fit. And we're helping them unpack now.” Good, good. He steps up to one room. “Here's your room, sir.”

He opens the door to reveal the bloodsplattered walls, the completely torn apart wall on the right, and the blaster holes all over the place. Still, it looks vaguely like a Captain's Quarters. Just... with a bit of character to it. “We had intended to clean it first but uh... yeah,” says the technician.

You smirk a bit. “Maybe I'll go ask if I can bunk with one of the girls. You just take your time with my room, the girls come first.” Hehehe, bunking with almost all of the girls. Maybe you'll get lucky. No. You WILL get lucky. One night, they're feeling lonely and you just happen to be there for them. That is when you go for the kill. And it's not like they can refuse either considering the implication of refusing the advances of your superior officer. But alas, you won't force yourself on the girls. Best to let them fall in love with you first.

“Yes, sir,” says the technician.

Commander Fiennes says, “We should head to the bridge, map out our targets, Admiral.”

“Yes, yes. Prosecutor, bring the girls.” She nods, hurrying off. “Fiennes, let's go.”

-

-

F4 links into the tactical map table on the bridge, which currently has one window still locked under an emergency bulkhead. A map of the galaxy along with three points marked out appears to everybody. F4 explains it as this: “There are three locations we can search that will possibly have a Worldship in its vicinity. I have chosen these three locations based on recent reports of their sightings in the areas.”

“What do we have?” asks Resolute.

“The first location is near the desert planet of Tatooine. Local garrison reported the Yuuzhan Vong moving in and out near the system between it and Naboo. However, they only stopped to schwack the Naboo garrison and conquer it before moving on. A Worldship was reported as having taken part of the offensive, but the reports come only from terrified Stormtroopers and Navy troopers.”

“Any positive ID in these locations?” you ask.

“The next location is in the Kaliida Nebula. Smugglers report the Yuuzhan Vong ships moving in and out of the nebula. And there is a positive reports both from smugglers and from Imperial Officers that a Worldship is in the nebula, apparently waiting on a new target of some kind. However, this information is also known to both Kalani and Figuroa, who are likely to try and claim it for themselves. We do not know however if the Worldship is still there as those reports are dated up to a month ago. However, reports still indicate medium YV presence.”

“And the third?” asks Prosecutor.

“The third is located near the planet of Mon Calamari. Mon Cala unfortunately happens to a haven for the Yuuzhan Vong after the disaster two years ago.” Ah yes, deplorable. Who loses an SSD that easily? “Not only is the planet home to several Princess-class Vong, but it is likely the home of a Worldship as well. Kalani and Figuroa are not likely to try and take a risk on advancing scouting towards Mon Cala, for obvious reasons.”

“So where do we go then, Admiral?” asks Commander Fiennes.

“Really?” Commander Fiennes blinks in surprise. The other girls as well look nervous. “Are you sure, sir? Just a Victory-II isn't exactly going to cut it if we get engaged by the full might of the Yuuzhan Vong. And we won't have escort either. It'll just be us.”

“The job is to find the Worldship,” you say. “And there is guaranteed to be a Worldship there.”

F4 says, “Very straightforward of you, sir, the Yuuzhan Vong will appreciate that.” You knock F4 on his dome, silencing him.

“I see.” Commander Fiennes nods. “I'll make the preparations for the jump to hyperspace.” Commander Fiennes steps out to the forward viewing station. “Navigator! Set coordinates!”

Prosecutor looks at you skeptically. “Are you sure, sir? There is quite a lot of Yuuzhan Vong in that direction.”

“We'll be fine,” you say.

“I hope so,” says Resolute. “The vast presence of Vong there would ward away most other Admirals. Even Lord Vader.” You suppose, but you're not most Admirals. And besides, it's not like you're intending to engage the Yuuzhan Vong there anyway. Just scout and hopefully scoot away. If you see a Worldship there, Lord Vader will be contacted, he'll have a plan of dealing with it. You smile a bit. Yes, and once you destroy that Worldship, that SSD will be all yours.

But for now, the briefing is over. What now?

The girls go off to prepare themselves for the off while you step aboard the bridge. “Right. Keep up the good work,” you say to someone. He nods quickly, moving to do his work at a console faster. You and F4 step up next to Commander Fiennes on the bridge. “Commander. You ready?”

“Calculations are being made now, Admiral,” he says. “Though, I am nervous.”

“How so?” you ask.

“I would've figured you would try to muscle in on Kalani or Figuroa, not try to just go all out and invade Mon Cala. The Yuuzhan Vong strength there is quite sizable.” He folds his arms, taking a deep breath. “I trust your judgment but... it still gives me reservations, Admiral.”

