Alright writing
had to go do something real quick before I could start

Grabbing my things from the desk next to the door, I take the hospital gown off of my clothes and put on my white coat and scarf after I toss the gown into the trash. I smile, happily, my ears twitching as I walk down the hallway and sigh. I can hear them already, all the reporters expecting me to have answers for things I can't understand or even explain. And Mimi isn't here to scare them off like she has been for the rest of the week.

They're coming down the hallway now, I can hear their fake cheerful voices and smell their wonderfully artifical smelling perfume and cologne. I don't want to have to deal with them now, or ever to be honest, since all reporters are quite annoying in my experience with them. I press my back to the cold white wall, my body breaking down and turning incorporeal as I slip through the floor slowly.

A woman shrieks as I appear next to her, and slip past the next floor as she drops her phone. I flick my wrist and send it back into her hand as I land on the lobby and reform.

Its pretty much empty, besides a tired looking secretary behind a desk and a few people sitting in chairs, with bandages covering their arms and legs...they all look quite proud of themselves actually. Adjusting my scarf as I walk past them, I step into the snowy streets, and look around at all of the cars flying around and the buildings reaching high in the sky.

I guess just have to call mom to tell her I've been let out or

"AH!" I yelp, falling and slipping as the pile of snow at the bottom of the stairs rises up, and turns to look at me.

I clutch my chest as her black eyes narrow in amusement, shaking the snow from her horns and wild mane of hair as she leans over me, grinning widely and showing off everyone of her fangs

"Hey sis" Mimi says teasingly as I stare at her, my heart still pounding in my chest "I've been waiting for you out here all morning, what took you so long? I was about to go in and get you back"

"Oh well, the doctor was being silly and would only listen to what his computer told him" I say, slowly, trying to not sound afraid in front of Mimi, so she isn't encouraged to pop out and scare me like this again "So he made me wait and suffer through a few more test"

"Want me to teach him a lesson?" She asks, smiling happily as she scoops me up, her tentacles wiggling threateningly

"Please don't, its fine" I say, patting her on her arm "So is everyone else at home"

"MMMmmmmm" She says smiling happily as she sets me on her shoulder and trudges through the street "Well, I can't tell you otherwise I'd ruin the surprise"

"Oh, what surprise, are you doing something for me?" I ask excitedly as she smirks mischievously and wags her finger back and forth

"Ah ah ah, swore not to tell" She says giggling as she keeps on walking through the nearly empty streets "But I think you really going to like it"

"Well then lets no waste anytime getting where ever it is" I say happily, as I hang onto one of mimi's horns so I don't fall

Mom shouts happily as I smile widely, seeing all of my family sitting around a table in my favourite pizza place, and Cyra is here and so is Emily, who are reading a bunch of comics and wearing headphones respectively "EVEE, glad you finally got better sweetie, come on sit down, you deserve a treat"

"Ah, so Mimi didn't tell ya then" Adam says teasingly as he takes a bite of the meat lovers, making Mimi growls angrily "Uh...Its just one slice come on"

Mimi pouts as Adam slowly goes back to eating his slice, as my snorts and shrinks back down to her usual size, watching him eat like a cat

"Sorry I wasn't there to see you out" Rasputin says sadly, wearing a simple white mask over his face, as well as his usual red hoodie "Also I heard what you did"

I wince and groan "It was emi's idea, don't blame me for that" as I sit down next to mom, and notice that Emily has moved to sit on my otherside, looking pretty grumpy "I was just listening to what she told me to do"

Rasputin turns to me

"I know, and I'd ask you to maybe not listen to people like her who are blinded by revenge, I mean I'm really impressed that you stayed in control but...you haven't apologized to that...man right? I mean I know he'd try and kill your ass but...I could hold him down with my powers or we could get mimi to do it, I know she'd love to fight him

"Then whats the point in apologizing if you're just going to do something like that?" I ask tilting my head as Rasputin shrugs

"Man, I don't know" He chuckles "to be polite I guess, but I mean the guy does kind of deserve being punished, since he's...a terrible person really

"No" Emily huffs cutely, grabbing my chair to pull me closer to her "She's sitting next to me"

"But she's sitting next to both of us" Mom says meekly as cyra looks up from her comic book

"HEY, NO STOP IT!" Adam yells as Mimi latches onto his back, holding his arm away from the pizza box "STOP IT MIMI, WE CAN SHARE YOU LITTLE BRAT"

"LITTLE!?" Mimi roars, as she returns to her fully grown size, pinning adam down from her sheer size and weight "Don't ya know that's just my uh...resting state, stop trying to make people think I'm always short"

"Help....me" Adam groans weakly

"In a moment" Rasputin sighs as Emily pulls me closer

"Well she's closer to me" She huffs "and besides you've had all this time with her, can't I get some to?"

