Without knowledge of where you are and which materials are safe you don't find much to work with, you settle for a some big leaves that manage to cover most of your body, you take some of the flexible bits from the plants around you and tie up the leaves to make a blanket for the night, it's not good but its better than sleeping without any cover from the elements.

Once you finish the sky has turned darker and its getting hard to see things clearly, the only light source around you is the light radiating from the glowing vegetation.

The strange sounds from the wildlife starts making itself more noticeable as the night gets closer

You wake up in a different spot, away from the river with some disturbing squelching sounds nearby, sometimes between those sounds you hear bones breaking flesh being separated, the sounds alone are enough to make you feel uncomfortable.

You follow the sounds and come across Dartaa who's kneeling while taking her fill from a blue person, the flesh connecting her neck to her head has turned into a black mess of tendrils that drips it's goo onto the body. When you move to a different angle you're able to get a better look at things, the abdomen of the poor man is split open with Dartaa's parasitic head latched onto its insides, you see Dartaa's head push itself forward and almost immediately jerk back accompanied by a disgusting suckling noise, you keep your distance as you continue to observe this morbid scene, the man's body slowly loses it's coloration and begins drying up.

You woke up about an hour ago maybe two so you're still have some energy to burn, you tell Dartaa to let you do something before she digs in, you grab your newly acquired dagger and make an opening on the animals stomach, it's organs spill out but you manage to hold them in while shoving a hand in to search for its liver, you don't find any since you don't know how they look like and if these things even have a liver.
During this whole process you hear Dartaa fidget and whimper behind you sometimes asking you how much longer.

You separate some meat from the ribs while trying to avoid spilling any blood and wrap them in a leaf before letting Dartaa take a seat next to you.

But when she's about to begin you order her to stop and you ask her what does she actually eat from it?

You let her continue but you're not prepared for the next part, her neck stretches outwards and her head divides into four before separating loudly and leaving droplets of black goo around, after a few moments the flesh from her neck and upwards starts to turn black and divide itself into tendrils.

Once they notice you, advance a little with the spear in one hand and the fish raised in the other, then leave the food on the ground and retreat slowly. Wait until, they come for you. DON'T do any brust movement. And make sure Dartaa is always behing you.