“At least you're open about it,” you say. “And not a snippy little bucket of bolts like F4 here.”

F4 says, “I'd have a clever remark to that, but unfortunately my brain is a little dopey from the damage I took.” Well, that's the one good thing about him being back you suppose. “Admiral, I won't disagree with your decision, but I will ask that you try not to get me destroyed again.”

“No promises.”

Commander Fiennes snickers. “The two of you argue like an old married couple!” You roll your eyes. “But alas, sir. We'll be ready to go very soon. From here to Mon Cala it should take several hours. I assume you have a plan set for when we arrive, yes?”

“We'll scout out the area and scoot away once we verify if there is or isn't a Worldship in the vicinity. We'll keep the edge of the system and use TIE Fighters to scout ahead for u, and if they report back positive well...” You shrug, smiling at him. “They report back positive, and then we're in business.”

“Right, Admiral,” says Commander Fiennes. “Navigator, are we ready?”

“Yes, sir! Jump to lightspeed ready!”

The girls stand in the hangar, ready in full kit. “Girls. Here's the deal. We'll be arriving at Mon Cala in just a few minutes. I'm sure you all know that Mon Cala is not known for being the most welcome place for Imperials. But our mission right now is not to take it back. Our mission is to observe and report. If we find a Worldship, we will quickly retreat back and report our findings to Lord Vader. You will be on emergency call in case of trouble. Do you all understand?”

“Understood!” they all declare.

“Good. Any questions?” you ask. Agility raises her hand. “Agility.”

“When do we get to destroy some Vong?” she asks eagerly.

“Yeah!” says Black Hawk. “I bet you I can kill the most today, Admiral!”

“I appreciate the enthusiasm,” you say. “But, again, emergency call. Only if there's trouble.” The two mope a bit, angry at that.

Commander Fiennes calls you over the comms. “Admiral. We're dropping out of hyperspace now.” F4 projects an image from a camera in the bridge. The ship pops out of lightspeed on the edge of the system. A little blue dot there in the middle is the planet Mon Calamari. Famed for its shipbuilders, the Mon Calamari did not go out without a fight after the Battle of Yavin IV. It's a honest shame they had to bring the Empire's might down on themselves.

Especially since the Vong moved in. You haven't heard eye or ear of any kind of Mon Cala. Even the rumors of Admiral Ackbar's survival have mostly died down as of late. “Sir, scanners are picking up massive signatures around the planet,” says a technician.

“How many?” you ask.

“Thousands,” he says simply.

“Have the hyperdrive warmed up again,” you say. “And-”

“Sir.” A loud beeping noise emanates through the bridge. “We've been picked up by a Corvette Princess.” The ship shakes as a speedy blob passes by the ship. F4's imaging software catches a good glimpse of her. A small girl with a massive organic jetpack on her back and on her legs, with a toothy hat shading her eyes. Her stringy black hair is done up in two buns on the side of her head.

“Fiennes, activate tractor beam on that Princess. Activate jammers.”

“Yes, sir! Tractor beam on that target!” he orders. The tractor beam deploys onto the Corvette Princess, snagging her just as she starts to move towards the fleet. Hopefully comms jams will work. If they're telepathic and you assume they are, you'll still be in big trouble. But for right now, you're going to take down that Corvette Princess. “Target snagged!”

“Girls, go!” They launch out of the hangar. With Prosecutor, Redemption, the three corvettes, Acheron on the left and Resolute, VP, Force of Commerce, Arc Hammer, and Finalizer on the right, that Princess is going nowhere. She fires off her blaster cannons in a vain attempt to escape. “Finish her!”

The group fires down all turbolasers down on her. The Corvette Princess wails as the bolts pierce her skin and blow apart her armor. She disintegrates in a matter of moments, screaming out again. That was pretty easy!

> No! I ^*n't w$nt t& d*_! Sa#e me! So%eb!dy! SAV^ @$ <

The Corvette Princess blows apart in a flash of star dust, revealing a new Life Crystal in her place. Black Hawk quickly takes it for herself, before Agility starts to wrestle her for it. “The Corvette Princess has been eliminated,” says Fiennes. Good, good. That was actually pretty easy.

“Sir, scans indicating more Vong ships departing from Mon Calamari! Ten Star Destroyer-class, one Super Star Destroyer Princess, twenty cruiser, twenty corvette, five carrier!” says a technician. “Should we retreat?”

“Do we have confirmation on the Worldship?” you ask. The Starship Girls quickly fly back in with their new prize.

“Yes sir!” says Commander Fiennes. “One Worldship in orbit over Mon Cala! Currently busy consuming the organic life on the planet!” That figures as much. “Shall we bug out?”

