You are Evrumine, Minotaur Soulborn, member of Team Fellstorm, and right now, in charge of your own team.

You have a super-important mission, and you will not let your teacher or your friends down!

They can count on you! You are definitely going to succeed!

Wait, what was the mission again?

“Where are we even going to look for this 'chosen one'?” complains Kittrane. She's unhappy because the Professor put you in charge to 'demonstrate your leadership skills'. You won't let him down!

“There are a few teams gathered at the guildhall” suggests Chame, climbing up a wall to get a good view over the rooftops as you wander through the streets.

“I could hunt down some of the adventurers to ask?” volunteers Nevyn, loping along at your side like a big cat, pausing every so often to sniff the air.

“This Chosen One is supposed to defeat the Witch King” says Kittrane, her voice like a crackling fire “So I don't expect she'll be subtle – I say we round up some of the undead roaming the streets and send them out looking – sooner or later they'll run into the chosen one, and we just run towards the flashes of golden light or whatever.” She marches along side you swinging her arms, glaring at everything.

Hmm, you suppose that's not a bad plan but...Kittrane is normally the leader, if you use her plan, are you following? Or leading? Aaaah, you wish the Professor hadn't chosen you!

The streets are deserted other than small groups of skeletons or zombies that look to your little group for orders when you approach, then go back to wandering aimlessly when they don't receive any.

Welcome players old and new. In this quest you are normally in control of a somewhat miserable wizard as he guides a group of unusual girls through the trials of school and club life.

Currently however, you get to control different girls during an exciting sporting event...you're invading a town!

“Nevyn” you direct the young 'beastgirl “the adventurers, go and find zem, the rest of uz will get the undead searching too.” You hate it when your Torrow accent comes through, it means you're getting nervous. “We meet back 'ere..here in a half-hour.”

Nevyn nods and heads off through the alleyway, moving quietly. Together you, Chame and Kittrane roam around looking for bands of undead, and ordering them to search out enemy adventurers, and then find you, or at least make lots of noise so you can find them.

As you search, Kittrane offers 'advice'.

“Don't be afraid to ask for suggestions” she says “but don't let anyone think you don't know what you're doing. Also don't just push people around, but don't tolerate any disobedience.” You feel like gaping at her, all of her suggestions are soon contradicted by others, and she delivers them all in a bossy I'm-right-so-listen-to-me voice. If you weren't trying to be the leader now you'd have hit her! You can take her now, you're sure of it, yeah, maybe after this adventure is over you'll get her back for all the times she pushed you about and...

“Incoming!” Chame cheerfully yells out from atop a building, interrupting your plans for vengeance. Soon Nevyn comes jogging up the street.

“Found one” She says with a half-smile “An inexperienced group by the look of things and I don't recognise their symbol, some blue raven thing” it doesn't mean anything to you either.

“Right well done Nevyn” you start, ready to order your team to go and take out this group when suddenly there is an explosion that rattles shutters and doors around you.

Chame swarms over the top of the roof and is back a moment later “Some wizard group” she reports, adding with a curious tone “they have some demon soul born too...a pair of guys.”

You all exchange looks, you didn't know there were any other soulborn in this game or really even in the junior adventurers league.

“The amateur group is the easy target” points out Nevyn.

“Screw easy!” snorts Kittrane “let's go for a real fight!” Chame just shrugs

“I want to see these Soulborn too” you say. Other Soulborn, are they from a school for male Soulborn? If so, you expect you know a few of the girls who would be interested in setting up a student-exchange program...

“Hells yeah!” Says Kittrane enthusiastically, smacking a fist into her other palm - the axe on her back already starting to smoulder in response to her mood.

Chame grins “This is going to be fun” she says in a sing-song voice, the sort of voice she uses just before she pranks someone.

Only Nevyn doesn't seem enthused “This is going to be hard” she grumbled, but neverthless follows as you head around to where you heard the explosion come from.