"Are you going to fire more rockets at her and or otherwise endanger her life?" Mom asks sternly as Emily frowns and stutters, trying to find an answer that won't get her into trouble

"Hey eve, want to read some comics with me?"Cyra asks, as I quickly phase through the table and sit on the chair next to her "I'll take that as a yes"

"Oh certainly" I say as she opens up a comic book at sets it between us "Also I've been wondering if you wanted to make a super team with me and"

"What part of that was science" Rasputin asks between his grunts and groans off effort as he begins to try and physically pull Mimi off of adam, as she crosses her arms and looks angry.

Adam groans weakly, and I turn away from the page wide spread of Revenant walking into the diner, its drawn like the arrival of some kind of conqueror or perhaps demon, with harsh lines and dark colors. But on cyra's comic it isn't shown at all, and the issue I got it looks almost silly, with their colors brighter and made less threatening, more realistic and slightly cartoonish.

I frown and turn to see him still under my sister despite rasputin's best efforts, I smile and grab a slice of the meatlover's, instantly drawing mimi's eye.

She watches me closely as I set it on a plate, and spin it through the air. She scrambles to catch it, leaving adam in a slight dent in the tile, weakly getting up and looking at me with a smile

"Thanks" he says, wincing as he stands up "Both of you, you're good kids"

"Don't mention it" Rasputin says happily as Adam sits back down next to me, as Emily pulls out a massive binder filled with notes and paper

"What's this, and why are you handing it to me?" Mom asks as Emily smiles

"Oh its just a little schedule I've set for us and eve" Emily says happily, giggling as mom turns a little pale from the sheer size of it

I smile and turn back to the comic....

"Did I really look that awkward?" I ask "When I tried to do that bantering thing"

"Yeah...also I really like the rag tags demented style" She says happily "isn't it just cool looking"

I shrug as I look at her issue of the comic

"And yours is...well there isn't much realism there is it? Its like a children's show" I say slowly as she beams and nods

"Yeah" She says as Mimi leans over her shoulder curiously "but I like it"

"And I think it looks nice to" Mimi says happily "...besides how they draw me in it"

Mimi's armor is made out of selection of plates, put over eachother in a design similar to tribal cultures and reka'dari designs, so it has symbols on it of what she considers her victories, and bright yellows and greens mixed in on the shined and chromed metal

While Rasputin, well he just gave me a set of flowing robes, a wizard hat and the mask he was wearing early, so I guess he wants me to improve those

Try and put a few "Natural" weapons around her armor, fangs on the mask, blades near the ankles and wrists, that sort of thing. More weapons is always better, even if she'll probably never remember to use them.

Personally I like the mines because of what we might find in their, I mean left over alien tech from the war isn't exactly something we can just find lying around for the taking so I figure it could give us some new tools to work with... plus it would stop anyone else from taking it and using for less then nice things.

The garage and warehouse are both on par with me as they both fill the same role more or less with only minor differences

Fuck the apartments though. Showing off all the high end equipment and then saying I can't even touch it... It's bullcrap is what it is.

Nothing says home like hanging out with traitorous scientists and what were disposable soldiers.

If we could get the ship fixed up, it would be the best base ever. But with our team having objections to it, it'll be tough sell getting it. Not to mention it's iconic enough that there will be trespassers entering it long before we can fully secure it, assuming we don't get a good enough roll.

Did we need it for storage? because I can easily store every type of matter I've encountered in my body, and if its for regrouping we can easily do that anywhere. Emi can teleport so having a place for meetings for her isn't a problem, cyra has super speed, and my siblings are usually close by to me. So for meetings it would be useless, and if emi needs a place to stay, her staying in my mind when she needs rest would be much more efficient as she wouldn't need to eat or go through any other bodily functions.

And the first issue of light queen issue 1 started with cyra wish for powers before she went to bed, and going about her day, the colors dulled down, to make it look dreary as she just did what she did every day. Suffering through class and going to her club, all the while the colors slowly became brighter and brighter.

Until she leaped onto what she thought was a bomb tossed into a crowd, thinking about her late father when she did.
and as I said in the earlier thread, it was actually an ultra cannister, which she took the full brunt of.

the issue ends with her going home, waking up and going to the conveince store to get a snack.

And realizing her powers in a beautifully detailed spread of her zapping some thieves, as the art style switched from gritty/realistic style, to a fluffy fantastic one, complete with the skeletons showing through the thugs.


And Eve's comics also show how eve sees the world sometimes