“Do so, make it quick. Retreat anywhere!” you yell. A turbolaser bolt flies past the hangar door. They're closing in and closing in faster than you thought! The ship aims upwards to avoid colliding with them, then immediately jumps into lightspeed.

-

-

You arrive back into an empty bit of space, having made a random jump to avoid getting the beating of your life. All the girls hug and celebrate on a job well done, having retrieved a new crystal out of it too. Commander Fiennes smiles at you from F4's image projection. “Excellent raid, sir. I will be sure to let Lord Vader know that a Worldship is present over Mon Cala. Though, with the size of the Vong Fleet in orbit, it may be some time before a task force can be mustered to assault it.”

“Yes, yes,” you say. “We'll be returning to Death Squadron shortly. Please-”

“Sir, incoming transmission,” says a comms technician. “From... General Kalani.” The girls all pause, then immediately walk over. F4 projects a new image of General Kalani for all of you.

“Admiral.” General Kalani addresses you in his most official tone. “I am requesting your assistance.”

“What?” Is he really... what?

“Admiral Figuroa and myself went to scout the Kaliida Nebula in separate parties. However, the Vong threat there was greater than expected. And unfortunately, we are under dire straits.” An explosion rocks him from off screen. “I humbly request your assistance, before we take critical losses.”

“Was a Worldship there?” you ask.

“Yes. Along with a Fleet of over one hundred ships,” he says. “They have interdicted our ships, and we are unable to retreat to lightspeed.”

You nod to Kalani. “I will be right there, General.” Kalani nods, then his hologram disappears. You turn to Commander Fiennes on his screen. “Commander Fiennes. I am going to entrust you with a special mission. The data on the Mon Calamari Worldship will be put into a datadisk, you will take it and a squad of Stormtroopers to Death Squadron. I will handle the relief of General Kalani and Admiral Figuroa myself.”

Commander Fiennes nods. “Yes, sir.” He calls to someone off screen. “Bring me a shuttle!” His hologram disappears.

“We're going to help Figuroa and Kalani?” asks Resolute.

“Yes, of course,” you say. “See, Resolute.” She looks at you, apparently expecting you to lecture you. “We have a duty to help each other. General Kalani was humble enough to request my help personally. Admiral Figuroa, probably not, but he'll be grateful I'm sure. Just those little things, yes?”

“... I see.”

Finalizer pumps her fist. “Whatever it is, we'll be ready for them, Lord Admiral!”

“Finally, some real killing to do!” says Agility. “We're ready!”

“Yeah!” says Black Hawk.

“Navigator,” you call. “Set course for the Kaliida Nebula.”

“How long until we reach the Kaliida Nebula?” you ask.

You've arrived on the bridge with Prosecutor and F4. Commander Fiennes has left the ship to deliver the data, leaving you in charge of your little Victory-II class Star Destroyer. You already don't miss the guy. Things are so much quieter now that he's not around to chat about his aspirations or his children or his wife. Yes, you much prefer the view out the window and the view up Arc Hammer's skirt as she stands upon a ladder to help fix one of the windows.

A technician looks back to you. “Five minutes, sir.”

“What did advance scans tell us?” you ask.

Another says, “Sir, Kalani and Figuroa's fleets are heavily engaged. Both fleets consist of friendly Star Destroyers and escort ships along with their own Starship Girls as well. Unfortunately, due to the Nebula, I cannot give you an exact composition of size and strength of either party. But if they called for help, it's fair to say that they are losing.”

“Good, good.” You didn't ask him that last part but you suppose you won't say anything. “Have the Squadrons ready to deploy as soon as we drop out. I want a screen in front of us as we move into the Nebula.”

Prosecutor says, “What do you want the Shipgirls to do, Admiral?”

“Deploy with the TIES, they'll fly you in,” you say. With that, you wait.

“Dropping out of lightspeed...” A technician grabs the lever, and pulls it back. “Now!”

Lightspeed drops out in favor of shaking your ship about. Debris and wreckage from the fight flies past your ship as up ahead you can see the cause of all this. Providence-class Carrier/Destroyers and Munificents painted Imperial grey along with Victory-II Frigates (not Star Destroyers, someone must have gotten lazy) fight outside the edge of the Nebula with Yuuzhan Vong ships. “Sir! Ten cruiser classes have engaged that friendly battlegroup! General Kalani's flagship is not among them!” You nod to Prosecutor, and she quickly moves to scramble the girls.

“Incoming message,” says your comms technician.