“Oh I hope they are har-” Chame starts.

“Must you?” Kittrane growls at her.

XXX

Soo you are standing in the middle of the street watching another four-person, no, four-boy team destroy the last few undead surrounding them. You've had a few minutes to observe them, so you've got some idea of what they can do.

The first soulborn of them is a tall demon-looking guy with white limbs wielding a spear with a long blade. The zombies he struck froze and then shattered. He looks brittle but moves very fast and is surrounded by a cloud of icy crystals.

The second soulborn is a guy with a long snake-like tail instead of legs, and he is wielding curved swords – one in each of his four hands. He too moves very quickly, too quickly in fact, like your eyes can't follow him properly, a spell of some kind.

The other two don't look like soulborn, they look like a normal human and dwarf. The Human is wearing robes and hangs back from the fighting, using a wand to blast at skeletons, but he has a sword on his belt.

The dwarf sketches runes and symbols in the air with a glowing finger and then pushes his hand into the symbol – sending them streaking into the zombies and skeletons: burning them, bursting them apart or stopping them from moving so he can smash them apart with the short-handled axe he carries.

With the last of their foes disposed off, they look around for more, and see all of you, perhaps 50 yards away.

The ice demon starts forwards but the snake one blocks him with a tail, saying something like “wait aren't those...”

“It's Fellstorm” says the human, loud enough for you to hear.

“We can take them” rumbles the dwarf, hefting his axe and glaring at you all.

“Are you really the all Soulborn team, Fellstorm?” the ice-demon soulborn yells out, sounding doubtful “I heard some of you are ten feet tall and can knock down castle walls?”

“Sure we are!” Kittrane yells back “Who are you?”

“We're The Pit Stormers!” Yells back the human one “and we're going to win this competition, so step aside or you'll get hurt – this isn't a game for girls!” But he has what he probably thinks is a charming smile on, so he's probably not being serious. Probably.

“Get Zem!” you yell out, rushing forwards. Fortunately for you, your team are experienced enough to know what to do.

Your charge only surprises them for a moment – soon both soulborn are rushing to meet you, even as Nevyn overtakes you.

A tiny burning sphere streaks past you as a familiar fury fills you, making your whole body feel like its on fire; you can hear a loud bellowing over the sound of your heart pounding in your ears, dimly you realise that you are the one bellowing.

A fiery explosion envelops both the soulborn charging towards you, but the aura of icy crystals surrounding the ice-demon one seems to shield them both from the explosion – though most of the ice crystals melt.

Easily outpacing you, a huge cat-like Nevyn hits the snake-like soulborn in a blur of claws, teeth and thrashing tentacles: they both hit the ground, with Nevyn on top, wrapped in the snake-boys coils but easily dominating their fight – in a few short moments he is yelling in pain and then stops still, Nevyn's teeth around his throat.

“I give up!” he yells, sounding terrified. You switch your attention to the other soulborn.

The ice-demon one is not so easily cowed – your axe hits only air as he dances back from your swing, before jumping forwards to poke his his long blade-on-a-stick at you like a flickering, darting tongue. You feel it hit you several times, poking holes in your armour, you worked hard on that dammit!

Also you're bleeding a bit.

[Evrumine HP 19/39]

The human wizard casts a spell of some kind at Nevyn: she yowls and leaps off the snake-boy, clawing at her snout, before glaring at the human, ready to pounce.

“That's cheating!” he protests “charm immunity is-”

“Or you're just not as irresistible to the ladies as you think” grunts the dwarf. He conjures another rune in the air and thrusts it towards Nevyn. She dodges aside but it explodes in the air near her, sending her tumbling end over end.

[Nevyn HP 34/66]

You can see Chame hanging upside down from a tavern sign, just behind the human and the dwarf.

Thinking about tactics and plans whilst the hot fury fills you is difficult, but you force yourself to focus, you will not fail!

