Okay, so I made a post on the last thread... And it didn't bump it? So I guess I need to make a new one? I dunno, I'm still kinda new to this.
Last thread: http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/qstarchive/940621/

So yes, do we head to Denta, go live in the wilds, Or turn ourselves in?
>>
>>954298
Yeah, I don't understand the bump limits here either.

Anyway, Lets head to Denta first.

Rolled 6, 4, 7, 6, 4 = 27 (5d10)

You decide to go to Denta...
Rolling for what you find along the way!

Oh, a blue slime.
Yeah, they tend to not be much of a problem for you. You have dealt with them many times before. However, you are a little bit rusty. How did it go again?

Oh right, the first step is to see who goes first. You don't have any way of seeing your stats, you would need a fairly advanced interface for that. And you sure as hell can't see the slimes stats.
And yet, you can feel it in your gut, you and the slime have the same Spd(Speed) stat. That means it's up to luck to see who goes first.

Roll 1D2. 2 = you go first. 1 = slime goes first.

Sorry this update took so long. I wanted to try and animate the fight, but that... Turned out to not be so easy. Any of you guys know of any good FREE .gif making programs?

Alright, you go first! The green arrow above your head indicates that it's your turn.

The interface you currently have equipped allows you to attack, selecting one of the four attacks you know and striking your enemy with it.

Alternatively, you could use mercy. Using mercy will give you and your opponent a chance to end the battle peacefully, but if your opponent refuses you will have wasted your turn.

Item simply let's you use an item. Swapping weapons or using an item will use up your turn, but equipping a weapon while you don't have one out will not. In fact, most people just leave weapons unequipped until they get into a battle, that way they can instantly equip whatever weapon type is most suitable for the situation. Also, unequipping a weapon but not equipping a new one will also not use up your turn.

Run will... let you run away. Duh. You and your opponent roll D20's and add your speed. If you have the higher number, you will (usually) be able to get away.

So... Yeah. What will you do?

Alright! You know the following attacks:
Punch: Deals 2 damage, requires you to have no weapon in your hands.
Kick: Deals 2 damage, no real requirements.
Axe Slash: Deals 4 damage, you will need to have an axe.
Axe Spin: Deals 6 damage, but you cannot attack on your next turn.

Axe Slash
>>
>>963768
You equip your axe, not needing to waste your turn doing so on account of not having anything equipped at the moment, and hit the slime with it!
It seems that blue slimes have rather low health, you are able to cleave it apart with ease.
Roll a D10 to see what loot (if any) you get!

Hah, you wish. But no, the slime instead drops a monster essence gem. Monster essence is pretty much solidified evil. It's useless as far as you know... And yet, you think you remember hearing that it's considered valuable by some people.

Speaking of monster essence, the slimes body disappears. Most of it's essence wasn't crystallized, so it just disintegrated upon death.

so, let's pick up the not-witch's egg and continue.

You continue on. It's peaceful for a while.
Suddenly: Kobold.

It's eyes are a horrid red, indicating that it has gone completely insane and is made of mostly monster essence. Still, you feel a little weird fighting something that was once a normal person... Well, a normal kobold anyway. Or you guess it could have been born this way, though probably not, considering that it's bothering with any clothing at all.

It's Spd is higher than yours, so it's able to dart in and deal a quick two points of damage. Parts of your health bar turn dark to reflect this.

It's your turn. What will you do?

Since the slime was so weak, I'm pretty sure we can One-Hit KO the kobold with 6dmg.

I just want to see if the kobold is 4 hp or D&D hp.
>>
>>964504
My guess is that a normal kobold would have 4hp but since this one is evil, he probably has a bit more.

You hit the kobold with an axe spin!

You split it in half. It doesn't even have any time to react.

Whoops, messed up which image I was gonna post. Was going to show you using the axe spin attack first, THEN show the dead kobold...

The monster essence fade away, and in it's place, you see... It's feet? Wait...

Ah.

The kobold had been wearing another kobolds feet around it's own.

Wow. That's pretty gross. Still though, kobold scales are VERY strong. like, obviously not impervious or anything (you were able to kill it after all) but still very good.

Of course, if any kobold saw you wearing this, they would most likely get pretty upset about it. Not these wild ones (they don't even have the mental power to be offended), but any civilized ones you come across...

It's worth noting that they have claws on them, so they will most likely cause your kick attack to be more powerful.

What will you do?
>>
>>964770
wear them, but remember to take them off when we get to Denta.

I may sometimes decide to automate the fights to speed things along, unless it's a new enemy or something cool happens.