Popping up on hologram is an B1 Commander droid. “This is OOM-561. The Vong have split our fleets! General Kalani and Admiral Figuroa are deeper in the Nebula, and we are out of contact with them, sir! Requesting orders!”

>>

>>
>>1148910
Now to mention their starfighter battle is on a stalemate. Deploying VP now can tip the scale which can allow our TIE bombers and her Hyena bombers to make a hole in their lines.

>>1148916
VP has 500 TriFighters, 500 Vulture drois (clone wars spec), and 500 Hyena bombers.

The Droid fleet has 3 Providence-Class, 2 Victory Class Firgates, and 5 Munificent Star Frigates.

The enemy cruiser don't have much in Starfighter defense and our allies lack direct fire power. Using a strike force to force a break will cause less causalities.

“Deploy TIE Bombers and tell VP to deploy as well. I want fighters to break on through and get us in position to provide some fire support.” The TIE Bombers, backed up by VP and her many fairies of droid starfighters fly in. They start vaporizing Vong fighters left and right, punching a hole big enough for the TIE Bombers to get through and start pelting the Vong cruisers with bombs. Two cruisers are disabled immediately, sinking down.

“They've broken through!” says the droid commander. “Rally behind the human!”

“This is probably the first time I'm glad to see a human come into the picture!” says a droid pilot offscreen.

The droid fleet rallies back as your ship flies above their formation. With a small tilt to your angle, you focus all guns on the nearest cruiser. It bursts into flames from your turbolaser fire, sinking into the Nebula. The rest start to fall back.

“They're falling back!” says the droid commander.

“Halt pursuit,” you say. “Commander.” The droid commander turns to you. “What can you tell us about the situation inside?”

“Not much. We get sporadic bursts of comms chatter,” says the Commander. “General Kalani's ships were driven into the Nebula by that fleet you just warded away. Figuroa's own fleet was lured in by a lone Worldship. They must have laid a trap for us.” A trap? Clever little buggers. “Our ships are heavily damaged, but we are ready to fall in behind you to assist.”

VP shows up on comms. “Admiral. What would you have us do?”

The Nebula will wreak havoc with our comms and sensors, we should keep in close order.
>>

Wouldn't having TIEs be our eyes and ears then?
>>
>>1149048
If they're further out than a standard fighter screen we'll likely lose contact or have spotty comms at best, TIES don't exactly have a staggering Comms/ELINT suite.

I'm hoping for the best and their speedy at least so them reporting back in should be okay. I rather get some intel then none considering they managed to trap Kalani.

With a TIE Fighter Squadron screening ahead, you and the battered droid battlegroup venture into the Nebula. They'll take the rear, where hopefully if that Vong group of cruisers doubles back to hit your rear, they'll soak up the damage. “How our sensors?” you ask.

“Negative, sir,” says a technician. “We're going by VFR right now.” The Kallida Nebula is a vast sea of warm orange and red gases, sprinkled a bit by the stars in the distances. Things are quiet, owing to Nebulas tending to scramble comms and sensor arrays. But for the most part, you should at least be able to see where everything is.

And in short order, you do see in the distance a massive space battle going on. “Sir, General Kalani and Admiral Figuroa's fleets are engaged.” A wrecked Victory-II Star Destroyer floats on by your ships, as do the wreckage of TIE Fighters and Bombers. “It's a Worldship.” Indeed, in the midst of that giant melee is a Worldship. “Ten kilometers out, sir.”

“Scramble the girls,” you order. The rest of the girls deploy out of the hangar. “Keep them close. I want to be able to communicate with them effectively.”

“Yes, sir.”

Once you get closer, imaging software is able to get distorted but clear enough imagery from the battlefield. Kalani's fleet has packed up together into a tight box formation to protect himself and his Starship Girls, apparently not deciding to brave attacking the Worldship until the escorts are destroyed. Figuroa meanwhile is throwing man and materiel at the Worldship. His Starship Girls send their boarding parties in, escorted only by the firepower of flaming cruisers and suicidal TIE Fighters barreling into the giant organic mass. “Can we contact them?” you ask.

“Not at this range, sir,” says a comms technician.

“Sir. We're picking up ten Star Destroyer-class, fifteen cruiser-class, twenty corvette-class, and two carrier-class Vong ships surrounding that Worldship.” A tactical officer explains this to you quite calmly.

F4 says, “Figuroa's Starship Girls won't last five minutes trying to board now. We should try to help, sir.”

If we can draw them away, try to disengage as quickly as we can, use the nebula to break contact, then double back and rejoin the main fight.
>>
>>1149135
>“Find us a way around.” Try to distract the Vong fleet, away from the two others.
Split their attention, make them question which is the real attack. If Kalani sees that his enemy's forces are separated maybe his mechanical nuts will drop and he'll take the opportunity.