Chame fires, hitting the human in the back, eliciting a yell of pain from him and his next spell goes wide – missing Nevyn. The Displacer-beast girl wastes no time and smashes into him, knocking him flat on his back, pinned beneath her bulk.

Kittrane bursts into flames and charges towards the ice-demon guy as you shove past him to get at the dwarf.

Kittrane and the ice-demon circle one another – he's too fast for her to land anything more than a glancing hit but her fiery aura keeps him at bay. That battle could last a long time.

The dwarf deflects your first axe-stroke but your second knocks him off his feet and sends him reeling into the side of a nearby wagon, swearing a lot in dwarfish. You'll have to ask the professor what some of those words mean later.

Staggering he starts to cast another spell, glaring at you, then seems to change his mind, the rune warping into something else, just as you bring your axe down on him, he disappears!

Looking around for him you see all of the Pit Stormers have disappeared!

“Where did they-” Chame starts to ask.

Nevyn's ears prick up and her head swivels around, you listed carefully, in the distance, like maybe a few streets away you hear a voice yell “Well then run faster Jennath!” It sounds like the dwarf.

Kittrane stuff her axe into it's sling on her back, yelling “C'mon, we can still catch them!”

With the fury still heating your blood you want to chase them too, despite the pain you can now feel.

“I thought we wanted the Chosen One” Chame commends, still hanging from the sign. Nevyn yowls, though in approval of Chame or disagreement you don't know.

You do want the Chosen One, but they might know where he or she is and you beat them...though your aching body reminds you that it was not without cost.

“Don't let them get away!” you command, running down an alleyway in the direction you heard the voices coming from.

Nevyn dashes past you and a pop of air tells you that Kittrane is on her way too. Only Chame keeps pace with you as you run down the alley, dodging past boxes, take a corner almost too fast and skid, but keep running, leaping over a barricade of some kind.

“Why are we chasing them?” asks Chame at your side.

“It's fun!” you respond, panting “besides, they might know where the Chosen One is.”

“Right” says Chame, drawing out the word “so it's not just because you want a fight then eh muscles?”

“This” you pant between words “is tactical thinking, they must know something!”

After a short dash through the streets you round a corner to see Nevyn and Kittrane both duelling the icy demon guy – who is still moving like a flickering shadow – too fast for either of them.

Watching them, leaning against a cart, is the rest of the Pit Stormers. Approaching cautiously, you ask “Are you not going to 'elp your friend?”

“Nah” says the snake guy, rotating an arm like his shoulder is sore “your friends kinda beat us already, only Oedem managed to keep them busy.”

As you watch, Kittrane is using her burning aura to herd him towards Nevyn who is...almost...able to match his speed. He keeps flickering away at the last moment, and using the reach of his spear to keep the cat-like girl back, but he's on the defensive.

You wave your axe menacingly at the three boys “we 'ave defeated you and so now we will interrogate you” you declare.

“Easy, easy” says the human, smiling at you “I'm Jennath, and who might you be?”

He is kinda cute...in a stupid looking way, with long brown hair and a boyish face but he's not as attractive as he seems to think he is, and although your fury is fading, it's not completely gone yet. The other two watch you carefully, but say nothing.

“Answers, now!” you command, asking “Where is the Chosen One?”

“I believe she's still at the Guildhall” says Jennath, holding up his hands in placating manner as Kittrane and Nevyn continue to chase the ice-demon guy up and down the street “A bunch of teams were supposed to gather there to escort her to the church where she's going to do this ritual to defeat the Witch King. If they haven't moved out yet, that's where they'll be.”

“How many teams?” you ask “and which ones?”

“Eight in total, I think” he says “including us.”

“Nice hit” comments the snake guy, still watching the fight, as Kittrane sends the ide-demon guy reeling with a backswinging axe-strike.

“Which teams?” you press, as Jennath's gaze keeps drifting back to the fight.

“Umm? Oh, right” he looks back to you, his eyes drifting down to your damaged armour and the far-too-much-skin you're probably exposing. You can feel a blush starting.

“Which teams?!” you yell at him, resisting the urge to hit him. At your side, Chame giggles.

“Umm, Hongenstone, the Merciful Sisters” He lists “The Blackfeathers” seeing your face screw up in confusion Chame murmurs “The archer group.” Oh yes, the all-archer group.

“Shockdance and Malkals Marauders” he says “and the other two I can't recall, sorry.”

“Malkals...” you say “they have a blue raven symbol, yes?”

“That's right” Jennath nods encouragingly “They're a new team though. And Shockdance – they're the team of monks and bards who put on the show last night.”

Oh yes, you remember – they did some amazing dances and had flashy magic effects, but who knows how good they'll be in a fight?

Finally Nevyn catches the ice-demon, knocking him to the ground and pinning him down as he struggles, his team-mates yelling encouragement. His struggles are in vain however, and eventually he admits defeat.

The dwarf turns to you and shakes your hand with a gruff “Well fought.”

“So” says the snake-guy “What now, I mean, attacking the guildhall would be crazy on your own, so are you going to gather up more undead?”

Hmm, maybe...but as an evil team you could recruit one of them...

“I'll sneak in as one of these guys” Chame gestures at the Pit Stormers.

Kittrane and Nevyn come over, the ice-demon guy between them and you bring them up to speed.

“An ambush maybe” Says Kittrane “let them come out of the guildhall – they'll need to get to this church. We'll take them as they move.”

>>
>>88043
He's the best we've seen so far.
>>
>>88079
We haven't actually seen many sofar.
And unless there is a really amazing fighter here, which I doubt, we're probably better off looking for utility.
>>
>>88100
To be fair, ice demon guy was able to stand against Kittrane and Nevyn at the same time for a good while.
>>
>>88119
Not really so much "stand against" as "succesfully ran away from".
But as I said, he's a okay fighter, as in, probably roughly as good as ours. He did managed to give Evrumine a pretty hefty wound in one turn.
>>
>>88158
>okay fighter

There's not many who could survive Nevyn charging at them with all her attacks.
>>
>>88177
Pretty sure most of our fighters could?
Though I admit I haven't done the math.
>>
>>88185
Nevyn has 11 attacks at +25 to hit, each one doing a minimum of 24 points of damage on a hit.

The answer is: none of the club could survive that.
>>
>>88261
+30 to hit and 29 minimum damage if she's Pouncing.
>>
>>88261
To be fair, nowhere in the update does Nevyn ever hit him with a full attack.
It only says she knocked him down, if that indicated a full attack it was not really apparent from context.
>>
>>88261
Pretty sure they're pulling their punches to not literally kill people no?
>>
>>88303
There's a field spell up that prevents death.
>>
>>88308
Thats what i mean yes, so actually everyone would survive a attack by Nevyn.
>>
>>88320
Point is he tanked it without the field needing to stop her. AND Kittrane too. Dude is tough.
>>
>>88338
>AND Kittrane too.
Kittrane didn't hit him.
And I doubt he actually has that many HP, so its more likely a racial for that.

I'm a bit confused by all the defensiveness about this, he's a good fighter, pretty sure that was conveyed and acknowledged by all involved?
>>
>>88359
And?
He's still as good if not better than most of our girls.
>>
>>88396
>He's still as good if not better than most of our girls.
Which is exactly what I said?
>>
>>88390
well I didn't convey it clearly enough.

He's an excellent fighter - untouchable by almost anyone one in this competition. The problem is that because he was taken down by one of your most dangerous fighters (Nevyn) that didn't really come accross very well.