"Assist Kalani in wiping out the escorts. We wipe em out faster, take the heat off Figuroa and eventually have more power to bring down on the worldship."
>>
>>1149195
I respectfully disagree. The problem here is that Kalani is all defense and Figuroa is all offense, and they're both too egotistical to meet in the middle and come up with a cohesive strategy. Distracting the YV and splitting them up feels like the best way to convince Kalani to finally get back onto the offensive and to cover for Figuroa's stupidity at the same time, without really needing to get them to cooperate.
>>
> “Find us a way around.” Try to distract the Vong fleet, away from the two others.

“Helmsman, bring us around. Try and draw their attention if you'd please.” The Helmsman guides the ship above the Worldship. This attracts the attention of the Vong Fleet around it. They start to break off to pursue you almost immediately. Several of the Star Destroyers escorted by two cruisers and a carrier. That's overkill, all those Star Destroyers for one of your own. Then again, you do have your Starship Girls aboard. “Prosecutor, draw them in towards us.”

“Yes, Admiral! Drop fighter screens! Fire lasers!” Your Starship Girls get into line formation below and start pelting the incoming Vong ships with turbolaer fire. One of the cruisers is blown up immediately, but the rest take cover behind the strong wall of Star Destroyers. “Admiral, it looks like they're committing!”

“Good, good. Take us away, Helmsman, into the Nebula.” The Lucifuge starts to guide away from the action. “Full speed and-”

“Sir.” You look at one of the engineers. “Something is preventing us from going full speed!” What?

“Admiral!” Agility reports out. “Vong forces sighted! More incoming!” You step around to see what's what.

Incoming now is a Yuuzhan Vong Princess, with fleshy chains and tentacles running all over her body. She's backed up by a pair of Star Destroyer-class Vong ships as well. “Sir! It's an Interdictor Princess! She's drawing us in!” The bulbous hives on her helmet pulsate blue, the little gravity wells.

“Such power!” yells Finalizer. “I'm feeling myself be drawn in even at this distance!”

Set deflectors full forward, intensify forward firepower and angle bow towards the Interdictor. Deploy the girls to cover us from the rest of the Vong, then wait until the Princess draws us closer. Once we are at short range, fire engines at full emergency burn and demand that the helmsman "Give me ramming speed." Do not slow down after impact, simply pull back up and maintain that speed back into the nebula.

Essentially perform a gravity assist into her face then run away. If she wants us let's give her what she wants, just not the way she wants it.

I back this course of action, we survived death once. Let's do it again!

In the words of my ancestors; "affix bayonets! Prepare to charge!"
>>
> “Light her up!”

“Light her up!” you yell. Your ship angles forward towards her, then fires away. The Vong Star Destroyers quickly angle themselves in the way to bodyblock the shots, deploying their force of fighters and bombers to attack you. “Point defense turrets up now!”

“The Admiral is under attack!” yells Black Hawk. “Agility! Tellstar, let's go!” The three corvettes break formation from the Starship Girls and line up in front of they. Immediately they fire off a huge barrage of lasers, smashing apart fighters and bombers before they can even get close. Tellstar flies interference, firing a spread of heavy turbolaser fire into the Star Destroyers. Unfortunately, the Star Destroyers are much faster. She gets pasted by return fire, flying back towards your ship.

“Tellstar has taken critical damage!” yells a technician.

“Send out recovery teams now,” you say. A Lambda Shuttle is deployed to shuttle her out of the fight, escorted by several TIE Fighters.

“Sir, we're being pulled closer to that Interdictor!” Several fighters worriedly fly overhead.

“Prosecutor, status!”

“We're fending off the incoming fleet on our side!” she yells. Finalizer, Redemption, Resolute, and VP form the massive blockade of turbolasers and heavy firepower to keep them from advancing on you directly. With Acheron firing missiles to blow apart groups of fighters from long range, they'll have bought you plenty of time.

But if you get close to that Interdictor with those Star Destroyers escorting you in... She flies upward, looking in your direction. She doesn't look at your ship, no.

She's looking you straight in the eye. She can see you. And this chills your heart intensely. What is this?

No, no. Fight it. “Admiral, it appears we're about to get sandwiched,” says F4.

“Ramming speed!” you yell. The crew all look at you, confused. “Don't look at me like that! Ram them!”

F4 says, “Trying to kill me once wasn't enough for you, sir?”

“Ah shut up!” you shout. “Go!”