I may have to tone Nevyn down, as it is numbers-wise she can charge into most groups and taken them out in the first round, on her own.
>>
>>88407
You more implied he's maybe as good if not weaker, I think.
I don't know why that matters but there it is.
>>
>>88434
She's like a glass cannon, except instead of glass it's several hundreds pounds of angry cat.
>>
>>88434
>The problem is
I don't see how that is a problem?
He is a good fighter, our fighters are good and Nevyn is pretty mucht he best among them in the damage department. Seems okay to me?

Everyone realised he's way above the other fighters we met due to how he more than halfed Evrumines HP.
>>
>>88434
Did you mean him to be invincible or something?
Because otherwise I don't know why Nevyn needs nerfing for taking him down, she got more xp investment than anyone else in our Club, she is a pretfy beastly combat monster, if she can't do it, pretty much no one can.
>>
>>88434
>I may have to tone a few of the girls down, as it is numbers-wise they can one shot army squads or have more AE than some archmages on their own.
Fixed.
>>
>>88482
The far bigger problem with nerfing Nevyn is that her massive damage potential is basically one of the few things slightly equalizing the powergap between Fel Storm and Team Good, because Team Good is full of spellcasters with powerful melee racial traits, who will in short be far more powerful in combat due to the spellcaster versatility and damage potential.
>>
>>88511
Those are blatant lies, though.
>>
With the last of your anger being chased away by your embarrassment, thinking is much easier.

“We attack them on the move” you say, nodding at Kittrane “attacking ze guildhall is foolishness, Chame will infiltrate and we will gather as much undead as we can. Since we will be outnumbered when we attack having lots of distractions will help.”

“You” you point to the Pit Stormers “are defeated, go back to one of the staging grounds.” They shrug and head off to do as they're told, though not before the ice-demon guy wanders over to Kittrane and shakes her hand, pulling her in close to whisper something in her ear that has her face go slack with astonishment, then her expression screws up with anger and she tries to punch him, but he's too fast and slips away.

“What did he say?” asks Chame innocently “offered to cool you down with a little icicle? Or a big one maybe?”

Kittrane just scowls at her, making her giggle loudly.

“Let's focus on the plan” you say, as you all head to the guildhall, to watch for the Chosen One emerging...

XXX

As expected, the Chosen One emerges under heavy guard: she doesn't look like much – just a young acolyte in a white robe. With Kittrane and a still-beast-like Nevyn at your side, you watch from your hiding place inside an abandoned building.

Twenty-four adventurers from various clubs surround her: mages and archers in the middle, fighters and similar around the outside of the group. They are moving along at a fast walk, looking everywhere for threats. The Undead you've gathered are a few streets over – close enough to attack but far enough away that they probably haven't been noticed.

You mostly found skeletons and zombies, but there were also a pair of undead trolls you can use as shock-troops, or maybe a serious distraction.

Right in the middle of the escort party is Chame – disguised as Jennath – She's close enough to touch the Chosen One, but as soon as she attacks her the others around her will know what's going on – if she can't 'kill' the girl in a single hit, she'll be quickly taken out of play.

“We should swamp them with the weaker undead” whispers Kittrane “then we hit them from one side after sending the trolls in from the other side. They'll think the undead and the trolls are a distraction, and we're the main threat. If we don't get through, at least we distract them long enough for Chame to do her thing.”

You nod, thinking about it, it's a solid plan but...

“You really think we can fight our way through all of zem?” you ask.

Kittrane chews her lower lip “Probably not” she admits “but we might, and even the chance of doing so will draw every eye our way – it'll be down to Chame to actually win this.”

Nevyn gives a drawn-out yowl and manages to convey by expressions and body language that if you can get her chose she's confident she can take the Chosen One out quickly.
>>
>>88511
Seeing this guy, thats apparently normal.

>>88553
Well, its not true now, it actually might become true pretty fast.
>>
“Maybe” you say, “but to make sure, Chame she would have to attack the guards to give you a clear shot, rather than targeting the Chosen One 'erself.”

“Or we could just straight out attack and hope an opportunity presents itself” suggests Kittrane jokingly.

What is the plan?”

>Distract guards so Chame can deliver the final blow
>Distract guards so Nevyn can deliver the final blow
>Just attack, see what opportunities arise
>Other (?)
>>
>>88583
>Just attack, see what opportunities arise
>>
>>88583
>Distract guards so Nevyn can deliver the final blow
>Just attack, see what opportunities arise
Its plan a) but we kight improvise when the time comes.
>>
>>88583
>When the undead attack, Chame uses her shapeshift to make the Chosen One open for a attack by, pin her down if necessary.
>>
>>88575
Eventually, yeah, but that's to be expected when most of the characters have bullshit-powerful heritages.

>>88583
>Distract guards so Chame can deliver the final blow
>>
>>88583
>Distract guards so Nevyn can deliver the final blow
If we fail Chame can lone wolf it.
>>88553
Not by much
>>
>>88671
>Eventually, yeah, but that's to be expected when most of the characters have bullshit-powerful heritages.
Well, I admit I was among the people who heavily requested the reduction of XP gain because I feared that point might come too soon.

Though seeing as apparently adventurers like the ice demon exist, maybe their powerlevel wasn't as ludicrous as I thought, even though he was leagues above his compatriots for some reason.
>>
>>88692
>leagues above his compatriots for some reason.

He's a Soulborn

The snake-demon guy is pretty tough too, but his defences aren't nearly as good - he is great at dealing damage not avoiding it, so Nevyn pretty much knocked him down in one go.
>>
Looks like Nevyn wins that one, this plan will be OP of next thread.
>>
>>88718
[spoilers] Explains why you were so defensive about it, he's plot. [/spoiler]
>>
For your actions today the club gains 4XP

XXX

Ok, so my view of /qst/
Most of the features I simply haven't tried to use, because I don't see that much of a need for them in this quest. And I'm a terrible artist (almost as bad as I am a writer) so I can't use the drawing tool to its benefit.

The number of players seems about the same as when I ran on /tg/ and I didn't spot any new players joining from the /qst/ general population. If there are any – welcome to the quest!

So right now it seems like there is no real different to running on this board or /tg/ other than the post ID-tags, which help me pick out individual players.

XXX

Finally, as you may recall, another QM has guest-run miniquests in this quest before.

He is considering doing so again, but wanted me to warn the players and see if anyone had any objections.

All I will say is that it would be from Nataline's POV and is planned to be motre slice-of-life rather than dungeoning.

If anyone has any objections, or questions, please speak up.

It would not be today but in a later thread.

Thanks for playing, I hope you had fun and I'll see you same time next week for the final field-trip instalment.
>>
>>88718
>He's a Soulborn
Huh, sounds like a pretty big spoiler to just give away.
>>
>>88741
I didn't think I was that defensive, but thank you for the feedback, I'll think about it.
>>
>>88748
>The number of players seems about the same as when I ran on /tg/
Looking at the IPs its way less than usual, but I suppose combat stuff always draws less voters so maybe thats the reason.

>>88748
>He is considering doing so again, but wanted me to warn the players and see if anyone had any objections.
>All I will say is that it would be from Nataline's POV and is planned to be motre slice-of-life rather than dungeoning.
He, well I guess the last one was at least fun, even if not much of a quest.
Looking forward to it. Curious choice though.
>>
>>88748
Eh.
>>
>>88748
Miniquests are always wellcome.
>>
>>88762
I dunno, I don't really see either why else you were so insistent on praising to us what a amazing fighter that random character was.
Given it didn't really matter anymore at this point.

But I guess if he's a plot point it might matter.
>>
>>88748
As long as he doesn't use it for blatant fetish insertion and shipping again
>>
>>88805
Was there shipping? Seemed to me more like just Chame being Chame.
>>
>>88748
Thanks for running, at any rate.

I enjoy the field trip, though I'd have hoped for a better way to put teams together.
>>
>>88848
I always appreciate suggestions from players, how would you prefer to pick teams?