The Victory-II Star Destroyer pushes itself forward, past a very surprised Agility and Black Hawk. Finalizer shouts out, “Admiral, what are you doing!?” Hopefully one of the smartest or stupidest things you've ever done. The crew brace themselves, ready to face the Vong at point blank once more. The Interdictor Princess squints at you for a second, then her eyes widen as the distance closes from five kilometers, to one kilometer, to five hundred meters. She immediately ducks down, and the Star Destroyers take evasive action. The Starship Girls follow you in, ready to provide assistance.

“Punch it!” you yell. The ship gives all its got as it speeds towards the Interdictor. She ducks down, diving out of the way. Your Star Destroyer screams past her and the other two, right into the Nebula.

“We missed!” yells the Helmsman.

“My goodness! Admiral! You've gravity slingshotted us out of her Interdiction field!” says one of the technicians. “We'll be able to fade into the Nebula now easily and come in from a different angle! Meanwhile, with the rest of the Vong Forces now tied up in trying to protect against us, Kalani and Figuroa will have their window to wipe out the Worldship!”

“...” You look at F4. He swivels his dome up at you as well. “Hehe. We've slingshotted ourselves out of her interdiction field! We're now free to fade into the Nebula and come in from different angles! And we'll give Kalani and Figuroa time to wipe out that Worldship!”

The technician blinks. “But-” You glare at him. “Clever idea, sir,” he says quickly as he goes back to work.

A comms technician calls to you. “Sir. Kalani's message has penetrated the Nebula. Patching through now.”

General Kalani appears on hologram, his image horrifically distorted by the Nebula. “Admiral. I thank you for your timely assistance. We are taking advantage of the hole you have opened up now. The Worldship shall be destroyed in moments. Please buy us just a bit more time.”

I'm sure Lord Vader understands the value of co-ordinated efforts. If not for our valiant ambush and rescue, the other two (lesser) Admirals would have perished fruitlessly.

“We'll keep them distracted for you!” you declare. “Helmsman, what's our six look like?”

“Uh, covered in Yuuzhan Vong fighters, sir.” You get a distorted screen image of Black Hawk and Agility fighting off hordes of Vong fighters and bombers. Behind that are the Star Destroyers and cruisers from last time, most of which were severely damaged in the fighting.

“Keep us moving. Prosecutor, keep up the fire!” you order.

Prosecutor says, “Yes, Admiral! AT PARJAI!” she screams. Her torpedo tubes lock in forward, then off a spread of four proton torpedoes. They travel past the fighter screen and impact one of the Star Destroyers, splitting off a piece of it and setting it aflame.

“Let me show you how the Republic fights, girls,” says Resolute to VP and Commerce. The two droidships sneer as Resolute releases her screen of fighters, then fires off a spread of tubolaser fire at the nearest cruiser. Finalizer and Redemption join in, destroying another cruiser and severely wounding another one of the Star Destroyers.

You look over to the Worldship, and find all of the combined Starship Girls sending boarding parties in. From droidekas, to B2s and Droid Commandos, then Rebel troopers and Rebel Commandos as well on Figuroa's front. The Worldship seizes, twitching visibly and shaking as explosions burst out from its skin. The Starship Girls struggle to keep their boarding parties going as fighters sting and pelt at their skin. A corvette from Figuroa's wounded fleet however swoops in to zap them all away.

“We have them now!” you yell. The Vong ships start to turn away. “What are they doing?”

The technician looks back. “I think they've accepted they can't save the Worldship, sir. They're falling back out of the nebula to jump into hyperspace!”

The girls retreat back to your ship, forming a wedge around the bow. You watch as the Vong ships leave behind the Worldship as it starts o wither and die under the weight of the boarding parties from Figuroa and Kalani. You were wondering if the Vong were attempting to set a trap, especially considering you had heard there were over a hundred escorts. But you suppose Kalani and Figuroa, having more ships than you, took care of most of it. Finally, you receive positive reports from TIE Fighters who trailed the Vong.

“Sir! Vong ships are confirmed to have left the system.” Good, good. You look over to the Worldship as it starts splitting apart, dying as black blood starts to seep out of cracks and holes in its fleshy armor. The Worldship slowly splits into several pieces, some exploding brilliantly and violently. Others remaining intact. But the point is, the Worldship is dead.

F4 says, “Admiral. It seems we've won today.” You smile a bit. “And I have to give credit where its due, it must be because of you.”

“Well, thank you, F4. I know it must be difficult to say.”

“You have no idea how difficult t was.”

You roll your eyes.

Figuroa's burning yet intact flagship and Kalani's less damaged Providence flagship assemble with yours outside the Nebula so you can get clear contact. The three of you report to Lord Vader over hologram from your respective bridges. Figuroa talks for the two of you. “And when we saw the Worldship, we proceeded to engage at will! This time, I did not sustain too many casualties to my Starship Girl fleet. Though, I must point out the droid was not very helpful in my advances either.” Figuroa folds his arms. “If you ask me, Lord Vader. I will say I did a good job.”

Lord Vader looks to Kalani. “Is this true?”

“I calculated that the loss of Admiral Figuroa and his fleet would not negatively impact my chance at victory,” Kalani remarks. Figuroa glares at Kalani, snorting angrily.

Lord Vader nods. “Your destruction of the Worldship was quite admirable. But ultimately, you were not the first to discover a Worldship.” Figuroa's eyes widen in surprise. “I received a datadisk personally from Commander Fiennes, the Admiral's XO. He reported a Worldship in orbit over Mon Cala.”

“Of course he did!” says Figuroa. “B- but you don't expect Death Squadron to go and engage, do you?”

“Not at the moment,” says Lord Vader. “Admiral. Return to Death Squadron immediately. We must talk in person.” His hologram disappears.

Kalani looks to you. “I thank you for your assistance, Admiral.” His hologram disappears as well.

“This isn't over!” says Figuroa. And finally he disappears as well.

F4 looks at you. “Well, Admiral. It appears you've survived another encounter with Lord Vader. Unfortunately.”

“Set course for Death Squadron,” you say. The technicians start punching in the coordinates.

For now you forego sweeping the area for anything you can loot. While you normally would, it's probably not a good idea to try and inspire conflict between either Kalani or Figuroa who will be looking for stuff to loot. Better to let them fight things out, make each other look weaker, than to waste your time on trinkets and things. You stand in the baths, with all your girls lying back or settled down. The first thing Arc Hammer did was build the Repair Docks so that the girls could fix themselves up after a battle. And a good call that was.

Redemption smiles at you as she lets Tellstar lay back in her lap. “Tellstar will be fine. She just need a night's rest here in the Repair Dock as well.” She gently brushes back Tellstar's hair as she naps. “Poor girl, she tries so hard.”

“I will say, she did good today, as did all of you.” Redemption smiles sweetly at you. “Was anyone else hit?”

“Nope,” says Commerce. “Just Tellstar.” VP and Commerce share the same bathtub, with Commernce lazily leaning her arms out of it. “The little girl couldn't tell left from right if you gave her turn signals.”

“That's not nice,” says Prosecutor.

“It's true though,” says VP. “There's no sense of business or efficiency in this Fleet. I guarantee if we had an Admiral like Kalani, Tellstar could probably serve much better.”

Resolute folds her arms, glaring at the two. “I suppose this is coming from two ships whose faction lost the Clone Wars.”

“We didn't lose. If anything you lost because you let your government be taken over by an Imperialistic military superpower from the inside!” exclaims Commerce. “Whereas we never lost sight of who we are! You deny that you let your own government betray you in the end!”

“Can we not talk politics!?” yells Agility. “My head hurts!”

“Yeah, you guys are a real headache when you talk politics,” says Black Hawk. The two Corvettes wash up in the showers, glaring at the two separated factions. Prosecutor and Resolute harumph, looking away. VP and Commerce as well lean back into their tub, glaring at them.

Acheron and Finalizer sit in their tubs next to each other. “I have no idea what's going on, but do continue, it's quite entertaining,” says Acheron.

Honestly, I think it'd be important if we upgraded our Corvettes and frigates first. Sense they seem to be knocked out first. I thought VP was already retrofitted?
>>
>>1150546
> “Well, you girls did great. Dessert will be out for everyone.”
>>
>>1150596
Our Corverttes and Frigates are doing just fine. we normally have the heavier ships protect them.

VP still had one more upgrade, the Rebel Upgrade which gives her Rebel starfighters.
>>
>>1150629
rebel starfighters come with shields right? would that make them last longer.
>>
>>1150631
X-wings do indeed have shields. I can't remember if Y-wings did or not.

Y-Wings do have shields and are also generally one of the most durable starfighter designs around even with their extra plating removed.
>>

Even A-Wings have shields despite it being cannon fodder.
>>
>>1150652
fighter? weren't they bombers?
>>
>>1150679
Depends who you ask and which particular model. Probably best to think of them as heavy fighter-bombers like the Beaufighter.
>>
>>1150692
Which is essentially what they are.
>>
>>1150692
I've always equated them to the space version of a TBF Avenger. It can bomb, it can torpedo, and it can theoretically fight against other aircraft (or spacecraft, in this case).
>>
>>1150692
then I can agree with upgrading VP. speaking of fighters, we've been getting a lot of strike craft power recently. that's a good thing right? what should we focus on, and are we lacking in anything? just wondering.
>>
>>1150740
We're lacking Direct Fire ships. The Victory II has upped our fire but we are lacking heavy hitters.
>>
>>1150781
We have Finalizer, but she goes through resources like a combine through a wheat field.