Mission first then team vote?

Or do you mean more permanent teams?
>>
>>88802
>even more plot unrelated to our adventure club when even Tisania and Natalines arcs aren't closed yet
My suffering knows no ends.
>>
>>88871
>Mission first then team vote?
>Or do you mean more permanent teams?
I like permanent teams, but I did love you giving us the chance to explore different dynamics by putting them together.
So mission first and then team might have been better.
Maybe even remove some options from time to time by the girls showing "interest" in particular missions so there is more rotation.
>>
>>88894
>the chance to explore different dynamics by putting them together.
This. A pity we rely too much on the same few girls.
>>
>>88906
>This. A pity we rely too much on the same few girls.
I'm saddened and distressed we didn't get to send Safire and Tisania to play with the children.
Even if just off-screen.
>>
>>88894
>Maybe even remove some options from time to time by the girls showing "interest" in particular missions so there is more rotation.

Nice idea, stolen
>>
>>88816
Some of it was that, some of it seemed like it went beyond that
Fetish insertion was definitely there and really blatant either way
>>
>>88871
Mission first would probably have been a good choice, everything is just really between us anons and I don't think you can help us there short of outright fiat.
>>
>>88941
Oh fetishism was definitly there, but it didn't really bother me so much, made it read like something Pally would write.
>>
>>88926
Maybe it'll come up again after this mission
>>
>>88941
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say there is gonna be LucindeXNataline shipping.
Just a hunch.
>>
>>88963
Pally doesn't insert his fetishes as severely as people think, the miniquest took it to a creepy level
>>
>>88977
Creepy how?
>>
>>88977
I was mostly joking, as for the other thing... he probably does about as much as people think.
It doesn't honestly bother me, but he did make a new quest in a completly different side and then told no one about it so he could write some fetishes his /tg/ audience won't let him, so there was cefinitly something for him to vent there.
>>
>>88987
Probably the obsession with the bit and horse stuff.
>>
>>89009
Not to mention the strange focus on teenager libido this quest has sometimes.
Sure, its teenagers and they got a libido, but given he could just not write that and he does all the time anyway. Its definitly fetish insertion.
But if that would be a big problem we'd have stopped following Pally a long time ago.
>>
>>88987
It went way too far into it, Pally keeps it vaguer

>>89009
He doesn't do it as blatantly or focus on it as much, it's usually limited to passing mentions at reasonable times
>>
>>88748
Unto completly different topics, are we going to decide the girls Wizard specialty in-quest or OOC when we get around to a new round of Xp spending?
>>
>>89116
I hadn't planned for that yet, I'd like to put it in-character as Sallazar but in a way that makes it clear that he's trying to encourage what is best for the girl in question rather than his definite bias towards Abjuration.
>>
>>89136
I think in quest is ideal, but some girls should probably decide on their own.
>>
>>89136
Well Calluna wasn't IC, but I could imagine some of the girls to be pretty uncertain between several options, so that would make sense if they ask him for his opinion.
Or maybe eachother really, doesn't even need to be a Sallazar thing if we do it during this arc and maybe I dunno, Cleya is asked because she's the nerd.
>>
>>89099
I'm more curious why exactly Nataline.
Did he say why he wanted to use her Pally?
>>
>>89256
Joint decision.

He wanted to try another miniquest at some point, focusing on another character.

I suggested Nataline as at the time she'd had hardly any scenes.
>>
>>88871
I think having a mission vote first is a good call. It might take too long to have a discussion on what we want in the team like we had with PRQ gifts but it could be worth it to allow Anons who know the system to point out misconceptions others may have and keep the party balanced for gameplay while having whatever mix of personalities people want. Let's face it some of us aren't as good at keeping track of which girl is which as others are.
Also >>88894 was a good idea.
It might be a good idea to limit how much of the xp pool any one girl can access in order to keep things like Nevyn under control.