You decide to ignore the bitter rivalry and say, “Well, regardless. You girls did great today. So to celebrate, dessert will be out for everybody.” Their eyes light up happily. Dessert after such a hard mission? Now that is just what they need!

Too bad there isn't any. Because you're on a Star Destroyer. The most dessert everyone gets is maybe a chocolate bar. They all sit around the canteen table, quietly munching on their chocolate bars. Ugh, even you have to realize this is a bit of a cockup. “Sorry, guys. If I had known-”

“It's alright, Lord Admiral!” Finalizer crunches the chocolate in her hand, pulling it close to her chest. “You tried to reward us! This is only the failure of your crew for failing to bring aboard real meals!”

“Well of course we're not going to eat real meals on a ship,” says Resolute. “Storage space on a Starship is valuable. They can't keep things for desserts so easily. All that could be saved for ammo or power cells.” You look at Finalizer's very sizable chest for a second, then at Resolute, VP's, and Redemptions own chests. Valuable storage space, huh? Interesting. “Admiral.” You blink, she caught you looking judging by that stern look on her face.

“Sorry, I was distracted. I thought a fly ran down your chest,” you say.

She huffs, folding her arms over her breasts.

Arc Hammer sighs. “Regardless. I was hoping we'd get more from defeating a Worldship.”

“We didn't technically defeat it,” you say. “Besides, I don't want to fight over the loot of a Worldship with Kalani and Figuroa. We'll get ours when we invade Mon Cala again. Then you will see what we're up to.” They all nod at that, still munching on chocolate. “Now then, girls. It's late. And the lightspeed travel is going to take some time. I suggest everyone get some sleep.”

F4 rolls up to you. “Sir, your room is still in a dire state of disrepair. I assume you're using that as an excuse to bunk with one of the girls.”

“It's not-” You slap F4. “Quiet.”

Prosecutor smiles. “You can still bunk with me, Admiral. I won't mind.”

You nod, smiling at Prosecutor. “Thank you, Prosecutor. Guess I'll bunk with you for the night.” You do notice Finalizer puffs her cheeks out, munching angrily on her chocolate. Somebody's jealous, but is apparently too shy to make it known. Heh, that is how you hook them in. Though, you do hate to use Prosecutor just to get at another woman. She deserves better than that, really. She deserves a man like you.

With that though, dinner and dessert is dismissed.

You do make a mental note that the next time you stop off for supplies, you'll have a fridge or something stocked with goodies. Well hidden and with a key to make sure nobody tries to steal it either. You've seen Agility's shifty hands. Regardless, Prosecutor has already made herself at home in the Lucifuge. Though, you can't imagine she'll get used to it for too long. Eventually you'll move up to the Ravager! You smirk as Prosecutor buttons up your pajama shirt. Yes, what a responsibility. A Super Star Destroyer!

“You seem happy, Admiral,” says Prosecutor as she dusts down your shirt before bed.

“Of course I am! We've found a Worldship before the rest of them did! And we did it in a way that did not incur unnecessary losses.” You smile as you set yourself down on Prosecutor's bed. “Just you wait, Prosecutor. I'll have my own Super Star Destroyer in no time!”

Prosecutor smiles at that. “One like the Executor?”

“Exactly like the Executor,” you say. You grin at the thought, you at the helm, a harem of Starship Girls at your beck and call! And F4 being roasted alive in a molten metal bath! Ah, such good thoughts. No nightmares tonight, no sir. You and her lie back, then pull the blanket back over yourself. You turn your head though to see Prosecutor, frowning a little. “Something the matter?” you ask.

“Well.” She shrugs. “I just hope the power does not go to your head, Admiral.” What? Of course not! Only idiots let power go to their head. Look at Figuroa! “The Mandalorians would never trust the sacred title of Mandalore to someone who would only use it as a power fantasy. A Super Star Destroyer is a really big responsibility, even bigger than us Starship Girls.”

You pat Prosecutor on the head, silencing her. Her soft hair nearly obscures her worried eyes. “Relax. Once we get there, you'll see, and you'll be wrong. Only an idiot lets power go to their head!” Super Star Destroyer, harem of Starship Girls... yes... “Sweet dreams, Prosecutor.”

She smiles lightly. “Sweet dreams, Admiral.”
